We don’t deserve a thing...we aren’t owed anything. It’s all about earning it...sweat equity. There will be days that are worse than others...for me this was one of those day. Work was non stop, dealing with nonsense as soon as walked in the gym, leg extension was broke and then to top it off my headphones died during training. Titty Tuesday ••• A while back I moved my chest training days to Tuesday...for me my main focus is engaging my chest and getting the maximum contraction. I prioritize incline movements at the beginning of the session. ••• I use a lot of different techniques in my training...I’ve used bands, chains and I also use @mbslingshot for some heavy presses.
