I bet Papa Archeron met Lucien and thought “wow thank the gods my sweet daughter Elain has such a good and loyal male for a mate. Whatever happens, at least I don’t have to worry about her being taken care of and treated well.”

FRIENDLY REMINDER: LUCIEN PROBABLY GOT PAPA ARCERON’S BLESSING TO BE WITH ELAIN 😭
I know that Elain will have internal battles about her father’s death in her novel. Elain was probably the only sister who loved her father unconditionally. Even Feyre knew that Elain was the special child, the one whom their father adored.
I also think it is so beautiful that Lucien went on an entire adventure with Papa Archeron. I think about the fact that he most likely gave his blessing to Lucien to be with Elain 😭
Out of all the mated males, Lucien was the only one that got close to Papa Archeron. I think his blessing will mean the world to Elain. Even though it is not something necessary ( which the elriels will claim) I know that Elain will hold that to her heart forever.
I am just so ready for them to completely open up after all these years. I know Elain will love the story about Lucien’s adventure with her father. It will be incredible.

“Who found Vassa,” Nesta said with that same flat tone. As if she somehow already knew.
Closer, those human ships sailed. So many—so, so many, bearing a variety of different flags that I could just start to make out, thanks to my Fae sight.
“He calls himself the Prince of Merchants,” Drakon said. “Apparently, he discovered the human queens were traitors months ago, and has been gathering an independent human army to face Hybern ever since. He managed to find Queen Vassa—and together they rallied this army.” Drakon shrugged. “He told me that he’s got three daughters who live here. And that he failed them for many years. But he would not fail them this time.”
The ships at the front of the human armada became clear, along with the gold lettering on their sides.
“He named his three personal ships after them,” Drakon said with a smile.
And there, sailing at the front … I beheld the names of those ships.
The Feyre.
The Elain.
And leading the charge against Hybern, flying over the waves, unyielding and without an ounce of fear …
The Nesta.
With my father … our father at the helm.

I am rousing my Tumblr account from a much needed slumber to share my first ever art commission. Every time I read this part of ACOWAR, I cry. It's hard to explain what this moment means to me in the narrative, and specifically in Nesta's story. I have had this moment in mind for a commissioned artwork for years, but had yet to encounter an artist whose style and lens felt like the right fit for what I knew I wanted to the piece to be.
When I discovered Haley's ACOTAR art, I was so dang excited to encounter a fandom artist who draws and paints the Archeron sisters with such love and care. See this piece that blew me away when I first saw it—it was the first time I ever saw something to do with their dad, and the sisters' complicated relationship with him, in an artwork.
When I shared my vision for this piece, Haley was all in to make it a reality for me, and I couldn't be more happy with how this came out. Nesta's face and eyes. The light on the water. The color palette. The way Cassian is looking at her. The ships. The details of both figures.
Thank you, Haley, for your patience and desire to make this exactly as I envisioned it!

Forgetting about the ships for a moment, you know what I want in the next acotar books?
My man Koschei being a good villain and making everyone absolutely hysterical and miserable
GIVE ME A GOOD VILLAIN PLEASE
I think he has sooo much potential, this guy was first mentioned in ACOWAR with the fucking Bone Carver being scared of him, like 🤯
We know he keeps cursed women confined, that he has a black box that is very important to him, that he made a deal with Papa Archeron, that he still has influence across many territories even if he has been locked away for centuries (including the Night Court), that for some reason he turned Vassa into a firebird and that he pulled a big prank on Cassian and Azriel
I NEED HIM TO DO VILLAN THINGS AND SCARE EVERYONE !!
I know villains are not Sarah’s forte, but I have big hopes

Koschei's Deal with Papa Archeron
As of now, we all believe Lucien is mates with Elain. When Elain came out of the cauldron, Lucien declared that she was his mate. How did this come to happen? How did the bond snap this quickly within basically their first interaction - when with other mates we see it takes more time for the bond to snap. Let’s discuss.
Something interesting is that as soon as Elain came out from the cauldron, Feyre states, “And for a moment, all I could think of was my father. What he would do, what he would say, when his most beloved daughter looked at him with a Fae face.” And what exactly would Papa Archreon say or do?
At this point in the book we know Papa Archeron has not been with his daughters for months because he remains in the human lands doing who knows what, or as they thought. So it’s rather interesting that Elain goes into the cauldron, and this is the first thing Feyre thinks? Did SJM intentionally put in this line because her father did do something related to her becoming Fae?
The next time we see Papa Archeron is in ACOWAR during the war when he comes with his ships, an army, and Vassa. We learn he’s been rather busy during these last couple of months. When Feyre asks who discovered Vassa, Drakon answers with
““He calls himself the Prince of Merchants,” Drakon said.
He discovered the human queens were traitors months ago? He found Vassa and was building this army for months? Could it be possible that Papa Archeron discovered Vassa way before Elain had a vision about her? Maybe even before Elain and Nesta went into the cauldron?
According to Lucien in ACOWAR, he learned Papa Arch made a deal.
““But your father, ever the negotiator..” A sad, small smile towards that burnt grass. “He managed to cut a deal with Vassa’s keeper to come here” “Nasty curse”
Vassa’s keeper? This would imply Lucien is talking about Koschei. Papa Archeron surely would have made a huge trade to temporarily free Vassa. I mean he’s this powerful death God, and Papa Archeron is just a human who has nothing of value to offer…….besides his three daughters.
Now before I go into what I think the deal involves, I will say I don’t believe Lucien was present during this deal. The book says that Lucien met up with Papa Arch and Vassa later on,
“Who?” Drakon’s brows narrowed. “Oh, the male with the eye. No. He met up with them later on—told them where to go.
Lucien knows there’s a deal because Papa Archeron probably told him there was one that happened in order to free Vassa. I mean anyone would have been curious as to how Papa Arch got Koschei to agree to temporarily free Vassa, his most prized possession.
Now let’s go back to what the deal was. Could Koschei have been seeking something of equal value to Vassa? There was clearly something Koschei seeked in the first place - I mean this is a powerful Death God. What could he want from Papa Arch? I don’t have an exact answer on this one, but I have multiple guesses. Did Papa Arch trade Elain herself? After discussing it with @.rhysdanaan on Twitter, they brought up a good point of what if Koschei wanted Elain’s true love? Listen Koschei is an evil guy, and I think he could have easily twisted his words to Papa Arch making the deal come off as good, when in reality it wasn’t. It then led me to my conclusion that Koschei could have told Papa Arch that he could promise Elain true love. Mother Archeron did say, “Elain will wed for love and beauty” And maybe.. Just maybe Papa Archeron believed him and thought Koschei could fulfill this and seemed like an easy enough trade to free Vassa.
I started to think about the reasons why Papa Arch went off and got his army and freed Vassa in the first place. And that’s because he wanted to be redeemed as a parent in the eyes of his daughters. He is doing this all for his daughters.
We don’t exactly know Papa Arch views on Graysen, but maybe it wasn’t favorable especially knowing Graysen hates faes. Did Koschei know in that moment, Elain’s true mate was Azriel? We don’t have a lot of information about these two, but they are connected by some things like the shadows, death, and the wind. Could this be another way Koschei is luring Azriel to him? Or could this just have worked out in Koschei’s favor?
But still if Koschei didn’t know Azriel would be connected to Elain in that moment, Koschei still would have had other purpose involving Vassa. In a way, it makes sense that Koschei could be like Maeve from Throne of Glass series. SPOILERS FOR THOSE WHO HAVEN'T READ TOG: Maeve had known all along that Rowan and Aelin were mates, but she still created a fake bond for Rowan to be involved with another woman, who he thought was his real mate for many years. TOG and ACOTAR exist in the same mega-verse, meaning it is possible that the mating bond can be faked. If Maeve knew who his true mate was ahead of time, that could mean Koschei could know too. Especially if Maeve and Koschei are connected in some other way..
If Koschei did know Vassa’s true mate, which I’m assuming he did, he would have known it was Lucien. Koscehi obviously would not want Lucien to know his mate was Vassa. Therefore, he saw the opportunity to pair Elain with Lucien so he could keep Vassa to himself and to keep the curse on her. Koschei could have activated the spell when Elain went into the cauldron himself, or he could have gotten help from the three queens who sold Vassa to him. Either way, the mating bond spell with Elain and Lucien activated as soon as she turned fae, which is why Lucien realized so quickly compared to other mates. The spell had been activated.
Why else would Koschei need Lucien away from Vassa? Well because he’s the only one able to break her curse. SJM LOVES Russian folktales and she obviously took inspiration from Swan Lake. In the tale the “swan” (Vassa = firebird) has a curse and it can only be broken by true love. However in the tale her master (the master being Koschei) disguised another woman so he could fall in love with her instead. The man in the tale confesses his love to the wrong woman, and the swan dies. This sounds VERY similar to what happened here - Koschei disguised another woman, Elain, to be Lucien’s mate so he could fall for her and NOT Vassa, so that her curse cannot be broken. Feyre and Helion (a man skilled in curse breaking magic) both tried to break her curse - but failed. Which means, it’s very likely the only way to break her curse is with true love. And coincidentally as we’re heading into ACTOAR5, presumably Elain’s book, Vassa’s time being free is almost up. We are going to have to deal with this mating bond mess in the next book.
The line “What if the cauldron was wrong” was not added in the book for nothing. Especially because it was asked twice by both Feyre and Azriel. Clearly, it will be important and all revealed in Elain’s book.
Why is it Azriel is the only one bothered by the Elain/Lucien mating smell? Why does it seem like he’s the only one able to smell it? Why is it that Azriel has only ever given his truthteller to Elain to use? Why is it he risked his life to enter Hybren’s camp to save Elain? Why is it that there are so many unspoken words between these two? Why does Azriel have this urge to protect Elain from danger? Why is it Elain was the one to get him over Mor for the first time in 500 years? Why was it that both Elain and Azriel were both willing to risk getting caught by Lucien to finally be together? Why is it Azriel was so angry and filled with rage that Rhys forbid him to stay away from Elain?
It’s all because Elain and Azriel are really each other’s mates.
If anyone has anything too add, please to do so!!

Please don't compare Az to Elain.
Az was raised in a dungeon cell, knowing nothing but abuse and torture until he was sent to an Illyrian war camp.
Elain is the most privileged character in the books, who has had everything handed to her. Her and Papa Archeron were the only two who did nothing in that cabin. All she did was twiddle her thumbs and play with her flowers.
Az has his issues, sure. But Elain is equally (if not more) toxic. While Az tries to help people, Elain has never helped anyone but herself (except for one moment in ACOWAR). She's a selfish, narcissist, judgmental, slut-shaming character, who is so incredibly boring that SJM can't come up with any character development for her.

Bound with Fire, Forged in Flames (Elucien Fic)
Summary // Masterlist // Next Chapter
Disclaimer: Girl, I know nothing about the regency era and I am so sorry for how obvious it is that everything I learned is from the Bridgerton show. Pls have mercy on me.
Chapter 1 -- Purple Columbines
Elain
Word Count: 2201
Elain first heard his name while simultaneously feeling a sharp, stabbing sensation in her right index finger. She hissed at the pain, curling her hand towards herself to hide the drop of blood that sought after its attacker– the ever menacing rose. Her father hardly took notice, nervously adjusting his shirt as he relayed the news to her.
“--and he’s a good man... From what I’ve heard. But your sister speaks highly of him and I trust–”
“Which sister?” Elain cut in, internally cringing at the show of disrespect. He gets enough of this from Nesta and Feyre. He doesn’t need it from me.
… He deserves it from me right now.
Her father’s sharp look at the disruption cut over her, assessing if he was about to answer her or correct her. “Feyre…” he said uneasily.
“Lucien Vanserra… ,” Elain rolled the name off of her lips, biting back the burn she felt at the odd emotion of knowing this was the man her father deemed good enough to sell her off to. Like a whore, a wretched voice whispered right back to her.
“And you said he arrives…?”
“Tomorrow, yes,” her father cringed. God, he has had to have known about this for at least a month, maybe more. Elain felt that burn again, but this time she swallowed down bile, rather than the name of some Lord a town over. “But as I said, he will be staying at our estate for a month before any wedding. We will have plenty of time to vet him and make sure he isn’t just some rogue off the street.”
He tried to add this sentence with a wink but she heard what he wasn’t saying. I won’t let him near you like the last one, not until I am sure. Elain appreciated the sentiment but she felt the sting far more. “I won’t be letting him out of my sight while he is here– that way we will be plenty introduced long before he can even think to say ‘I do’”.
Once again, what her father wasn’t saying felt much louder than what he was. I will not let him out of my sight.
Despite her perfectly modest and ladylike attire that covered her chest to toes, Elain felt wholly exposed by the new horizon that was rising before her. She felt the dim soul of innocence within her dance through the breeze of hope that passed. Hope for a new day with a new knight in shining armor. Elain stifled the extra beat of her heart before it could gain any new encouragement.
She straightened her back with a resolve as she made a promise to herself.
She would marry this man for her father and for her duty. She would not trust him and under no circumstance would she allow him to have her heart, or what remained of the tattered shreds of it. Those shreds were shards she protected herself with now. Even as they made her palms bleed and tears trickle from her eyes, she would hold onto them. Her heart was no one else’s. Especially Lucien Vanserra’s.
“Go on Elain,” her father said, trying to avoid eye contact with her. Good, he should feel guilty.
“Go get washed up for supper. You’ll head straight to sleep after to ensure you are ready for Lord Vanserra’s arrival tomorrow. Come.”
And like always, Elain dutifully followed.
Lucien
Lucien was pissed and rightfully so. He was expected to meet his betrothed today but instead he was standing off beside his carriage while his team of idiots scuttled around trying to get it to unstick from the mud.
Gods… betrothed. He scoffed. Even in his mind the word spat out and splattered against his skull, ricocheting through the worst parts of him.
He had heard of Elain and her beauty, of course. A woman does not look like that and not get talked about, especially a Lady. But he wasn’t the first to go after her, and knowing he was going to be the last dulled any excitement or pride he may have felt about wedding the Elain Archeron.
He barely knew the girl, so they weren’t going to be a love match by any means. As if I’d ever have one, he internally sneered.
Another one, a quieter, darker part of him reminded.
He shook his mind loose of those thoughts, thinking instead on the tedious month ahead. All he had heard about Elain was that she was pretty and liked to garden. Classic. Gods, he just hoped she didn’t throw herself at him the second she saw him.
Lucien knew he was good looking and he knew he was cocky about it, but such should be expected from a notorious rake. Unfortunately, he was cursed with enjoying the chase, although women never seemed to run too far from him. He hoped Elain would be interesting, as once he married he did not intend to stray from his marriage bed. He was a rake, sure, but not a rake without honor.
Here’s hoping she doesn’t try and shorten my last month of freedom by asking to wed early, Lucien’s mind supplied bitterly. Maybe it was a bit cliche to consider Elain some sort of prison, but Lucien had no interest in marriage, a fact he had made clear plenty of times to his father. The cruel man probably just wanted to get rid of him and gave him to the most convenient match– a match rich enough to advance their own name but near enough geographically that Lucien still remained under his father’s thumb.
His driver signaled the cart was unstuck and ready to get a move on.
“About an hour till we reach the estate, my Lord,” the yell muffled by the walls of the carriage rang in his head.
One hour till the rest of my life, Lucien thought with no excitement.
Elain
Elain wrung her hands out nervously in front of her as the clopping and jangling gave away the approaching carriage to her position on the front law of her home. Have carriages always moved that fast? This one seemed REALLY fast. It does not need to be going THAT fast.
She took a steadying breath and glanced towards her father who looked just as nervous as her for the approaching carriage. Elain was suddenly reminded that he had never done this before either. Both her sisters had met their now husbands on their own and fallen in love with little arranging or meddling.
Although Feyre had faced her fair share of nightmares with her first love who had tried to steal her away from the family before being married(long story), Rhysand had been a sort of savior to both Feyre and their family after they fell in love.
Sure, Elain’s father was a duke with land and resources, but when Feyre had her first season out as a lady of society, the family had been secretly struggling with debt and the weight of their own lifestyle. They didn’t have enough money to keep pretending they were wealthy, but if they stopped acting they could have been rejected from society, a worse fate than starvation for them.
Rhysand and his crown had saved their family from poverty, and Feyre got to be disgustingly in love so win-win-win. Shortly after Feyre and Rhys celebrated their union, Cassian, Rhys’ brother, and Nesta had been found in a spare closet in a compromising position to say the least. To maintain his honor, Cassian proposed and Nesta didn’t have much of a choice but to say yes which pissed her off to no end. She had despised their predicament for months before finally admitting that yes, maybe she kind of liked Cassian.
To the shock of the ton, Nesta and Cassian were now even more in love than their siblings. Despite Elain’s constant blush and horror, they were always all over each other. Elain simply did not understand. Whatever happened between a man and his wife could not possibly be that good or warrant that much noise.
Even throughout the backwards ways her sisters had ended up with love matches, she knew her father was secretly pleased that two of his three daughters married well-off and to men they loved and who loved them. It was quite the shock when Elain had been the last sister left amongst the three. It wasn’t her fault that man after man had come knocking and all ran for the hills when they discovered she wasn’t as docile as their ideal inanimate doll of a woman was supposed to be.
But here she was–anxious and awaiting an arranged marriage that she had no say in. This wasn’t supposed to be her fate, but she supposed that 3 out of 3 daughters finding their own love matches was a bit too lucky to hope for.
The sound of crunching gravel beneath boots shook Elain from her thoughts, and she looked up to see Lucien Vanserra in all his glory. He towered over the men beside him both in stature and in looks. His red hair blazed under the afternoon sun, and Elain swore to herself that the fire of his hair was all that was causing her to heat up. His forest green attire did wonders for his tan complexion and his deep gaze penetrated every pore of her body as he glanced over her.
Elain couldn’t help but think, This is the most gorgeous man I have ever seen in my entire life.
And that pissed her the fuck off.
Lucien
Lucien would be a fool to deny the fact that talk amongst the ton did not do Elain Archeron justice. The woman was ethereal. She had the essence of a spring breeze dipped in honey and sprinkled with gold. It was an effort to only graze his appreciative stare over her once.
When he did finally bring his gaze up to meet hers, he was startled to find a fire behind her eyes. What on Earth could I have possibly done in the past 10 seconds to already piss her off? He inwardly groaned.
He tentatively stepped forward and, who he presumed to be Lord Archeron, met his step.
“Lucien, it is an honor to have you as a guest in my home and as a future son-in-law. I look forward to getting to know you and you getting to know our family, although as I have heard, you are already familiar with my youngest… ?” he asked.
Lucien’s years as an emissary kicked in as he charged up his charm. Best to avoid the silly little fact that he actually met Feyre while still best friends with the man who tried to literally steal her from the father standing before him. His friendship with Tamlin had long ended since he saw his true colors, but it was still probably not the best introduction.
“Yes, yes! Feyre and I met a while back when she first started her courtship with Rhysand. They have been all too kind to me over the years, and I am lucky to consider them both friends,” Lucien lied easily. This seemed to set Elain’s father at ease as he slowly stepped aside to present his daughter.
She looked at him and making eye contact with her nearly had him on his knees.
Gods what is this woman doing to me? He cursed internally.
Lord Archeron spoke, “It is my privilege to present you my daughter, Lady Elain Archeron, your betrothed.”
She curtsied, leaning down before him and it took every bit of self-control in Lucien’s body to quell his inner-rake that yelled at him to look slightly south, but he kept eye contact with her as she held out her hand.
Lucien swears he meant to innocently kiss the back of her hand, but as her hand approached him and his head dipped, he couldn’t help but wonder if she was as immediately intoxicated by him as he was by her. A millimeter from his lips hitting her hand, Lucien flipped it over, placing a delicate kiss against the pulse point on her wrist. He let his lips settle against her for a moment, feeling for her heartbeat.
Beat. Beat. Beat Beat. Beat. Lucien felt her heart sing for him and he couldn’t suppress the smirk that rose on his face at the thought that he was affecting her as much as she was affecting him.
By gods, please let her feel this, too, so I am not crazy and pathetic.
Before he could make his home on her pulse point, she snapped her hand away, a slight frown above those same, blazing eyes as she set her mouth into a hard line.
“Pleasure to meet you, Lord Vanserra,” Lucien felt his own traitorous heart lean in towards her as he finally heard her voice, melodic underneath her clipped words that held absolutely no pleasure for meeting him.
His euphoria was quickly severed as she turned, rushing out that she must be going before disappearing into the gardens beside them. What to make of this.
So there would be a chase after all… he thought gleefully.

My father nodded, covering his mouth with a hand. The beast growled his warning and prowled out into the night. I made to follow him but paused to look at my sisters, still crouched by the fire, as if they wouldn’t dare to move until I was gone. Elain mouthed my name but kept cowering, kept her head down. So I turned to Nesta, whose face was so similar to my mother’s, so cold and unrelenting. “Whatever you do,” I said quietly, “don’t marry Tomas Mandray. His father beats his wife, and none of his sons do anything to stop it.” Nesta’s eyes widened, but I added, “Bruises are harder to conceal than poverty.” Nesta stiffened but said nothing—both of my sisters said absolutely nothing—as I turned toward the open door. But a hand wrapped around my arm, tugging me into a stop. Turning me around to face him, my father opened and closed his mouth. Outside, the beast, sensing I’d been detained, sent a snarl rumbling into the cottage. “Feyre,” my father said. His fingers trembled as he grasped my gloved hands, but his eyes became clearer and bolder than I’d seen them in years. “You were always too good for here, Feyre. Too good for us, too good for everyone.” He squeezed my hands. “If you ever escape,

I could smell my doom on its breath as it said, “Now.” Now. Elain gaped. My heartbeat crashed in my ears as I gathered clothes and tried to remember everything I needed to tell my family. “The venison should hold you for two weeks,” I said, pulling on an extra sweater to bulk up against the cold. “Start with the fresh meat, then work your way through the jerky—you know how to make it.” “Feyre.” My father took hold of my elbow, but I shook it off to fasten my cloak with trembling fingers. Nesta and Elain hovered a few feet away, clutching each other. “The money from the pelts is on the dresser,” I said to my father. “It will last you a long time, if you’re careful.” Once I’d secured the cloak’s last tie, I lifted my gaze. My eyes stung as I had the unexpected impulse to memorize the lines of my father’s face. I turned away, blinking hard, and stuffed my hands into worn gloves. My voice came out hoarse. “When spring comes, hunt in the grove just south of the big bend in Silverspring Creek. The rabbits make their warrens there. Ask Isaac Hale to show you how to make snares. I taught him last year.” My father nodded. The beast growled as it stalked through the broken door frame into the night. Time to go. My father took me by both shoulders. His gaze slid past me, toward the door, and under his breath, he said, “If you ever escape, or convince them that you’ve paid the debt, don’t return.” He shook me slightly. “Do you understand? Go somewhere else. Make a name for yourself.” I barely registered his words. I forced myself to nod then turned to my sisters. Elain flung herself at me. I wrapped my arms around her, tight enough my cheek was crushed against her neck. She smelled of wool and the rose oil she used to perfume her hair. When she released me, shuddering with sobs, she pressed a hand to her mouth, unable to speak. I turned to Nesta, whose proud face was so like our mother’s. “Whatever you do,” I said quickly, “don’t marry Tomas Mandray. His father beats his wife, and none of his sons do anything to stop it.” Nesta’s eyes widened. She said nothing, but as I turned toward the door, she reached out and gripped her hand over mine. Almost so fast I could’ve imagined it, she squeezed tight, then let go. Nothing stood between me and the open door. Beyond, the beast was a shadow. Somehow, I took one step, then another, until I passed the edge of the cottage’s

-What do you know? —Nesta gasped —. You are a half-wild beast and you have the nerve to bark orders at others all day and all night. Keep it up and one day... one day, Feyre, you won't have anyone. No one is going to care that you existed. —She left furious, and Elain ran after her, calling her to offer her support, her comfort. They slammed the bedroom door so hard that the dishes shook on their shelves.
I have so many things to Say about this shit.
Starting with, the one here with THE NERVE is miss Nesta who reacted like a freaking 8 year old kid when first, She's supose to be the older one, and second, they were trying to have an adult converstion about something really important.
Second. Bitch, if she is so unimportant and a beast as you're calling her and no one is going to remember her, then why are You eating her food? The food of a Beast? The horror. Listen I am a sensitive person, I always have been, and i know what is like to feel Bad for something they tell You Even when You don't have a Reason, but with time I have always had something called boundaries, I am not going to deny that sometimes because of stupidity I have allowed myself to be treated in an ugly way, But if they treat me like that again, then I respond, I like to get things in people's faces, because If you do it, once it's a coincidence, twice it's a cassualty, three times, they want to grab you as a lapdog, the number of times Nesta insults Feyre, are escapes that Feyre could have had if she had been someone less sensitive and empathetic, because with Nesta's arrogance and immaturity, Elain's foolishness and also inmaturity and her father's delirium Anyone would have left.
Third, The scene is giving Disney Channel with a protagonist who is supposed to be good and we have to have empathy for her, but she is selfish, which all the viewers know she is, but she continues to be the protagonist and having everything going in her favor by pure script twist that's Nesta right here (*Takes a breath*) and the accomplice who has few neurons left and is always there for her (Elain); it's like a Disney protagonist, and Sidekick from the mean girl group in one.
And then, i'm not Even kiding, the father goes with:
"We need hope as much as we need bread and meat," he interrupted me, his eyes clear for a strange moment. We need hope to move forward. So please leave your sister her hope, Feyre. Let her imagine a better life. A better world.
...
No coments, just shock, i would have laugh in his face
