1 grudnia to czas na małe podsumowanie listopada
10 listopada zaczęłam dietę, 21 dni to jednoczenie niedużo i dużo, i tak mogę powiedzieć ze jestem z siebie dumna ze wgl dałam radę, ze schudłam
Zaczęłam z waga 57/58 coś w tym stylu
Dzisiaj na wadze 54
= - 3/4 kg
Teraz zaczynam z największa motywacja- moimi urodzinami, na ten dzień muszę już ważyć chociaż 50 kg, dam radę wierze ze dam muszę dać
Patrząc na mój wczorajszy crazy napad po którym tak mnie bolał brzuch ze masakra to czuje się okropnie. Ale traktuje to jako motywacje, nie chce się tak czuć.
Liczac kalkulatorem precisionnutrition żeby ważyć 50 kg w dzień moich urodzin wystarczy ze będę jadła 1000 kcal, oczywiście będę jadła mniej ale to mój max do którego mogę dopuścić.

I'm... on a #diet. I do not get enough calories. I love sugar and fat too much for what few cals I do eat. Send help! 🙄 Also, I'm allergic to most vegetables. Had allergy tests and everything. Stopped eating peas and hummus and haven't gotten hives since. ::sighs:: My body was at least 30% paprika + caramelized onion-topped hummus. 😥 So more meat proteins. I've also tested positive for soy allergies twice across two decades, but I will die before my immune system rips my delicious hiyashiyakko (a type of delicious cold soft tofu with sauce) from my freezing anaemic hands! 🍓 The new diet plan is actually pretty good. The program I'm using does NOT let me count anything much. No calorie counts. No carb or sodium or sugar counts. None. NONE. I WILL fixate and the #OCD component of #autism will kick in and I will microlog down to every nutrient until I don't eat because any food is too much of a chore or is Wrong for Bad Nutrient reasons. #orthorexia and then #anorexia but not for weight loss, just because of being allergic to *everything*. Food is painful. But that means I do need some kind of log so that I remember to eat enough at all. Catch-22, right? 🍵 I'm using #precisionnutrition , put in height, weight, was honest about my real activity levels (like, none) and went for body recomposition. I'm in #physicaltherapy so I'm rebuilding muscle but it's light work only twice a week. They don't let me lose weight in crazy amounts (less than 1lb a week). No cal counts. Just estimate portions if you don't have them available. Check them off. That's it. 🍠 Yesterday, I ate too much fat and sugar but didn't get half my proteins or veg. I don't walk 5+ miles a day for uni since COVID now. Could be why I can't fit into any of my fave kimono anymore. Juuuust sayin. 😅 So I didn't even break ~1200 cals and I'm anaemic with high cholesterol at 32. Uh, no. Not gonna be me anymore.
