#like you could put anybody from that family in touya's place and I would be like 'understandable have a nice day'
it’s not even about touya (I mean it is because everything is about touya because he is everything always but aNYWAY)
I don’t know how anyone could look at any of the todoroki siblings + rei and not be like “yeah, you can have a little unhinged murder. that’s fair.”

if i cant draw them.
Tumblr media
then ill explain them. (GET READY FOR A SEMI-SIZED, NO TYPING QUIRK POST UNDER THE CUT BECAUSE I LOVE THEM. im pullin out the proper grammar n all man.)
Kohane's family go on holiday(/vacation) one year to a seaside town. In the town, a fairly famous painter and his family live, the Shinonomes. There's Akito, who is normally found with another young boy and a young girl (all around Kohane's age) (Touya and An, if you couldn't guess) while the older child of the two found herself mainly by the shore, painting until dusk. Ena.
Kohane, one night, decides to sneak out of the house when she sees the moon shining down upon the sea in such a way that she had to take pictures of it to show her dad when she got back. So, taking her camera and and bundling up (it's cold. of course she's not just gonna go out in her pyjamas like in the movies, she's not gonna go and get a cold just for a few photos!) she left, shutting the door of her parent's holiday home behind her to venture out to a cliff by the building. That was always a good thing about where her parents' had bought the place, it was so close to a cliff side that they didn't have to go far to take breathtaking pictures of the sunrise or sunset.
However, the moon wasn't the only thing that caught her attention. There was a figure laying upon the shore, an odd shape where it's legs' should be flapping in front of it. The silhouette was familiar to Kohane. Long, wavy hair, two buns either side (she could only assume. why would anybody only put one bun up in their hair??) and an easel not too far from it. Was that... No. It couldn't be, right? It couldn't be Ena...
During her time away from her real home, Kohane had gotten to know Akito and his friends', and the four of them had created a small group together. With this, Kohane had also got to know Akito's sister better. The two had a lot in common, and would find themselves drifting towards eachother when Akito wasn't around. They frolicked across the edge of the sea. Or, well... Kohane did. Ena never stepped foot into the water, constantly making excuses about how cold it was or that she needed to finish a sketch so badly that she couldn't just leave it for a few minutes. It all made sense to Kohane now.
She found herslef wandering down the stony path that lead to the actual beach, walking across the sand barefooted, holding her sandals in one hand with her camera secured around her neck, calling out to the brunette. It was almost like magic the way Ena's legs rebuilt themselves so that she was bipedal again, standing up and rushing to Kohane with a look of terror on her face. She warned Kohane of her misfortune, about how if she told anybody in the small town about her, that she would be shunned for life. Kohane stuck to that promise, vowing never to tell a sould about what she saw.
It seemed the two only got closer from that day forward. Kohane started hanging out with Akito much less, now focusing on Ena more than anything. A lot of her cameras storage seemed to be taken up by the brunette, not that she cared. Candids of the girl painting by the shore into the twilight and blurry photos in return of Kohane herself filled the camera. A picture or two of Ena could be found deep in the storage of her in the water, hair splayed around her as if she were an angel.
The day that they first kissed was a surprise to nobody. The sun was going down and the beach was deserted apart from the two girls. They were laying against the sand, Ena picking up a shell once in a while and throwing it across to be swept away by the tide. Kohane rolled onto her side, admiring the older girl. The way her hair formed a dark ring around her head, her chestnut eyes shimmering in the moonlight. Her cheeks flushed with the thought of her lips on Ena's, heart pounding and brain turned to mush. Ena noticed the girl's trouble. Of course she did. She was good at picking up on that kind of stuff.
To the surprise of nobody in the town, Ena had fallen head over heels for the blonde girl, constantly doodling her in her sketchbook, only to be flustered and rub the drawings out.
(ILL FINISH THIS LATER I PROMISE IVE WRITTEN SO MUCH MY BRAIN JUICES. ILL PUT A SUMMARY 4 THE REST OF IT THO. basically they kiss and they are really really gay until Kohane has to go back home boom done i just need to... write all of that. eventually.)

The concept of human and animal mixing themselves wasn’t something new but science made that too close to reality. Now a hybrid was the common pet for many- the perfect balance for those who wanted children but simply weren’t equipped with the time or the money. Those cute angelic human faces, with ears poking out from-
And Tomura had squatted and was pissing on the couch. Y/N couldn’t help but rub her eyebrow in frustration. It was like she had just cleaned that yesterday! At this rate, she may as well throw out the couch. And she loved her little kitty, of course! But it was getting ridiculous.
It was like taking care of a child who'd never been potty trained. She couldn't put him in diapers either. He’d be humiliated and pissed off at her for god knows how long. So she had to take him to the bathroom about once every two hours. Sometimes he’d make a fuss and pee on the bath mat on purpose, but other times, he was compliant. She found that pushing on his bladder a little helped when he was feeling stubborn.
It hadn’t always been so routine, though. At first, he was mortified at the prospects of Y/N watching him pee. It's gross! She wasn’t supposed to see him do that! In hindsight, maybe getting him so comfortable with that was a mistake. He was brave enough to go in front of her no matter where. She should have just locked Tomura in the bathroom and listened to him to make sure he went but no.
Of course, she had to baby him. He would rub up against her leg all day, purring. He’d lay beside her at night and beg for praise, and she couldn't deny him because he's just oh so cute. Things really took a turn when he started calling her mommy. That definitely flipped a switch for her. Y/N was so easily manipulated by him, and neither of them realized. Shigaraki thought he just had the perfect mommy, and Y/N just thought she had the perfect baby boy.
She loved her cute cat hybrid, but he even had some funny habits. For example, he was still a young cat- about twenty-two-ish in human years. But even so, she’d never bothered to get him spayed. It hurt her feelings to even think about it. She tried talking to him about it, but he only cried and cried and cried until she promised him she wouldn’t.
And even then, her little baby wasn’t aggressive. The worst-case scenario was this- his spaying and genuine accidents. He took out his sexual desires on her pillow, humping it, kneading it, and biting down on it. His tail twitched in a specific way Y/N had learned to recognize whenever it was obvious he was getting aroused, whether from her belly rubs or simply the passing of time.
He was strictly an indoor hybrid too- Y/N believed in keeping her hybrid safe from passing cars, especially when he didn’t know any better. I mean, how the fuck was he supposed to protect himself? He’s so codependent on her. Tomura crawls across the floor and clings to her leg more often than not. He tugs on Y/N’s clothes for food and has to have at least twelve good night kisses. He’s pampered and spoiled and so happy he found a good mommy.
Y/N would kill anyone or anything who would dare hurt her precious boy. He was so sweet and defenseless. Only a monster would hurt someone so sweet. But Y/N knew the world was full of monsters. She's not näive. Her parents were a good example. They had unprompted hate towards her boyfriend at the time and his family until it tore their relationship apart.
He was the one keeping her sane, keeping her grounded but their hatred got in the way. They had planned on adopting a hybrid before, they even decided to name him Tomura. Y/N wasn't hung up on him, she had her little kitty to love! But the name was still sentimental. If only he had kept talking to her, they could have had a life together, but he ghosted her completely and their last conversation was something mundane.
She’s brought back to reality by something soft rubbing her leg, she looks down to find Tomura smiling up at her.
“Mommy, you forgot to take me to the bathroom, meow,” he says calmly, as though peeing on the couch was a completely reasonable response to that.
She sighs, “Next time, just remind me, Tomu, just please stop peeing on the couch,”
He nods and rubs against her leg a bit more, “I’ll be a good boy, mommy,” he promises, knowing he’s going to break it, “Pet me please, meow.”
It’s not really a question, and more a demand: his tail swishes when she sits down on the floor with him. He nuzzled into her hand as she scratched behind his ears. Getting the couch cleaned all the time was expensive and embarrassing. What do the neighbors think every time they see it pull into their driveway?
Y/N finally caves, and, opening her phone, calls the first business with “Animal Trainer” next to it. It looked like a serious business and was rated five stars. It didn’t even look that expensive either! Even so, she had to get him to stop acting out like this.
“Hello?” She says once the phone stops ringing.
“Yes, this is Dabi speaking. How can I help you today?” A voice responds on the other side, thick and gruff. He sounded like he’d smoked for quite a few years (that or he had just gotten out of bed).
“Hi, this is Y/N. I’m calling because my cat hybrid is spaying and pissing everywhere. He’s not fixed, and I promised him I wouldn’t do that to him. I need to get him to stop. I can’t keep cleaning but I’m not going to give him up to the shelter either.”
There’s a moment of silence on the other line. “A bad kitty. I can fix that. You’ll need to chip in, of course.”
She hesitates and looks over at Tomura who is starting to rub against her legs, curious about what and who she’s talking to. “Of course. When’s the soonest you can come over?”
“How about right now?”
“Perfect. Here’s my address.”
-
Dabi walks through the door, and her mouth falls open.
“You,” She says in surprise and in shock.
He grins devilishly, “Me, it's nice to see you, sweetheart.”
She scoffs, “It’s nice to see me? You stopped talking to me after we dated for almost a year!”
“It’s not my fault you changed your number and didn’t tell me,” He snaps back at her, his irritation growing. He grew sick of the disconnected response from the phone too quickly for her to joke about this.
“I never changed my-” She stops, “Oh.”
His face softens too, “It was your parents, huh?”
“Yeah,” she says, looking up at him.
Y/N wraps her arms around Touya hesitantly, and he does the same. Meanwhile, Tomura sits there in shock. Who was this man cuddling with mommy? He’d have to drench the whole house to get this guy’s scent off, and what’s in the bag?
“And this is Tomura,” She introduces. He looks up at the mention of his name, letting out a confused meow.
He grins- Y/N really knows how to pick them. This was the name they promised they’d name their own little hybrid all those years ago when they made plans to marry. So even if she was angry...
“Hey, little guy,” Touya says, trying to be friendly.
That was pretty easy when a cute kitty is staring up at you. But not so easy when he hisses at you and mutters profanities. He frowns. This was gonna be a lot of work.
“Hey,” he says, turning away from the pissed-off kitten, “I’ll give you a discount, how's three hundred sound?”
Her eyes light up, “Three hundred sounds fantastic! Thank you, Touya!”
She hugs him again and Shigaraki wants to yell but...mommy seems so happy with this... this stranger. And he doesn't want to make her sad, so he crawls away and mopes in her room, curling up in her bed and burying his face in her blankets. Does she love him? Is he going to stay? He wouldn't blame Y/N; this Touya person is rather cute but still. She doesn't notice her missing kitty while she continues to work out the details with Touya.
“Y/N, down to business. Why is your hybrid causing you problems? You said something about spaying? Tell me about it.”
“So what happens is that he goes around peeing everywhere! I used to be able to help him go to the bathroom, but now he just goes wherever he wants, whenever he wants! I looked it up and it sounds like spaying, but it’s full-on piss sometimes too.”
Touya is quiet for a moment, thinking, “So he sees you as a mate and he’s trying to mark his territory to ward off another male. Have you invited anybody over recently?” He asks, trying to grasp the situation.
Y/N shakes her head. He saw her as a mate?! “No, I try not to. My house smells like piss thanks to Mister Whiskers.” She huffs.
“He probably sensed another hybrid then from the outside. Possibly a feral. The best way to get him to stop is to make him think he already owns you. I’ll call hybrid control too. It’s not a good place for hybrids on the streets.” He says, pulling out his own phone and sending a text.
“Okay then. How do we do that?”
“It’s quite easy,” he says, “Let's go find Tomura first.”
He heads upstairs to where he assumes Tomura’s hiding. The smell of pee intensifies as he gets closer to what he assumes is your room. He opens the door to see Tomura curled on the bed, frowning.
“See how territorial he is?” Touya points out, “He already sees me as a threat even though I've just walked in the door.”
Y/N nods, but she’s still in disbelief. Tomura sees her as his mate? That's ridiculous. Although, if what Touya’s saying is true, she really wouldn't mind. She’d always had a crush on Tomura, I mean just look at him! He’s cute and so cuddly. The adorable ears and fluffy hair really add onto the whole cute kitty image. He’s so smart too. And kind. Their relationship isn't one-sided at all, he takes care of Y/N and she takes care of him.
Touya nudges her towards the bed, and she sits next to him. They both look at each other for a while, and Touya doesn't interrupt. They need to go at their own paces, for now at least. Y/N finally reaches a hand out to scratch behind his ears, and Tomura starts to purr again. It feels like Y/N is the only one in the room. He doesn't even notice Touya until he sits on the other side of him.
He wants to hiss and scratch at him, but Y/N is scratching his head just the way he likes.
“Hey buddy,” Touya says, reaching out to rub soothing circles on his back, “You love Y/N a whole lot, huh?”
Tomura nods, still suspicious of the man sitting with them.
“She’s your mate, isn't she?” he says, fingers trailing across his neck to scratch the back of his head, “You've got a nice pretty mate Tomura. She’s all yours, sweetie,”
Mate?! How did Touya know how he felt about y/n? They barely said a word to each other.
“Mate,” he nods, grabbing onto Y/N’s thigh.
He worms his hands between the mattress and her soft thighs and squeezes it in his arms, laying his head on it.
“Mate,” he purrs, happy that he’s able to say it out loud, “Mommy’s such a pretty mate.”
Touya nods; this is good. They're making progress.
“Now Y/N, why don't you lie down on the bed,” Touya instructs.
She does as told and lies on her back, trying to relax. She tenses up again when his fingers tug down her pants. She tries to grab his hand and stop him but he bats it away.
“Do you want your house to smell like piss for the rest of your life, or are you gonna let me help you?” He asks, raising an eyebrow.
She nods and lets him pull down her pants.
“Are you sure this is necessary?” she asks, not enjoying the cold air on her cunt nor the fact that she was nearly naked in front of both of them.
“Completely necessary,” he assures her.
Next to go is her shirt, then her bra until she’s lying completely naked in front of them. When he starts to strip Tomura down, she gets worried. Why is Tomura suddenly so compliant with Touya? He was ready to flip his shit just minutes ago. Touya guides Tomura to kneel between Y/N’s legs and wiggles his spiked cock out of its little pouch. Tomura mewls softly; he’s never felt someone else touch him there before.
“Now, why don’t you rub mommy’s pussy right,” he guides Tomura’s hand to her clit, “There.”
He looks confused but does as he’s told. Obviously, Tomura doesn't do it well enough. The nerves and inexperienced hands don’t do anything to get Y/N aroused. Too bad so sad, he’s here to fix a problem, not make it pleasurable. He lines up Tomura’s cock, and Y/N finally pieces together what's happening. Her breathing picks up and her eyes widen. Surely he wasn’t really going to have Tomura fuck her, right? That would hurt! Like really really hurt!
But the look of excitement in his eyes made her feel guilty. He wants this so badly and he loves her so much. If this was going to help him she’d just have to take it. So when Touya helps him poke the tip of his cock in, she’s already white-knuckled from gripping the sheets. She whimpers when more of it starts to go in; it felt like the branch of an English hawthorn was forcing itself inside of her. At the same time, the tiny, sharp thorns on his cock were tickling her G-spot.
She wasn't ready when he started to fuck into her, he was over the moon with joy whilst she was crying out in pain. Tomura can’t decide between yowling, meowing, or moaning so he chooses a mixture of all three. All of his little noises are adorable; the whines and whimpers of her name make her try to smile through all of the pain.
“Gotta...breed mommy,” he pants, “Breed mommy!”
Her eyes widened.
“No sweetie,” she says, squeezing her eyes shut and trying not to focus on the pain, “You can’t breed a mommy baby. Please don’t Tomura.”
“Hey,” Touya says, “do you want this to work or not?”
She whines in defeat and lets him keep fucking her.
“Breed, mommy,” he chants, happier than ever.
Everything's “fine” until he decides to bite her tit.
“Ow! Tomura, no!” she cries, trying to push his head away, but Touya holds her hands in place.
“You can’t deny him Y/N. It won't work if you do,” he tuts.
She tries to squirm away, but Touya keeps his grip on her firm, and the cold hands of death couldn't pry Tomura away from her. So she cries and moans and prays that he’ll cum and get this over with. Touya lets go of her hands and climbs behind Tomura. What was he doing back there?
Y/N doesn’t even have a moment to be confused as Touya unbuckles his pants, Tomura grinding at her pussy, his sharp barbs and accurate aims make the pain and the pleasure simply too much for her brain to work. He doesn’t even take off his shirt, or slide them down, just pulls out his cock from his jeans and shoves it into the cute tight, and unsuspecting hole in front of him.
“Meow! Mommy! It hurts! Meow!” Tomura cries, yowling in pain as his virgin hole is penetrated. Touya’s cock is massive- at least twelve inches in length. Despite Tomura’s small size, she can still feel Touya against her own stomach, the way his cock burrowed a hole into Tomura, in through one end and attempting to force its way out the other.
“Look at that cute little pussy. It’s all nice and red for Master''. Tomura was bleeding! He meowed, feeling the trickling down his thighs as Touya pushed himself into Tomura, again and again, forcing Tomura to keep fucking Y/N despite the pain that he was in. As she gets wetter it’s easier for her to talk and think. She cradles Tomura’s head in her arms and lets it fall into the crook of her neck.
“How is this helping?” she asks, still crying from the pain of Tomura’s cock in her.
“Um, it’s keeping him inside of you? Listen, I don't fucking know. I just wanted to fuck him, ” Touya laughs, before pausing, “Or even bitch him if it works.” Leaning down to trail kisses up Tomura’s neck, he coos “Who’s my pretty boy?”
“I am, ” he sobs, “Mommy, please, it hurts. But it feels so good just- just make it stop mommy please.”
“I can't, sweetie. I’m sorry,” she says, kissing the side of his head, “It’ll feel good soon, Tomura, I promise.”
He bites her tit again, not as hard as before, and tries to stifle the sounds of his crying. How could he be a good mate if he was so weak? He doesn't deserve her. He should give her up to Touya; he’s strong and smart, not weak like he is. But then Y/N pulls his face away from her chest and kisses him. It’s rough and passionate and the best thing he’s ever felt, besides her warm wet pussy, of course.
When he cums, he cums hard. His cock was made for breeding so it squirts out more cum than humanly possible. It takes mere seconds for it to start gushing out of her, seeping deep into her womb. There’s no doubt she’s pregnant; Y/N never planned to have sex at this point in her life, so she was on absolutely no form of birth control.
Even if she had used a condom, Tomura’s thorny cock would have poked right through it. His cum would’ve somehow breached her IUD, and it was sure to be one hundred times more potent than human cum and no chemical could’ve stopped it. They're both aching when Touya finally fills Tomura’s tight, no longer virgin, asshole. Thankfully it makes it easier for Touya to slide out of him without either ripping Tomura’s asshole or having Tomura’s asshole pull his cock right off.
-
Touya is surprisingly good with his aftercare. And it looks like he came prepared as well.
Touya takes his sweet time gently putting hybrid injury cream around his ass. There's nothing of course he could do about the inside besides giving Tomura some anti-inflammatory medicine and blood stoppers. All wrapped inside of a pill pocket, the brat.
And despite his so-called love for Y/N, Tomura still kept up the attitude. When Touya moved onto Y/N, slowly caressing her cunt and making sure she was okay, taking care of her and wiping her clean of cum, Tomura would throw a fit and say he wanted attention.
Don't get him wrong, he was worried for his mommy. He didn't know what the white stuff leaking out of her was or what the white stuff that'd been leaking out of him was- he just knew it felt good. But he recognized bruises from his own hands, his claws digging into her from when he orgasmed.
But he wanted attention too! What about him?! Why did mommy get all the attention? It was like he had completely forgotten the attention that had been on him for a while. He meowed over and over, tugging on Touya’s arm.
“Master,” he whines, “What about me?”
“Shh,” Touya says, “We need to take care of mommy too, Tomura.”
“But-” he starts.
“No buts unless you want me to spank yours,” Touya warns.
Tomura opens and closes his mouth, deciding he’d rather not have his ass beat red. He still whines, though, putting his head on Y/N’s chest, so he never left his master’s line of sight. When Touya pushes his head away, he mewls over and over, crying out for his master. Claiming that “You don’t care about me, Master!”
Touya silences him with a kiss on the forehead and the lips, and that satiates him...for a while until he’s pawing at Touya again, whining and whimpering. However, when Y/N is the one to try and silence him, he shuts up immediately. You never tell him to be quiet; you always tell him how much you love his voice.
So he curls into you and kisses your neck, telling you that you're the best mommy in the world. You can only smile and nod, letting Touya apply ointment to your wounds. Tomura has never felt like this before, not just from his orgasm but being cared for by two people. Of course, Y/N cared for him well, maybe too well. She spoiled him beyond belief. He got away with pissing on the couch for months. He got whatever food he wanted whenever he wanted. You even let him eat at the dinner table though he was NOT supposed to.
Touya fixed all of that. He disciplined Tomura, shoving him in a diaper until he begged and cried to be good, and he was...until Touya went home. Touya also put him on a diet that was healthier for his sensitive stomach. Lastly he made it very clear to her that Tomura will only be eating out of his bowls on the floor, much to Tomura’s disappointment.
-
Despite it all, they end up together. All of them. Mommy and Master and cute little Tomura at the center. Maybe he would’ve stopped acting up but he didn’t. He just wanted both of them more- and both of them together. So he makes mommy call Touya for no reason or forces her to, pissing and shitting wherever he could, even vomiting.
Even things that didn’t need to be fixed- they called Touya. And of course, Touya always sets Tomura straight. He’d shove Tomura in a kennel for hours, and force Y/N to watch, to discipline him for calling him over, sometimes even himself if he got ahold of the house phone, and Y/N to get her to stop spoiling Tomura.
And of course, Tomura would yowl and cry that nobody loved him, making painful noises that would cause suffering to any normal human’s heart (at least, Y/N would argue that). He would piss himself even more, and even shit on the blankets to try and get the smell to let him out. Touya however, only pissed on Tomura when he pissed in the kennel, and sprayed air freshener when he shit. Maybe it was something that he wanted himself.
Y/N, of course, would always let him out when he let out a particularly miserable noise. She washed the disgusting blankets at night when she was supposed to be asleep and cleaned him up through the bars of his cage. Whenever Touya caught her, he was furious. It took only minutes for her to be squished in the cage besides Tomura, praying he didn't decide to make any messes.
She comforted him, reminding Tomura that Touya would provide wonderful aftercare for the bruises and indents the cage gave them. When Touya fed them through the bars it was especially humiliating, making sure to spill or smear at least some of it on both Y/N and Tomura. But Tomura was happy to clean you up with his cute pink tongue, and that never failed to make her giggle.
Despite the punishments and the spoiling he loves his mommy and master equally! They were so good to him! Dogs can be a man’s best friend, but what best resembles a lover? The cute little kitty cat in the middle of mommy and master.

BnHA Chapter 290: It’s Touya Time
Previously on BnHA: Iida and Hadou showed up like a couple of Pennsylvanias and Georgias to bail Shouto out at the last minute. Ochako and Toga had an exceptionally strange fight which consisted of Toga being all “guess what Ochako, I used your quirk to murder someone, how do you feel about that”, and Ochako being all “I do not like that”, to which Toga was all “:(”. There was some doll-stealing and some bookcase-yeeting, and then Toga left in tears because Ochako was all adamant that murder has consequences. Anyway so I have absolutely no idea what Toga is thinking now, but I guess we’ll have some time to stew on it, because we ended the chapter by cutting back to the Iida+Hadou+Shouto VS Afomura battle, which was interrupted by Gigantomachia and the LoV showing up like a bunch of Floridas to ruin everyone’s nice day.
Today on BnHA: Horikoshi hands the mic over to Dabi and is all “take it away, kid.” Over in Room 315 of Musutafu General, Rei is all “may I please watch some TV” and the hospital staff is all “sure”, and so she tunes in just in time to catch Todoroki Touya’s Peabody Award-winning documentary “Number One Hero, Number One Fraud: The Todoroki Enji Story”, which is being broadcast nationwide courtesy of Skeptic and his magic laptop. Meanwhile in Jakku, Dabi is all “I’M TOUYA, BITCHES”, and Shouto and Enji are all, “(゜◇゜ )”, and Dabi is all, “anyway so just to sum it all up, because of how much of a jerk Endeavor was, I am now Evil.” Everyone continues to be all “(゚o゚)” except for Dabi, who is all “└(˘▾˘┌ )≡ ( ┐˘▾˘)┘≡┗( ˘▾˘)┛≡┏( ˘▾˘)┓≡┗( ˘▾˘)┛” for pretty much the rest of the chapter. Idk. Just let the man have his fun, guys. He’s waited a long time for this.
y’all I have a confession to make. I am technically not spoiled for this chapter thanks to my robustly paranoid system of spoiler-tag-filtering, which is extensive enough that it pretty much will catch whenever someone so much as breathes something even remotely new-chapter-related. that being said, I like to think that I am capable of making basic logical inferences! and so the fact that for the past 36 hours, my dashboard has pretty much nonstop consisted almost entirely of this...
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
...has led me to conclude that MAYBE, POSSIBLY, PROBABLY, BUT ALSO DEFINITELY, a certain someone is finally going to reveal his ~secret identity~ woop woop. lmao
anyway so everyone, please remember to act surprised though, as we would not want Dabi’s feelings to be hurt at all. he has been planning this moment for the last decade or so and I wouldn’t want him to feel like all of that effort was for naught. so just play along, okay. OH MY, IF IT ISN’T THE LEAGUE OF VILLAINS’ MYSTERIOUS DABI. WHATEVER COULD HIS ARRIVAL POSSIBLY BE HERALDING, I JUST DON’T KNOW
“Dabi’s Dance” lmao. I’m sticking with Touya Time myself. ngl I had this recap title planned out for at least the past year or so. just waiting for that day to finally come
anyway so some people in some building somewhere are all “TURN OFF THE TV IN ROOM 315” and idk. I’m guessing the LoV is hacking the airwaves to livestream the reveal, as predicted
-- oh shit. UHHHHHHHH
Tumblr media
did she always have this TV or did she get it just recently?? jfc of all the times for the hospital staff to finally loosen up
Tumblr media
um... so that’s... (・_・;)
well but I mean, she was gonna find out one way or the other at some point though. like you can’t really just keep her locked up and isolated from all news of the outside world forever and ever and ever. granted, this isn’t exactly the ideal way for her to learn this particular bit of information, but it’s not really ideal for anybody else either! EXCEPT DABI, THAT IS. have yourself a day you funky little terrorist
oh shit what is this?? it’s not live???
Tumblr media
over in Jakku, a red-faced, sputtering Dabi makes a frantic grab for Skeptic’s laptop. “WAIT, NO, JESUS, NOT THAT TAPE!”
lol. but seriously Dabi are you even wearing a shirt. like I’m not one to slutshame anyone bro, but it’s just, exactly what type of mood were you looking to set here??
anyway so we really are cutting back to Jakku now, and Gigantomachia is all, “MASTERS”! which, I wonder if he really did use the plural? that’s right Machia, both of them in one place now! that sure is convenient for you huh
lol what is this with all this AFO monologuing. you’re really gonna make me read through this when I’m sitting here all sleep-deprived from election week. JUST GET TO THE TOUYAS. WE WERE PROMISED TOUYAS!!
sigh
Tumblr media
“tee hee it’s fucking hilarious how goddamn powerful I am now lol”
alas, in spite of myself I do have two serious takeaways from this. one is that AFO is still controlling most of Tomura’s body behind the scenes, which both does and doesn’t bode well for Tomura (like, at least he’s not dying, but the long-term implications of this for his free will and such certainly are not Good). and two is that this confirms that Ujiko did give Tomura at least one powerful mutant quirk, which explains why he was still so deadly and indestructible even when Aizawa was using Erasure on him (since Erasure doesn’t work on mutant quirks, just emitter and transformation ones)
MEANWHILE ON TODAY’S EPISODE OF “TODOROKI SHOUTO’S TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE, NO GOOD, VERY BAD LIFE”
Tumblr media
I like how he doesn’t actually say that he can’t take on Gigantomachia. just that he can’t take on him and Afomura at the same time. that’s confidence, baby. that right there is why you always draft Todoroki Shouto in the first round for your fantasy team
HADOU!!!!
Tumblr media
OOOH, TOMURA’S ALL “MAN, THIS GIRL’S WAVE POWERS AND THIS KID’S ICE POWERS ARE A SUPER-STRONG COMBO DAGNABBIT.” YESSS I LIKE THAT, TELL ME MORE ABOUT HOW COOL AND POWERFUL THEY ARE
HOT DAMN LOOK AT THAT
Tumblr media
um but not to take away from this exceptionally cool moment or anything, but why is Endeavor dying and shouting “RUN” down there in the corner um
oh
Tumblr media
excuse me. not to take away from How Bad This All Is, but!!
Tumblr media
just a little, smol, IidaBaku for everyone. Iida, who apparently doesn’t know a damn thing about first aid and is all, “hmm that’s a pretty bad-looking puncture wound he has in his left shoulder there, I think I’ll just let his arm dangle freely like that and I won’t bother taking off his heavy gauntlets either. I mean. he’ll be fine, probably.” smh. at least Shouto probably cauterized the wounds
EXCUSE ME WHAT
Tumblr media
TIME FOR MORE OF THAT GOOD OLD FASHIONED SHOUNEN RIDICULOUSNESS I GUESS LMAO. KACCHAN YOU HAVE A HOLE IN YOUR TORSO. THERE IS A HOLE IN YOUR TORSO, AND YOU LOST LIKE FOUR GALLONS OF BLOOD, BUT SURE. “PUT ME DOWN” HE SAYS. FIRST OF ALL, PUTTING ASIDE THE FACT THAT YOU ABSOLUTELY SHOULD NOT BE CONSCIOUS, THE FUCK ARE YOU EVEN GOING TO DO, LIE DOWN AT THEM?? LISTEN, YOU SWEET IDIOT. TAKE HEED, BELOVED DUMBASS!!
ah well. I guess he gets to watch the Touya Show now too then lol
LMAOOOO now Machia’s lifting Tomura carefully in his palm like a broken action figure and Spinner is all “THE FUCK, YOU LOOK LIKE DEATH WARMED OVER”
Tumblr media Tumblr media
“oh hey there Spinner. well let’s see, I woke up from my three-month coma and destroyed a city, had my body incinerated, and am currently being possessed by a diabolically evil potato. but please, tell me more about everything you've been through”
AW YISS AND THE FOCUS NOW SHIFTS TO THE TODOROKIS. EVERYTHING IS PROCEEDING EXACTLY AS WE HAVE FORESEEN
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Endeavor my dude. it’s as if you want to die here. also holy shit, that bit about his lungs definitely does not bode well for him either
MOTHERFUCKER
Tumblr media
GO AHEAD AND SIGN YOUR OWN DEATH CERTIFICATE, WHY DON’T YOU!! FLAGS UPON FLAGS. JESUS CHRIST
meanwhile Dabi’s just waving at ‘em
Tumblr media
lmaoooo please oh please Caleb please keep this ‘EYYYYYYY’, it’s fucking perfect kdlshk;hg
AHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Tumblr media
(ETA: so as you will see very shortly, I completely missed this detail in my first read-through because I was so anxious to get to the reveal page, but THIS MOTHERFUCKER LITERALLY DOUSED HIMSELF WITH INSTANT HAIR DYE REMOVER THAT HE’S JUST BEEN CARRYING AROUND IN A LITTLE HIP POUCH APPRENTLY SINCE THE BEGINNING OF TIME. MOTHERFUCKER. I HAVE NO WORDS.)
IS THIS THE TIME. IS THIS THE MOMENT?! HERE IT COMES SLKFHS BRACE YERSELVES LADS
EYYYYYYYYYYYY
Tumblr media
OKAY EVERYONE JUST LIKE WE PRACTICED!! SURPRISED FACES ON THREE! ONE... TWO... (•̪ o •̪) !! okay how was that
LMAO ENDEAVOR
Tumblr media
at least Shouto looks properly stunned. Enji just looks like endeavor.exe just straight up stopped working
meanwhile Deku’s out here trying to do the math on this latest surprise family reveal! first Tomura is related to Nana, and now this. what’s next. who are you related to, Spinner. he rips off his boots to reveal engine legs and declares himself Iida’s long-lost uncle
oh shit Touya
Tumblr media
it’s as if a million fanworks suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly jossed. who knew that all this time he was secretly sporting a crop top scar
also, THIRTY?! holy shit son you been busy
la la la two-page spread of Touya casually driving the dagger into Endeavor’s hero career and rocking the foundations of hero society as we know it la la la
Tumblr media
la la la!!!
OH IS THAT THE END OF THE STORY THEN
Tumblr media
almost got confused for a sec. there’s two monologues happening at once here. Endeavor doesn’t even know that his dirty laundry is being aired out nation-wide as we speak ffffff
btw while I appreciate the close-ups of Enji and Shouto here for sure, ngl I would also really love to see everyone else’s reactions right now. SHOW ME BAKUGOU AND THE LOV YOU COWARDS
is his hair actually turning white all of a sudden?? your hair dye just reacts on command??
(ETA: in all seriousness though, the hell kind of hair dye was he using? all he has to do is pour a bottle of that stuff and not even lather it in and it’s just gone just like that?? what the fuck would have have done if it ever rained lmao.
and this motherfucker just goes and leaves the dye remover in afterwards, too. I have never dyed my hair in my life and even I can tell you that’s probably not a good idea, Dabi.)
Tumblr media
is this it. is this the legendary Dabi Dance in action. lmfao
oh hey what the fuck
Tumblr media
so you figured you’d just murder your innocent younger brother to get revenge on dad, huh. well that’s nice
is that really all there is to the origin story though?? feels like we’re still missing a huge chunk of it. what was it that finally sent him over the edge? or was the trauma of being created as Endeavor’s perfect little hero tool and then being subsequently rejected by him enough on its own? because I’m still kind of confused on the part where he goes from “abused and discarded by his father” to “killed thirty people and was plotting the murder of his own brother” to tell you the truth
(ETA: lmao the initial fandom reaction to this did not disappoint. listen guys. people can be traumatized and shaped by awful circumstances that are completely out of their control, and grow up to be people they wouldn’t have grown up to be if things had been better, and all of that absolutely sucks, but. it doesn’t mean they get a get-out-of-jail-free card for all of their future actions, either! the tragedy of this situation is that terrible things happened to Touya, and he then went on to do terrible things himself. the tragedy of it is that this is exactly how the cycle of abuse keeps repeating itself on and on and on. maybe one of the people Dabi killed had a child who will now grow up traumatized themselves, and potentially go on to pay it forward themselves when they grow up. the tragedy is that the eye-for-an-eye justice that Touya is seeking out won’t actually make anything better in the end. the tragedy is that we understand why Touya is so angry, but that anger has basically warped him into the gleefully sadistic dancing figure we see in this chapter who has stopped caring about anyone else’s pain or suffering and just wants his own revenge.
anyway. basically what I’m trying to say is that it’s possible for the concepts of “Todoroki Touya was an innocent child and a victim of abuse” and “Dabi is a grown-ass motherfucking adult who killed thirty people and PROBABLY NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THAT” to coexist lol. like, y’all wanted your moral grey, well HERE YOU GO lmao, eat up.)
lol but LOOK AT THAT BOY DANCE HIS LITTLE HEART OUT though
Tumblr media
Todoroki Touya confirmed not a fan of the Endeavor redemption arc huh. well we all saw this coming lols
anyways here’s a sexy Touya for y’all
Tumblr media
you really are the most theatrical bitch I s2g lmao
also for real though, what is happening with his hair? anime team in shambles here. they’re probably just gonna double down and keep it red. too bad though cuz this is a surprisingly good look on him
SO MANY CLOSE-UPS OF THE TODOROKI FACES
Tumblr media
friendly reminder that Dabi without a doubt REHEARSED this speech like a thousand fucking times. LET US FALL TOGETHER!! COME DANCE WITH YOUR SON IN HELL. apparently if you fake your own death in middle school you will never mentally age past that point and will remain a permanent chuuni
OH LMAO THAT’S THE END
Tumblr media
we really just gonna end on “DANCE WITH YOUR SON IN HELL”, huh. very well then. you know what song to play, Horikoshi. one, two... YOU ARE MY DAD. YOU’RE MY DAD!! BOOGIE WOOGIE WOOGIE

The Chapter Contains Enji Todoroki. If this makes you triggered, or uncomfortable don't proceed.

#1. I Love How You Patch Me Up.
You let out a sigh as you dabbed Touya Todoroki's eyebrow with a cotton ball. He hissed as the hydrogen peroxide soaked ball of cotton made contact with his skin, burning him as it cleaned out the cut.
"Sorry."
"Just stings."
Touya watched you from the spot where he sat on the barstool. You pulled your lip between your teeth and he knew you were upset. Upset that you had to make him sit through the extra pain of cleaning out his cuts with ointment and peroxide.
You weren't just upset, but livid. Livid that his father would hurt him like this. Livid that his mother didn't step up and protect him. Most of all, you were livid that she wouldn't even stay around to clean him up, but rather left him to patch himself up.
Your heart hurt for Touya, it truly did. You knew what it was like to have your father, a respected man, lay a hand against you—that's how you originally met Touya in the first place.
You were both in a local drug store looking for peroxide and medical materials, the same day with the same purpose and reasons. You both happened to reach for the same bottle as if fate intended for you to meet. You ended up helping him patch himself up that day.
You carefully pressed a bandaid over Touya's eyebrow cut before moving onto a new one. Your eyes briefly flashed down to his teal orbs before going back to your task at hand.
"Why'd he get so angry this time?"
"I told my parents I wanted to apply to UA. Enji told me I wasn't cut out to be a hero, I disagreed."
"And your mother? What did she say."
"She didn't say anything... But I know she agrees with him."
Your hand pressed down harder on Touya's cut. Sensing your anger, Touya pulled your hand from his cut cheek to his mouth. Ignoring the pain from his busted lip, he kissed your tense knuckles.
"I hate them so much. I hate how he treats you. I hate how she doesn't stop it. She doesn't even try!"
"Can you really blame her? If she intervened then my busted face would be hers. If he didn't hit me, he would be hitting her."
"That's not how a mother should act. A mother would step in, a mother would protect you. You protect her so much, but she has never done shit for you."
"How would you know? You don't even have a mother."
His comment deeply bothered you, but you knew that it didn't come out of malice but rather a defense. It didn't make it hurt any less, however, you didn't retaliate with words but actions.
With a tight smile, you soak a cotton ball in hydrogen peroxide and aggressively press Touya's lip with the substance. He winced, but he couldn't be mad. You would never hurt him on purpose, instead, you took out your anger by cleaning him up, something that you knew would hurt him but something that essentially needed to be done.
"I'm sorry, that was mean."
"It was."
"I just hate when you talk bad about her, she's not a bad person. He is, but she's not. She's sweet with Fuyumi and Natsou, it's just cause' I look so much like him. She thinks I'm just like him."
A tear falls down from Touya's pretty teal eyes. It dribbled down his cheek and mixed in with his cuts. You turned your own gaze to the ground, as you couldn't help but let a few of your own fall as well.
"You're not your father Touya."
"You're right, I'm not my father. That's why it doesn't matter if I let him hurt me, cause' at least I know I'm not enabling a monster like him to hurt my mom."
Touya slips his arms around your waist and pulls you closer between his legs. He used his hand to tilt your chin up making you look him in the eyes as his other hand traced circles into the bare skin of your hip above your jeans.
"I wish we could just get away from them all."
Touya let his head rest against your chest and he softy murmured into your skin as you ran your fingers through his bright orange locks.
"One day I'm leaving and I'm not coming back. You'll come with me, right?"
Your lips quirked up into a small smile. You leaned your neck down and kissed the top of Touya's head.
"Of course. After all, you'd be hopeless without your unlicensed doctor."
"I think you meant my pretty, unlicensed doctor."
Touya could still feel the heat from your kiss on his head, lingering and begging for more. It was then in that moment as you patched up his wounds that he realized how he really felt about you. He really wanted to say those three unspoken words, the words he was so cautious about handing out, but he didn't. Instead, he held his best friend and let her patch up his face.

#2. I Love How You Won’t Let Me Go. (Even When I Push You Away.)
He knew what he was doing was horrible. He knew what he was doing was going to break your heart. He was doing the worst thing. It would be like stabbing you in the chest and twisting the knife.
Touya Todoroki knew what he was doing would hurt you, but that didn't stop him from packing his bag with any essential items he would need. He knew it would hurt you, but that didn't stop him from discreetly leaving you a heartfelt goodbye letter in your mailbox before he headed off to school.
He knew it would hurt you, but that didn't stop him from walking to the nearest bus stop right after school got out. He knew it would hurt you, but he still bought a ticket to the farthest destination anybody would look for him, a ticket he bought a week in advance from his departure date.
He knew it would hurt, yet he still attempted to go through with it. What he hadn't expected was to see you standing there at the bus stop when he arrived. He hadn't expected to see you, arms crossed with a furious look spread across your face.
"Were you really going to leave?"
His eyes flowed from the scorned look of betrayal on your face down to your hand which held the letter he left in your mailbox. It was bunched up in your fist and your knuckles were white from clenching it so hard.
He could see the tears building up at your eyes, and his chest felt heavy with regret. He pulled on the arm straps of his backpack tighter. He was scared of hurting you. He was careful to choose his next words, wary of breaking you even more.
"How did you even get from school to home to here so fast?"
"Maybe if you hadn't been avoiding me like the black plague, you would've known that I was absent from school today."
"Why were you absent? Did your father-"
"Don't. Don't ask about my father. You don't have that right, not after you broke your promise."
The tears started dribbling down your cheeks and you looked up at the sky to avoid looking at him with your blurry tear-filled orbs.
"You promised. You promised that you would take me with you. You said we’d escape our parents together… But you were going to leave without me. You weren't even going to give me an actual goodbye."
Your voice sounded quiet and simply broken. The tone you used with him was hurt and lifeless. He wished you would scream, he wished you would yell. Anything would be better than the broken tone you held. Anything would be better than the broken tone he caused.
"How could I take you with me? I'd just be dragging you down."
Touya took a deep breath and closed his eyes, mentally preparing himself for the words he had to say to you.
"You wanna know why I got so distant? My mom got put in a mental institute and our last conversation was her telling me I was gonna end up just like Enji. I can't be anywhere near you. I won't let myself treat you like he treats people."
Touya made the motion to turn as his tears started to leak down his eyes. He started to turn away from you, letting his last words to you serve as a goodbye. You quickly grabbed onto his arm, stopping him and pulling him back. You would not let him go, not like this.
“I'm not a good person, [Y/N], it's better if I just leave."
"I will not let you walk away from me, I will not let you walk away from the past seven years. If you can look me in the eyes and truthfully say our friendship has meant nothing, that I have meant nothing to you, then I'll let you walk away."
“That's not fair. I could never say that to you. I'm not leaving because of you. I'm leaving for you. For fuck's sake! If my own mother, my flesh and blood, couldn't love me then no one can. I'd just drive you insane.”
“That's bullshit! Cause' I love you, and I'll always love you."
The thing you so belligerently tried to keep from your best friend was out in the open. You felt naked and vulnerable now that the words were out of your mouth.
"You love me?"
His voice sounded so hesitant and scared of the answer. He looked at you but you were looking at the ground, scared to meet his eyes. You took a deep breath before divulging in the secret you kept so well.
"You’re the reason I have the strength to wake up every day despite knowing what's in store with my dad. You make it worthwhile every day when I see you in school, you make me feel like I'm actually important. I love you, I've always loved you... And if you still want to leave despite knowing that, then just leave.”
Touya cupped your cheeks in his hands and tilted your face up, forcing you to look up at him. His hands on your cheeks felt warm, you wished for nothing more than to stay like that.
“You always take time out of your day for me. Whether it's homework, an injury, or just to ask me about my day, you're there. You’ve never once got disgusted by my scars. I think I love you more than I value my own life and that scares me.”
Touya pressed his lips against yours. They felt warm and soft. You could smell his distinct scent of ash from his quirk. Words could not describe the way you loved the way ash smelt on him.
“But I can't stay with a family who hates me. Come with me doll. Leave your shitty dad and come with me.”
“Touya, I’d follow you to the ends of the earth if it meant being with you.”
Tumblr media
#3. I Love How You Don’t Judge Me.
With a grocery bag in his hand, Touya unlocked the door to the dingy motel room you had been staying in together. It wasn't much, but it wasn't somewhere someone would think to look for the son of the famous hero Endeavor. It wasn't much, but you didn't care as long as he was with you.
Touya locked the door behind him before walking further into the motel room and dropping the grocery bags at the foot of the bed where you laid reading a book. You looked up from your book and smiled at Touya.
“Hey there.”
Touya leaned down to your face and pressed his lips against yours, giving you a quick chaste kiss.
“Hi.”
"What’d you get at the store?”
“I got some instant ramen.”
“Same as yesterday, yummy.”
You picked up the grocery bag and carried it to the tiny microwave that the motel had provided in every room.
“Instant ramen in a rundown motel room. I'm sorry, I know it's not ideal.”
You turned your head to the side to look at Touya. A smile played on your lips as you made eye contact with him.
“I knew what I was signing up for when I came with you, besides, I like instant ramen.”
You added water to the containers and popped the ramen inside the microwave before pressing on the right buttons to turn it on. Touya came up behind you and wrapped his arms around you. He gave you another chaste kiss, this time on the side of your temple.
“Will you dye my hair?”
“Really? I really like your orange hair.”
You turned around in Touya's arms and looked him in the eyes to see if he was serious. It was so out of the blue, he had never had any interest in dying his hair before. As you ran your hands through his orange locks it wasn’t hard to guess what was going through his head. He was a spitting image of Enji.
“I have a job interview tomorrow, but I don't wanna go to it like this. I don't wanna go to it looking like a younger version of him. I want a whole new identity.”
“I really like your orange hair, but I'll love you no matter what hair color you've got.”
You walked over to the second grocery bag Touya had brought home and pulled out the black hair dye. You ripped the box open as Touya took a seat on a wooden chair in front of you. You ripped open the powders and dumped the powdered dye into the liquid chemical bottle before placing a lid on it and shaking it up.
“Tip your head back.”
You ran your fingers through his hair and applied the dye thoroughly as you rubbed it in his roots. You made sure not to leave a single inch of orange hair untouched.
You washed your hands and set a timer on your phone before retrieving your ramen bowls from the microwave and placing one in front of him and taking your place in the chair across from him.
“Thank you, doll.”
“Of course babe. I just hope it takes to your hair well, orange hair can be unpredictable when dyeing. We might have to go to the store and get another box.”
Touya sat there with you, happily eating away at the ramen you cooked for him. He wasn't sure how much time had passed when you asked the question he dreaded you asking.
“What's the job interview for?”
Touya bit down on his lip as he debated whether or not he should tell you. If he honestly told you what the job was, then you might get mad. On the other hand, he wanted to have an honest relationship with you.
“It’s for a position in the league of villains.”
You stared at him speechlessly as the timer went off on your phone. He wasn't sure what to make of your expression. You didn't look mad, or angry, but you didn't look happy or pleased either. Despite being best friends for most of your lives, Touya couldn't identify your expression. Not being able to tell what you were feeling made Touya nervous.
“You should wash your hair.”
“[Y/N]-”
“Go wash your hair before it falls out!”
He knew you were angry. He thought you were. You had to be. So instead of staying to talk it out, he retreated to the bathroom to wash out the chemicals as you took a seat on the edge of the bed. Each minute that passed felt like years to the both of you.
After what felt like a millennium, Touya emerged from the bathroom with a now black stained towel in his hand. You took a deep breath before smiling at your lover as he walked closer to you.
“You want to be a villain?”
“I- I know you're upset and disappointed, but I can't be a hero. I can't be that heroic guy you want and need. You can judge me all you want, but I can't be that.”
“Oh, baby… I would never judge you.”
You reached up and grabbed Touya by the sides of his head. With your thumbs, you wiped away the tears that had begun making their way down his cheeks and you gently pulled his face down to yours. Touya got on his knees and wrapped his arms around you as you cradle his face on your chest.
“I’m not upset, or disappointed either. You want a new identity, I understand that. I literally just dyed your hair, I'll even help you pick a new name. I was just shocked to hear you say, villain.”
“I can't be a hero [Y/N], they're so corrupt. I- I can't be someone like Enji. He was a hero and he was a bastard. I'm sorry if you hate me for this but I can't be someone like that.”
“Hey, I said I wasn't gonna judge you, and that meant I wouldn't ever hate you either. It just scares me. Hero or villain, it's a risky occupation.”
You run your fingers through Touya's newly black damp hair. It felt nice to him and it did miracles to soothe his tears. There were countless times where he found himself in this exact spot growing up, usually after he and Enji had a fight.
“It's a risky occupation. But hey, if you get to do something dangerous, then I can too.”
“[Y/N].”
“If you're joining the villains, then I am too. Who else will bandage up your wounds properly? Somebody's gotta keep you alive.”
Touya pressed his lips against yours. This kiss wasn't a chaste one like earlier, but one of longing and want. It was filled with lust and passion and hunger.
“Okay, we’ll do it together.”
Tumblr media
#4. I Love How You Reassure me.
You sat on the closed edge of the toilet in your shared apartment as you stared down at the tiny thin stick in your hands. You were nervous and your whole body was tense as you stared at the stick with anticipation as you waited for the timer on your phone to go off.
Every passing minute felt like decades and with every passing second, the pounding of your heartbeat got faster. The timer beeped and you looked at the stick for the results. Two lines were present signifying positive.
The tears sprang from your eyes. You weren't sure what the appropriate response should have been but the whole situation left you feeling overwhelmed. What kind of lifestyle would you be bringing a child into? You were a villain now, and although you worked for the league of villains in a more medical aspect, your lover, the father of the baby, held a big role for the league of villains.
Occupations set aside, you weren't even married, nor did you and Dabi, the name Touya was going by these days, had much knowledge on how to raise a child. Yet the more you thought about how you carried something so precious in your womb brought a soft smile to your face. The more you thought of raising a child with Dabi, you felt better and more secure.
You heard keys jingling in the apartment doorknob followed by the sound of boots coming in the doorway and you could soon hear Dabi's deep voice resounding throughout the house.
"Sweetheart? I'm home."
You started to panic as you heard him walk closer to the bathroom. Should you hide the test, or just tell it to him straight? There was a slightly unsettling feeling in your stomach that Dabi wouldn't be happy about the predicament, but you had an open and honest relationship with Dabi.
The door to the bathroom was pushed open and Dabi made his way inside ready to scold you.
"You're sick, you should be resting in bed."
Being sick was just an excuse to take a day off from league work to slip away and buy your pregnancy test. To be fair, you were sick earlier due to morning sickness.
"I'm feeling better now, and, I uh, I have something for you."
You looked at the ground and ran one hand through your hair nervously as you used your other hand to push the pregnancy test into his hand. He took it, not even realizing what it was. Not even realizing how that tiny stick would impact his life. It didn't take him long to realize what it was as he looked down at the pink stick with two red lines.
"This a pregnancy stick."
"Yeah."
"Two lines. Is that positive?"
"Well, I wouldn't be giving you a pregnancy test if it was negative, would I?"
Dabi numbly took a seat on the edge of the bathtub across from you. To Dabi, children were not in the life plan, he never even let himself entertain the thought of kids. Sure, you were financially better than when you first left home together, rather than bouncing from dingy motel to motel you lived in a nice apartment, but you were both barely over twenty-one, your career choice was villainy, not to mention you both never had the best example of what a parent should be.
"It has to be wrong, we've been careful. You- you can't be pregnant."
Your eyes which had been trained on the floor finally looked up and met Dabi's orbs. You knew he might not want your baby, but you hadn't expected him to look so distraught and sick about it.
"Well I am, and I'm not aborting. This child is a part of you and me, I won't abort them."
"We can't raise a child."
"I can raise a child, what you mean is that you don't want to raise a child together."
"I didn't say I don't want to, I said I can't."
A tear dribbled down Dabi's cheek. You pulled him off the edge of the bathtub, onto his knees with his head against your chest. His comfort space, the space he would always find himself crying as he grew up. You ran your hand through Dabi's raven dyed hair, your signature move to quell his tears.
"I know what you're thinkin' and it's not true. You're not gonna be like him, you're not him."
"He's always going to be biologically a part of me. He was a shit dad and a shit husband. I don't wanna be like him."
"Just cause he's your dad, doesn't mean your gonna be like him. You're a good man and you'll be a great dad. You're not gonna hurt me, or this baby. You won't be like Enji."
Dabi slid his head from your chest to your stomach. A smile made its way across his stapled face as he let himself entertain the domestic thought of having a family with you.
"If we're having a baby then we might wanna look for a bigger apartment."
Tumblr media
#5. I Love Everything You Create.
Dabi leaned over the sleek black bassinet and peered down. His precious baby lay there sound asleep. She had trademark teal blue eyes like his, but your nose. although she looked very distinctly you, she had red hair from Dabi. Although it was very Todoroki like, he didn't care. He didn't care that it tied him to Enji because it also tied her to himself and you. She was his baby, his pride and joy. She was the greatest gift you could have given him. She was his and yours to cherish and love, he wouldn't give that up for anything.
The baby began to stir and Dabi hesitated as he looked at her. Sometimes she would just fall back to sleep, but today was not one of those days. Her little cries began to start and Dabi swooped her up into his arms. With her head against his shoulder, he carefully swayed her back and forth immediately quelling her cries.
She didn't fall back to sleep but she laid there quietly in his arms. She was just a little over a year old but she was already a daddy's girl.
"You hungry?"
Dabi smiled as he heard Akari's little excited gurgles and giggles. He carried her down to the kitchen and pulled out a container of baby food from the fridge. Before quickly tossing it in the microwave.
Dabi pulled Akari closer to his chest and away from his shoulder so he could move around and do things in the house while securely holding her. Akari, deciding she wants more attention, pulls her hands towards her father's face and yanks on one of his staples.
"Ah."
Dabi swiftly put Akari in her baby high chair before grabbing a towel and wiping his face to get rid of the small blood that came along with the staple.
"Da! Da!"
Dabi weakly smiled in his daughter's direction as to not worry or frighten her. This wasn't the first time she had pulled his staples out, but it didn't hurt any less with each time she did it. Once the bleeding let up Dabi tossed the towel on the counter and picked Akari back up, giving Akari the attention she was trying to get.
"You're daddy's little menace, aren't you? Huh?"
Akari giggled and buried her face in Dabi's neck, it sent a smile onto Dabi's face. She was so perfect and every second he spent with her he couldn't understand why Enji ever treated him and his siblings the way he had. When he held Akari all that came to his mind was how he would do anything to protect her. Her and you. All he could think about was how precious and special you both were to him.
"Why didn't you wake me?"
Dabi turned his head to the side to see you leaning against the doorway. Your head was all over the place due to bed head and you wore Dabi's oversized t-shirt and a pair of jogging pants. You looked completely frumpy but to Dabi, you were nothing less than perfect.
"I wanted to let you sleep in."
"I enjoyed the sleep, but I'd rather have been up with my lovelies."
You walked over to Dabi and Akari. You dipped your head down to hers and kissed her head before leaning up to kiss Dabi, you stopped midway as you saw his cheek. You brought your hand up and creased his cheek.
"Did she pull your staple out again?"
"Yeah. She's got a mean steak, I still think we should have named her Void."
You reached into the cupboard to pull out a bandaid to patch your lover up.
"Void is such a bad name, so was Winslow."
You took the wrapper off the bandaid and pressed it against Dabi's face. He gave you a soft smile as he placed his hand over your hand that was on his cheek.
"I'm glad you married me, you know that right? I know we did it cause' you were pregnant, but I wouldn't change it."
You pressed your lips against Dabi's briefly before pulling away and smiling at him.
"You and Akari are everything to me. I love you, and everything you've given me. I wouldn't change it, and I wouldn't trade it for anything."

Family Feud
Shigadabi week day 2
Ao3 Link
Summary:  Family is complicated. Add heroes, pity and romance, and you got yourself a new type of drama.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ugly / Horror / Family
The hero community was a mess of gossips and rumours and drama. And the best one who left everybody reeling was the rivalry between the Todoroki and Shimura family. Or more specifically, between Kotaro and Enji.
It all started when they met at a Charity Gala. The Nana project was a not-lucrative organization made by the late Nana's Shimura son, Kotaro. By the time for the Gala, the project was rather new, but it easy got attention from the hero community as well as the press. The organization's objective was to help the families of pro-heroes. Their motto was 'if heroes are helping us, then who will help them?'. It had easily gathered a following. And as the number two hero and 'family man', Endeavor had to attend, along with his wife and sons and daughter. What he didn't know or expect was Kotaro's own hatred towards heroes.
It was weird, but the man that helped the family of heroes hated heroes more than villains did. He didn't like villains either, but it was a shock to most, especially, his hate towards All Might. Apparently, the first time he presented his idea to him, Might Tower being one of his first associates, he blackmailed the hero into donating a lot of money. Endeavour had gone with the hope of finding another ally in his hate towards the number one hero. Instead, he found a man who was more than able to see his image as a family man was fake and that the family situation was not the best.
The Gala was spent with Enji trying to prove Kotaro wrong. He gushed about his family, held baby Shouto and even booked a therapy session with one of the psychiatrists in the Gala. Rei was shocked, but strangely looking forward to this new change her husband was going through. Same as Fuyumi and Natsuo. But his eight-year-old son though, wasn't as convinced. Touya had seen the worst of his father recently. The training he put him through was painful and he didn't believe for a second his father was trying to change. Who changed to spite somebody? He was also a bored eight-year-old at a grown-up party. The moment Fuyumi and Natsuo fell asleep, he was out of people to play with. His father tried to show him off to the other guests, but when he heard Enji calling for him, he slipped away from the main hall of the Gala.
He ran through different hallways, feeling his father right behind him. In one of these hallways, he came across a door open and swiftly ran inside, closing the door behind him. He waited with his ear pressed against the door until the heavy footsteps of his dad vanished. Sighing in relief, he separated from the door and took a better look at the room he entered. There was a small couch and a table with a coffee pot. The Nana Shimura project was still new, so they didn't have a main office yet. The Gala was taking place in a 5-star hotel, so this must be a staff room. As he walked to the couch, he noticed a small head peeking from behind it. When the owner of the head noticed he was spotted, he squeaked and went back down. The person hiding was small, so Touya was sure he was a kid. He had grey-blue hair, red eyes and was wearing a weird type of fingerless-gloves except for two fingers.
"Hi, I'm Touya," he says with a small wave. "Why are you here alone?" he asks as the head starts to slowly come out of hiding.
"I- I don't like it over there..." the mophead whispered.
Once he was fully out, Touya noticed he was wearing a fancy suit and was holding something in his hands. The kid was still trying to hide, and his hair covered part of his face. It didn't work though. Touya could see his scarred and scratched lips and the little mole next to it. It was kind of cute.
"Um... what's that?" he asked, staring at the device in his red-gloved hand.
"A- a game I was playing with..." the kid says and sits in the farthest corner on the couch.
"Can I watch? It's boring upstairs..." the guy stares for a while before nodding quietly. Touya sits next to him and watches as he plays a racing game. "Hey what's your name? You already know mine," he asks after seeing him play a couple of times.
"Tenko,"
"Hi Tenko, nice to meet you," he gives him a small smile and Tenko's cheeks turn pink.
They stayed there for an hour or two until Touya's mom came into the room. His dad had tried to find him, but gave up when he noticed the boy was hiding for him. Rei came looking for him when her husband and the head of the Shimura family started debating who had the better family. It was Nao Shimura who told her about the only room that wasn't locked, where her son was.
"Mom?"
"Come on, honey, your father is getting worried," she tells him and extends her hand for him to take it.
"Likely story," he grumbles under his breath and get down from the sofa. "Bye, Tenko," he waves goodbye at the boy when he takes his mother's hand.
"Bye, Touya," the boy waves back.
Rei and Touya walked hand in hand back to the Gala. When they arrived next to Enji, not a second went by before Endeavour picked up his son and sat him on his shoulder. He had both youngest and eldest sons, each on one shoulder, and was in a staring contest with Kotaro, who had his daughter on one hand. The two were locked in a silent battle as few heroes who were in the conversation, looked around uncomfortable.
"This is my eldest, Touya. He is one of my prides and joys. And he has the quirk of a hero," Enji says buffing his chest and then turning to him. "Show them, son, like we practised," he orders him.
Touya obeys, sticking out his hands and letting off the biggest flame he could without it hurting. The pros around all gasp, awe and compliment him on his quirk and it's hero potential. It makes Touya smile, and his chest swells with pride with the comments.
Kotaro quickly turns to his wife and tell her to bring their son here before presenting his daughter. "This is Hana. She is the smartest of her class and has my mother's quirk. Show them, darling," the girl in pigtails looks around confused at first. She then shrugs and scrunches up her face in concentration. Suddenly, her feet aren't touching the floor anymore. She floated for a few seconds before she dropped to the ground again and did a little bow.
The pros complimented her too, and then Nao comes back with a boy on her arms. The same boy Touya met at the other room. He is shying away from everyone, squeezing his face against his mom's shoulder. Kotaro takes him from her and places him by his side, Hana taking his hand in comfort.
"This is Tenko, my son," Kotaro introduces him and takes a pair of goggles off a hero near him. "Tenko, why don't you show the pros your quirk," he tells him and shows him the goggles. The boy starts to hyperventilate and look around scared. His sister takes his hands, and he calms down before he takes off one of his gloves. With his gloveless hand, he takes the goggles from his father and everybody gasps as they see the object crumble into ash.
"Well, that is certainly an interesting quirk," Endeavour smirks after everybody praises the young boy. "Does anybody in your family have a quirk like that?"
"No, it's a mutation," Kotaro says back. "But, I understand why you would jump to such conclusions. I bet your wife wishes to be with somebody else instead of you..."
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
"Alright, here is the battle-plan," Enji orders as he and his family get driven to the fundraiser The Nana Project was doing that night. They are all decked to the 10, with Rei, Natsuo and Fuyumi using blue formal-wear with red details and Enji, Touya and Shouto using their Hero uniforms.
"Natsuo, you remind everybody that you got a scholarship and that you will become the best hero doctor," he tells his middle son.
"Dad, I don't know if I'm going to be a hero doct-" the albino tries to tell him, but is ignored.
"Shouto, you tell everyone about your time in UA and how you won the Sports Festival," he addresses his youngest son, who only slurps on his drink.
"Rei," he re-direct to the ice woman.
"I will tell everyone what a good father and husband you are and how you are the best hero," his wife says, repeating Enji's order by heart.
"Good, and Fuyumi and Touya, you'll keep an eye on those Shimura siblings," he seethes at his oldest pair of kids. Fuyumi nods kindly, and Touya moans.
"I should have taken that extra shift with Eraser," he complains and leans over his baby brother.
They arrive at the place without a problem and get a warm welcome by the Shimura's. Rei and Nao get into a friendly conversation while Kotaro and Enji get trapped in glare-down as they shake hands. Natsuo and Shouto, once they say their hellos, go to the food trays, and Fuyumi and Touya stay with Hana and Tenko.
"Hey, Yumi-chan, goes it going?" Hana asks.
"Great, Hana-chan, I have a new student from America, his dad is a model," Fuyumi tells her.
The reality of the Shimura-Todoroki rivalry was more centred into the fathers of the families. Ever since the feud had started, Endeavour and Kotaro had pegged their eldest against one-another. With Fuyumi going against Hana and Touya against Tenko. For example, when Touya got into the hero course at UA and Fuyumi into General Education, Hana and Tenko went to the business course. It had not gone the way they wanted it to, though. Their kids, instead of seeing the other pair as the enemy or bitter rivals, got along well and only kept the pretences that they hated each other when their parents were around.
"Fuyumi, why don't you tell the Shimura's about your work as a teacher and how you are leading the next generation on a better path," suddenly Enji and Kotaro enter the conversation.
"Hana, tell Todoroki about how you graduated from law school and plan to follow on your fathers' footstep," the two women groan as their fathers get carried away.
"Hey, can I keep an eye on you over the bar?" Touya whispers to Tenko.
"I have liquor in my office, can you do it from there?" the younger man whispers back.
Touya says yes, and they both turn the way and leave. They walk through hallways and get into the elevator in peace. Once the doors shut, they collide into each other in a mess of limbs and tongues. Touya pushes Tenko to the wall as his hands find a place in his hip and hair. Tenko is trying to pull him closer by the lapels of his hero coat and pressing his knee against the others crotch. They only separate when there is a ding and the doors open again. Their clothes were ruffled, their lips were swollen and Tenko's hair, which was collected in a small pony-tail, was dishevelled.
The two continue walking and go to the door marked with the youngest's name. Unlike their sisters, who were friends and nothing more, the two boys were much more than friends. After their first meeting, the boys had instantly become friends, despite their age difference. The two especially got closer on Touya's last year at UA and Tenko's first. After that they fell for one another. But neither did anything until Tenko's graduation and 18th birthday. Touya took care of the younger male as he got wasted and ended up kissing in the car in front of the Shimura's household. They tried to keep their relationship a secret at first, not wanting to deal with any sort of lecture their fathers might have for them on 'dating the enemy'.  Or worse, using their relationship to for their own selfish gain.
That being said, they didn't hide it very well...
The first one to find out was Tenko's sister, Hana. When Tomura went to college, the two siblings shared an apartment. It was cheaper this way, and they were already accustomed to the other, having lived their entires lives together. The only difference was that while they were both doing a Business mayor, Tenko had an art minor and Hana a journalism minor. So, some evenings, Tenko would have the entire apartment for himself. It was in one of these occasions, one evening when a villain attack made their classes be cancelled, that she found out. She just walked into her apartment to find her baby brother and the hero Dabi kissing in the living room. Although she was shocked at first, she was happy for her brother. She knew he had feeling for the red-head and was thrilled to know, his feelings were returned.
She wasn't as happy though when her father heard rumours about the Hero Dabi being spotted near their apartment, and she got questioned about her relationship status. Which EW. But she kept the secret.
The next one was Natsuo. Touya and Tenko decided to go away for a weekend one summer to the beach, renting a hut on the coast. Natsuo, who didn't want to spend all of summer vacation with his parents, dropped by unannounced. The albino walked in the middle of a romantic dinner, and they had to explain everything to the guy. Natsuo was happy about their relationship. A little too happy maybe. Touya had to kick him out to get back on their time alone and give him money for a bus ride back home.
Which was how the next person learned about them, Touya's mom, Rei. Natsuo, in all his himbo glory, told their mom the second he saw her. Natsuo tried to explain himself, saying it was an accident, but Touya was too busy killing him to listen. Even if Natsuo was taller than him and bigger compared to his lanky frame, Touya was still the eldest and knew a lot of ways to keep his authority. His mom though, congratulated him. She told him she wanted him to be happy. They did have a lovely dinner at his place where they also told Tenko's mom. She was the fourth person to find out and the first person they actually told the secret.
The next person, or people really, who found out were Fuyumi and Hawks. It was after another fundraiser of the Nana Project taking place in a hotel in another city. Many heroes had attended, one of those being Hawks. He and Fuyumi had talked all night and decided to get to know each other better on the privacy of Hawks room. Too bad that room happened to be the one exactly next Tenko's. A room who Touya and Tenko were stepping out of in that exact moment. There was an awkward tension for a few seconds before the two siblings agreed to leave the discussion for later. Each couple went their way, and on the morning, the eldest Todoroki siblings talked about what they saw that night. It ended well though, with them swearing secrecy and her congratulating him on finding someone who made him happy.
(He also had a conversation with Hawks, he would love to reget. The chicken interrupted one of his patrols, pissing off Aizawa, who then gave him extra paperwork.
"So... About that night. You didn't... tell your dad, right?"
"Hawks, Fuyumi is an intelligent and responsible woman who can make her own decisions. If she want to have a one-night stand with you, she is free to do it without me or our old-man going ballistic about it,"
"Oh, great- Wait, what you do mean with 'One-night stand'?"
"Hawks, you're not sisters type, I don't think she'll call you anytime soon,"
"Why not!? I could be her type!"
"My sister dates nerds, you are a flying chicken nugget,")
The last one to know had been Shouto. Their parents were out of town and with Fuyumi busy with grading homework and Natsuo getting fucked by finals, Touya looked after the little candy cane. However, that didn't mean he and Tenko couldn't spend time together. If anything, this was a great opportunity. A way for him to give the middle finger to his old man and be with Tenko under his roof. Until one morning when Shouto found Tenko in their house. That morning, as he made breakfast, his brother came into the room and told him he couldn't find part of his uniform. Touya sent him away, telling him to look harder, and when he came back, he hadn't found the item yet, but he had seen Tenko. It took him a little bit, but in the end, the two brothers came to a deal beneficial enough for both parties. Shouto wouldn't say anything to their old-man and Touya, when the time came, would offer a personal internship with him. The older sibling could almost swear the kid just wanted to spend more time with him, since they didn't hang out as much since he moved to his own apartment. But he was not going to tell the kid that and waste an easy deal. Shouto was happy either way, though he did make fun of his brother by asking Tenko what he saw in him and that he could do better.
The two young men had been together for four years now and wanted to move forward in their relationship. To get straight to the point, Touya wanted Tenko to live with him. He was almost done with college, graduating at the end of this semester and even if he would still work with his dad just like Hana was, he wanted to wake up every morning to his adorable mophead. However, that meant telling their fathers. And while they had done a pretty good job of hiding from them so far, they didn't think they would be able to hide who they were living with from them.
"I do want to move in with you... But how are we going to tell them?" Tenko says as they try to look presentable again after their make-out.
"Well, we could follow Fuyu's advice," Touya says and takes his gloved hand. "We do it directly, honestly and in a public place, so they don't throw a fit," Tenko chuckle and Touya caresses his cheek gently. "It's going to be fine, we are adults, right?"
"Yeah, we are..." the younger one agrees and leans in.
The two kiss softly, and for a moment, they are filled with hope. Their fathers might take a while to come to peace with it, but they'll survive. They are together, and that was the only thing that mattered. Only them. By each other side.
Then, the door opened with a slam.
Their fathers with looks of horror in their eyes stared at their sex-messed appearance from the doorway. "Well, I guess that's one way to tell them..."
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The reason the two fathers of the family had been in Tenko's office was because Kotaro wanted to show off to Enji both his kids' new offices. They started with Hana's office and then moved on to his son's. It was a good thing they did, though. If they started with his office, they would have come into a worse sight than they did. But once the shock from the find had passed, both called a family meeting. The Todoroki's and the Shimura's ended in one of the conference rooms, with Enji and Kotaro going off about trust and betrayal, sometimes shoving jabs about one another. The couple was sitting on the other end of the conference table. The rest of the family on each side. Todoroki's on the left and Shimura's on the right. The two male adults were so lost in their banter, they didn't notice Tenko whisper something in Touya's ear before the red-head noded determined.
"Your sibling would never do something so horrendous! So traito-" Enji was saying, his face flaming hot, but got interrupted.
"Well, I wouldn't say that..." Touya intervened and pointed to one of his siblings. "Shouto doesn't want to go on an internship with you, he asked me for one," he says.
"What!?" Enji exclaims, his face angry and sad at the same time.
"Nii-san!"
Touya, as an Underground Hero, was very good at gathering information. He normally used it against organized crime syndicates or villains. But if he was going down, so were they. "And Natsuo had a pregnancy scare with his girlfriend," he moves to his other brother.
"Dude!"
"And Fuyumi slept with one of your co-workers, Hawks," he finishes and watches as his old-man falls to his chair defeated.
Kotaro lowly chuckles next to him, amused by the situation. "Endeavour, it's alright," he mocks the hero. "You're just not as a devoted father as you thought you were-"
"You're not either," Tenko interrupts this time. "Did you know Hana has a tattoo?" his father gasps.
"Tenko!"
"Or that she meets weekly with All Might and Gran Torino?" another horror gasp.
"Tenko!"
The couple had opened Pandora's Box. And with that, chaos ruled over the room as the people inside blamed the other for something. In all the commotion, they failed to notice the couple slip away from the room. They head towards the elevator.
"Uber should be here in five minutes," Tenko says as they can hear the shouting and fighting from the conference room.
"Family reunions are going to be fun from now on," Touya chuckles as he drops his arm over his boyfriend's shoulders.

Headcanons - Todorokis
My Todorokis will be default following all of the information I type out here. If you have your own interpretation and wanna use that it’s totally fine - just let me know prior to interacting. Otherwise they will be defaulted to this. ( This is also all based on canon stuff and is subject to change based on that as well ).
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Endeavor did marry Rei with a quirk marriage, with money involved, but was generally very considerate to her. There was no initial abuse or yelling, it was pretty much a very formal polite atmosphere. He provided her with a home, money and everything else she needed while in turn she provided him with children. Quirk marriage is a known thing in the BNHA universe, and it isn’t illegal. Is it sketchy? Yeah, so please understand while he may not have been abusive to her at this point their marriage was not based on love.  But, he did try to make her happy.
He was very attentive to Touya when he was first born, because he could very well be the prodigy he wanted. There was disappointment when his quirk was only fire, but he acknowledged it’s strength and power as well as Touya’s own abilities so he was satisfied for the most part. He did still however want a child with both his and Rei’s quirk so they wouldn’t have the same weakness as he does. Keep in mind, he can literally burn his internal organs with his quirk. While his objective was to have a child to fulfill his ambitions, he did want them to not be hampered by his own weakness.
He still kept his desire in mind when he and Rei agreed to have more children. He was not abusive at this point, as again Touya was still considered his successor. Fuyumi was simply meant to support him, so when her quirk manifested he was not too disappointed. His focus was still on Touya though, so he didn’t really give Fuyumi a lot of attention. She was simply there to support Touya and that was it, so he was neglectful of her but not every directly or physically abusive. Neglect is still a form of abuse though, so please keep that in mind.
But, remember how Endeavor didn’t want a child with his weakness? Well, Touya’s weakness was worse then his. Endeavor can overheat, but Touya was physically injuring himself with his quirk. That very thing is what caused him to realize Touya could not fulfill his ambitions.  So, he lost interest in him and moved on to the next child. He stopped focusing on Touya, and completely ignored Natsuo when he was born. This neglect and sudden abandonment is was extremely traumatic to Touya as a child. He wanted Endeavor’s attention, he wanted to be able to do what had been previously expected. He was angry at himself, and his quirk for being shit and at Endeavor for simply giving up on him. Touya still kept trying to train himself, but it physically hurt him and the stress is what caused the white to begin to spread in his hair.
When Shoto was born and his quirk manifested as exactly what Endeavor wanted, all of his focus was on this child. Hell, even when he was first born Endeavor’s only focus was on Shoto and Shoto alone. He did not care about any of the other three, and completely neglected them and abandoned them to Rei and the nanny. It was even worse when his quirk manifested, because it had now been over a decade since he had tried producing a child to fulfill his ambitions and Shoto likely could be his last chance. So he was extreme  with him and pushed him hard, trying to make sure he would be able to do it. All the while he neglected and ignored his other children. He even, in his frustration became physically abusive towards Rei when she tried to intervene with Shoto. He was also neglectful to Shoto in terms of restraint and continued to push him extremely hard. All the while, he completely ignored his other children.
He was so abusive and awful to Rei and Shoto that he caused her to eventually have a mental breakdown, and she of course splashed scalding hot water on Shoto’s face.  The worse part is, she wasn’t just stressed with Shoto but all of the children really. Of course she came to her senses right away, and tried to help but it was too late. Endeavor had her sent away, and showed absolutely no care about her. His only concern was her potentially ruining his successor’s future ability as a hero. He did not care about her, or how her disappearance might have also affected the other children.
Fuyumi was devastated of course, but she had always been more passive and didn’t really react beyond crying initially. She couldn’t bring herself to blame anyone, because she so desperately wanted a family and some kind of love. Fuyumi thought that if she got upset, she wouldn’t have anyone. Touya blamed it on Shoto. He still clung to the idea that he could be better then Shoto, and thought about killing him to take his place. Of course, instead of that happening the ‘accident’ happened where he was pronounced dead. This all happened after Rei was hospitalized, and she stopping seeing people for a bit after that. Endeavor still showed no remorse, even if internally he believed Touya couldn’t be dead and that he could find him. Endeavor was unable to express his genuine beliefs for some reason, and continued to be that cruel, brick wall of a man towards Shoto and absolutely neglectful towards the other two.
This environment continued on throughout the years, where he didn’t care for his other children and pushed Shoto to the extremes to force him to be what he wanted. Obviously, after the shock of suddenly having the number 1 position thrust on him he started doing more self-reflecting. Even more so after the nomu attack. Endeavor is trying to atone for his actions, and trying to put his family in a better place. He does not care if that doesn’t include him, he knows what he did and that he should reap what he sow.  Shoto is still indifferent towards him, he doesn’t want him to die but he has yet to consider forgiving him. Fuyumi is hoping for better, she wants to believe it can be better and that she can finally have a family...so she did forgive him sort of. If anything, she believes in his ability to atone and be better. She is very desperate to have that family life she always saw on T.V. or heard about from her classmates.
Touya of course, no longer cares for his family. He couldn’t care less if they died. The only people he truly cares about are Natsuo ( to a degree ) and Rei, anybody else is nothing to him. He doesn’t necessarily hate Fuyumi, but he isn’t as close like he is with Natsuo and Rei. But he doesn’t care enough to consider what exposing their family life to the world will do, or what the shock of his real will due to his mentally ill mother. These are all selfish acts, he knows this and is thinking solely for himself. He is putting himself first here, nobody else. But, he also did plan to die once this was all revealed - and preferably to take his Father and Shoto wit him ( see his use of prominence burn ).

Don’t Go
Ahh, I’m so behind in Bring Me Home, I promise it will be updated soon, I’ve hit a snag and I’m trying work through it.
But here’s a oneshot based on @asya-207 beautiful work: here
I hope you enjoy!
__________
Shouto stared at the picture, the object gripped tightly in his fist, nearly crushing the decade-old photograph. Natsu and Fuyumi held tight to their eldest brother, while Touya's hands rested on Shouto's shoulders. The younger version of all of them looked so happy...so peaceful.
All before it went to shit.
Tossing the picture aside he slipped on the familiar blue outfit that was his hero costume. While others had only been given one set, Shouto had been lucky enough to have gotten two, it was the only good thing about having the number one hero as your father.
He managed to sneak it out of the training room at his father's home yesterday after he had gone back from that damning news broadcast. Fuyumi had been in tears when he returned for the day, Natsuo had locked himself in his old bedroom, refusing to talk to anybody.
Shaking his head to clear his thoughts, he knelt down and grabbed the pen and paper he had set out before scribbling out a quick message. Leaving it for the first person to come looking for him in the morning.
He just hoped it wasn't Momo.
The female had broken through his defenses and burrowed her way into his heart, forcing him to feel something for her that he never thought he'd feel for another human being.
With a deep sigh, he folded the note in half and set it on the wooden table. There was no turning back from this.
But he had to find him.
He had to know.
Shouto would find out the truth if he found Dabi. And whether or not the villain was lying, Shouto would either find his brother, or he just set himself up for death.
Both results terrified him.
And he had already made up his mind.
_________
Momo tossed and turned on the bed that now seemed way too large and empty. Her thoughts keeping her from her slumber as images of a certain red and white-haired boy flashed through her mind.
Something wasn't right. He had basically barred himself in his room after he had come back from his father's home. Never speaking to anyone, not showing up for dinner, not participating in their class shenanigans. It was almost like he became a ghost overnight, and it really started worrying her.
Over the course of their school year together she had grown a bit closer to the fire and ice user. Did she understand him more than the others in their class? Maybe. Could she understand how he is feeling? Probably not. No one could possibly know what was going through his head after Dabi’s revelation.
She knew that this whole ordeal with flame villain possibly being his brother was eating him up from the inside. And she wanted nothing more than to help him overcome this obstacle in his life. But what could she offer him that his family hasn’t already? If they had even talked about it anyway.
"Shouto." She murmured to herself as she glanced to the window as a thought struck her.
Shouto is impulsive, brave and smart, he doesn't hesitate in anything that he does and doesn't let anything stop him from his goals.
She shot up in bed as the realization overcame her in waves, the reason for this odd feeling inside her. The crippling feeling of fear shooting through her as her eyes widened. Jumping out of bed, she slipped on a pink sweater and a red skirt before bolting out of her room, her bare feet hitting the floor in quick strides.
I hope I'm wrong!
_________
"Todoroki?"
The question came after she knocked on his dorm room. But there was no answer. Not even a confirmation that he had heard her.
What if he's asleep?!
I could just be overthinking all of this!
But this feeling kept nagging at her, she had to know. With great hesitancy, she gripped the doorknob and surprised consumed her when it came open. The door creaking open quietly as she stepped inside, her heartbeat rushing blood into her ears.
"T-Todoroki?" Momo's call went unanswered again inside the room.
The moon shining in from the open balcony door being the only source of light, dark eyes scanned the entire space before they caught on a folded piece of paper on the small table near his futon.
Momo’s heart sank at the implication of it. She felt tears come to her eyes as she hurriedly snatched the paper from its resting place. With shaking hands, she unfolded the paper, the familiar script of his handwriting meeting her gaze as her eyes skimmed the words.
“No...” Dropping the paper, she sprinted out to his balcony and stared out into the darkness of the courtyard.
“Dammit.” The curse slipped from her as spun on her heel and bolted for the stairs, believing the elevator to be too slow.
Using her hero training, she managed to quickly propel herself through the stairwell and reached the bottom floor in record time, her breaths coming heavily from her lungs. She ignored the burning in her legs and kept up in her pursuit, hoping and praying she isn’t too late. That he hadn’t already left the school premises.
What the hell is he thinking?!
How can he be so reckless?!
Tears still streaming down her cheeks, a dark figure approaching the gates caught her attention. She wanted to call out to him scream at him for his stupidity, but she couldn’t force her voice to raise that high as her throat tightened. So she did the only thing she could at that moment and barreled into him. Her arms coming around his midsection, hugging him tightly to her.
Shouto’s eyes widened when he felt a body slam into him, nearly knocking him off his feet. His ears picked up the broken tone of the one person he didn’t want to hurt. The one person he never wanted to see or hear cry.
“Todoroki, don’t go,” she sobbed into his back, “please.”
If Shouto lived a thousand years, he’d never forget that pain filled voice as she cried and begged against the back of his jacket. Of course it was her. He shouldn’t have been surprised that she was the one to discover he was making an attempt to leave. And for her to have found out so quickly? It was unnerving.
“You weren’t supposed to find out until morning,” he stated in an attempt to emotionally distance himself from her.
Momo’s face came up to look over his shoulder as his hair shadowed his eyes. If she noticed the tears on his cheeks, she didn’t point it out.
“I have to do this Momo,” he spoke her name in the most serious tone he could muster, “his voice keeps playing on loop in my head as if he’s taunting me, I don’t know what else to do except find him.”
“Not putting yourself in danger would be a start,” she sniffled, “not getting yourself killed and leaving your friends and family to wonder where it all went wrong; we can figure this out together, from here, from a safe place.”
Shouto hesitated as his hand came to rest over her arms that were still wrapped tightly around him, as if he would suddenly break from her hold if she loosened it even a little.
“I can’t lose you Shouto,” his name fell from her lips, “we need you here...I need you...”
The unspoken words didn’t go unnoticed by him as she trailed off and he had to mentally kick himself for his reckless behavior.
Could he really just give up on this suicide mission? When just moments ago he was ready to hop that wall and disappear into the night? But she’s right. What would his mother think if he never came back, and Fuyumi and Natsuo? He didn’t particularly care what his father thought, but there were several people that did care and one of them was holding him tight, begging him with her whole heart not to leave.
Feeling a heaviness settle in his chest, he knew he couldn’t go through with this, despite every fiber in his being screaming at him to go. His heart wouldn’t be able to take knowing he hurt the ones he cared about the most.
With a sigh, he moved his hand to grab hers and for a moment she felt as though he was going to remove it so he could continue on his way, forcing her to hug him tightly again. She was surprised to feel his hand latch on hers and hold it tightly in his own grip.
“I’ll stay,” his voice cracked, “but only because of you.”
He knew it wasn’t just because of her, but if she hadn’t come to stop him. if she hadn’t cared enough to check on him, he was sure he’d be dead.
Her word would always be a constant reminder of why he never left. Because who’s to say he would have listened to anyone else.

This is... a fanfic of a fanfic !
Wrote this for @lumilasi‘s writing contest. They write really great fics, and nearly all of them are among my favorites in the Shigaraki fandom, so I’m really happy to write about one of them.
Featuring Crossroads!Tomura + Dabi and Izuku.
(Not beta’ed so I apologize for any mistakes.)
....
Being the heir of a villain lord’s empire was surprisingly very little time-consuming, especially if the position was half-heartedly embraced, as it was the case with Tomura. Not that he minded: it left him all the time in the world to spend time at his favourite bar, hang out with Dabi, and stalk his newly-acquired little brother. Of course, there was the occasional mishaps from his underlings he had to fix, or other villains interested in him, but otherwise, he had a lot of downtimes.
It was during one of those long afternoons he spent at Dabi’s place, lazily lying on the couch and cushioned by his personal heater, that he got a phone call from Izuku. It was a bit unusual since the green-haired boy always asked first by text if Tomura wasn’t busy and if they could talk, but maybe he got overexcited about something, like he often tended to do, or it was an emergency.
With that in mind, Tomura answered the call quickly.
“What’s up?”
“Hi, Tomura… Are you free right now?”
Tomura looked back at Dabi, who was half-falling asleep on his shoulder, lulled by the background sound of the television.
“I’m not doing much,” he answered with a little smirk.
“Then, could you pop by my room? You know, with your teleportation quirk,” Izuku said, relief clear in his voice, before hesitating for a bit. “I have something I would like to show you.”
Tomura frowned at the request and straightened against Dabi, carelessly disturbing him and waking him up.
His relationship with Izuku had always been peculiar: they were brothers, but also hero and villain, and as such, they didn’t really meet up like ordinary people. Their interactions consisted mostly on late-night texting, with Izuku wanting to know more about his brother and Tomura teasing him about his crush on the Todoroki boy.
So why would Izuku ask to see him now?
“Who’s that?” Dabi mumbled behind him, but Tomura hushed him, gesturing to him to go back to dozing off.
“You want me to come to your house?” Tomura wanted to check.
Izuku gave him an affirmative hum, then seemed to realize something. “Ah, but don’t worry, it’s not a trap or anything, I swear.”
Tomura snorted, because he never thought that. He knew Izuku by now, and anyway, he would have sensed it if there was any kind of foul play. “I know, but still, why?” he insisted.
Izuku let out a nervous chuckle. “Can’t you just come and I’ll tell you? It’s kind of a surprise.”
Now Tomura was getting really curious about this. “Alright, but you better not waste my time.”
He hung up the phone halfway through Izuku’s protest that it wasn’t going to take long, and extracted himself from Dabi’s embrace. He was only wearing boxers and a t-shirt, and while last time it didn’t prevent him from showing unannounced in Izuku’s room, this time he had time to put on some pants.
Before teleporting, he checked back on Dabi, but the fire-user seemed still a bit drowsy, so Tomura let him be. They’d stayed up late, after all.
When he appeared in Izuku’s room, the boy was sitting on his bed. He startled at his brother’s sudden arrival, but otherwise smiled at him with genuine warmth.
“Hey,” Tomura nodded to him, and took the chair from Izuku’s desk to sit in front of him. “Everything’s okay?”
“I’m fine. Mom’s fine too. Everything’s fine.”
The boy seemed clearly nervous to Tomura, but not in a bad, angsty way. It was just how Izuku was.
“So, what can I do for you?”
“Ah, yeah… You see,” Izuku cleared his throat, clearly having no idea how to begin to say what he wanted to say. “At first, I didn’t really know what to choose, because we don’t know each other that well yet, and of course some things were obvious, but too obvious to be really meaningful so it wouldn’t do. So I asked All Might, because despite everything that happened between you two he is good advices and know you a little, well, at least more than anyone else I could turn to, and so we managed to figure something out.”
Tomura held back a bit of annoyance at the mention of the former number one hero, because even if it was still a sore spot, he had decided that he was done caring about it. Instead, he sighed at the lack of clarity in Izuku’s speech and interrupted him before he could go further. “I didn’t get a single thing you just said, so shut up and get to the point.”
The green-haired boy opened and closed his mouth, apparently confused by the contradictory demands, but then he just smiled and reached toward his nightstand. He opened the drawer, and suddenly Tomura got a sense of foreboding.
Sure enough, what his little brother retrieved from the drawer was a present, clumsily wrapped in a package that was fortunately not All-Might related.
“Happy birthday, Tomura,” Izuku grinned, looking so happy it could have been his own birthday and not Tomura’s.
So that’s what it was all about.
“How did you know it was today?” Tomura asked with a frown, not making a move to take the gift even though Izuku held it out for him.
The hero-in-training smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of his head. “I asked Touya-san. But don’t be mad at him! I was really persistent.”
Tomura sighed, making a note to himself that he needed to annoy Dabi latter in retaliation for this huge betrayal. “Why?”
“Why what?”
“Why were you interested in my birthday?”
A bit of sadness flashed on Izuku’s face, but was quickly replaced by determination. “Because that’s what families do. They celebrate each other birthday because they are happy to have each other. I know that we’re not the most conventional of family, but you’re still very important to me. Besides, you got me something for mine, so even if you weren’t my big brother, I would have gifted you something back, it’s only polite,” Izuku ended in a mutter.
The kid’s cheek were red, but he was looking at Tomura with earnest eyes and the part-time villain couldn’t help but be a bit moved, even if he wanted to argue that the gift he got Izuku (a t-shirt with written ‘Don’t mess with me, my big brother is an edgy villain overlord’ that Izuku obviously couldn’t wear) had been nothing more than a joke, and not anywhere near as well-thought as Izuku’s gift seemed to be now that his first rant had more context.
“Come on,” Izuku whined. “Open it!”
He was obviously excited, even if a little nervous around the edge, so Tomura gave in and took the package.
It wasn’t that he was against celebrating his own birthday. It was more the fact that he never did. Not when he was with his father, not when All for One took him in, and not even when he got his independence. He had told Dabi once, on a drunken night at the bar, because they were talking about their zodiac signs, but he really hadn’t expected the fire-user to remember it.
Slowly, he weighted the present, but couldn’t figure out what it was. He was tempted to just decay the wrapping, but he didn’t want to accidentally destroy what was inside, so he carefully tore it apart. He found himself with a little wooden box and he opened it to find a pair of gloves inside.
Not any gloves: they were Nana’s.
“Where did you find that?” he asked Izuku, bewildered. The last time he saw them was quite some time ago, since they had been taken along with all his belongings when the heroes raided his place.
“All Might gave them to me. We thought that maybe you would want them back.”
Tomura slightly nodded, looking at the gloves. They were as he remembered: yellow and of medium size, worn and even bloody in places.
The silence stretched for a while, and Izuku fidgeted a bit. “So…” he cleared his throat. “They must have some meaning to you, obviously, since she was your grandma but… All Might and I were kind of wondering how you got them.”
“It was one of All for One’s trophies,” Tomura recalled, and Izuku raised his eyebrows in surprise.
“He kept trophies? That’s so sick…”
Tomura hummed, agreeing. It was indeed sick to keep reminders of the people you killed to gloat. However, he hadn’t realised what it really was when he found All for One’s collection the first time around. He was barely nine, and sneaky through things he wasn’t supposed to. But when his mentor died, nothing prevented from going through his things again and that’s when he realised whom the gloves belonged to.
“Ever since I found out about her, I’ve been mad at Nana for abandoning her son to become my fucked-up dad, and yours as well, but I wanted to keep the gloves as a reminder of what could have been,” Tomura explained to Izuku. “I considered wearing them but I would have had to cut one or two fingers so I decided against it.”
“She was a great hero, and she would have made a great grandma,” Izuku nodded with a tiny smile. “Ever since I was little, it has always been my mom and me, so I would have liked to have her around.”
Tomura thought it best not to mention that if Nana had lived and decided to raise her son correctly, Izuku probably wouldn’t have been born.
“Anyway, thank you, I guess,” he smiled a little, ruffling his brother’s green hair with four fingers. “I didn’t really think about them much, but it doesn’t hurt to have them around. Won’t you and All Might get in trouble for stealing evidence?”
Izuku frowned. “All Might told me he used his influence.”
“Right, he totally stole them,” Tomura deadpanned. “Not very heroic, in my books.”
“Well, he is retired, and it doesn’t hurt anybody, so stop criticizing,” Izuku pouted a bit, making Tomura laugh.
They chatted for a bit about mundane things, before Izuku remembered something and went downstairs to give Tomura some of the cake his mom made for him when Izuku told her it was Tomura’s birthday. It was good, and the villain took some for Dabi as well.
When he teleported back to the apartment, the wooden box in one hand and a plate in the other, Dabi wasn’t on the couch anymore. Since he could sense him in the bedroom, he guessed that the fire-user had relocated his sleeping activities on the bed. Tomura himself was feeling a bit tired, so he set down what he was carrying in the living room and made his way to the bedroom.
“You awake?” he whispered while approaching the bed.
The sheets rustled a bit and he saw Dabi’s peeking from under them. He was squinting, since Tomura had the delicacy to turn on the light.
“I was,” Dabi grumbled, but he made an inviting gesture, showing that he wasn’t really mad.
Tomura took off some layers then slipped next to him. “I heard you’ve been naughty,” he whispered to his boyfriend’s ear.
That made Dabi laugh. “Is it about the birthday thing? You never told me it was a big secret, so I’ve done nothing wrong. In fact, I would even say I’ve helped,” he said with a confident grin that Tomura wiped off his face with a kiss.
“Well,” Tomura mussed. “I got a gift and a cake, so it’s not that bad I guess.”
“See?”
They kissed some more, before Dabi propped himself on one elbow, towering a bit over the other man. “Want another gift?” he raised an eyebrow suggestively.
Tomura snorted. “So original.” He added an eyeroll.
Dabi flicked him on the forehead. “Don’t be a brat and let me treat you nicely. Happy birthday, babe.”
Tomura gave him a flat look and opened his arms.
.........
In earlier chapters of Crossroads you have this scene with All Might finding Nana’s gloves in Tomura’s things, and I was wondering what was up with that, so I made up this thing.
Hope you liked it :)

Chapter 35: I Want to See My Little Boy~ Here He Comes!
Being an agent for the government SUCKS! The people in that circle are married with older children, voluntarily single or are uncommitted to someone...then theres me, in a new relationship, youngest of the group and has a multi-million company. Needless to say, I don’t fit in because everyone hates me one way or another PLUS it takes time away from spending it with Tenya. He’s been understanding that it’s hard to manage two high profile jobs but the guilt that I have overrides my thoughts.
-Tenya’s apartment, 7:45pm-
“Hey, I missed you” I baby talked as Tenya opened the door to let me in “hug me! I had a rough week.” I hold my arms out and pout.
“Aww usually I don’t like the baby talk” he said as he picked me up and closed the door “but I don’t like the pout more, what’s wrong?”
“Agent work is what’s wrong” I squeezed him as he carried me to the couch “I hate being part of my branch, I don’t get the respect I deserve” I levitate so he could sit first then I float onto his lap “I’ve been working there for almost 2 years now and honest to Ru Paul, I want to quit and just be CEO full time.”
“Why don’t you?” curiously asked Tenya as he put his arm around me “I know you make rational decisions when it comes to these things, what’s the reason to stay?”
“Well there was multiple reasons” I started “one of them was that I was single, obviously that didn’t stay that way, another was that it paid well to the point that I didn’t need to get loans to start my company. But the main one is that I literally went to school was for that type of work, I’m starting to think I should switch over to the independent branch.” I sighed stressfully “But I have to prove myself worthy of the spot, it’s not enough to have the education or strength to be in. They’d have to take notice in me first, then make their choice.”
“That does sound difficult” he stroked her hair to comfort “but you’re amazing at anything you do! Even if you don’t get scouted, I still love you”
“That’s what I’m afraid of” I put my hand on his cheek “if I stay, there won’t be much time for us to spend together. We’ve been together for what, 3 months. And we’ve only seen each other 5 times!”
“And I’m grateful for every second I spend with you” he puts his hand over the hand on his face “I know you’re loyal and I only have eyes for you. Don’t worry about our love being distraught.”
“You say that but I’m still afraid.”
“Let me tell you something” he brought her in closer “I didn’t think love was for me until I met you, really. I spent all my time and focus on being a hero because my family prides themselves on that” he holds her hand “then I saw you on that day and didn’t understand why my heart stirred when you cried or why I felt so happy when I heard you laugh. Slowly I came to realize that it was love and it was nice to finally feel what I’ve seen others have for each other” he leaned in to kiss her forehead “all these emotions and affection, it’s all for you. I won’t have love for anyone else except you, I’m convinced you’re my soulmate.”
“I’m going to literally cry Tenya” I throw my arms around his neck “I guess it does make me a little better that you feel that way” we kiss and hold each other “hey, is it alright if-” I got interrupted by the sound of my phone ringing “OH MY GOD CAN’T I JUST HAVE ONE NIGHT?! JUST ONE TO GET A NUT GOING!” I stress yelled as I checked my phone, my stomach dropped when I saw it was the Best Jeanist agency. “Hello? This is Agent 19, at your service sir!”
“Oh what a relief!” Jinko sighed in relief “I’m so glad I caught your attention because it’s serious.”
“I’m sure it is” I motion Tenya to let go of me so I could stand up “what’s the sitch?”
“We got intel that the fire user in the League of Villains is taking up on Black Phantom’s offer” Jinko’s tone was serious “we need Black Phantom and crew to come get him and bring him home.”
“No way” I gasped “it’s been what, 4 years since the offer?! I can’t believe it!” I compose myself “Okay, I’ll have my team ready for you in 20 minutes. Have the head of intel send me coordinates and other details and I’ll contact you when we’re at the ready.”
“I trust in you 3 to get things done swiftly and safely” Jinko takes a deep breath “the boss would be so proud of you.”
“You’re making it sound like he died! He’s just retired, you’re the boss now Jinko!” I make light of things “talk to you soon.”
“I know but still, I’ll be on stand by.” He said before I hung up.
“I’m guessing you have to go?” Tenya said fixing his glasses.
“Yeah, I really wanted to stay the night tonight” I sighed as I walked up to him “I’ll be back tomorrow, same time” I kissed him “I love you.”
“I’ll be awaiting your arrival” he looked into her eyes “I love you, be safe.”
I nod and run out the door and down the street to teleport myself to my office to tell Mimi and Jin to portal in to suit up and tell them the details. They were pumped to do the whole Black Phantom gig again and the twist to take the villain back to his family made things that much interesting. The location was 5 miles out of the business district near the Best Jeanist agency. Jinko was contacted and they let us know that we are allowed to portal into their basement level to keep the villain in without revealing where they were.
“Okay, voice changers on” I said before switching mine on “we get him and get out, no other detainments to prevent any suspicions” I turn to Mimi “bullet wounds are okay but no butthole bullseye!”
“Fine! I won’t pop a cap in they ass” Mimi pouted and put their face gear on “ready baby boy?”
“As I’ll ever be” he put on his face gear “it’s about time I get some real action around here!”
We peer over the edge of the building to see all of them just loitering about like they had nothing to do.
“I’m bored Shiggy-kun!” groaned Toga “why are we out here anyways?”
“We’re out here because one of you is being disloyal to me!” Shigaraki huffed “come forward and I won’t turn you to dust, and the longer you deny, the longer I keep everyone out here!”
“This is stupid! We’re the main ones that has been nothing but loyal!” Spinner yelled “some of us came back to you after we got arrested!”
“Well with Kurogiri gone” Shigaraki crossed his arms “I haven’t trusted anybody, regardless of seniority” his face got tense “now which one of you has something to say?”
After a tense 3 minutes, we took it as a cue to pop in.
“Well, well, well” I strolled in sight out of the connecting alleyway “looks like a party up in here, how sweet.”
“It’s you!” Toga yelled “back off! We’re not in your turf this time” she pulls out her knife “I’ll protect you boss!”
“Silly girl!” I laughed “I came here to get what’s mine” I held out my hand and levitated Dabi “my raven haired beauty~ how nice to have everyone gathered here to say good bye!”
“Let go of him!” Shigaraki said through gritted teeth “he’s not yours, he’s part of my league!”
“Aww, he didn’t tell you?” I taunted as I pulled Dabi closer to me “he’s tired of working for you and being contained when he could be with me and have unlimited power.”
“Dabi, don’t tell me-” Shigaraki pleaded.
“It’s all true” Dabi said as he was set down next to me “I’m sick of your childish ways, they have the right idea, fuck the symbol of peace!”
“Now if you don’t mind” I gesture for Dabi’s hand “me and my new associate have much to discuss, bye bye Hand Man.”
“Dabi, if you take their hand, I’ll-”
“Or you’ll do what Handy?!” threatened Mimi as they appeared “that’s right! Boss doesn’t leave without some heat!” she pulled out her gun and cocked it.
“Yeah! Whatcha packin in this fight Hand Job?!” Jin rolled in with his twin swords.
Dabi puts their hand in mine “Let’s go, I don’t want to stick around.”
“With pleasure” I said before turning around to head toward the alleyway “if any of you follows us, we won’t hesitate to kill you.” We walked away without a protest, we fell in a portal into the place under the agency. We took a deep breath but we were excited.
“Holy shit, I can’t believe that worked” Mimi squealed.
“I was about ready to shit myself when little girl pulled her knife out to protect their shitty boss!” Jin cackled “man what a bunch of clowns!”
Dabi looked around the room and at the 3 in all black, a curious thought popped in his mind. “Thank you for swooping in Boss” he bowed “may I have the honor of knowing my new team mates?”
The 3 looked at each other and took a collective deep breath, I stepped forward “Oh my beauty, I’m afraid we have a horrible confession to make” I motion him to sit on one of the chairs “we aren’t a villainous gang, nor heroes. We’re part of a private seeking team that collects information on everything and everyone that might prove use to us or a benefactor.”
“But why me? I’m just a runaway that joined the League of Villains” he protested “if I’m not being detained, then what am I doing here?”
I motioned for Mimi and Jin to remove their face gear and switch off the voice changers, I did the same “We are agents that were assigned to find you and take you home to your family” I reveal my face, hair undone as I lifted my visor “they’ve never stopped looking for you, Touya.”
“You- you’re that CEO!” he gasped “I didn’t believe that you’re an agent! You’re Black Phantom?!”
“Black Phantom was just a villain persona that I made up on the spot” I explained “I wasn’t supposed to interact with you on that night but my fellow agent that I was interning with needed a distraction to escape, so I distracted long enough but in the process I created this.” I look at Mimi and Jin “and these two are my best friends that came along for that lair raid, I don’t leave without them.” I look back at Dabi “But I gain some information on you and turns out there’s a leading suspicion that you’re the missing Todoroki sibling.”
“That old man only wants me back to throw me out himself!” he out bursted “I was never good enough, he abused my mother and little brother!”
“He’s not the one that’s been looking for you” I smiled “it’s Fuuyumi, she’s been looking for you since you ran away. The police put you as a cold case until I re-opened it about 5 years ago when I was training to be an agent.” I put my hand on his face to check his vitals “I had my suspicions it was you because you have blue eyes and blue flames, the only family I know that has those traits are the Todorokis.”
“Fuuyumi? Of course she’s been looking for me” he softly laughed “she wanted to keep us together through my old man’s abuse” he looked up at her face “I’m guessing you’re going to detain me until she comes?”
“Actually, we have orders that we deliver you home” Mimi spoke up “you might be guilty of a lot of things but we won’t treat you like an animal! We’re going to have you go through a full medical exam, get you some new clothes, feed you and have some liberties in a facility for a few days before we take you home.”
“It’s not bad actually” Jin explained “it’s like a less depressing hospital with a huge indoor garden and the food doesn’t suck.”
After some quick communication with the facility, they got transported there and stayed for 3 days before getting the okay to leave.
-On the way to the Todoroki estate-
“Nervous?” I asked him.
“A little” he fiddled with his hands “it’s just that I look so different and with my record, I don’t know if everyone is going to accept me right away.”
“They will” I put my hand on his knee “they’ve been in anticipation of your arrival, would somebody that doesn’t care go through all that for you?”
“I guess not” the car stops as he says that.
We walk up to the front and before I could knock, the three siblings swing the door open “BROTHER! IT REALLY IS YOU!” they yelled and hugged him.
“This is so sweet, Imma finna cry” I croaked as I wiped my tear.
“Palma-sama, please come in!” Shoto politely requested “we’d love to have you for some tea.”
“I’d love to, I haven’t been over in hot minute” I waited to get gestured in. We all sit in the main living room and everyone asks Touya questions as I sit and observe.
“Oh we’re being rude to our hero here!” Fuuyumi turns to me “how are you doing Palma-sama? Shoto tells me that you’ve been super busy since the Ingenium agency endorsement on your product.”
“Oh yes it has! Plus I repaired my friendship with little brother Ingenium, so things a pretty great.” I said as I picked up my teacup “also, my offer for front seats at my next product pitch at the heroes’ tech forum are on the table.”
“We have to go this time Fuuyumi!” Shoto begged “you saw how lavish her presentations are!”
“I did like the last one you did with the fashion catwalk style” she caved “okay we’ll go, Touya will come too.”
“I’ll put you all on the list” I took out my phone to make note “also I meant to say this earlier but I love the houseplants you have in here” I pointed at the plant in the entryway “it adds a serene lushness to the place.”
“I didn’t know you were all friends” Touya spoke up confused.
“We went to the same school” Shoto responded “and I’ve asked her to train with me to perfect the fire quirk.”
“And I’ve spent time getting to know her when they spar” Fuuyumi smiled “it’s so nice to have girl talk after seeing getting your brothers’ and father get pummeled.”
“Father? Brothers?” Touya turned to his brothers “she’s stronger?”
“You know, I’m still a little salty that you beat me without using quirks that last time” Natsuo grumbled “so embarrassing to lose to a girl a foot shorter than you.”
“Oh the look on father’s face with she did the fire clone move!” Shoto laughed “he was begging for her to stop!”
Touya looked at me with fear in his eyes “Is your family full of agents?”
“Oh heavens no! I just so happened to be at mastery in the fire quirk because I fight with my siblings everyday. So by the time I got to UA, I was a top fighter and just got stronger and stronger” I explained to make him not fear me “I’ve helped Shoto and others perfect their quirks with mine, I’m not some heartless monster! I care for my fellow student and others” I took a sip of tea “did I mention I’m from the United States?”
“NO WAY!” Touya exclaimed “I was wondering what family you’re from with that quirk! What is it? Levitation? Illusion? Charisma?”
“Nope, it’s Telekinesis and Copy” I show him the range of my quirks “...that’s why it’s hard to tire me or take me down, so many ways I can get the upper hand making it nearly impossible to predict my next move.”
“Speaking of next moves” Shoto butted in “why don’t you come to our family estate ball? It’s in 3 days.”
“Oh I’d love too! Can I bring a plus one?” I get giddy.
“Of course! Anything for you Palma-sama” Fuuyumi clapped “can’t wait to see your dress! I love your custom dresses, it’s better than what’s on the runway nowadays.”
I make their leave and the Todoroki family was reunited once again.
-Night of the Ball-
“So nice to see you again Miss” Enji bowed as he greeted me.
“Oh please don’t bow!” I waved my hands to make him stop “seriously, it’s weird” I look to my left and see the siblings “look at y’all! So dolled up!” I walk toward them to greet them “I love that you’re all matching!”
“Palma-sama! I’m in love with this shimmer dress!” Fuuyumi fawned over my orange with gold shimmer gown with sheer sleeves “Who’s your designer?! You never say who it is!”
“Oh that’s confidential information” I winked “so who’s here?”
“Some of our classmates, coworkers, father’s guests” Shoto pointed to the crowd of people “a lot of them came just because we said you might show up.”
“Oh wow, that’s weird” I laughed, then turned to Touya “how’s the adjustment to home?”
“It’s like I never left” he clear his throat “but may I escort you to the main floor?” He holds his arm out for me to join him.
“How gentleman-ish of you!” I loop my arm with his and we walked in “oh this is a lot of people, more than the Iida estate ball.”
“I couldn’t help but to notice you came in alone” he said as he flagged down the cocktail servant “your friends couldn’t come?”
“They don’t like the formalness of these things unless it’s for business, then they deal with it for a few hours” I said as I look around at the decor “but I asked little brother Ingenium to come but they can’t because of work early the next day.”
He hands me a drink “I see, well I’ll be your date for the evening” he said smoothly “a lady like you shouldn’t be unaccompanied at the dance.”
“Oh you got the nerve and charisma huh?” I take a sip of my drink “huh? where’s the booze in this? Excuse me, barkeep?” I asked politely “may I have a whiskey sour with 3 parts whiskey, on the rocks please.”
“Right away Miss” the servant sped away to make my drink.
“Didn’t know you were a whiskey drinker”
“Didn’t know you were a little suave bitch that sips white wine” I retorted.
Touya choked and spat out his drink “You don’t hold back!” he wiped his mouth “I like that, you aren’t so scary once you take off the jumpsuit and mask. Pretty too” he touched the curls that draped my shoulders “if I knew this beauty was under the mask, I would’ve surrendered immediately.”
“Sure, coming from the guy that screams like a little girl when I showed up” I snickered as my drink came “you wouldn’t want to be with me, I’m just a pretty face with a fat wallet and even fatter emotional baggage” I took a sip of my drink “also a fat ass, don’t think I don’t know that everyone stares at it.”
I had fun at the Ball and kept Touya at arm’s distance to divert any temptations he might have. Even though things are going well, I can’t help to think something else from the past is going to show up.
-The next day, Ingenium agency-
“Oh you must be our temporary!” Tensei warmly greeted a man in purple hair “I’m Tensei, former Ingenium. Apologies for my brother, he’s setting things up for you in the cubicle area” he motions to his robo “this is my assistant companion, Pongo. Don’t worry, he’s tame and robotic.”
“OH you have one of those robo dogs” he boops the robo’s nose “I know the CEO and entourage, we went to school together.”
“Isn’t she lovely?! My brother is best friends with her” he boasted a little, then the door opened “oh there he is!” he motioned toward the door “I’m sure you know each other-”
“Shinso-kun?!” Tenya blurted “I mean- Hello! Very nice to see you again Shinso-kun.”
“Nice to see you too” Shinso was getting a little uneasy “urm, heh long time no see? How are things here?”

Birthday Boys
Summary: A Modern setting AU for the Todoroki´s birthday boys. It’s basically a reunion fic, so enjoy.
Part 1 of 4 (For now)
Next part next Saturday.
P.s : Happy Birthday Shouto
Warning: Mentions of past abuse and street violence
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“We have the chips, nee-san” A stoic looking teenager said as he entered the place carring a plastic bag. A smaller greenette behind him carring three bags and two other teenagers with presents, too. “And Iida and Uraraka are here”
“Welcome!” Fuyumi said, taking the bags from his brother and the green kid.
This may have been an ordinary thing for anybody. But not for this family.
Before their fathers arrest, life for the Todoroki family was a nightmare. They had no normalcy. Birthdays were never celebrated, Shouto wasn’t allowed to interact with his sibblings and their mother had snapped and had to be interned to a hospital for the sake of her menyal health. And Touya…
Well, they didn’t like to think about it.
But now, they were a family, that could have friends over and celebrate their birthdays together and however they saw fit, without worring over what would happen to their mother or baby brother if Enji found out.
When their father was finally out of the picture, Fuyumi, being the older sibbling (not eldest, she wasn’t the eldest) inherited all of Enji´s money and possesions. From the state to his boxing trophies. She sold the state and bought a nice apartment near her job, Natsuo’s collegue and Shouto High school. She basically lived alone since Natsuo had a roomate on campus, Shouto had the dorms in UA and their mother wasn’t ready to live utside the hospital.
But, now that Enji was gone, Natsuo came by more often and their mother had recoverred enought to go outside without trembling. Although, to Fuyumi, the best part was that Shouto came every Friday night and stayed until Monday morning when he had to go to school.
Every weekend felt like a dream. Because they were all together. Well… almost.
Little by little the guest started to arrive. There weren’t many people over, Shouto’s class, two other friends and Midoriya’s mom and stepdad. They couldn’t not invite them.
It was thanks to them that they were able to be were they are now. Who would have thought that the adopted son of their old man’s rival, would have been the start of their salvation?
Before the dorm sistem was applied at UA, the green kid, Izuku Midoriya did everything he could to help Shouto when he learned about their father. He would help him feel included, explain everything he didn’t understand, he even kept him in his house for a month during break. That was when Mrs Inko and Mr Yagi learned about their situacion. And when Mrs Midoriya helped Fuyumi get over her fear of her dad to report him.
The process was rather quick. Even if their father was a famous and respected boxing champion, there was too much evidence against him. He was locked down in November.
The party was going expectacularly. They weren’t allowed to make too much noise because of their mom, but Shouto’s classmates were heaven sent. They didn’t make a mess and even included their mother in activities. Even the explosive blonde that, according to Shouto, knows more cuss words than mentally possible, was calmingly explaining to their mom how to beat his classmates in Mario Kart.
“Fuyumi,” Mrs Inko called her from the living room. “the front desk called, they said somebody is at the entrance and that they need to speak with you.”
“Oh, it’s probably another guest, could you watch over the food?”
“Yes, dear”
She took her keys and headed to the elevator. When she reached the front desk, she noticed a… tired looking guy wearing a black hooding and pants playing with his phone and sitting on the floor. He didn’t look up from the screen until she asked him if he was the one that asked for her.
The man (could she called him that? the guy was so skinny that if he wasn’t malnurished, he was probably a really tall teenager) stood up and put his hands in his hoody’s pocket. “My name is Shigaraki Tomura, I think I know your brother?”
“Do you?” She didn’t remember him. If he was in Shouto’s class, she would have seen him at least once.
“Is this him?” The stranger took his wallet off his back pocket and showed her a picture.
It was her brother. But not Shouto or Natsuo.
It was spikey, messed up hair that he refused to brush. Hard edges that had been bruised more times than she could count. Turquoise eyes that burned with rage that increased after every training section with dad.
There were things that could have throw her off. Like the piercings, the black hair, the arms completly covered in ink.
But that was him.
He was looking at the camera confused with a steaming mug in his hand.
That was Touya. Her big brother. The eldest sibbling. Their missing piece.
Suddenly, she couldn’t talk. She had so many question but none of them, not even one wanted to come out. Her eyes were getting watery, but she could barelly notice with her feelings and doubts swarming in her head.
She took a deep breath to try to calm herself. She couldn’t scare off the only lead in 10 years of Touya off.
“How did you get that picture?” She finally asked, her voice shakey and almost breaking.
The guy, Shigaraki, closed his wallet and sighted. “We live together. He goes by Dabi now though. I thought you might want to see him again” He took out a card of his wallet and took a pen from the receptionist. He scribbled something down and offered it to her. “My number is in it. If I don’t answer, call the bar and ask for Kurogiri. He will give me any message you leave.”
She took the card carefully without looking at it. As if she did, she would wake up and this would be a dream.
“I should warn you though” He continued “He hasn´t been in the best… company for a while. Hope I hear from you”. With that, Shimura turned and left, leaving Fuyumi alone in the lobby.
She could still feel the rought paper of the card against her palm. She headed back to the elevator in automatic. Not that it mattered. Very little things mattered right now. The only thing that was now on her mind was that Touya wasn’t dead.
And it wasn’t delusional hope, this was real. She saw proof. She had proof. Finally looking down, she read the card.
Black Mist Bar xxxx-xxxx
Shigaraki T. xxx-xx-xxx-xx
The last part was written down with a messy scribble but it was there. Solid proof that Touya was alive and that they could see him again. Feeling tears fall out of her eyes, she put the card in her back pocket and headed out of the elevator to her apartment. She rubbed the tears off with her sleeve, minding her glasses and entered as if her world hadn’t been turn upside down.
The place was still filled with laughter and joy. The kids were all still playing Mario Kart but were searching for other games to play in a shelf, Rei was speaking with Natsuo and Mr Toshinori and Mrs Midoriya was leaving food in their coffee table for the kids.
Once the party finished and all of Shouto´s friend left, Fuyumi drove their mother to the hospital. She thought about telling her about the news, but decided not to. The last time they told her mother news about him, was when he ran away. She didn’t react well and they had to sedate her so she wouldn’t hurt herself.
Besides, the only thing she knew was that this random guy Sigaraki, thought that maybe his roommate was their long lost brother. Giving her mother the news that his first son that is presummed dead might be alive to then tell her that it wasn’t him or a ruse seemed cruel. And her mother was making an excellent progress, today was an milestone for her. She spent almost five hour with more that 20 people with loud noises without having an relapse. She even smiled and made a new friend with Mrs Inko.
She couldn’t tell her. Not yet.
When she arrived back home, Natsuo and Shouto were cleaning up. They were both talking animatedly about all the gifts Shouto had received. They looked so happy.
‘Should I tell them?’ Fuyumi questioned. She didn’t have to worry about their reaction, not like with her mom. But Natsuo had already lost all hope of finding Touya, considered him the dead 4 years ago, and Shouto bearly knew him. Even if they both had been through the same (Why their father decided to beat his eldest and younger child was something they never learnt), Shouto was 5 when Touya ran away at 15.
“Nee-san?” Shouto called her, staring at her worried, “Is everything alright?”
“Yeah, yeah. Of course” She tried to lie to them. But apparently it didn’t work because her two brothers shared a look and then turned back to her.
“Fuyu, what’s wrong?” Natsuo asked as he came near her.
Fuyumi sighted and told them about what happened. Shouto, with his never-changing poker face, didn’t have much of reaction, but Natsuo…. He couldn’t belive it, wouldn´t belive it.
“Fuyumi, are you stupid?” Natsuo asked angry “You beleave this…. random guy that shows up out of nowhere saying that our dead brother has been alive ALL THIS TIME, just because he showed you a picture of somebody that looks like him that could of been edited? Fuyu, that guy is obviously lying to get you alone to kidnap you or kill you or worse!”
“You think I don´t know thats a posibility!?” She answered, insulted by her brother´s words. “I’m not saying that I’m going to do whatever he wants just because he might know something about Touya. But this is the only lead we had in 10 years. What if this is him? What if he wants to come back to us?”
“Then he would have come years ago! I know you miss him, I do too! But he is GONE, OKAY!? He isn’t coming back!” Natsuo wiped his leaking eyes and took some plates to the kitchen.
As she listened the water running of the sink, she sighted and sat down on the couch.  Shouto sat next to her and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. Fuyumi returned the gesture by hugging him.
“What was the guys name?” Shouto asked quietly as to not break the moment.
Fuyumi took a deep breath and let go off him to reach for the card with the two numbers. “Shigaraki Tomura” She told him handing him the card. Shouto took it and stared at it quietly.
Dinner was… quiet. The fight still fresh made it eternal and once they finished their soba, all three sibblings were happy to leave the table. Shouto went to his room and Natsuo to the other bedroom while Fuyumi cleaned. A couple of minutes later, Natsuo came out with his bags packed.
“Natsuo, it’s late. You shouldn’t go out at this hour.” Fuyumi told him, already expecting this reaction to their argument.
“Don’t worry, I’m careful” He told her. ‘Unlike you’
“Nee-san,” In that moment, Shouto came out of his room with his laptop. “Is this the guy from today?” Turning the device so the screen faced her, Fuyumi saw it had a Youtube Channel filled with video games with Shigaraki’s face on the bottom corner.
“Yeah thats him” The three surrounded the computer and Shouto pressed on one of the videos.
“Hello and welcome back to this hell-hole We are playing Kindergarden this day. The game that recreates childhood perfectly; with cheating whores, bullys with daddy issues and getting shot on the head. Today, I’m gonna try to kill everyone of my classmates. Let’s start the blood bath…”
“Okay, so he is real.” Natsuo paused the video, “That doesn’t mean he knows Touya”
Fuyumi went back to his channel and looking at his bio, she noticed a name. Opening another tab and logging into her Instagram, she searched for @.Dabi.Inferno.. The user had his page full of different body parts covered in beautiful and complicated drawings and designs. And for the profile picture there was a photograph of a man in front of a shop with a blue neon sign that read ‘Inferno’
That man was Touya. Just like it looked in the picture Shigaraki showed Fuyumi. Black hair, tattoos, piercings, blue eyes like dad. The only difference was that here he was using different clothes and he was smirking.
They stayed in silence for a while. Just, taking everything in. Their feelings a mess. One hopeful that their family would be complete again, the other in denial to not get hurt again and the last excited that he could meet the mistery that was Touya.
“When do I call him?”
———————————————————————————————————–
Getting out of the bus, Shigaraki started his walk back home. Even if he should, he wasn’t paying attention to his surroundings. He didn’t need to, having lived in this side of town for most of his life. But he should. He wasn’t lying when he told the Todoroki girl about Dabi’s “company”.
Yeah, they changed. Him, Dabi and the rest. But the last time somebody tried to rob them was yesterday. Emphasis on the try, since Dabi found him and then proceeded to beat the crap out of the guy. And then Spinner and Twice joined.
It’s not like he lied to the girl. He just… left out the details.
It wasn’t their fault that life decided to screw them in the most royal and epic way. Besides, they all turned their life around. Magne and Toga run that hair salon, Spinner and Mustard were helping Stain with his gun-range and shop, Kurogiri was able to keep the bar and even give Compress and Twice a job. Even Hawks, that joined later and then couldn’t leave, had his own gig.
Yeah, they were…. broken. But if you left out all their trauma and violent coping mechanism, they were pretty normal. Were they?
Without realising it, Tomura got to their little base. The apartment building, the Detnerat clothing store, Inferno’s tattoo parlour, Killer Queen salon, Stainhaul gun range and shop and Black Mist bar, all connected by a parking lot where Giran practically worked. To an outsider it wouldn't seem so bad. Just a couple of people trying to get by.
They weren’t that bad.
He spent so much time trying to do this nice thing for Dabi that it was starting to mess with him if he didn’t realise he already got home. The last thing he needed was for Dabi to find out. That would…complicate things.
‘Maybe I shouldn’t have reached’
Did he go against Dabi’s back searching for his family who he keep tabs on but never really approached? Maybe. But he had to repay him somehow. He was the last one out of his repaying-and-thanking-for-staying-by-my-side list.
Magne was given a new set of make up. Toga and Mustard received a High school degree. Kurogiri was called ‘dad’ (he had never seen the guy so happy, so it was worth it, even if he smiled and hugged him like a fool for weeks). Spinner was given a new game console. He spent an entire day with Twice doing whatever the guy wanted. He watched Compress’ magic show. And he even admitted to Stain that he found his logic and anarchy ideals intriging.
But Dabi’s had to be special. He knew he had to do something extraordinary for him. He couldn’t just give him something. Not after everything that happened and everything he did for him.
So if Dabi wanted to be a coward and not take a shot with his family that (judging by the reaction he got) wanted him in his life, then fine. He would take the shot for him. He would take the blame for whatever happened. Dabi deserved it.
Not that he would tell him that. Ever.
He went to the back of the shop and climbed up the fire escape to enter his place. The shop was closed and he was too spent to open it and lock it again. Hearing movement in the kitchen, he went there and found the reason for his exhaustion cooking.
“What are we having?” He asked him as he sat in the dinning table.
“Cold Soba” Dabi responded and turned to look at him. “Where’d you go today?”
“Out. I needed to clear my head” Tomura lied.
“Are you okay?” Dabi asked as he came closer and held his neck to check on it.
“Yeah. It wasn’t that bad” He told him, leaning into his touch.
They had a nice and calm dinner in the couch, watching an old anime. Once everything was put away and clean they return to the couch to keep watching. With his head in Dabi’s shoulder and Dabi’s hand around him, Tomura noticed a foul yet familiar smell and started sniffing the other guy clothes. Sighting, he moved out of the embrace and covered himself with a blanket.
“Go take a shower, you reak of smoke” He told him.
Dabi huffed and paused the show. “You aren’t watching it without me” He told him as he stood up and started taking off his clothes in his way to the bathroom.
Tomura took out his phone and checked his channel. His new video was up and his cult was already commenting on it. He refused to say he had fans, so he had a cult. A cult of 5K people that loved his ‘chaotic energy’. But cult either way.
His phone rang with an unknown number.
“What do you want?”
“Hi… It’s me, Todoroki Fuyumi… We would like to meet up with Touya. When is he free?”
“I…We are going to an American Grill next Saturday. You can meet us there.”
“Yes. Of course. Thank you. Thank you so much for this. Could you text us the address and time?”
“Sure. See ya soon”
‘Holy Crap, she actually called’ Tomura thought as he heard the bathroom door open and saw Dabi come out. While only wearing a towel, Dabi laid down next to Tomura again. ‘God, I hope this turns out alright’

Birthday Boys - Chapter 4
Chapter 4 : Welcome Home, Nii-san
Hope you like it
AO3: https://archiveofourown.org/works/22242565/chapters/55292371
Sunlight filtered through the window and the rag they called a curtain. Dabi grumbled as the light hit his eyes, waking him. Rubbing his eyes and sitting up on the bed, the raven looks at his left. Shigaraki's light blue hair shinning with the morning light greeted him, as he moved to get more comfortable, hugging the pillow and taking all the sheets for himself and leaving Dabi bear to the world.
The older man chuckled as he watched his boyfriend create a nest out of their bed. For as long as he known Tomura, he knew the man was always cold. He had even seen him use long sleeves in the middle of summer. Dabi laid back in the bed and stared at his skinny boyfriend amused. He noticed the bed sheets slipping off of his shoulder. With a low moan, Dabi started leaving small kisses and nips at the pale skin that was still coverred in hickeys from yesterday. Tomura groaned and blinked himself awake.
He huffed in annoyance and turned his eyes to Dabi. "Don't you have anything better to do?"
"But you're comfy..." Dabi said with a yawn and rolled on top of Shigaraki.
"Get your skinny ass off of me... " Tomura grumbled as he tried to burry himself into his pillow.
"You weren't complaining about my skinny ass yesterday" Dabi whispered in his ear. Tomura only groaned in responce. "It does feel a little sore. Won't you kiss it better?" Dabi continued teasing his boyfriend and, again, only got a groan as a responce. Although, louder and longer. "Well, can I at least kiss yours?"
Tomura stood up abruptly, making Dabi fall off the bed. Shigaraki was frowning down at his boyfriend as he looked up from his spot on the floor, looking smug as the little shit that he was. "You are bottoming until the bite heals." The pale man on the bed said and returned to his spot on the bed.
Dabi grinned and, standing up from the floor, stepped outside the room to go to the bathroom. After a couple of minutes, Dabi came back into the bedroom with a towel around his naked hips, his hair wet and a couple of rogue drops tracing a path throght all of his tattooed chest. As Dabi started getting dressed, Tomura was slowly getting out of the pile of sheets and pillows. By the time Dabi was ready, Tomura was sitting on the edge of the bed with only one blanket covering him like a robe, as he scratched lightly against his neck.
Dabi stood right in front of him and took his hands in his to stop him. He placed them around his own neck, making the other stand up from the bed, and when he was head to head with him, Dabi closed their distance, locking their lips into a tender kiss Tomura melted into. As the two separed their lips, Dabi hummed and fastened the bed sheet as a cape back on Tomura. "Y'know..." He sighted "You got horrible morning breath, creep" He told him and kissed the mole near his lips as Tomura pouted.
The two got out of the room and made their way through the apartment. Tomura going directly into the bathroom to shower and Dabi staying in the kitchen to make breakfast. He had made some coffee and had started pouring on cereal for Tomura as he sipped from one of the cups with coffee, the one with a MCR album picture, when said he stepped out the bathroom in his robe, a blast of steam coming out with him.
Dabi didn't understand how Tomura didn't cook himself alive with how hot he took his showers. He had learned to bath before Tomura, after their first week together as roommates. Tomura had run him out of hot water faster than anybody that had ever took a shower there. And that was an achievement, since Toga used to spend a lot of time here and always took two hours to get ready. Somehow, she had at least left hot water for him.
As he was making himself some toast with the oven, Tomura came out of the room wearing a black hoodie, black pants and his red sneakers. He took one of the cups, the one with mothman, and sat on the counter, with the bowl of dry cereal in his lap.
Once his toasts were done, Dabi pulled a chair next to his boyfriend. The two ate like that, with Tomura perched on the kitchen counter, eating dry cereal and Dabi spread on a chair near him as he ate almost-burned toast. They talked about Tomura's channel as they drank their coffee. The couple had actually really missed each other, and after spending an entire day making up for it, they still didn't want to spend time without the other.
But Tomura knew his boyfriend better than most. Dabi was avoiding something. And with how this last few weeks had gone, it didn't take a genius to deduce it was about his family. Or rather his sibblings and the promise he had made to his baby brother. From now on, starting next week, Shouto was going to work with Dabi on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and during this days, Dabi was supposed to contact the older pair of sibblings to try to reconnect.
"When are you seeing your sibblings?" Shigaraki asked Dabi, shooting the elephant of the room.
"I'm going to call them later..." Dabi told him, avoiding his gaze and trying to move on from this topic.
"You can't just call them," He told the raven. "You have to go see them. You can't start something with one foot outside"
"I... have work, babe" He tried to find excuses that could work.
"How many booked session today?" Tomura asked, tired of his boyfriend actions.
"Umm... One in a bit" Dabi said as he stood up from his chair to clean as he finished his breakfast.
"Alright," Tomura finished his coffee and his cereal and hopped out of the counter. "Where does your brother study?"
"Karasuno College, Natsuo is in the volleyball team" Dabi told him. Tomura took out his phone as Dabi finished up in kitchen.
The two made their way downstairs to the shop. Dabi at the front, opening everything and Tomura behind him, still staring and messing with his phone. When they reached the place, Tomura sat at the register as Dabi opened and turned on the lights. As the place started looking alive again, Dabi went next to his boyfriend and grabbed his sketch book. Before he could look for his pencil, Tomura showed him what he was doing with his phone.
It was an itinerary of Natsuo's univercity's team. Apparently it was a big deal. Years back it was supposed to be the home of a famous volleyball team that had won thousands of medals or something. Dabi, though, already knew this as he had enterred this site thousand of times before, as he had kept tabs on all of his sibblings. The tattooed man looked expectantly at his boyfriend. Tomura was a natural schemer and strategiest, if he showed him something there was a plan formulating or in the process at the moment.
"They have practice at 4:30 Pm, that gives you enough time to finish this booked appointment, and catch him before his practice and spend an hour or two with him. I will take care the store today and call and re-schedule today, tomorrow and Saturdays appointments." Shigaraki told him with a tone that left no place for discussion and put his phone down.
Dabi was thinking of something to get out of going to see his brother, but he was coming up empty. His boyfriend could be terrifing when he wanted to. He was almost sure that Shigaraki Tomura could achieve world domination in a year. If he was honest with himself, for a while, when they still had the gang going on, he could of swore that the only thing holding Tomura back was himself and his twisted love for his Sensei. And if the Tomura-Empire ever happened, Dabi would make sure he was right there next to his boyfriend in every step of the way.
Right now though, he wasn't able to come with any excuse to avoid this and Tomura knew so, judging by the stupid smirk he had on. It could not have been a better moment for the doorbell-guitar to go off and as a guy in a black jacket came inside for his tattoo. Tomura checked him and as he enterred the the side room where Dabi would tattoo him, Tomura took the phone and Dabi's booked appointments information and started calling them.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Natsuo was having a very shitty month.
First, his strangled brother appeared out of thin air after 10 years of silence. Which really ended as baddly as he should have expected.
Then, he couldn't even stand his family as they acted as if everything was okay after the whole Touya incident part II. Because what did you do when something was horrible? You made a sequel out of it and pretend you liked the result.
After that, his friends, who he thought were getting kind of annoying after going from praising the living daylight out of his Old Man, to curse him everytime he was mentioned, told him he should take a break during the next two matches and not participate. Because apparently, he looked "tense".
And finally, the cafeteria, who had been his happy place for a long time, had cancelled Taco Thursday, for a salad bar.
Which okay, he could get behind for his vegan girlfriend. But today he could practice again to participate in the next match with his team. He deserved a spicy mexican treat.
Leaving his girlfriend with her friends so that she could enjoy the salad bar, he growled all the way out of the building as he searched with his phone for a place where they sold mexican food. He had just stepped outside when he saw him. Black dyed hair, intence blue eyes, tattooes and piercings covering his body. He was leaning against a motorbike, who Natsuo had to admit, was cool as hell and talking through his phone. Without even thinking it, Natsuo put on his best, 'Oh, yeah, Endeavor is my dad' face and greeted Touya as he approached him.
He knew it was a bad idea, but if he could show him how much they needed him and how much they missed him, maybe Touya would stay.
He heard his brother say, "I'll call you later " before he turned his attencion to the albino. "So... You have to... work around here or something?" He asked, trying to break the ice.
Touya stared at him and Natsuo could feel the gaze burning his very being. And after not seeing one another for 10 years and going through a horrible reunion, the first thing Touya ever said to Natsuo was:
"Take that phony thing you call a smile off your face. It’s creepy”
Natsuo did and looked down. He was too ashamed of himself to face his brother. Of course he didn’t want him in his life anymore.
Natsuo had never been there for him. He had just left him get beaten by Dad like a punching bag and when Shouto was born, he tried to hog him all to himself. And when he had run away, he was the first one to lose hope of him ever returning. He had left him for dead. No, wonder he never came back.
“Listen, Natsuo... I came here to talk, It might go bad or not but, in the very least, we’ll get some closure” Dabi said, making the albino look up in hope.
“Really?” Natsuo asked dazed, to which Dabi just shrugged. “Well... I was craving some spicy food, so...”
“Sure, I saw some food trucks while I was coming here, we could check them out.” Touya said as he took two helmets out of the saddlebag of the bike. He gave Natsuo the shiny gray one as he put on the black one with flames drawn on it.
Natsuo took the helmet and gasped excited as he looked between the helmet, the motorcycle and his brother. Then he abruptly stopped.
“Can I drive?” He asked seriously
“Not even if die” Dabi told him. His brother put on the helmet with a pout and hopped on.
They arrived at a park a couple of minutes later. There were a couple of kids playing near some swings and a slide, some adults watching over them on a bench nearby and two food trucks. One sold donuts and the other burritos.
Natsuo and Dabi went to both, one settling for burritos aand the other getting a jelly donut. All the way there and while they order the food, Natsuo told Dabi about his classes and his girlfriend, and he would of continued if Dabi hadn’t stopped him. The two were seated in a bench near the playground, but far enough so that they didn’t bother the kids playing there.
“Touya died a long time ago,” Dabi started “I’m not the same person you knew. I changed. I’m Dabi now... And I know you loved Touya very much but,... I can’t be him anymore.”
Natsuo stared at him speechless. He didn’t know what to say. When he imagined what it would be like if Touya ever returned it never went like this. (Well, his fantasies also included Touya punching Enji and knocking him uncouncios, so...).
But, never, not even in the horrible dephs of his imagination could he have come up with this. Because, even if the man in front of him would deny it, he knew his brother. He knew Touya. And there was a little bit of that in Dabi still.
There was still the shame and guilt of not being able of protecting his family, his saddness over being unbearable to look at for Mom, the stubborn determination they all inherited from their Dad.
There were some differences, but the core was the same.
It was Touya, and Dabi. It was his brother.
And God, had Natsuo missed him.
The albino decided to let it go and threw his arms around him, smothering him in a hug. Dabi let go of the breath he was holding and returned Natsuo’s affection, patting him in the back in return.
“Okay, that’s... alright for now” Dabi told him and separated them.
Natsuo sniffed, and rubbed away the small tears that formed in his eyes. He gave his brother a bright and giant smile, which Dabi returned with a small one. But it didn’t matter. Things were getting better.
The  two stayed in the park until Natsuo had to leave for practice. They catched up as much as they could and even order more donuts, which Natsuo devoured and Dabi only ate one. As they parked in front of Karasuno’s gym, Natsuo gave his brother back his helmet and one last embrace.
“Oh, could you not tell Fuyumi about this? I kind of want to surprise her” Dabi asked the younger man.
“Sure... Hey, before you leave” Natsuo stopped him as he placed the keys on the ignition. “What made you change your mind? On your birthday you weren’t extactly happy to see us...”
Dabi sighed amused. “Shouto annoyed me until I caved” He told him and started the motorcycle. “See ya”
“Shouto, you damn brat...”
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After talking to his brother on Thursday, Dabi knew the easiest part was over. The two people left was Fuyumi and Mom.
He didn’t believe the doctors that took care of his mother would let him see her. And thinking about the woman really messed with his head. So, he would wait to cross that bridge when it came.
But Fuyumi was an issue all on her own.
It wasn’t that he feared she wouldn’t forgive him. What he most feared was her not accepting Touya was gone. He knew that she had still hope Touya would return before they knew about Dabi. And he felt it in his gut that she was not going to trancition Touya to Dabi like his brothers.
And Dabi couldn’t take it. He didn’t like that part of himself, even if he knew he had meant a lot to his sibblings. He had burried Touya a long time ago. And Shouto and Natsuo had already understood that without much of a fuss.
He really doubted Fuyumi would.
He had called the next day, asking if they could talk and she had invited him to dinner. Shouto was going to spend the weekend with his friends at UA, and Natsuo with his girlfriend. They said they didn’t want to interrupt the moment between them. Really, they were being smart and taking cover from the catastrophy Fuyumi’s and Dabi’s dinner was going to be.
He arrived at the apartment and when Fuyumi opened the door, he knew this was going to be a worse shit-show than he imagined.
Fuyumi had cooked Sukiyaki and Miso Tofu soup. Touya’s favourite dish. That took a lot of time to cook. Like a big, warm, welcome-back present.
Great.
He had barely stepped into the threshold when he came to an abrupt stop. Fuyumi, who was already in the talking about something excitedly, turned confused at him.
“I... Touya,” And suddenly Dabi felt like throwing up. He had to tell her, she deserved to know. But he couldn’t get the worlds out. He was terrified that Fuyumi would only accept Touya and nothing else. “Stop waiting for him,..” He finally said “Touya was gone the moment he ran away. I’m not him anymore. I can't.” He could feel the tears coming “I can’t hold your hand as we come back from school, and I can’t help you with your homework anymore.” He sniffed, willing his eyes to dry out of tears. “I’m Dabi now.”
Fuyumi sniffed and ran to him. The two collided in a mix of limbs. “I don’t care. I’m just happy my big brother, whoever he may be now, is back home and safe” She took his face and leveled him with her, looking directly into his eyes, with tears streaming down their cheeks. "Welcome back home, nii-san"
The two hugged for a while, enjoying the other warmth that they have missed. Once they separated, the two adults talked quietly to the other. about what had happened and how they were going to move on from there. All while they ate Fuyumi’s delicious cooking, accompanied with a glass of wine.
Fuyumi did give permission to Shouto to work in Inferno, but he wasn’t allowed to get any tattooes or pierciengs until he was 18. And she also expected to have a formal dinner with Shigaraki.
“Oh, I asked mom’s therapist and she said that if she reacted well to the news, you should be able to see her”
Dabi swallowed down his nervousness. The last time he had seen his mom, she had screamed like crazy and had pleaded mercy while calling him Enji. That had been a couple of months before Shouto’s accident.
“If you don’t feel ready, we can keep her in the dark but... she misses you a lot”
Dabi regreted what he told her until he got home.
