How to read telemetry - intro
I usually end up posting telemetry of at least the fastest quali laps so I figured I might also write a post about how to read those plots. Plus I got an ask asking for some general explanations so I hope this is a good starting point!
Overview
X-Axis
The x-axis for telemetry plots is always the distance. You might ask, why not time? Most plots that we come across tend to use time on the x-axis so why not here.
The thing is that telemetry is often used to compare laps between two drivers and it happens very rarely that two driver set the exact same lap time and seeing as we want to find out what those drivers do differently we need to pick an x-axis that stays the same no matter the driver.
And that thing is the race track. Therefore the x-axis is the distance because it's the same regardless of driver and it allows us to compare what drivers do in corners or straights.
Elements that are often shown - Plots from VER vs LEC in Baku
Speed trace -> the speed trace is pretty much always included and just shows the speed in km/h at any specific point on the track.
Throttle trace -> also always included and shows how the driver applies the throttle. It's shown in %.
Brake trace -> also always included and only shows when and not how hard the driver brakes. Drivers do apply varying brake pressure but it's not shown in telemetry data for various reasons. So we only see if the brake is engaged at all or not.
RPM -> rpms are sometimes included and yeah.. show the rpm of the engine at any point on the track. Can be used to determine if an engine is turned down for example.
Gears -> sometimes included and again shows which gear the driver is in at any specific point on the track. Tells you things like whether a driver is short shifting and things like that.
DRS -> also often added. I personally don't add it for quali laps because they all use DRS for those anyway, but it can be useful to see how it impacts performance on those straights. That spike at the start just shows that they engaged DRS.
Time Delta -> because the x-axis is the distance a time delta is used to show how the drivers are performing timewise vs each other. it starts at zero and then shows the difference in time between the drivers at any specific point on the track. And helps to see where exactly a driver is gaining or losing. The time delta in telemetry plots is not 100% accurate but it gives a nice overview into where a driver is gaining or losing time.
Let's analyse an example
I picked Baku for no particular reason tbh.
So this is a telemetry plot for Verstappen and Leclerc's fastest laps in qualifying in Baku. I added the turn numbers, and no I didn't forget some turns, those essentially don't show up in telemetry because they are mostly taken flat or are just kinks in the straights.
But essentially all the dips in the speed trace are corners and the lines between them are the straights.
So if we look at the corners and the time delta, then you can see that Charles gains a little at pretty much every corner. However, it looks lie he gains a lot and then loses some of that again on the exit because the time delta dips more at the apex of a corner and then goes back up a bit.
The reason for this is that those two brake very differently and we can see that when we look at the brake trace. The blue line always goes up a bit earlier than the red one. Max always brakes a little bit earlier than Charles which means he can go back on the throttle and off the brake a little bit earlier as well. So he is slower in the entry of the corner and faster than Charles in the exit and that's why the delta makes this dip and then goes back up a bit. Charles in this case is still faster through the corners and gains on Max because the time delta doesn't go back up to there it was pre corner.
You can see why Charles still gains in the corners when you look at the speed trace and their minimum speed in a corner. Max might enter earlier and exit the corner earlier but Charles carries more speed through the corner because his minimum speed is higher. And that gains him the time.
On the last big straight Max is the one that gains. And we can even tell that it's a drag thing because if we zoom in then it looks like this:
Here you can actually see that Max accelerates out of the corner earlier than Charles. But Charles carries more speed throughout the corner because his minimum speed is higher. But also we see that in the beginning of the straight that both lines have the same shape. It's not like one of them is steeper than the other. So their acceleration and traction seems very similar here. But towards the end of the straight Max has more speed and Charles seems to almost plateau.
That is the part of the straight where drag really comes into play. We know that in this case this is partially caused by the general drag of the different car concepts but also that the RB DRS worked better than the Ferrari one (they have fixed it now). So the RB DRS removed more drag and that allows Max to reach a higher maximum speed.
Another interesting thing is that there are a couple of corners where Max shifts an extra gear down that Charles doesn't and so on.
Using telemetry you can for example see if there was one particular corner a driver messed up and you can find out some of their tendencies like Max always braking earlier than Charles. Part of this is down to the car because the Ferrari has great brakes but it's also just a driver thing.
Here in Bahrain for example you can see that Max messed up the last corner because the time delta dips and doesn't go back up at all. He still breaks earlier and only carries a little bit less speed than Charles through the corner. But Charles accelerates out of the corner and is back on the throttle in the same place as Max. So Max messed up his exit in that corner because they want to spend the least amount of time in the actual turns. But in this case Max braked earlier so entered the corner slower than Charles but then they had the same exit. And depending on when you brake you usually have a different exit.
You can also find out if a team turned down their engines via telemetry as you can see here in FP1 in France.
We know that the RB engine and the Ferrari engine don't vary that much in performance so the speed trace alone tells us that the Ferrari engine is turned down more. Again towards the end of the straight the Ferrari plateaus, but this time a lot more compare to the RB.
And if we look at the RPMs at the same straights then we can see that the RB is running higher RPMs even though both drivers are in the same gear.
The gear mappings are not the same between different gearboxes! and there will always be some difference.
On the straight after 2000m you can see that the Ferrari sort of stops at a specific rpm that's a lot lower than the RB rpm.
And that + the significantly lower top speed that plateaus is a major sign that the engine is turned down.
They all turn the engines down for FP1 but Ferrari has started to do it much more because of reliability.
So yeah that should be an alright overview over telemetry and how to read it and what you can do with it. In the end the more you look at it the more things you are going to see. Reading other peoples interpretation of telemetry is also always interesting because there is always something that you missed that someone else picked up on.
But overall it gives a nice overview into what the drivers did in their laps and how they like to drive.

Out of curiosity, Which of the twst boys have their unique magic and what/ how do their unique magic work?
The UM names, chants, effects, and restrictions we know of so far are below the cut. Please note: JP uses the term “unique magic” and EN uses the term “signature spell”; I will be using the abbreviation “UM” throughout this post to refer to it.
Note that some incantations are taken directly from the official localization; others come from fan translations that I happen to like or prefer over the official ones, which I will indicate with "***".
Please also know that we don’t know the same amount of information about each UM nor their effects or limitations. I’ve done my best to compile what information we do know for certain though. I’ll update this post as more information comes out!!

Riddle
"Off With Your Head" collars a target and seals their magic away, preventing them from spellcasting.
The collar cannot be removed by any means unless Riddle himself chooses to do so.

Trey
In JP, Trey’s UM is called “Doodle Suit”. In EN, it’s called “Paint the Roses”, which likely derives from how the UM is written literally as “(Let’s) Paint the Roses”.
His UM allows Trey to temporarily override or “paint over” a targeted aspect of something or someone else, usually the senses. For example, he can rewrite taste as well as rewrite “other people’s magic” as “his magic”.

Cater
Cater’s UM is “Split Card”, which allows him to create clones of himself. The clones can act independently, but the more clones Cater creates at once, the more strain is placed on him.
In the manga, the clones are shown to revert to playing cards when they’re no longer needed or damaged.

Deuce
His UM first manifests in book 5; in JP, it goes by the name “Bet the Limit”, whereas in EN, it’s “Double Down”, both of which are betting terms.
Bet the Limit allows the caster, Deuce, to send back all the damage he has taken at double the power.

Leona
“King’s Roar” turns anything Leona commands into sand. It also seems to induce a dry environment. The UM is called “The King’s Roar” in EN.
According to in-game dialogue, anything Leona touches after casting King's Roar turns to sand. Due to the limitations of the visual novel style of the game, it's unclear whether or not Leona's spell requires physically touching something. If we reference other official materials (such as the animated trailer), it doesn't look to be a hard requirement. I'll be keeping up with the light novel and manga adaptations of book 2 to see how King's Roar is represented, then update as needed.
Leona's UM has the capability to kill (since it has an effect on even living beings); this terrible power is part of the reason why he was gossiped about and feared by the palace servants (seen in his post-OB flashback).

Ruggie
“Laugh with Me” lets Ruggie control the movements of other people by forcing them to copy his own body.
The more people he's controlling, the more difficult it is for him. (It's possible to take magic-enhancing potions to increase the number of people he can control at once, seemingly without negative detriment.)

Jack
"Unleash Beast" gives Jack the power to turn into a large, powerful wolf form without the help of a transformation potion or other outside means. In EN, it has become "Unleash the Beast" to comply with English grammatical rules.
In his wolf form, Jack has heightened strength, speed, etc.
Jack had to train himself to be able to stay in his wolf form for long periods of time.

Azul
"It's a Deal" grants Azul the ability to confiscate an agreed-upon ability or spell of his client; Azul is then able to use these abilities or spells for himself.
If the client is not able to fulfill their end of the contract or breaches its terms, the client is forced to comply with Azul's every command (via the anemone they'd sprout on their head).
The agreement is valid as long as the golden contract which seals the agreement is left intact; however, the contracts are fragile like real paper. For this reason, Azul electrifies them with magic in order to create the false impression that the contracts are indestructible.
Azul is also able to take abilities without consent or without a contract. This method causes much more rapid blot accumulation, as normally the contracts help limit this.
He indicates that he "worked on" his UM, whatever the heck that means. It implies he trained or practiced using it to get better st it or to better understand its limits.

Jade
“Shock the Heart” forces a target to speak only the truth. It requires the target to look into Jade’s left eye in order to work.
This UM can only be used once per person and fails if casted on someone who is very alert, cautious, or are already aware of its effect. This is why Jade intentionally keeps his UM secret.
Shock the Heart is not all-powerful or absolute; in cases of strong loyalty, a target may not divulge the truths Jade wants to hear. For example, Kalim, who was very easy to initially trick, trusts Jamil so deeply that he resists Jade’s demands to tell him who in Scarabia has a mind-controlling UM.

Floyd
“Bind the Heart” allows Floyd to redirect magical attacks, thereby rendering him unaffected by them.
His UM is highly dependent on his mood; if Floyd isn’t feeling up to it, then the spell won’t work.

Kalim
“Oasis Maker” summons a large amount of (fresh, not salt) water in exchange for only a (relatively) small amount of magical power.
Any additional effects of the water (if any) are not specifically stated; other characters just remark that the water is tasty and at a nice temperature.
Kalim says he doesn’t think his UM is all that useful, especially since the development of waterways in his home country has made it much easier to access potable water.

Jamil
His UM is known as “Snake Whisper” in JP and “Snake Charmer” in English (which is likely taken from the way “Snake Whisper” is literally written as “Snake Charmer” in the original JP).
This spell lets Jamil hypnotize people and make them follow his commands. His targets must make eye contact for him in order for Snake Whisper to work.
The more a target resists Jamil’s UM, the more target will hurt until they finally succumb to the spell.
Long-term use and/or controlling multiple people at once can cause more rapid blot accumulation.

"Fairest One of All" lets Vil curse any item he touches and to set the conditions to break that curse. These conditions are immovable and, once set, not even Vil can lift the curse.

Rook
In EN, Rook's UM is "Arrow Afar". The original name for JP is "I See You". This is a small, slight (and therefore hard to notice or gauge as dangerous) spell that is cast upon targets. He can then pinpoint their exact location, regardless of distance.
If the tagged item or person has entered a zone which blocks off magic, then Rook cannot track their location.

Epel
In JP, Epel's UM is "Sleep Kiss". In EN, it was changed to "Crimson Slumber". This lets Epel conjure enchanted glass coffins to contain people. Once inside, his targets fall into a deep sleep.
The coffins can be powerful barriers to protect others.
Epel manifests his UM in book 6; Rook helps guide him in using it.

Idia
"Gate to Underworld" allows Idia to open and close the gateway to the "Underworld"/Tartarus which is house in STYX HQ. It is written in EN as "Gate to the Underworld". The Underworld holds many dangerous Phantoms which the facility researches.
It is implied that Idia’s UM is hereditary to the Shroud family.

First use of UM: 6-68 of the main story, though technically Idia may have used it in 6-54 to let OG!Ortho out of Tartarus (we don’t get to see it explicitly being used).

Ortho
No information available yet; Ortho has stated that he cannot use magic, so it’s unlikely that he can have a UM at all.
UPDATE: Ortho confirms in book 7 he does not have a UM and cannot develop one. However, what makes him "unique" is his robotic nature; he is able to transfer his consciousness to new vessels.
Malleus
“Fae of Maleficence” summons thorns which causes all living beings in its area of effect to fall into a deep slumber. (Ortho speculates that people, if left in this state, will have their bodies deteriorate.) In EN, the name was changed to “Fae Maleficence”.
Malleus's UM also creates thorns which allow him absolute control of whatever is contained inside of the space the thorns preoccupy. This includes stopping time within the area. Previously, Malleus was also seen stopping time in the event Endless Halloween Night. However, it's not known whether this occurred because of his UM or not.
It is possible for Malleus to manipulate the sleepers’ dreams and to glimpse into them.
The dreams can run by themselves, pulling reference information from each individual dreamer's memories and desires. If the dreamer tries to wake up, the dream will do everything in its power to keep the dreamer asleep.
It may be difficult for Malleus to enter one’s dream if the dream takes place in a period where he does not exist (such as not yet being born out of his egg) or if he does not understand certain concepts (like technology). This is because magic requires imagination, and it is hard for Malleus to imagine particular scenarios.

Lilia
"Far Cry Cradle" allows Lilia to view the memories associated with an object by touching it.

Silver
Bear with me, Silver's UM has like a million and one parts to it...
"Meet in a Dream" essentially allows Silver to hop between peoples’ dream worlds. It can only be used when he himself is asleep and when he is aware he is dreaming.
“Dreamways” are transitional places between dreams. These dreamways look like a softly colored sky with birds flying through them.
Silver cannot control whose dream he goes to, although he has noted that it tends to be people whom he has a strong bond with, such as Lilia or Sebek. It's not clear how he is able to walk in Mickey's dream, as Silver doesn't seem to be familiar with him.
The dreamer is indicated by a shining white bird that flies around them. Silver must stay close to the dreamer or else he will risk falling deeper into sleep.
He can only leave the dream when the dreamer wakes up (thus dissolving the dream world) or if he uses his UM to hop into another dream.
The dreamer can be woken by a large shock, whether physical or emotional.

Sebek
"Living Bolt" turns Sebek’s entire body into lightning. He can use that magic to attack and to travel very quickly.
However, the spell will damage his body with use.
Sebek reports developing this UM when Silver enrolled at NRC and when Sebek was training by himself. He wanted to be able to rush to Malleus’s side at a moment’s notice
Sebek says this is the first time he's using his UM and that he hasn't fully mastered it yet. He had not intended to use it until he has mastered it.

Che’nya
Che’nya’s UM allows him to turn himself (whether in whole or in parts) invisible.
We don’t yet know the name of the UM or the incantation for it.
Che’nya appears to mainly utilize his UM to sneak onto NRC campus and to steal food.

Rollo
“Dark Fire” envelops Rollo’s entire body in fire. He can manipulate this fire as he likes, and the flames grow more powerful the more negative feelings there are present.

Fellow
“Life is Fun” makes a target more optimistic and happy. They are then more susceptible to being manipulated by Fellow.
This UM is notable as the only one so far with an incantation spoken in English instead of in Japanese.
The spell has no effect on people who are already very optimistic like Kalim. It also doesn’t work if Fellow tries convincing the target to do something they would never considering doing “from the bottom of their heart”.
The spell doesn’t work on heavily guarded people or people that recently underwent a traumatic event.
Life is Fun doesn’t cost a lot of magic, so it is difficult to detect. It can be used multiple times, the effect “stacking” without risk of Overblot.

"Calvin? Caaaaaaaalviiiiiin? Freckle? Cal? Freck? Mr. McMurray? Sideburns McBigEye-" Rocky's incessant knocking on the door of the apartment was answered by a slightly annoyed looking Calvin.
"Aye?"
"Calvin!" Rocky gripped his shoudlers. "I need your help - I met a girl!"
Calvin rolled his eyes. Third one this month, he thought.
"...What do you want Me for, then?" Calvin asked.
Rocky let himself into Calvin's new apartment. "You're a fanciful writer type, right, Calvin?"
"Well, I mean, I've...written before, but-"
"Perfect!" Rocky sat down by the typewriter and looked over. "I need your help writing to her."
"...this is rich," Calvin rolled his eyes, walking over. "You're the one who makes poems, aren't you?"
"Oh, sure, sure, but those are about...places, and things! But you...I've seen your letters to Ivy!"
"You've WHA-"
"And I know you're an incredibly romantic man! Please, Calvin, this time it's different, I know I need to woo her with romance instead of my usual rogueish charms! Pleas, I BEG OF YO-"
"Fine."
"Fine?"
"Fine." Calvin sat down at the typewriter. Rocky was a bit...fast and loose with women. Never a creep, never unclear about his intentions, but always a one night sort of man - Calvin figured this would be no different.
"Oh, thank you! How will I ever repay you?"
"Don't...don't worry about it." Calvin quickly hid some papers on his desk. "So, this girl...what's she like?"
"...uhm..." Rocky blinked. He sat down for a moment. "I...well, she...uhm..."
Calvin blinked a few times. "...go on?"
"...she's...a lady...and...has...fur?"
Calvin stared for a moment. "You're sure you met her? Because it doesn't sound that way."
"I know, I know, I just...she's hard to describe! You can't always have words for Ivy, can you?"
"I could tell you what color her fur is."
"Oh, good, Zib and I have a disagreement about this, is it gray or-"
"Rocky. The love...letter? Poem? Song?"
"Poem! That I can turn into a song~!" Rocky winked and nudged his brother, then went back to looking a bit...afraid of something. He sighed. Calvin cocked his head to one side.
"Rocky...you need to help me here if I'm going to write something." Calvin stood, and walked towards the kitchen. He started to get some tea going, and looked over. "Now, tell me the very basics."
"Red fur." Rocky said. "Sort of. And these big eyes, I...I couldn't guess the color. And she had such a cute dress, and-" He blinked. "I...well. I, uh...I'm sure you get the idea. right?"
"Tell me about how she is." Calvin came back, waiting for the kettle to whistle. He sat by the typewriter, and began to take notes.
"...how?"
"Aye, how. Who. What. She's not just fur and eyes, is she?"
"No, no, of course not!" Rocky said. "She was...kind. And nice. And she was...well when she looked at me, she smiled. I nearly ran her over coming out of the café, and we didn't see each other long, but-" Rocky cleared his throat. "...is this...enough to go off of?"
"...Rocky, I think you might be more intimidated by her than in love."
"What? You're crazy! Bonkers! Wacko! Insane! I'd never be scared of someone so....so..." Rocky fought for a word, but didn't find it. Calvin nodded.
"You're clearly at least a little nervous about this. That's normal! A lot's on the line, and all." Calvin said.
"Oh, I know, but...this is just a girl. Really, all it is! And while I'm, infatuated now, and in need of your expertise, I'm sure it'll wear off eventually, as is so oft the case in this modern age!" Rocky winked, with a sense of denial that was painfully obvious to Calvin.
Calvin merely rolled his eyes.
"Rocky, if you're just attracted to her, then go ahead and ask her yerself, you don't need a love poem for this sort of thing, let alone a song."
"You're right." Rocky said. "I mean, so what if she was pretty? There's pretty girls! All over the place! Sure, I mean, none has ever made me...want to settle in, but-"
There was a pause.
"I mena really, what was I thinking? A love letter? Why, all i need to do here is find a good night with her! I would LOATHE the idea of...of waking up to her in the morning, and-" Rocky's ears drooped, "and...nestling into her as she slept." Rocky sighed. "I've never, EVER felt any affection like that - why start now? Why now turn from my lustful ways to wanting to hold her in my arms as she looks into my eyes, and...and to see, to really see what she's thinking?" His tail drooped. "And honestly, I doubt there's any woman on the face of the EARTH who could make me want to keep her safe...to kill for her, to die for her, but also to live for her, and to see things and learn things and love things I've never...loved before...oh, god, Calvin, I-" Rocky tearfully looked over to Calvin, who was hastily scribbling things down. Rocky spoke, through a choked voice.
"I'm...I've never been in love...that must be why I couldn't think of anything to..."
Calvin looked up, and smiled. "It hits you late, aye?"
"Sure, sure...did...did you get anything from that?"
"...I caught a bit." Calvin handed him something. "You can make changes if you'd like."
"...Aces."

It was late at night, in an apartment building in St. Louis. And a girl heard something against her window. It sounded like a pebble...annoyed, she looked out, and saw-
"...Rocky, right?" She asked. The two had talked a while, outside the café. She remembered his name. His colossal eyes, his soft smile...
He was just standing there. He cleared his throat, and took out a piece of paper. He'd foregone the song bit...but what is a poem but a song?
"...as..." Rocky cleared his throat, "As a shearwater over the sea, I too have been to many shores...but as the noble bird does, so to have I chosen one to rest on evermore."
He was different than he normally was - shaky, and nervous. He'd never tried to be this...sincere before, about ANYthing.
"Indeed, as astronomers plot the stars, my gaze has laid on many lights, but-" He sputtered, "but...as if transfixed by a celestial glow, only one star remains in my...ehm...mind? No, that doesn't rhyme, I-"
"Sights."
"Sights?" Rocky looked up at the girl. She was smiling.
"You meant to say sights. Rhymes with lights?"
Rocky smiled, too. He looked up, and perked his ears, throwing the page away. "I cannot tell a lie to you, I've had my share of loving guests, but none so lovely as you, who makes me want to build a-"
"Nest?"
"Is it that predictable?" Rocky knew he shouldn't have asked Calvin - good a writer as he was, he was no poet - but the girl let out a chuckle.
"It's a sentiment a girl hears a lot, you know." She said, which caused Rocky's ears to droop, and his tail to flatten.
"But...I mean it, I promise I do, I-"
"I know." She said.
"...you do?" Rocky held his hat nervously in his hands. The girl nodded.
"If someone is coming by to read odes to me at night, they aren't doing it because they want a quick date...or because they're afraid to be embarrassed." Rocky did feel a few extra eyes on him...including one particularly angry eye.
How was HE supposed to know she lived right next to Viktor!?
"I...I ought to come up there, then? Just so I, ehm...don't anger the neighbors." Rocky, for the first time in a long time,w as genuinely nervous - worried about his odds, and contemplating what he might do if he lost.
The girl spoke.
"Come in...but no funny business."
"Of course!" Rocky rushed up the fire escape.
He smiled all the way up.

for those interested in printing and creating your own zine! jpegs of the template for the hockey zine here, link to download from drive (+ more info on that) and a tutorial below!!
if you can print from somewhere that supports psd files (also in the drive) i highly recommend, to preserve the colors better (: these appear weird as rgb color profile right now but Should print properly as they'll convert to cmyk. let me know if thats not the case!
also, i'm. not charging for any of this. but instead if you're able to, please consider donating esims for gaza or in some way supporting those in palestine (even just doing your daily arab.org click!!)
again, if you have somewhere to print psd files that is what i would Highly Recommend, the colors and quality will just turn out better, i think.

some further info not included/expanded on in that drive! :
this is meant to be 8x8in when laid flat (not folded) and the files there should print as such, you wont need a special printer or anything, i literally just used the normal library printer on printer paper.
you will need to cut off the edge around the printed bits as straight and close to the edge as possible, as well as the 4x4 empty square in the middle.
if you're able to line them up, you can print these back to back as they are. if you can't, or want the zine to be a little thicker, you can just print them on separate pages and glue them back to back (the way theyre currently oriented, if that makes sense) and fold it like that. that's how i did it!
there are 24 image slots, but if you want to make your own you will only make 6 images. these images will then be split up into 4 sections (theres an example of this in the tutorial folder) in order to be folded, which is why there's 24 little sections.
i would recommend folding around every square of an image before doing the Actual Final Fold, it'll be soooo much easier to manipulate it from there imo. then, once you have done the final fold, taking something and creasing around the edges of the zine on each page you flip to will help it be easier to move, as well.
also this is the video i originally used to learn to make these (but found to be a little confusing/not friendly to those making their own)

PAC: General reading, asking your guides

Pile 1
Take what resonates, but this feels like either somebody was wronged or disappointed by somebody else or someone is feeling very insecure about themselves and their own abilities or the choices that they've made or what they are headed into or what they are doing right now. The first cards to come out were everything's okay, which is a nice card but it makes me feel like there's a bit of analytical anxiety going on for you. It says don't worry. It's all working out in a beautiful way. Then the second card came out and you are good enough, full moon and Virgo.
These two cards together because it's Virgo and I think of plans and preparation and being careful about the details, makes me think a couple of things. The first one should be that whatever is happening like the first card said, it's all part of a bigger plan. There is something being worked out on the other side even if it doesn't seem like it or if you're worried about the outcome.
But it also would mean is that probably a way you could lessen your anxiety is to take any kind of practical approach right now. If there are steps you can take to ease your worries about whatever you're doing in terms of making choices or making plans or getting organized, I would do so. The Virgo sign also relates to health, so there could be some type of mental or physical health issues going on right now with you or somebody you know. But not that I can predict everything for every situation because everybody's different, but for most of you it seems like - not that you don't need to worry because your feelings are valid - but that everything is going to work out okay.
You may also be a Virgo or have Virgo in the big three or have something going on in your sixth house. Or something in Virgo during the current transits could be having an effect on you as well.
So when we get to the Tarot, we have Ace of swords which is nice because I feel like whatever you are worrying about or something that is unclear, you will be receiving clarity in the form of information or communication of some kind of about the issue. But whatever it is that you're worrying about, it should be cleared up fairly soon. All of the cards came out quickly. They kind of stumbled out but they did come out quick, which makes me feel like this is going to happen fairly soon.
So we also have King of cups. Granted, this could be about a relationship issue that's going on or any kind of relationship it doesn't have to be romantic. It could be a relationship with the family member or whatever, but there is some type of quandary going on here. I have the king of swords at the back of the deck and the king of cups, so it makes me think there's a lot of analyzing going on about something that you feel lol. It's going to stay vague because You could be worrying about anything. It does give me more the sense of somebody who is thinking a lot about what the first two cards talked about which is worthiness or confidence or self-worth or for an example, let's say you are in a relationship or if you like somebody, but something recently has made you feel really insecure. So you're doing a lot of thinking of like is it my fault, is it's something about me or am I not good enough for this person or just some kind of doubts going on. So because there are doubts, somebody's feeling hurt or disappointed or insecure. So there's kind of like dwelling on that.
And it could be that somebody did something crappy to you recently. Like somebody you cared about. And you're kind of like okay why did they do this to me? But however you receive it, it does seem like you'll understand why at some point soon.
Because we have the justice directly at the back of the card, so if you were wrong, there could be some justice that will be happening in the short-term here, or some type of verdict will be revealed or some type of karma.
In terms of timing, we do have Virgo and Libra energy so around those seasons, you might see these answers come to whatever is happening.
I also wonder if some people are starting something new because of the ace of Wands behind justice. Because it's almost like you could be worried about some new phase that's starting in your life. Whether it's school or a job or a relationship, maybe this is what you are insecure about and there's some excitement but there's a lot of worry about how it's going to go or if you're going to do well.
I'm going to clarify the tarot just in case there's something else we need to know.
It's always crazy to me when the most negative card gets clarified by additional negative cards. Because it would be kind of like okay you have three of swords and it was clarified by 10 of cups. That's not the case here lol. So we have the ace of swords clarified by the chariot. The chariot has been coming out a lot recently but you know this is a card about ambition or direction or control or travel. So I feel like this is clarity on which direction you should head.
Then in the middle King of cups is clarified by Queen of swords and eight of cups. So this feels like somebody reflecting on something that they are letting go of, being a bit sentimental about it. Maybe the decision involved is a bit tough because you're kind of attached to something about the past or attached to some kind of comfort, but it just seems like somebody is emotionally reflecting about a decision or information but overall it's a moment where you are stepping away from something that you're used to and moving on. It's okay to be sentimental or it does kind of give vibes of if you are leaving a job or you are moving, having a moment where you're like okay well I'm going to miss these coworkers or I'm going to miss the people where I live now. But you made some type of choice where you are going to now be leaving that for something new and something better.
Then we have the three of swords clarified by two of Wands, 10 of swords, five of cups. So that's why I thought you know I love when taro does this because then you think it's actually real lol
So again there is another indication of a hard ending to something, maybe something that was a bit difficult or even if the decision itself was difficult, because the two of Wands also indicates a choice or coming to an impasse where you have to choose one of two paths or multiple paths.
But honestly if I looked at this and somebody was like feeling sentimental about whatever they are leaving behind, I would be like but it looks like it was a bit tough for a while so you really needed to choose this path in order to get out of whatever negative stuff was going on or nothing was going on or it was a long time of difficult circumstances.
So it almost makes me feel like destiny came in and was like here are some options to get you out of this. And five of cups of course is also that looking back and reflecting on the past and kind of mourning it or having been disappointed in some way.
Overall, it definitely feels like mostly this is going to be for people moving on from something or moving on to a next phase. Whatever it is, I would take the advices everything's going to be okay and you are good enough for whatever you have in store for the future and if you went through some difficulties, you didn't necessarily deserve it. But again, it feels like not to say that any difficulties you had were part of the plan as like you had to enter this in order to get this reward but as in things happen in a certain way and then paths open up to get you to where you need to go. Kind of like let's say you have the destination and you keep getting turned around with the directions so you have to take a left and a right and then you have to take a U-turn because you missed some turn, but then you still end up where you are meant to go whether it's the destination you started with or a place that's better.
I would guess that you have been feeling some anxiety and a bit of sadness or sentimentality about this, I think it's perfectly okay to reflect on any type of situation even if it was a difficult one because even in hard times we can get attached to circumstances or people or feelings, so we still have a moment of needing closure. And I think closure is a good word for something about your circumstance right now, but it's time to leave it behind and keep going. I wouldn't dwell in this energy for very long because it has a bit of a feel of self-pity or self-absorption. Which is perfectly fine for a while but you just feel feels and then keep going.
Let me take an intuitive look at the images.
So I do wonder if a decision was made, doesn't matter what, but somebody's almost reflecting on was this the right decision, did I do the right thing, was there anything I could have done differently or etc
Because we have this Ace of swords. And the chariot is really like okay I know what I want to do, I know what the right thing is to do, I'm going to head in this direction, I'm going to take control.
This could be what you have done or what you should do or how you should view your decision.
And then we have the king of cups who for some reason is holding a sword so it's very misleading. So it could be a stand-in for King of swords, especially when we have queen of swords clarifying, point being that there's a lot of air energy here, a lot of thinking, a lot of analysis.
But it could also mean clarity of what you feel. Having a clear feeling of deciding on moving on from something related to your past or something that you were doing and now that chapter is closing.
Lots of air and water energy if I haven't mentioned that, and if I didn't also mention that cancer energy is here as well with the chariot. So this could have been something that sort of started happening especially in cancer season and then you will have some type of relief come to you by Libra season.
To me, it's a really empowering spread in that it seems like on your own you had to make some tough decisions and you could have probably stayed in the past or stayed in your comfort zone, but it looks like something came to you anywhere like okay I need to make a change now. But it's like there are some doubts and hesitations about making that choice or the planning that would go into effect in order to make these changes coming to being, you know like the magician.
Which is why I think that full moon and Virgo is here, there's some planning to be done, some things that you need to prepare for. I don't see you necessarily super troubled over that, it just feels like it's something that needs to be done. And your more worried about more emotional things like the things that you would leave behind, people or attachments to places. I don't see worry about gosh I'm so overwhelmed by all of this planning, which will maybe but that's not the central thing, it feels more like an emotional thing.
I personally think you did the right thing with the information that you had and the options available to you.
I guess I shouldn't say I don't think you're worrying because when everything's okay car pops out immediately, you're worried about stuff but I still think it's more emotionally driven to worry with other practical worries on the side.
So I would say don't worry, it's going as planned, it's okay to feel your feelings about whatever you're moving on from, but you made the right choice and you're going in the right direction.
It's also pretty cool that in a pile with a picture of someone who was an attorney, you get that Justice card and you get A lot of sword energy, especially with the queen and king showing up and the king of cups that looks a lot like a king of swords. Which the king of swords can be someone intellectual and involved in careers like law or medicine or probably higher education.
It also makes me think of somebody who might find strength from past upsets. You know how some people will experience something awful and they let that consume them and they just kind of stay in the cave of self-pity and despair like ZETSUBOUSHITA. But this feels like somebody who can get back on their feet and keep going despite constant challenges or lots of obstacles in the past.
Which makes me think you might not from this point on experience as many obstacles as you did before. But I think that has something to do with the energy that goes into making a significant decision that could involve risk or letting go of something that you care about. In releasing that, you make room for other things to come in and I do think the universe tends to reward people for being brave and choosing to move forward. Although reward is a relative term. It's more like a level up or a booster in a game. It's just a bonus that happens because you did work.

Pile 2
Pile one also got this card and in addition you have ask for what you want let the universe and other people know what you need. I just realized I think I wrote something out before and then deleted it so I'll repeat myself, the little kid looks like they're wishing on the dandelion which makes me think of the nine of cups card, he's also kneeled down as if in prayer so it does seem we're starting off with the idea of a goal or a wish. The next card is everything's okay Don't worry it's all working out in a beautiful way.
So it would make me think that maybe somebody is concerned about some type of goal, the progress of the goal etc
The moon oracles kind of repeat this in that we have your very close to achieving your goal, so we have the word goal again. And your commitment is being tested first quarter man. The timing of these moon cards is different because gibbous Moon tends to be in the second half of the moon phase and then first quarter moon is obviously in the first half and the first quarter.
So this could be the progress you could be somewhere between 25 to 75% toward a goal. But what I see here is probably that you have hit or are about to hit some type of obstacles along the way. I think that with the first quarter moon card, it's about throwing an obstacle so that the universe is testing to see how much you want this. How much effort you put into it, to make sure that you can handle whatever it gives you.
It's just an explanation for the things that have apparently been going wrong or have delayed your goal. But the other card says that it's okay it's all going to work out as planned. And I think the ask for what you want, also indicates that in terms of manifestation or just whatever in life, you should have a clear idea of what you want and ask the universe. I think it also means to ask for help when you need it. This might be a goal that you need to rely on other people to accomplish in some way
I think I also pointed out before that there's lots of green and purple emphasized here in the Oracle cards which is your heart chakra and your crown chakra. When I see those two colors together it makes me think of somebody feeling a passion but it's also a passion that is pulling them or leading them toward something akin to a soul destiny or soul path.
So let's say you really love music and the universe has this ultimate plan of you being a famous musician or becoming a music therapy major, and that's the universe's way of getting you to move toward your destined path. So that's the kind of wish or goal this is. It doesn't really feel like a relationship thing although if it's a soulmate I guess it would fit under that category but usually when I think of these things, I think of careers or hobbies because those are the things we get passionate about and they take up a majority of our life and what we do. But it could be any instance of something that you're meant to do and you're driven to do. This could be volunteering or politics, whatever.
It's also interesting that the first quarter moon looks like it's hidden because it is it hides half of the moon. So it's almost like at some point it won't be clear whether or not you're going to get to this end point. But with the close to achieving your goal card, the moon is bright and clear.
So again, for you it might be just that the outcome of something feels a bit murky or unclear right now but you might also be unclear about what you want exactly
Now with the tarot cards, I left the Ace of cups in reverse. I don't do that very often but if it's pretty clear that the card has settled in reverse I leave it that way. Ace of cups reversed can be repression or issues of self-love although it can be a need to focus on building some type of self-love, I suppose it could be unrequited love as well but it could be internalizing.
Next to the world, the world is about completion or success or travel, it can be about Saturn and what it's up to. I don't know what transit Saturn is in right now but the cards would indicate a water Saturn placement or a transit or Saturn is in a water sign and causing some issues or whatever.
It's also interesting that we got the Saturn card and an ace of cups reversed can indicate like a restriction around emotions and Saturn is all about restriction and limitations so next to each other it would kind of indicate even if there is a Saturn water placement, it would make me think of restrictions around water issues lol like not listening to your intuition or not feeling like you're receiving the intuitive hits like it's blocked in some way or being in denial about something. You get the idea
And then the world is next to another water card with the knight of cups.
The knight of cups could be a person for somebody as in if you know somebody that you are interested in and they have a Saturn water placement or something, maybe this could be validation but it might make me think of unrequited love here. Because the Ace of cups is reversed. It could also be somebody you had a past relationship with as well. And it would make me think maybe the relationship is long distance or theyre somebody quite different from you
It could even be somebody like that or not but like you just have these fundamental differences maybe that keep you from getting along or keep you from seeing eye to eye. It could be a temporary issue or it could be a longstanding issue
But I would guess that the ace of cups reversed is linked to your commitment is being tested and the general issues that are going on. I'll probably clarify just to be a bit more certain of what area is being blocked.
I do see success though because the knight of cups is upright and we have a card all about success so in the long term, I do see emotional success, especially if you are in a creative field or you end up following your intuition on which path to go on.
It could be an issue of not really believing in yourself and whether you can do this. It kind of looks to be a layered issue. The previous file was a bit more clear in where the problems lie.
But here it seems to be multiple issues like obstacles that you can't control, obstacles that you can, some indecisiveness, some uncertainty, getting over disappointments, feeling maybe rushed for this goal to happen
In another sense, since the Ace of cups can be about internal things like self-care or self-love and then we have two pretty positive cards otherwise, this could also be an overall journey about self-love and self-discovery. That any of the challenges that you face will be about building up your character and inner strength and all of that jazz which is typical of any spiritual journey
So in a sense that could be your test that universe is testing you so that you build some of that stuff up and become more in alignment
Given that the back of the deck is King of swords, five of cups, 10 of swords It does feel like there could be more mental focus on things that aren't working out as opposed to what is or solution driven thinking on what you can do to make this happen instead of waiting for it all to come to you or waiting for the universe to work it out. Like what are you doing. It's a bit of a two-way street here because imagine the universe is your friend and you expect the universe to do all the work and you never meet the friend halfway, you make them pay for every lunch, you always are the one choosing where you go, they always listen to you and you never listen to them.
Well how long do you think that's going to last lol
I wouldn't be surprised if you were drawn to pile one as well. Usually pile one and two are off and linked but the clarifiers indicate so ace of cups reversed is clarified by a six of Wands and 10 of pentacles. This is kind of interesting because it's kind of like long-term success, long-term recognition or stability around that. I wonder if maybe this is an unfulfilled desire then so far. Just a goal that you haven't achieved and what the goal has to do with is long-term stability and success probably around career. So it does seem to be more career oriented
I mean I guess you could read it as also wanting this in a love life but it would be having the type of relationship that other people recognize as successful and amazing and like everything that you would be jealous of on social media if you saw somebody else post it. That's the only way I would take it for a relationship wise. Or if eventually this was about a person, and these cards were talking about the characteristics of that person, I would expect this person to be somewhat famous maybe or at least famous in their field
But if it's not about relationship and I only bring up relationships because pile twos tend to be about relationships for some reason. This would still make me think about an individual who longs for some type of pretty big success in their career, wealth, fame, recognition from the public. It could even indicate receiving that type of fame online through social media or whatever
Yeah I mean it gives the impression of somebody who wants to be YouTube famous
And for some of you maybe that's kind of similar to a goal you have. And to be honest I would say that why not go for it because it seems to be in alignment with whatever destiny you have
But what I read from the reversal here is that it's not been accomplished. I feel like if the card was flipped, it would indicate you have already progressed into some type of fame like that but this still seems to be in the work in progress phase
It may be even a desire that you've kept to yourself and not really told anybody about
So the world is clarified by the king of cups and the two of swords. And we're kind of looking for obstacles given that we know there's something going on that's preventing whatever from happening. And in here we can see that some type of decision needs to be made. It could be I was going to say an emotional decision but I think this is more about a passion project or a passion for whatever it is that you want to do in life, and a decision that needs to be made on a pretty big scale.
For example, very specifically, this goal might indicate travel around the world, it could indicate the level of fame you could achieve as in you could be famous on an international level. In a weird sense, I also wonder if like you have the desire to do it but it's like pulling the trigger. Like there's a desire to do it, there's the potential of success, but it's like there's a crossroads here about how to get there. And the solution seems to be relying on your intuition. And your intuition should be speaking to you based on what your heart is telling you to do. That is where I would push you to go. If you feel like you really want to do XYZ, and it makes your heart skip a beat to think about success in that area or that working out, I would say that you make the decisions that lead you to whatever that is
When we get to the knight of cups there's a lot going on because we have Queen of swords seven of pentacles five of cups 10 of swords. This reminds me of pile two as well in that It would feel like there's a long time to get to whatever point of success that you expect. Because seven of pentacles is that long-term and it's also about patience. Queen of swords is you know clear communication or logical thinking or clear decision making. And then we have 10 of swords which is kind of a hard ending and five of cups which is also about disappointment.
Altogether it would make me think of somebody who is often mentally focusing on the things that didn't work out in the past and feels kind of like brokenhearted about it. It could even be an issue of patience and being kind of narrow-minded about when this should happen and how it should happen. It might also indicate that there should be a bit more logical thinking as opposed to Just relying on okay I just want to do this Yeah well okay you're passionate about doing this but what's the plan to get there.
But it could be that you tried things in the past that didn't work out. If this was about a relationship, I would even wonder if somebody was in a long-term relationship and broke up with this person but I would think that this is years in the past as opposed to something that happened recently
The knight of cups can be a bit on the flaky side.. so it does make me think of somebody who has a big goal but like kind of farted around and procrastinated as opposed to building something up methodically
Again for some of you I'm really getting the feeling that this could be a person. And the cards are specifically trying to build up the personality of the person and like I said somebody creative, somebody somewhat famous or at least well known online or you might have some type of global fame or be famous in a country that's different than yours
And they would be sensitive, creative, intuitive, they would travel a lot, they could be a bit of a player. They might have some baggage from their past especially related to their love life. They might even have kind of a sketchy background. Sketchy is a harsh word but like let's say they just had a moment in life where they use drugs or had depression or went through a difficult patch where they had to find themselves
I don't know why this would be coming up because I'm sure not all of us are going to bump into famous people but it does read a little bit like that. Or I'm reading about a person that you'll bump into or is important to you. I mean it could be about you if you're thinking of becoming famous but it could also feel like some weird serendipitous experience some of you will have with a famous person from another country lol
To get even more specific, I would expect them to be incredibly smart, maybe write either music or words of some kind. They could be a famous writer. Some type of creative career where they also have to use their intellectual abilities.
Especially because Saturn is here and I think Saturn for me represents career and work. It's weird again because BTS comes to mind only because when I look at the two of swords it makes me think of somebody who's come to a point where they've hit a crossroads and are considering taking a break from that lifestyle. But this could apply to probably a lot of famous people
It would be somebody who tried a lot of different things at different times and had experienced several failures like hard ones that maybe made them feel like they shouldn't go on this path
Why this could be coming up as a famous person is that their path and your path could be similar in some ways and so this might be a person who inspires you on your path whether you're doing the exact same thing or you're just encouraged by something that they did. That would make more sense. You might be a person who strongly identifying with somebody famous right now or ever and something about their presence or energy or the things that they have done have influenced your own path whether that's specifically about career or choices you make in life. Like let's say you really like BTS so you decide to study abroad in Korea or move there.
That's how this would kind of feel like. Like you don't necessarily meet them or have any relationship with them but their energy has had an impact on your choices and where you go to some degree or I mean it could be smaller and let's say you meet friends through whatever fandom and that influences your creative career. You learn to do Photoshop or edit videos or write fanfiction etc
So my feel is that in some way you mirror this person and that's what this is about but that's not for everybody however it's coming through pretty strongly that whatever it is, this is about somebody's life path and goals and the journey toward that. That it would be a long journey, that it would be challenging and difficult at times, but overall you would be on the right path even at times when you think that you weren't
As for advice, there is the sense of a couple of things and don't take this the wrong way or do however you want. I think that literally you need to ask for what you want whether you ask out loud to the universe or write it down because when I have Ace of cups reversed it's got that internalized and then we have a card that says ask for it. So it's almost like you're keeping it to yourself and something about putting it out there might help you. This could be that maybe you are working on something and you are ready to put it online. I think you should put it out there
Even if it's crap. Maybe crap is an objective term but as a writer it's really not. There is crap riding and there is crap music and there is crap stuff. However it's never wrong to create. And everybody starts as crap. Not literally but if you could immediately paint the Mona Lisa from memory when you've never painted before, that would be crazy. So we start as crap and then we learn as we go and we become better
My point being is that if you are afraid to put something out there because you are afraid of failure then you don't want to go down this path lol because failure is just a part of life.
Don't keep it to yourself, put it out there
May it clear to the universe that you are putting effort toward whatever you were doing
Let's see what else let me put the clarifiers away because you have so many clarifiers come out and cards in general that it makes me think I don't know if I would say a lot of chaos but maybe something heavy is weighing you down or lots of messages need to come through. I don't know why in this energy I get people who are a bit superficial. Like people who focus too much on what the exterior looks like. You know how shiny something is how great your social media looks. But I think the word I'm looking for is remember to be humble
That's a sentence not a word but you get my idea
Okay so one last look intuitively since I do think this pile is all over the place
Very clearly obstacles definitely in the way of your goal. I do get the sense from the oracles that they're kind of almost like chill. But I think I was trying to tap into that by saying to remember humility is great. Maybe getting ahead of yourself. Even everything's okay lady is almost like okay slow down for a second.
So whatever you want or are hoping for it's not going to happen overnight. And like I said I feel like how close or far away you are from the goal seems to be between 25 and 75%.
Now looking at your original tarot cards when I look at the night of cups they have their cup upright and then in the ace of cups it's been spilled so again I'm saying failures or obstacles involved in a creative endeavor or a relationship situation. You are looking for something very very big whether it's a relationship or career. Like imagine that you have in your head that you are going to be a millionaire and have this great house and a great husband or wife or whatever and perfect kids. And this is the goal or dream but I guess I want to say it doesn't feel very realistic.
And maybe that's where I keep coming back to the humility thing like people who get that deserve it because they work for it. Maybe not everybody, some people are born into rich family so exclude whatever you want but this level seems to be about somebody who wants everything
And it doesn't have to be that rich and famous life this just feels like you want the whole enchilada of whatever it is your goal is
But I just worry like how much have you done toward it to deserve it. Like is it just a dream in your head that you think you deserve because you want it or is it that you will get these things because you put effort and work into something and then as a result you have the money to buy nice things that you want etc
It could also indicate that you might have some type of restriction related to Saturn in your birth chart that could result in issues of self-love or relationships. I don't know what placement would make that type of thing difficult but with Saturn here amongst cup cards it does make me think some thing is limiting a creative passion or limiting the love life for whatever reasons
Again it seems to test you. Is the response that were kind of getting here
And some of it feels like it's just out of your reach. It could be that you want a certain life or want a certain person but they're like worlds apart from you like in a whole different world. It could be what you are projecting and that could be an obstacle you need to overcome is believing in yourself or it's a literal obstacle that what you want is just on a really big level
I'm not going to say it's impossible because it says you're very close to achieving your goal so I don't see anything out of the realm of possibility but I think what I keep getting has to do with an attitude adjustment because I keep feeling like I'm getting the word humble and humility and being lacking in that. And this could be you or it could be a person that I mentioned if you have an ex relationship or even the person you admire it has a bit of an ego issue
Because if I look at the images of the kneeling child and the other woman it's like okay we have this kid who's constantly asking for things and the everything is okay lady is like okay I can only fulfill so many requests at one time it's a bit too much
And what's weird is I was even going to tell you about the incident that happened after I shuffled your cards and how I felt taken advantage of by my family because my mom constantly expects me to fix all of her technical difficulties when a lot of it she could figure out herself but she doesn't take the time to do it. And I was going to talk about one-sided relationships and I think I mentioned that right about how the universe does this and that and this and that and like what do you do. What effort are you putting into and I am getting that kind of like slow your roll, be grateful for what you have, have more realistic expectations along the path and what can be given to you
I get a very pushy feeling as well when I look at the world card no offense to Aries but what comes to mind is Aries so it's almost like somebody is only thinking about themselves and really like pushing through and focused on only them which could be why the ace of cups is reversed because you know that's all about the self and your goal and everybody else be damned
But I will say that sometimes you have to be selfish to go after a goal but I'm just telling you that I'm also getting the feeling of like chill out just a little bit like tone down your ego here. Maybe even in terms of how fast you want things to move or being impatient especially with other people
But like I said I think what you need to take away for sure is that You have a goal, don't be surprised if there are obstacles that hit you at the halfway point or thereabouts. I think it's just to see how much you want this and how much effort you put into it because again I feel like the universe is giving me vibes that you depend a little bit too much on them or depend a bit too much on your own passion as opposed to things that should be more realistic.
And again you could be heavy on water. It's mostly water but I mean Saturn can be Libra or Capricorn so it could be an earth air thing as well but there's just heavy on water and I still feel like I look at the world card and see fire so maybe somebody has like some type of fire earth thing happening. Like a fire sign in an Earth's house or reversed or maybe even some type of fight that's happening with the water Saturn and a fireplacement...
Or I guess you could have a fire Saturn and like It's something about it makes you kind of emotionally insensitive?
But yeah I guess at the end of the day I just get the sense of somebody really passionate or driven about a goal. But it's either being kept as a secret or it's caused you to become very self-absorbed in a way or self-focused.
Because it's almost like a dreamy person who's a bit detached but is still kind of really like all about themselves. I mean it kind of reads like a Sagittarius as well in that they can kind of get in their own head and they're perfectly fine to follow their own path and kind of ignore other people. I mean I felt that with Aries too so maybe it's just a fire thing
I'm talking about a lot because in case it's a warning to like be more humble, I want to make sure you receive it because sometimes we have to have our guides check us. If it doesn't resonate for you then don't worry about it but obviously it relates to somebody who's gotten a pretty big head about some level of recognition or fame or how much they can achieve or how much they deserve.
Because I want to make it clear that people who work hard and are good people deserve whatever they envision and want to manifest. And then there are some people who think that they are entitled to everything because they say so. And philosophically should I say or maybe I should say morally is that wrong? Well what is wrong, it's all semantics. Would I enjoy being around such a person? No. But do I criticize somebody for being self-absorbed and full of ambition especially if that could lead to positive change in the world even if I don't like them individually as a person?
It's all relative. And like I said this could be a person that you've dealt with and caused you issues. It could be another person whose path you're following and inspires you. It could be you and this is your personality and you need to chill out just a little bit lol. Like it's great to have big dreams but when somebody starts to think they're the main character 24/7, slightly concerning. It would be an ego issue, it would take you out of alignment. But, if that doesn't matter to you, you should live the life you want as long as you're not hurting other people.
But even objectively I would say that the cards indicate a lack of objectivity in that it seems to be a warning to check your ego
Yeah so that's what we get there. Like I said I'm not trying to be judgmental, I just give messages so that you can be on the path that your guides seem to be pushing you toward and if I thought that they were just being more like this is what's happening, I would be like okay well that's fine. But I keep looking at everything's okay and it looks like your guides are like hey chill
So take that into consideration if you are a person with a big ego. If you are a humble person just trying to get your s*** done, this could be about someone else in your life or it could be trying to build up yourself inside so that you can reach a pretty high level of success in the end. This could just be somebody who has been doing a long-term spiritual glow up and at the end of it, you could have some type of fame or how you share advice maybe could go online and you could have recognition that way. Again, travel would seem to play a part in this because of the world card and the night of cups even makes me think of travel, going over water. So international travel.
I would even feel like water would be significant to this person. Like going to the beach would be great, swimming would be an ideal activity. But yeah I mean I see somebody who could start as quite small and then suddenly well not suddenly but you could become famous at the end.
In terms of numbers which I didn't go into for the other pile but we have a one and a three or you could read it as 121. If that number means anything to you. But one is definitely about the self and three can be abundance or creativity or social aspects of life especially among friends but it could be romantic as well. Or it could be pointing to a third house
But I mean yeah again it comes back to the self and a life of creativity and abundance so again you could achieve some type of fame or abundance through creative endeavors, especially ones that would involve reaching out to other people and being social. So again I'm thinking social networks and yeah. It could even be for looks I guess maybe that's why some people need an ego check because maybe they are an influencer even though I think that trend is going to die out very soon and I think it's awful but yeah. Or maybe some of you want to be a model or get into fashion. Because it does feel very like of a creative vibe and the fire even though it's not really here and I see it, it's very passion driven. Maybe that could result in some type of tunnel vision sometimes where things aren't seen as clearly as they could be
So I did enough warning about that. So I will just say even if you do achieve a certain level of success which some of you very may well do or meet somebody like this in life and I think it's a warning to make sure that you don't let it go to your head
So whoever needs to hear that or whatever celebrity you like that needs to hear that lol
I don't really think that's the case but you never know
Hopefully that helps and nobody feels super attacked because like I said I'm pretty objective when it comes to how people are as long as they don't bully others and that may be a lie because I'm pretty self-righteous but I'm also pretty objective and I like the idea of anarchy and I like the idea of chaos theory and just letting things go where they lie because I think that's life and any effort to control it feels pretty manufactured. But there are moral things I just think are black and white sometimes. But then I can understand people's motivations I suppose and I don't think everybody should be the same and never will be so there's no point in hoping for something that will never happen
Point being that sometimes I think people should be selfish and greedy. But then you get somebody like Trump who's an idiot and selfish and greedy and creates such animosity and is just a terrible person. But here's the thing, even Trump served his purpose of shining light on how awful people are. It shows that some people just suck. And he's not probably even the worst person on the planet. Like at least he was transparent about how awful he was while other people kind of hide in the shadows and pretend to be one way. I think he's just a spoiled idiot who really has no control over how much of a sociopath he is because he grew up in that rich world where everyone said yes to him and he always got his way and that's the life of a narcissist
Where was I going with that? Oh just to say that even jerks serve some type of purpose in the plan because if you don't expose what's bad or in the dark, how can you know it's there or how can you go about fixing it if you don't know that something's broken
Bad things lead to some type of evolution in the collective always. It can lead to innovation or it can just lead to exposure of a certain bad something
So I think the universe works like that to in that to the universe there isn't really a good or bad or black or white, those are things that humans impose to make life a bit more sustainable
But I've never thought the universe has a heart or anything, I kind of see it as a machine that is there to balance things out or shouldn't even balance things out but is the thing that actually creates this balance of what we would call good or bad or black or white but those terms don't exist to the universe because all of it is necessary and planned even if we don't see it. So that's why I won't pass judgment on your ambitions however intense. Now if you're going to throw people under a bus to get there, I will judge you as a human but the universe probably won't. I mean maybe it looks at murder and in the next life it's like hey you get to be a turd
I kind of don't think so though because it reminds me of the conversation in catcher in the rye where Holden is arguing about whether Judas went to hell for betraying Jesus but I mean theoretically Jesus already knew that he was going to be betrayed and that was just Judas assigned purpose. Like he never could have gotten out of that, that was his thing and that's what led to Jesus being murdered and then resurrected. He couldn't have been resurrected if he hadn't been betrayed and murdered right
It doesn't feel good to say that bad things happen for a reason. They don't happen for a reason to you or for your life to be better or worse but just part of some awful cosmic plan. I say awful because like I said I don't really like being ruled by a robotic mentality of like the ends justify the means or is it the means justify the ends that one

Okay well this feels strong.
I think the first thing that we can say is that leo energy is coming through strongly. We also have the summer card so again there's an emphasis on the summer, which is now in the hemisphere I'm in but of course it could be different depending on where you live. But at least you know it seems to be around Leo season.
Of course you could be Leo or this could deal with somebody who is a Leo
But let's walk through the oracles first. We have summer everything that you're asking for becomes yours in the summertime. So again we have an emphasis on the summer whenever that may be for you. There is a ferry here in the woods, who to me almost looks like she has a secret so I wonder if this is something you don't see coming or will be a surprise to you so again this could be somebody you haven't met that will be a Leo. That's very specific isn't it lol but I think that will happen for some of you or the surprise is just coming to you during Leo season which at present we are in now but whenever you read it it could be the next Leo season
Then we have confidence is your key to success New Moon and Leo. So again dealing with Leo or this could be a situation or issue that requires determination, and our strength, willpower, you know all of those kind of inner strengths. It could be about being brave or courageous or stepping out, it could even involve something that has to do with public performance or public recognition
Have faith in your dreams waxing crescent moon, as well this seems to be about a goal of some kind which a lot of the piles were about. And by a lot I mean the previous two had something to do with goals and dreams and the path toward getting there and any obstacles in that way. Here, we just know that courage to some extent is going to be involved in getting to where you need to go. But again for a lot of you I actually think that this is a person coming in during the summer season or Leo season and also happens to be a Leo or Leo is in their big three
I'm saying a lot of yellows and a bit of orange and purple, you could say we have green here as well so heart chakra, solar plexus, sacral, crown chakra
So it feels like a spiritual thing, a confidence thing, a desire thing, and even emotional or matters of the heart. So this could very well be about attraction, it could be about going after a desire and having the confidence to do so but also they're being some level of destiny involved or spiritual something. At the back of the deck I did have spiritual teacher, so this could be somebody you meet who is a mentor or connects with you intuitively or spiritually. Or it could be you and your position as some type of spiritual leader or mentor to others if you read Tarot or give spiritual advice
But what I'm feeling a lot with this pile is the sense of destiny whether it's right place right time with a situation or right place right time with a soul mate coming in
And it's Leo season, so what I can tell you is you would bump into this person very very quickly obviously
And again I don't feel like you're going to see it coming. Even if I'm telling you and I'm giving you a heads up, you still won't know who it is or when it's going to happen exactly and maybe even the person isn't what you would imagine for yourself.
I want to talk about this person because I'm feeling called to the Leo card, I think that they will have a pretty intense gaze. Almost like they can see through you when you make eye contact and they aren't going to be afraid to make eye contact while you are talking. And I also feel like there are very proud and some respects and kind of like a leader. So maybe in their job or in life they have some type of position of responsibility or are well known and what they do.
I also feel like they have really lovely hair lol they might not necessarily have long hair like in this picture but it's like they're very beautiful or handsome and they have like thick hair maybe or maybe very masculine features regardless of sex or gender, they might have you know a wider jaw set or chin
I kind of wonder if you'll be a little bit intimidated by them at first or you might be a person who's very great at reading people but in this case, this person is just a lot to take in energy-wise. And they might be kind of I don't want to say cautious with you at first but like observant and you almost feel like you're under their thumb for a while if that makes sense
Like usually you may not be intimidated by people but this person just has a very strong energy and it might have to do with a pull you feel too as well. You may also see images of lions within the next little bit of time. Whether it's on TV or you happen to randomly go to the zoo or a painting or stuffed animal. I don't know if you should take that as a sign and like look around and see anything but I just think you might see them in life suddenly
Like you're walking down the street and suddenly somebody saying something from Lion King or you're scrolling through Instagram and somebody's doing that stupid hold a baby up and play the Lion King song you know
So anyway enough about that person for the select few that are going to get said person in the next month
Have faith in your dreams is pretty vague, we will just take it as is so far that if you're having any doubts about things you want to accomplish, have faith. Will it happen? It doesn't say, it just says have faith. Having faith never really hurts because if you don't believe in it, how can you make it happen. And this Leo energy might come in and be that advice as well, you know go for it, go for whatever you want to accomplish, put yourself out there. And by doing that you're showing the universe that you believe you can achieve this
For Tarot, we have the strength which I think is crazy and this card reminds me of Sasuke in one of the drawings of kishimoto's art books where he's playing on a flute. This deck is really cool I just got it and in the guidebook it does a reference certain characters or traits of anime characters but like I said the one that comes to mind is Sasuke here especially with the arm wraps and katana but he's got JK stomper boots on lol
It came out with nine of pentacles which to me are pretty much the same card except in a minor arcana sense so we have an emphasis on determination. There could be some guardedness or defensiveness going on as well here and like I said perhaps if this is a related to a person for some of you, there could be that hesitation when you meet this person on both of your parts or just one of you that you kind of have your guard up. It could be that you know you've been hurt before and so even when you have that thought of maybe this could be something, you immediately fall back on I don't know about this one lol
But it also speaks to the idea of a dream or goal in terms of career or hobby or whatever, in that in order to achieve this, you're going to have to go through a fair amount of trouble and you're going to have to stay determined and you're going to have to fight for what you want. I think the lion is definitely an animal that has to fight for what it wants. I know it's at the top of the food chain for the most part, but it still has this wonderful role of being the king or you know being brave or having to leave or be the protector
And there is some of that protector energy. This could speak about the person as well. I feel like I could go non-stop about talking about this person but that's not fair because this isn't a relationship thing for everybody but they could be quite a protective type of partner. They could be a bit territorial. They could even be territorial in the sense of that's why they put off these weird vibes when you first meet because perhaps you go into their territory.
If you start a new job and this could be a co-worker for example, they've been working there a long time and you're the new person so they're kind of sussing you out. And you know they might have some seniority there or see that as the situation of them being on the top and you're kind of entering their territory. I don't necessarily think that they are looking down on you but imagine entering a habitat of an animal that isn't especially aggressive but they probably aren't going to let you get away with too much lol
I could also say things like even though this isn't a flute it reminds me of the flute and that's what I said so perhaps they play some type of instrument or since it's a sword or whatever, they could do some type of martial arts or have a background that could be related to that, they could be from a variety of you know West Asia like Japan or Korean or Chinese or Thailand. Maybe even Hawaiian.
They could just have that type of ancestral background or have an interest in that
I feel like they are quite regal. Like there's something very graceful and interesting about them and very cultured. And maybe at some points they've had to defend that in some way. Like defend their culture or heritage. I know that's specific and random but this person has a very interesting warm but serious energy? Maybe a bit fatherly I guess
What else. Okay so strength and nine of pentacles came out together. And we have an eight and a nine. Toward the end of a cycle, eight for me is about spiritual empowerment and confidence and maybe even infinity if you're interested in that and nine for me is a spiritual and philanthropical number. And like I said before I saw that spiritual leader card and this would either be your energy or the other persons. And it would definitely be somebody who's spiritually empowered in some way.
Even if they don't practice this stuff like we do, I would feel like they are very spiritual and maybe that comes back to the ancestral heritage stuff that they might be really connected to that and their ancestors
Like they might even practice some type of martial art or music specific to that heritage
Okay so then what came out all together is Ace of swords The emperor in the Queen of swords. That's pretty fascinating those are really strong cards and the Aries character reminds me of what you would expect when I was trying to describe that lion energy, like this is a boss. And not in a bad way I just mean somebody that could be spiritually powerful but also would probably have a position with more responsibility at work and would probably delegate and as somebody who can make things happen. The fire energy is quite strong. But it's like grounded fire. It's almost like a gentle giant like you would expect with a good natured lion you know playing with its cubs

So highly intelligent, really articulate, I think has a fair amount of knowledge about business or some aspect of a technical business related field which could be you know any kind of computer technology or engineering. Really good with words or things that require a certain level of intellectual knowledge about. I'm feeling more like somebody who would be really good with computers or coding. Like what could I say like almost like an IT manager or someone of that vein
And Queen of swords next to it so this could be the persona of the both of you together in that one of you is the emperor and one is a queen of swords
And I do feel strongly that you would meet through work and kind of like work in the same department I don't know that this person would be your boss but it's possible. But it's more like okay so this could indicate somebody who yeah is boss or business related and it's also tied to communication in some way but it could be that this person is a boss of that field and then you come in and you are this queen of swords character and maybe you do something also technical with computers or you are a writer
I wonder if there would be a bit of competitive nature between the two of you or if it's just for this person because you know I kind of get like this emperor is a bit I'm trying to think of a character that he reminds me of. And am I thinking of noragami? But that guy's kind of lazy this person is more clever and focused like it doesn't matter
I think that what you would have in common would be a mental and intellectual connection because there's lots of sword energy happening here, the queen of swords definitely looks like a girl boss. There is a level of flirtatiousness on some level but then the Leo card for some reason makes me feel like this person would act reserved it first but the level of flirting when that becomes okay would be like verbal banter

But it could just be emphasizing the hair stuff again. Maybe they do hair or the first thing they tell you has something to do with your hair or maybe you compliment their hair

It is interesting though that there are several crowns here. There's a crown on the emperor, I talked about the line being the king, the hat is coming off the page of Wands, the ferry has a wreath on their head
Maybe this is a nod to the crown chakra and the spiritual connection involved, it could be about the mental connection, it could be that you both become a power couple eventually. I personally feel that this is very divine soulmate previous lifetime energy if these two people came together. And I feel like there is a very strong spiritual connection with these two people or whomever comes into your life

Okay so for those of you who were like I don't care about that I don't want a relationship. Let's look at it from a non-relationship perspective
Summer or Leo season seems to be when you can expect some type of gold to be achieved or to receive something but I still see it as a surprise or something unexpected or even if you are doing something that you are aware of there might be something unexpected that comes through that you didn't anticipate. Your words definitely seem to have some weight and meaning here because I feel like you could do all kinds of things based on what you say. As if your words have power so this could be you know what you say is what you're going to get it's be careful with what you put out there.
I just get the sense of somebody who takes charge, who has to maybe fight with their words or like I said there is some power and how they communicate or think. That makes them respected by other people. So again words have power, you could be a writer or anything related to that kind of mental feel that involves words or working out puzzles, technology, communication fields
Queen of swords, again somebody who's excellent at decision making and delegating, who can stay focused, who is good with words, who has a clear sense of vision for something.
Whether this is you or somebody else or both of you, it's very boss energy. Like somebody achieving high level stuff and whatever they do, that could be at a job but if this is just a spiritual thing, you would definitely be a spiritual advisor or teacher and have a gift for that
And I also see that some type of big shift in your life happened recently or is about to happen. I think for the most part any big changes have already kind of happened or have died down or there was some type of huge spiritual shift that you went through over the years or even recently that resulted in spiritual growth and some type of spiritual power and enlightenment and I even see you being able to harness that and turn it into a business
And even if it's not specific to spiritual practices, something about whatever transformation you went through as well as your own personal talents, I think can be used to become pretty successful at certain careers. Like I said especially in that business or communication type of field or a combination thereof
And as person you seem quite strong, very strong-willed, capable of doing things that you would expect to hero to do. You know how some people are like well let's just wait for the hero to come along and take care of this big dilemma so we don't have to. Well you would have that type of energy here. You wouldn't be someone who hides behind others. You would definitely be somebody who's destined to be in the light or be looked up to in that regard as having some type of power. So there may come a point where other people want to rely on your energy or want you to protect them or take care of them and maybe that's what the nine of Wands is about is making sure you have clear boundaries. Because you have big energy and you can do a lot.

Yeah so I could probably go on if I was talking about a partner but I don't need to because I already said a lot.
I don't really see anything else that I haven't said that would be super important for you. We have the numbers 8 and 9 like I mentioned and then one for maybe a seven if I count the tower which to me sevens are just about lessons or even like hidden things. But I mentioned that I thought some aspect of this you're not going to be able to plan for or see in advance, there's a surprise element here
To have one and a four, one for me is the self and for is about stability or structure.
That can be a lot of things without another card hanging out I guess we have the eight nine so if I look at it like 1489, to me it just seems like sequential, so these are going to be lessons that you learn that are related to structure and stability in your life and also elements of interconfidence and power and the spiritual and philosophical. And philanthropical.
I guess in that way I would expect somebody who's going to go through transformations that break down a foundation that wasn't really working for you, which is that Tower thing.
This is rebuilt and once it's rebuilt and that structure with inside you is stronger, you're going to strengthen the spiritual and your inner power. I don't see this as a cycle, this is like one leading to the other but also happening at once. Like as you build up your inner strength and spiritual wellness, you just feel more aligned and stable, and this is done through the practice of spirituality. The things you've learned, you share that knowledge and decide to help others. So it's just like an evolution of all these things that happen at once because of a spiritual upgrade and transformation. Basically you could call it maturity
What I will say is it would seem to me then that that's something that comes over a period of time and you might have to fight to get there. So this probably isn't a point you would achieve fresh out of college. It will be different for everybody, but it will take a longer period of time to get to this level of spiritual maturity or maturity in general. Because you can't really achieve that without lessons and challenges from those lessons and learning about yourself and changing things about yourself
So this could be for people in their 30s or late 20s.
And like I said once you get to that point, you could expect a soulmate like this that I described as this but they could be slightly different from what I said
But I also think that you can embody this energy to get to where you will get when life and your inside world become stable and it's easier for you to control that and not even just control but it just starts to happen naturally and you don't have to fight for it all of the time
It could also be that if this is about a person, this person provides a lot of stability for you once they come in as well. Almost like calms you down from being in that nine of Wands energy like being a bit on a defensive side and then you meet this person and they kind of match you and teach you to let go of the last vestiges of your fight I guess
Things that matter to you before won't matter as much. As in things that upset you that were small won't matter after you meet this person most likely.
I also wonder if maybe at the point that you meet them or during the first whatever that you know them, maybe you change your hair or they do. Like get a haircut or change hair colors. And maybe that's one of the first remarks that happened between the two of you like oh hey I like your hair or did you do something different with your hair. Because there is a sense of long hair and short hair. I don't know if that means that one person cuts it or just one of you will have longer hair and one of you shorter hair lol but that's likely to happen anyway but I'm just telling you there's very something very significant about hair here. I mean I want to get my hair dyed and cut but like this feels more like the other person

So maybe that's also a sign of potential marriage with this person. Or that the person could have a mix of British or Asian background. Maybe somebody from Hong Kong or Asian ancestry but living in the UK. Or somebody who lived in the UK or Asia
Although a page boy for me also makes me think of one of those British news boys that used to sit on the corner of a sidewalk and tanned out papers. So again maybe you could work in publishing or communication fields because communication feels pretty strong here but it's also a form of business and getting some type of messages out. Both of you. Both of you would probably be in this field and maybe work together or at least be working in the same field
And if they know that you're some type of spiritualist or you do some type of spiritual practices, they could be enthralled with that but again that could just be a general thing about if you have those abilities, you turn it into some type of business of your own or make money from it at least. You could definitely be a spiritual advisor or counselor. Because it looks like this is definitely somebody who would be great at giving advice to others.
And with all of that Leo energy or the idea of speaking up or taking weed, it would make me feel like a life coach. Somebody who empowers other people through some type of communication, sharing what they know about something, writing books about self-help or spirituality and again making money out of it yes for sure
So if you tried one of those tasks if you are publishing a self-help book or if you want to start a blog or YouTube about spiritual practices, Leo season is definitely a great time to do that and I would encourage you to use your gifts and talents to make a business or make a plan for how you can set all this up and I think you will be pretty successful.

Ep 24: Sin
@trigun98watchparty Knives emerges from his Plant bulb and begins his endgame. It's unclear to me whether it took him that long to recover fully from the beating he took in July, or whether he just prefers hanging out in his light socket when he's not ranting at Legato about causing Vash eternal pain.
(gonna try to get two of these done today so I don't miss the Ep 25 party haha)
--Legato rides in NML's version of a Cinderella coach, are you fucking kidding me, you blue-haired drama queen
--Chapel might be a GHG, but being forced to shoot his star pupil in the back is a bridge too far. Kudos to him for getting a dig in at Knives before he's obliterated.
--Meanwhile, Midvalley is wondering what he's done with his life; all he wanted to do was play sax and now he's signed his life away to a homicidal, psychotic blond guy with terrible fashion sense.
--Vash is trying. He's trying so damn hard, and his usual tricks aren't working. Life goes on around him, with ordinary people enjoying their ordinary lives, which is everything he ever wanted, and instead he's alone again with his best friend dead and his brother's henchmen dogging him at every turn.
--Meryl asked, and for his own reasons, Vash told her. He thought she'd finally give up and let him go, and then she and Milly would be safe. He'd rather her be alive in the world without him than put at risk by being with him. He couldn't protect WW, who was armed and dangerous and more than capable of handling himself. Little Meryl, with her little derringers, doesn't have a chance.
--And Vash tells her everything. Having all those scenes from his childhood in the montage leads me to believe that he's not mincing words to her about what he is and where he came from. Maybe, in a roundabout way, it was a challenge - would you, could you still accept me, knowing what I am? (Yes.)
--Milly needs Meryl. Milly pushes back, out of enormous love for her senpai, for WW, and for Vash. The time is coming, and soon, where Vash is going to need someone who loves him for who he is, no matter what he is. Milly is grieving terribly, but she knows that with WW dead and gone for the crime of believing in Vash, Vash is in a worse place than ever. It's come to do or die for Vash, and he's becoming inclined towards the latter option.
--The fight with Midvalley is... kinda boring. It doesn't add a whole lot to the story except another mini-boss. Again, Orange, if you use him, please do something memorable with the big pimpin' jazz guy besides having him soliloquize.
--You do get a feeling that Midvalley isn't doing this because he wants to. He signed on for the health benefits because the jazz club wasn't paying enough, and now he's embroiled in a fight to the death with Vash the Stampede. (the "oh, shit" face he makes when meeting Knives says to me that he didn't think Knives was ever going to show up for reals.) Sucks, dude.
--No matter how much Vash pleads, it's not going to make a difference to a nihilist like Legato. Vash can hold a gun at him - Legato knows he's bluffing. Vash can try to appeal to Legato's humanity - but Knives has been in there messing around with his psyche so much that Legato genuinely hates his own humanity.
--One bullet. One shot, and it all stops, and all it took was for Legato to massacre thousands of innocents, kill Vash's best friend, threaten the girls, and insult Vash's mother to his face.
--It's a lie, of course. Knives isn't done. Knives will never be done.

Hello! First of all I love your blog. I hope it's alright to ask you, as I don't know who else to turn to for this:
Do you think typical tone tags (with the slash and not spelled fully) are accessible to people with screen readers? Is the audio output generally harder to decipher than shortened tone tags are to visually read?
I haven't had to use them on my blog yet, but I might need to specify the tone at some point if it's ever particularly unclear. Do you have any tips on trying to reconcile accessibility for everyone?
Also… I sometimes use old-style emoticons, it's a typing style I find difficult to let go of, but I always write what it's supposed to represent in square brackets afterwards cause I know screen readers would just output "semicolon, closed parenthesis" and make zero sense to anyone. Do you think this method is more, less, or equally as accessible as just using a winking emoji (which would output "winking face emoji" I'm guessing)? I know using neither would be the top choice, but sometimes it feels appropriate to include a facial expression. Thanks for your time.

I'd say tone tags probably aren't the most accessible since they're going to be read out as phonetically as possible (also, many screen readers won't read the "slash"). There are also accessibility issues with them outside of that in the sense that not everyone knows what they mean, and that can create more confusion than clarity sometimes. If I have to stare at "could you please tag this next time? /nm" for a solid minute trying to figure out why someone asked me to tag something and then immediately told me "never mind," it's not the most efficient tool.
But at the end of the day, tone indicators are also an accessibility tool themselves. And they really help some people! So you could always try a happy medium with "could you please tag this next time? (not mad)" instead. That will generally convey your message more clearly to most people, screen reader user or not.
As for old style emoticons, that's a bit tricky. There are some screen readers, like VoiceOver, that will read :) as "smiley." Others, like JAWS, will read it either as "colon right paren" or just not read it at all, depending on what you have the verbosity settings at. But once you get more complicated than a smiley face or maybe a frowny face, you're getting a literal reading a best. Every screen reader I've tried can read all emojis just fine, but I'm told that's not universal either, so some people like to do a plain text version after, like this 👍 (thumbs up emoji).
Also fun fact, with VoiceOver at least, it doesn't read 😉 as "winking face emoji," it's just "winking face."
So all that said, I'm personally a big fan of emojis, especially as tone indicators, because they save me and my friends so much stress when talking to each other (for example "alright" could mean they're mad, but if you add a smiley after it, there is no way to overthink it.)

Oooo I have to go with Elena on this one. I love a good morally gray scientist, and the recent revelations about her backstory are very Repo: The Genetic Opera.
(Were it not for my lack of drawing abilities and complicated compelling art, artist probably a creep feelings about Repo I would love to make a short animatic of her with part of one of Nathan's songs from that opera)
But if we're allowed to include the Purgatory 2 cast members under a very stretched definition of "non-island residents", my answer changes: Condifiction. 100%. Would be incredible if he could be added to the main cast one day.

can i talk about qQuackity's tormentous nightmare i want to talk about qQuackity's tormentous nightmare
(by which i mean that time he had a near death experience, toured a Hell of his own making, and then was the first guy on the server to get resurrected during the story [always a landmark in this kinds of stories])
like my thoughts are a bit scattered but. oh my god. it is so rare that we get a direct window into a character's head, and when we do i pounce on his like a starving tiger presented with a meat pumpkin
His hell nightmare version of Tilín telling him he doesn't deserve heaven
The way that he fails every test (doesn't earn Tilín's forgiveness, neglects Richas like he feared he was doing in life, can't make himself let go of the idealized and imagined life he could have as Tallulah's stepfather and probably as Tallulah's father's husband [choosing artifice over the inevitable way he'll ruin something real])
and it's unclear how much of that is him genuinely failing, Oscurucho setting him up to fail to torment him, or his dying mind just deciding failing is what he does, proving to him that he really does deserve Hell
And yeah, I'm reading into it all, sue me. I'm enriched.
SPEAKING OF READING INTO IT, something about qRoier's absence in these streams has possessed me. Because I spent all of the streams just like. Roier today? Vision of Roier in qQuackity's Hell today please? Please he could absolutely kill the role of a guy's dying brain demons. But no. No dice. No Roier :[
Which I then immediately started reading into ASJSJSJ because when only one character in a pattern is missing, that starts seeming notable. And every single one of qQuackity's list of loved ones appears in his tormentous nightmare. except Roier
That's weird, right? He's the only person qQ can't see being in Hell. /probably not the intention but feasible interpretation
Which kind of makes sense? Roier's succeeded at so many points that qQ's failed. Finding love. Walking down the isle. Being a good parent to his own son. Being a better parent to Quackity's kid than Quackity. And then, when Bobby started losing lives, it was never neglect, it was a code attack and an adventure gone wrong. And then, when Bobby was dead for good, Roier didn't go around trying to steal other people's children and threatening murder and any of the various bullshit Quackity did when Tilín died. That fucker grieved better than him.
(obviously this is all just qquackity's knowledge of roier- god knows roier's really had his more morally dubious and heartbreaking moments)
But anyway. The one time Roier appears in Quackity's vision of Hell, he's just text messages in the QSMP server chat. He's not only not shown in Hell, he's not in Hell. He's alive, he's on the island.
And Quackity tries to send messages to him, ask him for help, and they don't go through. He can't do a thing for him, and it's not even his fault. He just doesn't know what's happening in Hell. He's a whole fucking plane of existence above Quackity, thriving and living and unreachable.
dammit i switched into writer mode. anyway, this is my overanalysis of whatever qQuackity's deal is with qRoier
TLDR: I love katabases so so much I think every character should have to take a quick tour of their personal Hell sometime
48. Has the QSMP inspired you to learn new languages? If so, which ones and what have you done to do that so far?
It's definitely inspired me to want to learn new languages- I want to learn Portuguese and French and Spanish and Korean and and and- but I haven't been able to make much progress aside from a frequently broken duolingo streak in Portuguese and then taking Spanish classes. AP classes are kicking my ass right now, but I hope to do more language practice during the summer.

Some analysis of Cass's relationship with It, and how she understands & worships It in the modern day, compared & contrasted to the other Yellowjackets who do so:
LOTTIE - seems to view It as something to be kept at bay, kept back there in the wilderness where It belongs. “I thought we left It there when we were rescued. But now I realize, we brought It back with us.”
In the wilderness, Lottie was Its mouthpiece, until she taught the other girls to hear It too. She thought It only meant to help them survive, she thought she was only spreading hope, but . . . It tricked her. "I never meant -- "As a result, she feels responsible, not just for her own actions, but for everything.
In the modern day, omens of death & blood make Its presence known to her, and she is terrified. She sacrifices her blood to It as a form of appeasement. There's a sense of desperation to the gesture.
Please take this from me and nothing else.
TAISSA - only interacts with It in a dissociative state. It's unclear if the Other emerged as a facet of Tai in the wilderness or sometime prior, but she became increasingly active & prominent there, displaying an innate understanding of their surroundings & how to survive them.
"Something inside you is connected to this place."
Tai refuses to accept the existence of It -- until her actions as the Other force her hand. Upon being rescued, she stops believing in It, but the Other doesn't. At some point, she erects a shrine in secret & begins making sacrifices.
The primary purpose of the Other seems to be protecting Tai & the things she holds dear in ways she's unwilling or unable to do consciously. The ongoing worship may be a function of this . . . but it's also transactional.
When Taissa wants something -- like the Senatorship -- but won't play dirty enough to get it, the Other finds ways to provide. Sacrificing the family dog to It is one of those ways.
As much as they are one in the same, the Other has assumed the role of mediating conflicts for Tai -- her body's needs with her physical circumstances, her ambitions with her principles, her life post-rescue with It's continued presence . . .
& FINALLY, CASS - does not recognize any clear distinction between herself & It. While the other women have found ways to distance themselves from It in their worship, she's dissolved herself into It.
They have their own shrine & their own rituals, because rituals are important -- blood is important -- but their worship is primarily intuitive & internal. She doesn't fear It like Lottie or bargain with It like Tai because Its desires are hers, and vice versa.
"It's not evil. Just hungry, like us. Let It in"
When It hungers, she hungers, and when she feeds It, she is fed. They use their own instincts, emotions, & desires to understand what It wants & act accordingly. And when Its presence & will do become apparent . . . she feels relief because now she knows exactly what she has to do to keep them both strong.
-- Because It needs to be nurtured out here, far from the wilderness' womb for the first time. The other survivors have largely abandoned It, feeding It on scraps or leaving It to wither & rot & turn to poison inside them. Not Cass.
Out in the wilderness, she & the others bore witness to something as powerful as it was lonely and violent and misunderstood. There was a learning curve, for sure, but that was where she realized -- all Its power is hers to wield if she just lets It in, if she just learns to love It.
For Cass, that part comes so naturally.

-의 is equivalent to the English -'s used for ownership. It can also be translated as "of." 추억의 미로, for example, means "a maze of memories" or "memories' maze." Other times, it can kinda serve to turn a noun into an adjective. 영원의 꿈 means "an eternal dream," for example.
-아/어/여주다
This structure is attached to verbs to mean that someone does something for someone else. In this context, 구해줘, 날 means "save me" -- they're commanding someone else to do something for their sake.
-ㄴ/은
When attached to adjective stems, -ㄴ/은 makes them noun-modifying. 깊다, for example, means "to be deep," while 깊은 곳 means "deep place." Attaching -ㄴ/은 to the stem allows you to attach it to a noun.
When attached to verb stems, it also makes them noun-modifying, but in the past tense. 잠들다, for example, means "to fall asleep," while 잠든 푸른색 비밀 literally means "the blue dream that fell asleep." (The ㄹ in 잠들 is dropped because it's irregular). Similarly, 잠긴 내 마음 literally means "my heart that was locked." I talk about the present-tense version of this structure in the next section, so hopefully, that will make things a little less confusing!

-아/어/여 보니(까)
This structure is used when explaining a realization you have as a result of trying something, according to koreanly.com. It is a combination of -아/어/여 보다, meaning you have tried something, and -(으)니까, showing that your experience was the reason for your realization. So 눈을 떠보니 means "Having opened my eyes [I realize something]." It's a little unclear what the realization is, but I hope that this makes sense anyway!
-던
-던 is another way to make verbs noun-modifying in the past tense, but it's a little different than -ㄴ/은. In short, when attached to verb stems, it communicates that something happened in the past, but that the action was not completed. It can also be used for actions that you used to do habitually but do not do anymore. In the case of 불꽃비가 내리던 날, I think it can mean that it was raining sparks that day, but it never stopped raining -- the action was not completed.
-는
-는 is attached to verb stems to make them noun-modifying in the present tense. 악몽을 부르는 춤 has the verb 부르다, meaning "to call." 부르는 춤 means "the dance that calls" or "the calling dance." Adding the object 악몽을 in front gives it the meaning of "the dance that calls the nightmare." Similarly, 끝나지 않다 means "to not end," so 끝나지 않는 리듬 means "the rhythm that doesn't end."

Do you have advice for how to handle when you split on someone you hang out with a lot? Like half the day, every day? Sometimes everything they do makes me bitter and resentful and though I work hard not to give in and let it leech into my actions, I still don't like having these thoughts because they just settle like a heavy blanket on my brain and make everything feel worse. And I often end up being short and irritable even if I'm not outright punishing the person for angering me.
Hi anon,
Is this person someone you consider a friend or are they a co-worker? It's unclear honestly. If they're a friend, it might be worth keeping a list of things that they've done that made you happy or feel good. Or even some screenshots from this friend that made you happy or feel good overall (with some notes about how it made you feel). Sometimes when we split, it can be really hard to forget any other emotion exists towards someone.
If it feels hard to control in the moment, there are some DBT skills you can try. There's the STOP skill.
The TIP skill can also be useful if you are having urges and need help calming down.
I think it's also worth evaluating why you split on this person. Sometimes we can split for really genuine reasons that might make the friendship worth re-evaluating or coming up with boundaries. For example, if you split on someone because they constantly lie to you and have lied again, maybe that relationship isn't a good one for you. If you split on someone because they were unable to reply to you when you needed (super valid by the way, we can't necessarily control when we split, this is just an example), then that is something that is not necessarily the other person's fault and it is likely worth working on the friendship. With that said, if the friendship is hurting you, even if the other person isn't doing anything wrong, it's still valid to walk away from someone. Maybe this might mean hanging out less.
I also find communication can help. Sometimes, my partner says something that really upsets me. He doesn't mean to. And he hasn't even said anything wrong. I usually tell him that "hey, I know this isn't rational, but I'm feeling hurt/upset/angry about ___". Sometimes talking about the feeling helps me "release" it if that makes sense, and he can provide reassurance. If there is a way this person can help, like by saying or doing certain things, it is valid to communicate that to them. (Keeping in mind, if they don't have the energy or means to do what helps, that is also valid.) . But with that said, even having another friend or a few who are okay with being messaged about it can help. You can try and talk out your feelings with someone else. You can also try journaling about your feelings and try and find a pattern.
I'm sure you do this already but remind yourself that splitting is a part of BPD and that it's temporary. It will pass, as uncomfortable as it feels. Realizing splitting is happening is a huge step in itself. So, try to remember to be proud of yourself for being aware of it.
If you can walk away from the person, even for a few minutes, you can try some grounding exercises or some mindfulness exercises to try and center yourself a bit.
I'm sorry I don't have an easy answer for you. But you can do this.

Frozen mind, ray of light
If you asked me to explain myself, I couldn't answer.
The context of this is voluntarily unclear, it's a story that takes place post-canon that I started threading a little while ago and I kinda. Don't wanna explain it all before I'm 100% sure about the course of events. Please note however that Yūki was overwhelmingly supportive of this, surprisingly enough.
Also, when I said I was rewriting Charlie's story, I did. Not. Have that in mind. But then... Mh. Yeah. He kinda took over my brain, and, y'know how this kinda thing goes, lol.
Title comes from "Lone Prayer" from P.ersona 1, but I listened to "Alleycat" from P.ersona 5 while writing this, and I recommend you listen to it as well to ~set the mood~ (it's sad. The mood is sad).
Quick warnings before I shut up: This is. Um. Not really happy. I make brief mentions of self-destructive behaviour, murder and I make one (1) quick allusion to abuse, not necessarily in that order. Nothing graphic, though. Also I mention Shido (not by name). And this is dialogue-heavy because it's a first draft and I don't wanna go through the pain of editing it right now, lol.

The sun started to set a little while ago, and most of the room I walk in is dark enough for me not to completely distinguish his features.
What I can see, however, is how tightly his fists are balled as they rest on his thighs. How his head hangs low. How shaky his breathing his.
I can't possibly look any better. So much is happening all at once and none of us is exactly sure how we can deal with it. I don't say anything when I sit down next to him.
Now, anyone might ask themselves "how did we get here?", but not me. Not him. Not us. We know what happened, we know why, and...
-It's really unfair.
I say that last part out loud, and he turns to me. What remains of daylight slightly allows his face to show, and the way his face is as neutral as mine must be just makes me bark an acidic sound that's halfway between a laugh and what might as well be a sob.
-You're only noticing that?
His voice reflects the bitter smile he makes.
-Fuck no.
I feel like he might break his fingers if he keeps clenching his hands like that, so I cover them with my own. His gloves are warm to the touch, and yet I know his hands are cold.
He opens his mouth to say something, but ends up letting out a sigh instead. The air is heavy. I know why. These kinds of scars, we both have them. And considering our unusual line of work, we're far from being the only ones.
-If I could, he says after a while, I'd kill him.
-I'd help.
-How?
-I don't know. But I'd help.
-I don't need help.
-I know.
-So why would you?
-Because sometimes just knowing that there's someone you can crash to makes things a bit easier.
He doesn't answer that for a while.
-I've never needed anyone to "crash to" until now. Why would it change?
I hesitate a second or two.
-I'm just saying... I know you don't care much about your life just like I don't care much about mine.
Before I can go on, he cuts me off:
-That being said, I guess I care about your life.
-That's my point. I guess I care about yours as well.
My mind can't help but wonder if that makes sense. I think it does. I hope it does.
-And that's why, I add, I'd help you. Because I care about your life and...
-And?
Shit. I feel dumb because now I have to say something, but if I say what I want to say, I'd probably ruin everything, right?
But then I look up to see his eyes and the last shreds of sunlight lets them appear this shade of scarlet I start to feel safe with.
And my voice comes out on it's own.
-And I don't want you to hurt yourself on your own.
-That's... Very cheesy. Why so much sentimentality?
How can anyone be this dense? He's worse than me! I squeeze his hands a bit and shake my head.
-Because I think I'm falling in love with you.
Not a word escapes him before a sour giggle.
-Why?
-No idea. You're a bit of an asshole.
-Excuse me, says who?
-Heh, fair enough. But, yeah. I'm... I guess I kinda love you.
Hesitation clouds the room for a moment.
-Do you mean that?
-I do. I mean it. I love you.
With a sigh, he slumps his head on my shoulder.
-Uh, you okay?
-Will you shut up for a second and let me stay like that?
-Can't guarantee anything about the "shutting up" part, but yeah.
-That'll do.
We stay like that for a long time. His breathing slows down and it no longer sounds panicked. His hands are slightly less tense and that's good enough for me.
-I think... He whispers after a moment. I think I can love you. Maybe.
-That's enough for me. We have time.
-Do we?
-Yeah. I'm not about to let you die, y'know?
He snickers in a surprisingly light way.
-Alright.
-Hey?
-Mh?
-I love you, Akechi.
He just takes my hands in his. The sun has set.
For the first time in days, despite our awful position, we sleep through the whole night.
And when I wake up, our fingers are intertwined.

Hi! I am pretty new to the sport and some things and terminology is lost on me and I was wondering if you could explain them a bit, please? I am mainly talking about deg (is this degradation?) and downforce (there are others but i can't remember them now). Also, how can driver manage the tires? I keep hearing that but I don't understand what do they need to do in order for it to happen. Thank you!
hello and welcome to the insanity that is F1! I hope you are having a great time! but considering you are sending me an ask you are probably a Ferrari fan too.. sooo.... anyway great to have you here.
Feel free to drop any other questions you have or ask if something is unclear I really do like explaining things I am passionate about! And we all start somewhere so there are no dumb questions either!
I never know where your guys starting point is so I hope it all makes sense, if something doesn't please let me know! Also more in depth is also always possible
Downforce
I'm starting with downforce because it's also relevant for the tyre topics.
I don't know how into/versed you are when it comes to physics but F1 cars are basically using aerodynamics in the exact opposite way that planes do.
Planes use their shape and wings to move the air around it so that it generates lift so the air lifts the plane up in the air and F1 cars use their shape and front and rear wings to move the air in a way so that it pushes the car into the ground.
And Downforce is just what the force that pushes the car down onto the track is called. The current generation of cars doesn't just use their front and rear wings and upper aerodynamic parts to generate downforce but also the floor via the ground effect.
In order to generate downforce the air has to "hit" the aerodynamic features and while that helps pushing the car into the track it also slows it down a little bit. So more downforce means more drag.
The cars need a lot of downforce because you could have the strongest engine in the world but it won't help you all that much if your tyres don't have any grip. And that's where the downforce comes in because it pushes the car and tyres into the track and gives the tyres grip/ traction.
I'm adding a little excursion into slipstream and dirty air because it's adjacent.
You've probably have heard people talk about tow/ slipstream and dirty air before and that's also a topic that confuses a lot of people because it's the same thing just at different parts of the track.
As said above the F1 cars move the air around them to generate downforce and that leaves a "hole" in the air behind them because they've moved the air out of the way.
On a straight that is super useful for the driver behind because it means that he is driving into less air and that means less drag that slows the car down.
That hole behind a car doesn't just disappear as soon as you hit corners tho. And in corners that hole in the air doesn't help, because the cars need the air around them to generate the downforce so that they have the grip that they need through a corner. So being too close to another car through corner means a loss in downforce and therefore grip.
And that hole in the air always stays the same but on straights is called tow or slipstream and in corners it's called dirty air.
Tyre deg and managing tyres.
You are correct deg ist just short for degradation. And tyre deg happens because the hot rubber of the tyres filles the little cracks in the track surface for maximum grip. And when the cars drive on the track surface the rubber just starts to be worn down over time because bits of it get stuck in the track surface and are ripped off of the tyre.
The different compounds degrade at a different rate with the softs degrading the most and the hards the least.
But the tyres suffer more than just the "standard" degradation throughout at race because these tyres are designed to withstand the "normal" straight on movement of cars. But because the cars aren't exclusively driven on straights they also experience load in lateral directions so right and left and not just straight ahead. And that is the part that is really bad for the tyres.
And depending on the amount of load and temperature and other things the tyres can also experience blistering, graining and other things.
There is a certain amount of tyre deg that is just based on the car setup and track surface that the drivers can not influence. But there are a handfull of things that the drivers can do to make their tyres last longer.
One is being carful and gentle with the steering input and just try to avoid driving in a way where their tyres slide a lot from left to right and vice versa. And you can do that by being gentle with the steering input and making sure that the rear doesn't slide. (that's also why understeery cars are better on tyres than oversteery ones)
The other thing is being careful with braking and making 100% sure that they aren't locking up the brakes even a little bit because the tyres don't really like getting bits shaved off because they were sliding and ending up with a flat spot.
Also how they accelerate out of corners can be done in more and less gentle ways.
I don't know if you were watching the qualifying in Spain but they were talking a lot about the drivers having to ration their tyres to make it through the three sectors there.
Because if they push to much in the first sector and are asking too much of the grip/ driving too close to what the tyre allows in the first sector then it means that they might not have enough rubber left to have the best amount of grip in the last sector.
So when drivers are managing their tyres it just means that they aren't pushing the cars to the absolute maximum but that they are a bit more gentle and not on the edge of grip. That usually also makes them a little bit slower. You can often see it if someone is leading with a decent gap that they aren't fully pushing anymore and just sustaining the gap because that way they can make their tyres last longer and there is no need to push.

So uh, speaking of leaks... (part 1)
On a Discord server, @kyrilu pointed out two more Vimeo links of people reading for Shadows scenes in s4. I'm posting them with permission. Unlike the other leak provided, these are still up and able to be viewed by whoever. (Please don't bother the people who auditioned, or anyone in the Shadows cast/crew, or do anything that could lead to these getting a takedown like the other leak apparently did.)
I'll be transcribing the first under the cut and giving my thoughts, just to keep things separate and clear, but I'll be doing this for the second one as soon as this one is out and uh. The second one feels like Nandermo gold to me. Like it doesn't have the kind of obvious sitcom 'wham' of the earlier leak but it gives me all the feelings.
I'm going to reference 'Reader' for person reading the other lines and 'Actor' for the person screen testing since it's not always clear who the reader is reading for when there are more than two people in the scene. I'll speculate/give a name of what character it seems to be when I can.

READER (SEAN): Woah! You guys look freaking awesome. I feel underdressed.
ACTOR (HEADMASTER WARREN): Oh nonsense, Sean, you always look like a class act. Hello! (indicates self) Jim Warren.
READER (SEAN): Speaking of class act...
ACTOR: Oh, hello! This must be Colin, hello young man! It's a pleasure.
READER (COLIN): It is my great pleasure to make your acquaintance, sir. And guess what?
ACTOR: What's that?
READER (COLIN): I'm a remarkably smart lad who can sing and dance, I never watch YouTube, I don't hammer holes in walls with a hammer, so I'd say there's nothing weird about me.
ACTOR: Well, that's just great! And I look forward to getting to know you better, but right now, how 'bout you give me a moment to talk to your parents and get to know them a little bit?
READER (COLIN): Okay, fine, sir! Also, I don't sleep in a wooden box and I never have.
ACTOR: (smiles and nods nervously, pause) ...So! Forgive me for not being fully up to speed here, but who exactly are the parents?
READER (?): When I snap my fingers, you will enter a trance where you will hear nothing and see nothing. When I snap once more, you will return to normal consciousness remembering nothing of this pause. (snaps, beat, snaps again - clearly they have some kind of dialogue here independent of the lines the actor needs to audition)
READER (Nadja): We are Cousin Colin's parents! Hello, I'm Nadja.
READER (?): Yes, and I'm Matthew.
ACTOR: Well, Nadja and Matthew, I'd like to ask you a few questions about yourselves and Colin.
READER (Nadja): We can do that because we are Colin's parents.
READER (?): Yes! We had relations for him to exist. We still have relations to this day, even if just for pleasure. And I am Matthew.
ACTOR: (beat) Okay, great! Nice to...meet you, Matthew. So is...everybody gonna stay for this next part? Usually it's only the paren- (another snap, beat, another snap - rehypnotized for some more dialogue not included in the video) -parents who do the interview.
READER (?): Yes, everyone will stay. We consider everyone here like members of the family.
ACTOR: Okay, then! One big happy family! We like that. Well, let's dive in then... So, how old is Colin?
READER (?): (unclear how many people are talking at once but I hope it's literally every single one of them) Uhm, four - nineteen - I mean - twelve, what are y- forty-two - sixteen - when - he's nine. Nine.
ACTOR: (long bewildered pause) ...Ah.
So uh, I love every single thing about this. I can't meta too hard about it because it's more straight-up plot but some stray observations:
- Aww, they're trying to get Colin into a good private school! Instead of just homeschooling him or something, too, maybe they want to socialize him? Makes sense with the whole 'can he become an interesting person and not an energy vampire' thing.
- I find "we are Cousin Colin's parents" hilarious and I can't explain why, it's just beautiful in its simplicity.
- Colin's clearly gonna do some rapid aging, but in stages. Laszlo taught him music because of course he did, also I love every part of the very specific denial he does.
- Sean is there! Is Sean there the whole time?? Is he there for the hypnosis?? Did Sean meet baby Colin and then kid Colin and did they have to hypnotize him multiple times, or is he aware of the supernatural stuff at this point and along for the ride? I really really want him to be in on things as the Stu of the group, just their human friend who everyone likes so he hangs out and smiles and nods at the proceedings.
- The most obvious question, who is 'Matthew'? The very specific 'yes we totally have sex' stuff makes me think it's not Laszlo (though the meta of the name specifically being 'Matthew' is funny). The speech patterns make me think it's Nandor. But none of them have ever gone by an alias in day to day stuff before, or worried a name like 'Nandor' sounds too European or unusual. I don't think this is a new character though, so my money is on Nandor more than Laszlo/Guillermo/someone else.
- "Yes, everyone will stay. We consider everyone here like members of the family." I hope Guillermo is there. I hope Sean is there. I hope that whatever bickering they inevitably had to decide that everyone needed to stay in the room, they absolutely mean it when they say that line.
