“Will?” you knock lightly at his door, “can I come in?” You want to talk about what happened yesterday.

When Will told you and Jonathan that he was spending his birthday with El and that Mike was flying in, the two of you were ecstatic. But then Mike showed up with flowers for El and nothing for Will, not to mention that both kids absolutely forgot about his birthday entirely, you’d decided to do something about it.

“Sure,” he gives you permission, and you swing the door open. You see him sitting on his bed, looking out the window and fidgeting with the painting he’d worked so hard on for Mike, only to be too scared to show it to him.

You take a seat next to him and place your hand over one of his. He looked at you. Here goes, it’s time to tell him. You knew it’d go fine, he was in love with Mike after all. But still, a part of you was scared he wouldn’t accept you.

With Jonathan it had been different; the man had been far too high off his ass to even register what you were saying. But here, in the vulnerability of his room, you’re more both nervous and prepared at the same time.

“I, uh, I wanted to talk to you,” you say, and when he gives you a hesitant, albeit confused, nod, you continue. “I’m not entirely sure how to say this in a not-awkward way, but… I know about you and Mike.”

He freezes up. It’s not like he doesn’t want you to know, per se, it’s more that he’s scared that you know. What if you’re mad? What if you’re homophobic and you hate him now and you’re ready to ignore him for the rest of his life? Can you even do that? Would mom let you? You are an adult, after all.

“Know… what, about me and Mike?” he asks, unconvincingly. He knows exactly what you’re talking about and you damn well know it.

“Look, Will. I know you might be kind of… hesitant, to admit it out loud - and that’s perfectly fine. I just wanted you to know that,” you pause, are you really ready to do this? A deep breath: in, out. “I wanted you to know that you’re not alone.”

A beat. “What?” his head whips toward you, shock apparent on his face.

“I like girls,” you say, smiling sheepishly. Well, no going back now.

All Will does is continue to stare at you in shock. You start to regret telling him. Maybe you were projecting onto him and Mike? Seeing what you wanted to see and not what was actually there.

“Y’know, I expected more of a reaction. You’re acting kind of like Jonathan did, and he was high,” your lame attempt at a joke seems to do the trick. He snaps out of his comical reaction.

“Sorry, I’m just,” he searches for the right word, “processing. Does that mean all that time you told us that you didn’t want a boyfriend because you wanted to focus on school, was it really just because you don’t like boys?”

“Partially,” you laugh lightly, “I did want to focus on academics. But also, yeah, ‘cause I don’t like boys.”

“Does Mom know?”

“I never directly told her, but I’m pretty sure she does.”

“That means she probably knows about me too, huh,” he groans.

“Probably, but that’s not surprising. I’m pretty sure that Jonathan knows too,”

He groans, holding his face in his hands. “Really?”

“Really. But don’t worry! He’s totally cool with it. And he won’t tell anyone - I also won’t tell, by the way,” you reassure him.

“Thanks,” his reply is muffled, his head still pressed into his palms.

“Okay c’mon, cheer up! I know yesterday was bad, but that doesn’t mean today will be!” In all honesty, yesterday was a lot more than bad for him; it was a shitty day from hell, but you refuse to swear in front of his little brother.

“Yeah whatever.”

You feel bad for him. Obviously he isn’t in the mood to talk about it.

“I would've told you about it sooner, but I wasn’t sure if the girl I’m dating wanted anyone to know.” You can see him visibly perk up at the mention of a girl. Seems you changing subjects was a good idea after all.

“Who?” he asks excitedly, “Who’re you dating? Do I know her?”

“Maybeee,” you drag it out teasingly, “you ever met Robin Buckley?”

“Robin Buckley?” he repeats, “as in Steve’s friend, Robin? She’s gay?”

“Full on lesbian,” you smirk.

“Makes sense that she never got with Steve then, huh?”

“Steve’s not that attractive, Will, c’mon.”

“Not that attractive? Really? Just because you don’t like guys does not mean you can’t accept that some are attractive,” he rolls his eyes at you, a grin on his face.

“Tell that to Nancy,” you shoot back, referencing their previous relationship.

“Tell what to Nancy?” Jonathan peeks his head into the room.

“Nothing!” you and Will both chime.

“Okay, well Mom’s about to go, so come down and say your goodbyes before she leaves.” Usually he’d probably care a bit more than you were talking about Nancy, but he and Argyle had definitely smoked some of their treasured Purple Palm Tree Delight before dinner.

“Alright we’ll be down in a sec,” you usher him out the room. When the door closes, you wrap an arm around Will’s shoulders.

“You really okay? After everything that happened yesterday, I mean.” You just want to be sure, let him know he has a shoulder to cry on.

“I don’t know,” he shrugs, “it’s not what I expected, but it wasn’t terrible.”

“I’m really sorry that they forgot. I know that your birthday usually doesn’t mean too much to you, but it still would’ve been nice of them to remember.”

“Yeah, well, it doesn’t matter now. Besides, I like the stuff you guys got me.” You can tell he’s just trying not ro make you feel bad. You know just what will cheer him up.

“That reminds me, I have something for you!”

“But you already got me a gift,” Will points out.

“I know, but I have something else.”

“GUYS HURRY UP, I HAVE TO GET GOING!” Joyce calls from downstairs.

“Right, let’s go!” you grab Will’s hand and the two of you rush downstairs.

ok i'll do one as a viewer and one as a crazy insane totally un-normal cinematography nerd. as a viewer: holy fucking fuck fuck max's scene in dear billy. WHAT THE FUCKCKCJFJ. its cliche, i know, but the SONG, the LETTER, the LIGHTING, the DRAMATICS, thE FUCKIGN MEMORIES!?!@?1 MADWHEELER CAMEOO!:!>!>>!?@?!@/ IT S ITS SO FUCKING PERFECT AND I LOVE EVERYTHHIGN ABOUT IT. god its just. everything.

as a cinematography nerd and professional gay, THE FUCKING RAIN FIGHT. holy hell. where do i start. the dramatic lighting. the amazing fucking camera work. the car between them. the way we can feel will's absence after he leaves. the RAIN. mike wearing a yellow polo (pssst its will's colour pssst he's projecting) AND AND AND AND the colouring of the shot being blue because HE'S PROJECTING!!!! the way will tears up oh i want to hug him. the most iconic lines ever, confirmed gay will (if you have basic media literacy), and the way mike is jus. so distraguht. :((( (also compare it to mlvn break up its EMBARRASSING how much sadder it is lmaoooo)

well this one is hard. because does max count (i totally think she's coming back alive btw) im saying she counts. I CAN'T F-FEEL OR SEE ANYTHITGN. I DONT WANT TO DIE IM NOT READY. AFTER HER BEING FUCKING SUICIDAL AND ANXIOUS DISTANCING HERSELF FROM EVERYONE ALL SEASON AND HER CLUTCHING ON TO LUCAS SAYING SHE DOES WANT TO LIVE SHE DOES SHE DOESN'T WANT TO DIE SHE WANTS TO KEEP FIGHTING I- RHAHHHHHHHH. her arc is about finding the will to live and then they. fucking. killed her. (maybe). rahhghh.

5. should eddie have died in s4 or should it have been steve?

eddie fulfilled his purpose. he absolutely should have died in s4 (as in, the options are eddie never existed and steve dies or what we got in the show, that bitch was not living till s5) and im happy with the choice. i think steve dying in season 5 is a much better choice, because we've bonded with him, we like him (despite his fans), and he means so much to the kids. it'll hit harder in s5. from a screenwriting perspective, i think steve dying in s5 is better than in s4.

but on the other hand, i dont think they should have emphasised dustin and eddie's relationship that much. it should have been like a 'he was innocent, he didn't deserve this' death and not a 'oh no my best friend/older brother figure' death. bc the second one is steve.

so yes, i like eddie dying in s4 as long as steve dies in s5

6. Death predictions in s5?

oh. haha. steve. he's a fucking goner. for sure. i think steve confesses his uNdYiNg LoVe to nance, dies, and then everyone freaks out bc 'omg st3ddie are in heaven together.'

i do think all of the kids are safe, re: will, mike, lucas, dustin, el and max. they have specifically said its ending happy, and any of the main party dying is not happy. that said im a little scared for dustin. just like. 1%. if you told me one of the kids was out, i think its him. but im pretty sure they're all good.

robins safe, #diversity, nance is safe #love triangle security, argyle might be in danger, but he kind of doesn't feel important enough to die (i love him but dude doesn't even have a last name ffs), if steve dies then jonathan is safe, but if steve lives, jon's in trouble,

i think both joyce and hop are safe, hop especially, they did not fake him out in s3, then have him be gone for alllll of s4 just to kill him off in s5. fucking pointless (i do wish he died in s3 though. im a hopper hater, fight me.)

vickie is also safe, #diversity and also she's too clueless, max is double super duper safe (because why save her from such a good and epic and sad death just to kill her later), i do think murray is in trouble, its been a good long game death and he (sadly) isn't that much of a fan fav. erica may be in a bit of hot water. she's a fan fav and her death would be hard on both viewers and characters

also im hoping dreaming and praying for lonnie to come back so jonathan can kill him with either his bare fucking hands or (and this one i like) a chainsaw. please. please. PLEASE GIVE JON A CHAINSAW IN SEASON 5 I BEG YOU DUFFERS.

so steve, murray, erica and (🤞) lonnie are the only ones i think im sure enough to predict are dying, in that order of likeliness.

I’m making a love story of Steve Harrington and yn henderson

You first met Steve when will went lost seeing your little brother come home with a tall man he told you about him being a jerk but they was joking and best mates you’d never really talk to any of his older friends but you and Steve got along very well

Dustin went to walk out and you being a older protective sister shouted him “Dustin where you going” you said firmly

“Looking for will” Dustin looked over

“Nice try sit back down im not letting you look for him let the older ones do that your young I understand he’s you best friend-”you was saying before Dustin butted in

“I know he’s your best friend but it’s too dangerous let the older people do it dustin” Dustin finished your sentence

“Dusty I want you to be safe” you try to say

“You want me to be safe and talk about looking for will but never do because your fucking lazy I hate you yn” Dustin snapped making your heart snap

You didn’t even bother talking back to him and Steve walked to Dustin’s room

“Dustin come on man” Steve said

“She’s done nothing at all because she dosent care” Dustin shouted

You stood up and stormed to his room

Steve and Dustin walk out chasing you Dustin felt really bad and you took a turn into the woods and they saw you climb up a tree really upset your eyes was a complete blur but Steve got you out the tree you wiped your eyes

walking back home and Dustin apologised to you and you accept it and when Steve walks out you wave bye to him and Dustin gose in his room and you got a whole bunch of alcohol out and did what Dustin said drink till you black out

Dustin walked in early that morning to crushed beer cans on the floor and you passed out on the sofa

You got to school head banging to Steve and Jonathan having an argument over you finding photos jonathan had of you which was kind a perverted it was you in your bra and shorts

You stood infront of them both like Steve did last night for you when you was arguing with Dustin and turned steve around and walked him off jonathan thinks he’s lost his best mate which is you but you didn’t wanna lose any friends you was trying your hardest to help

“Yn you can’t let him take photos of you he’s being a perv” Steve said

so, steve harrington in season 1, also known as king steve. we dont get to see a lot of him and the fandom is pretty undecided in who king steve is, by which i mean, just how much of a piece of shit was king steve? all interpretations are valid, and he's fun to play around with, but i always think, like. rewatching s1, he's just...not that bad. his potential to be a dick and him actively being a dick are two very different things. he has the potential, but we only see him actively being a dick when he's at his lowest point (and when it's justified).

so. i think steve's reputation as 'that douchebag steve harrington' (thank you lucas) is best summed up by this interaction:

warning: this is going to be very long and rambly bc thats just my *waves vaguely at my brain and whatever is wrong with it* taking the reins and nosediving into a pit. so here's a readmore cut. consider reading more.

its kind of hard because s1 steve has a lot going on before we even meet him. like. okay so:

option 1: nancy is the reason steve becomes a better person, as proven by tommy saying nancy turned steve 'into a little pussy'.

this would mean that as of episode one, steve is in the sort of middle of his arc. he already knows nancy and already cares for her (more than other girls he's been with), and is therefore already trying to be better. meaning the steve we are seeing in episode one isn't the king steve that tommy knows, that steve used to be a worse person before nancy came into his life.

but then we have-

option 2: the steve we meet in episode one is how steve has always been.

and by that i mean:

throughout the season, whenever tommy and carol are talking shit or acting like assholes, steve either half-heartedly tells them to shut up or he just laughs awkwardly. he never participates. he's just kind of there while tommy and carol mock and tease people.

when carol is talking about how she told her teacher to blow her or whatever that cringe shit was, steve calls bullshit and stays quiet while tommy laughs and he and carol continue dunking on this poor teacher. steve doesn't laugh with them and he isn't even smiling.

as far as i remember, the only time steve participates in a conversation like that is when jonathan is pinning missing posters up. carol says 'oh god. look' in this disgusted tone and she and tommy proceed to talk shit about jonathan, but all steve says is 'oh god, that's depressing' in a tone that could definitely be mocking, but also isnt, really? like hes picking at the fact its jonathan byers and that he's putting up posters for his little brother, who steve's friends seem to think is definitely dead because it's that family. but the way steve says it is like. like its so neutral but i just know there's something in there that's mocking. like he thinks its a pathetic sight. but his tone isn't nearly as disgusted as carol's is and he tells tommy to shut up after he says jonathan killed will.

steve never talks shit, but is that because of option 1 or option 2?

like. we know steve can be bitchy if he wants to be. the first thing he does when robin says she has a crush on tammy thompson is mock her singing and her dreams about going to nashville or whatever, but the thing with that is he was doing it to make robin laugh. making fun of tammy wasn't really about making fun of tammy, it was about making robin feel safe.

so, our boy can talk shit, but he chooses not to.

now, if it was because of nancy, im not gonna lie, i think it would be as simple as showing steve glance at nancy as if checking for her reaction before scolding his friends, but he never does.

so that brings us to option 2. (the one I personally subscribe to)

tommy and carol never call steve out when he scolds them. they dont think it's weird at all, implying this must be a pretty normal reaction for steve to have. maybe they read it as a light-hearted 'shut up, man' when, really, it's steve's weak, half-hearted attempt at getting them to stop before they go too far.

i'm not saying that steve wasn't a bad person- he was. like, half of the characters have said so. im not gonna lie, though, the only character's opinion about King Steve i really care for is robin's. lucas and the kids know steve sucks, but they're in middle school at that point and they probably only know steve through rumours. and eddie is...well its weird actually because eddie talks like he didn't actually know steve? as if eddie wouldn't know just how much of a douchebag king steve really is. so I'm ignoring that.

so robin. her main complaint about steve was that he never noticed her in the two days a week for a year that she sat behind him in class. she says she didn't understand why tammy liked him so much because 'you asked dumb questions, got bagel crumbs all over the floor and you were a douchebag'. she never elaborates on why he was a douchebag but i took this to mean steve only cared about himself and his clique so he kept his back turned to robin buckley for a whole year.

steve keeps his back turned to a lot of things, actually. tommy kind of says it himself in a line i think is strange: 'run away, just like you always do'. because when has steve ever ran away before this point? steve doesn't run, steve avoids.

he doesn't participate in this conversation:

he can't even look at jonathan after he broke his camera:

when tommy is graffitiing he just stands to the side:

and later, he says:

and tommy says,

and it just!!! sums King Steve up so fucking well!!!

steve is a douchebag, but not because he actively hurts people, but because he passively allows his friends to. because he was too wrapped up in the bullshit of the high school social hierachy and his reputation. 'because tommy h would have made fun of me or i wouldn't have been prom king'.

in this scene:

[id: a video of steve, nancy, tommy, carol, and barb in the school hallway. steve snatches flash cards from barb's hands without looking at her. as tommy h walks past barb, he jams his finger in her ear. barb cringes and rubs her ear. end id]

not only does steve straight up not see tommy messing with barb, but it's also like he doesn't even notice barb is there, even when he's snatching the flash cards from her hands. like, its interesting. because this action comes off as steve teasing nancy, like..when you snatch book from someone and raise it out of their reach in a fun friendly way. but he doesn't take the cards from nancy, he takes them from barb. and it's like he doesn't realise. it's like for all he cares he snatched those cards from nancy's bag or something. he doesn't fucking look at barb! he doesn't care about barb! he's focused on nancy and his friends, barb may as well not even be there!

in less than five seconds, steve and tommy just made barb feel like shit, and steve doesn't even fucking realise. but tommy does, because tommy did it on purpose.

steve doesn't notice tommy sticking his finger in barb's ear, he doesn't care enough about jonathan to actually call tommy out on what he said, he doesn't care enough about carol's fucking teacher to say 'hey, carol, what the hell was that even for?', he doesn't care enough about barb to make sure she's okay when she slices her hand, he doesn't care enough about anyone in miss click's class to turn around and chat with robin buckley.

actually no i take that back because if steve has proved anything about himself it's that he cares so much. no its more like:

he doesn't notice tommy sticking his finger in barb's ear because he's too busy reassuring nancy and inviting her to the party because he likes nancy and wants her there.

he doesn't call out tommy any further than telling him to shut up because properly calling him out would mean risking their friendship and his reputation as King Steve and steve cares too much about both of those things. the same goes for carol's thing.

he doesn't make sure barb is okay when she slices her hand, but he does keep an eye on her while she heads inside until he's distracted by his friends and the girl he has a crush on.

he doesn't talk to robin buckley because he's too busy asking 'dumb questions' because he wants to better understand the class because we all know he's bad at academics. and, to be fair, he was also probably to busy chatting to other people 'worth his time', I once again reference 'because tommy h would have made fun of me'.

he is hurting people but not intentionally like his friends do. he's just so wrapped up in his own bullshit that he let's things slide so he doesn't have to confront the issue and lose his standing as King. unlike his friends, steve doesn't enjoy hurting people.

when steve breaks jonathan's camera, its because jonathan spied on steve and his friends and took multiple photos of nancy in a private moment. jonathan was creepy, steve got (rightfully) pissed off, and smashed the camera. and it's so clear on his face that he doesn't feel good about doing it. tommy, carol and nicole are entertained by it, they laugh. but steve's face is hard-set and he looks away from jonathan, eyes unfocused. like he can't even face the damage he caused, like he doesn't want to see jonathan's defeated expression. he closes himself off the second the camera hits the ground and he immediately leaves. and while his back is turned, tommy and carol linger behind and bully jonathan some more because its fun for them.

when steve picks that fight with jonathan later on, steve is at the lowest we've seen him, probably the lowest he's ever been. the first girl he's ever truly cared about has (as far as he knows) cheated on him with jonathan byers, then she slapped steve (which, btw, tommy looked entertained at), humbled him in front of his friends? that's fucking mortifying, that's a serious hit to his reputation. this is King Steve! untouchable, girls love him, would never dream of cheating on him, King of Hawkins' High, Steve Harrington.

but, actually, did steve care? no. his friends seem to care more about that than steve does. steve was angry and upset but it was implied to be tommy's idea to graffiti the theatre and steve just didn't tell him to stop. it's tommy who publicly humiliates nancy, while steve keeps the actual fight between him and nancy (and his friends because they were there).

in this moment, steve doesn't care about his reputation. he just feels betrayed, he's angry at himself for worrying about nancy and he looks a second away from crying and it breaks my fucking heart!

so then why does he provoke jonathan? is it an attempt at saving his dignity after being cheated on with jonathan byers, creepy loner guy? is it because tommy would have mocked him for letting him go without a fight?

because the second before that first shove, steve seems to make a decision. he sweeps up his hair and squares his shoulders, as if putting on that King Steve persona, closes himself off again just like after breaking the camera. his voice is steady when he throws out those insults, which is something he's never done up until this point - steve doesn't talk shit, we've established that, but the shit he says is cruel. he digs at sore spots he might not even realise he's digging at, he says 'but the byers? their family, it's a disgrace to the entire-'. and it sounds parroted, like something his parents have said before because they definitely talk shit like that. it doesn't sound like his words, he might not even really mean it, he just wants to get under jonathan's skin and by God does it work.

but he doesn't enjoy the fight like the others do, he doesn't enjoy seeing 'nancy the slut wheeler' scrawled across the theatre marquee, he doesn't enjoy making fun of people.

steve only does those things when he's at his lowest point. he tells nancy to go to hell, he provokes jonathan into a fight, he shouts at carol and finally fucking calls them out on their bullshit because they're insulting nancy and, by extension, steve, because they don't realise that steve genuinely cares about nancy. they don't get it because they don't care about anyone but themselves and neither did steve, until nancy. nancy, who despite being the perfect girl, still doesn't match up to C+T's standards. ('maybe because tommy h would have made fun of me', steve said about dating a girl like robin).

maybe nancy was the catalyst to his redemption arc, or maybe over the years he just grew tired and sad and started to change his ways because -

the steve we know is so caring and good and sweet and protective and he laughs and jokes with his friends apologises when he crosses the line and he constantly puts himself in danger to keep the others safe and maybe he was always like that but just never got a chance to be like that because of the environment he was in like we know his dad at least is an asshole and they don't get along at all and tommy and carol are mean and miserable for no reason and they're not fun to be around but then he met nancy, sweet compassionate nancy and he could be himself around her he could be sweet and charming and call her beautiful and keep his hand on her knee and then it all fucks up and he thinks 'i cant believe I actually worried about her' because this is what happens!!!! he loves people so much and they constantly disappoint him!!! and then he stands by as his friends call her a slut in writing and he picks a fight and then his friends don't even fucking realise that he's genuinely upset and he genuinely feels betrayed and they're making it worse because they're fucking joking about it and he leaves and he goes to Jonathan byers fucking house to apologise!! he's apologising to the guy who his girlfriend cheated with because he insulted his family and that's not who he really is and he bought him a new fucking camera because the second he broke it he felt horrible it's like all it took for steve to finally snap was nancy and jonathan's sad little faces and I just fucking!!!! i get why people like stoncy now!!!! FUCK!!!!

fuck I just

King Steve was dick because he was too obsessed with being King Steve, being popular, being prom king. i don't think he was ever really a bully or a particularly mean person. i do think he was rude and i think he might have snarked at teachers and i reckon if someone ever insulted him or Tommy he wouldn't hesitate to spit venom at them. i like to play with the idea that he was the guy shoving kids into lockers but i can't really imagine he was ever that cruel. steve is a ridiculously good person and i think he isn't capable of the bullying his friends participate in. i mean the look on his face when he breaks jonathan's camera is just... ugh. anyway.

I'm going in circles now. i love Steve so much. that's it.

I just don't like how Jonathan became 'that guy Nancy is dating' instead of having his own storyline. The whole reason I kept watching after S1 was to see more adorable scenes between Jonathan and Will and we still hardly have any.

I know I'm just gonna bawl my eyes out when he dies and it really sucks because the majority of the fandom is cheering it on and wants him to die, so thats not helpful either and makes me feel alone here. But yes hes definitely going to die protecting Will and/or El and its going to break me especially seeing Will's, Hopper's, and Argyle's reactions to it.

I know-Jonathan FINALLY gets the family he deserves, the father he deserves, the best friend he deserves and then hes going to get brutally murdered by some psycho who is obsessed with clocks. How is that fair?

Well on the subject of Steve-I thought this was going to be the season where Steve finally confessed to Jonathan that he was in love with him-but then that just made me sad thinking about Steve's reaction. I actually have a post about it-once again its another post that I never posted-about how sad its going to be that Steve spent the last few years of his life changing his ways/bettering himself all to be worthy of Jonathan's love-and then shortly after he tells Jonathan the truth, Jonathan dies saving his little brother.

This is the very watered down version of that post. Its harder to stomach when you get the full picture but could you imagine that? You spend the past how many years trying to come to terms with your sexuality and improving yourself and get the courage to tell someone how you feel and then you don't even get a chance to be happy with them? They get killed by some psycho.

So Steve's reaction to Jonathan's death would actually be the hardest for me, but then again maybe I'm just a crazy person reading way too much into Steve's storyline. I should really find that document I have about Steve's reaction to Jonathan's death…I feel like the above doesn't do it justice about how sad and devastating it would actually be.

it would have been interesting for will to explore a little before being with mike. however, idk. i feel like they’re written to be soulmates and that’s just that. for will to get a boyfriend who’s not mike i think would take some time since homophobia was extremelyyyy prevalent back then esp in hawkins. maybe it could have been possible with the time skip, tho. it depends on how long the time skip is supposed to be.

i do love the childhood friends to lovers trope, and i think byler shows it very clearly and beautifully. i love byler and i’m not upset at all that will has feelings for mike. i just don’t know how much longer i can take will getting heartbroken again and again. waiting for the day byler is finally canon🥲

gay little sleepovers

okay okay hear me out:

Will, Robin and Eddie all have sleepovers because they are the only gay people in Indiana (/jesting) and they always take place at Will’s house. After Robin met Will and was able to clock him as a homosexual within the first second of seeing him they both just continuously bond over their gay struggles and such and Eddie joined the mix too after coming out to Robin. The sleepovers just give them a little space to be themselves fully without judgement (well almost, robin and eddie consistanly jest at will for having a crush on mike).

These all happen at the byers house cause Joyce is the best mom and is literally the mom to every one of those children and shows them the most unconditional love and I love her.

Jonathan is always wanting to be a good older brother and join in on the fun but I can just see him acting like an awkward white dad trying to be cool with the kids and I think thats very funny.

you can also add max and el into the mix. because el and will are the wonder twins, el would wanna know what was going on and just end up joining the sleepover party and has a little bit of realization about her identity. Max of course tells El first that shes queer and El immediately is like “you should come to my house!”

these sleepovers happen monthly and i just love all of them being soft and cute and having fun this idea just started with will eddie and robin but of course max and el need to join in at some point. Stranger Things sleepovers just make me really happy

I need something cute, like Steve getting a glimpse into the future and just seeing everything he's ever wanted. A big house full of kids, it's loud and busy, Toys scattered around. Then he just sees bug in all her glory. She's not dressed up or anything. Wearing pj's and sitting on the couch surrounded by a gaggle of little Harringtons. Some look like her, some look like him, maybe one who's too little to tell. Older ones sitting across the floor. Everyone's doing their own thing but all together in the same room. Everything feels warm and cozy. No more fighting for their lives, or worrying about what's gonna happen next. They're safe, surrounded by love that they created.

I imagine it like when Nancy comes back around Steve feels confused about his feelings ( Steve and Nancy never really had a friend phase like Steve and bug did, so I feel like they have trouble acting like friends around each other. It always lands into flirting territory and this might be confusing for the both of them.) And then he just gets hit with this vision and it makes him wanna cry. All he's ever wanted right in front of him but out of reach. When he'd get out of the upside he'd basically throw himself at bug. Any confusion is out the window and he knows what he wants.

ALSO, I feel like the jug reunion will be so good. I know season four took a lot away from Jon's character but I feel like it was needed. He saw his younger brother dead, his mom go crazy, planned a funeral BY HIMSELF ( and bug), he's almost died a million times. He deserved a break. He deserves to be a teenager and smoke weed, to forget about college for a minute. I feel like it helped him kinda go back to his old self, or maybe become someone new entirely that's a mixture of his two selves. Bugs tired when he comes back from California. She's been through hell and back and now she gets to see her old friend again. She gets to pretend like nothing has happened. Like she didn't almost die, like she hasn't been cursed or plagued with nightmares. She gets to relax and distract herself from everything that's happening around her. Don't get me wrong she's Happy, she loves Steve and she wouldn't give those memories up for the world, but she missed Jonathan. Everythings fucked but when bug and bee are together it's okay, they feel like everything will be okay. I feel like after everything that happened with vecna she'd feel homesick if that makes sense? She's way too stressed out and just wants to go home, but homes changed. Having Jonathan there would definitely help.

honestly what i adore about bug and jon is their childish innocence they still have together. the world is ending and theyve had the worst fucking three years of their lives but the second theyre together its bearable again.

i like to think of them as that feeling we all had as children, where we played superhero or tag or hide and seek, and the thrill and invincibility that followed after an exhilarating game with your best friend. your knees may be scrapped from falling, or maybe the dark closet you were hiding in began to scare you, but the moment youre back with your best friend all the fear and worries disappear because how couldnt they ? youre seven and your best friend is your favorite person in the entire world.

also you make such an interesting point about nancy and steve never JUST being friends. i never even considered that and now may have to rethink my pure hatred for that season 4 plotpoint (thats assuming the duffer bros even had that tidbit in mind). i think it adds such a nice layer to everything, so we shall see !!

- Robin's friend is a horror movie fan whos fav movie is evil dead (jonathan has a poster of it in his room)

- Robin's parent's car is the " dodge dart" a ref to Dustin's demodog-dart

-robin and her friends make analogies to zombies (like Will- the zombie boy).

- robin faints. And her friend milton says "blink once for yes twice for no". A ref to what Joyce said to Will in s1.

- robin's other friend has a little sister named el-ie who pretends to be a squirrel. A ref to el killing a squirrel in s2. This is also reminiscent of a scene from the st prequel novel ' suspicious minds' where young-kali pretended to be a tiger (the Hawkins school mascot) & a rabbit (Jonathan's hunting story).

- robin reminds me alot of the byers: she is into photography and rock like jonathan and even worked at the movie theatre like jonathan did in the og pilot. They both like David bowie and cook for their families. She also is poor and wears hand-me down clothes from relatives (like Will). She also is into existential philosophers. Which is also similar to jonathan who had a poster of the poet rimbaud in his room.

- robin is almost run over by a car by a bully while riding her bike: similar to Mike, Dustin, and Lucas in s2

- robin says the best accessory for a girl is her middle finger. Cue max giving the middle finger to billy in s2 XD

- robin (before Will dissapears) sees the quarry and gets uncomfortable and thinks of metaphorical monsters

- similar to how billy had baseball references (along with Will). Robin wears a baseball shirt

- her fav flavor of pie is cherry (like alexi and cherry slurpies). She also gets pissed at a guy sipping a cherry flavored drink- similar to hopper in s3 with alexi

- she cuts her hair and she describes it as looking like a lion. El and Will owned lion plushies in s1.

- robin refs Chicago (kali lives there) and NYC (hopper used to live there), and California (where max and billy used to live).

-tammy's fav song is total eclipse of the heart: the song Robin and Steve sang in s3. Tammy would often sing the song in robin and Steve's class.

- they make references to the hellfire club: she describes a time where she dresses like a cross between a nerd and a rebel. And a mom yells at her appearance saying she looks "goddless' . And another of Robin's friend (kate) is told ' what demon is possessing you, kate?" (hinting at the satanic panic). Meanwhile someone describes Mike and his friends as "hellions' as another hint to this. We also see how alot of parents got paranoid and a bit crazy when Will and barb dissappeared- prob foreshadowing the chaos that will happen if more kids dissappear in s4. Along with the satanic panic

-Robin is visiting her friend Kate at her house. Kate wanted to listen to Madonna together. Max and el listened to Madonna at el's.

- Robin's friend (kate) says "I dumped his ass" in reference to her cheating bf. A little nod to the m*leven breakup

- robin (like Will) felt excluded during the summer cause her friends kate and dash (Kate's now ex bf) were always making out . Sound familiar- cough m*leven

- robin annoyed says " makeouts, breakups and declarations of love all in the span of a week". Wow if that ain't a diss to certain pairing we know in s3 XD

- kate (like mike) says to Robin dating the opposite sex is a part of growing up . Which scares Robin (and Will in s3).

- robin has a nightmare of running down the school hallway with short hair (like el in s2 via the upsidedown)

- robin contemplates shaving her head (like el)

- robin says she likes to sometimes dress androgynous . And found a cool suit. Which we saw in s4 bts pics I assume.

- robin watches a music video where there are duplicate indianna joneses (could be a ref to all the billy duplicates in s3?)

- robin says " I stare at the ceiling. The ceiling stares back. I'm stuck and don't know what to do" a ref to the s3 song with robin called "the ceiling is beautiful"

- a character named Sheena reminds me a bit of Will or el . She is very quiet, queercoded, and is often bullied. And she finds mean notes and other things in her locker- placed there by bullies. A bit like how Will found the zombieboy note in his locker. But sheena can be another name for Jane so ...maybe foreshadowing of el/jane being bullied in highscool?

- when robin hears a hom*phobic comment on tv- she describes the anxiety like a ' thundercloud in a big open sky' and a "chill". Which reminds me of the mf being associated with clouds, thunder, and lightning. And the mf liking it cold.

- robin constantly describes the monster or shadow in her life- whether it be her talking about conformity or the problems of consumerism while she is poor (themes of s3).

- robin before realizing she was gay/crushing on tammy just says " I don't get crushes' which reminds me a bit of Will saying " I'm not going to fall in love" (as the lyrics are " love thats new to you, you open up the door')

-robin on her bike hears something (demogorgan) and runs back to her house , locks the door, and calls her friend- and the phone gets electrocuted. The next day Will is said to be missing. (Another Will paralllel).

- i was right about robin being in theatre. So we most likely will see robin in theatre in s4 (she also auditioned with a friend in the book). So for s4 my guess is she may be in the drama club with dustin- cause in s1 he had a drama shirt

- one of her friends is named milton. Since the documentary 'paradise lost' was on the s4 movie list. Its prob a ref to John milton who wrote the fictional 'paradise lost'. The character Sheena may be a ref to the 80s film/movies *where sheena (jane) was psychic

-Robin's gal pal (kate) and Robin eat m&ms and candies together. Kate jokes m&ms and candy bars are 'foods of the gods'. El ate m&ms in s3. They joke how talking about plural gods (instead of 1) would get them in trouble. In case you are unaware- kali (is the name of a Hindu goddess) and el (is the name of a cannanite god) .

-Robin also mentions hopper's car smells like eggos.

- robin tries running away (like el in s2, max in her novel, and jonathan also wrongfully assumed Will ranaway in s1 too).

-robin tries to get a job at Joyce's, than Bob's, and later gets a job where jonathan used to work

-bob newby describes the byers family as his "home" . Similar to how El describes the Hawkins gang as "home".

- robin says she was friends with barb before nancy. Suspiciously right after she says this- barb grabs Robin's hallpass that says ' glitch in the time space continuim. " the teacher who wrote this called robin a "glitch". Which makes me wonder if my did theory is right- but ...that certain powers at be may also alter memories or things so people assume said people have always been around.Mentioning it cause it seemed suspicious.

-not an eastegg but robin can't believe how nice Bob is. And Bob says the byers filled a hole in his life 😭 . She also felt an instant connection with Will and saw alot of herself in him.And asked if Joyce ever thought of moving like everyone suggested . One of the reasons Robin didn't like steve was because Steve never mentioned how Jonathan took innapropriate photos of Nancy. So everyone at school just knew jonathan as the quiet kid who takes pictures. So to everyone it just seemed like- wow you're bullying the quiet kid who's brother is missing and take away the one thing still left in his life that makes him happy. Which is why everyone assumes jonathan beat up steve later. Interesting to know how general Hawkins (not in the loop) viewed things

- the book referenced alot of previously mentioned movies on the s4 list or from prior duffer interviews...along with a few NEW movies ,books, plays, singers, and songs that I have to analyze for another day ...

GREG AND ANTHONY!!!!!!!! HOW CUTE WAS THAT?😻😻👶

Well…I liked it.

If liked is having to rewind a single scene 9 times because you couldn’t stop crying. Then yes I suppose you could say I liked it.

I’m kidding…no you were all right I absolutely loved this scene. I can’t stop thinking about I have it saved on my phone. It is genuinely my favorite scene of the show so far. My last rewatch of it had me in tears about 3/4 of the ways through. So I’m improving!

A lot of gushing and mushiness under the cut

A little context—my favorite part of the Bridgerton books is the family. The romances are fun but trope heavy and nothing you probably haven’t read before. But to me what sets Julia Quinn apart from her contemporaries is the focus on the family and how they love each other. And in turn for the Bridgertons, how the love of their family allows them to love another person.

This relationship between Anthony and Gregory in the books is immensely special to me personally because in a lot of ways its always reminded me of my relationship with my baby brother. More parent than siblings, two polar opposite relationships with our parents, and a sizable age gap- that makes it hard to always understand each other but never not love each other. And so in OTWTTW when Gregory tells Violet, “Anthony had been a good father to me” that had always hit me on a personal level.

This scene in the context of the show largely exists as turning point in Anthony’s healing process. You get this sense that Anthony has never really talked about Edmund to anyone before this. And that he wouldn’t have if it wasn’t Gregory (maybe Hyacinth but I think that conversation would be vastly different).

When Edmund died, Gregory was baby he has no working memory of him. While Anthony has so many he feels like his drowning in it. But in this scene for the first time it feels like Anthony has considered what Edmund’s loss means for someone like Gregory who will never know his father.

And thats what get’s Anthony to finally talk about him. Something he so desperately needed to do. He couldn’t talk about really with Kate in the library, or contribute with Violet earlier in the episode, but in this moment he can finally talk about it. Because this is how Anthony gets to keep Edmund alive. Through his relationships with his family.

Gregory forces Anthony to deal with his grief in a way no else could have. And I think that’s beautiful.

And if you don’t believe me listen to Jonathan Bailey, who apparently pitched this scene talk about it. (seriously though I owe this man flowers)

Also if we ever see an adaptation of Gregory’s story this is important scene for him too.

Gregory is, in general, a character I just find really endearing. He really is unique amongst his brothers for having learned how not to be an asshole without needing the love of a woman first. And I love his relationships with his family. In the books Gregory talks about Anthony, the way Anthony talks about Edmund. You get this sense that there is no one Gregory wants to be more than Anthony. Unlike Benedict and Colin, in his book Gregory never feels like his brother casts too big a shadow.

However, because of the scope and nature of a novel we don’t see the development of this relationship until book 8. Which is a shame.

But in the event of a season 8 (in 10 years time maybe geez could you imagine) this scene helps us understand the motivations of 26 year old Gregory. How he gets to a place where he considers Anthony “the very best of brothers” and the standard that he wants for his life.

And if we never get a season 8 (I will always have the one I have extensively planned out in my head—really guys…its a lot) I am so glad that we got to see this relationship beforehand.

A/n: Hi y'all Happy Thanksgiving!

You were practically bouncing off the walls in excitement when you woke up this morning. It was the day before Thanksgiving and you were bringing your Boyfriend, Sebastian Stan to visit your family with you, you had moved out of your small town where your family lives when you were 18 because you wanted to follow your dream of being a actress which you succeeded in after starting in a movie with Chris Evans two years ago. At a party Chris had invited you to he introduced you and Sebastian. Currently you were dragging Sebastian through the gate excited to see your family.. "Babe my brothers are waiting come on!" You said. He shook his head jogging to keep up with you.

"Dragoste they aren't gonna leave us here slow down!"

"You don't know that hurry up!" You said. This would be the first time in almost a year you saw your older brothers and to say your excited would be an understatement. You hadn't seen them since the Christmas. You are also excited to meet your youngest niece who was born a few months prior to thanksgiving. You made it out of the gate and looked around spotting the four men, three of them were sitting down a baby stroller sitting next to them, the fourth man stood beside them. "There they are!" You exclaimed letting go of your boyfriends hand and began running to the men. "Matty!" You tackled the man that was standing.

"Jeez!!" He exclaimed falling, the others looked at you shaking their head at you. "Hi baby sis."

"Hi!" You stood up giving hugs to the other three men as Sebastian made it over. "Sebastian these are my brothers, Matt, Jon, Mike, and Justin. Boys this is my boyfriend, Sebastian." You introduced. Your brothers stood up straight giving Sebastian a intimidating look. He would be lying if he said he wasn't worried to meet your older brothers. He was under the impression that they were stereotypical over protective brothers. He knows you are their only sister and the youngest of the five of you. Matthew being the oldest at thirty-seven, Jonathan is thirty-six, Mike is thirty-five, and Justin is thirty four, and you are thirty.

"Hello." Sebastian said shifting on his feet nervously before your brothers broke into smiles.

"Hey Man. Welcome to the family!" Matt said pulling him in a hug. You shook your head laughing as your brothers hugged him and welcomed him to the family. He is the first guy you've brought home since you moved when you were 18.

"Is this my baby niece?" You bent down in front of the stroller where a two-month-old baby sat.

"Yes she is." Justin said.

"Hi there Nora. I'm your auntie y/n." You said in a baby voice. Sebastian looked at you fondly as you made faces and cooed at the baby.

"Okay let's go get your luggage Mom and dad are waiting for us." Matthew said. You stuck your tongue at at him before standing. You grabbed your before hand before the 6 of you before walking to luggage claim. You guys made it to luggage claim grabbing your bags before heading out to Jonathan's mini-van which you teased him for.

"So how do you two meet?" Matt asked as he leaned back in the seat. You didn't tell your family much about yours and Sebastian's relationship.

"At a party Chris invited me to." You said.

"That's all not some exciting and adorable story? Wait Chris?" Justin asked.

"Chris Evans. My co-star? I told you bout him! The guy with the adorable dog!" You said looking down at your phone.

"Oh! That guy!"

"Chris was adamant in us meeting." Sebastian chuckled with you.

"Sebastian. Your an actor like her right?" Matt asked.

"Yeah." Sebastian nodded.

"You're in those marvel movies? My twins talk about them all the time." Jonathan said.

"And so does my oldest." Mike said.

"Yeah I play the Winter Soldier." Sebastian said smiling.

"Cool man I think thats my daughters favorite." Jonathan replied.

"You don't know Samantha's favorite character from movies she talks about 24-7?" Justin asked.

"I'm pretty sure it's him." Jon shrugged as he turned the car down the street leading into your hometown.

"Grayson said something about her favorite being Captain America though." Mike said.

"Ooooh! Jax's favorite is The winter soldier!" Jon said in realization as the car made it into town.

"In a whole year this place didn't even change a bit." You muttered looking out the window as the car passed by shops and houses.

"It never does." Matt said.

"Hey, are my other nieces and nephews waiting at mom and dad's house for us?" You asked your brothers. They each have kids, Matt has two Luna and Benji they are thirteen and eight, Jonathan has four Samantha, and Jaxon who are twins and fourteen, Violet and Hazel who are ten, and nine, Mike has four boys, Grayson, Jasper, Levi, and Griffin who are fourteen, twelve, ten, and four, Justin has three Leo, Oliver, and Nora, they are seven, five and Nora is just a baby. You were the only one without kids but that was because you wanted to wait till you were married to have children.

"No Griffin is but the rest went to get something from Jon's house before we left so they probably aren't back yet." Mike told you as the car pulled into the driveway of a two story house that was far from the street with a large yard that was surrounded by woods after.

"We're here!" You said excitedly as you unbuckled your car. In addition to not seeing your brothers for a year you also didn't see their wives who you were close with since they became your big sisters the second they met you. You had seen your parents when they came to a premiere for one of your movies. Jon parked the car and you climbed out going with Sebastian to the trunk to get your luggage. "See Seb told ya my brothers would love you." You said, he was nervous about coming for two reasons one was leaving his mom alone for the holiday but the three of you decided to celebrate it early, and the other one was just because of the fact the first time he'd be meeting your brothers and most of your family would be on a big holiday.

"You were right dragoste but you still have more family." He said leaning down to kiss you.

"No PDA!" Matt said before Sebastian's lips met your. You pulled away glaring at your brother before you shut the trunk of the van and began to wheel the suitcases up to the house with Sebastian right next to you looking around at the house.

"Mom! We're back!" Mike shouted as the 6 of you entered the house with the addition of Nora who was asleep in her car seat. A four-year-old boy came running at full speed toward you crashing into your legs hugging them tight.

"Griffin!" You said picking the little boy up and giving him a tight hug.

"Hi Auntie!" The boy said before looking up at the man standing beside you. "Who are you?"

"I'm Sebastian, your Aunts boyfriend." Sebastian said smiling at the boy.

"Uncle?" Griffin asked beaming with excitement.

"Sure buddy." Griffin made grabby hands toward Sebastian who gladly took him. You couldn't help but smile at how Sebastian was with your nephew.

"Hun!" Your mom came out of the kitchen pulling you into a hug immediately.

"Hi momma." You said. The two of you pulled away so you could hug your dad while your mom gave Sebastian a hug. "Hi dad."

You walked into the living room Sebastian no longer holding Griffin but Griffin was holding his hand. "Y/n!" You sister in laws said smiling at you, Justin's wife, Elizabeth was the first on to give you a hug, then Colleen, Jon`s wife gave you one followed by Autumn, Matt`s Wife.

"Mommy! This is Uncle Sebastian!" Griffin said to Kristina his mom.

"So your the man Y/n talked about. Nice to meet you I'm Kristina." She said smiling at your boyfriend.

"You too. I'm Sebastian." Your other three sisters-in-law introduced themselves before you showed Sebastian to the room you two would be staying in. "This is where you grew up?" He asked looking at the decorations you had left in the small bedroom when you moved out. "Is this you?" He picked up a photo of you freshman year of high school with braces, you were in a cheer-leading uniform on the back of Justin who was in a football jersey.

"Yeah." You said blushing.

"You were adorable." He said before smirking. "Think you'd still fit in the cheerleader outfit?" He asked suggestively.

"Sebastian!" You exclaimed pushing him playfully making the two of you laugh.

"Seriously you'd be hot in it." He said leaning down to kiss you.

"Whatever you say babe." You laughed hugging him before you heard the sound of 11 kids voices. "You get to meet my favorite people are you ready? This will break or make you." You joked.

"I think I'd rather stay up here with you alone... Wait I thought I was your favorite person!." He said pouting causing you to laugh and push him playfully again.

"Sorry but they win your higher on the list then my brothers though!." You said before three little boys ran into the room. "My boys!" You said leaning down opening your arms for the three to run into them.

"Hi Auntie y/n!" The youngest of the three boys, Oliver said.

"Auntie n/n I missed you!" The oldest of the three, Benji said.

"Auntie y/n who's he?" Leo, Olivers brother asked pulling away from the hug to look up at Sebastian.

"I'm Sebastian." Sebastian said leaning down to their height.

"He's uncle Seb!" Griffin said as he walking in his older brother, Grayson following.

"Your actually dating Sebastian Stan! I thought dad was lying!" Grayson exclaimed staring at the man, Sebastian chuckled at the excitement of your nephew.

"Hi what's your name?" Sebastian asked not directing it to one of the boys in particular though he had a guess to which was which. You told him about all of them.

"I'm Benji. Can we actually call you uncle Seb?"

"Sure." Sebastian said.

"I'm Leo! Uncle Seb how does Grayson know who you are?"

"I'm the winter solider." Sebastian said in a hushed secretive tone.

"Cool! I'm Oliver!" Sebastian stood up looking at the teenager waiting to hear his name though he know it was Grayson because of what Leo had said. You stood up holding Oliver.

"I'm Grayson.. Do I have to call you uncle?" Grayson asked. He was a fan sure him and two of his cousins loved marvel but he found calling a guy he just met uncle a little strange now it may not seem weird to his four year old brother or younger cousins but that's mainly because they are young.

"No." Sebastian said.

"Come on now Seb has to meet the others now." You said.

"Jax is going to freak." Grayson said leaving the bedroom you, Sebastian, and the younger boys following behind. "Me, him, and Samantha are massive fans." He said. You couldn't help but smile already seeing your boyfriend bond with your nephews.

"Really? Were all three of you team cap?" Sebastian asked.

"Sebastian stan!" A girls voice exclaimed from the bottom of the stares where two teens who looked alike stood staring at your boyfriend.

"Hi!" Sebastian said waving at them as you guys made your ways down the stairs.

"I'm here too!" You pouted. Jaxon was the first to break from the trance and give you a hug, then Samantha did the same as your younger nephews ran off to play.

"Your actually dating Sebastian stan?" Samantha asked you.

"No he's just a cardboard cutout." You joked.

"A really realistic one." Your boyfriend said.

"Hi! I'm Jaxon! This is my twin Samantha."

"Grayson said you guys are fans. Were you two on team cap?" Sebastian asked.

"I was on team ironman." Grayson said.

"I was team cap!" Samantha said.

"Team Ironman." Sebastian feigned hurt as he gasped.

"But I'm dating you aunt and I'm on team cap." He said.

"We're still team ironman." Grayson said.

"You my favorite." Sebastian whispered to Samantha jokingly.

"Ha!" She said to Grayson and Jaxon sticking her tongue out at them.

"She's only on team Cap because she has a crush on Chris Evans." Jaxon said. You couldn't help but laugh. You knew about this crush because your niece was so excited to know you were starring in a film with Chris.

"Jax!" Samantha exclaimed smacking him. The two of them began argue as siblings do. You and Grayson just shrugged when Sebastian looked at you guys.

"Was that my fault?" Sebastian whispered to you.

"No they fight over nonsense all the time." You assured. "Come one you still have to meet the rest of my nieces and nephews." You said leaving the teenagers to figure out their problems on their own.

"Uncle Seb! Come play with us!" Griffin ran over to you two pulling Sebastian outside where you noticed most of your family was now. Griffin pulled Sebastian to where your nieces and nephews except the oldest three were playing soccer. You sat down next to Justin who was feeding nora.

"The kids seem to love him. I've never seen Oliver this outgoing around an adult that isn't one of us." He said watching as Oliver kicked the soccer ball to Sebastian.

"Yeah." You agreed watching as Luna blocked the ball from the diy goals that were set up in the front yard. They were just arches made out of some extra wood from a project your parents did a while ago those arches have been their since you were six. There were two that we're across from each other.

"You finally found a good guy sis." Matt said as he sat down next to you. "And he's good with kids."

You watched as the three teenagers who formerly inside came out to join their cousins/siblings. "He's got the teens playing with the little kids! I can't even get Grayson to watch Griffin for a few minutes." Mike said joining the three of you.

"Why aren't you out there? Your the pro at playing soccer with them." Jonathan said walking over. You shrugged watching as Hazel kicked the ball to Sebastian it accidentally hitting him in the crotch. He let out a groan that your couldn't hear as he fell to the ground.

"Sorry!" Hazel exclaimed as you ran down to them.

"You okay babe?" You asked Sebastian.

"Yeah just need a break." He said staying in his position on the grass groaning.

"You killed him." Samantha said jokingly to her sister.

"I didn't mean too!"

"Girls he'll be fine he's just being a big baby." You joked. Sebastian glared at you finally sitting up before you tackled you smirking at you.

"Dogpile on Aunt y/n!" Samantha exclaimed before jumping onto Sebastian's back making you and your boyfriend groan. The rest of your nieces and nephews joined besides Nora for obvious reasons. Unbeknownst to you and Sebastian, Colleen took a photo.

"Okay can I be free now?" You asked.

"No!" Griffin said.

"You have to give us cookies before dinner!" Oliver said.

"Okay fine but you can't tell my brothers or your moms." You agreed. The kids got off and ran into the house ready for their cookies. Your brothers were all gonna go home with their families before dinner so this was the only chance for your nieces and nephews to get their cookies.

"So doll you said that would make or break me how did I do?" Sebastian asked holding himself above you with his hands on either side of your head.

"You did great even my brothers admitted it." You said smiling. "Now come one there are thirteen kids waiting for cookies it's going to become a riot if they don't get any." You said as Sebastian got off helping you up.

The rest of the day went great your brothers and sisters-in-law loved him, the kids adored him. It is now Thanksgiving, your brothers and their families are already here the kids, you, and Sebastian watching the parade on Tv. You leaned against Sebastian 's shoulder as your nieces and nephews excitedly pointed at the floats. Nora was sat your lap sucking on a binky as she watched her brothers and cousins go crazy over the floats.

"Doll when are we gonna have one of these?" Sebastian asked looking down at the baby.

"Not for awhile Stan." You said bouncing the baby. You actually loved being the cool aunt that didn't have any kids of her own especially when sometimes during the summer you get to bring your older nieces and nephews back to New York with you for the summer which they always love. It's really only when you don't have any filming going on.

"But come on I think Nora wants a new cousin." He smirked at you.

"I think she should beg her other aunts and uncles for one then." You said.

"Please I want a cousin close to my age!" He lifted the baby up the his face her facing you as he did a baby voice.

"Not happening." You laughed taking you niece back. "Keep dreamin babe. But you gotta put a ring on my finger before you put a baby in me." You looked but at your nieces and nephews who were laughing and playing around.

"Will you marry me." He whisper pulling a ring pop out of a candy bowl your parents had in the living room for the kids. You couldn't help but laugh.

"Sorry but I like my jewelry not to be edible." You joked trying to take the ring.

"No! You don't get the ring you said no!" He pouted.

"Hey love birds! Stop flirting while you have my daughter on your laps!" Justin said walking over and taking the baby from you. "I'm sorry baby that must have been scary."

"Okay okay Justin." You laughed. "We won't flirt anymore.

"Speak for yourself. I can't resist it." Sebastian said pulling you closer to him making you laugh.

"Whatever Y/n Mom wants you in the kitchen."

You stood giving you boyfriend a smile before walking into the kitchen. "Yes mom?" You asked.

"Can you and Sebastian go down to the basement to kid the kids table and chairs?" She asked not looking up at you from the turkey.

"Okay." You turned around going to the living. "Seb come help me get the kids table and chairs." You said peaking into the living. You saw your sister in laws and brothers now there talking to your boyfriend.

"Coming doll." Sebastian stood up walking over to you before following you to the basement door.

"Into the dungeon." You said opening it to reveal some rickety looking stairs.

"Gonna lock me down here? My fans will notice I'm gone though." Sebastian laughed following you.

"Maybe I will." You laughed going over to a fold up table. "Here's the table let's get it up stairs." You said lifting a end of it. He grabbed the other end and the two of you brought it up the stairs. You set it in the dining room before going back to the basement to grab the chairs. After you finished grabbing everything, Levi and Jasper stole Sebastian to go play outside with while you set the table up. You sighed finishing setting up the table before going out the back door to see all of your nieces and nephews crowding around your boyfriend, him holding two of them, Jasper was on his back while he held Griffin on his hip. You couldn't help but smile before taking a photo of them for Instagram you captioned it happy thanks giving then posted it tagging Sebastian, your brothers, and your sister in laws in it. Your oldest three niece and nephews have Instagrams but you never tag them in your posts deciding to keep them away from the unwarranted fame that comes from being a actress' niece and nephews. Your boyfriend looked at you smiling as Jasper jumped off his back and Leo tried to take his cousin's spot.

"When will we have one of those! You need a mini you running around the apartment." Sebastian whisper to you as you guys went back into the dining room where your family had been waiting.

"Okay love birds cut it out!" Jon said rolling his eyes as you sat down. You stuck your tongue out at him. (Add saying grace if your family does. Mine doesn't so I don't know how to do that)

The dinner was filled with laughter as everyone began talking about what had happened in the year you hadn't seen each other. You and Sebastian went into better detail on how you met. You met him two years ago a month after filming the movie you were in with Chris E. Your sister in laws asked about the movies he had been two of them knowing a lot about the Marvel movies he had been in because of their kids. Your mom shared as many embarrassing stories as she could. "When she was 4 she was the bossiest kid, she'd make the boys make be in mini movies with her, we still have some of those I'll find them." She said.

"Mom! No!" You whined laughing.

"I'm sure you were just as good of an actress back then as you are now." Sebastian said smiling at you. You shook your head.

"No the videos are so embarrassing." You mumbled.

"Yeah for all of us! You used to make us put your tiny ass pink dresses on." Matt said. They could never say no to you. So wearing a pink dress 7 sizes too small was something they did for you. You didn't fit into those dresses again until you was 13 because they stretched them out.

"You didn't have to say yes!" You laughed.

"None of us could say no to you! You would pull the puppy dog eyes then we'd be in dresses!" Justin said. Sebastian laughed knowing exactly what Justin meant. He could resist your puppy dog eyes either.

"Or our Halloween candy! You took all my snickers!" Mike said pouting.

"Your still mad at me for that! I did the dishes for a month to make it up to you!" You said laughing.

"Get over it babe." Kristina said. She knew all about this whole thing as she was friends with your brother most of your guys childhoods.

"You're supposed to be on my side!" Mike whined.

"She likes me more!" You teased sticking your tongue out at him. Sebastian watched fondly as you and your family joked and brought up old stories. He smiled every time you got embarrassed over a story your brothers and their wives decided to bring up. You looked over at him a smile so big that looked it hurt.

"Sebastian do you have any new roles? I already know y/n has a project coming up." Autumn asked you before taking a sip of her wine.

"Filming for Falcon and the winter soldier started a few months ago actually." Sebastian said beginning to talk about his role to which there was plenty input shouted from the kid's table from Grayson and the twins.

After dinner everyone watched a movie once it was over your brothers and their families went home then you and Sebastian retreated to your bedroom. "You told me you only use your puppy dog eyes on me." Sebastian said pouting at you.

"No I just implied that I never made it a fact." You smirked at him hugging him. "You know maybe we should have a baby. The world need another Stan." You thought aloud. Though you probably only thought that due to the fact you got baby fever everytime you were around your brothers kids.

"Really?" Sebastian looked down at you beaming with delight.

"Sure why not?" You said closing your eyes as you rested you head on his chest.

"Maybe we should start trying." He smirked as your eyes popped open and glared at him.

"No! My family is still here." You said. "We'll start trying for a baby when we get home." You muttered.

"But why not a headstart." He pushed a little harder jokingly, he, in reality, didn't mind waiting but he liked how you looked when you got annoyed he found it cute.

"Because my parents are down stairs!"

"They won't hear." He teased smiling at you as you scrunched you eyebrows up glaring at him. "Chill baby I'm joking." You sighed laying you head on his chest once again.

"You better be." You mumbled yawning.

"Come on baby let's get you ready for bed." He kissed your forehead smiling at you. He was immensely happy with you agreeing to start a family.

You woke up the next morning remembering your talk with Sebastian and you couldn't help but smile. Especially when you began thinking about what your family's reactions were gonna be. You knew your brothers would be excited for another niece or nephew, you parents would be a little iffy as you want to start before marriage, the kids would love having another cousin, and your sisters in law have been saving their kids clothing for you since each of their youngests except Elizabeth's grew out of them. You rolled over to look at Sebastian but found that he wasn't there. You furrowed your brows before climbing out of bed to make your way downstairs to find him, but first you got dressed. As you were making your way to the stairs you could hear talking from downstairs. You made it to the kitchen where Colleen was smiling ear to ear at you with Sebastian sitting next to her with a guilty look on his face, your parents weren't in the room but you could hear them talking in the living room.

"Your trying for a baby!!! Your gonna be a mom!" Colleen squealed jumping up and down giving you a hug.

"How did you find that out?"

"I let it slip on accident." Sebastian gave you an apologetic smile.

"Colleen you can't tell anyone!" You said.

"Fine but when you find the gender out! I have some adorable clothes from each of my kids you can have!"

"Thank you." You chuckled before going to sit down by Sebastian. "Good job."

"I didn't mean to."

"It's fine babe." You said giving him a kiss.

"You guys are so in love you two better make me a bridesmaid at the wedding." Colleen said before leaving to kitchen.

By the time the week ended your family grew attached to Sebastian. Your oldest three niece and nephews were definitely the most attached enjoying to ask him questions about the marvel movies and their favorite actors from the franchise Sebastian was a little butt hurt he wasn't any of theirs favorites. Your younger nieces and nephews loved him, the girls all managed to get him dressed up as a princess with a tutu and all. You obviously posted a photo of him and your nieces all dressed up. Your older brothers were definitely grateful that he was the guy you brought home knowing you have had plenty of failed relationships in the twelve years since you left town. Your sister-in-laws were more then happy to welcome into the family even before you brought him and their opinions on him didn't change.

"You're lucky I love you Mari." Adrien said, leaning down to whisper in his adoptive sister's ear. Marinette snorted softly hiding her mischievous smile behind the champagne flute in her hand. "I hate these parties so much, but a promise is a promise. Everyone shall see your designs, modeled on my beautiful body." He let out a sniffle dabbing at his eyes dramatically. "Oh it's so hard being this beautiful, always taken advantage of even by my sister dearest." Marinette hit his chest gently with her hand as she struggled not to laugh.

Marinette had received an invitation to that Wayne's Charity Gala and knew this would be the perfect time to show off. Convincing Adrien to attend had taken a lot of sweets and bribery of buying him the latest gaming console. However he had agreed to come, so they were together at the Gala wearing Marinette's latest suit and dress combo. One she made sure was her absolute best. Adrien wore a navy blue suit with deep red tie and gold cufflinks. Marinette wore a deep red dress with a V-neckline and coordinating illusion mesh back. She had sewn chiffon on the shoulders and back in the same red that flowed to the ground forming a train. Together they made for a stunning couple and were gathering compliments all night, which amused the both of them greatly. Apparently it was unknown to Gotham high society that Adrien was no longer an Agreste but a Dupain-Cheng.

Adrien grinned at Marinette as she rolled her eyes he held up his champagne flute in a toast gesture to Marinette. "To making your dreams come true. I'm proud of you Princess, only twenty-three and one of the top names in fashion already." They tinked their glasses together and Adrien waited until Marinette took a sip before he spoke again. "Now if only you didn't use me to get there." Marinette turned sharply glaring at him and raised her arm to smack his shoulder. Adrien laughed loudly, moving back quickly only for her bad luck to kick up. He tripped over his own feet, he closed his eyes tensing up ready for the fall. Only for a strong arm to wrap around his waist catching him, the other one catching his champagne flute. Adrien opened his eyes wide in surprise, the first thing he noticed was stunning blue eyes, hidden behind askew glasses. He stared into the man's eyes unable to look away, until the man asked him a question. "I-uh. I'm sorry, I'm afraid I got lost in your eyes. '' Jon blinked down at the blonde in his arms, before snorting and helping Adrien stand up fully. He however did not remove his arm from Adrien's wasit.

"I really wasn't expecting that after saving you from ffalling.Do you use that on everyone that catches you?" Jon asked teasingly, his eyes sparkling. Adrien smirked, taking his champagne flute back from Jon.

"Only on knights with the prettiest eyes I've ever seen, so I've only used it twice." Jon quirked an eyebrow, leaning back slightly. Adrien was quick to note that Jon was a full head taller than him.

"Oh? So who do I have to be jealous of then?" Jon asked, and this caused Adrien to snort softly before taking a sip of his champagne finishing the flute.

"Well that would be my sister-in-everything-that-counts but blood. I still fimd it funny that she had the adoption papers ready before her parents even knew. She thw one that, ya know the very one that pushed me tonight." With that comment Marinette surged forward smacking Adrien in the chest repeatedly, yet descretly enough to not gain attention.

"Adrien Dupain-Cheng!" She whisper yelled, causing Adrien to tense and look at Jon.

"Uh-oh full adopted name." He whispered causing Jon to snort.

"I did not push you and you know that!" Adrien snorted grabbing her wrist gently and squeezing it slightly running his thumb again the back of her hand. "And don't think compliments will get you anywhere Mister! I did not forget what you said before you decided to be a clumsy kitten!" At that comment Adrien blushed slightly looking away as Jon smirked playfully at the nickname. Marinette turned to him smiling brilliant meeting his eyes, the smile and her eyes took his breath away. He could definitely understand that he stood under Marinette when it came to beautiful eyes. Her eyes were a beautiful mix of blue and grey, and if he looked close enough he was positive he'd find stars trapped in them. "Marinette Dupain-Cheng, I'm this idiots sister-in-everything-that-counts but blood." He looked at Adrien then back at Marinette before going back to Adrien.

"I respectful take my spot as second in the pretty eyes category. Your sister-in-everything-that-counts but blood clearly has me beat. She definitely has me beat as most beautiful person as well." He said causing Marinette to blush slightly. "I would love to see who comes out in a contest between her and my practically older brother Dick." Adrien and Marinette looked at him quizzical, but Adrien was the one to voice it.

"Practically older brother?" Both him and Marinette struggled not to smirk as Jon rubbed the back of his head witb his free hand. Marinette noted the his arm was still around Adrien's waist, causing her to narrow her eyes and observe him more. Jon was quick to note the look her was gettimg amd cringed on the inside, it was the look that he had come to see the most. Considering his best friend's entire family was detectives, that look ment that Marinette would probably know all his secrets by the end of the night. Though he calmed himself assured that Marinette would not discover him in one night, thats something only the Batfamily could do.

"Well my best friend, Damian, I've known him for years and know his brother in turn. Dick is the oldest, he is labeld as the most beautiful, even out of his sisters. Jason and Tim are the ones that represent Gotham the most. Jason represents the streets where you fight to survive while Tim the weathy where you do everything you can to help. Cassandra is the Princess and follows in her father's charitable footsteps. Stephanie isn't adopted in like the others but she is known as the Prankster. Duke isn't adopted in either he is a ward but he is a part of the family, he is known as the most caring and compassionate always donating his time to charity. Damian is the youngest he was known in school to be an Ice Prince, but no one can deny he is his father's son with a sharper edge. He doesn't associate with people that aren't worth his time. Luckily I am worth his time, I wasn't at first!" Jon said with a cheerful laugh, Adrien blushed slightly adding beautiful laugh to Jon's attractiveness meter. Marinette and Adrien made eye contact having a silent conversation together, which reminded Jon of the Batfamily yet again. He glamced across the room at said family standing and laughing together, he could even see a real smile on Bruce's face as he looked at his kids. 'Maybe Bruce's has another kid he doesn't know about. It would fit black hair, blue eyes, and adoptive tendencies, oh Damian would not like to find out he may have a blood sibling.' Marinette gave Jon amd tight yet polite smile once their secret conversation was over.
