Prompt: Could you write a continuation to “We’re Here For You”, where Riku and Sora receives a dream/vision about Reader being in a different world, and they inform Leon and the others about it?

Pairing: Riku x Sora’s Sister!Reader

Summary:

Word Count: 1.0k

Riku looked around the vaguely familiar scenery in confusion. "Where am I?" He thought to himself. The small town was quite. He could easily hear his own footsteps on the concrete beneath him. Looking around him, Riku could spot several building in the slight distance that had at least one light on. Yet one specific one was calling to him. Without realized it - he slowly began to walk towards the light. With the more steps he took and quicker he saw people begin to fill up the formerly empty space.

As each person passed him, He quickly began to ask where he was - but was ignored by all. Everyone was facing away from him. Either walking in the opposite direction or standing looking away, all expect for one girl.

At first glance he knew exactly who she was. You. His blue eyes lit up with joy at the sight of you. Without taking his eyes off you, Riku began walking through the oversized crowd of pedestrians towards your figure. His heart beat faster the closer to got to you, until he was finally close enough to reach you.

His hand reach out for your shoulder, ready to grab and turn you to see your face. As his fingertips touched the fabric of your shirt, his eyes opened.

When he awoke from his dream he had to pinch himself to make sure he was awake. He sat up in his face and rubbed his eyes. Everything felt so real, almost as if he could reach out and pull you with him.

He stayed in that position for what felt like forever going over his dream. How beautiful your face look surround by the lights, how wide your smile was as you looked towards the person next to you, and how bright your smile was once your eyes met his. He didn’t move until he got a message from his two friends asking to meet up with them.

From the moment they laid their eyes on him, everyone could tell something was off with him. He kept zoning out during conversations that he would normally be extremely vocal during, he also kept glancing around his surroundings with a really reason.

Finally getting tired of his weird behavior, Kairi decided to speak up. “Are you okay, Sora?” The male jerked his head up at his name suddenly being called. “Yeah, Perfect.” He tried explain, saying he simply hadn’t gotten enough sleep. However both Kairi and Riku saw right through it. “Come on Sora, you can’t expect us to believe that.” Riku encouraged the younger man, who after a few seconds decided to tell the real reason.

“I saw y/n last night, in a dream” Both friends stared with widen eyes, both in shock except for different reasons. Kairi couldn’t believe that somebody finally got new news on you. Meanwhile Riku was stunned with the similarities behind the two separate dreams about you. Both had the same plot but with different layout. However as Sora is describing the scenery, something clicks. He remember once his dream became he saw the structure Sora was in off in the distance. “Sora.” Riku finally spoke up, catching the younger boys attention. “I think we had the same dream.”

After explaining his version of the dream, the other two rushed to agreed on how similar they were. Sora’s face quickly lit up with excitement and opened to mouth to speak - but was stopped by the red haired girl sitting next to him. “Should we really get excited about this? I mean how many time have we gotten a lead we thought would pan out, but turned out to be nothing more than words?”

The two men thought back to all the time they all got their hopes up to be disappointing by their leads fizzing out. The two nodded slowly seemingly agreeing with the woman’s words. “But this how to mean something right? This wasn’t some random person saying they saw here, or a gut feeling by someone else. This is us. Having the same dream of the same place on the same night.” The passion in Riku’s voice was prominent. For a moment they almost forgot exactly how much you mean to the keyblade master.

The three stayed silent as they all tried to think of an idea. They felt clueless and helpless, until someone came up with an idea. “Why don’t we call the others and see if they know the location?” Kairi spoke up and gingerly placed a hand on the shoulder of Riku, who looked at her with a soft smile. “Yeah, That’s a good ideas.”

“Sadly, I don’t believe I know of that area.” Ienzo spoke through the gummiphone screen. The scientist looked back at Aeleus and Dilan, who both shook their heads. Sora let out a loud groan in disappointment. “However you might want to try the ones in Radiant Garden, they seem to travel the most next to you.” Ienzo suggested. Sora said a quick ‘thank you’ before ending their call and starting another with Terra. Just after answering, Sora began explaining everything that happened in a rapid pace - which caused Terra to beg the younger man to slow down several times. Sora explained the shared dreams, their theories on the meaning, and also a description of the land they were both in. He asked if the location sounded familiar, but like Ienzo they didn’t.

The three slowly began to lose hope that the one true lead they had would dwindle away. Till a voice off camera spoke up. “I know the world. I’ve been there a few times.” Leon said coming into frame. “I’m leaving in a few minutes, That can be my next stop and I can check it out to make sure before we all meet up?” Leon suggested. “Yeah, That sounds good, It’ll probably give us the time we need to gather stuff and get there ourselves.” Kairi said leaning on Sora’s shoulder.

They finalized their plan before ending the call and everyone could feel a mix out nerves and excitement building within them. As each minute that passed they felt as if they were that much closer to seeing and holding you again.

being in the saw fandom is so funny. non-horror fans think you’re sick in the head, sensible horror fans don’t like them/don’t wanna subject themselves to all that, extreme horror fans think you’re a phillistine. most of the fandom is dickriding either Brunette Guy or Brunette Girl. there’s 10.7 of these movies and 5 to 9 of them suck depending on who you ask. they’re all straddling the lines between horror, crime drama and soap opera. every single ship is utterly unmarketable. everyone has 2 saw jokes and they’re both bad. there seems to be a prevailing assumption that the puppet is the bad guy. the actual bad guy was confirmed bisexual on tiktok
