Mobius as a single dad with two mischievous teenage sons and a jet-ski obbsesion casually asking the tall British emo boy who suddenly appeared in his backyard and looks like he's going to have a mental breakdown if he’s still in the market is the most in-character thing ever written by the Marvel Studious

I am trying to be as skeptical as I possibly can with lokius because I don't wanna be disappointed...but there is NO FUCKING HETEROSEXUAL EXPLANATION FOR LOKI FIXING HIMSELF UP LIKE A SHY TEENAGER BEFORE TALKING TO MOBIUS

I'm so mad that once Sylvie finally realized that she was wrong, she only had a few minutes to feel guilty instead of an entire lifetime drowning in soul-draining guilt and resentment for herself knowing she killed everything. I hate her.

“Reset, Rewind, Rewrite.” by the_loneliest_star (aka me)
Words: 1,496 Chapters: 1/? Language: English
Rating: General Audiences (so far)
Relationship: Loki/Mobius
Summary:
“Trying to fix the multiverse when your friends are strangers, the fabric of space-time is unravelling before you, and you keep being pulled through time against your will is about as difficult as it sounds.
Luckily, Loki's devotion to a certain Jet-ski-enthused colleague makes one of those problems disappear. However, the chance to fix the multiverse doesn't make communicating your feelings for said colleague any easier.”

“ i want my friends back, i don’t want to be alone. ”
“ your friends are back where they belong. ”
“but without them, where do i belong?”
“ we’re all writing our own stories now, go write yours. ”
—
this entire dialogue was the highlight of the episode in my eyes, loki’s ‘life’ his reason to keep going, the things he cherished— it was his friends, the people he met in the TVA, that’s his story and it’s the life he wanted to protect.
sylvie never thought of it as her story, she never connected with anyone asides from loki and she considered the relationships she has formed as temporary— she was looking for her story, for a life to protect.
loki in my eyes embraced the ‘tva’ and the relationships he formed, even when sylvie realized that the branches were dying, she was protecting the life she wants to write ( or her future? )
the entire episode was so interesting and i don’t know i’m loving it so much !! and even though i dont see the romantic connection or appeal between sylvie and loki, the show is so good in so many other ways that it doesn’t take away from my enjoyment.

Don't wanna jinx it but god I love how the dynamic between Sylvie and Loki is written in this season. It is just so much more complex and mature and sincere and there is so much angst and both of them have their own emotional baggage weighing them down but at the same time their dialogues seem to flow with such a captivating lightness and honesty between the two of them. They are forming a genuine friendship and I really love to see that after that weird-ass romance trope that was forced into their relationship in the first season

When they said the Loki series might softly reboot the MCU, I didn't think it was going to be by KILLING LITERALLY EVERYONE WITH FIRE.
