It was really a nice and almost healing time

Robin felt like an older sister doing your make up as Nami had more of that best friend vibe

— i think sanji will notice from the very beginning how tired you are and how you can barely walk and stretch your shoulders and back. and he's so caring 🥺 he'll come to you right away and ask you what's wrong and what he can do to make you feel better.

"mm? what is it? are you too tired? aww, my flower, what can i do for you?" sanji literally purred saying those words to relax you a little and not to make you more nervous.

"what? you want me to give you a massage? baby!—" oh, he literally shrieked the last word and forgot about your tiredness, but it's okay, because he brushed his lips against your temple, kissing you as hard as he could. and of course he salivated on your temple.

Notes: Here it is! It wasn't exactly how I wanted it but I tried not to go into too much depth because I didn't want to spoil Sanji's backstory, in the end it ended up being pretty basic and I'll understand if you don't like it, thanks for ordering with me!

Sanji finished washing his hands at the kitchen sink, he looked at the empty room and sighed. Everything was already in its place, the dishes clean and put away, the preparations for tomorrow's meals in the fridge, the table clean and organized... But that restless feeling inside him wouldn't go away, he felt like something was wrong... Missing .

He walked around looking for something to do… When he didn't find anything in the kitchen he decided to leave for the rest of the ship, he then saw some of Luffy and Usopp's clothes and decided to take them to the laundry room. On the way, he picked up Zoro's bottles and put them in the storage room. Usually these things weren't his job, the members already thought he did too much in the kitchen and left other jobs out of his hands. He still remembered Nami saying: "if you get too tired with other things, the food won't taste the same", it seemed like a selfish sentence but it was said with so much love and concern that he kept it in his heart.

It was just that some days Sanji felt like it was never enough. He felt that his cooking wasn't good enough, that he wasn't strong enough, cool enough… important enough. He sighed deeply realizing that it had been a few hours since he had been walking from one side of the ship to the other doing jobs he found around, even organizing Franky's tools he had done… What was his problem?

He approached the edge of the ship and began to look out over the ocean… Maybe it was the nightmares that were plaguing him, in the last few weeks he had had terrible memories of his past, things he would kill just to forget. Usually he didn't care much about it, he thought that what had happened was already in the past and he had no control anymore. But now it was different, now it wasn't about his opinion of things, it was about the opinion of others.

Not that he really cared… It was just you… Yeah… You had come into his life. It's been a few months since you joined the crew and it wasn't long before you and Sanji hit it off immediately. For some reason you had a lot of chemistry and synchrony, you spent hours talking and interacting together, as if you were old friends reuniting.

So a month ago when he asked you on his date, everyone on the crew already knew you were in love. You obviously squealed and smiled saying you accepted it, you were almost as loving as he was and it made your chest explode with happiness. Everything was going extremely well between you, you never fought, you always helped each other, you were in perfect sync and worked together on everything.

But every time in the silence of the night, when he saw you having fun with the other members or when he saw you sleeping… Something inside him screamed that it was wrong, that it was fake… Gradually the voices that said that you could never love if you knew about his past, that you would never love a flaw like him, all the terrible things that screamed inside him were taking more and more power... It got to the point where he can't be around you without wanting to cry with despair and fear, fear of losing you to someone who really deserved you.

He jumped when he felt arms around his waist, when he looked back he realized that you were hugging him and smiling with a sleepy look.

"Angel?" He said with a nervous stutter.

"You're taking too long to get into bed… It's too cold without you" You yawned and released him, moving beside him and leaning against the ship.

"Sorry… I… I was too busy in the kitchen…" he lied, shame on you, how could he lie to you? The voices screamed in his head how terrible he was.

"Okay, no problem" you are looking at him calmly "I just missed you"

Missed? Yes… You loved Sanji, didn't you? He could rest easy knowing that… Couldn't he?

"Sorry" he said again and then grabbed a cigarette, lighting it and putting it quickly in his mouth.

You just hummed and let your gaze on the ocean, even nervous your presence seemed to act like a stress reliever around him. As if everything is fixed just by you being there, next to him. He didn't want to tell you about his past, not yet, he was too afraid that you might leave him or be disgusted by him… He couldn't risk losing you no matter how selfish it was to lie to you.

"Can I?" You smiled looking at his cigarette.

"Huh? Of course…" he said confusedly and handed you the cigarette.

You quickly popped it in your mouth and blew out some of the smoke, he didn't even know you smoked but something about it was so intimate… So deep, he found himself transfixed staring at the scene, you looked so peaceful, you looked so beautiful.

"I don't like nicotine very much" you chuckled "although in your mouth it tastes good" you teased him then handed the cigarette back.

"Ah… Yeah… It's not very tasty" he admitted.

"No, it's not… You know… I love you" you said looking at him and then you smiled.

"Angel…" he said without words.

"Just remember that ok? I really love you no matter what" you said and then you yawned "But I think I'll go back to bed… Are you coming?"

"I'll be right there…" you agreed and gave him a kiss on the cheek, pulling away shortly after and heading towards the bedrooms.

Sanji continued to stare at you and disappeared, the cigarette almost falling between his lips. You really loved him... He felt a heat rising through his chest and dominating his whole body, yes... It was okay, regardless of your past he knew you were reliable and would never lie, you loved him completely even with him hiding it from you. you. Smiling he put out the cigarette and walked towards the room you shared, the past didn't matter much less the future. All that mattered was there, the present time, where Sanji was sure you loved him and he was even more sure he loved you even more.

forethoughts: this is my first time writing angst ever. be nice 😔. i tried 😭.

notes: gn!reader, MAJOR SPOILERS FOR ENEIS LOBBY. LITERALLY, KEEP SCROLLING.

It was a tiring day, and you desperately needed rest. You fought with the Straw Hats to save Nico Robin from the World Government’s claps, and you witnessed the passing of the Merry, the Straw Hat’s beloved ship. You stood there on the boat aside Robin, watching the ship break apart and sink into the depths of the sea’s dark abyss. You should feel bad; You know you should. Chopper was sobbing, Nami was on the ground. Usopp (or Sogeking you didn’t really care about whatever name Usopp wanted to call himself) had tears streaming down his face, it could drown the boat all the Straw Hats was on. But despite the head of the beloved lamb sinking into the ocean, your mind was set on one thing, your heart beating out of your chest.

Holy shit Nico Robin is standing right next to me. She’s right next to me. Is she crying? Oh my god she is. Holy shit. She’s right next to me. Should I do something? No, I'll ruin the moment. Your mind was racing, fingers fiddling with the hem of your shirt as you resisted from turning your head to your right, to stare at the beauty next to you.

After the goodbye, all the Straw Hats got on board the Galley-La ship, everyone getting their well deserved rest. Except for you. You tried to sleep, you really did. But you just couldn’t. Not with Nico Robin on your mind. Ever since you joined the Straw Hats, you immediately felt a connection between you and the archaeologist. Nami always (if not everyday) teased you about the way you looked at her, the way you were willing to throw yourself in danger for her. When you heard Robin had sacrificed her freedom for your safety, it broke your heart into a million pieces, it felt like it could never be fixed. So when the Puffing Tom pulled up to Eneis Lobby, you fought like a wild animal, almost on the same level as Zoro and Sanji, fighting Marines left and right until you could see Robin with your own two eyes alright and unharmed.

You argued with your brain for a while, before finally sitting up from the hammock, quietly exiting the room without waking up the other Straw Hats. You snuck around the hallways of the ship, trying to find the room Robin was in.

Taking a deep breath, you knocked on the door. When you heard a soft, ‘come in’ from a familiar voice, butterflies flew around in your stomach, a shot of serotonin flooding your brain.

“Robin?” You quietly called out, opening the door. Your heart pounded at the sight in front of you, as you desperately tried to maintain your composure. Robin was sitting on a bed, wearing nothing but an old shirt, perhaps not even any pants from the look of it, making your cheeks flush bright red. Thank God it was night. She had a tired look on her face (of course she had a tired look on her face, you idiot), but regardless had a faint smile.

“Yes, Y/N? Did you need something?” She asked, her ever elegant voice making your legs wobbly.

“O-Oh, uh, no, not really. I just wanted to see if you were okay.” You responded.

Robin smiled warmly at you. “That’s so kind of you, Y/N. Thank you. I’m okay, just.. having a hard time falling asleep. After everything, it feels hard to just… fall asleep and not wake up in danger.”

“Oh.” It made your stomach churn to hear that she was struggling to sleep, but it made your heart flutter since she trusted you with that information. “Is there anything I can do to help?”

“Talking to you, perhaps. You always seem to know how to make me feel better.” Robin smiled at you, welcoming you to sit next to her. You swallowed. Oh my god. Okay. Holy shit. You walked over to Robin, creating a dip in the mattress.

“Why did you want to see if I was okay, Y/N? It doesn’t fit your character.” Robin casually asked.

So maybe you were avoiding her a lot before the Merry found its way to Water Seven. You were trying to get over Robin, forget everything she had made you feel inside and how red you got whenever she complimented you. You should’ve expected the ever observant Robin to immediately notice your sudden disappearance whenever she entered the room.

“Well…um…” You tried to form coherent sentences to explain your reasoning, without the words ‘I have a crush on you’ coming out of your mouth.

“I was busy at that time…and didn’t really have the time to stick around to talk.” You nodded your head, approving of your own reasoning that didn’t raise too many red flags.

“I see.” That was all Robin said.

There was a wave of silence that plagued the room, until you mustered up the courage to speak again. “Nami told me… the reason you decided to turn yourself in was for our safety to leave Water Seven… right?”

Even in the darkness, you could see Robin’s smile drop, her head pointing down.

“You don’t need to answer if-”

“Yes. I wanted to make sure all of you were safe and unharmed by CP9 and the World Government. I wanted to make sure you would escape their wrath.” Robin answered.

“But… to turn yourself in after running for two decades… just for us?”

“You all were the first group of people who were willing to wage war against the World Government for me. Even though you knew I was Miss All Sunday, even though Aojiki threatened you to turn me in, none of you let that affect our friendship, and well, we’re all here, aren’t we?”

You wanted to smile at that last sentence, but you frowned instead. “No threats would ever purge our friendship.”

Friendship. That word pained you to say. Friendship was the relationship you and Robin had, but that was not what you wanted.

“Indeed.” Robin murmured, looking back at you with a small smile. You tried to return it, but you just couldn’t. Not after being friendzoned.

She doesn’t even like you. Get over it. Move on. You told yourself. That was the only option you had, wasn’t it? The two of you were friends. Just friends. Nothing more, nothing less.

Right?

It’s now or never. Ask and just move on. That’s all.

“Robin…” You muttered quietly.

“Yes, Y/N?”

“Have you…ever thought of…being more than friends with someone?”

“You mean have a romantic interest?”

Your brain short circuited at her sudden bluntness. “Y-Yeah, that.”

“It hasn’t crossed my mind for a while. I wouldn’t think it would be a good idea to find one, since the World Government is out for my head. That would endanger the other person’s life, wouldn’t you agree?”

“You wouldn’t endanger my life…” You mumbled softly, expecting Robin not to pick up on it.

Robin paused after your mumble. Did she hear me?

“Still,” she sighed. “I can’t seem to find it in me to want to find someone that would love me for who I am. I’m afraid I’ll ruin another life.”

“No you won’t.” You blurted out against your mind’s protest. “You’re not going to ruin some random person’s life just for being you. If they walk away, they just don’t know you well enough to appreciate who you are.”

Robin raised an eyebrow, a smirk growing on her face. “And do you think you know me well enough to appreciate who I am?”

Yep. Your entire face was definitely red, and your skin was definitely hot. You opened your mouth to say something, anything really, but something came out. It didn’t help when Robin moved closer to you, to the point you could feel her breath brushing against your ear.

“I… do.” You finally say.

“You do? What makes you think you do?”

“Because I would sacrifice my life for you in a heartbeat. I would kill myself if it meant you were safe. I… I…” You look down, summoning all the courage, all the heartache you had bottled for months. “I love you. I love you more than a friend, more than best friends. I love you as if you are my soulmate. I want you to be my soulmate. I love you so much. W-When I heard you left… it broke my heart. I didn’t want you to go.. I didn’t want you to leave because of us. I love it when you’re here. You bring so much joy to the Straw Hats, to me. You mean the world to me, Robin.”

All the while you were ranting about your feelings, Robin was calmly looking at you, a small smile on your face. Even as your mouth continued to move, she didn’t interrupt you. She sat there, watching you pour your heart out to her, watch you express your love. As you kept talking, Robin placed a gentle finger on your chin, tilting your head towards her. Before you could react even, she leaned in, placing a soft kiss on your lips. With her free hand, she pushed you onto the bed, taking her place next to you. Robin caressed your face with her hand, running the back of her fingers against your cheek.

“You’re cute when you ramble.” She smiled. “Thank you for telling me that. I never knew you were that… enthusiastic about me.”

You laid there, no thoughts in your head. All your muscles were concentrated on trying to remember what her lips felt like. What her lips felt like on yours. It was as if you got a kiss from an angel from heaven, blessing you with infinite serotonin.

“You kissed me.” You stated matter-of-factly after a while.

“I did.” Robin responded with the same manner.

“Why?”

“Because, my sweet Y/N,” she moved closer to you, placing an arm around your chest. “I love you more than a friend too. I wanted to see you live, even if it means I will die. Nothing matters to me more than your wellbeing, and seeing your smile.”

“You… you do?”

“Yes. I’ve been feeling it for a while… I just never knew or wanted to ask you since I wasn’t sure you would return the same feeling. But after everything that you’ve said tonight… I think I’ve made my decision. I’m not leaving anytime soon. I want to stay with you. Live my life with you, my dear sweet Y/N.”

When you didn’t respond, Robin let out a small chuckle. “Your heartbeat is enough for me to know your response.”

Robin cuddled next to you, placing her head on your arm as she closed her eyes. You laid there on her bed, staring at the ceiling.

angel of the morning- nami x reader

(slight allusions to smut again LMFAO)

nami’s never considered herself much of a religous person. if she believed in heaven, she’d have to believe in god, and everything else that comes with it.

but if she did believe in all that, she’d swear she was in heaven right now. your sleeping form in front of her, early rays of sunlight peeking in, shining on your face. that’s what eventually wakes you up, (e/c) eyes focusing in on the bright blue ones watching you.

“mornin’, baby.” nami greets you, brushing a piece of hair away from your face. you smile, putting your hand over hers, holding it to your face and leaning into her touch.

“good morning.” you greet her sleepily. “how long have you been up?”

nami shrugs, genuinely not knowing. watching you tended to blur hours and minutes together for her, all the time in the world not feeling like enough to take in your beauty. “everyone else is still asleep. it’s just us.”

“we better rest up before luffy wakes up.” you tell her. “not a moment of peace with that one.”

nami laughs softly, nodding. “turn around.”you oblige, nami scooting in behind you, putting an arm around your waist to pull you close. “better?”’

you nod, blissful and content. “better.”

nami smiles, tangling her legs with yours as she closes her eyes again. just before she’s about to drift back off, a door slams open down the hall from her.

“good morning, crew!” luffy’s voice booms, the two of you groaning sleepily as he makes his way down the hall, still talking about something or another.

“nami, y/n! wake up! sanji’s making breakfast—sanji! don’t fall back asleep, cmon!”

“i wonder what it’s like having that much energy.” you marvel, sitting up in bed. you run a hand through your messy hair, trying to keep it from falling back in your face.

“here,” nami offers you her bandana from her bedside table.

“can you tie it for me?” nami obliges, taking a moment to admire her handiwork when she’s done.

“prettiest pirate on the sea.” nami marvels, heat rising to your cheeks.

“you’re tied with me.” you counter. nami leans in, pressing a sweet, loving kiss to your lips. just as you’re about to lean back in, there are three more raps at your door.

“okay guys! he’s up for real this time! sanji, come on, i’m—we’re hungry!”

the two of you walk hand in hand to the kitchen, sleepy as ever, but content. there are two cups of tea already set out, sanji being used to you two waking up first. nami leans her head into your shoulder as you sip yours, you resting your head on top of hers.

“could you two at least wait till noon before making the rest of us feel single?” sanji teases you, laying out the ingredients for breakfast.

“never.” nami deadpans. “you’ll see, you get a girlfriend like this, you won’t want to be apart from her either.”

“oh, the rest of us know just how much you don’t want to be apart from her.” zoro chimes in, taking his own mug and sitting across from you two. “didn’t i just talk to you two about how thin these walls are?”

“what’s wrong with the walls?” luffy asks, not catching on to zoro’s implication.

“nothing-“

“oh, PLEASE tell him.” sanji laughs, nami scowling before she whips her head back around to zoro. “don’t you DARE-“

“well, luffy, when two people love each other very much-“

Flowers For My Valentine

A/n: where the boys give both traditional and untraditional bouquets/flowers. Sorry, Killer. I couldn't think of anything for him😭 not proofread. Let me know which one is your favourite!

Features sanji, Law, Zoro, Corazon, luffy and Kid x (black) fem reader

Sanji-

A giant bouquet!! A basket bouquet that's spilling with all kinds of flowers roses, peonies, camellias!! like a scene from a movie he's running towards you with flowers all round. Of course that's only one of the many bouquets you'll get this valentines week

Late in the evening, Sanji is in the kitchen, gently rolling modelling chocolate out, shaping the thin disks of chocolate into Petels. Eyes focus on wrapping each one around the chocolate dipped strawberries. When each strawberry is wrapped, he pulls them together and wraps them. He's excited and nervous to give these to you. A show of his love, a product of his own hands just for you, he put his everything into this gift. He couldn't think a better gift to you.

Law-

Working at the hospital means long hours, he knew he'd be late but he thought he was prepared. Making a stop at the florist in the morning to buy your bouquet, so he could make it to you quickly after work at 9.

But plans never go right, now it's 9:48, and he's just done with work. Flowers in hand and running down the street. Shit, he's always making you wait. This is the one time he should be there. It's fine he still has your gift... and you're in sight! "Y/n-ya!" You're so happy to see him!

"Law, its okay you didn't have to rush I know you're busy with work" what did he do to deserve someone do understanding.

"Here happy valentines Day" bringing the bouquet up to you,what he wasn't expecting with the confused look on your face

"umm law? What happened?" "

What do you mean? Gone... The flowers were gone. All that was left in his hands were a few broken stems, most with their flowers buds. 'FUCK!?'

All that running and the bouquet was ruined "y/n-" "Hey, this one is still good!" You said, pulling the tulip out." Law was dishevelled, hair a mess 'she liked it, I guess that's enough' he thought,he let out a sigh of relief looking up, wait when did you get so tall, oh he's floor. All that running, he's had an asthma attack. He can hear you're panicking above him, though he can only make out your blurry outline. Guess he's spending valentines Day in the hospital after all.. well, at least he can look forward to you being his nurse.

Zoro-

What was zoro supposed to give you!? You were a florist for goodness sake!? No supermarket flowers would be good for you. Would you even want flowers? You spend all day with them,would he even be able to get the right kind? These thoughts consumed him for almost a week. Shit should he even bother....

In the early hours of the morning, you're setting up the shop when the door chime rings, "we're not open yet - Zoro!"

Any other day he'd happy to see your bright smile but today it made him falter, his eyes looking everywhere but you. He didn't want to see your smile drop when you saw his gift.

"I'm so glad to se- oof." Zoro's hands quickly moved in front of you.

"Here Happy valentines day" it took a minute to process everything, but here, your boyfriend was blushing nervously all over a valentines Day gift! For Zoro, this felt like too long. He wasn't the sappy type but just wanted to do something for you- 'Oh, you're smiling.' Your face lit up, jumping happily at the man

"A bonzi tree! Zoro I can't believe it thank you!" Planting kisses all of the man. You loved it, a wave of relief washed of zoro, feeling his jaw and shoulders relax

A few months later. " I love you very much, you're going to grow up strong, you're the cutest swordsman ever!" You would say kind words to the tree whenever you had the chance supposedly to help it grow faster. Of course , hose words were meant for Zoro too , but he didn't know if he should be proud or jealous of the tree.

Corazon-

Corazon had planned a valentines date with you at the botanical garden. He couldn't think of a more romantic place!

That memory was far away now. It had been a difficult week, his brother was on his antics again, and Law was stressed,busy with school. When law's stressed, so is he. Now pacing around his room until he tripped. Thinking to himself "... I should just stay here for a bit. " Pulling his body up from the floor, he saw up he a photo."It must have fallen out." A photo, from the botanical garden..... corazon felt all the stress melt away from him as his goofey grin returned on his face. How much joy you brought him. Seeing you like happy, a wide smile across your face surrounded by the greenery, it squeezes on his heart. Yes, the week may have been bad, but at least he had your smiling face to get him through it.

Luffy-

Whenever Luffy saw flowers he liked, he'd shove them into his pockets to give to you later. The issue was that he wouldn't always see you right away.

Sabo found a bunch of wilting flowers when doing the laundry and asked luffy what the flowers were for "oh they're for y/n!" He smiled so brightly ,sabo's heart ached for this brother.

"Well they're wilting I don't think you can give these to her now" luffy pouted, he knew he couldn't give them to you now but seeing those flowers you loved reminded him of you. Sabo spoke up "hey here what we'll do...."

The two brothers sat at a table with glue, paper scraps, and all sorts of felt scattered about. It looked like arts and crafts time

"Hey, but I like this picture of us better!" Luffy shouted "alright just stick it down. " The two spent the afternoon decorating some photos of the couple with dried flowers that luffy had collected that week. Even with his best efforts, Sabo couldn't keep the picture clean. He could see how messy it was getting. "Where did he get the glitter from!?" But luffy couldn't be happier, lifting the picture frame to the high."She's gonna love it!"

Kid-

Kid had made a fuss about valentines a week before. "Don't expect any flowers from me! I don't do all that sappy shit. " But here, Kid was handing you a bouquet of your favourite plushies. "Aww, Kid, this is so sweet! Are you getting soft? " You grinned poking at him.

"Whatever" he said, avoiding your eyes. He was right, though, no flowers, but this was even better. You couldn't wait to put them in your room, wait... "Kid ..did you hot glue these on???? Kid, how am I supposed to take the plushie off!"

Kid didn't think that far, and honestly, he was regretting not watching the youtube video like Killer said ... he thought it couldn't be that hard(his toxic trait is thinking that he can make everything cause since he's good at metal work. He can't) shit he was panicking now. What good would they be ripped up. He moved to grab the bouquet from you. "Wait y-"

"You spent a lot of time on this, didn't you, Kid?" your eyes softened, looking down at the cute packaging of the bouquet. The paper was rumbled and creased from failed folding. You giggled to yourself, 'I'm sure he spent all night working on this.' " Thank you, don't worry, I can sow them back up, thank you"

They frown, ducking to avoid the kick sent their way, swinging their bo staff Sanji’s way, forcing him to retreat. Just as he did, Dokucha turned to block Zoro’s attack, slowly sliding their staff up the sword until they were able to push him off; forgetting about the blond behind them, they charged towards the swordsman, trying to deliver a hit in his upper body, only to let out a groan as the attack was stopped by Sanji

“Okay, Okay, I give!” They exclaimed as Sanji kicked away their bo staff, Zoro having taken the opportunity to hold them at knifepoint, the sword inches away from their neck

“You’re too slow in your attacks,” Zoro commented, sheathing his sword

“My speed is not the problem.”

“Then what would you say is?” Sanji questioned, handing them their staff

“That you guys are absolute tanks!” they exclaimed

“You’re just weak,” Zoro quipped back, rolling his eyes

“And you’re just a jerk, but you don’t hear me saying that, do you?” The snapped back

The swordsman sends them a glare but doesn’t reply, opting to lie down

“Mon amour, we want you to strengthen your reflexes; that’s why we have you spare both of us at once,” Sanji explains

“Why both at the same time? Can’t even beat one of you, so why have both of you come at me at once?” The child whined

“Because your fighting style mixes both the use of weapons and the use of the body to fight," Zoro muttered, opening his eyes to glance at them

"Oh."

Sanji chuckles at their reaction, lighting a cigarette and blowing and exhaling a cloud of smoke

“I don’t use weapons nor my hands to fight for that matter, so I can only help you improve your fighting with your lower body; musclehead over here is a savage and knows about fighting with brawn and no brain and can help you work your staff.”

He lets out a scoff at that

“Say’s the one who fights like a mule, kicking his way out of everything.”

They sighed as, once again, the bickering resumed between the two

“Knock it off,” they call, standing in between them breaking the fight off as they glared at each other

“Thank you”

“For what?”

“For always looking out for me and helping me become stronger,” they exclaim, sending them a grateful smile

“It’s no problem, mon/ma chéri”

Zoro just let out a grunt at their proclamation, at which they grinned, knowing the greenhead struggled with expressing himself verbally, easily understanding the underlying meaning of his actions

i need to know what you think about uta being ace's and sabo's sister too... like imagine a perfect world where uta existed without the mess of film red (i did enjoy it but also uhhhhhhhh there are a lot of weird things abt it bc i dont think shanks would actually take in uta like that considering he did experience piracy as a kid. so why would he put uta through that even if she'd stay put on the ship–) ANYWAY. so lets say shanks found uta after obtaining the devil fruit and takes her to the nearest island (dawn island.) then found makino and luffy and convinces her to stay w them or whatever.

i imagine that ace and uta do bicker w each other a lot. however sabo is very kind and excited to have a sister!! he's protective of her and enjoys her songs. (which brings out a surprising singing side from sabo ehe...)

i also imagine that uta is as rowdy and gluttonous as her brothers tbh. i mean, she's the only girl there so she's more than likely to be influenced by them. ALSO imagine uta being raised by dadan wheewwwww.... i think if she was raised alongside asl bros, she'd end up way different than she did in film red and well- actually become a pirate– (maybe rivaling with her brothers? that or she acts as luffy's biggest rival to be pirate king as her way of supporting his dream) (idk im just thinking as i type)

so everythings the same but uta is there with three insane brothers (shes as insane too... she is their equal). though it's lowkey clear dadan has a favorite (she loves a tough daughter) and god everything w garp would be so insane too like. before sabo was accepted and started living with the bandits, garp was happy to have a granddaughter (till she said she wanted to become a pirate too 😭) BUT he makes sure ace and luffy treats their sister right and is again being a favorite– however, she wouldn't suck up to him like that. like how the brothers would shield each other from garp, she would also shield them from garp !!

"leave my little brothers alone, old geezer!"

and yes, even if uta is a year younger than ace and sabo, she still would call herself a big sister (especially for knowing luffy longer than the other two. shes just used to being the older one)

anyway... lets say asul au is a tjing, now consider ASUL + S as we love talking about asl+s. with uta around, sanji likely thinks that all sisters are good because shes nice to him too. and how she clearly loves her brothers too. but ofc, uta surrounded by brothers while claiming to be the big sister, makes sanji incredibly jealous about their sibling relationship. it reminds him of reiju and his brothers, how they never really got along. while asul got along really well. they fight a lot but it's never with the intention to hurt each other or make the other feel worthless.

and who am i if i dont bring up sabosan at some point LOL. (also mb that this ask is so long i just love uta sm and i love aus sooo bad <<3) uta is definitely one of the first to notice her brothers' fondness of sanji. she is fond as him as well but not the same way as them lol. she tells sanji some secrets about sabo and sanji just cannot tell if shes actually serious or not because of how mischievous her smile is. and uta absolutely teases sabo about sanji, especially when hes not around like– that little song that little kids sing when it comes to someone havinf a crush.

"sabo and sanji sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g !"

and luffy definitely chimes in while sabo is beet red and begging them to shut up fkldjfldj. makino and uta Looooves gossiping about sabo and sanji. makino does ask to tone down her teasing, which she does, but she can't help but push each other's buttons.

idk theres just a lot to think about if uta was raised with asl brothers and uta growing up to be a pirate :^)

THIS IS SO CUTE !!!! Honestly, Film Red never sat right with me but not exactly because of Shanks' decision of keeping Uta. I see that pretty much in character for the guy-- What I don't like is the way they rushed the ending and the way it all ended, in general. It's just obvious they wanted to do Uta's story but in a way that didn't affect the canon and it's just- Stupid. Idk.

But let's say Shanks meets Uta and spend some years together and she does consider him her father (as I see it, because in this sibling group all of them have to have daddy issues. Except Luffy. Because more than daddy issues he just. Doesn't care-) but he leaves her with Luffy because he says it will be good for her. I think she wouldn't agree with his decision and something like in the movie would happen. Where he just... Leaves. And Uta ends up hating him or at least resenting him a bit. And it's obvious he did for her and he had good intentions but she's just a kid, so she genuinely takes it personal. So, yeah, the girl stays as Luffy's older sister, basically. At least this is how I see it.

Then Sabo and Ace appear and- It's chaotic.

Imo, she's still a diva and she still loves music because it's in her blood and also, she spent some time with Shanks so she already has a bit of her personality made. But being with them makes her learn more about protecting herself and being a bit ruthless, although I think she's more of the type to ler her brothers do the dirty work and only follow them in their shenanigans if they go "You only say that because you can't do it!!" (<- Ace, definitely) and she has to prove she can be as strong as them. So she's a diva but she's a bit more impulsive and reacts in a more violent way. Especially with food too.

I think she wouldn't get along much with Ace at first because he's a mess and she's also a mess and they're really similar when it comes to being Luffy's older siblings so they wouldn't agree on most stuff. But daddy issues are a good way of bonding and I'm pretty damn sure that if Ace ever said "Should I have been born?" in front of her, she would go insane trying to make him see that everybody deserves to live.

With Sabo, though, I think they'd get along pretty well. Sabo is still chaotic but a bit calmer than Ace and he has a strong ideology that Uta would definitely share. He wants to make a statement for freedom and Uta agrees and tbh, he's a writer and she's a singer and there's no better friendship than that one.

Her relationship with Luffy is pretty much the same, except that she now acts way more as a sister and not only as a past friend. Of course. She joins them drinking too!!

Ngl, you can hate me for this but I think the events of Red could easily happen... Again... I mean... Not exactly those events but-- Uta's dream would obviously be to reach everyone with her music. To make them feel seen and loved and making them see they should live. Because after spending so much time with her brothers, she wants to sing songs for the rest of the people that feel the same way they do. She always has them in mind when she sings and she always, always, tries to make them have fun and enjoy life. I think Uta's perception of living and freedom would clash a lot with Ace's and she'd try to make him want to live through music. Same with with freedom and Sabo/Luffy.

But then Sabo dies. And Ace dies. But Sabo comes back and-- I am sorry, and I know it partially was the mushroom's fault, but she's kind of unstable mentally (who isn't in this show tbh) and it wouldn't surprise me that her blatant optimistic views would make her want to do exactly what happens in Red again. But I think this time it should be Sabo and Luffy the ones saving her and, you know, idk, maybe Shanks is there too but this isn't about him today. Whatever. She doesn't hurt anyone and it has a good ending, but it's not the point of the post--

So Sanji is there with them! Following what we've already been saying about Sanji staying with the ASL bros but now adding Uta!!

Uta would absolutely. Adore. Sanji. He's the perfect little sibling. He's cute and knows how to cook and he's literally everything that's right in this world. She complains about Luffy crying but when Sanji does so she only says it's cute and that he deserves to cry-- Uta likes cute stuff canonically and Sanji is the cutest thing, so it makes sense. Also, Sanji just assumes every woman in the world is perfect from that very second because between his mom, Reiju and now Uta he has only had good experiences with girls. He does feel kind of left out at first remembering everything that happened with the Vinsmokes, but Uta always tries to include him in every little thing!

She really likes teasing him and Sabo, though. Uta might adore Sanji but that doesn't mean she isn't a little bit mean to him. It's obvious that they like like each other because, you know, they're kids. Look at them. It's obvious. Uta knows, Luffy knows, Ace knows... Sabo and Sanji spend so much time alone and Sabo always tries to be next to him and he looks at Sanji with like, literal heart eyes.

Uta: Do you like Sanji? Sabo: Sanji? No. No. No. Sanji's just a friend... Uta: Why are your eyes shaped like hearts? Sabo: Allergies...

Uta is an artist. A singer. She's 100% a hopeless romantic. I will die on this hill. So while Ace is extremely "ughhhh" *disgusted noises* by Sanji and Sabo's flirting and Luffy couldn't care less (he just likes teasing them because it's fun to see them panicking), Uta tries HARD to get them together. They're listening to her songs? She will sing a romantic one. They're alone? She will gently push one of them closer to the other. They eat spaghetti once and she goes all the way to try to do the thing where they eat the same one so they kiss. Etc etc etc. She won't stop being a little brat about it too, teasing both of them. And it's driving Sabo crazy. Makino asks Uta about the kids because she knows the girl is as invested as her in the relationship. Funniest thing in the world.

Now I can't stop thinking about them spearating when Sabo dies, following what we said etc etc etc And Uta becomes a famous singer. She doesn't kill anybody, okay? Let's leave it on her just- Doing a huge concert. Sanji and Sabo have already reunited but please, imagine these two not dating just yet. They're in love and pining but not dating. Everyone hates it. And then Sabo joins them for the concert, ofc, and when Uta sees them again (and sees Sabo is alive?? Because what the fuck why didn't they tell her???) one of the first thing she says is "Okay, okay... So you two are... You know?" and they don't understand what she's saying but literally all the crew is like "They're still pining. Please. It's awful". Girl makes it everyone's problem so she does this kiss cam thing to get them together finally. Like I said, good ending.

Ace

- ace tries so hard to get you to blush, but has had no success with you

- He’s tried everything! Flirty words, classic pickup lines (they’re rlly bad ones btw lmao) everything!

- the poor fire boy has been defeated :(

- He’s given up in his endeavors, but it doesn’t mean he doesn’t love on you any less!!

- today, when you both were just relaxing outside, shoulder to shoulder as happy as can be

- Ace smiled at you, he couldn’t believe how he found someone as perfect as you. Not just beautiful, but perfect for him

- who else would deal with this man’s narcolepsy?!

- … mhm that’s right.

- he took his hat off with one hand, and put it on your head with a grin, keeping his hand on top of your head while he leaned close to you, placing a kiss on your lips

- It was just a kiss, like the many before.. yet why was this one so- different?

- it was passionate even though it was only a second, the warmth and love of it spread throughout your body like wildfire, making your cheeks heat up

- Ace looked at your cheeks, and he looked shocked

- You.. Were blushing?!

- His pride was short lived because he collapsed face first into you, snoring away like many times before

- You were still flustered by his actions

- This man had the audacity to just do that and fall asleep?!

Sanji

- this man is ROMANTIC

- you know what I mean lmao

- he doesn’t miss a beat on doing things for you, he’ll do anything for you and you don’t even have to think about asking for it

- tea/coffee? Of course

- A full course meal? Easy

- this man LIVES to do things for you

- You never really get flustered by all of his actions though, and he’s gotten used to that

- it’s not that you don’t appreciate him! It’s just that it’s extremely hard to get you to blush

- he knows that, but- he’s absolutely dying to see you blush just once in his life, then he can die a happy cook

- You were sitting down on a chair, back from a long day of work that wore out your body

- Sanji was in the kitchen, making dinner for the both of you, but you smelled something familiar

- Almost the scent of your favorite childhood meal? (Mine was musubi :) but just picture yours hehe)

- maybe you were just so tired that you were “smelling” things??

- you didn’t even know if that was possible but- it was happening

- Sanji wouldn’t know of that right?

- He brought out a plate of food, and he leaned over from behind your chair, placing a kiss to your forehead like the gentleman he is

- “Dinner, darling.” He said with a smile, sitting down on the sofa next to you

- He took notice of your lack of energy pretty quickly, and decided to try and help out a bit

- He held a piece of food in front of your mouth, much to your surprise

- He was- hand feeding you.. like a child.

- your cheeks immediately flushed a deep red, how long had it been since someone had fed you?!

- Sanji looked concerned, “My love, do you not like the smell?”

- “Wh- no! It’s just that I haven’t been.. hand fed in a really long time.. and I haven’t eaten this in a long while.” You replied, trying to hide your flushed cheeks

- Sanji could die a happy man, at least he knew he did something right :)

- your face was absolutely adorable to him- he wished he could’ve taken a picture and engraved it into his memory

- he smiled at you, and continued to feed you slowly, asking about your other favorite meals and how to make them so he could make them for you in the future

- The food was absolutely delicious like usual, but with Sanji feeding you, it was 10x better lmao

- moral of the story? Sanji made your favorite foods from your childhood, and even present more often :D

Zoro

- he’s not the romantic type of guy like Sanji, but it doesn’t mean he doesn’t demonstrate his love!

- Zoro prefers to just hold hands, or just have you near him, so none of his actions have really provoked or caused you to blush

- He’s not a perverted love cook, nothing wrong with that!

- He’s a pretty chill guy, and is perfectly happy with napping next to you, cuddling with you, holding hands, and just sitting together!

- He appreciates the loving silence you two have together :)

- As you know, Zoro is a very strong guy, so his arms are pretty bulky and muscular

- after he finished his training session for the day, he walked towards you, without a shirt and a towel wrapped around his neck

- you waved to him before going back to whatever you were doing, but it seemed as though Zoro needed more attention today

- his hand wrapped around your waist from behind and he whispered into your ear, “Can you meet me in the room in a bit? I wanna nap with you.” Is all he said

- But it was how he said it

- His low voice almost rang in your ears, sending chills down your spine, your face heating up and already turning red without Zoro noticing

- He didn’t even say anything weird- he just wanted a nap- 😭

- oh the things this moss head could do to you

- (yes don’t worry you napped with Zoro lmao)

Koby

- this boy is already flustered by every single one of your actions 💀

- he’s a little baby and kind of gets flustered with any kind of contact he has with you still

- maybe not hugs and cuddles, but DEFINITELY kisses and such

- One time you were worried he was turning blue because he stopped breathing from shock (actually he was as red as a tomato-)

- He was leaving soon on a mission for the marines

- As a captain, Koby did have a lot of responsibilities, but you were still his top priority, so it was hard for him to leave you for a little while

- Koby looked a bit nervous about something other than his mission, so you asked him about it before he left

- “Here! Y/n.. I have something to give you.” He took out a bandana almost identical to his, daisies and all, just your favorite color :)

- “I thought that maybe.. we could match! It’s ok if you don’t want it though.” He said with a sheepish smile, rubbing the back of his head nervously

- Your cheeks were tinted pink, almost like his hair as you stared at the thoughtful gift

- Your heart was about to melt. Koby had made this just for you! And he took the time to make it your favorite color 🥺

- “I love it! Can you put it on my head?” You asked him with a smile, your cheeks flushed a bright red

- He looked like his whole world just lit up from your smile, he excitedly started tying it on your head, making sure it wasn’t uncomfortable for you

- “Thank you Koby, I love it.” You said, kissing his cheek, leaving him speechless, as well as the color of a tomato

- “KOBY! WE HAVE TO GO!” Helmeppo’s voice shouted from afar. Koby reluctantly gave you one last tight squeeze before he finally got the guts to pull you close to him, slamming his lips against yours

- The kiss was longing, you could tell it was a goodbye

- It left you breathless, blushing madly as Koby waved goodbye to you as he ran towards the departing ship of soldiers

- Koby did it, he made you blush :)
