don’t know if it technically counts (?) but her and apollo would vibe really well i think. also i would love to see her and mizuki okiura interact, their weird little girl isms and sisterly bonding would be so powerful

the scene where her and half the courtroom pressure ryu into buying firecrackers will always be one of my favorites. but honestly all of her out of pocket lines are golden, like when she explained how she would kick jack the ripper’s ass if she were in his victims’ shoes <333 literally the girl of all time

5. Did either of them try to resist their feelings?

Neither of them could actually parse what their feelings were. Bc they’d been glued at the hip since they were children, so they just assume “oh this is how friends are” (which is valid i love kissing the homies). But nah neither of them rejected their feelings, they just had clue that’s what romance felt like so they were just like “oh yeah i feel xyz with you i LOVE that let’s keep doing it”

To be honest, even NOW when they consider their relationship ‘established’— Both of them prefer just saying that they’re best friends. That makes more sense to them (and means more) than any ‘boyfriend husband’ thing.

GENERAL

7. Who takes the lead in social situations?

Jing Yuan ofc (given that he IS the general, & is more experienced w taking the lead). It doesn’t mean that Romen is a push over, they just can’t be bothered a lot of the time.

LOVE

2. What are their primary love languages?

If I say worship & devotion will you understand ANY of what I mean (/hj)

Nah but I don’t like limiting these two like. The ‘primary’ love languages. Bc I don’t think those fully encompass just how they show love… But if I have to. Jing Yuan would be quality time. (More specifically, prolonged physical touch. Clinging to Romen any chance he gets whenever they’re in private. Latching onto them, biting them, etc etc).

Romen is EXACTLY the same way (even moreso than him), but also acts of service (or more specifically— Doing literally any & everything for this man in a ‘i’m utterly devoted to you’ kinda way. More enforced by both of their positions, but JY never actually takes advantage of it. He thinks Romen doesn’t need to do all of that, but for their own peace of mind they insist. They’re the definition of ‘wdym you don’t want me to I can literally kill people for you just watch me—‘)
