Nine Lokean Virtues:

When reviewers of "The witch's heart" are like "Oh but it is not even to be considered a retelling,it is totally alike and accurate to the real story"

🤦‍♀️ Angrboda is only mentioned in a couple of lines in the Eddas and in some poem...how could even the author to write about her without using her fantasy?? Of course she HAD to!

What shocks me is that these are reviewers from famous publishing houses in my country...and they truly think all those conversations and interactions truly happened 🤡

I appreciate the novel and the idea of the author,but of course it IS a retelling and fantasy is used,as it should be with novels!

One thing that marvel screwed up for honestly several generations of people at this point is making people think Loki and Thor are brothers. They’re not, Loki is Odin’s blood brother/sworn brothers, but they aren’t related. And something the marvel movies did was have Hela be Odin’s daughter instead of Loki’s like she is in the comics and she was based on Hel who was also Loki’s daughter. I haven’t watched Loki season 2 but he has a lot of wibbly wobbly, timey wimey stuff going on so like stuff can happen to make it more mythology and comics accurate (don’t question how but it can)

Loki’s introduction prank…

The other night I had a vivid and concerning dream. I dreamt of wolves and an entity in my mirror. Entering the mirror I met a shapeshifter who took the forms of multiple of my deities, who claimed to be a deity. I woke up concerned there was a trickster spirit in my mirror. I cleaned my room and cleansed my area immediately.

Well only now did I find out that it was Lord Loki playing a prank on me. It was confirmed through pendulum reading and a tarot reading I had received. His introduction was scaring me into cleaning my room.

Little known fact about me... I'm a Lokean, I have been for over a year.. I never mentioned that here, I know.. 🤭

Long ass spiritual ramble under the cut

I've been occupied with other things recently (namely getting a job for the first time) and I haven't had much mental energy to interact with him... so as reconciliation (ofc he demands that I don't need to apologize or anything but I did anyway) I made a new picture to go on his altar...

I also bought a statue (it was almost $150... RIP to my wallet 😭😭😭😭) it looks absolutely beautiful from the product pictures and it's handmade, reviews are good too, so I'm not too mad at the price.. it was the only one I could find that looked similar to how he usually appears to me... funny enough as I was browsing etsy looking for statues while I was taking a break from sketching, I said to him out loud... "damn.. it's all viking dudes with beards... none of these look enough like a twink"... and what do you know, the very next page, I found one that looks a hell of a lot more twink-like.. he even holds a rose which has special meaning to my spiritual journey with him. (First sign I asked him to show me and is my go to for signs now, I laid a bunch of fake roses on his altar too) I genuinely believe he put that one in front of me 😅
