Greetings my fellow Sunshipduo enthusiasts! I have released another animatic of both Guqqie and Aimsey as a follow up to my previous animatic featuring the two!
Please do give it a watch and I do take recommendations of what I should do next (I want to make a series out of this eventrually as well as the sequence of the dance into future videos!)
We shall spread the ARG/Area Unknown agenda !!!!!!
(and if the link doesn't work just go to Cheetah_dash on YT and it should be there ! )

I need codependent Danny/Jason as a little treat (for me) and I love the idea of them having some sort of instant connection the moment they meet (bc ghost stuff idk)
Danny who's been dropped in Gotham with no way home (alt universe??) and he's been here for 36 hours and having a Very bad time senses a liminal being and immediately latches onto them heedless of the fact that his new best friend is shooting at some seedy guys in an alley and goes off about how stressed he is and how he can't make it back to the ghost zone and what a bad day he's been having (and it's important to note Danny is a littol ghost boy literally hanging off of Jason's neck as he floats aimlessly) and Jason is like "who are you??" And Danny is like "oh sorry I'm Danny lol" and then just continues lamenting his woes
And honestly ? This might as well happen. Nothing about this Danny guy(is he human?) gives Jason a bad vibe and tbh he's never felt more calm and level headed before so he just keeps up his usual Red Hood patrol and doesn't even think about it when he heads back to a safehouse and feeds Danny dinner (breakfast) before crashing for half the day
The only thing I actually need is Jason meeting up with the bats for some sort of Intel meeting and they're like "uhhh who's that" and Jason is like "that's Danny." And does not elaborate (very ".... What do you have there?" "A smoothie" vibes)
And it takes them a while to realize that these two have known each other for less than 12 hours and are literally attached at the hip

do i think jatp is ever gonna come back? no.
do i think, objectively, that it would be hilarious if it did come back with a 5 year time jump in which the band are incredibly famous and successful and alive and willie is alive too and they’ve just left caleb stuck in nicks body for 5 years because ‘he got himself in there surely he can get himself out’? yes. yes i do.

Be Not Afraid
Danny's forms were pretty stable in the Infinite Realms, and well, his own dimension. The problem was when he had to run certain errands elsewhere (Clockwork's fault) and the universes didn't know where to put him.
Despite having two defined forms in his original dimension. The other dimensions seemed to decide that Danny didn't need that, and his humanity had to go, or something. The halfa couldn't understand it.
So of course, he ended up looking very amorphous and strange when he traveled to other dimensions. Sometimes with multiple eyes, at other times his body was made of pieces of ice, there were times when he was just a toxic green eye that glowed and blinded whoever saw it. The only thing that remained constant was that he didn't look human. Which made most of his tasks difficult. People feared the unknown after all.
When he arrived in the DC universe he didn't expect a welcoming committee. He even told them "Be not afraid" the moment he landed on a crowded street, but apparently that was counterproductive, since they classified him as some kind of avenging angel.
With a sigh, Danny kept exploring and the strangest things happened to him: Two glowing rings chased him everywhere (One was black and the other was white, but he had a feeling that taking them wouldn't be the smartest move, the ring and the crown were very jealous since he was crowned after all)
And a British magician... flirted with him? Danny was pretty sure the hellbazer was seeing him as eyes and ice floating but that didn't seem to stop him from trying. The halfa didn't know if he was flattered or worried.
Anyway, he couldn't find Dr. Fate, nor "Justice League Dark", whatever it was. But the wizard, Constantine, was willing to take him on a date. The rings continued to follow him while some people with green rings looked in the background (they looked strangely scared) and a new religion had been created for "The Great One" which reminded him of Frostbite.
Traveling was hard.

Whenever I see a post about Chief Hiccup (or watch Httyd 2, for that matter) I'm always reminded of how Stoick did not want his son to become chief the way he did.
Maybe it's because Stoick saw his reluctance to succeed him, maybe it's something Stoick went through himself when he became chief and he wanted to spare his son the pain, but he had a plan. He was going to retire. Step down and let Hiccup take over in his stead. That way, his father could ease him into this insanely big responsibility, could be there to guide him, help him with the tough stuff he knows Hiccup might have trouble with.
Except, then he dies at Drago's hands. And Hiccup ends up thrusted into a position a feared to be in. And yeah, he does it mostly alone, just as his father did before him, which is exactly what Stoick was hoping to avoid.

the interesting thing about tim's parents' kidnapping + janet's death is that it's honestly so intertwined with the technological limitations of the era. international calls are hard for batman to make, let alone tim's parents--communication is limited to sporadic letters and postcards. calls would be a rarer thing, probably only for truly important events or dire emergencies, so there's no ability to constantly and immediately communicate where you are and what you're doing. just. the overall blankness of where you are at any given moment--people didn't know exactly what you were doing at any moment, where you were, who you were with the way they do nowadays. the fact that they were able to disappear and be gone for a bit before anyone even had an inkling they were kidnapped to begin with & the fact that nobody knew exactly where they were when they were kidnapped is what led to bruce not being able to find them until it was a minute too late.
and with today's technology, it'd be a lot easier for them to be in touch, right? that would make it harder for the chain of events playing out the way they did.
so have you considered. janet sent tim a text saying they were getting on a plane & she'd call/text to check in when they got there. tim is kind of busy with his robin training, so he barely registers the text when they text him that monday, let alone remember his parents were supposed to call. they usually do a saturday call anyway, so he doesn't really notice until they don't call that weekend. he goes to tell bruce his worries, only to find bruce already knows and has the ransom tape. by then, bruce has already been looking for a couple of days--drake industries had heard on thursday they were kidnapped & brought it to the gcpd's attention. by the time anyone is looking, though, the drakes have been missing two days already and could be moved anywhere. all anyone knows is that they went missing in the caribbean (bruce was able to ascertain where their plane was diverted to, but there's no sign they're still there). they could have been moved anywhere at this point by boat, the leads keep going cold. their phones are gone, gps tracking is a bust. batman is finally able to track them down, but it's too late.
tim knows--if had paid attention to his robin training, like he should've...they could have started the search on monday when they didn't check in. wouldn't they have had more of a chance of finding them on time if they had?
when he gets his robin costume after his mom's funeral, he knows he's not ready to go out as robin, even if bruce says he is. robin wouldn't miss something so obvious.
