My favorite actors are Hugh Laurie- (Gregory House in House MD), Bradley Whitford- (Josh Lyman in The West Wing and Commander Joseph Lawrence in the Handmaid's Tale), David Hewlett- (Rodney McKay in Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe), Robert Sean Leonard- (James Wilson in House MD), Michael Shanks- (Daniel Jackson in Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe) and Jeremy Sisto- (Jubal Valentine in FBI).
I also look forward to seeing all of them playing more villains in the future because they're all amazing in that role.

Concept of something I've decided to start working on; Dead By Domestic
Essentially, it's all the DBD survivors and killers living in a house. A big one, at that, even with people paired off as roommates.
I also want to portray it as a dramedy, kinda. With horror mixed in, of course, but like basically a few of these killers trying to lose the urge to immediately shank a survivor the second they see them. For instance, Freddy. Is he the kind of guy to actively try and break a habit? No. Would he try and stop hurting Quentin every chance he got? Also no. But Jake would start putting in more effort to stopping Freddy.
The comedy part would come from interactions between Jake and Frank, or Frank in general, I guess. Also Danny constantly spying on people, and Laurie relentlessly bullying Michael.
So yeah, there's that chaotic mess I've decided to start working on

I keep thinking about how the more sympathetic killers would react to finding out that Quentin and Dwight got r*ped by Freddy. Like, it would deal a really, really huge blow to Joey and Susie (and Julie and Frank too, even if they wouldn’t show it as much) and maybe Phillip would start to understand why it makes such a difference to the survivors that he never tried to harm them any more than necessary. Anna would probably go into even crazier mama bear mode and Adiris would lose her mind (1/2)
Tumblr media
Yeah, god, it’d cause something huge for sure. You know that in prisons, there’s a tendency even among murderers to kill other inmates who were rapists? Specifically child rapists or child murderers? (Same often applies to super grisly crimes too, like cannibalism of the bodies of murder victims or stuffing the bodies for display and such) so uh, it would very likely even extend to a few of the less sympathetic ones who still aren’t like serial torture killers (like Kazan for instance).
God poor Philip. He’d take that as a blow because he’s complicit in the system that let that happen, but he’d fight so hard for them too. I think it would almost kill Joey & Susie, and Frank & Julie would be disgusted but try to play off the level of symapthetic anger they felt, and nonetheless go super easy on them in trials and probably seek out ways to go after Freddy. Adiris would hunt him. Anna would break through her barrier, find his home, and rip him up with her bare hands like Michael did in VS. (Speaking of, Michael went ham as fuck just because Freddy was going after Laurie. If he knew the shit he put her through? Oh, it’d be a bloodbath, baybeee). Rin would go into chaos control or something, Sally would flip, Lisa. Caleb would try to pull your standard “honor even among murderers” & shank him to death in the back of his throat when the Entity wasn’t looking.
Man, it’s all so fucked. And I don’t think Dwight & Quentin are actually the only two that happened to either. :/ Fuck man, I’d really love to see Anna just absolutely tear that bitch apart, she’d be so hurt and enraged and just broken for her kid. Hah. Didn’t think of it till just now, but it’s the exact same reaction his biological father did have back in the day. That’s sweet. His parents are some real ones, Alan & Anna both. : ) 💙
But also that’s so fucked up and sad. They would all just hate anyone knowing. Didn’t even tell the other survivors. They’d be miserable if everyone knew. It would be really hard, and I hate that for them. God, my poor kids. Freddy go right to hell like you deserve, do not pass go, do not collect $200. I fkn hate him so gd much.

Michael is the stalker type if that wasn’t obvious enough lmao X’D
He’s a pretty big guy, and can easily intimidate anyone he comes across, so he doesn’t exactly have to worry about other survivors or killers getting in his way
He’d probably only ever talk around you, he trusts you enough for that, I mean your his darling for fucks sake, of course he trusts you!
However, it may take awhile before he shows you his face. So be patient with that atleast.
Michael can crush anyone who gets in his way though, so even if they are intimidated by him, but still continue to try and initiate anything with you, he’s there in a flash ready to strangle the bitch.
Michael isn’t exactly the sadistic type, but he may hurt you a little if it meant you backed down and gave into him. If you ever try escaping him, he just might have to chain you up.
He’s always holding you in his arms protectively, after a few trials, and he finally gets a break, he comes back to you, his dear darling, and smothers you in a huge bear hug that lasts a while.
Tumblr media
Laurie is protective and manipulative, she doesn’t want you getting hurt, she’s already lost so many people close to her and she can’t handle her darling leaving her.
I mean, she’s got decisive strike so she can just shank all the killers away from you
She tends to guilt you a lot, usually says stuff like ‘I can’t loose someone again.’ Or ‘you’re all I have! You can’t leave me!’ , that kinda stuff.
And most of the time it hurts, for some reason, this woman really know how to put on a good act. In reality though she just can’t handle you leaving her, that would drive her absolutely insane. She’s considered abducting you more than once.
Laurie always tends to sacrifice herself for you in trails, usually taking a hit for you, body blocking, distracting the killer to lure them away, blocks the killer from putting you on the hook, that kinda stuff.
The killers are just about done with her bullshit and may just have to have a talk with the Entity.

Actors I'd love to see guest-star in NCIS (the original one that has been on air for twenty years), preferably as villains: Hugh Laurie (Greg House in House), Robert Sean Leonard (James Wilson in House), Michael Shanks (Daniel Jackson in Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe), David Hewlett (Rodney McKay in Stargate SG-1, Stargate Atlantis and Stargate Universe) and Bradley Whitford (Josh Lyman in The West Wing).

Sociopath Profile: Michael Myers
Tumblr media
Full name: Michael Audrey Myers From the Halloween film series starting with the 1978 film Played by Tony Moran, Will Sandin, Nick Castle (’78), Dick Warlock, Adam Gunn (II), George P. Wilbur (4, The Curse), Erik Preston (4), Don Shanks (5), Chris Durand (H20), Brad Loree (Resurrection)
Holy crap. The Boogeyman is definitely one of the most chilling examples of psychopathy ever put to film. The original continuity makes no effort to portray him as human in any way other than biologically. And even then, people aren’t so sure. The Shape is practically a soulless vessel of pure, unadulterated evil. While I say that sociopaths aren’t inherently evil, only a sociopath could be behind the numerous acts of cruelty he commits with almost no emotion. So, in the spirit of Halloween, I’m gonna break this one down.
I think one very important insight on his sociopathy is this quote from Dr. Loomis:
“I met him, fifteen years ago; I was told there was nothing left; no reason, no conscience, no understanding; and even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, of good or evil, right or wrong. I met this six-year-old child, with this blank, pale, emotionless face, and the blackest eyes…the devil’s eyes. I spent eight years trying to reach him, and then another seven trying to keep him locked up because I realized that what was living behind that boy’s eyes was purely and simply…evil.”
That is after he picked up Michael after he stabbed his own sister to death! Yes. Mikey started very early. And the fact that he already had a depleted amount of empathy by that point is absolutely frightening. Michael just kills people without any remorse or reason to do so other than for the sake of it. And he can do it with the most stoic body-language and expressions imaginable. In fact, he doesn’t actually lack empathy. He’s completely incapable of such a concept.
There are some very rare moments of emotion from him, but he always goes back to his normal, stoic, murderous self in no time. Both attempts to appeal to his humanity get through to them, but it doesn’t last as he simply kills the people who did it.
And it’s that first part of the quote that particularly catches your attention when discussing his sociopathy. “No reason, no conscience, no understanding; and even the most rudimentary sense of life or death, of good or evil, right or wrong.” This is in line with the disorder to an absolute T. Sociopaths don’t even think twice about what’s right and wrong. They simply do what they do because they want to. And if anyone gets hurt because of it, too bad. It’s not their problem. Michael exemplifies this to the utmost degree by targeting innocent people for literally no reason at all.
In The Revenge of Michael Myers, a hermit takes care of him while he’s in a coma. The first thing Michael does to repay him after he wakes up? He strangles him to death! And it’s likely that he knew that man was taking care of him the whole time. But that doesn’t stop him from killing him. There’s not even a hint of gratitude for what the man did. Michael just outright killed him.
There are also signs of animal cruelty as well since he also kills dogs as well as humans. This is something that is seen in many actual examples of serial killers. They often kill and/or torture animals. And Michael does it remorselessly and unapologetically. He even eats one off-screen.
There’s also his murder spree detailed in the expanded universe material. He is said to have killed an elementary school teacher and strung her up for the class to find. He also decapitated a beauty pageant winner. And he also gouged out a reporter’s eyes and replaced them with film reels. Afterwards, he goes on another random killing spree where he slices a child’s throat and kills people in some rather gruesome ways. Can you guess why he did all of this? If you’re guessing he did it for a reason, you’re dead wrong and you clearly haven’t been reading this profile up to this point.
And while it isn’t obvious, he can be manipulative as well. While he doesn’t do it with words, he can strategically terrify people before trapping them. He is a hunter and he has to know his prey. He takes his time to torment Laurie by showing the bodies of his victims before attempting to kill her. With Lynda, he puts a bedsheet over his head and glasses on to make her think he’s her boyfriend just before brutally strangling her with a phone cord.
There are also his attempts to mess with Loomis as he knows the man will stop at nothing to put him down. He will drive him to the brink of death by exhaustion and heart failure just to get back at him. While one could say this is revenge, it’s likely for the same (lack of a) reason he does anything other than eat, drink, and breath.
There are signs of him being a sadist, though. Leaving the bodies in elaborate positions for people to find them have no real purpose other than to freak out anyone who may come across them. It’s a form of psychological torment. The same cannot definitively be said for his desire for killing. There is absolutely no reason for what he does. It’s not like he particularly wants to as far as we know, but he doesn’t feel remorse about it either.
While the Joker kills people simply for the sake of killing people because it amuses him, there is still a humanizing purpose behind it: amusement. Any person can understand wanting to be amused by something even if the method of amusement is despicable in your eyes. Michael doesn’t even have that much. And that makes him exponentially scarier.
It’s not surprising that most people consider him to not even be a human being. Combined with the fact that he’s very difficult to kill, he doesn’t show any signs of being anything other than what Loomis perceives him to be: purely and simply evil. Out of all the characters I’ve profiled, he is definitely the worst of the worst. Even though his crimes may not hold a candle to many of the others, his utterly inhuman nature is what sets him apart.

2nd viewing on Halloween 2018
As of now just texted my mom I've been out of the theater for a few minutes. This post is gonna contain spoilers and reveal I guess why I felt the way I did the first time. Now just some seconds ago a lady who works at this McDonald's just wiped my table. I decided to go to the McDonald's so I can feel more comfortable in a spot I know.
Let me be honest about the film the more I think about it and me seeing it again. Especially a day after the 40th anniversary of the original Halloween I like it more and more.
It is honestly the best film after the original. Especially seeing this time even before I saw it again I understood some stuff which I feel could be deep yet it might just be me. Yet other people have thought so too.
Also for some reason two ladies decided to bring to small girls to see it. They weren't really bothersome I just wondered why they were seeing the movie and I was trying to think of reasons why maybe the kids wanted to see it or someone couldn't watch them. They were mostly quiet and not bothersome. Just during towards the end of the film three times I think it was the same girl saying mom I'm scared(or I'm so scared most likely the first part) the point is I wonder why stuff like this happens. But mainly it was fine.
Yet what I like about this and beware spoilers like I said is the whole idea of people trying to get Michael or understand him.
Especially the first meeting with Laurie with Aaron and Dana who aren't bad people but they just don't get it. Along with this doctor character Sartain with this I felt was a stupid twist and I'll talk more on that. I had to go to IMBD to spell the doctor's name right it wasn't on Google where I checked the theater times before that.
But this twist and I hated this twist which I thought it was stupid. The idea the possibility this doctor might of been the reason instead or Michael himself got Michael out. When I feel it should be Michael but watching it I don't know if I could confirm if that's what happened.
Yet what he says and his role is. I get it and I feel like he is basically the people who keep trying to understand what makes Michael tick. The idea that why Michael is and what he is and he talks about Michael in a way that I pretty much go with what's going on with Michael.
But also I feel like it's also what they were trying to do is no matter how many times you try to ask it's simple.
Michael Myers simply became the embodiment of evil, he knows what he's doing, he is literally the God damn boogeyman. Their is no need to explain because John Carpenter's intention was to have Myers as a force of nature.
He was once a person but not anymore. Especially Samuel Loomis himself explained it so much. Just purely and simply evil.
Especially a comparison from me Michael is a literal demon. He does things because he wants to. Including this old thing from some old Halloween novel that Laurie reminded him of his sister Judith makes more sense then the whole sibling thing. While I don't hate it but I'm okay without that.
Including the whole death scene of Sartain is just fucking brutal, and feels like in a way to me no offense a saying of, "Shut the fuck up, stop asking what makes Michael tick, he's just evil" it feels like a answer to all this idea.
So okay Mom texted me she says all is good here. But basically the idea again it's simple. Which is why while I've been rethinking about the 2007 reboot and their is some stuff I don't mind. But Rob Zombie didn't seem to understand while even if John told him to make it his own. It just feels like Michael is a different character and I know it's a different interpretation. Especially it has it's fans and that's fine. But I'll always prefer the original 1978 film to that of the 2007 film.
I wanna say Sartain's death let me be honest. The face stomp death in Rob Zombies Halloween 2 is brutal and I feel like I wonder if I was scared by that. Yet I was young and I don't seem to mind it. But Sartain's death is easily the best kill in the 2018 film, especially it's just so fast and more brutal that the last time I saw it I thought I heard a squish maybe like a pumpkin or whatever. Yet also he's killed by the same Michael from the first film. Who is probably just sick and tired of everyone wanting him to say something.
Now let me say something and this is a death I wanted. It was Allyson's boyfriend or ex boyfriend Cameron this little mother fucker I wanted to get killed by Michael in some way yet he doesn't. Especially originally I wanted Michael to go at the party and start killing some youngsters but heard they police evacuated the party. But I can do without or whatever I wouldn't mind it, but in the next movie I want that Cameron kid to be gutted.
Again Michael and Laurie are the best things about the film. Yet seeing the film again I don't mind characters like Karen and Ray. Also Allyson is nice too.(also Hawkins was cool I'm on the part of Michael can survive being burnt)
Especially her friends and that part with Vicky and Julian honestly it's funny. Hoping that Julian made it out okay.
Now let me talk of why I acted how I was when I first saw the movie. Basically I was surprised because of some directions they took. Especially the understanding of the show Laurie went through in the original film I understand and how the other characters are important like how Laurie is.
Including well I was expecting and I'm gonna sound silly. I was expecting more like, "Michael's shanking folks and doing his usual bullshit, and him and Laurie have an epic battle". Yet it's weird just the word epic can be used in many ways. Okay text but I should remember Michael is 61(yet he basically doesn't give a damn he's still strong and can still keep going) and Laurie is 57.
Especially I had this weird expectation that they were both gonna die or mainly Laurie. Now the ending and this is where I said I was confused.
I seriously thought until I looked up stuff and thought of it more. It makes it seem like Michael actually died. Especially I remember last week when I saw this film with my bro and his friend, my bros friend said he didn't want Michael to die and I honestly felt like that. Including mentioning this Halloween is done by John Carpenter yet I never read it. Along with me staying during the entire credits.
I seriously thought they killed off Michael for good. Yet it's most likely he escaped and seriously Michael's been burnt alive he can handle that shit. My mindset basically felt like a kid because it was an ending that made it feel like it's over no more films.
Especially I even thought that day I'm thinking shit like this.
"What about Freddy Vs Jason Vs Michael?" Despite they would have to share rights, and whatever the hell is going on with Elm Street and the fucking crap Friday The 13th is going through with this God damn lawsuit. It's a crossover I want my favorites trying to kill the fuck out of each other. Especially let's add Laurie's reaction being, "HOW MANY MORE FUCKING PSYCHOPATH'S ARE IN THIS WORLD OR EVEN DIMENSIONS!?" Suggesting other characters.
Yet also this thing I remember from I think the Halloween Resurrection special features that some sort of I guess contract Michael can't die, no seriously by some sort or paper thing he can't die. That's why we have bullshit like Halloween Resurrection and whatever.
But anyway they are gonna make a sequel anyway this film has made so much money it's amazes me and makes me happy that a horror film like this especially a slasher made a lot. Especially I don't wanna spread rumors it could be only a year we can wait or whatever I don't wanna spread false stuff.
Tags dealt with basically I wanted to share that with you all. I'm gonna get some food and I basically liked the film.

Spanning over 40-years and 12 films, the Halloween franchise has been a staple of the horror genre, influencing hundreds of films since its initial release in 1978. As a whole, the franchise has generated over $700 million at the box office worldwide.
One factor that sets apart the Halloween franchise from its contemporaries is the number of timelines the franchise encompasses. As a fan, you can play “choose your own adventure” depending on the timeframe of your choice. Whether this is a good or bad thing is debatable.
Today we will look at all eleven sequels of the Halloween movies. John Carpenter’s Halloween from 1978 will always be the premier film in the franchise as its historical relevance with its lighting, soundtrack, and influence on the horror genre are unparalleled.
None of the sequels can measure up to it.
The sequels will be ranked from worst to best based on impact, writing, score, and various other factors; however, preference will be the most crucial detail in this ranking.
From a personal standpoint, none of these films for this writer delve into complete garbage territory. Each of them has its own positives and negatives, with some having more than the other. Obviously, this list is subjective and, at any time, can be changed or tweaked. This list isn’t definitive, but more of a collection of my thoughts on the Halloween franchise in the fall of 2021.
HALLOWEEN: RESURRECTION
Released: July 12, 2002
Box Office: $37,659, 652
Director: Rick Rosenthal
"Trick or treat, motherfucker!"  -- Freddie Harris (Busta Rhymes)
The low point of the Halloween franchise almost universally falls on 2002’s Halloween: Resurrection. The film is best known for being the Busta Rhymes movie with Michael Myers on the sideline.
Whether it was Rhymes’ character Freddie poking fun at Myers right in his face or using karate moves to electrocute the famed serial killer in the testicles, few films have treated its main character as inadequate as Resurrection treats Myers.
One of the film's most unforgivable moments was the unceremonious death of Laurie Strode (Jamie Lee Curtis), who is killed off in the first fifteen minutes. Resurrection manages to retcon the previous films (Halloween: H20), ending in such ridiculous fashion, making the film that much worse.
The film also dates itself with its Internet reality show storyline. In some ways, the film is so bad that it ends up having a comedic tone that still makes the movie watchable. However, having more than two moments that see the franchise at its rock bottom, Halloween: Resurrection takes the crown as the worst sequel.
HALLOWEEN 5: THE REVENGE OF MICHAEL MYERS
Released: October 13, 1989
Box Office: $11,642,254
Director: Dominque Othenin-Girard
Much like Halloween: Resurrection, the fifth installment in the Halloween series’ also took the time to retcon the far superior previous films ending.
To start with some positives, Donald Pleasence’s performance of Dr. Samuel Loomis is at its most outrageous to the point where he is unlikeable at times. He also does deliver one of the franchise's most famous quotes.
"I prayed that he would burn in hell. But in my heart, I knew that hell would not have him."  -- Dr. Samuel Loomis (Donald Pleasence)
The film’s climax at the Myers house is also a standout part of the movie with genuine tension. While Danielle Harris’ Jamie Lloyd is sidelined for a large majority of the film as a mute, she does manage to deliver when the film needs her to the most.
Unfortunately, Michael Myers (Don Shanks) is arguably the weakest in the franchise with one of the worst masks. Also, the film features two of the franchise's most embarrassing moments with two fumbling cop characters accompanied with a comedic score and has Myers remove his mask to shed a tear.
The film also kills off one of the franchise's most beloved characters Rachel Carruthers (Ellie Cornell), only to replace her with one of the horror genres most loathed in Tina Williams (Wendy Kaplan).
With a convoluted storyline and an ambiguous ending that sets up the franchises' much-maligned “Cult of Thorn” background for Myers, Halloween 5 has the distinction of almost killing off Myers for good.
HALLOWEEN 6: THE CURSE OF MICHAEL MYERS
Released: September 29, 1995
Box Office: $15,126,948
Director: Joe Chappelle
"Michael's work isn't done in Haddonfield. And soon, very soon, he'll come home to kill again. But this time, I'll be ready."  -- Tommy Doyle (Paul Rudd)
The film that almost brought the Halloween franchise to the direct-to-video section of Blockbuster came in 1995. Halloween 6 is best known for having two versions of the movie with different endings, kills, and scores. The Producer’s cut doubles down on the “Cult of Thorn” storyline that presented Myers as a killer instrument for a nefarious group. The theatrical cut still features the “Cult of Thorn”; however, some parts of the story are cut, such as Myers committing incest and impregnating his niece.
The reason the film is this far down the list is due to the “Cult of Thorn”; however, the movie does provide a fall atmosphere with one of the most frightening versions of Michael Myers (George P. Wilbur). Paul Rudd also plays Tommy Doyle putting in an inconsistent performance; however, with all the production issues the film is known for, it's hard to blame any of the actors for any subpar performances.
The movie also has the distinction of being the final performance of Donald Pleasence’s career as he passed away before the film's release.
Halloween 6: The Curse of Michael Myers has some great moments, but its storyline and various inconsistencies weigh it down from being one of the franchises' best.
HALLOWEEN H20: 20 YEARS LATER
Released: August 05, 1998
Box Office: $55,041,738
Director: Steve Miner
"Today is the day you are going to realize that I am seventeen years old and your overprotection and paranoia is inhibiting my growing process."  -- John Tate (Josh Hartnett)
Quite possibly, the most divisive film in the Halloween franchise, Halloween H20, has many fans that hold the movie in high regard. This is the second film in the franchise that creates an alternate timeline disregarding the “Cult of Thorn” storyline in parts 4, 5, and 6.
The movie is a sequel to 1981’s Halloween 2 and sees the return of Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode, who has faked her death, changed her name, and is now the head of a private school in California.
The film does have a stellar cast featuring future stars such as Josh Hartnett, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Michelle Williams. The primary reason as to why this film tends to be rated higher than most of the sequels falls at the film's climax, where Strode confronts Michael Myers for one final showdown.
At the end of their confrontation, Strode cuts off Myers’ head with an ax in what would have been an epic conclusion to the Halloween franchise.
What holds the film back is that it does not feel like a Halloween movie.
Unlike franchises like “A Nightmare on Elm Street” or “Friday The 13th”, Halloween is known for its usage of lighting and fall atmosphere with a minimalistic take on killing. Halloween H20 simply put fails in this regard with its setting, Myers, and its score.
The music in the film is fine on its own, but doesn’t fit the Halloween franchise with its orchestral sound. Myers, played by Chris Durand, suffers from being mediocre, non-menacing, and suffering from an assortment of terrible masks, including a franchise-low CGI mask during reshoots.
This is a film that could move up the list over the years upon re-watch. The films ending and cast are admittingly stronger than a majority of the sequels, but it has the feel of a corporate studio creation that happens to have the Halloween name attached to it rather than a true sequel in the franchise.
