Milo’s personality
She’s kind, pretty shy unless with people she trusts, she has separation anxiety and trust issues, she hates conflict, and she’s really silly especially with Tanjiro. She’s also kinda sensitive. Very indecisive, once it took her an entire hour for her to pick a movie for date night with Tanjiro cause he didn’t want to pick, he thought he should give Milo a chance to pick (he ended up having to pick anyway) She’s also quite easily distracted. This one time, she was training with Tanjiro and she saw a butterfly. Let’s just say Tanjiro has been very hesitant to train with Milo ever since.
Backstory (this is for both original and Kimetsu Academy)
Basically, Milo has had a rlly bad track record when it comes to friendship. She’s been betrayed by a lot of ppl, resulting in her shy and insecure personality (she’s always been this way, these things just made it even worse). She has a rlly hard time getting close to ppl as result of this, she thinks that no one actually likes her. She also used to be bullied by some of her family (like her extended family, not her parents) into thinking she didn’t deserve to be loved. The abuse of her uncle has caused her to always have to wear thigh highs to cover up the bruises and stuff. Her uncle killed her parents shortly after she became a demon slayer due to her not visiting him on time (she was in the final selection when she was supposed to go visit him).
What drove Milo to be a demon slayer?
This happened when she was 12. She was having a sleepover at her best friend’s house and a demon came in. It murdered her friend and her friend’s whole family. Milo escaped with just an eyebrow wound (that’s how she got her eyebrow scar, in Kimetsu Academy she got it from her cat when she was 5).

What Milo is like in school
She likes to be with Tanjiro constantly. Even if his friends are around. Tanjiro makes being with them more pleasant for Milo. She enjoys hanging out with her friends (especially Mari cause she’s Milo’s favorite). She likes designing things like clothes, she has a sketchbook filled with things that she’s designed. Her favorite class is english because of her teacher. Her least favorite class is history because she’s never really been into that kinda stuff, and that is never gonna change. Also, because of her relationship with Tanjiro, and her friends, Milo is popular. She absolutely hates it, a lot of other girls don’t like her cause they like Tanjiro. This has often resulted in some bad things happening to Milo when Tanjiro isn’t around.

Fall because of halloween, spring is ok except for all the pollen, winter is also amazing cause of christmas and the break from school, summer is just blahhh. It’s too hot.

Cloudy cause you don’t have to deal with the sun in your eyes. No rain tho, just clouds.

Night by far, Milo thrives in the night.
What Milo is like in battle
She’s actually very dependable in battle. She’ll do anything to protect the ones she loves, even if it means she could get killed. Better herself than anyone else, right? If someone needs backup? She’s right there. She often gets scolded by Tanjiro for how reckless she is in battle (like he’s any better). He doesn’t want to lose her like how he lost most of his family. Milo and Nezuko are all he has left so he’ll do anything to protect them. She has to try her best to keep from getting distracted by a bird or something.

Starlight breathing
First Form: Breath of Starlight - Releases a wave of stars to knockback/lightly wound the opponent
- First Form: Improved Breath - A wave of stars sends the opponent flying through the air, with light wounds
Second Form: Pool of Shine - The user stabs forward, and lets out a blinding flash of light that stuns/temporarily blinds the opponent
Third Form: Starlight Ripple - The user spins in a quick circle, releasing ripples of sharp stars that cut into the opponent
Fourth Form: Binding Stars - Binds opponent with stars and starlight, withstands only 5-8 seconds
Fifth Form: Yugata no Kurai - Darkness shrouds the opponent, letting the user run away or swiftly chop at the opponent (cheese move)
Sixth Form: Spinning Stars - The user leaps up and forward, sending a wheel of spinning stars to cut the opponent
-Sixth Form: Multi-directional Spinning
Stars - The wheel of stars comes out from different directions, forming a sort of spinning circle around the user
Seventh Form: Consistent Night - Sends a thick stream of starlight stars that bends and twists to the users command
Eighth Form: Hoshi no Dansu - Allows the user to float in midair with little to no control for 10-15 seconds
Ninth Form: Peaceful Sky - Sends a calm but deadly wave of stars at the opponent, deeply wounding them in a few spots
Tenth Form: Dead of Night (Deddobunaito) - Surrounds opponent and user in stars, galaxies, cosmos, basically the universe, and at the users command, implodes on the opponent. This leaves the user heavily damaged, but not fully dead (unless they are already wounded or weak)

Good on Blaise for whistleblowing. Instead of dressing as a firework and hanging out with kiteman.
Sometimes he wishes he went the classic Rogues route because at least that would garner notoriety and maybe Batman would've offered a hand. Instead, he got evicted since no job = no rent and splits his time between living out of Milo's car in Rob's parking lot or couch-surfing at the friends who are able to have him

MILO
Name: Milo Davies
Age: 26
Position: Captain
Bio: Milo is Poppy's younger brother and was part of the Laughingstock Crew in its early days. He left to form his own crew when he was a teenager, feeling stifled by Poppy.
Milo is vain and reckless, and he relies on his crewmates more than he'd like to admit. He acts tyrannical, but the crew doesn't take him seriously enough to feel threatened by it.
BLACK CHIN
Name: Evelyn "Black Chin" Black
Age: 30
Position: First mate
Bio: Milo, Black Chin, and Henric used to be buddies. They'd meet up at the pub and talk and fantasize together about forming their own crew. When Milo left the Laughingstock Crew, the three of them formed the Jolly Hounds Crew. (Henric eventually left for reasons I won't get into here.)
Black Chin is the only crew member Milo truly respects. He's more mature and levelheaded (and sober) than Milo and often acts as his voice of reason. He knows that he'd be a better captain than Milo is, but he's content with being first mate.
He HATES his first name. It reminds him of his posh upbringing. Mentioning it would get you a dirty look or a knock from his sword hilt.
KIMOTHY
Name: Kimothy Smith
Age: 33
Position: Gunner and striker
Bio: When he was a small child, Kimothy's parents shipwrecked off the Previously-Abandoned-Now-Inhabited Island and drowned. Kimothy survived and was raised by the PANI Islanders, who taught him his battle skills. The Jolly Hounds visited the PANI Island once, and Kimothy chose to join them, wanting to explore the world.
Kimothy is a jack-of-all-trades with weapons and carries three or four at a time. He's a violent but honorable fighter.
He speaks with a severe mumble and most people can't understand him unless he speaks in short sentences. Roger can understand him just fine, however, and usually acts as his interpreter.
ROGER
Name: Roger Rogerson III
Age: 43
Position: Scout
Bio: Roger once attempted to start a career as a detective. Unfortunately for him, there isn't much demand for detectives in Candle Cove. He resorted to joining the crew because he couldn't make a living and they needed somebody who was actually smart a scout.
He is a skilled (if tragically unappreciated) investigator and uses his skills to do things like find hidden treasure and obtain information from enemy crews.
He has a scope in his left eye socket. It has several moveable lenses (like those things optometrists use) and can function as a magnifying glass or telescope or microscope as need be. He designed and built it himself and had it surgically implanted by Dr. Mort.
STARSON
Name: Starson von Gnock
Age: 22
Position: Navigator
Bio: Starson was born into an aristocratic family that micromanaged his life, controlling everything he did in order to maintain their power in high society and keep up appearances. Knowing how rich his family is, the Jolly Hounds once kidnapped him and held him for ransom. It turned out that he was thrilled to finally be free from his parents, and to have some excitement in his life, and he chose to join the crew instead of return home.
He has a talent for navigation and map-making. He considers his time with the crew as temporary, eventually wanting to begin a career as a cartographer using the knowledge of Candle Cove's topography he's gained while sailing with the crew. He's just waiting for the tension with his family to die down.
BUBBA
Name: Barrabas "Bubba" True
Age: 41
Position: Cook and janitor
Bio: A bored sailor, Bubba accidentally stumbled onto the Jolly Hounds' ship one day, said, "Eh, why not?" and joined them. The crew was happy with this because nobody else knew how to cook or clean.
Bubba is a goofy and easygoing guy. He often seems drunk, but he doesn't drink; that's just how he is.
SARIAH
Name: Sariah Fanshawe
Age: 24
Position: Cabin girl
Bio: Sariah is an upper-class woman who's always been fascinated by the adventurous life of pirates. This is one of the reasons she was attracted to and started dating Milo. One day, she had a falling out with her family, and ran away to live on the ship with Milo and the crew.
Sariah was quite naive when she first joined, and the other crew members thought that she didn't have to guts to be a pirate. This wasn't helped by the fact that Milo coddles her. However, she's learning the ropes.
DANNY
Name: Danny
Age: 4
Position: Ship pet
Bio: The crew found Danny's egg abandoned one day while looking for treasure and decided to care for it until it hatched. Milo disagreed with this, but he was outvoted by everyone else. He eventually warmed up to him and considers him to be his pet.
Danny is a wyvern (he has 2 wings and 2 legs) and only about as big as a macaw. He can't breathe fire, much to Milo's dismay.

I'm not gonna say why, but my Darlin' (who's name is Arin but no one other than David, Asher and/or any and all romantic partners no that does not include Quinn knows that so don't tell /j) has a very interesting relationship with Christian
That being: they will fight him, verbally or physically, at any opportunity and they insist that they don't like him but when they're in a certain mood they literally won't respond to anyone else and won't let anyone else close (except Sam, they'll kinda cling to him but won't talk to anyone but Christian)

Home Life During Childhood: Strict. He grew up under 'law and order' kind of parenting from his father and grandfather. His purpose and path were incredibly clear from the start and he was to be molded into a warrior for the clan. Everything was precise and everything was calculated. That was all he had known from a very young age. However it did not mean that he did not receive warmth and love from his mom and grandmother. What little freedom from the discipline he knew best usually came from them.
What Did His or Her Bedroom Look Like: Clean. Orderly. Pretty much like a military-raised kid's room might look. Very neutral and devoid of anything 'childish' or kid-like. He had a bed that was always well made and kept, a dresser without any personal effects, and a desk.
Any Sports or Clubs: Just the Huntsclan and various huntsclan training as a kid. Once in Swynlake, he wanted to join any club he could (SSIC / Swimming / Outdoors Club / Theater Club / Chorus / F.R.O.G)
Favorite Toy or Game: He didn't have a lot of toys growing up. The only thing he really remembers is a small stuffed bear that he was given at birth. He kept it all through his childhood, always sat neatly on his bed. However when he was six, his father took it away for being 'too old' to have stuffed animals. His mother had secretly kept it, and returned it to him when she found him again after his father's death. Unfortunately it was once again lost when he became a dog and he lost all of his possessions. Currently his favorite toy remains 'ducky'. Face Claim: Kim Mingyu
Movie/Era Representation: Currently 2024 Kim Mingyu for hair(subject to change based on hair styles), but honestly his face is probably more 2016 Mingyu. Milo still has a bit of a baby face. He hasn't quite grown into all of his sharp features yet.
Complexion: Type III - Has light freckles and a few distinguishable moles on the tip of his nose, on his cheek under his eye. Think this photoshoot concept but the freckles are yanno, real.
Hair Colour: Dark Brown / Black
Eye Colour: Deep Brown.
Height: 6'2.
Weight: 161lbs. (Currently lost weight / muscle mass from recovery)
Build: Athletic / Toned
Notable Features: Pronounced canine teeth (cute wittle fangs), line scars across both palms, missing pinky finger on right hand, scarring from impalement on right shoulder.
Tattoos: He has a tattoo as a dog inside of his ear that one of the pounds gave him. It’s a simple number ‘1797′ and the word ‘PLUTO’. It stays with him when he transforms back to human, but now directly behind his ear. Considers getting others or at least covering up that one.
Piercings: None - though he sometimes considers getting his ears pierced.
Common Hairstyle: Depends on the length. Usually he has it brushed back regardless though (showing forehead) or has it parted with face framing pieces. (X) is his absolute favorite style to wear when length allows. (X) is his current (SHORT) style.
Clothing Style: He hasn't quite developed a style so much yet. He still lets Pip dress him up and dictate what he wears a lot because it's easier and Pip's much more educated on the subject of fashion.
Mannerisms: Head tilting, Pouting / pursing lips, biting his cheek/tongue, avoids eye contact, cracking knuckles, idle/absent shifting on feet, rubbing back of neck/hair/cheek when nervous. Tendency to mumble / has a lisp, covers mouth whenever chewing / laughing, tendency to keep looking over his shoulder/behind him, will 'reset' back to the default position of keeping his hands politely and respectfully tucked behind his back with straight posture.
Usual Expression: Soft Smile.
Health
Overall (do they get sick easily)?: Sometimes. Milo's a fit individual with a good immune system, but he still suffers from time to time with ailments like fatigue, muscle weakness, nausea, etc - most of which stem from his recovering injuries, chronic lyme, or his anxiety. Unfortunately its become a habit for him to hide whenever he's feeling badly (from being a dog) but there are always signs.
Physical Ailments: Weakness on right side (recovery from abrasive shoulder injury/torn rotator cuff), Right-Hand grip strength issues (missing right pinky), occasional tremors in right hand/arm.
Disorders : PTSD (Undiagnosed), Anxiety (Undiagnosed).
Neurological Conditions: Lyme Disease (PTLDS)
Allergies: None that he knows of.
Grooming Habits: Excellent! Boy did Milo hate not having control over his grooming habits as a dog, and it bothered the hell out of him with every owner (except Pip and Amy!!! Because Pip pampers his dogs more than anything else). Milo was always a clean hygienic person, but especially after his long stint as Pluto, now more than ever he is pretty anal about it. He can and will shower twice a day depending on what he was doing that day, he brushes his teeth more than twice a day, sometimes his hair is a mess, but it's always a clean mess. Otherwise, he follows Pip closely on a skin-care routine, keeps his nails trimmed and proper, and often cuts his own hair when he sees fit.
Sleeping Habits: Light sleeper. Even though he can and will fall asleep anywhere (especially during a movie/if someone plays with his hair) (but seriously I mean ANYWHERE. Habit from being a dog. That means a stony ground, a tub, a closet, in the woods, etc), he very easily is disturbed from his sleep from the slightest things (a creaking floorboard, a car driving by, the sudden sound of silence, etc)
Eating Habits: He used to be a good eater - and would have the appetite of a small army, eating three hardy meals a day when he could, or at the very least an excellent dinner as well as a good lunch or breakfast. He'd also be all about snacks and desserts. Ever since the Demon-Incident(TM), his surgeries, etc - his appetite has diminished, and he tends to only eat one small meal a day these days, and will turn down or not finish snacks, sweets, etc.
Exercise Habits: Daily. Although stunted slightly due to his injuries, Milo's regular habit is to go to the gym daily if he can or at least engage in exercise daily. He loves to go for a run, and will often jog/run in the mornings or evenings throughout the town. He's currently back to his regular schedule, and is working on strength training three times a week to rehab his bad-side.
Emotional Stability: Sensitive: Milo's got a large heart and wears his emotions on his sleeves. While he's not often quick to anger, he is quick to upset. Things that people say to him will bury under his skin and crack at his heart too easily. He isn't a huge fan of opening up to people he doesn't know very well or in large groups, but he also is too nice to not initiate and reach out to strangers when the opportunity arises. He'll always put being friendly to others over his own discomfort and shyness.

Exercise Routine: Early Morning or late evening run (3-5 miles depending on how much time he has). When he goes to the gym he'll swap out his days and rotate through core, upper and lower body. He doesn't focus on cardio at the gym and instead focusing mainly on strength training / lifting. Occasionally he'll attempt things like yoga with Pip, but otherwise he'll do stretches before bed.
Day or Night Person: Day. Specifically morning. He's a very 'up and at 'em' kind of guy. Probably because that was how it always was for him. Staying up late is a lot harder (which is why he hates time zones in baseball season).

Music: Milo's still kind of discovering this, but he is big into K-Pop just because it is comforting to him and it connects him a lot with his culture that he feels pretty removed from these days. He loves SVT (meta), EXO, Shinee, New Jeans, IU - pretty much anything Pip was into because he got a lot of his recs from him. He is not a BTS-Anti like Pip though. Otherwise, Milo's a big pop/rock fan. He likes stuff he can run to. He dislikes country.
Books: .....idk if Milo has read a single book ever (dramatic but ... like real too)
Magazines: ......idk if Milo has read a single magazine ever (not dramatic, do kids these days even know what a magazine is????? he literally probs doesn't)
Foods: Gogi-jeon is his absolutely favorite little snack food ever in his entire life. He'll die by it. Otherwise though he really doesn't dislike a ton of food, so that's to say he will eat a lot without complaint (again, ingrained in him). He's a big meat eater, though he will sometimes make a slight face a fish (he doesn't like it, but will always eat it not to be rude).
Drinks: Water. Iced americano.
Animals: Dogs! He loves dogs! Though he likes most animals too! (He doesn't like cats)
Sports: BASEBALL. Baseball is his favorite sport to watch AND to play.
Social Issues: Milo is for the people. He thinks. He's liberal in reality, he supports all the usual issues and will stand up for what he thinks is right. He does have some things that stick a bit in his brain from childhood though, which is to say that he does dip on the anti-magick scale a fair bit. He does believe that there are dangerous magicks. He does believe that Vampires and Werewolves?????? Are NOT GOOD. They are BAD. He doesn't say this out loud, but he thinks it.
Color: Red! He loves reds because he missed seeing that color so much as a dog, so any tints of red/pink/orange he adores.
Clothing: As stated earlier: his fashion is 100% inspired/guided by Pip. He does dress pretty.... 'fancy' because of this though. Lots of layers and cute matching jackets/bright colors, button up shirts, etc. He is just as likely to be wearing jeans and a sweatshirt though.
Jewelry: He wears matching friendship bracelets that he got for each one of his best friends (Pip, King, Luca, etc). Otherwise not usually wearing too much jewelry. It's expensive!
Games: He's not a big gamer. He still just plays things on his phone (like BTS in the Seom, 2048, Wordle, tetris, Crossy Road.
Websites: Youtube. Twitter. The Spill (Tumblr).
TV Shows: Anything Gordon Ramsey (24hrs to hell and back, hotel hell, Hell's Kitchen, Kitchen Nightmares, etc). Great British Bake-Off,
Movies: Honestly.... he's bad at movies. He falls asleep through them 100% of the time, so if you ask him his favorite, he'll have a tough time pulling one to the front of his mind to say. By default he's just started naming any movie filmed or based in Philly.

Where and How Does Your Character Live Now:
Home: The Seville Household: At first he thought this was a very temporary situation, but at this point, he refers to it openly and easily as 'home' and it feels that way too. Safe and sound.
Room Furnishings: Pip and Amy kindly 'sacrificed' the basement to become Milo's room - again, a short term solution that has long since just become permanent. He has a proper bed now and everything, which he keeps pushed up against the wall in the corner. Because the basement is still the 'party basement' - Milo doesn't really have much in terms of 'decoration' there. Not that he would really know how to decorate a room if he properly had one either though, since he never did as a kid. However, it still does feel homey to him, especially his bed, which he's kind of hoarded all things soft and fluffy onto. All of his stuffed animals he's gotten as gifts (or won at the fair) (and ducky ofc), and lots of blankets and pillows. He also has pictures of his friends taped on the wall beside his bed (him and Pip, him and Amy, him and King, Luca, Tae, Mim, Etc). He also still keeps the prom-baseballs that Luca made him on the mantle, as promised. The framed picture of his parents from Luca is also sitting beside his bed - so that he can say good morning and goodnight to them every day.
Favorite Possession: Ducky.
Most Cherished Possession: The sketch of his parents.

Relationship with Family: He's always had a good relationship with his family. Even growing up in a 'cult' household. He never had ill-feelings towards any of his family or parents. He didn't know anything other than what he had, and what he thought he had was love and support. Living now with Amy and Pip, he knows that maybe some of the things he grew up with were actually more on the line of cold and abusive, but he still does not want to see things that way and still loves his family very much despite struggling with the concept of everything he's learned.
Car: He doesn't have one! Nor can he drive - though he considers asking Mim to teach him.
Career: Line-cook at the Moon Market, serving up traditional Korean meals.
Dream Career: He literally doesn't know. This is his problem.

To the Audience: What are things you can't always describe about your character but want others to know?
Talking Style: I can't write it out, but always know that Milo has a pretty distinguishable lisp (stolen directly from his FC - so if you've ever heard Mingyu speak, imagine that. If you haven't, this song is one of the best examples, but I recognize it's hard to hear it when you're not constantly hearing the language/difference). While he's fluent in English, I also like to point out that it is his second language and he does struggle with some pronunciation and recalling words. Despite that, his accent is indescribably Philly. Which for those of you who don't know, is basically described as a 'southern accent that doesn't quite get there'. Or a combination of a NY/Chicago/Southern accent. Anyways, what I'm saying is, if this man is speaking english he kinda sounds like a douche tbh.
Respectful: Milo was raised incredibly disciplined and will almost always be reacting respectfully towards people. Expect that he greets everyone at all times with a small bow of his head at the very least, or a progressively deeper one with people he holds in higher regards.
Touch averse: Because of his curse, if Milo doesn't know you, he keeps his distance. He'll avoid shaking hands (now bc of his missing pinky more so than touch but still) and will step back if you step into his pre-determined space.
Pip: Assume if he's in a place with Pip that he's always pretty nearby. He genuinely is his shadow.

Curse details:
With Pluto’s curse, any meaningful display of affection triggers him to turn back into a dog. This means, essentially anything more than holding hands with a person can put him back into his four-legged state. Cuddling, kissing, hugging, etc will all cause his curse to react. The length of time he’s spent in his dogsona is influenced in how much the affection meant to him.
For example, if he truly loved the person he were engaging with, it would drastically lengthen the time in which he spent as a dog. Whereas if a stranger hugged him, he might just turn into a dog for a half an hour or so.
There’s no known limit on how long he could stay as a dog, and has gone years since hugging his mother. However, unknown to Pluto - under his curse, any true love’s kiss will seal the curse forever, ensuring he’ll live as a dog until he dies.
On the other hand - it’s resentment and hate and suffering that do the opposite. A truly spiteful and cruel act would break the curse indefinitely - and not that Pluto knows that, but he’s also certainly too good of heart to ever find that out…..
What he's discovered through Pip/experimentations are the limits of said 'affection' and how indirect (through blankets/blocks/etc) seem to prevent the curse from taking affect.
Milo is also uncertain, but thinks that every time his curse is triggered, that Pluto ages - and that his dog-age is not directly dependent on his real age/how long he spends as Pluto. Which means he's worried that constant re-triggers of his curse will quickly age-up his dog-self and kill him.
Milo's owner timeline:
Picked up by animal control shortly after escaping his mother's apartment.
Spent a month at an ASPCA in Philly getting a full work up before he was 'adoptable'. He considers this time his personal hell. He was still just a kid and it was one of the scariest things he ever went through, even to this day.
Milton: First owner (3 Months, Surrender for aggression/too loud/etc). Wanted a good hunting dog for the weekends out of Philly, but couldn't get Pluto trained no matter what he tried, took back to the shelter.
Sharon: Older single retired woman (2 years). Played Piano. Obsessed with plants. Little old lady who wanted a companion after her husband passed. Was incredibly sweet and one of Pluto's best memories. Where he got 'Ducky'. After two years with her, Sharon was taken to a nursing home and had to surrender Pluto when her kids refused to take him. One of the only owners he will talk about and regard kindly. He thinks about Sharon a lot and hopes she's alive and doing well.
Felix: Abusive. Short tempered. Criminal. (~1 Year). Wanted a 'guard' dog for his 'business'. Also considered the dog-fighting trade (but did not). Moved the pair of them to England when he had to run from a #situation. Milo eventually fought back against Felix, got loose, got picked up by animal control. Was nearly Euthanized but was saved by an anti-kill shelter protest that emptied the shelter and vowed to find homes for all animals at the time. Also one of the other scariest times of his life. He will not talk about this and genuinely is afraid he might run into this guy some day again.
Failed to Find a Home via this program/protest. Was transferred to another shelter and ended up in NTO.
Transferred to Gregory as a 'Last Chance' option - was moved to Ruff to Fluff and was trained/evaluated for adoption.
Was Adopted by Amy Seville.

RISE TWITTER QNA! no major news or announcements, but here's a list of new information and confirmations:
S3 could be brought back as a retro show in the future, but it probably wouldn't happen anytime soon (focus is on mutant mayhem at the moment)
it was never decided whether capril would be friends or girlfriends (due to rise's focus on platonic relationships)
council of heads! they're in power, but a lot of influential yokai (like big mama) aren't easily controlled, and "game the system"
despite not having his dual katana, supposedly f!leo DOES still have mystic powers
ron corcillo would love to see a spin-off focused on the caseys (if rise were ever continued), and likes the potential of a raph + casey vigilante duo
the turtles got their names after splinter's love for renaissance art
big mama's henchman WAS planned to be the missing sister, and rather than venus de milo, she would've been named after a female artist (possibly frida kahlo)
for halloween: raph dressed up as a kitten, mikey as a lion, leo as a rockstar, and donnie as j. robert oppenheimer
the mystic weapons stolen from draxum acted as a conduit to help the boys unlock their innate mystic powers with a "little boost"
they didn't realise mayhem's potential as a character/force until too late, but it could've been fun to do some stories of him being an operative (a la perry the platypus)
there weren't any planned stories for side villains (aside from the foot's cupcake shop), most focus was on the turtles
not much on casey jr's backstory, just that cass and the turtles were fighting the krang and leo raised him as a warrior. casey jr only has brief memories of cass from when he was very young, and was mostly raised by leo
there were definitely six baby turtles (two sisters)! and the turtles were gonna split up to rescue the one with big mama and the one in "the dimension", but they never planned much of it out
there's most likely a time gap between the rescuing leo and the ending scene of the movie, as "after a fight like that, [everyone] would definitely crash and need some recovery time"
there would've been more big mama in future episodes, and stinkbomb was planned to return
since the turtles became known to the public at the end of the movie, they'd have to fight to retain their reputation. this and their reception to criticism/backlash would've become a major arc.
on brother rankings: mikey is definitely raph's favourite, and they all look up to raph
the stronger someone's ninpo is, the greater the drain on their energy is (as seen with f!mikey and karai)
there wouldn't be much threat on villains going after casey jr's future intel, because most of it would've been rendered obsolete
nickelodeon would never give up the rights to rise, but they could license it to a partner company (such as IDW for a comic!)
as previously mentioned, the 2nd sister would've been trapped in "another dimension" and venus/frida would have to be won over by "helping her see that she had been brainwashed [by big mama] as a child" (and redeemed)
given more time, the show would've fleshed out: the hamato story, the hidden city's origins (krang spaceship that crashed into the crying titan being the source of the ooze, its fuel being what gave the yokai mystic powers), and would've used the rat king (who ron corcillo would've liked to be a powerful yokai with rat-like abilities and some form of mind control, who could've threatened the council of heads for power in the hidden city)
as far as we know, the turtles (aside from leo's spanish) only speak english (and even their english is sometimes a bit off)
rise probably wouldn't have ever "gone dark", but after the turtles were publicly known and full-time heroes, it might've had more of an extended plotline
the turtle's casual clothes somewhat reflect their music tastes (r&b for raph, glam rock for leo, techno (and 80s) for donnie and boy band for mikey)
future heights: mikey grew a bit and then shrunk under mystic strain, leo was at least 6ft, donnie a little taller than leo, and raph at least 6'6
mikey's powers could get pretty intense, which could've resulted in some multiverse episodes (ron corcillo would be most inclined to do a 12 crossover, but any could work). while leo portals short distances, mikey's cross space and time (with great effort)
given more time, how the turtles met april would've been fleshed out
in terms of how they take after splinter: donnie and leo have a lot of his cockiness, raph his courage and sense of duty, and mikey senses him missing his family (which is part of the reason of why he tries to hold everyone together)
given more time they would've done more with the transfer of leadership from raph to leo (and originally the plan was to draw that out over S3, rather than the abrupt S2 ending). they would've been co-leaders for a while, and at times mikey or donnie would lead (they aren't really a group with just one leader archetype)
there were plans for april to have more time with the specific turtles other than donnie (like how the gumbus was focused on her mikey and leo)
the cast's mystic abilities would've increased over time, and splinter has a lot of power that hasn't been revealed (as he spent a lot of time in the hidden city in his past)
venus/frida would've been very disciplined and so serious that's she's funny, and the dimension sister would've been "a little kooky"
there weren't really any plans on how the turtles would look in cloaked human forms, just that they'd resemble lou jitsu and may be inspired by their VAs
mikey is the only brother who can fully pull all his limbs and head into his shell (being a box turtle)
any usagi appearances would be a rights matter, and depend on collaboration
on timelines: april is 16 at the start of the series and 18 in the movie, but exactly how much time passes isn't confirmed
ron corcillo would've liked to do more donnie + raph episodes, like one where despite how donnie considers himself smarter, raph ends up beating him in common sense and emotional intelligence
f!leo didn't go with casey jr to the past due to being mortally wounded in his bleeding side
given more time there would've been more flashback episodes with the turtles at various ages
though he'd never admit it, hueso has a close relationship with leo
in early S3 there would've been an episode of setting up the new lair
mystic warrior f!mikey is pretty old (maybe in his 70s), and is strong enough to use basically any mystic power, but at great cost to him physically
no major plans with bishop, but once the turtles became more well-known he could be a bit of a thorn in their sides (like j. jonah jameson to spiderman)
there might've been some redemption from big mama, but also some relapses into her "villainous ways"
given a full season, karai would've been alive for longer, and would've trained the boys for a number of episodes
confirmation that some of early s1 aired in the wrong order (which the writers weren't happy about)
in rise, there's always an unpredictability as to how sentient a mutant will turn out to be
raph probably wouldn't be super uptight about swearing, provided the boys weren't offending anyone
there weren't any plans for romantic relationships (and DEFINITELY never an april-turtles love interest), but if they had ever tried something eventually it would've been with the same species
there were no specific plans for alopex, rita, or rennet, but anything's a possibility
in terms of the 1000 years ago krang/mystic timeline, the spaceship crashed first (possibly spawning the yokai), and other krang followed it, drawing in the invasion
