Glaive Nyx:

"Oh most definitely. I practice as much as I can." He nods as his fingers lace together in his lap, "I have an at-home alter that I put offerings on at least weekly...been bad about it recently, we've been called out a lot." "Uh in Galahd there's a festival for almost anything honestly. We love to party and gather." Nyx smiled thinking about it, his eyes scrunching up some, "The ones that I have kept up with are the celebration of the Hunt in the spring. We generally make offerings to the Hunter and the Warrior at those times, you would know them as Ifrit and Leviathan." "Basically just ask them to guide us on the path that is most fruitful. Again it's just another excuse to cook good food and be with people you love." He nods a bit, "The other one I celebrate a lot is in winter, reaching out to the Crone for her guidance and protection." "I'm not sure if you guys actually know about her. I don't ever see her depicted anywhere like the others. We also call her Etro..she's uh-uh the Gatekeeper between the world of life and death." He glances up a bit before going on, "She protects us in the night with her light of the moon and gave our ancestors a great boon a long long time ago." "For this event, festival, whatever you want to call it...we make offers to her and send a gift to our loved ones by going to a shoreline and sending a boat with the offerings out to be collected. It's a bit more somber, but we still eat well and gather around to support each other." He smiles a bit, "It's actually coming up soon, would love to show you what it's all about if you want to come."

I think… it isn’t recognized enough that yellow ISNT another fragment. He’s the full king himself that Kayne wiped the memories of and shoved into Arthur’s mind.

Any sort of character development that yellow had- every bit of pain and desire for Arthur to accept him and want him around- or attempt to try to work with him. that was hastur.

I feel like this gets missed far too often

The yellow that Arthur apologized to at the end WAS the king- The same entity that harassed him and haunted him through the first two seasons.

God I want to do a character analysis about what this but my brain is too fuzzy right now and I cannot put these implications into words. But you understand that this is no small thing, right?

What’s your biggest regret?

(Again going to answer all three)

Glaive Nyx:

Nyx takes in a deep breath. This was a question he asked himself daily, "I wish I could say something heroic, like I wish I stayed and fought for my home...that's not the case though..."

He bit his lips together chewing for a moment before letting out a big sigh, "I regret freezing."

He puts a hand on his bouncing leg to get it to stop, talking about this made him anxious, "I regret not moving to do something when I had a chance. Guess that's why I run in full throttle now. I don't ever want to freeze again."

Hidden King Nyx(Insomnia):

"There's a guy I dated when I first got here. Took me to a lot of places I shouldn't have gone...fucked me up pretty bad..." He crosses his arms over his chest defensively, "Did a lot of things for that man I shouldn't have. Put up with a lot...I deserved better...still have a hard time accepting that."

King Nyx(Galahd):

"I get that question a lot from my sister. She's always pestering me about it. Lena fears embarrassing me and our family." Nyx gives a small smile, "She really shouldn't, she's a great representative for our people. Couldn't ask for a better princess."

"Anyways, not what you wanted to know." He let's out a soft breathy chuckle, "Uh...I suppose I regret not spending more time with my dad before he was taken from us. I was at that age where I was too cool to hangout with the family, ya know? Thankfully I didn't have like one of those 'I hate you dad' moments...was just me being a little shit...then..."

He falls quiet for a moment thinking it over, "...well...he saved my life and lost his...so I guess there's that too...next question?"

I know everyone would like to see the entire Crescent City gang to be friends and get in to mischief with the ACOTAR gang, but picture this:

Rhys the instantaneous Dad Friend TM.

Think about it, he’s been a Dad for about 6 months by the time Bryce drops in. This is an instinct driven guy with a large history of Adopting people with high over levels and skill sets. Dad Mode in him has been activated and that is not a train I see slowing down in the face of a large collection of people with incredible power and shaky familial structures.

I’m just picturing…..

Feyre: *comes home from art class. There’s a werewolf on her rug, a stranger trying to explain the workings of a magic glowing box, and Lucien is drinking toasts with Bryce, a man who looks shockingly like Rhys with different hair, and a total stranger about how much the Autumn King sucks. They might be talking about two different people and it does not seem matter. Cassian is harassing a guy with feather wings by following him around with a tape measure.”

Feyre: “Hello….. people who do not live here…. Rhys?”

Rhys: “Darling, I really only meant to keep one of them, but it turns out Bryce has a brother and her mate, and her brother only came if I brought the full four pack. And Bryce’s mate has a merman friend. And they’re so young and their dad is the worst so…”

Feyre: “None of them have families?”

Rhys: “Not good ones. The parents around can have their kids back when they learn to suck less.”

Bryce: “I tried telling him I already had good parents, but I don’t think it mattered. He just said ‘there’s plenty of room for them to visit whenever they want for as long as they want’ and brought everybody here after the jail break.”

Ruhn: *very drunk* “Mom!” *hugs her*

Feyre: *patting his back* “Uhm…. Okay. How old are you again?”

Ruhn: *still hugging* “seventy-five.”

Rhys: *cries* “So young…..”

Feyre: *still patting because Ruhn is crying and she is also Mom Friend* “What was that about a merman?”

*Tharion erupts out of the Sidra with an army of pet otters*
