5 THINGS TO HELP YOU REMEMBER LEGAL SHIT: 1) make an outline: If you're studying a chapter make an outline of it on one or a few sheets of paper and memorize it that way. This personally helps me because I don't have to stress about rote learning my whole notebook etc so yeah. 2) Use the pomodoro technique: Studies show that your brain will retain more information in 25 minute study sessions as compared to an hour long one. Study for 25 mins take a 5 min break and after every 3 25 minute session you can take a 15 minute break. 3) make flashcards: If you just can't remember that one stupid case or its case name memorize that shit through flashcards. But I only use flashcards if I really need them as making them is time consuming. 4)My weird mantra: Read it ten times Say it ten times Write it two times If you can't remember something or just wanna memorize your short notes follow this.
