🧀 Keto Cheese Biscuits
Preparation time: 15 minutes Cooking time: 6 minutes 🍽 Servings: 1
Ingredients:
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
3 Tbsp Almond Flour
1 Egg Yolk
Pinch of Black Pepper
Procedure:
1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl and knead into a smooth dough.
2) Line a baking sheet with parchment and preheat the oven to 220C.
3) Place dough in between sheets of parchment and flatten with a rolling pin.
4) Cut into serving-sized pieces and prick holes on the surface with a fork.
5) Transfer onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 6-8 minutes.

Fat - 23g (74%)
Carbohydrates - 4.8g (7%)

Here are my results for the 60hr reboot. This was actually my first time doing the reboot with the ketones and broth, before I used to do extended fasts. Which would take a lot longer to get rid of bloat (max fast was 7 days, glad I don’t have to do that anymore) I dropped all the bloat within the first day! I felt perfectly fine the whole time, never really felt hungry & no headaches, same amount of energy. I’m not sure how many inches I lost but I did notice my face, arms, and stomach look a bit slimmer. I dropped about 5lbs which puts me exactly at 200lbs. Full disclosure... I lived Fat Tuesday this year like it was my last meal. Well, who am I kidding, I’ve been living most meals like it was Fat Tuesday for over two months. I’ve had pockets of good moments with my eating but 80% of the time I’ve been eating all the gluten and it shows. My pants are tight and I’m up a size. I’m extremely bloated and feel 5 months pregnant with a major carb face. I’m sluggish and fatigued all the time and CONSTANTLY HUNGRY!! I might have been a PAC man in another life with the amount of Paczkis I ate on Tuesday... Shoot I’m even “rocking” that #exhaustedmommy pedicure because I’ve been too drained to even take off my old polish. I feel miserable and I know it’s because of my diet, my choices, and my excuses. . So today I’m taking ownership of my decisions and ending the rest of my week strong. It won’t be perfect and I will probably have some missteps but I’m rebooting and resetting myself because I know that keto is worth it. I’m worth feeling amazing, energized, and motivated.
