Can we talk about how the only moment Eddie seems to hold himself back from expressing his feelings during the entire show is when he says goodbye to Steve ?

Like he's just so honest about his feelings the entire time, not embarrassed one bit about being scared, saying he feels like a coward, admitting he's jealous, showering Dustin with affection but then Steve is walking away and Eddie reflexively stops him from leaving and just stares for a while, before settling on an unpersonal "make him pay" that could have been directed to the entire group, not justifying singling Steve out.

Eddie isn't afraid to express his feelings during the entire season but then Steve is leaving and he just freezes. The fact that Eddie "personal space who?" Munson didn't just hug him is a testament to his feelings not being solely platonical, otherwise he wouldn't have only told him to be careful but he also would have hugged him without hesitation, not caring about Steve's reaction or everyone watching him.

(Eddie held himself back because he only then realised he actually caught feelings for Steve and got spooked a little)

the only good thing to come out of Vol 2 was Eddie calling Steve big boy

Hey you know what this would have never happened if Mr. SCOTT CLARKE was in Season 4. He would been like kids he how build an electic fence for monster bats. He would have stood up at that town hall and been like Hey though are my old students and they are angels. He would pointed out to everyone being terriblw because they know Lucas Sinclair, he is not evil. We know for a fact Lucas was making bank mowing laws for half this town. Mr. Clarke would not forgotten his student Eddie Munsion that stuggle, had a difficult home life but was a good kid at heart.

No spoiler, BUT about the Stranger Things season 4 vol. 2:

Will almost opened a freaking gate in his living room, when he was terrified, tired and hungry. That should be enough to say he has powers, right?

Vecna had to steal that power from El and spent the whole S4 killing kids with visions and scary speeches to open his gates. It took him two seasons, Will did it in two days!
