See unlike all the haters on this hellsite (no offense meant i love you) i recognize that tumblr.com kinda needs its userbase to increase if it's going to survive long term

anyway for that reason i've been building out this sideblog as a resource to new/returning tumblr users :)

1. are you named after anyone

eh i was named after a grandparent in a slapdash way. like they just chopped off half the name and called it a day...

2. when was the last time you cried?

literally probably like 24-48 hours ago in the car thinking about how doomed i am (this is not true.). or maybe it was reading a sad article...i don't know. I tear up a lot but full on sobbing bawling was in mid-Dec and a more sustained sniffle crying was when i was hungover and miserable about my tortured loneliness and doom for the future on new year's day lol

3. do you have kids?

omg...no...the microplastics in my womb and doom in my genome and also i'm broke and single and american

4. what sports do you play/have played?

i swim but it's like in the way that other ppl take walks around the neighborhood a few times a week. sports were so fucking abysmal for me growing up that i feel i am unlikely to ever return

5. do you use sarcasm?

occasionally...i've grown out of it for the most part though. there are better ways to be funny in a lot of situations...i am silly goofy mostly, or use observational humor and wacky metaphors etc

6. what is the first thing you notice about people?

i'd love to be like 'a warm smile :-)' but if i'm being totally honest i'm scanning their clothing/hairstyle/grooming etc to scan for anyone likely to judge me based on my failure to conform to gender and modern consumerism...which isn't fair to others, i know......but sometimes you just see someone in like salon highlights barrel curls full makeup suburban drip and you're like hmmm eeeeeek scary! I think this is a vestigial defense mechanism from my relentless failure to dress right and be liked growing up. need 2 keep an eye out for the freaks and geeks and allies you know (but i'm so lucky to be in circles where everyone is dressing androgynously, having full on body hair everywhere, no makeup is the norm rather than the exception, funky used clothes and practical work/outdoors gear is the norm, etc. ok i'm getting off track...). i also notice people's height relative to my own bc i'm a bit insecure about towering over some people even though i'm not that tall.... :-( this stuff says way more about me than about anyone else... :-( i will say though that i'm pretty good about ignoring these first readings and giving people a chance once i get to know them. this is just the knee jerk first impression stuff

7. what’s your eye colour?

pale blue/grey. sorry :-/

8. scary movies or happy endings?

i like SAD ENDINGS of LOVERS' DEATHS and UNREQUITED PASSIONS and FAILED DREAMS and SCARRED MEMORIES....

9. any talents?

nothing like above and beyond. but there's a number of things i'm pretty sufficient at without trying too hard which is nice i guess. gardening, cooking from scratch w/o recipes, stringing together a sentence or a laugh...

10. where were you born?

swimming gardening fermenting cooking writing reading going to indie films with friends of discerning tastes attending potlucks oh and LAYING FACE DOWN IN MY BED.....

ooooo, ok. so ravenclaw barty (bc im starting with the question). I honestly like it. I feel like he's both sytherin and ravenclaw (like me) and i honestly like him in both houses. ig sytherin is a little better for him but honestly i still like him in both. idk why it just feels kinda right?? (and he still gets cute moments with evan in both houses so i cool with both lol)

hmmmm... a headcanon of mine..... i'm gonna stick to the marauders fandom bc why not. one of my fav headcanons is just soft reggie. like just for james. he's srsly so adorable and he loves to cuddle with his bf (even tho he's to embarrassed to ask at first so james just kinda pulls him into a hug/kiss every time he senses reg doesn't wanna ask and reg gets all flustered. he does get comfortable with it eventually tho). another one of my fav headcanons is abt wolfstar. I feel like siri is the one who stays with rem after every full and they just snuggle and enjoy each other. even before they get together (rem is so scared of ruining everything by confessing so he just holds it in bc he just loves siri so fucking much that it physically hurts him to even think of losing him.) anyways one day after the full they're chilling on rem's bed and siri just whispers i love you bc he needs to say it and they both just freeze. siri apologizes over and over and rem is just kinda stuck on the fact that siri actually said i love you?? to him?? and then he registers that sirius is crying so he just kisses him before he can think abt it. it ends well ofc. (i feel like these aren't rly headcanons and they're just little random stories but we're going with it for now lol)

Big Announcement (ig)

So this is abt to be kinda lengthy and I’ve been procrastinating abt writing this but here it is. So in the last (whether u know it or not) I mentioned that I was working on an animated series and I’m here to talk abt that. So if you’re wondering if it’s indie or a big studio show it’s an indie show. I’m gonna animate the whole show by myself 😭 and me and my friends will voice act the characters. I’ve been working on this since last year (I think) and I want to bring this project to life. It’s a dystopian sci-if series that takes place in the future (no shit) and it revolves around three teenagers: Noah Arya Miller (15) Joshua James Johnson (15) and Ezra (?). They all live in a city where technology has advanced so much that genetic modification got taken to the next level. That was the beginning of Lab Made Humans (L.M.H) that were used for free labor. I don’t wanna say too much so I’ll leave it at that. I will start posting artwork for the series soon so stay tuned for that. Ok so I just realized I never mentioned the name of the show, it’s called BioTech which is the name of the worldwide company that makes L.M.H. The series will have 2 seasons and my friend (Delphine) already wrote 3 episodes for season 1. Warnings will be displayed at the beginning of each episode since it will involve (blood, mild gore, violence, hints of child abuse, mild cussing, in some episodes flashing lights) and all that good stuff (sarcasm😬) My friend Delphine (her acc) is the scriptwriter of every episode and helps me with ideas, character, and story development for this story and I can’t ask for more 😔 (thx Delphine). I might do a name reveal, I’m still not sure but I will do a voice reveal on my YouTube channel (prob talking more abt the series). That’s it for now, I hope I answered a few questions (I’m currently in school rn and I got exams all week 😭) byeeee
