VALENTINES DAY MATCHUP EVENT

Hello my lovely readers! I’m reopening my matchups for Valentines Day! Submissions will be accepted until February 14th.

I’ll be having 2 different matchup types.

I will not be accepting anonymous requests

RULES

Must be Following me

I will be writing your matchups in the order I have received them. If you would like to know your place in the queue feel free to message me!

However, if you harass me in my messages or demand to have your matchup done ahead of other people I will have to delete your request. Please be cordial.

I will not be writing nsfw for this event and I will delete any requests that include that kind of information.

Age must be in bio. I will not be taking requests from anyone under 16.

If you happen to get paired with someone you did not want or did not expect, do not be rude. You will be blocked.

Check the list of fandoms I will write for at the bottom of this post and the matchup guidelines. If the guidelines are not followed I cannot write the matchup.

I will only accept one request for each matchup type per person. Since there are limited spots for the personality matchup, it is not fair to allow people to send in more than one request. If you would like another matchup for a different fandom, please feel free to join any future matchup events!

1. APPEARANCE MATCHUP

You can request up to 4 fandoms for this and I will post you with characters who I think you would look good with! Since these matchups will be shorter I am not putting a limit on how many I will take as of right now.

Information to include:

• At least one picture or a picture of yourself

• Age

• Gender preference

• Fandoms you would like the matchup to be for

• any characters you absolutely do not want to be matched up with

Things that will be included in your matchup:

• the reasons I chose the character for you

• a song that makes them think of you

All pictures will be kept private and only the matchup result will be posted!

2. PERSONALITY MATCHUP (10/10)

PERSONALITY MATCHUPS ARE FULL

You can request 1 fandom for this matchup. (Mutuals can request up to 2). Since these matchups will be longer I will only take a maximum of 10 requests as of right now in order to not overwhelm myself and to give you guys quality content.

I will keep this post updated with the amount of spots available! If you aren’t able to get a personality matchup this time around, no worries, appearance matchups will remain open!

Information to include in your request:

The information you sent in about yourself will not be posted, only your matchup results! Keep in mind that the more information you give me, the more accurate and detailed it will be! Don’t hold back!

That also being said he likes to fold his wings around you in public just because he likes the gesture and he probably wants others to know that you're taken. (Someone hit on you once and he is NOT risking that again)

He notices that you melt when he holds your hand so he'll do it all the time grabbing it for no apparent reason and sometimes even kissing it just to see you get flustered or soften up

His grave ended up being put in a secluded area in a place that you could only visit a few times a week since Sera said that she didn't want anyone getting suspicious of where you were going

Mostly because as the souls in heaven are kind they still are flawed to some extent and might follow you around

You still help the exorcists every now and then but not as much since Lute's in charge now and she hardly lets you through saying that you can't be in there

Overall your relationship has its ups and downs but in the end you two are a very loving couple <3

But, without further ado, I’d like to give you some matchups. If you want any sort of headcanons about any of those relationships, feel free to sent an ask and I’ll add to the lore!

First, we have HAZBIN HOTEL and it was really a no brainer. I ship you with…

Lucifer. He’s absolutely the type to be intrigued by your reserved nature upon the first meeting and delighted when he gains enough of your trust that you feel comfortable being expressive around him. His curious nature and mind of an inventor work well with your thirst for knowledge. If you take time to look into subjects that fascinate him, he’ll be happy to talk with you for hours. Of course, he’ll look into the things that you like as well, like games or books you enjoy. To be fair, that would be the first obvious sign that he likes you. At times, especially at first, he would try very hard and worry about the way he was coming across. So he would try to think of ways to make a good impression on you and getting into your hobbies is definitely on the list. He’d also make you little gifts, mostly ducks. Eyeless Jack! Hear me out, I think this would be silly BUT also incredibly sweet. Like, goals. First of all, he’s a flesh-eating demon but usually, he’s portrayed as a tame (at least during casual encounters) guy with not much passion for socializing. Just imagine going about your day, chatting with friends, being your extroverted self around the people you are close with (since you said it can be different when it comes to acquaintances) and his bad-omen-looking demonic presence is just standing beside you. Absolutely iconic if we’re talking ship dynamics. Also, with him being the designated doctor, he’d appreciate your caring nature, with you being the parent of the group. That could be one of the ways that help you two to grow closer - he patches people up, helping them physically, while you keep their emotions in check. Soon he finds himself feeling lonely when you’re not hanging out with him while he does his whole healer-thing. He enjoys hearing your gossip stories and in a house full of murderers, there’s always something interesting going on. On occasion he even joins in, sharing the stories about your mutual friends. Confidentiality be damned, he will tell you about why Jane gave Jeff two black eyes (it was deserved). Speaking of which, if any of the guys (let’s be honest, this is still about Jeff) decide to be difficult patients and you swoop in to unleash your more aggressive side, he only falls harder. I think you two would get each other because you both have moments of insatiable anger and also sometimes want peace and think about deeper things. He’d definitely enjoy discussing those topics with you when there’s no one around to bother either of you

HOMESTUCK was a tough one, but I settled on…

Dave. I kinda debated that for a bit but I think it fits. There would be no instant love with sparks flying, but you would definitely grow to like each other. At first, it would be somewhat difficult because you’d seem a bit distant upon the first encounter, and let’s be honest, his whole cool-guy thing doesn’t always appear very inviting. But as time goes on, you’ll spend more time chatting one-on-one. Not to mention the events of the plot would help to bring you guys together, I mean, at least you're going through your bizarre experiences together. Rose would be the first one to notice (though the rest would follow soon after) that he seems to care about you more. Every time you’d try to be the mediator, attempting to bring everybody together and be the ‘dad friend’ he’d - in his own chill way - make sure that you’re not burning yourself out. He is the Knight, after all, being protective is a part of his thing. The same goes for your anger. I mean, he kind of likes that vibe, but if you just feel like you're about to burst from frustration, he’ll certainly try to redirect your thoughts. Not afraid to talk back if you end up snapping at him, but at the same time, his aura just seems really calming? And he wouldn’t insult you for real, I just mean that the guy can hold his own. Definitely would support your art and indulge if you want him to play some games with you. Generally, based on your interests I think you would meet through John, which also means that there would be a few times when you and John team up to do some practical jokes on him. Dave acts unamused, but up to a limit, he doesn't even mind. Especially not if it’s you

And lastly for OHSHC I match you with…

Umehito Nekozawa! I feel like he would greatly appreciate your curious mind and it would complement his own pursuit of (occult) knowledge. And as a way to show you his admiration he’d give you the strangest gifts that would be nonetheless endearing. The other thing that would make him fall for you would be how caring and helpful you tend to be. For a while, he struggled to connect to his sister and I feel like you could help him with that, which would be some nice setup for a fun romance arc. With a lot of mishaps because you know how he is, some things are bound to go wrong. But in the best way possible. And his determination plus your creativity would always overcome any obstacles in that classic writing style of OHSHC. I’d totally read that! Also, he would totally love your hair and would ask you to dye his if you know how to do that. Honestly, he would let you even if you lacked experience. Another thing that seems kind of small but works well for this ship is your love for rainy weather. He’s open to dates, though a little nervous, and your preference would make him feel less bad about his aversion to the sun. I mean, if you don’t mind the dark gloomy skies, either way, he can work with that to organize some nice, atmospheric dates for you two. And if you were ever interested in borrowing his clothes for some of your more edgy outfits, he’d be down for it. Nervous as can be (especially at the beginning of the relationship) but still happy to share his clothes with you. Also! He would be so into playing tabletop RPGs with you. It's been a while since I've done a matchup, so please bare with me. This does contain some spoilers from the fandoms... And if you'd like me to rematch you, don't be scared to ask!

Let's start with doing this alphabetically...

ALL OF US ARE DEAD

Gyeong-Su

So part of me really wanted to match you with Nam-ra but I feel like Gyeong-Su would be a better match for the fact of he'd be more lighthearted. Sure, he can get a bit easily annoyed, but he's far from an angry person and he actually seems to be a pretty understanding person from my point of view. He's not overly obnoxious but would still tease you in the childhood crush type way. The type to get you flowers for Valentines but awkwardly leave it as if some secret admirer did it....only to get jealous at how flattered you were. He's not the best with romance, in fact he can be a bit of a goof, but he's a total sweetheart.

( SPOILER WARNING)

Taking the show into consideration, I feel like if it played out as it did, you'd be the reason he left the room. Sure, he left the room before he turned for the sake of saving everyone. But, knowing that if he stalled too long, he'd hurt you, he made sure to walk himself out as soon as he could even with how emotional his goodbye was. He couldn't stand to hurt you. Even with his teasing, he would never intentionally harm or upset you and he takes great care to be the best partner he could possibly be.

Cute picnic dates with him before the outbreak. Totally makes you some homemade chocolate covered strawberries and things like that and sets it all up like the little romantic he is. He'll be bashful the whole time, but he does all he can to make sure you enjoy yourself! That or I could totally see you guys going and getting boba while browsing through manga shops.

ASSASSINATION CLASSROOM

Itona Horibe

So I chose Itona because I think you guys would have a good understanding of each other. He can come off very blunt at times, even if he doesn't necessarily mean to. I think his issue with tone is something that you guys can help each other work on, or just be there for each other in general.

He's very new to admitting when someone is better than him at something, and though he's okay with it, he will still have issues sometimes. Not to say it's your job to help him, but considering the type of person you are I think someone like you supporting him would help his progress a lot.

Not to mention, I don't know? I feel like you guys just would look visibly appealing together. I think his white hair would look very well with your black, not to mention pretty hazel eyes while he has gold? Just sounds so appealing. Also side note...he'll let you wear his bandanna whenever you'd like!

Definitely would learn how to skate with you. I feel like he'd be decent at it, and would definitely wanna learn tricks. Might be a little upset at how much better you are than him but he'll definitely work up to being good enough to keep up!

BUNGOU STRAY DOGS

Chuya Nakahara

Now this definitely may seem like a different change of pace from the other ones but HEAR ME OUT. You, a sweet guy that can make anyone laugh, and Chuya, and angry little gremlin that bites ankles. I just find it to be such an endearing pair. Like the way your presence alone can just make him way more relaxed than anyone else has seen from him is insane.

He's not a bad guy, far from it, he just needs a supportive partner that can help him chill for once. Not to mention the height difference! It's adorable and especially when he grumbled about you using him as an arm rest! Or how sometimes you can take his hat from him and tease him and just let him jump for it.

He's got more of a vampiric look with his little jacket cape and everything, but I feel like you guys could have cute outfits. I feel like you guys would totally vine. Helen is a naturally quiet person and I feel like there's ample amount of times where you find yourself just kinda sitting in comfortable silence together or him quietly sketching you while you're in the middle of a rant. He's above all a listener, so I feel like he's a majority of the Creepypasta's go to when it comes to venting, but no one really does the same because they assume he's just a silent stoic type, but I think once you show you're a caring person, he'd be much more apt to open up to you and go to you as well.

That being said, I feel like it'd be a cute date for you to be playing the piano or any other instrument, and Helen vibing so well to the music while he paints of draws, or both of you drawing each other!

Definitely the type to give gentle little pats on the back whenever you get emotional at a movie scene or something of the sorts. He's not good with people when they're crying, but he's oddly good at hugs. Skinny little painter arms are surprisingly strong. (I mean, how else would he hold up a brush for hours at a time?....Or you know.. murder people...)

Not really an animal person at all, buuuut if you did happen to bring a cat around he wouldn't mind so much. He thinks animals get in the way, but you could totally convince him with a little sleepy kitten.

MY HERO ACADEMIA

Himiko Toga

So for My Hero Academia I've decided to pair you with Himiko Toga! It was a close call between her and Shinso, but I feel like in the end Toga would be a bit more of a better fit!

So starting off, she definitely has a type for the sweet guys. Considering she's a villain, she just can't help but fall for those that are kind hearted. She doesn't see a lot of compassionate people anymore so you being the type of person to help those in need is exactly her type. That meaning, she sees right through you. Sure, you may be giving her some attitude, but watching from afar she sees just how well you care about your friends and she admires that...better yet, she envies it. It's safe to say that Himiko is not the most stable. I mean, she's a villain of course, but she shows her affection in a much more...obsessive way. I'm sure you've seen how she acted in the show with Izuku Midoriya. And I'm sure you can guess how she would treat you.

She's obsessive and a bit unhinged, but if you can look past that she truly is a good partner if you return the feelings. Toga could possibly freak you out with the whole blood spiel...but she's a total sweetie once you get to know her! She'd protect you with all her might and wouldn't think twice before defending you against anyone.

I feel like she definitely gets attached to cute animals easily too, so take her on a cat cafe date or to a shelter and she'll be sooo happy playing with the puppies and petting the cats. She's totally a dog person though....

SQUID GAME

Ji-yeong

Ji-yeong is a very laid back girl. Even when she was faced with death, she just nonchalantly accepted it. She's calm and collected to your face, but I think underneath it all is a scared, thoroughly traumatized woman that just needs someone to understand her. I feel like you being the parent friend would really help her out. She's reckless and needs advice, but the fact that you can be so blunt and sarcastic is what really catches her eye. It's the perfect mix of attitude and kindness where she can be herself. She doesn't have to pretend she's perfect, but doesn't feel like she's going to be judged for the troubles she's caused leading up to her being entered in the Squid Game.

I like to think that she took some time to truly open up, especially if you met inside the games. Girl's got trust issues, but is good at saving face and making it seem like she's just some reckless, careless girl who wants everything to be over with. That goes to say though, I think once you two slowly realized you could work together she wouldn't leave your side. She may have issues with trust, but she is sure as hell loyal!

Adding to that, I feel like you guy's would just have a matching aesthetic. We've only ever seen her wearing the jump suit (I think anyways-) but judging by the nose piercing I feel like she'd have a bit more of an alternative aesthetic that would totally match yours! Ji-yeong is totally a Taro Boba fan and will drag you to get boba all the time. She's borderline addicted....

VOCALOID

IA doesn't really have a cannon personality, but from what I can tell I think everyone's decided that she's just kinda shy and quiet. She's sweet but she is definitely the introvert kind. I think you guys would fit well because of this. Just like the Bloody Painter, you guys have tons of comfortable silences. That or you two working on music together would be amazing! You guys would get so many hits out it's crazy. You guys 100% would become record label partners. After y'all get together it's almost never IA by herself. If you don't want to perform, that's fine! She'll still find ways to make sure everyone knows where credit is due!

I know that Vocaloids can realistically be played in any language, but I still feel like you guys would have cute study dates. I like to think that IA is the curious type and loves learning new things, so you helping her learn languages, or you both working on vocabulary flashcards would be a cute past time for the both of you.

Also, little thing that popped up in my head, but I think it would be adorable of she got a pair of roller skates and went skating with you while you rode on your board!

It was just some simple cookies but the whole time he was blushing and tripping over his tail and trying to keep it together

He always watches you draw or paint or just create art in general. He watches you add the colors like you're creating something out of thin air and with such diligence that sometimes you think that he zoned out into the art

You teach him how to draw every now and then too and how to paint and the first time he spilled paint all over himself and he was so embarrassed but you cheered him right up

Sometimes you'll speak a different language to him and he'll ask you to teach him but he might forget every now and then...

He's not a big sucker for spicy food... but he is one for sweets

Sometimes he'll take you to a bakery just so you both can get something sweet to eat and if you're too busy? Thats fine he'll bring you something back anyways

Also if you're too stressed he'll most likely try to get or bake something sweet for you to enjoy and make your day as once again he loves seeing you smile and be happy

You'll try to get him to eat something spicy every now and then but he denies it and tells you that he's all good

Everyone tried comforting you but you found yourself just going through his old inventions instead and taking some solace in that
