1. Has fandom ever made you enjoy a pairing you previously hated?

--I had a really good one for this, but now cant remember 😂...so I am pretty in line with fandom//canon. Usually. But for the longest time, I could not get behind DorianxManon. I accept them now, but they still aren't my favorite. There are some fic writers who are awesome and give really cute stories of them so ya, know. (But let's be real I've got a crackship going for Dorian and Nehemia).

2. Is there an unpopular arc that you like? Why?

--chaol. I made a post about him yesterday, so most of my thoughts are there. But I just think he's interesting. Also, this is niche and not a lot of people will get it, BUT in Warbreaker, I know a lot of people don't get the Siri/Susebron line and think it's just weird of having this girl have to be married to a king and teach him to read and give him the sex talk 😅 but I think its such a cool inversion of tropes and expectations and leans into the genre really well. So I think it's a great addition to the book.

3. Fenrys. I can't do it. Maybe my reread will change that. I don't see it happening though. I will also admit it took me a loooong time to like Rowan. My boy was not my favorite for a while ngl. I also don't like the fandom interpretation of Dracos character in HP. He's always so ooc when I see posts about him.

--in regards of who I can always find a significant other for them while writing--Fenrys. You can put him with just about anyone and it works. Or Lucien, I love Lucien Vanserra and will not apologize. But he and Elain are one of my otpa, so they're not getting separated anytime soon, lol.

Pouncival stumbled, the laundry basket in his hands almost hitting the floor at the sound of his wife singing and playing a guitar. “There were more kinds of animals than you've ever seen."

Pounce set the basket down before making his way down the hall, stopping when he got to the room that belonged to his daughter, Evangelina’s, room. "They'd run around free while the earth was being born, but the loveliest of them all was the unicorn." The boy found himelf smiling at the sight Evangelina smiling brightly as she looked up to her mum, Rumpleteazer returning the smile as her voice filled the room. "There were green alligators and long-necked geese, some humpty-back camels and some chimpanzees."

Pouncival took a cautious cat step into the room, not daring stepping on the one creaky baord that would alert his wife to his presence. He didn’t want to disturb her.

"Some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born, the loveliest of all was the Unicorn. Now God seen some sinning and it gave Him pain, and He says, 'Stand back, I'm going to make it rain.'"

"Daddy hates the rain!” Evangelina shouted out, a laugh following, curtesy of Rumpleteazer.

A gasp came from both Evangelina and Pouncival, giving his presence away to Rumpleteazer.

Rumpleteazer was silent for a moment before she turned back to their toddler and started to strum on the guitar again.

A small laugh came from the girl as she continued strumming, her husband finally moving away from the door and sitting beside her.

"The ark started movin', it drifted with the tide, hem Unicorns looked up from the rocks and they cried and the waters came down and sort of floated them away, and that's why you'll never see a Unicorn... to this very day.

“You'll see green alligators and long-necked geese, some humpy-back camels and some chimpanzees, some cats and rats and elephants, but sure as you're born, you're never gonna see no Unicorn."

"Why would you sing that so a child?!"

"You're the only one who has a problem with it!" Rumple gave him a look before motioning toward Εvangelina, who was playing with the unicorn plushie she had just gotten from her uncle. "Besides, it was 'Jerrie and I's favourite song growing up."

“That says a lot.”

“Oi!” The girl shot him a glare. “That’s rude!”

Pouncival laughed softly, leaning down and pressing a kiss to the top of her head. “Do you want to help me fold the laundry?”

“No... I think I’m going to sing some more songs for Gelina.”

“What song this time?”

“The Devil Went Down to Georgia.”

“Right, that’s enough singing for the day.” Pounce held his hand out, earning a pout from the girl.

So the ‘secretly dating thing

Don’t get me wrong. I love all the built in drama of: our families won’t aprove, I’m still in the closet, I’m not ready to share this or whatever else brings aobout the situation where your otp is finally together but thinks they have to hide it from their loved ones. Especially because it gives you room to explore the insecurities of both sides of he OTP in a tense situation. But hear me out: What if they do it just to mess with everyone? Like they finally get together and it just so happened that none of their friends/family was around to see it. They’re done basking in the moment and the coversation goes as follows: person A: Come on! I can’t wait to see the look on *best friends name* when she hears it. Person B: *tugging them back to their side* Or we could... not tell them. Person A: *a little nervous and scared* You... don’t want people to know? Person B: Oh, I want to shout it for the world to hear... but what if we let them figure it out. Person A: *eyes widening in understanding* Oh... I like where this is going... Want to make it interesting? Person B: *Getting excited* Always. Person A: Whoever does the thing that makes everyone reealize we’re together has to arange our first fficial date. Person A: Done! And then they giggle and kiss some more or something. It would be so fun! They could have close calls, do weird things to confuse the others, have bets on who’ll crack the code first. And all of them will involve planning the date or something. Oh and their loved ones can see they are in love and when they ask the two don’t deny it. The bet states that they can’t straight up lie, but the others have to realize they are already in a relationship. Best friend character: So you are in love with B right? OTPA: *Sighing happily* Yep BFC: So won’t you tell them? OTPA: *hasn’t said the L word yet and wants to do it when they finally have that official date* When the time is right. Imagine the surrounding characters all doing their best to push the two into romantic situations and the couple just happily complying, because they aren’t going to complain about being put together in tight quarters or spending long periods of time together. Especially if it means they can laugh at how clueless their friends are. So much fun can be had people. Has this been done? I mean it could have been done, i didn’t see it yet,, but i haven’t read every piece f fanwork on the internet. So this was my little rant

Gemshipping is easily one of my favorite pairings out of the entire franchise. I think they would go so well together. They’re both so lonely, and I feel like Ryou just wants something/someone to love while the Thief needs someone to love him. I just want them to take care of each other, since no one else will take care of either of them.

Plus, I really like the dynamic of Ryou, who is super sweet and often comes across as innocent, against the Thief, who is crass and rude and so terribly aggressive and malicious. Ryou, who is secretly very strong and utterly fearless and devoted to those he cares about, against the Thief, who is secretly very broken and secretly scared of so much of the horrors he’s seen. They could almost complete each other.

Iron Bull/Dorian?

I’ve always loved the idea of them together. Dorian finds love in an unlikely person and Iron Bull’s edges are softened and we really see a more sensitive side to him. I wouldn’t rate it much higher though because in the beginning of their flirtation, if you take them out in your party together, Bull reveals some salacious details that has Dorian rather embarrassed. There are certain aspects of their relationship that could be improved, but I still love them together.

OTP AESTHETICS: eleanor and tahani (the good place)

to eleanor, our unofficial leader. you pack a lot of heart and grit into that diminutive frame, like a scrappy little auto mechanic. that’s the nicest thing you’ve ever said to me, babe, and i’ll take it.

((I think this one’s a pretty alright one. Kanaya meshes well with Lalondes in general with their snark and flightiness. She might be slightly overwhelmed by Roxy’s more... vivacious and quirky personality, but she might also like that about her/them. It’s hard to say.))
