Major Update

The request will be opening soon because I'm down to like the most obscure requests that I'm actually struggling to find photos for. So in preparation of this I have to get a lot of announcements out of the way so this post might make a lot of people angry. Might make some of you happy But I need to get this out of the way before I open up the request again.

Let's start with the things that I know are going to piss people off as of right now. No. Webcomics no. Webtoons. Yes, I do know several webtoons/webcomics have been turned into anime. Those will be allowed but that's because they're anime now. Also no mechs. However, this is just for now. Remember I've only been doing this blog for maybe 3 months. So let me get more into the groove of things before we add on all of those things. So maybe when I've been doing this for 6 months to a year we can start allowing that Web comics, webtoons and mechs but I'm already struggling with keeping up with requests and keeping enough stuff in the queue as is. So I don't want to complicate things even further and make things as easy as I can on myself. Now there is a reason for this because I may be changing jobs soon and I don't want to have to put the blog on temporary hiatus during that transition.

Now on to the next thing and this is probably going to make a lot of people happy but people please do not make me regret this decision. But, after hearing the many lamentations from mostly the Naruto fandom, much personal debate and seeing how a similar blog handles things. I have decided to lower the minimum age for the polls to 16. Now that means minors can and probably will be matched up against each other and against 18+ characters. Please don't come at me about that choice, these characters are fictional. You can't hurt them, and a blog like this isn't going to normalize preying on minors. YES it's wrong in real life, but anime teenagers are not normal teenagers. I literally just finished an anime about a assassin trying to get back to his wife. He was 16 and had a wife I swore he was at least 20 sometimes anime ages don't make sense. Please don't start anything or I will start blocking. But for those of you who don't want to participate in those polls, I will make a special tag so you can block all polls that have confirmed 16 and 17-year-old characters So you can block the tag so you don't have to see it and participate You will be able to find it when I update the rules post in the next day or two when I have everything finalized. Now this is subject to change if people do not behave. So do not start attacking me because I allow this or I will bump that age back up to 18. Do not make me regret this

Now when it comes to requests you have 10 characters and can request up to Four-way matchups. I don't care how you break that down so you can do two four-way polls and a two-way poll or request five two-way polls don't care. Figure it out. I'm pretty sure everyone can do math but the max is 10 characters However, you want to break it down with two-way, three-way and four-way polls.

I'm also setting a limit on how many times you can request a day. Please only do it twice. That's up to 20 characters. So everyone gets a chance to request polls

Remember Six-Way polls are not something you can request directly. They are something I make as a special thing, when the queue leans too much into one character or fandom. However, you can suggest a theme. I have done fire and ice powers. You all seem to like the goth girl and the anime men in suits. You get the idea. You can always put some theme ideas at the bottom of your request. So I can add them to my list of themes that I have saved when I need to make a six-way poll

I think that is all the major announcements So now with these updates everyone can start thinking of the new matchup request because they will be opening up soon and that request box fills up fast

It's Chapter 2 release time! 🎉 It’s finally here!

First of all, I want to say thank you everyone for your patience and enthusiasm for this chapter! 🥰 It's a huge chapter with more than 55K words and split into two files (although readers won't probably notice it when reading) with quite a lot of variations and flavour texts. Now, the total word count for all chapters available is around 78.5K words. 🥳

For old readers who have previously played the Prologue and Chapter 1, I think this update will break the old saves and I recommend to play from the beginning since I've tweaked some stuff in both Prologue and Chapter 1.

If you guys have Choice of Games Forum account, I need you guys' help to please send screenshots of your MC's abilities, skills, personalities, and hidden stats (I've enabled readers to see hidden stats in the stats screen for this update) there on the thread.

It will help me a lot in balancing and setting the stats checks that will come into play in the next chapter, since Chapter 2 will be the last chapter for any abilities and skills stat increase. I would recommend focusing on one primary skill and getting a bit on one more skill as a secondary one, instead of trying to be a jack-of-all-trades. While for the abilities (grav and umbra), it's up to you guys, but I think there will always be one that will be higher than the other one.

More MC customization options.

Visit your dad's grave.

Attend your birthday party.

Meet Rin and Takashi.

Talk and get to know a bit more about the other characters.

Receive some awesome birthday presents.

Some minor stuff I've updated previously or on this update that I just want to bring into attention to:

Added toggle function for MC's patronymic name in the stat screen. It'll automatically be turned on in the beginning, and if you don't think your MC's name fits with the Russian naming convention, then feel free to toggle it off in the stat screen.

Female MC can now insert their own feminine form of custom surnames (mostly for Slavic surnames such as "Kozlov" turning into "Kozlova") while still keeping the MC's dad's surname in masculine form.

I've added Luka's artbreeder picture in his character guide stat screen.

I've tweaked the killer's little taunt in the Prologue.

I've removed the options to increase umbra or grav when the teacher sings praises about MC to MC's dad to help remove the dilemma for readers.

TUMBLR LIVE IS LEAVING ON 01/24/24

So @wip answered an ask yesterday about not only a bug where we couldn't answer asks via Android phones but the fact that they're finally getting rid of Tumblr Live on January 24th, 2024. For those of you who actually like Tumblr Live will have to go onto MeetMe to start doing stuff like this.

And IDK about you guys but I'm ecstatic about this. In fact, I don't even see it on my sideboard anymore?? I'll even show you guys a screenshot for proof. So I guess they've already started implementing the update??

My Pops passed away yesterday morning, right as we were going to do a follow up with him after his surgery. 😔 And I found out that he was two months behind on his insurance payments, so they won't cremate him, even if my mom were to pay the back payments today.

Wow. It’s um… been a while Huh? Sorry for just kind of… disappearing from off the face of the earth for a bit there.

I’m sorry about that. I hope I didn’t worry you too much.

But, the feelsy stuff aside, I do have some news about this blog, and more importantly, what it’s going to look like in the future.

I’ll be as blunt as possible about this; I’ve lost motivation to write. It’s become more like a chore than a hobby, and I truly find more stress in it than enjoyment. So, as much as I really hate to do so, I’m not going to be continuing writing fanfictions.

It feels… frustrating. I always get really sad when I read a story only to realize it hasn’t been concluded and the author isn’t writing any longer; so I feel almost a sense of shame about it. It’s odd. Realistically, I know that I can’t force myself to write. That would not be fair, either to me or to all of you. Anything that I would make would lack the passion and energy that I want to provide you with.

I know some of you guys will be frustrated with this: especially those of you who have requested to be added to the Taglist for Then Came The Dawn. For that, I can only ask for your forgiveness.

As of this moment, I am unsure if I will write again; and I won’t lie; it’ll likely be several years or so before I can let myself write without feeling a sense of pressure.

I never in a million years would have imagined that there would be people out there who would take the time out of their day to read stuff that I made. Even now it feels surreal. It has truly been an absolute honor to write for you all. Thank you, all of you, for taking the time to read this nerd’s ramblings. It means more to me than you probably realize.

That being said, if anyone who reads through my fics gets inspired and would like to continue one of my series in my stead; I give you both my blessing and my thanks. Just make sure to tag me if you do so I can support you!

Two major updates:

I'll get these updates rolled out as fast as possible, but first of all:

The Spriting Department has moved from IBisPaintX to Aseprite, and being more of an mobile artist, you can tell that i'm gonna struggle a bit drawing on pc as im still memorizing the keyboard shortcuts for the tools necessary for this project.

and course i have to recreate all of those sprites i made back in mobile.. ....well not all of it but still, it will take a long time to do all of them, especially im juggling this project alongside my other non-pt illustrations and real life in general.

Despite that, i'm glad to say that the first of the new tilesets turned out amazing than i expected and here's the tileset in action ingame!

And Secondly..

this may come as a surprise to some of you, but PT:TSCC is getting reworked from scratch for the fourth time.

and alongside the rework is Domination Mode getting scrapped completely. as this project got way too ambitious, its reasonable for me to not handle the workload im facing.

the fourth new build will still include the four main levels ( The King's Order! , Cherry Martini Mix , High-Temperature Horizon and Battleship Burrata! ), but since the deletion of DM, i've planned two extra levels to make up for it. the first one is based off of the hub world ( Neo Oasis Isle ) and the second level is a fun little take of an existing scrapped level.

I hope you guys understand the sudden major change of development, as making a high-quality custom campaign takes time and i'll try my best to put as much love and soul into this project as well as providing you guys some constant updates in the long run.

and for those who came for the LBP level, i will provide you an update to that said level once its ready.

Big emergency, Health updates, comic update and new posts

Hey everyone, so i'm gonna keep this short and sweet, my brother had to go to the ER for a spontaneous medical issue that just caught everyone off guard. He's fine now and he'll be at a100% soon but it was very stressful having to handle the initial hospitalization and taking him to the ER, which sent me spiraling into a quiet panic attack from agoraphobia, having no one around that was actually responsible for him, and his diagnosis being quite severe. It was and still is a lot for me to handle especially as an anxious young adult. I'm relatively alright but now I'm just dealing with a residue of panic and distress.

I haven't slept for about 2 days but I managed to get winks of sleep yesterday, just not enough. So as soon as I fully recover I'm gonna retackle my other projects, rn I'm just trying to get by with simpler work at the moment.

I got about 2 more comic updates left for All that glitters and then it should be ready for release on tumblr, so that's exciting!

As for new posts, i'm gonna try to just take it easy for a little while, I got a lot of projects coming up for yall but I don'r want to burn out or anything, so just stick around. I'll whip up stuff, no worries!

Blog Update

Okay so some life events happened and so now I'll be a little more busy than I normally would be during break.

I'd really rather not go into detail, so I hope you guys will be understanding, which I know you guys will be since you're all awesome.

Art will be scarce, and I won't be as active. Idk when I'll be back full time or if I'll be back as actively as before.

Paldea Expansion Base Ready

This is an exciting day for the Pokémon Justice Initiative as we announce the completion of our new regional base located in Medali town. This has been a project years in the making and we would like to formally thank the Paldean Government for their assistance in bringing this base to life.

The news only gets more exciting from there. We are pleased to announce that the Paldean government is the first regional power to grant us funding for operations in the region. This means that we will have a much larger scope in protecting the Pokémon of the Paldea region.

So what are our main concerns?

Area Zero — in recent months there has been a significant uptick in unlawful entry to Area Zero as the public continues to learn of the existence of paradox pokemon. We will be aiding government and law authorities in keeping these pokemon safe.

Titan Pokémon — the great region of Paldea is home to a native plant called Herba Mystica. When Pokémon eat this herb in large amounts they grow to giant size. Unfortunately various organisations and parties have now begun the illegal trading and growing of Herba Mystica, and we expect to be saving a lot of giant Pokémon in the future.

Poaching — It does not seem to matter which region we talk about, poaching is always going to be of utmost concern. In the Paldea region, Cetitan and Cetoddle are hunted for their blubber, Glimmlet and Glimmora for their crystal bodies and Garganacl for its salt deposits. There are many other poaching operations within the Paldea region too.

Finally, we have been granted access to all of Uva Academy’s (some know it as Naranja, we’ll be going with Uva) information resources and have been approved for a PJI Chaperone to assist in a school excursion to neighbouring regions in the coming months. We hope to learn much from that experience and further expand our help to other regions.

This is an update that doesn’t really look like an update but here it is anyway:D

Hello my fellow tumblr friends, I am very much still alive and (albeit quiet) still very present here on tumblr:> I lurk around everyday, reading your comments and reblogs as well as my friends’ posts very often. In fact, I have a few reblogs on prompts I’ve taken a liking for, sitting not so neatly in my drafts.

Anyway, you might be wondering, what’s the update? Well, early this month I jokingly said if I reached 300 followers, I shall rise up like a lost warrior and defeat my writer’s block to resurrect this forgotten kingdom of a tumblr blog. Funnily enough, 5 days post that thought, I gained 7 new followers :D

I am very much hyped to write once again and boiii am I starting to oil my gears. I may or may not continue the craze of villain and heroes (the craze that started this journey and) but I sure will be writing ^^.

Well that’s a little announcement here and there and who knows, maybe within this month, the wonderful month of March that signals spring is coming, my little blog of a kingdom shall see its first flower blossom, sometime soon?

Update: Back From The Dead

Hi, hello. I apologize for the extended silence. There were Events and Circumstances, but things are settling down, and I'm back to writing and coding again.

The plan has changed somewhat, however.

Infernal Usurper will still be made, eventually, but it is currently on hiatus. I ran into some snags with it that I need to work out, and in the meantime I'm working on another project with a story that's already planned through to the end. This one actually has a working demo, which should be updated somewhat regularly. I'll be following this post shortly with one dedicated to the new game.

The new project has two chapters on Itch.io at the moment which you can check out here. I'll be keeping that demo up to date as I write, which at the moment is a pace of about a chapter a week, but that will vary depending on the lengths of the chapters. Regardless of demo updates, I will be posting weekly updates on the progress of the game.

Again, my apologies for the long silence, and also for changing the plans on what game I'd be finishing first. Infernal Usurper will be made, but I hope you enjoy Cursed Ambrosia in the meantime.

Also uh, when I went to post this, I noticed that many reblogs meant for my personal had been actually reblogged here. I am so incredibly sorry about that. I usually use tumblr on mobile and sometimes they shift around the icon positioning. I'll be more careful about that moving forward.
