jealousy. though it’s not allllways a bad thing. it can get pretty rough. essentially, there’s two types:

1) the ‘cute’ jealous

hyunjin’s english is pretty good, but his confidence isn’t always the highest (which it definitely should be wtf-)

so he does get a bit :< seeing you and felix, or lily talk so freely with each other

and though, again, he understands, he can’t always respond

so, whenever he’s put in that situation, he sulks and goes to his room

which in itself isn’t reeeaally an issue, but communication definitely something he needs to work on in a relationship

anyways, you sneak after him one day, and find him studying english using text books:(

ofc you confront him and you’re like ??? why didn’t you ask me:(( and he’s like :(((((( sry bby

2) the ‘not so cute’ jealous

as mature as i think hyunjin is, he’s not always open to talking about what bothers him

this would often lead to petty arguments, empty but hurtful words, or just radio silence.

often the members would try and help, but controlling his jealousy when he sees you with someone else, or doing something, whatever it may be, is something he should fix

and he’s well aware of it.

this wouldn’t be a problem too too often

but once it’s there, it’s there

once you reassure him over and over and over again, and he realizes it’s really his insecurities that fuel this arguments, he’d better himself

getting there takes a while though

as for affection..:

i think it’s goes one of two ways

either his s/o is also a ‘tsundere’, or they’re super affectionate

if they’re the former, he’d would 100% get along with them

they’d get the feeling of not wanting to be touched 24/7 but not minding it from time to time

though if they’re equally as prideful as his is, you’ll need to compromise on who asks first

overall though 10/10 would love someone similar to him

if they’re suuuper affectionate… they’ll need to tread on eggshells for a while

not because he doesn’t love them, but just because he’s someone who doesn’t feel the need to be touchy all the time

when he’s in that mood, he’s 1000000% going at it, kisses hugs everything

but when he’s not, he needs space (back it up bestie)

either way, you’ve seen him around felix, he wouldn’t ever leave you touch starved;)

hi, hey, hello, i've been sitting on this one for a bit.

i hated every "imagine" or "one shot" i was writing, so, i decided to simplify it for me, hope it's satisfying enough. all my love 🖤

but the repeating themes i keep coming towards?

reader decided to go to college out in California, and maybe Billy's maternal grandparents have a condo out there that they let reader and Billy have. they feel really bad for what Neil did, they didn't know the true extent - so, when you two come around, he tells them the truth, and out of guilt, they offer the only thing they can. it's already paid for, so, like, they're cool letting y'all pay for utilities and whatever - no rent. "least we can do," they tell Billy.

wouldn't that be nice? no rent? sheesh.

anyways, it's a cute lil apartment / condo thing, and while Billy hates accepting help, his grandparents insist it'll go to him in their will anyways so he might as well take the keys now. so, fuck it, you know?

reader goes to school full time while Billy works, maybe at the local mechanics shop? just imagine that - Billy... mullet and all... overalls, grease-stained white wife beater... oh, yeah, that's a good mental image for me. yum, you know? and maybe he even gets you a part time gig as the receptionist for you to work between classes.

it would mean you two see more of one another and reader would often see Billy working. gets reader goin', yah know? vroom vroom.

anyways, reader def doesn't stay at the receptionist job 'cause of the college degree, yah know? internships and shit. so, Billy doesn't mind picking up extra shifts, he's content to support reader's dreams and aspirations, and you know what? reader turns him into a house husband eventually! he still has his mechanic job, but it's mostly part time after reader graduates and gets their first big-time job.

that money upgrade? lord, have mercy! and no rent? all there is to do is SAVE money! oh, it must be nice!

anyways, wife him up, yah hear me? reader is the breadwinner, but that's only 'cause Billy held it the fuck down during reader's schooling. no matter how long it took, he was happy to see his lover working hard. and sure, yeah, there's years of turmoil and fighting and disagreements, but life gets really good after that 'cause all Billy needs is consistency.

anything outside of that isn't really okay with him. Billy's used to things being so shitty that when reader's busy with school, it makes him uneasy. part of the reason he got you the receptionist job, you see? he likes physically seeing you, it comforts and assures him, but it also was a routine for him. he knew your work schedule and just had to adjust to your school schedules. poor boy loses his shit after the first semester because classes change in the spring and fall and he *just* got used to the first semester schedule.

however, being in Cali really helps. it's his neck of the woods, it's where he's confident, so, eventually, he learns that while you're in school, he has to make the effort in the relationship. it takes a lot of work on his end, and Billy's not used to that, so he has a difficult time adjusting but for his lover? he'll make do. y'all establish a life there, a routine, a home - and eventually, you move out of the condo for a "starter home" because now? that you've graduated? yeah, Billy's ready for marriage.

never thought he would, but after he realized you had given up your entire life in Hawkins to move with him back to Cali? the boy is considering something long-term. something committing. something permanent. so, literally only 3 months after you start your new job, Billy's posing the question - just to get a feel for the feelings surrounding marriage. he likes where things are, doesn't really wanna shake things up, but when reader's like "yeah, i'm down," he's getting a ring and running to the courthouse.

it's simple, it's official. it's the way things are supposed to play out.

Hey, Hey! I wanted to draw some stuff for your fic, but I had a question. Do you have more details on how Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael look? I know Gabriel has some fem-characteristics and Michael seems to be the largest of the angels. No pressure tho!

Okok, I’ve actually had someone ask me about their appearances before so I’ll just post my response to them to give you a guideline, and if you had anymore questions just let me know duckling. The format of this is: there will be a number w/ a question they asked, and below that I answer it. (The questions came from @the-stress-express if you wanna check out their WIP)

Anyway, here u are:

1. Are Micheal, Gabriel, and Raphael kind of like copy-paste versions of Lucifer? Like, do they have Lucifer’s red cheek spots? Do they all have white ass skin like Lucifer?

- I imagine they all have white skin, and that Rals has the cheek spots, but Micheal and Gabriel do not. They’re kinds copy and pasted, but with a bit of variation in body structure (Rals being more rounded, Micheal a tad bit more square). And also while I’m here, I’ll say that Raphael is a little bit taller than Luci (probably just under Charlie’s height) and that Gabriel and Micheal are the same height, and quite a bit taller than their two brothers.

2. What kind of hairstyles, textures, and hair colours do they have? I’ll probably take some creative liberty, so don’t feel too pressured for detailed explanations, but I want to hear your designs so I can make it accurate to your vision. Also, I’ve heard theories that Micheal’s hair is a lot like Lucifer’s but idk if you are having that there.

Okay, we’ll go through this character by character.

Micheal - Same blondness as Lucifer, but perhaps a little shorter. Maybe a little fluffier at the top? Idk. No real big picture ideas.

Gabriel - Long, silky, straight dark brown hair. It comes down to about his mid-back/chest area, and it’s all like flowy and elegant and pretty well maintained. Shiny probably too

Raphael - Pretty much a mix between the others. Kinda like Lucifer’s style, but curlier, and with a similar brown hue to Gabriel’s (tho a little bit lighter). Again, no real preference other than that, go wild!

3. Eye colour. I remember you stated that Micheal has gold eyes, but what about Gabriel and Raphael? I feel like you mentioned it at some point but I forgot.

I honestly can’t remember what I said either, but I’ve been picturing Raphael with green eyes, and Gabriel with something more greyish-blue hued? I think. Idk if that reflects in what I’ve written but that’s what my brain had decided they look like now.

4. Did you have specific designs for the 3 angels’ robes? Or does it matter what they look like? If it doesn’t matter to you I’ll just let creativity take over there.

Not really. Just that Micheal’s are white/gold, Gabriel’s are a pretty pale blue, and Raphy’s are a pale, rich green (with the green being more on the blue side than the yellow). I struggle w/ outfits so I usually just don’t put much thought into them.

5. I will obviously include Raphael’s beautiful hummingbird wings. So do Micheal and Gabriel have specific wing styles? And furthermore, we know Lucifer had 6 wings bc he’s a former seraphim. I forget but, in this fic, are his brothers seraphims too? I feel dumb for asking but whatever lmao.

Yeah, they def all have six wings. I imagine Micheal’s looking more eagle-like, and… idk about Gabriel. It might be cool if he had more of a “pigeon-y” shape to them as a fun little correlation to his messenger status, but idrc. Do what you think looks best

Donnie:

I think he would be much like leo, in a sense he doesn't understand why you need fictional characters to gush over when you have him

You definitely bring up Atomic Lass and he finally gets it, he knows how he acts when she's mentioned

At first though he would definitely say it's not the same, too stubborn to admit he was feeling jealous and was being hypocritical

Needs time and mostly doesnt want to hear about it

Slowly comes through though, he realizes that it's normal and wants to be able to talk to you about it

ok so it’s no surprise that seongjun loves roller coasters

literally anytime mcnd are in like a 20 mile radius of one

bros bouncing off the walls

like genuinely so excited

so when you said you wanted to go to one

bro was there

ready to go

anyways when you two get to whatever amusement park you go to

he’s so excited

he seems like the type to hold your hand so that he doesn’t loose you </3

he’d def want to do everything with you

you gotta be careful tho

especially if you’re someone who zones out easily

bc if you look at something for too long

bro will either take you there or get it for you

like if you’re looking off to the side

but there’s cotton candy there

he won’t hesitate to go and buy you some

i also feel like hes the type to try and win something for you

like those silly carnival games where you have to get the rings around the bottles

or shoot at a target

he’s also said he’s very competitive

so i can see him not leaving until he wins you something

but the look on your face when the worker hands you the stuffed animal makes it all worth it

as for the actual rides

seongjun has said he not afraid even the crazy ones

so as long as your comfortable with it, you two would ride basically any ride there

on the crazy scary ones he would hold your hand as you’re death gripping the cart scared for your life

bro would probs giggle at you too

he would also drag you onto the little kid rides

giggling as the two of you just have fun

when you two leave it’s pretty late

seongjun would refuse to let you carry your stuff as well

if one of you two drove you guys, he would offer to drive so that you could rest

but if you two were driven or took a bus

he would sit next to you

and let you rest your head on his shoulder

seungmin - going to a zoo

so like stick with me right

i feel like seungmin and you

would have the best day at the zoo

like seungmin would def grab one of those maps they give you at the entrance

even though you say you two don’t need it

and so you two are off

walking from animal to animal

i feel like seungmin would imitate them for you

just to see you laugh

bc he loves your laugh so much

he would also buy one of those stuff animals at the gift shop for you

he wanted to get you something cool

so when you told him you wanted a raccoon he was like

“you fr?”

but when you told him you wanted a raccoon bc it reminded you of him

and it would be a way to remember him when he’s on tour

bro was ready to buy every raccoon plushy the store had

as you two continue on with your day

you walk into the aquarium area

and yk that look that seungmin gets in his eyes

where his eyes are like sparkling

he gets like that looking at the fish

and you watch as his head follows one fish

only to start following another when he sees a prettier one

and when a shark comes up he grabs your hand

not because he’s scared

obviously why would he be scared

but because he’s worried your scared

but once you leave the zoo, you two are still holding hands </3

ok so hear me out

idk where i got this idea

but i’m obsessed

just imagine right

minjaes been wanting to take you skateboarding with him

but you’ve never learned (if you can actually skate board i’m jealous)

anyways

so one day you’re just minding your business

just chilling in your house/apartment

when all of a sudden

there’s aggressive banging on your door

convinced someone’s trying to break in and rob you, you debate going to the door

but when you look through the little peephole

it’s just minjae

so you open up the door and ask him tf he was doing

and minjae has the audacity

the absolute audacity to just giggle

you eventually ask him if he wants to come in

but bros like “nah you’re coming with me”

and because it’s minjae and you trust him you don’t ask questions

big mistake

the two of you end up at the skate park

and he’s all “suprise”

at first you tell him you’ll just watch him

but eventually he asks you if you want to go

and so now you have to tell him you don’t know how to skateboard

bro doesn’t even care tbh

he’s just starts teaching you

like just imagine him helping you

by like holding your waist so that you don’t fall off

eventually you think you get the hang of it

so minjae let’s you go

and you’re doing great

until you run into a rock

and fully face plant onto the cement

minjae rushes over to you

acting like you just got hit by a car

even though you’re fine and just barely skinned your elbow and knees

but minjae doesn’t care about the severity

he carries you all the way back to either your place or his

depending on which is closer

despite you’re protests saying your fine

once you get back he’d set you down before helping you with your wounds

he’d be so gentle, like he’s afraid he might break you

even though it’s literally stopped bleeding at this point

once he’s done he’d make you and him something to eat

don’t offer helping because he’ll say no since you’re “injured”

once hes done cooking, you two would enjoy each others company

watching whichever anime hes currently on

huijun - bike rides and park dates

stop ok this would be so cute

like imagine huijun coming to pick you up

and he’s got like that cute little smile

yk the one where he’s like ᵔ ▿ ᵔ

and like he has flowers for you

and you made a cute little picnic

NO WAIT

you guys made it together yesterday

omg like those aesthetic whipped cream sandwiches and cute little desserts and some fun fruit

and everything’s cut like flowers or hearts

and while you’re making it huijun

gets bored and starts a mini food fight

it starts with him putting a little bit of whipped cream on your nose

and when you look at him like

“what just happened”

he can’t help but laugh at how cute you are

and so that starts a food fight

flour, whipped cream, and other ingredients are everywhere in the kitchen

you and huijun both covered in flour

but it’s ok

bc you two had fun

anyways back to the main point

so huijun stops by your house

and since it’s such a beautiful day outside instead of driving

you two take your bikes

it’s only a few miles away

he always made sure he was biking on the side closest to the cars

and to keep right next to you

so that way he could talk with you

and just make sure you’re ok

and when you get there you two lay down a blanket under a tree

and just eat, talk a little, be cute

he’s definitely the type to prefer to listen then talk

i also feel like he’d def tease you

maybe make you do aegyo for a strawberry

or tickle you when you took the last macaron

stop you two are too cute

and then after eating because it was so filling

you two decide to take a nap

and it’s just so peaceful and calm and cute

omg i love you two

junhyuk - late night convenience store runs

this is the exact opposite of huijun

instead of the cute calm date

bros causing havoc at 1 am on the way to the convenience store

it all started bc you went over to his place to play some video games

you were only supposed to be there until 9

and at 11 you said one more round and then im going home

but yet there you were at 1 am

wearing one of his hoodies to be more comfy

the only light coming from the screen infront of you two

it was also deadly quiet as the rest of the boys went to sleep

telling the two of you that you better not be up extremely late

after the round finished junhyuk got up and walked into the kitchen

you heard a dramatic sigh from him as he realized they didn’t have any good snacks

so junhyuk being ever the gentleman

is now dragging you down the street to the nearest 24 hour convenience store

junhyuks holding your hand, rambling about anything and everything

from the last show he watched, to a cat that just ran by to the song he’s working on

you’re just listening

a little too tired to fully process what he’s saying

when you get to the store he passes you a basket and starts stalking up

grabbing anything that catches his eye

he even grabbed some things he knew you would like

bc he loves you <33

walking home, junhyuk refused to let you carry anything

and when you protest he says

“fine you can carry this”

and gives you his hand

right before you make it back

junhyuk stops dead in his tracks

staring into the darkness before asking you

well more like telling

that there’s a playground and the two of you are going

and so you and junhyuk spend a few minutes at the playground before heading back and falling asleep

completely forgetting about all of the snacks you just spent the last hour going to get

I don’t know if you’ve played ovenbreak as well so for now I’d love to hear your thoughts on Financier and Caramel Arrow Cookie….. they both seem incredibly loyal but with very different personalities

hi ty for the ask!! someone already asked abt them and unfortunately i dont really have any detailed thoughts/strong opinions bc i hadnt considered them before... tbh i'd like to hear ur(/u guys') thoughts abt them! u prob have more thoughts than me, what do u like abt them/why makes their dynamic interesting to u? ^^

let me think abt it tho...🤔i do think theyre compatible! ur right in that they r similar yet r v diff... They're both incredibly loyal, they have serious and earnest/honest/upright and humble personalities... I think one major diff tho is that CA is much more assertive, as she's the leader of the watchers, and is the one who makes decisions and gives orders during battle; whereas financier is a knight and usually takes orders, and she's more passive and non-confrontational. I think they're both v strong and capable, but in terms of actual battle experience I think it can be safely assumed that CA has (much) more... we know for a fact that she has seen many battles firsthand + even witnessed many comrades falling in battle...Whereas the Republic is known as a "peaceful"(/peacetime?) country (as in not having seen war w other countries), to the extent that their knight commander, Madeleine, had 0 prior (real)battle experience before being promoted and leaving w Espresso LMAO.. We also know that Financier is a recent graduate of the Paladin academy(making her younger than Madeleine), so it can be safely assumed that she, while rigorously trained and having fought many duels, hasn't had the same "battle" experience as CA.

I think another difference personality-wise is CA seems likely to be a bit more laid back and personable and more expressive(which u can see in her sprites)... We know that altho she is a hardworking, earnest, and highly disciplined leader, she's also very kind and warm-hearted, adored by all her fellow soldiers, who r fiercely loyal to her not out of fear but out of trust and love, sharing her own rations with hungry villagers, v quick to protect and defend other cookies... I think Financier cookie is also kind hearted and earnest, but her outside demeanor def seems more "cool and collected", more of a rigid/uptight honor student vibe... CA seems more warm/friendly/more of a people person(cookie) than Financier lol, like she'd be more likely to make small talk, crack light jokes, smile more, etc... Financier is def one of those charas whose slight smile is a rare sight 🫢(and her laugh even rarer...), doesn't talk much unless needed, doesnt joke around, etc djfjsn it's fun to compare/contrast her to Madeleine, because they're both paladins but their personalities could not be more diff... they're foils to each other in a way (it was rly fun to see this addressed in the story too lmaoo their interactions are so funny😭)

ANYWAY I def think if they got an opportunity to interact in canon, theyd get along rly well and would prob become good friends... and given crunchy is canonically friendly w financier(despite being so diff), I def think caramel would get along w her too!! Although they come from v diff cultures, they have similar values and I could see them clicking well and enjoying each others company~

1. My fav fic of yours - flight risk......im pretty sure its the first fic of yours ive ever read but oh god its SO good erics character and everything abt it ??? Had me feeling butterflies so many times i screamed and yelled into my pillow. Also inspired me a lot in my writing slump and like... i dont wanna be cheesy but helped me mentally bc i read it when i was having a rough time 😭👍 but also PARTY PEOPLE !!!!! so good. SO so good. oh and also the sunwoo hoodie drabble owns my ass i reread it like 5 times already

2. My fav chapter in my fav fic of yours - not my fav fic but the kiss scene in the practice room in off the record ??? slaps

3. The best character youve written for - swing my way eric honestly. so authentic to him imo TT i just adore his character in that fic a whole lot.

6. Something i remember vividly - that scene from flight risk when eric asked sunwoo if he wants to go skate w them and sunwoo goes "no, im down" and eric is like wtf and so sunwoo goes "no, im down. laying down in my bed" or something (the memory is not 100% vivid as u can see) but I legit slapped my knee that was PEAK COMEDY for me

7. Something that made me emotional after reading - that one chapter of somewhere only we know when intak describes how he wishes he could hear his brothers voice sometimes because if he missed him in that way maybe it would hurt less. That whole series is...very personal to me in sense of grief :,)

8. What i like the most about your writing - THE UNIVERSES U CREATE and like. The friendships and the characterization of each character and how theyre all their own person and not just a tool for plot. Also your comedy in fics it always has me giggling

You met Thoma when you were discriminately latched onto something odd by one of the Inazuman merchants. Luckily he was also present there, he had some things which needed to be taken care of, since the Merchant reported to the Yashiro Commisson.

It was hard to move past your defenses in the first place, let alone helping you fight back against something which was wrong. Despite having a reputation of the Fixer in all over Narukami Island, you didn’t trust him just yet. However, Thoma has something called persistence. He urged you, to let him help.

Frankly his cordial smile followed by his sincere efforts, how they turned into the most intimidating, gut wrenching debate with the Merchant; causing him to surrender and apologize to you… it was memorable.

Offers to let you cool your mind in one of the cafes near by, there you happened to meet Taroumaru, and seeing him and Thoma vibe together warmed your heart.

Eventually you all got into talking, and a few minutes turned into a few hours. Only later which he realised that he had to inform Lady Ayaka about the merchant lists. He was clumsy, yet responsible. Soft and yet, firm & could stand his ground.

You started hanging out and he wasted no time in asking you out. Though he refrains from that, but your personality charmed him beyond belief. He even took you to his home country Monstadt.

Even tells you stories about how he got his vision, if you have a vision he will be more than happy to hear your story. Cooks delish meals please he is malewife uwu

He has one rule, no matter who’s fault it is, any fights must be resolved in the same day. Don’t mind him standing outside your house with a bouquet.

on the topic of names, this is a random thing but idk just thinking about the meaning of names n stuff brought this up but i actually changed my last name legally !! (just this year, after my 19th bday pog)

i obvi won't say what but i will say i changed it to like . a word. not a name. i have an obsession w words with obscure meanings (like petrichor <3) and i've never felt connected to my last name... like i actually disliked it LMAO idk i just never liked how it sounded and whenever i looked at my full name i thought it just kinda . idk i never liked it

but ever since changing it to a name i chose, i just... i love it. i look at my name fully written out and it makes me so happy waefjwael I was a little nervous that it would just look weird and my entireee family was like "omg what if u change ur mind tho and hate it?!?!" even though i was pretty certain i wouldnt care, but yeah ever since i actually got the document back, there's been no regrets. it's one of the best decisions i've ever made. it's really helped me feel more comfortable in my identity n stuff.

i've had so many ppl question why i did it though lmaooo, theyre all just like "u can do that..." like yep! u can just change ur name for no reason lol. i mean . it gets annoying with having to tell all the gov places n stuff, but otherwise it's pretty simple lmaooo. def better to do it when ur young though bc then u have less places to tell

but yeah sometimes when im explaining to ppl why i did it, i get flashbacks to u talking about why you love writing stuff about names lmaooo /pos but yeah:)) just to say that i also really resonate with names having meaning n stuff hehehe

oh that sounds like such an interesting class!! it's always fascinating to learn different cultures history behind names. I love the idea of earning a name that's the same as a family member representing that you're sharing an identity, and also the fact that you can lose a name depending on your actions

also that's so cool that you changed your name!! I think changing your last name to a word is a REALLY cool idea. also, while I've heard plenty about people wanting to change their first names, you don't really hear about people wanting to change their last names that often? but like, I get it. I actually don't go by my legal last name that often unless I have to, or at least not my full one. I have two last names but I only ever use one of them in my daily life, and whenever I hear the other one used it really bothers me. there's a whole lot of reasoning for this I won't get into because it's personal but the gist is that my mom added my second last name legally for me when I was 11, and so up until that point I only had ever gone by one last name. and the timing of when that legal paperwork happened coincided with a lot of major things happening in my life, so I associate the person I was with that original last name as being a lot different than who I am now. now I only go by the second last name my mom added on for me and I hate when people use my original last name.

long winded way to say I get it, and I'm so glad you're happy with your name now!! you gotta love that you can literally just change your name if you want. one of my closest friends from college did that. I don't think she's gone through the legal hassle, but she uses a different first name than her birth one now which she started doing during covid. there's no reason for it. she's cis and she doesn't have any trauma attached to her old name or anything. she just didn't like it. who cares y'know? make yourself happy.

the greatest: dude. THIS is how every album should begin. such a strong start it got me hooked so fast. the fucking STRINGS???? “it’s you and me until the end”????? i am losing my mind and it’s only the first song

written all over your face: ok i see you mutuals i get it. I GET IT. i was like how good can this song be why is everyone so obsessed with the way he says hey babe. and i get it now. this man is moaning in my ear and i’m pretending to be fine. this is fucking sexy. he is fucking sexy oh my god

overall i think it’s THE album. it’s so fucking louis. the evolution from walls to this is beautiful to see. i do love walls but the production, the lyrics, the sound itself is so much mature, you can almost hear the confidence in it. i’m so proud of louis and this record. i can’t wait to hear it live someday <3

I think I remember it also being the most fun part of writing the fic for me
