What all are you wearing? Dark blue lounge pants and a black long-sleeved t-shirt.

Are you fingernails or toenails painted? What color/s? Nope, I don't paint my nails.

What is your hair like? It's wavy, kind of poofy from the humidity, and up in a ponytail.

Are you eating anything? Nope.

Drinking anything? I have a glass of water on my desk.

Are you doing anything besides this survey? I was posting in the Bzoink forums a few minutes ago.

Does anything hurt or feel uncomfortable on you? Not at the moment.

What has been making you sad/angry/upset recently? The war in Ukraine.

What has been making you happy/excited recently? My husband and I have plans to go hiking the day after he gets back from his work trip. We're also going over to my brother and sister-in-law's house sometime next week to grill steaks and play board games - we were going to do it this past Thursday but had to cancel because I got sick. Also one of my cousins is coming to visit for Memorial Day weekend.

What time is it? 10:19 p.m.

Where are you? At home. In my study.

What device are you using? MacBook Pro.

What do you think your parents are doing? I'm not sure exactly, I haven't spoken to them since yesterday, but I'd imagine they're just chilling at home and about to go to bed.

What do you think your siblings are doing? ^ probably the same.

What do you think your significant other/crush is doing? My husband is at work, currently doing a flight to Vancouver.

Are you wearing any makeup? What kinds? Nope.

Are you feeling okay overall? Yep.

Who is your celebrity crush? I don't really have one.

What food have you been enjoying recently? I've had a minor cold the past few days, so I've been eating a lot of chicken noodle soup. I had it for dinner two nights in a row.

Are you tired? Not really. I'm feeling a lot better today.

What's the weather like outside? It's been a fairly stormy afternoon/evening, but I think it's done storming. It's starting to get kind of cool outside, and it's really humid.

What's your ~ed sin~? pt. 2

I often restrict but only eat junk food. I don't know how many calories I burn with exercise. I don't keep track of veggie calories. I am not afraid of fruit sugar. Whenever I feel faint or light-headed I eat asap. I can't waste/throw food away, which when you're disordered is a total "sin." I don't look at thinspo. I don't count my coffee or tea calories or when I put a splash of juice in my water. Sometimes I use (low fat) mayo. I count the calories still, but I'd rather have them in my count than try to drink black coffee. I don't count vodka calories. I drink regular Coke instead of Diet because Diet Coke makes me gag. I eat carbs often. I don't exercise a lot. Sometimes I eat small amounts of candy without counting it into my intake. I usually eat more on days I'm inactive than on days I work out. I refuse to spend crap tons of money on diet foods like halotop. I restrict on not so healthy processed foods some days. I don't count calories at all. I will eat something high in calories/completely throw a daily limit out the window if I get close to fainting. I binge but don't purge. I don't care about sodium levels at all. I'm disgusted by people who judge others for being overweight/obese. I also never drink water. I watch mukbang videos to make me cringe and be so disgusted I don't want to eat. I don't chew gum. I eat fatty foods regularly without purging. When I binge, I can't get myself to purge no matter how much I try. When I make food I snack on some bits and don't count the calories of it.

As my following grows and as I meet more and more people who have rats, had rats, know someone who has/had rats, and love rats...

increasingly I wonder if/when a day will come... a day that I'll express rat enjoyment to someone and they'll enthusiastically ask me if I've heard of This Funnie Little Rodent Blog they like, figuring I may already know it or will enjoy it if not...

and it's.. my blog... and then I have to come out as popular Rat Tumblr blogger that they follow and now know IRL.......

#/lh #I'm saying this like it's some big deal but I'm just exaggerating for comedic effect adjfgsbkdfj #no idea what the likelihood on that looks like. based on statistics of people estimating statistics? probably likelier than we all think #anyway that time I posted a survey for a university research project here and you all wound up comprising 2/3 of our sample was so funny #I had to actually say in an academic research paper that one possible flaw in our study #was bias that may result from 2/3 the sample having come from a niche and extremely specific demographic of people #due to the fact that they flocked in from One Of The Researchers' Substantial Online Following Centered Around A Particular Theme #And Selected Specifically To Have Only A Certain Kind Of Person On It Via Boundaries And Blocking #literally you all made up 98/150 respondents (but that's assuming all digital responses were from y'all-- we had 52 paper responses)#ah but the research symposium was the best. in the paper I was able to remain that generic about it #but at the research symposium. well it's a glorified science fair. so participants have their own stations set up and observers tour them #as the participants speak to their audience; directly providing a summary and then answering any questions #some of the audience/observers are faculty and most are fellow students #so real scholarly scientific types yeah? so they had questions. thoughtful questions #long story short I confessed to numerous listeners throughout the day that the sample's bizarre gender ratio is probably my fault #around 57% women; 21% nonbinary adults; 17% men-- an unusual proportion #so I had to academically tell my professors... underclassmen..... my classmates....... acquaintances.... foes..........#... that I'm big famous in Rat #and it was so. djkjSBCJXHQKRIGAJFSHF
