tbh i do get a little bothered by the notion that tim took the first shot he had to drop out of school because he hated school and didnt wanna do it and all of that bc i feel like it ignores the probably very important context that he dropped out after his dad (as well as steph-or at least, he was led to believe, in the same week) died, also he was in a school shooting. He did attempt to go to a school in bludhaven but the kids there were so wildly insensitive about the shooting that tim dropped out under the pretense of his "uncle" homeschooling him. In his oyl era, he /did/ go back to school, and it provided him some form of normalcy. Tim was a normal kid, he wasnt crazy about school but he still went to school and it helped him feel like a normal kid, something he desperately clung to. He only dropped out again to do his Brucequest, in an era where he was notably Not Doing Well (which. Yeah. he wasnt doing well bc he was like 17 and almost everyone in his support system was dead, he recently had hits put out on him, got blown up, and backstabbed by his not-dead-ex, he couldnt support his theory that bruce was alive and was extremely stressed about that, and he didnt know wtf he was doing. I love him btw.) Basically tim dropping out of school was a signifier that he wasnt doing well and he was giving up on the normality that he tried to cling to and im a bit of a nitpicky person who gets irked by minor things

Part One part three
Obviously, there's no world where this man starts out as a househusband. He's a highly paid Doctor to start out. Then you two adopt a baby. After his own childhood, he wants to give a child a chance that he didn't have. While You're both working, you still have more time to spend with the baby. When Riddle finds out he misses the baby's first words, he puts in his two weeks immediately.
He's still strict, but it's in a much more manageable way. He is a good tutor though, so all the neighborhood kids come to him for homework advice. Eventually, at the behest of some very stressed neighborhood moms, he starts a homeschool group.
The house is always spick and span, everything is in place. The home, and everything in it is white or red, looking very professional.
Every meal includes the proper portions of each food group. But there's also a rather sumptuous strawberry dessert at the end of every meal. He asked Trey to teach him as many recipes as he can. But that means…some of them look really good, but every once in a while, one looks like a gooey mess. It still tastes good, but he feels self conscious about it.
Like Idia, he's only technically a househusband. He's an influencer, and he works from home. But according to his sisters, that's not a job, so call him what you will 😡
As much as he insists he's not a househusband, he sure acts like it. He says it's for his magicam, but you've caught him dutifully icing a cake with no camera present.
Like Riddle, he's super color coordinated, there's just much more variety of colors. And every room is designed in a way that can be "cammable" at a moment's notice.
He drives to your work everyday with a bagged lunch, and makes you eat with him. He never skips a day, even if he's sick. And he always adds a cutie element, like cutting your sandwich into shapes, or drawing a picture on the bag.
He's a trophy househusband. Not doing anything. He hires a maid and a butler using his leftover allowance from his time living with his brother.
He's never worked a day in his life, and doesn't intend to start now.if you confront him about his laziness and spending habits, he'll say something like, "Baby, my job is to be here and look pretty when you get home. If you no longer want to be cuddled, then I can start doing housework." Obviously, that's not what you want.
Tbh you have no idea what he even does all day. You leave and come back hours later to him in the same spot and same position.
He's average.but like, in a good way.
He puts 110% effort into everything. He likes to cook, but he has a 75% success rate. He's decent at cleaning, but he breaks stuff from time to time. Sometimes it's been three days and he remembers he's supposed to walk your overweight dog everyday.
But he's so happy to do what he does. And it's human to make mistakes. Plus, Everytime you forgive him for one, he goes husband mode, and makes out with you hard. (It used to be delinquent mode, but then he realized he could use it to his advantage)
He's still a rascal, still picks fights with some of the neighbors over how he can keep the grass as tall as he wants, still gets into trouble when Ace comes over to visit. But he's less likely to beat someone up so bad that you need to bail him out again
*Sighs* a part of you knows that this might be a game to him. But you can't really blame him.
He has enough money that neither of you would have to work in your life. But for whatever reason, you feel the need to. Perhaps it's you also playing the game.
See, someday he has to take over his father's business. So you think that's why he wants to play house right now. Because he knows one day he won't get the chance.
Jamil lives in the guestroom, and does his best not to ruin the immersion. You can usually tell who cooked dinner that day (no offense Kalim) But other than that, Kalim gets left to his own devices.
He's the kind that will wake you up at three in the morning to tell you he reorganized the kitchen. When you go to look the next morning, half of it's a disaster, the other half just doesn't make sense. But he's so proud, and waiting for you to tell him he did a good job, so he'll keep doing it.
He's also the kind that you come home, and he has a whole litter of puppies, with a pout on his face as he begs if you can keep them 🥺

That’s not happening. Wizards of waverly place had a better idea of how the secret world would work tbh. Homeschool magic, general shenanigans in normal public school, vampires super into health food, state sanctioned sibling rivalries, a magic door in the back closet, a mixed culture romance that starts with a man giving up ultimate power to be with the woman he loves. Much cooler.

UHHHH probably not the typical admech upbringing experience. She didn't have any like, tiger parent stuff. But its honestly not any typical upbringing experience in general lmfao Von Kuronar is nuts.
She's an orphan and adopted RIP but she doesn't remember her birth parents because she was literally an infant when Von Kuronar took her in. Like five months old. This guy who claims he's ALL logic NO emotion went out and adopted a baby just to spite the ecclesiarchy who was calling her blessed by the Emperor when it was his skitarii blessed by the OMNISSIAH who found her. Then he comes back to the rest of the gang ranting about the hardships of being a single father and Kalanis and Mordekai are just confused as hell.
Problem is this guy had no idea what he was doing. A SUPER old archmagos who's not only disconnected and out of touch, but also unhinged and strange in general to begin with. He's literally the worst guy you could pick for parenting. Dude yells way too much at everyone, he had to get his vocal chords augmented so they can handle the amount of yelling he does. He just seems angry all the time. Literally everything he says can be taken negatively. And he just Cannot Relate to stupid biological child problems so he has no idea what to do when she comes crying over random kid stuff and he ends up saying and doing the stupidest most braindead stuff you can imagine to try and "fix" it.
I mean, dude tried his best. He read as many parenting books as possible. Let's her get away with everything (literally bans her from the biologis labs and then conveniently "forgets" the next day) And he spoils tf outta her. So then you get this weird disconnected dynamic that's literally just based off miscommunication where he loves her as his own and thinks her not wanting to be around him is just "grr my dad is old and NOT cool" but then actually she's just scared of him and every interaction is awkward as hell. He will not admit any fault though he did nothing wrong he is the best dad.
UHH MORE INFO She was homeschooled. She was so bad at basic admech stuff that she would not has survived in any kinda schola and it got too expensive to keep bribing them. She does not vibe with the machine spirits and tbh didn't have much interest in them anyway. But its ok she makes up for it by being a biologis savant. Literally ten years old and doing open heart surgery sticking augmentations on people messing with clone vats. It's so weird she is so bad at machinery unless that machinery has SOMETHING to do with biology, and then she's a genius. So Kuronar just let her focus on that because mechanics was just painful for everyone involved when she did that.
Unfortunately UHH she also had no friends. Literally none besides like, SUPER old people and servitors because like she just simply didn't know anyone else. She was so lonely she harassed anyone who made the mistake of giving her attention RIP to all of Kalanis' offworld diplomat guests.
In general umm it wasn't really good but it wasn't bad either?? I mean, its kind of shit but in the context of 40k childhoods she was soooo lucky. Didn't even have the typical admech rigid structures and schedules and whatever smh smh they just let her do whatever she wanted. Sucks for her though because she's still a big nerd who made HERSELF study biologis stuff and now everyone must suffer for it when the latest Kat Beast escapes containment. They should have just left her with the ecclesiarchy and made them deal with her.

Silly question, but do you think Xanxus was homeschooled, or was he the school menace?
Omg!! A disclaimer: I have been in this fandom for too long and have gone too deep in my own hcs. So my Xanxus may be ooc.
I do believe that Xanxus was sent to mafia school like Squalo and Dino.
First of all, home schooling is not really a thing in Italy.
And tbh to me it doesn't even make sense for the son(s) of the Vongola to be homeschooled. Yes, they would have the best teachers, but what they need the most are connections and people becoming loyal to them. What better time to start than school?
And if mafia school brings in people from all over italy, as we may believe, it also makes sense for it to be some kind of boarding school with uniforms and all. Probably those that live nearby go back home everyday. Xanxus would then fall into this category (cause of course mafia school is near vongola headquarters) - and he could receive further education at home, though I do not believe that.
Such a school would already have the best teachers, as it is meant to bring up all the bosses of the different families.
Now, after this very long and intricate premise...
Would Xanxus be the school menace?
I don't think so. He very well could be, don't get me wrong.
But as bratty and capricious he is shown to be when he doesn't get his way, he is also considered fit to be tenth. By basically everyone.
He knows how to be a leader, and though he mostly leads by fear, fear is not all you can give people.
I believe Xanxus is a man of many faces, even if he is quick to anger. And being as powerful as he is, he certainly also had many follow him just cause... Which means, no need to get much angry at all.
(he actually despises the most of them, and is annoyed most of the time... But he still needs them at the end of the day)
Now, another point I wanted to touch was: being the son of the ninth, he is continuously watched. His behaviour, his grades are always under scrutiny. And not only this, but we know that he desperately wants to be loved by his father.
This to say: he would be the best at school. Nothing less but all 10s. And I also believe that he can respect teachers - if they deserve it, and if they respect him. But they do respect him, because he is who he is and he also is insanely good. Everything that a teacher may want in a student.
So I do not believe he would be the school menace at all and that he would actually make the model student

Ok guys get ready for trans guy Bro Strider concept with a side of Dirk and Dave, it is a novel so look out LOL
This is an interpretation and concept I made up for fun with my headcanons, a theory even. So don't put words in my mouth. None of this canon nor am I saying it is. (but it's definitely canon in this head of mine, leave me be GJVFHCHF)
This is not me making excuses for Bro either, I am simply giving him a backstory and more layers.

I headcanon Bro Strider as a trans guy (bc I headcanon Dirk as trans-masc), but like a trans guy who's lives in the down-low about being gay but completely hides that he's trans. I imagine he strayed away from any family he had before transitioning and was like, never gonna go back lol. Im pretty sure Bro was like a young adult around the 70s or 80s too so like we all know what was going on around those times tbh, plus the general prejudice that happened during those times (and to this day) can definitely imagine him dissociating from that in general.
IT ALSO ADDS ON BC I HEADCANON HIM AS BLACK SO LIKE black trans gay guy, pls that'd be a monstrosity of trauma whether it was indirect OR direct. 😱😱😱
My whole idea is that Bro was dissociating from most of that, probably met Mom Lalonde at some point in the past (like not romantically or sexually or anything of the sort). He's always been smart and a strong guy and able to work around shit but I think later on he actually starts becoming successful in the p0rn industry. Kind of where he was at his high but yeah, after he started gaining such popularity and success during that time is where Dave comes into the picture.
Uses training that he's seen in anime (stupid idiot) and as well as like Lil Cal guidance,,, let's not forget that puppet possessed in the beta universe... (And honestly I wouldn't be surprised if Bro Strider had an already general idea of extreme physical training before hand btw) Also like.... Bro is an asshole btw,,,,, A HUGE ONE!!! empathy is low, just cares about solutions but not really process, as long as it gets good results it doesn't matter.

Dave's transness is way more different from Bro's though, more through experience. Dave was simply raised and he believed himself to be a boy because Bro was a boy and he also liked the stuff aligned with it. He never went to public school, he was homeschooled but he walked in the city alone alot, probably made a few friends in parks or near school grounds but was never IN school.
He was a boy no one really questioned it, so it only came up that he could be societally aligned with girls later on, like probably 10-12. But was probably pushed out of any traumatic shock by Bro about it and Bro was probably giving Dave a lot of like "man up" mentality. He was never actually able to process it much so it just never bothered him until later on in his life (probably mid-meteor ride).

Like the trans Bro kind of came up one day when I was hyperfixating on Dirk (whom I headcanon as trans-masc, not a trans guy persay but he definitely leans into man label, I've been playing with his dislike for labels and kind of putting him under queer haha!) which is also fun and interesting to play with Bro because that also implies he's non-binary but like doesn't understand that label on the slightest nor cares enough to identify as anything else but as a guy!!
(Also quickly wanted to add that a good label that aligns with Dirks gender /for ppl who need it/ would be nonbinary guy/demi-guy/trans-masc nonbinary, Dirk just doesn't strictly label it, nor does he want to)
Like a few friends I've talked to said Bro would definitely be a transmed and honestly he probably is but more to the degree of not understanding ppl that go against the transmed ideology but like not caring bc it's not business (in my whole concept anyways), he's not interested in it or most people so he doesn't really blurt out about it. He'd probably think people like Kalvin Garrah and ppl similar to him are dumb as hell bc like, "cis ppl have always hated us wtf are you on?" But he also doesn't involve himself in any LGBT politics/problems, at most keeps up with stuff so he gets his down low business done safely.

Dave would be considered to literally be a stud if he was known to be afab, he also has small breasts like Dirk/Bro too so a compression shirt would do the trick easy. He never actually medically transitioned until probably post-game, as an adult.
Upon actually going through puberty Dave was simply given the pill. Bro didn't raise Dave as a trans kid, he raised him as a boy without transness in mind!
Bro didn't educate Dave about trans ppl or anything of the sort, he simply raised him. Dave was a boy and still a boy, just not the same way as Bro, expression-wise and in experience.

Will also definitely say this too, Dave did not know that Bro was trans.
Bro was like literally living and identifying as a cis man and his down low life was more about being a gay black man rather then a TRANS gay black man.
There's definitely a possibility he ran into a few trans men/trans-masc ppl and felt more comfortable with exposure with a few of those individuals but like yeah he kept his transness in the down-low bc even gay who were cis looked down on trans gays
Especially as someone who grew up in the 70s-80s where's trans ppl in general were seen as weirdos even within the lgbt community in certain areas AND racism. Both of those existed inside and outside the trans community.
So yeah, like. He couldn't really hide the fact he was black (though can't say he was ashamed of being black the same way he was ashamed of himself being trans, but he probably does have some slight internalized racism in general), but it had gotten "better" atleast a couple years prior of Dave arriving. His transness tho is very easy to hide. He did not need any top surgery bc he had already had small breasts and testosterone can make your breasts decrease in size as well, along with his very heavy increase in muscle? All of that made it so he didn't really need surgery at all and he made his own bottom prosthetics for himself for easy hiding during any possible sexual encounters.

Omori AU
While I take a break, I'll explain a bit the Omori AU a bit closer
This AU plays similar to the plot of Omori. That means there was never a reality show where the characters meet and they more know each other from the town that plays in. That means total drama didn't happen (at least for the characters of the series. If it happened just with unrelated characters is up to you). This is also a co written AU with my friend/ internet sis @ragefulbutsweet who helps me in certain things. We tried to make the characters fit their roles but of course there are a few things that are different with them!
plot (Trigger warnings, suicide):
This AU plays a few weeks into summer vacation, instead of 3 years like in the original game. After an incident in which a friend, Mimi, killed herself, the friend group that was once tightly knitted together crumbled under all the grief and shock. Now into the summer break a closed off Edith, seemingly never exiting her home, has to deal with the trauma of her best friend dying, while also trying to not lose herself in her own mind.
Mike would play Hero in this AU. However he is the one who was like a bit randomly picked tbh. He has still his system (which I mostly rewrote a bit since I believe some aspects in their canon are not the best handled). He acts the most mature of everyone and gives his individual personality's a chance to come out and have their own day. However he is trying to gather more information from his system since no one told him what happened on the day the group stopped being friends apparently. Maybe if he gets a chance to talk to the old friends, he might gather information to help everyone.
Cody takes on the role of Kel. While still definitely a lady man (his own words) he is trying to get the group back together. He first tried to talk to the others and while Mike was on board, it's hard to convince everyone else. Courtney has no desire to return to the old group and frankly finds it a bit annoying that Cody still clings to this hope when everyone else doesn't want to hang out anymore. Mikes system, especially Mal, is not all so keen on returning to the group either since a fall out at the beginning cause the split in the first place. They can't stop Mike however to hang out with the others. Ezekiel is going out of everyone way as much as possible, not wanting to see them currently, even if he gets picked on way easier that way. And Edith well doesn't leave her room. If only Cody could get her out, maybe the others would listen to him and they could repair the group again!
Aubrey's role will be filled by Courtney. Story was she is the one who drift away the most from the original. Courtney (nicknamed Court by the others) doesn't become a delinquent like Aubrey does in the original game, but it doesn't mean that she doesn't fight when needed. She keeps away from the people of the original group as much as possible, maybe sometimes talking to them when they meet by chance. Mike is the one she is ok talking to, as much as it gives bad memory's, Cody annoys her all the time with telling her to get the group back to together to the point it frustrates her and she starts to resent Cody for it. She was neutral to Ezekiel, even if she was always a bit weirded out by some things he does being homeschooled for a while, but afterhe did something she deems unforgiviable she starts to dislike him alot, much to the dismay of the boy. Secretly she wants the group back together but she sees it more realistically that it can never happen and just gives up on that hope all together. Maybe there is a way to heal for everyone, then she could see it?
Ezekiel takes on the role of Basil. He is the one who has like story and relationship wise a different thing than Basil. In this one, Zeke and Edith were once a couple. After an incident during the school year, both had a hard time with themselves. They never officially stated that they broke up, but they definitely both question their relationship. Everyone else believes too that they broke up after all the bad things that happened. Zeke, while still going outside his home, stopped meeting everyone as much as possible. run ins become running aways in fear something will happen. And while he tried to visit Edith a few times at the beginning, to ask her something, he gave up on it quickly and just stay alone. In turn this gives other a easier chance to bully and target home. If only he could see Edith again and talk to the others what he wants to say for oh so long.
The last major role is Mimi as Mari. In this AU Edith and her aren't sisters like Sunny and Mari, but more like really close best friends. She was a little bit older than the rest and always kept everyone in check, until at the end of the school year she was found by Edith hanging under a tree. It was said to be suicide and shock everyone since she never had a sign of depression during school. For someone however, the story doesn't add up and there has to be something wrong with this story! He has a feeling this isn't true, or is he just still in denial?

My thoughts on Total Drama Next Generation cast so far
I said this before, I don’t like making judgements on characters until I’ve seen a full episode. So I don’t want to say I love or hate anybody just yet.
I also said that these looked like children of past cast members because of similar design features, and I stand by that still.
For clarification:
-Millie is the Lesharold kid, because of Leshawna’s body type, skin tone, and hair, and she has Harold’s hair fringe
-Ripper is the Nowen kid. EVERYONE has said this. And Ripper? JACK THE RIPPER, HELLO?
-Axel is the Duncney kid. HEAR ME OUT. She has Courtney’s skin tone. She has Duncan’s piercings. Duncan’s eye shape but Courtney’s eye color. She has a black top like Duncan did, and she has a white undershirt like Courtney did. The body shape is Courtney’s!
-Chase is the MikexZoey kid. That may be a stretch, but to be, he has Mike’s face and skin tone, Mike influenced hair (even if it’s not exact), and he’s wearing red like Zoey did. How he’s more buff than Mike...? Idk, maybe that’s from his mom’s side.
-Caleb is the StephaniexRyan kid. I don’t think I need to explain this one. But good lord, if he’s actually their kid, then that’s a SERIOUS abusive household backstory he has going on. Maybe Caleb’s considered ‘the hot one’ by everyone as a way to cope with this, even if deep down, he’s a bisexual man. If you’ve seen the other poster I can’t show for internet reasons, I think you know what I’m talking about.
-Nichelle is the GwenxCameron kid. I DO NOT like the ship, but I can’t ignore this. Cameron’s skin tone, Gwen’s eyes. How her hair is blonde...? Idk, Gwen’s hair is dyed, so she might have been born blonde.
-Julia is the SamxDakota kid. Idk, she just gives that vibe to me. I like the ripped jeans as well, I think that’s the best way I can explain it. Plus it’s cute to me.
-Bowie is the LeonardxTammy kid. Leonard’s skin. Leonard’s head. Tammy’s hair.
-Wayne is the Gidgette kid. I WANTED to say that Wayne and Raj are brothers, BUT then Wayne wouldn’t be a Gidgette kid because Raj has NOTHING resembling Geoff or Bridgette.
-Raj, but he DOES have a GeoffxBrody vibe. That’s WIERD to think about anyway. But hey, maybe they share the same dad in Geoff and they’re a happy surfer trio
Bridgette: “This is my husband Geoff and his husband Brody”
-Emma, a LindsayxBeth kid?? I WANT to say Lindsay and Tyler, but no, there’s nothing Tyler about her. She has Beth’s body type and side, and I don’t think I need to explain the blonde hair and blue eyes. I WOULD say Carrie and Devin because of the chin, but Carrie doesn’t have blue eyes, and neither does Devin.
-MK. THIS is the girl I have my eyes on. I am not the biggest Ezekiel fan, BUT with that said, she IS ‘Reverse Ezekiel’. You cannot convince me otherwise. She has the beanie and sweater, giving a homeschool vibe, just like Zeke did. I DO NOT think she’s Ezekiel’s ‘kid’, but she could be related to him. In that sense, I think they could do with her what they didn’t do with Zeke.
In that sense, MK’s a finalist. She’s lasting to the very end.
The others, I don’t know yet. Damien MIGHT be a Lightning kid, but I don’t know for sure. (And no AleHeather kid? Me sad :( )
Now for my thoughts on the designs and names:
I love the designs. I know they’re not as out there as Paketiew, but I love them for that. These look like teenagers that could exist in the real world. These look like relatable characters.
And tbh, the reason I never included the other gens in my tier lists was because I never had much to say about them. I don’t count Ridonculous Race since that’s a spin off, BUT I do like that cast too, for the most part.
The problem ISN’T ‘new gen casts and ditching the old cast is bad’. Danganronpa has 3 main games, ALL with new casts, and they’re ALL good in their own ways. It’s that the new casts are just not interesting characters compared to the first gen. They could have been!
The Revenge cast is fine, but they’re horribly underutilized, especially with giving them only 13 episodes and jumping into All Stars.
And Paketiew... well, to be nice about it, I HATE the Paketiew cast. Except maybe Jasmine & Shawn. But that’s it.
So, with 2 new seasons for this cast, this COULD be a redemption, to make this cast as loveable as the OGs. They’ll have the screen time to achieve that.
The names though? I’m... mixed on that.
I like some of the names. Priya, Axel, Chase, Zee, Caleb, Nichelle, Julia, I LOVE those. Those are great.
But unless Nowen’s related, Ripper just... does NOT give a Ripper vibe to me. That might be a me issue. He could end up being my favorite character.
Scary Girl...
This MIGHT be a plot twist later on what her real name is, or it could be a gag, BUT, if it’s NOT, then what the heck is the point? Give her a real name! Until we find out, I’m calling her Quinn!
We have another Emma. Come on, why not Emily? That’s similar, but we don’t have an Emily yet. Maybe she has a nickname like Em? That’d work.
And then Bowie’s just a me problem. That doesn’t slip off the tongue well for me.
And for who I think the finalists are?
Like I said, MK. And...?
IDK, ROTI had two boys, so maybe this has two girls to balance things out?
In that sense, MAYBE Axel. She gives quite a but of main character vibes for me. But I’m not counting on it. All I know is that she’s probably, definitely, merging.
I feel like Millie, Ripper, Quinn, & Caleb are also merging. I would put my money on Caleb, Axel, and MK being my faves. But again, I’m NOT counting on it yet. I could end up hating them in the show.
Oh, and one last thing, the gay rep that I’m seeing? I’m CONCERNED. SERIOUSLY CONCERNED.
It looks to be Caleb and Bowie from the poster, and if the Caleb character arc I’m thinking of is real, then MAYBE it’ll work and they bring the best in each other. But I’m not getting good vibes from Bowie, and it looks like he’s gonna be a gay joke.
Please don’t be toxic. Please don’t be toxic. Please don’t be toxic.
So yeah, that’s all I have to say so far.

♦️ (quirks/hobbies): I always thought he would be into history and mythology (and the fact that in canon he named himself Argos made me happy because of that). But also I love that the bible states that "the only hobby he allows himself" is art. It would give him and Bri something to bond over, and it's just nice seeing a character who chooses to go into STEM but is also artistic. I don't want him to be perfect at everything though. Maybe his drawings are anatomically correct, but not very expressive. Maybe he writes mediocre poetry sometimes and doesn't show it to anyone. Stuff like that. I feel like Bri gets not only infatuated with him, but also inspired by him? Like he's kind of a muse for her. There is a line about how she wants to create beautiful things that bring happiness to people. And I want him to get inspired by her too. I think also, as he starts opening up to people more, it would be easy to get him infodumping. He would be that kind of person in the group that knows a lot of random stuff, from historical facts to how to get out blood and coffee out of clothes. He would probably read Wikipedia for fun, tbh
▼ (childhood): Okay, I have, like, a vague backstory for him in my head, but it's not defined yet. The backstory the bible gives him is "hothead/daredevil, kinda spoiled, got into an accident and now wants to regain his old abilities". I kinda want to take some stuff from that and mix with my old interpretation. I had an idea that instead of the accident, it was a genetic chronic illness that made him disabled and also led to his mom dying. And I'm also attached to the headcanon of him being in ballet class with Allegra before all of that went down. So due to his illness, his father insists that he is homeschooled and Allegra is the only kid he is still in contact with. They try different treatments and such, and finally his father decides to move to Paris so he can get better education and treatment there. Him and Allegra get separated and the next time they meet is when he's allowed to go to public school - and lo and behold, there is a familiar face.
ൠ (random) - This is really random, but I like to headcanon him as face blind. He still can't recognise Ladybug because of magic, but he also struggles with recognising people when they just change clothes or hairstyles. And people attribute that to him being rude or not paying attention, meanwhile he is just internally going "am I supposed to know this person??" Needless to say, it doesn't help to make connections with people.

hey guys, you can call me leon and i'm so so so excited to be here! i'll be introducing sun yuhui, resident hopeless romantic and enthusiastic thespian! three fun facts about him: he has ~4 different dating apps downloaded, he sobs every time he watches kung fu panda, and he's a sagittarius sun, cancer moon, cancer rising (if that means anything to you?) i will be hitting up every single one of you for plots eventually, but please feel free to drop a like and i'll manifest into your dms first (lmk if you would prefer discord instead)!!

yuhui's father owns & manages a casino business (very seedy, borderline illegal). his mother was an employee at one of the locations. yuhui was unplanned; they get married after he's born
he was born with wings! but the hospital removes them in surgery and are paid off to keep it hush. they don't grow back afterwards, so his parents just let it fade and never tell him about it
he was brought up with the expectation of eventually taking over the business, so he spent a lot of his childhood in the casinos in hk/macau/offshore locations (not a great place for a kid to grow up in)... he was also homeschooled and taken along with his father to all his business trips
when he becomes a teenager his wings start to come back. for a while they keep hiding it through removing or covering them, until the jig is up and he gets database'd. it's viewed as a stain on their family name, and after that he starts taking all these shady meds that his parents give him to keep up appearances
in general his parents are super controlling over him his whole life, partially out of fear stemming from him being born Weird and Anomalous, and he is never allowed the opportunity to explore his ability (nor does he want to tbh)
eventually he enrolls in sua under business management, and is allowed to live on campus by himself! he's motivated to keep meeting his father's expectations at first, but then the taste of independence starts rewiring his brain chemistry a little
when he gets closer to finishing his business degree he makes some realizations… he realizes he doesn't want to become his father, he realizes he hates what his parents have set up for his future, he realizes he has no drive to keep doing this anymore and he slowly stops showing up to classes, contemplates dropping out, etc
he also feels so unbearably lonely and empty by himself that for around 2 years he throws himself into relationships — he’s pretty much always on the dating app/party hookup grind to find people to imprint on way too intensely, and as you can imagine none of them last very long (and every single breakup makes him cry and throw up and beg to be taken back, even the relationships that last less than a month) (yes he probably has a personality disorder)
his flop era only starts to end when he transfers to a major he actually likes doing (drama) !!! it's like the first time he's ever broken out of the mold and decided to make a major decision for himself

right now yuhui is not very emotionally stable; he’s coping with being Single (gasps of horror) and having an absolutely debilitating crush plaguing his mind
(but sometimes he still gets lonely enough that he opens up his Do Not Text!!! contacts list of his sua exes and ... he Texts...)
he's rehearsing a decent take on hamlet onstage right now (if he does say so himself) (ask him about his interpretation of hamlet and he won't stop talking for an hour)
he does student politics with together for daehan very passionately and is pretty good at it except his main motivation above everything is that he Really wants to be liked/accepted by normal human people so so so bad
he's a big house pulgasari fan!!! first row with house color hearts painted on his cheeks waving a banner around jumping up and down!!! doesn't hurt that their vice captain is kindaaaa (yuhui vc: HEAR ME OUT!)
he has not yet informed his parents about switching majors… every time his father calls he just starts lying and sweating uncontrollably and he feels like he has a sword hanging over his head about to come down any moment when they find out! but it's fine!!
he IS the wings guy but he Does NOT fly and no he will not fly if you ask him to fly, and he will NOT fly if you push him off a high place (surprisingly common misconception) (please don't push him off anything)
࿐𓇢 connection/plot ideas!!!
fwb/exes/former-slash-recent hookups: (any gender) of which yuhui has many, the lines between them blur, and they probably all end semi-disastrously... but maybe they could still be friends? or maybe seeing your muse's face makes yuhui leave immediately to dry-heave over the bathroom sink? or maybe your muse says good morning to him and it gets him searching on naver “how to move on”? (note that this connection won’t lead to any endgame romantic ships!)
alternatively, friends he meets specifically to go to parties or clubs with and they text each other when they’re back safe or if they need a wingman (yuhui literal) for a certain hot person at the bar etc etc
forced friendship? yuhui finds that he likes and respects your muse a lot, so of course he takes any excuse to talk or see them daily, maybe a little too much... does it come off as overbearing or annoying? does your muse match the energy? or do they try to shake him off but he keeps not taking the hint...?
classmates/people involved in theatre? self-explanatory
alternatively ‘why is this mf trying to speak to me dressed like a victorian street urchin at 8 in the morning with an era-accurate accent?’ and it’s yuhui using your muse for warm-up…

ppl he bonds with over being insecure about their anomaly and patching up way too much and they share tips with each other on how to mitigate side effects (unserious idea but group anomaly therapy plots where they go around the circle sharing their anomaly-based traumas, but when they get to yuhui he's sobbing too hard over your muses' stories to speak)
yellow hall neighbors or friends to have sleepovers/all-nighter study sessions with & people he recruits to help him memorize lines (read him his script) and maybe give him pointers!
i'd love an antagonistic relationship too! give me an excuse to write yuhui being passive-aggressive nice and fake sickly-sweet to your muse…

since we are on the topic of bbg, something ive thought about a lot is him at school. like if he went to a larger school surely someone would recognise the name freddie tomlinson. so maybe hes known as something else??
if that genuinely is his name, which i doubt very much, i imagine it would be safer to be homeschooled tbh. But i truly don’t think that’s his name.

if i was B, and fought for full custody from a one night stand with a famous popstar (because she would’ve surely had to believe he wasn’t gonna stick around), I wouldn’t have let said popstar name my kid, or take his last name. I would’ve said “I wanna keep this kid, you need to pay child support because of your mistake, and you can be in his life if you want, but the kid is mine and I’m gonna name him because I’m gonna be his full time parent”. Hell, even if we were dating and then broke up like their narrative suggested, I would’ve changed my kid’s name when that happened. Saves him from going through school and people questioning everything, and cuts that tie from someone who broke my heart. And F was still young enough to do that to, ya know? This wasn’t years and years later.
And if it is real and she hasn’t changed his name, she’d give him an alias at school for sure (unless she’d rather use him for $$ and keep the Tomlinson name because she’s a piece of work).
But when Louis announced F’s name, it was the funniest fucking thing for us because who in the hell names their kid “Freddie Reign” without it immediately tying to Freddie Mercury? And we had Freddie Mercury styled RBB and SBB not too long before that too (if my memory serves me correctly).
Like sure… Freddie is one thing. But Freddie Reign? Come off it. It’s immediately tied to Freddie Mercury which gives uhhhh a bit of the wrong impression when you’re trying to steer away from gay rumours. So we were pretty sure Louis named him that as a joke and was like “well fuck it… if I’m stuck with the stunt, I’m gonna do this”. So yeah, I don’t believe that’s his real name.
Personally I would’ve preferred:
Freddieismyqueen Idmarryyouharry Simoncowellisacunt Styles-Tomlinson, which I guess Freddie could actually be short for. Huh.
