anyway this is what i was actually trying to find. fucking thinking about this.

#NEED to know about their young adulthood. acele is described as 'late teens to early twenties' & we have no fucking clue how old evrart #is beyond 'around the same age as harry' which could mean anything when klaasje thinks hes 44 & kim thinks hes 56 #but i imagine they ARE actuslly very close in age bcus it'd just make sense wrt the timing of the revolution & all & yknow the parallels #so like they definitely could have been somewhere in their mid or late 20s when they came into power? & this 'at her age' as just a handful #of years before that? Why the Troy and Angela Situations Should Not Be Compared (+ Why Mike's Reaction Is Valid)

One of the things that gets my blood boiling as a Mike defender is when people try to compare the bullying/El's reaction to said bullying between the Troy and Angela scenes. They are not the same thing, not even close! Yes, they're both cases of bullying, but two very different levels of extreme.

Yes, I understand that words can hurt just as much, if not more, than a physical weapon, and Mike understands this too, that's why he tries to connect with El the morning after. But in the real world, one without monsters or powers, the one they believe they're living in at the time, violence is almost never the answer, it only makes things worse, as it did. Mike also understand this. Now, yes, it took him a minute to figure out that El didn't quite understand this yet, but he works to fix his mistakes as soon as he does.

Now, let's look at season 1's incident. Troy is threatening to cut Dustin with a knife if Mike doesn't jump off the quarry cliff. Two lives are in immediate and direct danger in this situation. El, literally at the last second, saves Mike as he's falling, so that's one problem fixed and one less life at stake. By this time, yes, Troy has moved away from Dustin, but he is still holding the knife! And then he aggressively steps towards El, threatening her with it, so she snaps his arm and makes him drop it. This is self defense, as well as defending her friends from a dangerous situation.

In season 4, Angela publicly humiliates El. Yes, it's awful, and yes, she deserves the smack that she gets for it, but it's nowhere near as bad as what Troy was doing. Angela isn't putting any lives in immediate danger, she's not brandishing a weapon! Legally, El smacking Angela is assault, because at the point of the roller-scate-smack, the ordeal is done with, and there was no physical harm done. I'd like to add that I'm aware of El falling, and that she may have been hurt, but technically no one touched her, so it still isn't technically self-defense (I may be wrong here, pls correct me if so). This is a very unfortunate situation, and I feel terrible for El, as should everyone, but I'm a firm believer that when it comes to bullies, you shouldn't fight fire with fire, and Mike seems to carry this belief as well, as he repeatedly tells the boys to just ignore their bullies in s1. @foodiewithdahoodie has an old post (can't find it irl, but it's stuck in my brain) in which they say El treats Angela, a normal girl who is not a serious threat, with the same extreme hostility she shows the UD monsters, and I completely agree with this. El is flawed, and Mike's not a bad person for reacting to those flaws, that just happen to include unnecessary violence, the way a normal person would.

Anyways, what I'm getting at here is that these two situations are completely different (again, Troy has a literal weapon, two peoples' lives were being actively threatened!) and Mike's reaction in both circumstances were completely valid! In season one, he was seconds away from death, and so when El saved him and made the threat go away, he was eternally grateful for her defense. In season 4, he tries so hard to get to her when he realizes what's going on despite having just found out she'd been lying to him for months, and he was even completely on El's side, trying to find and comfort her, until she hit Angela, then he believed she went too far (she did), so he made that known. He's never been one to sugarcoat when he disagrees with certain behaviors, and he doesn't start here, he tells it like it is: Angela doesn't look fine. It also is just a lot to process, so it doesn't surprise me that it takes an overnight thought-session for him to figure out where he went wrong, and again, he tries to make it up to her! To connect with her, bringing down some of his walls in the process! She just disregards his experiences, then brings up him not saying ILY, so he gets defensive and puts back up his walls, and they never get to continue this conversation! (This is an analysis for another day in and of itself tbh)

To reiterate, it just irks me when people compare these scenes to try and make Mike out to be a bad person, when they are nowhere near the same situation! His reactions being different makes total sense, esp when adding the shock-factor of it all! I'll stop talking now cuz this could go on forever and I lowkey feel like I'm just repeating myself now.

a silly fun little headcanon/idea: for the OG Clone Force 99 foursome, their "Havoc" designations are... quite literal.

((this is all based on the idea that Wrecker is Havoc-1, Tech is Havoc-2, Hunter is Havoc-3, and Crosshair is Havoc-4.))

naturally, when they were younger, they caused a lot of, well, havoc! much to the annoyance of the Kaminoans. who started keeping records of their shenanigans. Tech found the reports, showed his brothers, and they tallied them up, and discovered:

Wrecker caused/got into the most trouble, followed by Tech, then Hunter, then Crosshair.

of course, this caused a big argument, because clearly Crosshair starts a lot of shit, and deserved to be #2 at least.

in actuality, Crosshair is #4 bc he was just better at not getting caught. even as a kid & teenager, he preferred secretive 'warfare' from afar or in 'the shadows'.

Hunter is #3 because of a small temper. he's started many a fistfight when his brothers were being picked on or insulted.

while he's hardly one to start fistfights or prank the regs, Tech is #2 because of two things: his affinity to ignore rules in pursuit of knowledge, and Crosshair and Wrecker's ability to coerce him to join in their shenanigans. (esp if it's a prank. Tech wants to make sure they're successful.)

Wrecker is #1 mostly because he ends up protecting Crosshair when he starts shit. Crosshair has a way with words that Wrecker doesn't. and Wrecker has a way with pushing and punching that Crosshair doesn't.

and also from protecting Tech when he inadvertently says something insulting and inadvertently starts shit too.

and of course, like Hunter, Wrecker is just defending his brothers in general from the bullies.

and like Tech, he's in the pursuit of knowledge... except his pursuit involves a lot more explosive materials and devices.

anyways, so on top of this, the Kaminoans (and probably the ARC troopers / clone commanders on Kamino) have repeatedly yelled at them "Stop causing so much havoc!!" to the point it becomes their inside joke. if they go for training or lunch or anything, and someone asks them "and where are you off to??" they'll reply "we're off to cause some havoc, sir/ma'am" with their little grins.

so naturally, it all comes together as part of the inside joke. when Wrecker comes last in some stupid test, they remind him that he's still "the #1 havoc on Kamino." when Tech comes first in almost everything, they remind him that "you're still only the #2 havoc." when Hunter or Crosshair's ego get a little too inflated, they remind him that "yeah but you're only the 3rd/4th best havoc."

and when they finally graduate, and they get their own ship, and debate for hours on what to call it, Hunter finally remembers that list of incident reports and that silly little inside joke, and knows exactly what to name their ship. (well, the first part.)

and he knows exactly what call signs they are going to use.

Hi! Can I request for ROR characters helping teen blind!reader with their daily stuff and how they would accommodate them? I really enjoy your writings a lot and I started following you recently!

-It had been only about a month since you went completely blind, a blow to the head while you were at school, playing volleyball, was the cause.

-Each passing day your vision faded, faces fading to only shapes of color until only darkness was the only thing your perceived.

-Your, massive adoptive, family was supportive, many gathering research materials on how to help, many getting the house basically baby-proofed, until you were comfortable, and many comforted you as you sobbed almost each night, not wanting to face the fact that you weren’t going to see them ever again.

-They were all extremely patient with you, as you had to relearn how to do things at a snail’s pace, like using eating utensils and grabbing your drink without knocking it over.

-For the first few weeks, your body was covered in bruises and a few abrasions when you fell, tripping over something, Ares had suggested wrapping you in bubble wrap to keep you from getting hurt but it was vetoed by all, including you.

-Around your massive home, you grew more comfortable, able to sense where things were from muscle memory, everyone just had to make sure if they moved something they had to put it back before you hurt yourself, or if they had to move something permanently, they brought you to the room so you could learn the new layout.

-If you went out in public, you always had someone with you to hold onto, just so you wouldn’t fall. You had to learn how to use a cane, but with practice, it became easier and easier. However, even with this confidence, they still didn’t want you going out by yourself, just in case.

-Many, like Ares, Eve, Adam, and several of the valkyries, had to learn to ease off and not baby you, you had to learn how to do things, you weren’t helpless, just blind. They did back off and encouraged and praised you for a while before backing off that as well, treating you like normal.

-When it was time to return to school, there was a few, mainly Loki, who had actually booby-trapped you, as a few of them were concerned that you were going to be bullied, so he laid a trap, if anyone bullied you, he would be immediately summoned and would wreak havoc on those who would dare treat you like this.

-Adam was one of the few who agreed with Loki’s methods, wanting you save, but their antics had quickly been stopped after the one and only incident, but not because of the god of mischief, but due to your friends who came to your aid defended you.

-At home, Loki couldn’t help but tease you sometimes, like if you pulled a can of soda out of the fridge and set it on the counter so you could get a glass with ice, he would move it and snicker as you felt around for the can. You didn’t mind as you found it a bit amusing yourself, as long as he didn’t move anything important, like your cane, but Loki knew what his limits were for you.

-You grew accustomed to the dark, your other senses heightening, which had scared a few of your family members when you could call them out by their footsteps two rooms away, or you could smell something cooking from a block away.

-Tesla leaped at the chance to study this, after getting your permission but you were happy to help as his theories were interesting to listen to about how a person could change by losing one of the 5 major senses and you were happy to test out some hands on theories with him, finding that it actually helped you grow more comfortable, especially when out and about.

-This injury was life changing for you, but you had one hell of a support group backing you up. They stood beside you and helped you adjust to this change without making you feel like you were a burden at any time.

-You couldn’t ask for a better family.

in their universe, harley stands alone at tony’s funeral. after ten years of having known each other, harley has to stand there. staring blankly hollowly ahead. shuffling uncomfortable in an ill-fitted suit. around a majority of people he has never met before as he mourns a mentor, a friend, a mechanic.

he has to stand there while people talk about tony stark — this larger than life man who has left behind a larger than life shadow cast on all of their lives, a footprint on all of their hearts — as he only ever thinks about tony the mechanic.

the man who crash - landed in his garage after everyone in the world thought he had died. the man who gave him a way to defend himself against bullies. the man who praised a throwaway idea he had on what the iron man suit could have even if he likely already thought it. the man who let him oversee and aid in the recovery of jarvis despite only being eleven. the man who took out the one thing keeping him alive just to try and save a kid he never met as harley had to scramble to put it back. the man who gave his garage an equipment makeover as a thank you. the man who would stay in his life and check up on him. the man who did more than his own father figure ever could.

in their universe, harley has to go back home and reconcile with the knowledge that the world got everyone back but the people standing in pained agonised silence at the stark lakehouse didn’t.

but in another universe, tony gets to do more.

he gets to be a constant in harley’s life by sending him equipment and checking up on him, but he gets to stay in his life, too.

in another universe, tony gets to see him grow up from this sarcastic child who might be a little too blunt for his age to a young adult who has finally had the opportunity to flourish away from a home that only ever stifled him. harley can credit tony for inspiring him, for making him want to explore his love for technology and mechanical engineering. harley developed a love for cars, and he chose to come back to work with tony. to return to working by his side in what used to be stark motors. to walk the same hallways where tony’s father tried to make the first flying car.

harley was enlisted by tony to join the worldwide engineering brigade. he got to attend stark expo in hong kong with doreen. he and doreen got so inspired by the iron wing and decided to create the web slinger vehicles because of it. he is accredited to making the automation system behind the vehicles and works in designing and debugging. he wanted to put heated seats and a potato gun attachment on the web slinger vehicles.

he made a repulsor blaster in both iron man and rescue colours. he still has dorky potato gun names inspired off of disney puns. he makes a whole assortment of potato - powered and potato - firing weapons including his own stun blaster gauntlet. his locker has a sticker of iron man and stark racing on it with his name spray - painted. it’s been 39 days since the last potato gun incident. he has a spider bot he uses to fight peter during their web battle potluck. his potato guns are all over avengers campus.

he gets to go to a school where he can learn and grow with people who think the way he does, who have a love of science the way he does. he is listed as one of the avengers’ allies, sorted under iron man’s allies.

in another universe, he’s the mechanic’s assistant.

I guess this post's going to be a "sequel" to my post about Sunny and Mari because I have Thoughts about the game's potential again, this time concerning Sunny's other friends because god damn they're so underdeveloped and irrelevant 😭

Aubrey holds the "privilege" of being the game's only main character to have something vaguely resembling a character arc, and yet the execution of said character arc still leaves much to be desired. She has some makings of being a nice foil to Sunny (Sunny dealt with his issues by folding into himself in denial while Aubrey dealt with them by taking out her rage on Basil, Sunny's appearance is as bland and average as it can get while Aubrey's appearance is rather garish and visually striking) and I believe that kind of angle would've been really fascinating to work with. I'd have also preferred Aubrey being upfront about being a jerk - her incessant "noooo i'm not a meanie YOU are meanies >:(" deflections don't make her a Deeper character, they just become annoying after a while.

Maybe the game could've featured a flashback (an actual flashback, because Headspace isn't the most reliable source of information) where Aubrey defends Sunny or Basil from jerks harassing them at school and openly expresses her distaste for assholes who think it's okay to pick on someone who can't fight back... only to become that exact sort of asshole down the road. If Basil is the one she stands up for, this could even be their first meeting for additional irony!

Aubrey's rough home life is another aspect of her character the game should've elaborated on, especially given that its only purpose in the story is to be shorthand for "she's just a poor bbygirl please feel bad for her". What if Aubrey was closer to her father than she was to her mother? What if her dad left her mom precisely because the latter developed alcoholism and eventually became difficult to live with? What if Aubrey herself started using booze (albeit not to the extent her mother does) to cope with Mari's death, hating herself because she knows she's becoming exactly like her mother and turning into a person her beloved father would probably look down on? Honestly, the kids' parental issues would've been way more interesting to learn about than listening to them go "waaaa I miss my wife Tails Mari :'c" for the 1403rd time in a row as if we didn't get the memo already

Last but not least, before I move onto Hero and Kel, I'd like to echo @beevean's opinion about the whole "Aubrey shoves Basil into the lake" plot point - Aubrey absolutely should've been the one to save Basil after realizing what she's done. That'd have been a brilliant way to show that she still genuinely cares about her friends despite her violent exterior. This could've also tied into the reason she isolates herself on the final day - even though she makes no bones about being an asshole, the lake incident rattles her and finally makes her recognize that she crossed a line she never thought she'd be able to cross. She and her friends lost Mari already, and they would've lost Basil too, this time by her hands. The guilt overwhelms her, and she decides to shut herself off from the outside world since she thinks that she's a danger to her friends... sounds rather familiar, doesn't it? :)

IMO, Hero arguing that Aubrey still cares about her friends because she quickly dove into the lake to rescue Basil to break her out of her funk before the group hug would've made for a more solid point than "you care because you restored the photo album!", which completely ignores the fact that she stole it from Basil and bullied him for four years over it.

Speaking of Hero, the first thing I'd like to change is the reason for his nickname because the "he likes hero sandwiches lol" explanation is fucking stupid. It'd have definitely made more sense for it to be an in-joke for Sunny's friend group, since Hero's Just Naturally Good™ at everything he does. Maybe Kel or Aubrey could've created some sort of running gag by jokingly calling him "Hank", the decidedly less cool-sounding diminutive form of his real name, Henry.

I think that Hero apparently yelling "a lot of hurtful stuff" at Kel when the latter tried to help him stop being a recluse could've lent itself to some interesting characterization had the game bothered to explore it. What if Hero used Kel's biggest insecurities against him in his rant? He'd be the one to know his younger brother best, after all :)

Maybe the incident could have been used to establish a contrast of sorts between the brothers, with Kel having blocked out everything Hero said about him for the sake of his own mental health and Hero having the memory burned into his mind because he still feels very guilty about the outburst even four years after the fact. What if Hero spent said four years believing that Kel secretly hates him for what happened and being afraid of talking to him about it? Perhaps that would've explained Kel's remark about Hero being "a little more closed off now than he used to be."

Hero himself could've been an interesting character, mainly because his relationship with Mari isn't really touched on by the game, which is baffling since he was her boyfriend. Maybe the story could've tried to indicate that he still has trouble moving on from her suicide by him trying to abruptly change the subject whenever Mari comes up in a conversation. The story could've also tried to show the ways Mari as a person shaped Hero into the person he is (e.g. Mari is mentioned to have had a mischievous side to her, so Hero could've probably had an affinity for mischief too?) I think that sort of thing would've been nice to see in all of the game's characters, actually - the point is that even though Mari is dead, she "lives" on in a way through her friends and her brother, through the habits they picked up from her. Of course, that would necessitate Mari to have a personality beyond "picnic blanket" lmao

Maybe the game could've had Hero (unconsciously) start doting on Sunny as if he was the latter's older brother because, as part of him blaming himself for his friend group's dissolution, he feels especially guilty for "forgetting" about Sunny in his grief. I like to think that this, coupled with Hero picking up Mari's behaviors, would actually hurt Sunny even more, probably since a) it'd fuel his fears about everyone caring about him only because he's the last reminder of Mari they have left and b) every time Sunny sees Hero trying to be affectionate, he's just reminded of his sister, and it hurts.

You know, maybe the game could've even implied that Sunny harbors a bit of resentment towards Kel for having an older sibling in the first place. Sunny himself is aware that it's completely irrational and beats himself up over it ("oh my god, how could I even think something like that? he's my friend!"), but it's still there.

Kel loves his older brother. Kel has an older sibling to love.

Sunny doesn't. Not anymore, at least.

He had a sister.

She's gone now.

Tysm @forestcat000 for giving me an excuse to talk about my targ ocs :))

Tw, brief mention of cannibalism at the end, also these are the twintargcest mfers so keep that in mind (though I don’t support any variety of targ or incest generally)

Elaena and Aenar are both twin children of Alicent and Viserys. I’m not entirely sure where in the order of children they’d fall, but they wouldn’t be first.

Aenar is very separated from doing literally anything ever. Nothing interests him aside from dragon riding, so he spends the entire time dragon riding, or terrorising people. He never gets involved with politics, even when he’s being forced into it. Elaena is a lot more involved, though she is more of a pawn. She’s used just to get the family what they want, and she’s kind of danced around because she’s pretty, and does everything she’s ‘meant’ to do, and is basically the portrayal of a ‘perfect’ Targaryen woman in that sense. Mostly her position is to just try and make Rhaenyra’s claim look weaker by playing to the whole idea that Rhae’s not acting as women ‘should’.

El is pretty closed off, so her interactions with other characters are quite limited. She does obviously go out to play a persons when she’s needed to, but other than that, she keeps to herself. She’s closest with Aenar, he’s her twin brother and her lover it would be expected, but there is a lot of tension there. Aenar likes to torment, and he can take it a little too far. She tends to be very cautious around him because of it, but she’s also very tender and caring. With her mother, she can be very similar, though mostly because she really cares about Alicent thinks of her. Most of what she does, she does because her mother asks if of her. She is also married to one of my other ocs, Cevan, and they’re very sweet together. They don’t talk much, but they do spend a lot of time in eachother’s company and he can be very loving. She doesn’t like how little she finds herself able to reciprocate his behaviour, but he never expects her to apologise for it. Aenar just bullies everyone. He’s an asshole and like I’m not going to pretend he isn’t. He’s nicest to Cevan just because he can’t get away with it with him. And no matter how much he pushes back against it, Cevan is also very sweet towards him. Cevan just loves him some twins idk what to say.

Aenar and Elaena actually share a dragon. I think I spoke about it briefly in another post?? Of their dragon eggs, one of them died and the other hatched deformed. They were sure it was going to die, but reptiles with Bicephaly (two heads) can survive and live full lives, so it didn’t. Both managed to bond with an individual head, but El bonded with the more dominant head, so technically her bond with the dragon is stronger. They named each head, with Aenar calling his Vermeys and Elaena calling hers Balerul. It’s all black, and rather large for its age as each head eats enough for one. Because I like my dragons to be special little princesses. Vermeys likes to torment mice and other small animals, whilst Balerul tends to have a stronger dislike towards people. Balerul is often muzzled for incidents with biting, and has scars across her neck from Vermeys tormenting her whilst she can’t defend herself.

I do want Elaena to have a form of magic, or at least something peculiar about her. But I honestly don’t trust myself enough with Got magic to give her any right now. But I’m reading the books so let’s hope they give me some semblance of an idea how to deal with it because El would have magic. Just… she would. She’s wonderful. She deserves it.

As for dragonlike traits, idk if you meant like physically or personality wise because I’m mentally like just fucking stupid. But the closest I can think of off the top of my head is that Elaena has some weird little envy thing where she kinda wishes she was born a dragon and so… goes out of her way to act like one. Plus she eats people because she saw Balerul eat someone and wanted to know what it tasted like… so… if either of them has Dragon-like traits, it’s el.

It all Started with a Splash

Sherlock thought Carl Powers was Jim's first murder, but he was partially wrong. Jim only made it look that way to protect the real culprit, and who would that be? but Sebastian Moran.

Carl was bigger than Jim and even though Jim could defend himself, he couldn't have held him down under water for long enough to have drowned.

It was a little over a year before when Sebastian first encounter this Carl douchebag.

Carl always picked on Jim, and Sebastian hated him. He reminded him of his father, always thinking they could bully others into doing what they wanted and that just got under Sebastian’s skin pissing him off beyond belief. Causing the blond to fight Carl after school very frequently that year.

Sometimes he would be so cruel to Jim, Sebastian would fight him in the hallway, moments after whatever stupid shit Carl had done. It didn't matter the punishment they got, Carl wouldn't stop so Sebastian wouldn't either.

The day the drowning happened. Carl had been particularly awful to Jim after the swimming class they were taking.

Carl thought it to be funny to hide all of Jim's clothes and take Jim's swimming trunks when he was showering. Making the little Irish lad walk home naked.

Luckily Sebastian was outside waiting. He always was, Seb tried positioning himself around Jim whenever Powers was around.

Hearing some of the other boys come out of the locker room talking about Jim desperately looking around for his things. Sebastian rushes in to find Jim on his knees on the wet tile floor, completely naked looking for his bag.

Without a second thought, Sebastian takes off his jacket and shirt giving them to Jim.

"Here.....wear this, I'll find your clothes." He says in an icy dark tone.

Carl squirms and flailed trying to get out of Sebastian’s grasp but Sebastian soon held him down with both hands, putting on him as much pressure and weight as he can without falling in himself.

there is splashing and gurgling sounds coming from Carl to stop soon enough.

Jim nervously looked around the pool, hoping no one saw them. He wanted to help Seb, god knows he thought about murdering Carl often enough, but seeing it happen before his eyes and not being in a position where he could participate was to say the least, more than disappointing.

But this incident would live in Jim’s mind forever & would fuel his own murderous fantasies more and more until he would get his own opportunity to murder someone & as a form of poetic justice & undying gratitude to Seb, for riding him of his own bully.

Jim’s true first victim would come two years later, in the form of a brutally bloody car accident he planned in detail for his sole victim Sir Augustus Moran.

As Seb helped Jim end his torture at school, Jim helped Seb end his torture at home & with those two transcending murders, the pair forged a bond stronger than anything they had ever experienced before.

hey I hope you're having a good day/night! may I request headcanons (separately) for Will Turner and Jack Sparrow with a s/o who stutters?

Jack Sparrow:

• After informing him of your stutter, his demeanor changes completely and has grown very protective of you

• In the beginning, however, he’s uncertain on how to react to this news at first, but as time and days go by, it doesn’t take him long to figure out the actions he should be taking

• If he finds out that someone on the crew teases you about it, or is just downright cruel, they better watch out because if anyone messes around with you, it’s the same thing as if they were messing around with Jack

• They would have to be on high alert of Jack Sparrow, as of just realizing that if they hurt you in anyway, Jack will hurt them right back, giving it back to them ten fold.

• It would take an idiot to piss of Jack. Lo and behold, an idiot did, and they will pay the price for it.

• On some days, you’d sometimes feel insecure about it and occasionally, Jack has noticed you trying to hold it in and hide it. It was something hard to hold down, but you can’t help it if it’s a part of who you are.

• Jack would worry, he’d make sure to sincerely say things to make you smile and to feel better, sometimes he’d throw you a one of his crummy jokes

• He’d start naming everything he liked about you.

• By everything we’re talking about literally everything.

• Jack would be seen by your side all day every day, he truly loves to have you for company while he looks out for you.

• All it would take is one wrong look at you, that individual had better watch their back.

• Jack Sparrow had never shown this much affection towards anyone else, so it was like a rare treat to getting the chance to see this side of him.

• It comes to a point where that you’re so used to having him around, being by his side, that you begin to follow him everywhere on the ship, he won’t admit it out loud, but he loved that you did that.

• Out of the whole crew, you’re the one to gain Jack’s respect and loyalty without really having to earn it in a certain way.

• At the end of the day, you and Jack would be hanging out while up on deck, taking on sailing the assigned course.

• Jack got to know you a little more each time, finding a lot of things in common

• It’s not long before your relationship starts to grow from friendship into something much more, sometimes other women would look his way as you walked by together.

• Not just any women, but actual women you knew. The bullies of the neighborhood is what you call them, or filthy fats because they gave gained weir over the years they’ve spent picking on you.

• One of those women happens to be your ex best friend. The ex friend felt you stole Jack away from her when you really had him first, long before she turned against you.

• Jealous looks would be thrown at you, having Jack to say “Sorry, darling. But you and I would never have worked out in the long run.”

• Afterwards, he makes sure that you’re okay. These incidents occur every now and then. Not too often.

Will Turner:

• Will can be intimidating if he wanted to be when it comes to defending you.

• When you first inform him of it, he’s is genuinely surprised by it.

• You have the stuttering in control for most of the time, it’s just every once in a great while, it catches you off guard and you sometimes can’t help but feel embarrassed about it.

• The next time it happens, it was when you were agreeing on taking orders from Will. You were hoping he didn’t catch onto it, but he did and asked you if you were okay.

• You would reassure him and try to be on your way, but Will always knows when your holding something back, but he could tell that you were just very hesitant to be more open about it due to some bad experiences from your past after having told someone you thought you could trust about.

• Just as you feared, you started telling Will about it but tried keeping your voice low enough so that no one else could listen in, but someone did.

• It was a mate on your team, not know they were behind you the whole time as they started snickering, having both you and Will turn around to face him.

• “W-w- what are you looking at?” He says, mimicking your stutter.

• This causes Will’s blood to boil before quickly approaching him. You watch as Will swings a fist at the guy, but just barely misses as the guy was quick to move out of the way.

• This doesn’t stop Will from defending you, you remain watching as Will now had his hand lightly wrapped against the guy’s throat before sealing the making of an negotiation.

• “If you want someone to pick on, you pick on me, understood?”

• Having watching this, you watch as the guy had become uncertain of agreeing to this trade, but accepts it before walking away. Will turns back to you, asking if you were alright.

• “Are you alright, (Y/n)?” He asks, you nod in response.

• “Good.” You could tell he was still upset about what happened, as you got to witness Will making sure everybody knew not to bother you and to leave you alone.

• It was kind of funny and entertaining to watch this happen

I feel like Rowling has a huge petty personality streak and that turned against Dracos fans and shippers and thats why he has worse standing with her than James, Regulus, Snape even tho they are equal or even worse than Draco. BUT she also wants us to accept Curced Child as canon where Draco is a redemeed person, good husband and father and called Harry's friend in the script. All without the benefit of paying this off in the main storyline.

yeah JKR is definitely super petty. and on the one hand she claims her books are anti bullying but then then on the other hand she totally brushes off what James did to Snape even tho it's the most egregious incident of bullying depicted in the book series. She lionizes Snape and Regulus, but frames Draco totally differently even tho his situation is very similar to that of Snape and Regulus except even more sympathetic than theirs since right from the start he had doubts about joining the Death Eaters and idolized Voldemort in the abstract without having been exposed to the reality of him.

To be fair, iirc Cursed Child was written by someone else with JKRs approval. but yeah. it's still hypocritical.

also a lot of JKR's criticisms of Draco fans are couched in sexism. which is unsurprising bc TERF ideology isn't just transphobic. It's also deeply sexist. TERFs are convinced that personality traits and worth are determined by biological sex. Which is...the basis of sexism. It's why they often say things that are also really sexist and damaging towards cis women even tho that is the very group they claim to be defending.

This is a really really interesting question and a tough one too. What would Gray be like if he still had Stephan with him after the "accident"?

Gray Yeon character analysis!

Let's assume a situation like Kenny's where Stephan got really injured but was still awake and by Gray's side. I think that that would be a good and a bad thing for Gray's development. If Stephan was still here then Gray would definitely be extremely protective of him. Like "I will die before I let anyone lay a finger on you" protective. This would definitely bring them a lot closer.

On the other hand, Gray would never learn to trust anyone else other than Stephan. What would happen if he had met Ben and Eugene and the others in this situation? He wouldn't trust them. He would not have formed any kind of connection with them because he'd be too scared to have someone be so close to him and Stephan after Bryce. And as a result, he would lose some extremely nice people.

I think that Gray wouldn't be as nice of a person as he is now if he still had Stephan. Eugene and Ben played a really big role in making him realize that all good is not lost with the loss of Stephan. They're the reason why Gray can learn to look at people's other sides. This trait would come in handy in Donald and Jake's situations.

At first, Gray thought that Ben Park was yet another bully who bullied people for fun. But once he spent more time with him and Alex, he realized that not everyone is what they seem like. Just like how Bryce wasn't the good hearted friend that he pretended to be, other people, who might seem bad at first, aren't necessarily always evil. If Stephan was here, he'd (Gray) never realize this. He wouldn't even have given Ben and Alex a chance to prove that they're not some generic bullies.

Because Gray made new friends, he's able to see people beyond the initial first impression of them. This can be seen in Jake's case. Gray doesn't hate Jake. He is giving him the benefit of the doubt because he saw him outside of fighting and thought that he didn't seem like that bad of a person. He's willing to give Jake a chance at redemption. Gray who still had Stephan would never do this. If this gray saw Jake, he'd think that Jake was putting up a facade of a nice person. So them potentially being friends would never happen.

Also Donald.

Idk what situation Donald is gonna end up in but if there's anyone that can save him, it's Gray. Gray is the only person who'd be, even remotely, willing to give Donald a second chance. He'd be the only one willing to listen to Donald's side of story.

Notice how in the recent chapters, when gray is kind of defending daehyeon guys, Ben just brushes it off without further discussion. If Ben isn't willing to forgive Jake then there's no way he'd be willing to listen to Donald. If Gray still had Stephan, he'd be the same as Ben in this situation. Not willing to forgive. And then Donald would be lost forever. He'd either end up doing even worse things or just waste away.

So yeah, I think that Stephan being away from Gray played a huge role in Gray's development and overall, it was a good thing.

ONE OF US!

So my friend asked me a little more about the show since some of the lore I was talking about intrigued them, and their brother just so happened to have this show as his fav! They're an Undertale nerd so this stuff was completely new to them hearing about a show that could be Pac Man's childhood. But, the problem is that they said they understood why Skeebo dies or has trauma in all of my au's like 2 minutes into the first episode, they even asked me to try to post one of the lesser... scary ones on here, so... yeah, the au I will mostly be posting about is a different version of 'Fated', the S**cidal AU.

Spoiler Alert: The S**cidal AU is an alternate universe of the alternate universe Fated, but the AU is a whole different thing alone. Around the ending of the Christmas episode, (where Pac gave a gift to Skeebo) Skeebo started showing signs of depression and anxiety that concerned many classmates, mostly the empathetic ones like Sherri and Spiral. One day, when another ghost attack occurred, Earthquake (from my last post on the Specter part) and her partner Hawk tried to take Sherri and Skeebo as hostages, but they failed as soon as they laid a finger on Sherri, with much violence and gore-like scenes, Hawk was killed while Earthquake escaped leaving both teenagers at the same spot, but Skeebo had to go to the hospital from loss of blood. When he recovered, the signs started to show even more and he stopped his whole bullying career ever since the incident. He started defending Pac and kept protecting him from his friends which concerned people even more, he even shot death glares at girls at the school that used to tease Sherri, he was acting like he wanted Pac and Sherri to be safe and not be hurt at all when he himself used to hurt them.

The last day people saw Skeebo was the day he had gone missing when his dorm mate woke up in the morning, but he was found dead with a bloody blade in the boys' bathroom when Spiral needed to take a walk. When police were contacted, the whole class was taken to the station for investigation and more info on Skeebo, they all later found out that Skeebo's fingerprints were on the knife along with his will for why he did this to himself. Pac was devastated that he would do such a thing to himself until he read the letter, that's when guilt started to rise over everyone. Skeebo wakes up in the Nether Realm sobbing and panicking when he sees the other ghosts, every spirit felt that something was off with him and they started wondering if anyone there knew him, the Ghost gang didn't recognize him, however the three bad B's did. The entirety of the AU Betrayus tried to give Skeebo his body back since something about his ghost was dangerous and revealing, but he will soon change his mind when he realizes what a gift he was, but things will remain the same for Pac and his friends, they want their blonde back.

This is a pretty sad one, it was based off of a 'what if' from my brother, like he said, "What if Skeebo never existed? Or he was dead the entire time? Or what if he died?" If Skeebo never existed, he would probably have been a version of Pac's insecurity or sadness, if he was dead the entire time then the ghosts would know if he was, but if Skeebo died, I didn't know if I could provide an explanation for that one. But Cisco and Xyro exist in this one so that was fun! Along with two love interests for the twins :')

Ideas I had about the incident that damaged Hail’s eye with the idea about Hail forgiving someone.

Cris: It was an accident, Hail cannot remember (either because the memory is repressed or because the injury). Cris and Hail got into a argument of some kind (ideally something very personal for it to become so heated), it started with shouting, a little bit of shoving, and finally Cris shoves Hail, he accidentally falls face forward onto something and it gouges his eye out or off a high ledge and it damaged part of his skull alongside the eye. Cris calls for help, but doesn’t let anyone know it was her fault, as far as anyone is aware, Hail fell down accidentally and ended doing this to himself. The reason dream Cris is extra nice to him isn’t just because Hail remembers Cris as a good friend, but it’s also to keep up the fantasy that she would never hurt him, maybe she takes attacks for him in headspace or has a move that defends Hail during the tutorial. As far as Cris knows, Hail remembers the truth, so she’s been avoiding her friend in hope that she doesn’t get hated and outed for an accident, this would be the twist to the storyline as the game builds up in the facing the truth endings of the story. Ultimately the truth will get confronted with Cris and Hail, and a choice would come up to forgive her but keep it a secret, forgive her but allow the truth to come out, deny her apology and leave her alone, or just ignore her and walk past her. The two later endings would probably have Cris mentally break down or commit suicide due to the years of guilt.

A bully: The the idea is that this bully character would kind of act like a Ganondorf or Bowser character in headspace, the bully is the big bad, and memories Hail discovers IRL the bully was a huge asshole, probably beat him up, harass hail, and because social media was now becoming mainstream, the early age of cyber bullying allowed the bully to bother Hail even when he wasn’t near. Basic idea of this one is during one of their bullying sessions he accidentally causes the injury, he meant to hurt Hail but it ended up being horrific and nearly fatal, and when Hail seemingly stopped coming to school, when Hail’s friends apparently hadn’t seen him in months, the guilt builds up. He can’t be a bully anymore, the fact that he ruined Hail’s life to this degree haunts him. He has tried many times to apologize over letters, in person, through bookface (instead of Facebook), but he always chickens out, unable to come up with anything that he feels will make up for the fact that he pushed Hail to far. Inevitably he gets involved in the IRL segments and it’s clear the bully has already made huge differences, he’s a very quiet and self loathing person, but in his eyes he deserves the bad view of himself, he wants to be a better person (despite already being one now), and desperately wants to apologize to Hail, the one person he’s afraid to approach. In headspace he probably stays stereotypically evil, but in blackspace and IRL the hints as why he was a bully, the guilt, Hail’s desire to lash out to all the problems he kept facing alongside his bullying make him want to hurt him back, so you could probably include a ending where Hail lashes out and badly injures the bully, maybe accidentally kill him.

Cris and Hail got into an argument of some kind (ideally something very personal for it to become so heated)

Definitely needs to be very personal. In OMORI, the big stairs incident was caused by a perfect storm of factors. Mari was spending a lot of time on the piano and extra classes, so Sunny picked up the violin to spend more time with her. Mari’s perfectionism frustrated Sunny, and then one thing led to another. Basil’s attachment to Sunny and fear of losing him caused him to do the thing with the jump rope and keep the secret for 4 years. Basically, if there is a conflict between Hail and Cris, it needs to be more than “one day they suddenly had a fight“.

Overall, an interesting idea... I like it, especially the ending. However, if Cris stays a playable party member in this scenario, it would only be fair if Kya and Rowan had a similar important story role. They’d likely serve a purpose similar to Kel; putting in the effort to reconnect with Hail and showing them that life is still worth living.

Similar to the first game, Hail’s Headspace has been reset over their time as a dreamer, not only to keep the RPG adventures going, but to clear out any possible triggers or connections to the event.

Overall, another good idea. However, if I go with the idea of a bully character, they will have to be more than just some bully.

I finally watched The Defenders

So I've been trying to get through the defenders shows for a bit and I finally watched the entirety of The Defenders (the crossover show) and I was writing my reactions and some of these are pretty funny so im gonna put them here (a lot of them are about matt because he's easy to make fun of and a lot fo the Danny ones are bullying him because he's Danny)

We Are Family, Chapter 3: Piano

It's really amazing how the slightest change can have the biggest effects on Writer's Block. I've been stuck on this chapter for over 2 months now, and I decided to change one sentence and remove one paragraph, and suddenly I was able to escape my Writer's Block and actually finish this chapter, plus another and start yet another!

Needless to say the Sakaki parents, Yusho and Yoko, were not happy when they found out that Yuri had shoved a kid’s head in a toilet for the third time this year. The only thing that stopped them from grounding their son was the fact that he was once again defending Yuya from a bully.

“Why do people like picking on you?” Yusho asked Yuya over the family’s daily video chat. The Sakaki father was out of the country touring the world at the moment, and wouldn’t be home for another couple weeks. He was a world-famous magician, and his tours provided enough money for his family to live comfortably. Of course that didn’t mean he let his kids think that being rich made them exempt from following rules and laws. No, he and his wife made sure their kids were good kids.

“I think I know why people pick on him,” Zarc said. “He just gives off an innocent vibe, like he would never even think of defending himself because he would never want to hurt anyone even if they hurt him first. And evil is attracted to innocence. It wants to break the innocent and destroy them. So it makes sense that people like to bully him. They just don’t expect it when he actually fights back, or when Yuto, Yuri, and Yugo come to his defense.”

Zarc was majoring in psychology, so he probably knew what he was talking about. Yoko sighed. “Well, as mad as we are that you did that Yuri, we know you were just protecting your brother. Just… please try to find a different solution next time? Preferably one that doesn’t involve you trying to feed a bully to your plants?”

That was another thing Yuri liked to do to Yuya’s bullies, and was in fact what had gotten him expelled from their last school. Last time he had actually managed to succeed in getting one of the bullies bitten by one of his prized plants. While it hadn’t been able to actually eat the bully, the plant did produce a toxic-to-humans enzyme that got into the bite mark, and the bully had to be rushed to the hospital. He survived, but Yuri had been expelled from school for the incident.

Yuri pouted and looked away from his I-Pad. After a moment, he spoke in a petulant tone, “Yes, Mother.”

“Good!” Yoko said. “I’ll have some homemade apple pie sent home from the set tonight! Behave for Zarc, boys!”

Yuri immediately brightened at the mention of homemade apple pie, and he and his brothers all cheered. Their mother’s apple pie was one of their favorite treats! Yuto and Zarc were always begging Yoko to teach them her recipe. Yuya and Yugo licked their lips thinking about the pie they were going to have that night.

Their parents had to go shortly after the mention of pie, so the video chat ended. Yuya flopped backwards onto his bed, closing his eyes. He was thinking about taking a nap, when there was a knock on his door. “Hmm?”

“Hey Yuya? Can you play the piano for us?” Yugo called through the door.

Immediately, Yuya sat up. “Yeah! I’ll be right there!” Yuya was a very talented musician and performer, and his brothers often asked him to play music for them. The youngest Sakaki brother had even written some songs and would sometimes sing them for his family.

Yuya came down to the living room where his brothers were waiting for him. The grand piano sat in the corner of the room, with a few poufs around it which seated the older four Sakaki brothers. They smiled encouragingly at Yuya as he walked over to the piano and sat down to play. “I call this song Aurora’s Embrace!”

Yuya played a song he had recently composed, one that he’d been working on for a couple of months. The song was beautiful, in the style of classical music, and Yuya was quite proud of it.

“Did you come up with lyrics for that song?” Yuto asked as Yuya ended his song. Yuya nodded happily. “Yeah, I did! Wanna hear them?”

“Yeah!” his brothers all said eagerly. Yuya smiled and started playing the song again, but this time singing.

“In the golden morning light,As the dawn breaks through the night,Aurora's gentle touch,Paints the sky with hues so bright.

Whispers of the rising sun,Warmth spreads across the land,Nature awakes from slumber,Embracing the day's gentle hand.

In the stillness of the morn,Beauty unfolds before our eyes,Colors dancing in the sky,A symphony of sunrise.

As the day fades to black,And the shadows start to grow,Aurora's final kiss,Sets the horizon aglow.

Evening's gentle lullaby,Soothing whispers in the sky,As the night unfolds its cloak,We bid the day goodbye.

Sunrise, sunset, a timeless dance,Aurora's embrace, a fleeting glance,In the cycle of light and dark,Nature's eternal spark.”

Yuya’s brothers all applauded when Yuya finished his song, and Yuya beamed as he stood up and gave a bow. Zarc reached out and ruffled his tomato hair. “That was amazing, Yuya! I’m so proud of you!”

Yuya smiled. “Thanks, Zarc!”

Steve prokoves Jonathan by pushing him a couple of times and insults him and his family, yes.

But the one who starts to full blown fight is Jonathan. He is the one who punches Steve in the face. I am not sure why people keep downplaying or trying to make it seem like it wasnt the case?

People say Steve had it coming because he insulted Jonathan and his family and Im like. Yes. he did. And he provoked Jonathan but Jonathan was the one who outright punched Steve in the face.

And listen what Nancy says there. She says 'ignore Steve' and insists on leaving but Jonathan doesnt. He falls to Steve's provocation and punches him in the face. That's how the fight starts.

And yeah Steve obviously fights back. But then you see him stop and he doesnt fight anymore but Jonathan keeps hitting him even after the police came. And the police tries to stop Jonathan even but he tries to get to Steve again.

Honestly it is obvious Jonathan is the one who started the full blown fight by punching Steve in the face. He could have just walked away like Nancy said but he didnt. He wanted to punch Steve instead and fell to his provocation.

So the writers can be considered inconsistent because that Angela scene comes off as ridiculous due to inconsistent narrative.

Unless both scenes were supposed to come off as BAD. And yeah obviously sure. But the way the narrative portrays the both situations arent the same. They made it seem like El smacking Angela was more of a shocking thing than ever. So I would argue it falls to inconsistent writing.

It is not entirely similar but I would argue that Mike pushing Troy is bad too then bc what if he was hurt when Mike made him fall? Should we judge which comeback is better based on the fact that how hurt the bully is? or is it because of the action itself and the narrative choices that portray the each situation?

Honestly I think the Angela scene is inconsisent

Yeah I watched the Jon/Steve fight before I answered your question earlier (if that was you?) and I know what happened, I just don't agree with you. I see Steve hitting him from behind five times while he tries to walk away so I really don't get how you're calling Jonathan the instigator. he escalated it sure, he hit Steve definitely, but as for starting the whole thing, absolutely not.

I agree the writing is inconsistent though, I honestly wasn't sure how the writers meant for me to feel about the Angela thing. it seemed to be treated in a more shocking way but that was maybe mostly because of the other stuff it stirred up for El. I'm not really sure what her ultimate reaction even is to the actual incident. defiant? remorseful? Idk, she never thought about Angela again. granted she was busy saving the world and stuff.

I know the narrative purpose of her hitting Angela was for her to think "uh oh I hit this girl so I probably also killed all those kids" and jump into her whole monster identity journey, but I guess I'm surprised El never got triggered before considering she actually has knowingly killed a bunch of people, some of them in a way pretty similar to Vecna, and totally stood by it because it was self defense. so why the Angela incident was what suddenly rocked her world idk, because it seems like El would consider that yet another instance where she was defending herself
