Wisdom is the most beautiful and excellent thing, the sapiential books teach us, and especially the Book of Wisdom attributed to King Solomon. Wisdom represents the most perfect and sublime that man can achieve, wisdom is eternal, immaterial, and uncreated, and it has existed forever and through it and for it the heavens and the earth were created. And it corresponds to the sensible and coherent man her search and study, and those who move away from her fall into error, foolishness, and madness. And in a way, the sapiential books explain to us that Wisdom is so important that in essence the true religion of man, if one can speak in that way, is the worship of wisdom. Wisdom only dwells in those who fear God, instead wisdom flees from those who are sinners. This is how the Book of Wisdom expresses it with this spiritual teaching: "Because into a soul that plots evil wisdom does not enter, nor does she dwell in a body under debt of sin" Wisdom 1:4 And the Bible tells us something more about this mysterious wisdom, she is benevolent, uplifting, but also judges hearts and even the most intimate thought: "For wisdom is a kindly spirit, yet she does not acquit blasphemous lips; because God is the witness of the inmost self and the sure observer of the heart and the listener to the tongue. For the spirit of the LORD fills the world, is all-embracing, and knows whatever is said" Wisdom 1:6-7. And this is of the utmost importance, because this teaches us that we must watch even our most intimate thoughts, if we only have negative, destructive and chaotic thoughts that will come back to us in some manner; in one way or another, everything is subject to the judgment of God and the universe. With these words, the Book of Wisdom expresses this spiritual truth: "Therefore those who utter wicked things will not go unnoticed, nor will chastising condemnation pass them by. For the devices of the wicked shall be scrutinized, and the sound of their words shall reach the LORD, for the chastisement of their transgressions; because a jealous ear hearkens to everything, and discordant grumblings are not secret" Wisdom 1:8-10.

🧚🏽‍♂️ Soul Renewed
🌼 Lol I used to be quiet about my Self Love to make others more comfortable. Now I love loving myself out loud lol especially when it triggers people. It helps me to see those who actually are for me and who is not.
When I fully love myself I fully see love and light in everyone and everything. The light within me recognizes the light within you!
It’s strange to me how many people are so terrified to talk about mental health and self love in a global mental health crisis. I suppose me walking in my path of healing, art and self love intimidates those who have not yet begun to walk or those who are not authenticity walking. But I love talking about depth, healing and love, so I digress. Lol. 💚
Shout out to my homie Stacey Bournes for giving me a pep talk on this last week as well! I am so thankful for friends who SEE my light and celebrate it as I celebrate theirs!
THE GAG IS… this walk… this journey… love… is all there is. Whether you begin your evolution now or later it’s always going to come because it’s a part of life! Evolution and growth are the point of this journey.
Have a great day beautiful souls!
With so much Love and presence,
~ Brette

At the beginning of its teaching, the Book of Proverbs warns about the destiny of men according to the path they choose. And at this point, the Book of Proverbs in the Bible bears a great similarity to the Book of Psalms and more precisely the Psalm 1, the Psalm of the Two Ways. Because there are two mentalities, two ways, and two rewards. God, teaches the Book of Proverbs by his eternal and perfect wisdom, rejects sinners, and enters into intimacy with those who accept the path of righteousness ("Do to no one what you yourself hate" Tobit 4:15). That is why the Book of Proverbs states with wisdom an interesting quote to remember: "For the LORD detests the perverse but takes the upright into his confidence" Proverbs 3:32. Because there is a truth, like seeks the like: "Every living thing loves its own kind, and we all love someone like ourselves. Every living being keeps close to its own kind; and people associate with their own kind. Is a wolf ever allied with a lamb? So the sinner with the righteous" Ben Sira 13:15-17. And there are many stories in the Bible that remind us of this truth. And the first example that the sacred scriptures gave to men on this topic was the story of Cain and Abel, who were the first children of Adam and Eve. This is why the Book of Proverbs ends the reflection by remembering that in wisdom there is life and honor, and in foolishness, there is ignominy and ruin: "He mocks proud mockers but shows favor to the humble and oppressed. The wise inherit honor, but fools get only shame" Proverbs 3:34-35.

Explain the basic: Oils
Check out Part 1, which explains how to use the things down below. Disclaimer: All the things in this post are based on research and personal experience. As much as I could be a teacher, I suggest you find many resources for knowledge to develop your own experiences. Make sure you research the oils you buy/use because some oils can damage or hurt your skin in a really bad way. as well as some aromatherapy oils that can hurt your pet (if you have one).

Spiritual discipline is what awakens us to divine reality, not belief.
Gnosis signifies knowledge from experience. Gnosticism, as a field of study, pertains to all the ancient schools of mysteries from both East and West, whose scriptures encompass the practical science of awakening consciousness. Gnosis is not isolated to the first Christians, but permeates all times, cultures, and spaces, for while consciousness is universal, the means of expressing such experiential wisdom of the divine is temporal and idiosyncratic to the language, mentality, and needs of a particular society.
Gnosis is what we have verified through experience and experimentation, predicated upon practical methods and personal effort. It is never the product of a belief system, of adopting a religious or mystical attitude, demeanor, or behavior. It is never achieved through attendance, adherence to, or acceptance from a group, by believing in doctrine or creed. It is the flowering and natural unfolding of the soul, which is created and developed when the proper causes and conditions have been met.
Just as there are laws that govern the physical universe, so too are there spiritual laws, causes, and methods to originate the soul: the awakening of the consciousness.
Therefore, the Greek term γνῶσις gnosis is synonymous with genuine faith. Faith has nothing to do with belief, with accepting or rejecting a concept in the mind or upholding a sentiment in the heart. Faith is what we know from facts, from witnessing and understanding reality. Belief takes no effort to foster or develop, whereas the awakening of consciousness and divine experience requires tremendous discipline and the application of spiritual works.
