Too cute. My guess is that Charles was able to bring Leo to the US, because he (Leo) got his vaccinations here. Honestly wasn't expecting him to bring the tiny pup, but so glad he did, as it's giving Charles and Leo more bonding time together.

And Leo is clearly loving Miami Beach. I mean, look at that little bean!
