James is a bashful piemaker with a secret - he can bring anything back from the dead with one touch, but send it back to being dead forever with a second touch.

Regulus “Reg” Black has dreamed all his life of running away from his parents and find his brother, but when he finally leaves home, he is murdered and thrown off the side of a ship.

James and private investigator Remus Lupin have a racket that involves James bringing people back to life long enough for Remus to find out how they died and “solve” the crime, but when James finds that Reg, his childhood sweetheart (and best friends/ employee’s brother), is their next client, he can’t bring himself to send him back to the dead. Thus, James and Regulus begin a relationship that is marred by the fact that they can never touch, but their adventures in solving murders, baking pies, and raising bees almost make up for their lack of physical contact. Almost.

Remember that moment in ITSV, when Miles first meets his world's Spider-Man and their spider senses do the thing?

The background behind Peter is as we'd expect; the classic red and blue.

But at first Miles' background is green and purple, two colors he's never associated with at all throughout the movie. As the moment goes on, it shifts to match Peter's.

We are literally watching Miles' fate change and the anomaly happen.

It's well established that the spider that bit him was not supposed to even be in that universe, meaning our Miles was supposed to be something else before it happened.

This isn't true for ITSV, but in every other version of Spider-Man, the main color scheme for the Prowler is green and purple.

Our Miles was supposed to become the next Prowler in his world. And the only reason he's not, is because of the original Prowler. Miles switched his fate with Earth-42 Miles.

AU where Mr. D claiming to be Percy’s dad accidentally counts as Claiming according to Greek god law or whatever and now all the other gods legitimacy believe Percy is his son, but if Mr. D corrects it, he has to explain to Zeus why he pretended he was Percy’s dad so now he’s like “YEP ol’ Perry Johansson is MY child wowie just look at the little fry, you have your mother’s eyes.
