I have no idea how to pose but I really want to start posting pictures of my physique because now that I am super comfortable with my eating I want to remind myself of my other goal and that’s to get into better shape. I am thick, have a big butt and thighs... everything could use some work and that’s not a bad thing. I’d like to increase my endurance and have better cardiovascular health as well. This is me practicing self love and no shame. You won’t catch me trying to do all sorts of cardio but I’m going to try to build some muscle to support my overall health. Please bare with me because I now I mostly post food. I am TRYING to be more comfortable posting pictures of myself without feeling vain...
