A request for @flbrokensoldier! Okay okay but... Carlos x GN reader adopting a cat as a short fic or head cannons, just sheer fluff because yesss I love this request so much! I hope you like it. <3 No warnings. Short(ish) fic. 1192 words. Note for those who don't know: Ronaldinho played football/soccer for Brazil's national team, that's where the name comes from.

The Kitten

Finally, the day had come. It had taken you about a week or so, but you'd finally managed to convince Carlos to adopt a cat with you. He had never thought about getting a cat before. He was a dog person, or so he said. He was worried he wouldn't be too good with cats, because he didn't really understand them.

Upon being asked about where these ideas came from, Carlos had just told you he'd never spent a lot of time around cats, and that their staring creeped him out a little. It's not that he was afraid, but there was just something about the animals that puzzled him. That's why he'd never considered getting one.

After spending a lot of time talking to Carlos about how cats communicate and after showing him an obnoxious amount of cat videos, he'd conceded. He'd admitted they did look pretty cute, and that if it would really make you happy, you'd be adopting a cat.

Today was the day. Today, you'd finally be picking out a furry little friend. From the shelter, of course, because you both agreed that adopting would be better than shopping, even if some specific breeds were almost irresistible.

"It's bigger than I thought it'd be," Carlos said as you walked into the animal shelter.

"There's a lot of them here," you replied, sounding sad. "There are so many animals that need a forever home. It's kind of heartbreaking, really."

Carlos placed a hand on your shoulder and squeezed it a little. "We'll be bringing one to their forever home today, babe."

After a conversation with the people who run the shelter, they brought you to meet the animals. Immediately, you were overwhelmed. There were just so many of them. Some of the cats lived together in larger rooms, whereas others were locked inside of cages. There were cats of all colours, ages and sizes. Some approached you right away, while others hid at the sight of strangers.

"How the hell am I supposed to choose one?" You muttered as a cat rubbed against your legs. "They're all cute. Every single one of them."

Carlos didn't respond, so you turned around to see if he was still there.

He was. He was standing near the side of the room, cradling a kitten in his hands.

For a brief moment you forgot about all the cats around you, captivated by the sight of your strong, very outgoing man holding a kitten so very gently.

He looked at you and smiled before looking down at the kitten again. It fit right in the palms of his hands and looked a shade of beige. You had to see it yourself, so you approached your man and the cat.

"Carlos?" You asked. "You like it?"

"I want this one," Carlos muttered softly. "It's so soft, and it's making these wonderful purring sounds… There's something weirdly comforting about it, or somethin'."

You smiled. "Can I have a look?"

Quietly, he handed you the kitten. It looked adorable. Its hair was short, but there were slightly longer tufts of hair coming from its ears. You didn't remember ever having seen a cat with that particular colour in real life, and you had to admit you really liked it.

Something seemed off about it, though… There was something not quite right with the cat's little face.

"I think there's something wrong with her eye," you said to Carlos while softly stroking the cat.

"It's a boy. And he's blind in one eye. There's a little tag here that states it got badly infected as a result of an injury, and it had to be removed." Carlos looked at you and shot you the most impressive puppy dog eyes you'd ever seen. "Come on, Y/N, we gotta adopt him." He pleaded.

You looked down at the kitten again and felt your heart melt a little bit. You wanted to take him home, too, but you also wanted to make sure that Carlos would have some more time to meet all the other cats.

You sighed. "We can't just make a decision that quickly. There are dozens of cats here. Don't you want to meet more of them?"

"But look," Carlos protested. "he's got a handicap, right? So he's much less likely to get adopted, because most people want a cat that's like, perfect or somethin'. I don't care if he's missing an eye. He's soft, he purrs, looks cute as hell, and he fits exactly in the palms of my hands."

"He will grow. You know that, right?"

"Of course I do. He'll grow into a badass motherfucker if we take good care of him. And I know we will."

You couldn't suppress a laugh. "True. True, we definitely will."

Carlos smirked. "You said we will, so I guess that's a yes, then?"

The kitten moved in your hands, curling up into a little ball of fur. "Fine. It's a yes."

"Good." Carlos haphazardly tried to give you a hug, careful not to squish the kitten. "We'll be good cat parents to little Ronaldinho."

You frowned. "What? Ronaldinho? We're adopting the cat, but we're going to discuss his name, because Ronaldinho won't be it."

Carlos laughed. "I was kidding, don't worry." He patted you on the back and started leading you to the exit of the building, where you could officially adopt your cat. "I got you there, though."

"Pffff."

After filling out the necessary paperwork and receiving a letter that would allow you to have the kitten neutered for free, you made your way to the car. Carlos was holding the pet carrier and carefully placed it in the back of the car before sitting down next to it.

"You're not sitting in front?" You asked.

Carlos was leaning over the middle car seat and playing with the kitten with his fingers. "Nah, gotta keep an eye on the kitten," he replied.

"I thought you weren't a cat person?" You couldn't resist teasing him a bit.

He smirked and shrugged. "Maybe I was wrong."

You chuckled and started the car. "I guess you were, huh?" You paused for a moment. "I feel kind of bad we didn't look at any other cats, to be honest… There are so many of them who also need a forever home."

"That's okay," you heard Carlos say in the back of the car as you drove off. "Maybe we can get another cat someday, when we're all settled with this cutie."

"You mean that?" You asked, hopeful.

"Hell yeah. Ronaldinho did play in a team, after all. We only need ten more!"

You didn't even know how to reply to that. But damn, you were sure glad that you could call Carlos yours. He was one of the best things that ever happened to you, and now you two had a cat, too! What more could a person want?

"Isn't that right, Ronaldinho?" Carlos was whispering to the kitten. "You do need a team, right?"

Yep, you were glad to call Carlos yours. But you sure hoped the kitten wouldn't be used to that name before you'd get him home.

My love for pokemon has been ignited again recently, so let’s crossover it with another thing i like (Obeyme :D). What pokemon’s type the casts specialized in? Here’s my take:

Lucifer is probably dark or fire type (cuz it fits his aesthetics)

Mammon would be electric or dark type

Levi is obiviously water type

Satan probably psychic/grass? (Or he doesn’t specialized in any types at all, just cats)

Asmo is bug/fairy (i’m leaning onto bug types more cuz bugs are fashionable cuz y’know there’re plenty of clothes are based of bugs’ patterns?)

Beel: fighting type

Belphie: normal or ghost

Thirteen is definitely poison

raphael just gives me massive steel type

Diavolo would be dark/fire/ghost??? (Not sure)

And i think Solomon would be a professor (cuz i can’t think of a type that fits this old man lol). And i really struggle with the remaining characters tho (my imagination has really gone dry)

Ohhh boy. Not me being a huge Pokemon fan ldsaklfdsj. I shall not reveal my true age by telling you how many of these games I have played. MOVING ON

Okay, let's see, I've seen some speculation about what kinds of Pokemon the characters would have, but I haven't considered it myself. Mostly because I know that if I tried to create teams for all the characters I would go down a rabbit hole the likes of which no one has ever seen. I would spend days, possibly weeks, maybe even months, hyper fixating on it.

I think there are a lot of Pokemon that fit the characters but most of my ideas involve mixed type teams.

But if they were like gym leaders and had only one specific type that they specialized in? I think I can manage that?

These are just my general thoughts, kind of off the top of my head, but it's all subject to change at a moment's notice lol.

I agree with Lucifer being Dark. I can just see him having a Houndoom, Zoroark, possibly an Umbreon.

I can't help but think that Mammon would be Normal because there is no way that guy doesn't have a Meowth. Also wouldn't it be cute if he had a lil Eevee?? I also see him with a Zigzagoon.

Levi is definitely Water. Gyarados, Lapras, maybe a Greninja? Yeah that feels right.

Satan would absolutely just be cats. Though I do believe I saw someone say Mimikyu would be a good one for him, too, and I agreed with that argument! But if I had to choose a type for him, I think Psychic is a good choice. Since he tends to be more focused on knowledge and the mind, I think it could work. Plus can you imagine him with a Galarian Ponyta? And of course he'd have a Meowstic!

I tend to lean more toward Fairy for Asmo just because I'm pretty sure he doesn't like bugs lol. But I think if I was gonna choose something for Asmo, it'd be Grass. I know, but hear me out. How many Grass type Pokemon are straight up beautiful flowers? Give him a Bellossom or a Sunflora or a Roselia.

Then I would give Bug type to Beel lol. Though I absolutely feel like Fighting would work, too ('cause like omg Beel with a Machamp). I just think it goes with the whole fly situation, you know? Plus how cute would it be for him to have a Butterfree? I mean yeah okay he can have a Scyther too and like a Joltik but also give that guy a Cutiefly you know what I'm saying?

Belphie definitely gives me Ghost vibes for some reason. I can't explain it, but I just see him definitely having a Drifloon. Also a Gengar. And a Pumpkaboo just because that feels right too lol. I have no idea why.

I think Diavolo would be the Dragon type. That feels right to me. Dragonite, Salamence, Garchomp, maybe a Drampa or Goodra. I dunno, just feels like the right type for him.

I really can't decide on a single type for Barbatos. I think he'd like a Ghost type like Sinistea or a Fairy type like Comfey. But he's got the Little Ds, right?? They're close enough! Demon type lol.

Now I could totally see Solomon being one of those absolutely unhinged professor types lol. But I could also see him having Flying or Ice type. Or Psychic or Fairy. I think he could have any of those. Like give that grandpa an Alakazam or an Altaria or a Glaceon or a Clefable. Okay see this is what I mean when I start being unable to choose a specific type lol.

I could also see Simeon having Flying type. Again with a Swablu or Altaria, but also a Togekiss or Swanna.

Luke would be Fairy type. Especially considering how many Fairy type Pokemon are also desserts. Give that kid an Alcremie, a Slurpuff, and of course a Fidough! Also a Togepi to match Simeon's Togekiss.

I agree that Thirteen would be Poison. That feels accurate! Give her a Seviper and a Croagunk! Oh and a Salazzle.

I think Raphael could be Steel, Ground, or Rock lol. Or even Fighting I think would work too. I don't think there's a spear like Steel type, but there is the swords Aegislash. But I think I could see him with an Onix or like a Solrock too.

Mephisto completely baffles me. Maybe Poison also? Or Fire? I could see him with a Ninetails.

Well, these are just basic ideas, and I agree with multiple types for each character. It's too hard for me to give a single type to each! For instance, I also think Mammon would have a Gimmighoul and that's a Ghost type. I didn't even give anyone Electric in the end, but I could see him having a Pikachu, too lol.

Anyway, that was fun to think about, but you can see that if I got serious about it, I'd end up getting way too into it lol. I'm always open to hear other people's thoughts and ideas on this, too! I know others have discussed it before! (For instance, I recommend checking out @/another-lost-mc because I know Jes has a Pokemon AU!)

aw bless, i understand. fandom can be intimidating, especially ones that are active and considering you didn’t watch tvd when kai first appeared, i can see why it would be daunting to write a fic. with that being said i love all human AUs for bonkai and a You inspired fic would be *chefs kiss*. and honestly i’m always here for any bonnie ship but the reason i ask about that particular one is because i truly felt like the writing was heading in that direction but a certain showrunner got wind and changed gears. the potential for any bonnie fic is there but idk something about bonkai always felt like it was supposed to work and we’d get a fleshed out, dark bonnie plus the chemistry and dynamic between the two would have worked very well. but as usual the writers couldn’t let my girl have shit. plus, they would have really fit the enemies to lovers trope tbh

Right! Most of the time the fandom is really gracious so it might not even be necessary to worry. But I still have some hang ups and even though the Bamon fic I posted went over well I will never forget the pressure I felt to make Bamon endgame for my fic The Gods of Viriginia because of how vocal people were. I think it might be easier if I'm writing for just that pairing as insatiable got mostly postive feedback but then I also got feedback saying it wasn't dark enough. Lol So you can't please everyone tbh.

Though I wasn't actively watching when Bonkai was onscreen I did watch the scenes as I said and do think they would've fit the enemies to lovers trope. The problem with TVD in terms of Bonnie was that any time she got any attention or any pairing gained traction with the fandom it was shot down by JP and even if they had write themselves into a corner, sacrifice plot and continuity, or ruin someone's characterization to not go with a story or pairing for Bonnie or to give it to one of the other female leads instead they did it. That's why Klaus's character was sacrificed for KC, that's why DE was drawn out for so long even though Bamon had better chemistry and the story would've naturally developed there, and that's why Kai was killed off in the manner that he was. And JP had no problem with doing the bare minimum to capitalize on the Bonnie fandom's viewership so we got things the Bamon friendship and breadcrumb scenes for pairings like Klonnie, Kennett, and Bonkai. But when it came to actually pairing Bonnie off on the show they only ever did that when they wanted to keep a character on screen and relevant but didn't have anyone else to tie them to so they stuck them with Bonnie, which was why we got B*remy and B*nenzo. But anyway JP and TPTB on TVD didn't care about organic storytelling and definitely didn't care about story at all when it came to Bonnie outside of her suffering or providing a magic fix it when everyone else was in need.

Moving on, you should definitely watch the film Beast if you get a chance. It's so good! As for the You AU, I think it fits well, the problem with Joe though is his insane inner monologue and I wouldn't be able to sit in that head for an entire fic. I think if I tackled it, it'd be sort of how I did Notes on a Scandal, with the inner monologue being in snippets that break up the actual story narrative that's told in third person. I've thought about it a lot actually and I see Bonnie as a sort of composite character as a combination of all of Joe's love interests. Because I can see a bit of her in Beck, that need to be loved and that desire to be seen and wanted. But there's also and edge that Candace has and I could see in a AU Bonnie being an aspiring musician because of Kat's talent. Also I could see Bonnie sort of cultivating this outside image that hides and inner darkness the way that Love does and I always like to play around with Dark!Bonnie, and their sort of frantic love/hate cat and mouse thing would fit Bonkai as well. I could also see Bonkai having a sort of affinity for one another and points of connection the way that Joe does with Marienne. It'd be a hard one to tackle but I do feel like it'd fit. I've brainstormed about it more than once. Not sure if I'll ever actually write it but it'd be a fun one to try.

Dsmp Hogwarts Houses

But I know nothing about Harry Potter or Hogwarts Houses.

I'm running short on ideas so I'm going to do something that I've been holding off because I thought it was basic but you know.

Hope this isn't controversial.

Gryffindor

Now I have to say, I know nothing about Gryffindor or what qualities they value but based on what I do know I would say that the main, most obvious Gryffindors are Tommyinit, Foolish, and Awesamdude.

Do I have any reason for that, no, no I do not but it's what I would think most people would say they are because of the stigma at all Gryffindor's are the heroes and what not.

But on that logic and the fact that Foolish is there, welcome Dream XD and Callahan to the stage everybody, considering that they are gods and demi-gods, I think they have a right to be here.

But also on that note, Jack Manifold, now I put him in Gryffindor before the tales of the smp so I think I was pretty spot on for that one.

Oh and ConnorEatsPants, I don't care what people say, Connor is a Gryffindor, suck my dick.

Skeepy and Sapnap, major Gryffindors, they just give off that vibe that a Gryffindor would, whatever that vibe may be.

Jshlatt, because Gryffindor needs a villain, and Jshlatt just seems like the guy to think he's in Slytherin because he's dick, but he's in Gryffindor because he's a dick.

And Dream, more specifically, Mexican Dream, not for any real reason, I just think it'd be funny.

Slytherin

Okay, now we are on to the green house, Slytherin, a house I know a bit about, but like I said, not to much. Now the most obvious Slytherin to me is Purpled and Wilbur, I would also peg them for Ravenclaw but I feel as though Slytherin fits them a bit better.

Now for the rest of the goopy greeners, Slimecicle, BoomerNA and Georgenotfound, for these ones, I also feel them as Ravenclaws as well but Slytherin I feel just makes more sense, not for George though, I just think it would be funny to see him get confused between his house and Hufflepuff.

Eret and Eryn, I don't know what to tell you for them, really any sort of king should be in Slytherin and Eryn collects taxes for the king so, they deserve this house together.

Hannahxxrose, one bedwars player, two, she's good at it and I'm salty, three, if she played a significant part in the canon, probably every manipulative and angry, because at some point she had wings and they got stolen, when I say stolen I mean ripped off her back.

HBomb94, mate's old, old and angry but every funny so it makes up for that old factor, and in all lore he's ever been in, he was off to the side so he probably had a shit ton of pent up anger.

Hufflepuff

After all the tests I have taken that keeps saying I'm apart of Gryffindor or Slytherin and most of my friends saying I'd be a good Ravenclaw, I took a Pottermore quiz because my friend said they are the most accurate, well from my statics, they aren't because I'm not a Hufflepuff based on statics saying I'm not, Pottormore thinks overwise, but I'm doing it again later so go check out what I got on @van1-bs

Sorry, just wanted to rant a bit, but getting back on topic, Hufflepuffs, I love people from Hufflepuff, they are always so nice and overall kind to me even though they swear at me a lot but it's a mutual thing.

Now for me at least the most noticeable being a Hufflepuff is Karl, Ponk & Sally (because I believe she's technically canon and because Wilbur is a Slytherin and I hope this will give me points for giving into tropes). They seem to be more obvious but then again I feel if you meet a Hufflepuff, you know they're a Hufflepuff.

Okay, Tina because she's in Kinoko and it's Kinoko so I don't think she needs to much of an explanation, I do however think she'd make a great Gryffindor, I can also feel that applying to Ranboo and Michael(mcchill).

Antfrost at first gives off those Hufflepuff traits considering he's a cat and that quite literally my only reason he's here, and because I like him and he's always fought for good, and not a fan of government, I can also say that I think he'd make a great Slytherin.

And speaking of good Slytherin's, Tubbo, he has nukes, he's acts like a child, is the kindest people on the smp until you fuck with his baby and/or husband, loyal as fuck and yet so gullible, easy Hufflepuff.

Ravenclaw

Now who do I start off with for Ravenclaw, this is the house I know most about, considering I'm a dumbass and I find it ironic. Well my number one picks are Technoblade, Niki and Philza, all smart and witty in their rights, all apart of the Syndicate and all have the knowledge to be Ravenclaws, I don't see why they shouldn't be.

Badboyhalo and Puffy, I see them being Hufflepuffs but my brain said to me that they don't feel that way and the more I think about it the more I see that BBH in Hufflepuff wouldn't be right, he's much more smart and accepting but he's easily pissed off by Skeppy (who's in Gryffindor) and the whole thing with Ravenclaws getting pissed at Gryffindor apply here, and for Puffy, she's a therapist, she doesn't have a choice, she's either, Hufflepuff or Ravenclaw, this house just fit her better in my eyes.

Dream, Punz & Quackity, if you haven't noticed, these 3 are mass manipulators, for Dream it's more obvious but most people don't see it and that the whole point, with Quackity, people brush it off as him being sad and depressed which helps him, using it to his advantage and Punz, he's so subtle but it's there, he has all of the prison guards and a war chief wrapped around his fingers, and nobody is giving him credit. These although the manipulation doesn't make them a Ravenclaw, it's the way they all do it, and with their PvP skills, these just make them a perfect fit for Ravenclaw.

Now on to my last two, Fundy and Sam Nook, Fundy literally codes and Sam is a robot, I don't know why they would be put anywhere else but Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff but the way the act makes me thing Ravenclaw is the perfect fit for them.

He Tugs/Ruffles Your Hair

You jerked in surprise at the sudden tug on a lock of your hair, not hard enough to be painful, but enough to catch your attention, pulling your attention away from your laptop and your current project. You glanced up to see your boyfriend Miya Atsumu peering at you from across the table an amused smile on his face and a playful light in his eyes.

“What’s got ya thinkin’ so hard there?” he asked teasingly, his cheek in his palm and elbow braced on the table as he watched you a fond light in his eyes, “Ya almost look like steam is about ta come outta yer ears.”

“Just something I need to get done for work,” you admitted with a sigh, unable to help the slight frown on your face as your mind went over everything you’d need to get done, though you were abruptly pulled out of that as he gently tugged your hair again, diverting your attention back to him.

“Looks like it’s stressin’ ya out,” he pointed out, twirling the strand he still held between his fingers. It was a habit of his to play with whatever he was holding in his hands, and your hair happened to be a frequent victim of this behavior. He didn’t seem to be able to resist, whenever he was in the vicinity he had to be touching your hair.

Osamu had once sarcastically told you it was because his brother had never quite gotten over pulling the pigtails of the girls he liked. It had made you laugh at the time, even as it provoked another fight between the twins about who was supposedly more mature.

Still you thought there might’ve actually been some truth in it, because you’d slowly realized he never actually did it to anyone but you. Playfully tugging it or messing with it, and laughing if you pouted or scolded him. Both of you knew you couldn’t stay mad at him for it, especially when he almost always follows it up with a loud smacking kiss to your forehead or cheek.

Admittedly he pulled Osamu’s hair too, but considering he was trying to yank it out by the roots you didn’t think that counted, though there had been some unfortunate painful incidents on your end as well. Luckily long practice meant he no longer had any accidents involving tugging or tangling it up into knots, and you no longer jolted when he did it and inadvertently yanked it painfully in the process.

Another gentle tug pulled you out of your thoughts, and refocused your attention on your boyfriend who was pouting slightly at you, though you knew if you pointed it out he’d deny it vehemently. He was a grown man after all and he definitely didn’t pout like a child.

“Yeah Tsumu?” you asked, unable to help the swell of affection as you looked at him.

“Ya were spacin’ out on me,” he informed you, clear concern in his eyes, “This thing a yers is really doin’ a number on ya.”

“Yeah,” you admitted with a wry smile, “just a bit.”

“Thought so,” he told you with a self-important nod, “Somethin’ had ta be weighin’ on ya fer ya to not notice this handsome face right in front of ya.”

“Uh-huh sure,” you told him unable to keep the amusement from your voice despite the intended sarcasm of the words, something he clearly noted if the pleased spark in his eyes was any indication.

“How long have ya been workin’ on it anyway?” he asked deftly changing the subject.

“A few hours maybe?” you told him glancing hesitantly at your phone trying to remember when you’d started, “a while anyway.”

“Then why don’t ya take a break fer a bit, come out an’ we can go bug Samu at his restaurant for a bit together huh?” he proposed with a devious grin.

“You really should leave your brother alone,” you told him unable to help your amusement.

“Nah, Samu’s used to it, besides as the older brother it’s my job to check in on him regularly,” he assured you faux piously, then wheedled, “Come on princess it’ll be fun.”

“Fine,” you agreed with a sigh, “You’re right I could use a break.”

“That’s the spirit!” he encouraged, bounding out of his seat and ruffling his hand through your hair before heading for the door, “Let’s get going then!”

You heaved a sigh, a helpless smile on your lips as you stood, attempting to straighten your hair as you went. He really was too much sometimes.

He’s Always Touching You

“Tsumu you’re making this kind of difficult you know,” you told your boyfriend unable to keep the amusement from your voice as you attempted to stir the vegetables in the frying pan to keep them from burning, a feat made rather difficult by the fact that Atsumu was wrapped around you from behind, his strong arms around your waist, his chest pressed to your back and his chin hooked over your shoulder.

“It don’t seem to bother ya too much,” he informed you a slightly smug lilt to his tone as he nuzzled his face into the side of your neck affectionately, pressing a chaste kiss to the sensitive skin right behind your ear.

“That’s because I’ve gotten used to it,” you told him dryly, which was true enough. Throughout your relationship Atsumu had always been pretty physical with you, an arm slung around your shoulders, or secured around your waist, his hand in yours, fingers twined together, a hand on your shoulder or thigh, it didn’t matter when or where he always found some way to be in physical contact with you whenever the two of you were in the same vicinity.

It honestly was a little embarrassing at times, especially since he had absolutely no qualms about doing it in public. You’d gotten the stink eye more than once from some of the more conservative people around. Osamu and Suna had actually complained fairly frequently that he was being overbearing and annoying about it, but Atsumu had quickly shut them down by claiming they were just jealous anyway, which had earned him a tussle with his twin and a disdainful look from Suna.

Still, your boyfriend was nothing if not stubborn, and he absolutely refused to stop unless you specifically told him to, and frankly you couldn’t bring yourself to do it, not when he’d looked so hurt the one time you’d shrugged him off after a particularly nasty look from an elderly woman had made you feel incredibly self-conscious. Between his feelings and the rest of the world’s delicate sensibilities, you’d chose to save his feelings every time, and had never shrugged him off again. Besides you liked having him close to you, it was comforting, and it made your heart flutter with happiness.

“It’s not like yer discouragin’ me here,” he teased as he accepted the small bite of food you offered to him over your shoulder with the chopsticks you’d been using to stir humming in appreciation at the taste.

You hummed in acknowledgment unable to keep the fond smile from your face. It was true enough. When it came to Atsumu you really couldn’t get enough.

“Off for a second,” you urged gently, pulling your meal from the stove, and shutting things off, so you could go to the table, which your boyfriend had graciously set for the two of you before he’d come over and attached himself to your back like a limpet.

He huffed and released you for all of the second it took for you to turn around before attaching to your back again, rubbing his face against yours affectionately in a way that reminded you of a cat, and made you giggle. You should’ve been annoyed that you were forced to waddle all the way to the table, with him clinging to you the whole way, but you honestly found it pretty cute. Despite what others, and especially Osamu, would say your boyfriend really did have his cute moments.

“You’re going to have to let go if we’re going to sit down and eat,” you pointed out reasonably once you’d reached the table and set your burden down, though the words were contradictory to your actions as you wrapped your own arms over top the ones he had around your waist and leaned back into him, resting against him and enjoying his closeness.

“What if I don’t wanna?” he asked teasingly, gently squeezing the arms wrapped around your waist, his chin resting on your head as he slowly rocked you back and forth in place.

“Come on Tsumu we have to eat,” you urged with a laugh, “Especially after I made such a nice dinner for us. Can’t let it go to waste you know?”

He agreed with a quiet grumble, and the two of you sat down to eat your dinner, though it didn’t stop him from tangling his legs together with yours under the table, making you smile once more about how cute he was.

He Makes Time for You

“Are you sure this is okay?” you asked your boyfriend, not for the first time, and definitely not for the last.

“Course m’sure princess,” Atsumu told you gently tugging on a strand of your hair, his eyes soft and affectionate, surprisingly patient in the face of your concern.

“But you have that big game coming up,” you worried peering up at him with anxious eyes, “And I know the team’s been having a lot of extra practices. I don’t want to get in the way.”

“It’s our anniversary,” he pointed out, tucking the strand of hair he’d been pulling at behind your ear affectionately, “The team can manage without me fer just one evenin’ so I can take you out to dinner.”

“But…!” you tried again.

“Ah-ah,” he told you placing a firm finger over your lips to silence your protests, “We’re spendin’ the night together and that’s final. Besides we hardly need the practice, we’re gonna kick their asses again this year jus’ like we did last year so ya can stop yer fussin’ about it, otherwise I’m gonna think yer doubtin’ my capabilities.”

You heaved a sigh in response, but decided to give in to him, just this once. He was right after all, it was just one evening, and if you thought about it, he really could probably use a break for a little bit, especially since you knew how very hard he worked. Still when you’d started dating him you’d vowed not to be like the others that had come before you and get in the way of his job.

You knew he loved volleyball, more than pretty much anything, and you admired that about him. His passion, his drive, and the way his face lit up whenever he walked out on to the court, they were all things you loved about him and you’d never want to change them about him. You’d long accepted that you’d have to share his heart with the sport he loved at the very least, and were honestly just grateful that he’d decided to give you equal space, especially considering just how very much he loved it.

“Alright,” you agreed at last. Honestly, you’d been more than willing to put off celebrating your anniversary until after this big game, but you couldn’t deny you found it extremely touching that he was so insistent about celebrating on the day, even more when you realized he’d clearly talked to his team about it in advance to make sure that he could, “If you’re sure.”

“M’sure,” he told you firmly, cupping your cheek in his palm, “We’re gonna go out tonight, have a nice dinner together at that restaurant you like, maybe have some wine, maybe do some dancin’ come home and do another kind of dancin’ and have a good time together to celebrate proper, because yer worth it alright? You and our relationship are worth the time to celebrate the right way, so wait for me okay? I’ll be home at four, and our reservation is at five, dress nice.”

“Okay,” you agreed, unable to keep the smile off your face at the way he described, what sounded to you like a rather wonderful evening, practically beaming at him, your smile so wide it was hurting your cheeks a bit.

“Good,” he told you with a firm nod, “See ya later then princess.”

He bent down, and you eagerly met him half way planting his ritual goodbye kiss on his lips before letting him walk out the door, his volleyball bag casually slung over his shoulder.

“I love you,” you told him sincerely leaning against the doorframe as you watched him leave feeling giddy and completely and utterly infatuated.

“Love ya too princess,” he returned over his shoulder, giving you one last affectionate smile before leaving for the day.

When the door closed you couldn’t help letting out a slightly love-sick sigh that you knew he would’ve teased you mercilessly for if he’d heard it. Really all this time, and he still somehow managed to do things that made your heart flutter and your knees feel weak. It was honestly a little ridiculous, but you couldn’t help it. There just wasn’t anything better than being in love with Miya Atsumu.

Pets They Would Have pt. 2

Karasuno

Hisashi Kinoshita

Hisashi is a Train Company Employee. This means he works a lot of hours and just does not have the time to take care of, love and train any other pets

Fish are a really easy to take care of

All you have to do is remember to feed them and have a water filter to constantly clean their aquarium

Some fish, if handled when young, can get big and will let and love for you to pet them

But, they also are just very nice to have

Just to watch them swim around all of the plants with the light on at night

As I said, they don't need alot either

Hisashi could just let them be

They wouldn't beg or need constant love and attention like a mammal (dog, cat, rat, bird)

They also don't need constant vigilance for health issues or specialized diets like amphibian and reptilian pets

Hisashi is going to be tired when he gets home from work, so he needs a pet that is more ornamental than a chore

I feel if Hisashi were to have fish, he'd get the weirdest ones in the pet store

Hisashi seems to have a very strong inner child

So he would want either the flashiest fish, or the ones that cause a double take everytime their passed by in the store

He may get only one or two or get a whole tank full

I honestly feel like it could go one of two ways:

A- He has an aquarium for a wall in his house filled with his wild choice in fish or

B- He has a small, round, spherical bowl with two fish in it

It'd be funny if he had just the two fish to start with then they had babies even though the worker said they were both female

Obviously they weren't

They laid eggs and he had to transfer the female and daughters to one large tank and the father and sons to another so they wouldn't keep having babies

After this he has like 14 fish in total

Then he keeps finding himself at the pet store looking at the "ugly" fish no one wants

He buys these fish and ends up having two tanks that cover a whole wall

One's for his male fish the others for the females

But he screws up and learns the hard way that clownfush can change genders to help make babies

I'm being terrible to this poor guy let me stop

He so would be that fish owner to get real plants and "not those toxic plastic ones, how do they not hurt the fish???"

I honestly love the thought of Kinoshita just spacing out in front of his fish as he just watches them swim and do their own thing

Or if he were to only have a couple fish and he lets them get really big and pets them

Kazuhito Narita

Now, I know what you're thinking

Aren't Ferrets incredibly high maintenance?

Not really

Kazu ends up working at a Realty Firm

Generally their work hours are supposed to be around 40 hrs a week

But they often have to stay longer considering most clients can only meet up on weekday afternoons

So this means Kazu has to work a lot

Ferrets may be mischievous and a little destructive, but that's easy to fix

If a ferret is to be left at home alone for hours at a time, just get it a really big cage and tons of toys to play with

Plenty of food and water too, of course

But ferrets are honestly pretty chill

All they need is for you to clean out their cage around once a week, some light grooming here and there, and some time to run around

Apartment or house doesn't matter with ferrets

They love to just mess around and only need a couple hours of free time a day

They sleep most of the day, 17 to 20 hours usually

They also aren't very vocal

They have a specific noise they make when excited thats barely heard by most human ears

Fun fact about ferrets is they actually have pretty poor eyesight, but their sense of smell and hearing more than make up for it

The only real problems Kazu would have to worry about are hairballs getting lodged and dental issues, no different than a cat

I didn't pick a cat though bc, Kazu seems like the kind of person to have something that doesn't get riled up on a whim like a cat

Cats often have unpredictable moods, ferrets on the other hand can be energetic but won't get into a bad mood at the drop of a pin

They're generally very fun loving

Though, it is always recommended to get a pair

Ferrets are highly social animals, so they would need a buddy for when your not able to be there for them

Kazu would probably get one almost all white ferret and one almost all dark brown ferret for the symbolism

I love the thought of Kazu wrestling with one ferret, it wrapped around his hand, and then the other one if climbing on his back and sliding down the back of his shirt in playful retaliation

Tobio Kageyama

I really really wanted to give Tobio a turtle, but with him being a volleyball player in his adult life, that just won't work

Turtles need very specific temperatures and surroundings so they can live happily and healthily

I honestly feel in terms of personality, nothing but a cute little Eastern Box Turtle would fit him perfectly

I honestly struggled to find something that, to me, fit Kageyama Tobio but also would be manageable for him as a pro athlete

He's a very complex character and something with fur or feather just did not seem to suit him to me

The only problem is.......reptiles and amphibians are generally really demanding pets

From the food they eat, the the temperature their home has to be set at, its a lot of constant care

Some of them may not like constant physical touch, but they still need to be cleaned and have a constant watchful eye to check for any skin abnormalities

I decided on the African Fire Skink after much much MUCH consideration

These lizards don't get large, onky around 14-15 inches

And, unlike many reptilian nd amphibian pets, they don't require any specific heating or lighting

As long as your house isn't like consistently hot or cold or constantly changing between the two, their fine

They do need a substantial amount of dirt to dig and hide in

They mostly eat insects and one very rare occasion would appreciate a pinky mouse

These lizards are also shy and like to be admired from a distance

They don't like to be touched too much

They also have few and far between health problems uike other lizards

The only real problem is you can't find them at local pet stores but, they generally sell for around 25-70 USD

They also live for around 15-20 years

I feel like Tobio would have gotten his lizard as a middle schooler bc he didn't have very many friends, but he also didn't want a really needy pet since he doesn't know how to socialize well

Since this lizard like to be left alone, he could admire it from afar and this lizard could help him learn how to social better

Sorta.....

Imagine Tobio at a table in his room, doing some homework and the little Skink is just lazing about in a sunspot next to him 😍

Shoyo Hinata

YES YOU ARE SEEING CORRECTLY

At first for Shoyo I thought, okay maybe a hamster or a Guinea Pig or something like that

Ya know, something small but mighty and also, incredibly cute!

But I took a look at a list of pets that travel well and one of pets that can be left at howm for days with a proper care taker

I nearly shot myself bc I totally forgot that Hermit Crabs can be pets!!!!!

And they suit Shoyo so well!!!

They are small and sturdy

They fight back and pinch when threatened but can be very nice little pets to have

Hermit Crabs also love, sadly, for only around 10 years and can grow up to 6 inches long

Also, three to five shells per crab should be available

I am living for the idea that Hinata bought a bunch of shells for his crabs and painted them with little volleyballs and crows and ornage and black 🥺

These are good bc as long as you have someone reliable to feed them when they need to be while you're gone

Usually, if they're small, they're tiny wittle claws can't grab onto pellet food, so heir is a specific kind of almost dust like food for Hermit Crabs

Also, dark leafy greens like kale and broccoli or fruits like apples, bananas, and grapes are good too

Just choo them up really really tiny

They also need 2-3 inches of soil, silica play sand, and (optional) coconut fibers for them to burrow in when they molt

They also need a place for water to keep their little shells moist

They also need specific temps and maybe even mist their terrarium with water now and again

Something that us important and why Shoyi would need someone to come in and check on them is bc they are every vulnerable when molting

When a Hermit Crab molts they need to be separated from others so they don't get hurt

Like with many smaller pets you also have to thoroughly wash your hands before and after you touch them

Shoyo would fight Tobio when Tobio said his Crabs are boring and go into a long detailed argument about how each Crab has his/her own personality and how interesting they are

Kei Tsukishima

Did you expect this Dino loving nerd to have anything else other than a reptile?

I tried to find one, as you can imagine, that would fit his adult life schedule but also his personality

I really wanted to give him an Iguana or Chameleon butbthey were really demanding with care

Now.....I know

Anole are native to the Southern US and Southern Hispanic countries such as Mexico, Clolombua, and Venezuela

They are around 20cm long and only live a very short 3-5 years

Also if you own many most should be female and only one should be male if you choose to have any males at all

The males get very territorial and will fight one another

Also the males flair our their dewlaps (skin flap under their chin) in defense and when they feel threatened

The dewlaps are usually pink, red, or on the rare occasion blue

Females have these as well but don't flair them out as much

Anoles are very high energy but don't care to be touched too much

These lizards also can't be picked up by their tales as they have evolved to lose their tales and grow them back

Kei would like these as they are so odd

They're not only descendants of Dinosaurs but they can lose their tales and grow them back at will???

I feel like Kei would constant have new ones

His massive tank (you need big ones for these guys, they are very active and will resort to cannibalism if their space is too small) is never empty, always at least three

He has analbum on his phone of all of the Anoles he's owned and maybe even has a picture book with their names on it

Yamaguchi to this day is the o ky one that has had the privilege to see said book

Yamaguchi is also the only person Kei trusts to take care of his precious Anoles

And when one dies he has really small but none the less grand ceremony for a descendant of the mighty race of Dinosaurs

Yamaguchi always helps him set these up

I fell like he would give them really weird names as well

Like twig, stick, sock, glove, kneecap or some weird shit idk

I'll have Yamaguchi, Yachi, Yui, Natsu, and Saeko in the next one

[found this in my drafts] Skwisgaar, Toki, and Murderface in Tamriel

combining my hyperfixations let's gooooooooooooooooo

Skwisgaar Skwigelf

it's very obvious that as a Swede, his race in a fantasy universe would be that fantasy universe's version of our world's ye olde Scandinavians (aka, he'd be a Nord, duh) BUT i like to think if you gave him a pair of fake elf ears matching his skintone, he'd pass as just a really pale Altmer

he's beautiful, tall, slender, arrogant and talented, im sure he'd fit right in with either group, maybe even less so with Nords since Nord society values brute strength and high tolerance for alcohol, of which Skwisgaar has neither (I know he beat up that one guy with his guitar once BUT!!! he's absolutely the least violent fifth of Dethklok)

as a non-metal-musician in Tamriel im sure he'd have mastered a magic school instead of electric guitar, but i can't really figure out *which* school, *maybe* enchanting, *maybe* mysticism, but if i had to pick i'd settle on one of the schools governed by Willpower (alteration, destruction and restoration) because, let's be real, he's more dedicated (to his life passion) than he is intelligent >_>;;

the thing is, i'd make an argument that epic guitar solos heal people (not physically), so that'd be restoration, BUT if he was in a party of sorts I can't really imagine him as just a healer on the sidelines (that's Toki and Mface's thing hehehe), he needs something, hm...... Flashier. like fireball spells, but then again he's not really violent on the show and doesnt get into many fights (unlike SOMMMEEE people), so i'd say both Destruction and Restoration

BUT there's also Illusion magic, with which you seduce, make yourself shiny, paralyse, calm people etc and i cant think of a better analogy for guitar playing that stuns you and puts you into a trance because it's just so good

(also FYI nord males get a penalty in willpower and personality but i suppose he overcomes that, because i have trouble imagining him not heavily using skills governed by those stats)

and for the class- im forcing myself to pick from the set of 21 standard classes and looking at (this page) for reference because if i took custom classes into account it'd really complicate things-

an obvious answer'd be Bard, which makes sense because, you know, being popular and attractive, but in a gameplay sense it's more stealth and less magic (also if we picked bard just because he's a musician in the MTL universe, all other DK members would be bards too and that's pretty lame)

looking at the page i linked, the ''Healer'' class fits the bill, governing personality, willpower, destruction, restoration, speechcraft, and illusion. i wont lie, it doesnt sound the coolest (compare to a class desc like Nightblade, now that shit's awesome), but it makes the most sense to me

TL;DR nord by blood BUT looks and acts like a high elf, class: healer

Toki Wartooth a nord as well but! i've met plenty of nord dudes in ES games who are really nice to me but kind of not too smart (think Thrud in Godsreach in Mornhould the city that came with Tribunal the DLC for TES3 Morrowind), and im not saying Toki isn't smart (he's educated enough, has geeky interests, knows a thing or two about model-plane building, i think he might be one of the smarter DK members actually) but a nearly-fatal flaw is his naivety which would unfortunately translate into a low intelligence or maybe personality stat in a TES game

when you have a low personality stat, NPCs dont like you as much, and (in Morrowind) whatever options you pick while Persuading an NPC are less effective, even taunt and intimidate)

but i wanna argue in the case of Toki in Tamriel, that low personality stat wouldn't come in the form of being an intimidating douchebag, because we all know Toki's really, really nice, and he has his moments of being a jerk on the show, but he's mostly kind and polite, especially to strangers, and *definitely* holds the title of ''Dethklok member most likely to agree to an autograph and selfie with a fan after a concert and then give them a friendly hug''

it's difficult for me to decide which attributes he'd govern, and a lowered luck isn't possible at character creation, but i'd lower it if possible

high strength, yes, i can imagine Toki with either a blunt or blade

high willpower, competent with restoration and destruction like Skwisgaar, but not as dedicated to the mastery, duh

high endurance- knowing the shit he's been through, might be pretty high

(''cheats death'' and ''unpredictable'' are both keywords i'd describe Toki by)

i have my eyes on either Crusader or Spellsword BUT I thought the class description for Scout fit Toki just perfect and I even made a little joke about it to my friend once

TL;DR nord spellsword or crusader, but i'd pick spellsword if i was forced to choose

William Murderface

ive been so exicted to get to this one because, hear me out- khaijit pilgrim

Murderface's spirit animal is a dang tiger, man, and now it's true Murderface isn't very athletic or agile like a khaijit BUT listen, in Oblivion Khaijit get a daily power that let's them intimidate opponents because they're like, big cats, literally, like a tiger or lion and wouldn't you run if you saw one IRL? AND Murderface isnt very popular with fans, which I'd imagine would translate into low personality maybe, but Mface is dare i say pretty dang skilled at making people hate him or hate others or get into fights, aka using a high personality stat for bad (taunt/intimidate) not good (admire), which is why I instantly thought he'd be a Pilgrim (''They profit in life by bartering in the market, or by persuading the weak-minded.'')

look me in the eye and tell me lockpicking, sneaking and punching people arent things Murderface would love to do, also scamming merchants and stabbing people, and khaijit conveniently get a small bonus in Blade and you know who loves knives? M u r d e r f a c e

inappropiately urinating in places? cat. face like an inbred white tiger? cat. sneaky jerk? cat. also i just really want him to be a catboy, man

i did think of him as an Orc too because of the whole martial culture and being a race that was cursed with 'ugliness' (not always true, some orcs are pretty hot), *but* the martial culture orcs have isnt really the barfight kind nords or dunmer have, it's more organised and honourable is it not? they take fighting seriously

would you say Murderface'd rather practice like blunt weaponry all night and day, then go to war and die for his clan, *or* would he sneak in a tavern, steal shit, insult someone, then get into a bar fight? that's what i thought !!!!

fuckin obviously you cant appoint the latter to khaijit because that'd be racist and im not a huge fan of discrimination against beastfolk myself, an orc could be a thief too, but have a look at this:

(for orcs), and the minuses in intelligence is mostly what makes me think Murderface wouldnt be an orc because he's pretty smart

smart as in street-smart and smart with people, specifically at what makes people mad or do ugly things, and thats something I have to hand to Willy, he's cunning even if not always sucessful in that endeavor because of his bad luck and unattractiveness, but in terms of raw people-skills he's not so bad

and for his class- I know i said pilgrim earlier but i wanna consider some alternatives: rogue or thief

''a tongue as sharp as a blade'', and ''profits from the losses of others''? both Murderfacecore, but I might wanna stick with Pilgrim just because they're history nerds

What about a Pokemon au? Like everything's the same but everyone has little pokepals it'd be adorable

Oh honey, I KNOW it would be adorable!! You’re talking to the same person who gave the entire Hamil-cast Pokémon!! Okay, let’s start!! (I’ll just start off with one per person, but if you guys wanna add more to make a full team, go for it!)

Usnavi: Ambipom - Mostly because of breeding purposes with Glameow (see Vanessa). But I could also see it fitting because Ambipom’s would be GREAT for helping with a store, swinging around and using their two tails to grab stuff.

History - Ambipom was a gift to Usnavi from his parents, given to him as an Aipom. The two hit it off great and Aipom was a source of comfort when Usnavi’s parents passed away. While Usnavi had to run the store at a young age, Aipom made sure to remind him to relax and have fun every once in a while. Now an Ambipom, that continues to be its job, making small jobs around the store into fun for everyone. It’s greatest challenge though, is trying to impress Glameow with its tricks; it hasn’t succeeded yet, but feels it’s getting close.

Sonny: Pikachu - Not just because of my profile picture but I can just…picture it, ya know? I can just easily picture Sonny running around with a little Pikachu, both of them pulling pranks together and messing around with Usnavi.

History - Sonny met his little buddy when it was just a Pichu. He found it abandoned in an alley way in the barrio when he was around ten. So he took it home, helped Abuela nurse it back to health and they became inseparable. The two can almost always be found playing and scheming together, and Pikachu plans to be right by Sonny’s side when he invests in protest. Pikachu was a great help in defending the bodega along with Sonny. Sonny also has a Thunderstone that he got from Abuela, which he’s saving for a special day.

Vanessa: Glameow - Why? Well, not only because it is fabulous, but the thing is known for being fickle, meaning, it constantly changes how it feels about things. In other words, this thing would be just as emotionally pent up as Vanessa. (also there’s no way in HELL she’s letting it evolve; WHY DOES PURUGLY EXIST??)

History - Glameow and Vanessa’s first meeting was great, but it wasn’t all sunshine and rainbows. Glameow was a present from Vanessa’s dad…right before he died. But when Vanessa’s mom turned to alcohol, Glameow was there to keep her company. The two are a force to be reckoned with; don’t mess with Vanessa and her glamerous but deadly cat. It may act like Ambipom is annoying, but it really finds its playful tricks and shenanigans kinda cute; not that it’d ever show it.

Benny: Luxray - Again, mostly for breeding purposes with Nina but ALSO because thanks to the anime (specifically the Pikachu short ‘Pikachu and the Pokémon Band) I know that Luxray can do SICK beatboxing to go along perfectly with Benny’s raps!

History - Benny met his little partner in crime as a Shinx back when he was a trouble-making little kid. They ran into each other when they were both on the run from the authorities and stuck together after a couple more meetings and conjoined little crimes. It evolved into Luxio when Benny started work at the dispatch, but evolved into Luxray during the blackout, giving both Benny and Nina a literal light in the dark.

Nina: Buneary -Seems pretty fitting, and both are super adorable and you want to give them both big hugs! And considering the pressure Nina has to go through, I think she could use a fluffy cuddle bunny Pokémon.

History - Received as an egg from her parent’s Pokémon, Buneary and Nina have pretty much grown up together. Buneary serves as Nina’s comforter, getting her through her tough years at Stanford, by providing hugs and plenty of moral support. It still continues that to this day. It’s a bit shy around Benny’s Luxray, but they are good friends.

Daniela: Chatot - What other Pokémon would be perfect for the Queen of Gossip? The only one who can talk of course! …That’s pretty much it. Plus, imagine that thing using Hyper Voice to get everyone’s attention in ‘Carnaval del Barrio’ XD

History - It was pure coincidence how these two met. Daniela was gossiping with her high school friends, when another voice joined the conversation. After seeking out the voice, Daniela saw a little Chatot sitting on the phone wires. They held a conversation for a good while, and at the end of the day, Daniela held out her arm, the Chatot perched, and the rest is history.

Carla: Delcatty -I originally thought Delcatty would be good for Vanessa with the cute charm thing, but its most prominent quality is its soft fur, and I think Carla would be ALL OVER a cute thing like that. Delcatty IS popular among females, after all. Also, Delcatty is a TM BEAST. It looks cute, but it’s DEADLY. Imagine Carla doing battle with that thing! AWESOME!

History - Carla found Delcatty as a Skitty, and purely by accident. She was walking as a child, saw a cute pink kitty wandering around and instantly decided to take it home with her. Luckily, this Skitty was totally fine coming with her, with all the affection Carla showers it with. When she met Daniela, the older woman gave her a Moon Stone, allowing Skitty to evolve. Most of their time spent together, is doing each other’s hair.

Claudia: Swanna -Mostly reminiscent of the birds that Abuela loves to feed. I wanted to give her a bird Pokémon and this was the best IMO. According to Pokédex entries, Swanna can fly for miles and miles which fits 'Paciencia y Fe’

History - Swanna was Claudia’s first friend when she came to America. She was feeding birds when she came across a weak Ducklett. It had lost its family, and was weak from hunger, so Abuela gave it all the bread she had, and the little guy just…stuck around after that. They both grew up, aged, and endured the hardships of time together, and formed the strongest bond imaginable until Claudia died, and Swanna, in its old age, flew off and disappeared, never to be seen again.

Pete: Smeargle - I mean, duh. There’s no other painting Pokémon around. And in the manga there’s a Smeargle who’s pretty notorious for painting graffiti…on other people, so I think these two would get along great.

History - These two have been together for as long as Pete can remember. Just wandering around the barrio and painting together. But what Pete loves about his furry buddy, is that while they may be good at tagging walls, Smeargle is a PRO at tagging people. Just a quick swish, and you have glasses and a mustache painted on your face. They were Usnavi’s worst nightmare as kids, and they’re still a great source of entertainment for the rest of the barrio.

Kevin: Stoutland - Stoutland just looks like the kind of father that Kevin reminds me of. Plus, it’s a giant guard dog; that’s LITERALLY Kevin when Benny’s around Nina.

History - Stoutland has been with Kevin since he was born, running around the farm with his young owner as a Lillipup. It was the only one who supported Kevin in his want to go farther and try to change the world. While Stoutland is a but more prone to thinking how their actions will effect others, he and Kevin want the same thing: for their family to do well.

Camila: Lopunny - Again, breeding with Stoutland, and also, I could see Lopunny being a good mother Pokémon that can be caring and kick ass. That thing can learn Hi Jump Kick; don’t mess with it, just like Camila.

History - Camila met her Lopunny as a Buneary, hungry and alone as a teenager. She gave it food and took it in as her own, finally giving her a companion after being alone herself. Both of them cherish family above everything and aren't afraid to rip into anything or anyone that threatens it.

Piraguero: Vanillite - If you can’t lure kids in, have a cute Pokémon do it with the promise of a cold treat…that sounded A LOT less creepy in my head. Anyway, yeah, we have an ice cream Pokémon, may as well use it, so why not here? X3

History - Not much is known about their history together, but some say that Vanillite met our Piraguero in the islands, and saved it from getting overheated by giving it a home in his piragua cart.

Again, these are just ONE Pokemon, feel free to add to their respective teams if you wish!! (Oh, and Lincoln would have a Krickitune which he met when he ran away to New York, because it liked his music, keeping him company as he traveled alone.)
