au in which robert, the starks and the lannisters play monopoly instead of going hunting and pushing each other‘s kids from towers.
tyrion implements a tax system to make things more interesting and fights cersei over the cat for a solid ten minutes.
around thirty minutes into the game, catelyn realizes that she has free will and stops paying taxes.
arya and sansa haggle over new york avenue, which ends up being bought by theon. this causes the two to completely cast aside their differences, ally and subsequently start doing everything in their power to make theon‘s life hell.
theon himself is quite severely stoned the entire time throughout.
ned enters horrendous debt pretty much immediately and, after two hours of being financially sucked dry by both cersei and his tax evader of a wife, decides to just place his figurine in jail and never leave.
jon, playing the dog, controls the railroads and makes jaime, playing the ship, go completely broke within minutes. being beaten by a bastard and officially the first to lose the game makes jaime so mad he spends the rest of the evening perched on the family‘s ancestral armchair eating flaming hot cheetos and stifling sobs.
cersei is holding onto her last two dollars and her one house in atlantic avenue like a maniac and evades taxes like it‘s an olympic sport. she claims ownership of kentucky avenue on the grounds that red is her house‘s color at least twice. after three hours, she‘s consumed enough vintage red to kill a large mammal and keeps quoting the art of war. fascinatingly enough, she never goes completely broke.
robert, just as broke and drunk as his wife but not nearly as ferocious, proposes marriage for tax advantages to bran, who is in possession of the boardwalk and lets him dangle on his proposition for two rounds before accepting and feeling like a benevolent god.
sansa sees this and immediately proposes to arya, who accepts, only for them to be sued by their mother for public indecency („you‘re siblings, jesus christ!“). arya argues that this is just a game and that one could argue that robert‘s and bran‘s marital alliance is just as if not even more inappropriate, considering that bran is seven and robert thirtyseven. sansa countersues her mother for tax evasion, who promises she‘ll drop her lawsuit if her daughters let her keep hoarding perverse amounts of wealth. „love wins!“ arya says, which causes jaime, still perched on the armchair but now eating old nan‘s home made whiskey truffles, to hysterically sob. cersei stares him down.
robb, in a rare moment of almost prophetic foresight, excuses himself one hour in and goes on a very, VERY long walk with grey wind.
tyrion, whose tax system has spectacularly backfired in his face, proposes marriage to catelyn, jon and cersei in rapid succession, who all turn him down. „i wish i was the monster you think i am. i wish i had enough poison for the whole pack of you. i would gladly give my life to watch you all swallow it.“ he screams before he leaves the table.
at that, joffrey, who has refused to participate and instead sits on the couch playing doom on his nintendo ds, starts hysterically laughing. tyrion turns on his heel and awards his nephew with the bitchslap of the century. this causes cersei to completely abandon the game and chase after him with a broom. catelyn makes sure that everyone is distracted by the lannister antics and then reaches across the table and bags cersei‘s money and properties.
with a heavy heart, myrcella trades arya and sansa one of her limited edition bayala schleich unicorns for park place.
at this point, the game is between the tycoons that are catelyn and jon, the bran-robert alliance, the arya-sansa-alliance, and ned, who is still in jail and watching ice hockey on his phone under the table. that is when catelyn hears rickon gagging and discovers that he, in the absence of tyrion, the self declared bank manager, has managed to eat all bank notes from the box.
rickon gets his stomach pumped, cersei and tyrion have both been arrested, theon is still stoned, arya, sansa and myrcella have wandered off to go play schleich horses, and jon remains at the table, alone, content, and quietly considering himself the winner.

Oof, 10 reasons 😂 alright.
I love Kaito the most
I love Shinichi/Conan second most
I think they naturally have intense energy with another and can bring out some of the best qualities in the other to the max.
They can keep up with each other‘s wits and an intellectual challenge
They‘re similar yet opposites in their profession and also different in their personality. (I love how Kaito put in the magic mid air walk case, how poetic his comparison was 👏)
Their interactions together are always fun- there is never a piece of canon, fic or art with them together where I don‘t get excited.
They‘re of a similar breed and therefore seem most capable of reading the other and keeping them in check.
They‘re both stuck in a situation which forced them into many secrets and yet they can be very honest towards another.
They are both very handsome and look good together 😛
No other pairing or show for that matter has been able to keep entertaining me and keeping me interested for over 10 years. They are and always will be fun.

Explanation: OK so I think I’m still shipping you with relatively the same person because I really like the enemies to lovers kind of vibe that I have here and I also really love to imagine Dallas if you were ever to be in an actual healthy relationship with kind of a shire person because I think it would really balance him out and contrast his personality really well in a really lovely way. I think you would listen to music with you depending on what you liked and if it was different from him, then he would probably tease you about it, but I still feel like he’d be supportive of your music taste after he teases you about it for like 15 minutes. Also incredibly opinionated on music even though he doesn’t know jack shit about it and would definitely argue with you for 30 minutes over why his music taste is better and there’s no winning because his argument is just because I’m me and I have the best taste. I feel like he would kind of find it cool that you’re into art and if you ever did like a painting or a portrait or drawing of him, he would love it and he’d probably pretend like he didn’t care and then just take it and hang it up somewhere. As for your physical appearance, I think he would find you attractive. He would find your eyes very beautiful and I feel like he likes blonde hair and you guys would be such a blonde power couple but also at the same time I think you both would be generally good for each other and maybe even help each other‘s personalities out and kind of bring little pieces of yourself to one another. Best memory ever!!!
Thanks to the deviantart „random“ button my second best friend (and only remaining longterm online friend) and I have found each other‘s art, then each other‘s art gallery. And then we have commented on each other‘s art, became followers, then started to roleplay and drawing gifts for each others and started building up our own universe for our fursonas, started joining other social media, stayed in contact until today, found a lot of mutual fandoms and interests and give each other support when our mental illnesses make life a piece of shit again, encourage each other to keep making art, to try out new stuff, enjoy nostalgia content, laugh at the silliest shit, and rant at idiots trying to ruin our internet experiences (we both quite much started to hate socialmedia and wish the internet returned to how it was when we met on Deviantart [around 2008] )

Shigeo’s Holy Trinity of Smols to be exact
He spoils them a lot and they‘re one of the very slim number of people he‘s genuinely nice to without any background thoughts. Moe is basically his best friend, Rei is the sister he never had (he would defiantly adopt her) and Manami is just unhateable.
So yeah I drew the smols two times because I adore all of them, I mean look at Rei‘s and Manami‘s precious Designs bless! And three times you can guess who gifted them the plushies in the second picture.

Please share your ideas about Russingon if you are comfortable with it. Your art already says a lot about them and I adore it, but I would love to hear more.
I'd love to!! And thank you! 💕 Sorry for taking a bit long to answer, but I actually had nothing of this written down and I'm sure I forgot a whole lot that escaped my mind as I was finally writing this down.
This actually got a bit long so.. yeah. Also keep in mind I'm not a writer and English isn't my first language so this might sound wonky in some parts. I also didn't proofread anything, because I'm lazy
So here are my sfw headcanons/ideas about Russingon
Some general ideas:
Fingon is approximately a head shorter than Maedhros (though I’m not really consistently drawing them that way)
Fingon’s favorite part of Maedhros’ body are his freckles, though Maedhros doesn’t particularly like them. He also loves his hands, because they are always warm.
In turn Maedhros loves touching the back of Fingon’s neck and running his finger through his hair in the back, because Fingon is sensitive to touch in that spot and enjoys it maybe a bit too much.
Going with the timeline:
They don’t grow up together and first „meet“ at a family function, likely held to celebrate the birth of Celegorm or something similar. (With „they first meet“ I mean they acknowledge the other‘s existence for the first time)
Fingon is quite a bit younger than Maedhros and was still basically a child (early teens) when they first met.
They start out disliking each other because the feud between their families makes them believe they should, at least to a healthy amount. Also Fingon thinks Maedhros is the most beautiful being in the world which at first made him envious because of his pretended dislike for him.
They later become best friends and eventually develop feelings for each other, though Fingon for a long time doesn’t know whether his feelings for Maedhros are platonic or romantic. He confesses his love to Maedhros in what he thinks is a platonic way, and only after Maedhros confesses his love for him (which was unmistakably meant in a romantic way) does he realize he was in love with Maedhros all this time.
It takes Fingon to confess his love first, for Maedhros to also voice his feelings. If Fingon hadn’t talked about it first, they probably would not have become a couple.
Even though they try to keep their relationship secret, Fingon tells Anaire about it and also Aredhel who once got very close to finding out about it herself. Maedhros doesn’t tell anyone. Nerdanel knows her children well enough to pick up the hints and lets him know she knows what’s going on. They are all supportive of their relationship.
They marry in secret, but still make an effort to wear traditional wedding attire and make it as festive as possible even if it’s just them and the Valar to witness it.
While Fingon is an outgoing person and always himself, Maedhros is very conscious about his actions, because as Feanor’s eldest son he doesn’t want to disappoint him. He’s created some sort of persona that has proved itself to be liked by everyone.
This results in him being pretty bad at talking about his emotions, which at times is frustrating to Fingon, so he tries to build an environment for Maedhros to feel comfortable being himself.
Fingon openly dislikes Feanor. That doesn’t mean he’s voicing his dislike for him in public or is showing his aversion, but he sure lets Maedhros know about it.
Maedhros on the other hand loves and admires his father and though he knows Feanor makes mistakes or questionable decisions from time to time, he always tries to justify his actions. “He probably had a good reason for doing that” or something along those lines.
So the burning of the ships is the first time Maedhros disagrees with his father and openly criticizes him.
After being rescued by Fingon from Thangorodrim Maedhros feels rather embarrassed having to ask for help doing certain things - maybe even more when he has to ask Fingon. He tries to mask his embarrassment either with anger or with appearing cold and stoic.
Their relationship isn’t the same anymore after the burning of the ships. Too much has happened and they have changed too much for them to just go on as they used to. They are strangers to each other and have to work hard on getting back to the level of trust and familiarity they had before.
With Fingolfin’s death Fingon becomes more reserved and withdrawn, which puts more strain on their relationship.
The last time they see each other is before the Nirnaeth, going over their plans again before their hosts take up positions. Maedhros isn’t there to witness Fingon’s death and only learns about it after the fact. The only thing that still keeps him going is the oath.

look this is incredibly stupid but it‘s been in my head for w e e k s now so i thought „just write it down“ and basically these are my favourite ships and i keep asking myself „you know who deserves to be a trophy wife?“ and these are my answers:
andrew and neil: andrew deserves to be a trophy wife, let him plan his murders in peace
ariel and amir: ARIEL DESERVES TO BE A TROPHY WIFE SO BADLY LIKE PLEASE THE STRESS HE PUT HIMSELF THROUGH, also in my head amir becomes this really successful doctor and that should pay their bills
jermy and jean: jean moreau deserves to be the trophy wife more than anyone else i‘ve met in the 20 years i‘m walking on this earth, let him create art and write books while jeremy goes pro and gives his money to the mafia or idek but give my son a break
tanner and sebestian: i swear to god sebestian needs a fucking break, let him be the trophy wife, let him write books and be gay in peace
monty and percy: monty was BORN to be a trophy wife, don‘t even try to argue with me on this one
nick and charlie: i feel like charlie would feel so bad as a trophy wife, but he deserves it so much???
wylan and jesper: wylan brings home the money, jesper is the trophy wife, this is basically canon guys
simon and baz: simon snow is the trophy wife to his incredibly charming whatever baz is doing but i feel like he‘s a part time model husband
ronan and adam: look all i‘m sayin is: adam - incredibly successful lawyer or whatever it is you study at havard and then they‘re invited to this dinner party and he brings along ronan in this black suit and ronan‘s just smiling like in a slightly terrifying way with his fucking raven on his shoulders and everyone goes like :o who this? and adam just looks at ronan super unimpressed and is like: my husband. i told you guys i was married. so long story short: ronan is the trophy wife
zoya and alina: i feel like none of them is a real trophy wife but they would have really different jobs and would be each others trophy wife without ever acknowleding it??????
mal and nikolai: bitch nikolai was born to be the most beautiful trophy wife in existence?????? nikolai would 10/10 be the trophy wife in this relaitonship
kevin and aaron: look kevin would never admit it but he would be so PROUD to be able to show off aaron as his trophy wife because he‘s like „look at this incredibly beautiful and strong killer gnome, he‘s mine, AND HE‘S A D O C T O R“ and i think he would also be happy to be shown off as the trophy wife so like with alina and zoya they are each other‘s trophy wife

Satan being unhinged about cats would do so much to tie it into his character. Satan "Knowledge is Power" Obeyme can't love anything and not devour every piece of information related to it available to him. If cat-obsession is his only character trait do it right!!!
I do feel like if they took it from a knowledge-seeking perspective they really could've played it off as him just getting really fixated on the topic. Like every few decades/centuries a topic really digs its claws into him and he is always thinking about it and always searching for more knowledge regarding it!!
I do remember that tidbit!! I'm really loving the idea of Dola being unflinching and supportive because she can see the value of it, given how she studied human anatomy. (Dola and Satan both being strange, because Dola was quite sheltered growing up-iirc -and Satan is a demon first reference for everything is books)
And vet Satan!!! Imagine him picking up a vetinary course when he starts living in the human realm with Dola!! He graduates pretty early because he already knows an insane amount regarding animal anatomy and health, and all he really needs is practice in treating them. Oooo I could really see him becoming like a specialist vet like regarding a specific animal or something (if that's even a thing lol)
He definitely has that pendant as a keychain!! Kinda liking the idea of him getting a matching one for Dola/MC. (sidenote: as a trans person it's really uncomfortable to me that like the memento from that first human world trip is essentially Harry Potter merch 😢. So now me and Satan are having that cat keychain together instead)

Honestly I do sometimes find myself wishing that his ‘thing/gimmick’ was that he’s constantly learning about something new or obscure and going to to meet an acquaintance to discuss something incredibly odd. Being hungry for knowledge and open to new experiences is more key to him than his love for cats and informs more of his personality, so opting to limit his fixation on just cats instead of giving him a new one every other chapter has been extra baffling to me for that reason.
(And like, join me in this self-indulgence for a moment. Imagine him snapping out of his hyperfixation on cats as it’s presented in game and going ‘what the fuck got into me???’ gdsjjfghdsjf his brothers will never let him live it down)
But like I always rag on about, making Satan as curious and knowledge-seeing as he should be would probably give him almost as much of an edge to solving any problem MC and the others encounter as Lucifer and Solomon do so >.>;; Not good for when you just want easy problems to stretch out
(Like the way he figured out what the hint in Diavolo’s instructions for MC was in the background in Lesson 64? And how quickly he put together what the hell was happening with Mammon + Levi and Beel + Belphie during the little nail polish problem? If he and Lucifer put their brain cells together more often they’d be unstoppable.)
And yes sdajkfh Dola and Satan just fully supporting each other without hesitation for each other‘s desire to expand their horizons and delving deeper into their interests!! I bet he has plenty of fun with the job until having to move and reestablish credentials under a new identity each time gets tiring, then he just opts to rescue animals on his own with Dola. Thinking about him just coming home with a new injured animal every other week and Dola looks up from whatever potion she’s brewing and she’s like… Okay you can keep Mr. Wombat here while he recovers but do not let him in our room :I
And yeah I think specific animal hospitals/specialist vets are a thing! But it's more like whole categories of animals? Like specifically birds, livestock, exotic pets (I know that's a thing here), fowl, etc.. Super sure that Satan's going to make it his mission to study every single one of those wahaha
(A bit of headcanon here… But I love thinking that the Ring of Light and the Ring of Wisdom have a lot of overlapping abilities so that means Dola/MC can communicate with animals too? So that ends up being super useful when Satan and Dola are helping an animal out or are just hanging out at an animal cafe >.<)

(Also yeah honestly like… So ironic and sad that in a game that touts to be striving for inclusivity there’s a H*rry P*tter equivalent that Mammon, Lucifer, and Satan + MC all have matching keychains of… I’ve just replaced it in Dola’s canon with Lucifer getting them all matching keychains from a museum’s gift shop instead because fuck that. Plus neither Dola or I want any HP momentous [I’m so glad I never invested in anything HP-related beyond the books I bought when I was 10? And even those have somehow mysteriously disappeared from my life when I moved homes 4 years ago])
