i'm an avid rper myself, but I've never heard those acronyms.
hey! rph is roleplay(ing) help, and rpc is roleplay(ing) community.
rph tends to encompass what i try to do here (and what many other wonderful blog owners do) by providing resources and guides for writers within the community (the rpc).

It is Sunday morning. I go to my local church dressed like a preacher. The actual preacher is late because I slashed his tires the night before.
No one recognizes me but I walk with so much confidence that no one stops me as I go to the pulpit. I clear my throat and begin the sermon.
