Time to tone your under arm area in time for tank top season. Tricep pulldowns will have your arms BURNING!!! For the ultimate tricep workout, I like to do 3 sets of 15 reps at a heavy weight, and then I finish off with a burnout set of 50 reps at a lighter weight.
