id like to request sir pentious x reader headcanons where the reader is sir pentious’ and of course went with him to the hotel to spy on the hotel crew for the vees (let’s just say he wasn’t caught on day one for this..) and the reader starts feeling bad so they take down all of the cameras set up. once pen finds out, he’s absolutely pissed and upset, so he refuses to talk to the reader for about a few weeks, and ends with the reader apologizing (or at least attempting to) and some fluff?

Here are your headcanons!

You had found work under Sir Pentious some decades ago. He wasn’t exactly the most successful overlord, but you were happy to not be part of the lower end of the food chain.

He didn’t own your soul and truly had no interest in such a thing. But you were like an assistant of sorts. Not quite an egg boy, not quite an equal to the man himself.

Despite this, you thought he was quite charming. While he was not destroying half of Pentagram City, he was sitting in the main hall of his steampunk zeppelin drinking tea and conversing with you. It was a very comfortable life.

And thus, as it was routine for the both of you, he began to pick a fight with Alastor again (a sort of fight which he always lost, but when did that stop The Great Sir Pentious). You stood ready to shoot. Your hand on the only lever the egg boys could not reach.

Pulling that lever was literally your only job. The only reason Sir Pentious had hired you in the first place. That’s just how enjoyable your company was to him.

Alas, the fight with Alastor was another failure, but he didn’t go down without ripping a piece of his coat. Action that Alstor didn’t seem to take kindly. The whole ordeal ended in Sir Pentious being flung out across the Pentagram. Of course, you ran off to find him.

Once you found him, you checked if he was alright. “Sir! Are you alright? That was quite the hit the Radio Demon gave you…” you mumbled at him, checking his person to make sure he was alright. He’d put himself together quite well, so you let him be.

“Yes, yes, I’m fine Y/n. I must persist in this endeavor! We mustn’t flail in our pursuit of power.” He called out, a statement at which you nodded.

You two tried to walk back to where the zeppelin had landed, but before you could make it there, in front of an electronics store, the both of you saw a TV light up with a very recognizable face.

Through that TV, Vox (one of the overlords Sir Pentious was trying to catch the attention of by attacking Alastor) explained to both of you that he had a mission for them. To infiltrate into the hotel, blend in, and spy on Alastor and Charlie.

(Valentino butted in to ask that they spy on Angel too-)

The both of you were thrilled to accept this mission. Immediately finding the Zeppelin and making your way back to the Hotel (this time in conditional peace).

Sir Pentious knocked on the Hotel’s main entrance and you waited beside him.

When Vaggie opened the door, you did NOT get punched. Sir Pentious however, did not get the same luck.

You both pleaded your cases. Saying that you’d spoken about the possibility of redemption and had considered it the best idea.

Of course, Charlie just couldn’t resist taking you two into the hotel (much to Angel and Vaggie’s dismay).

That same night, both you and Sir Pentious began to set up Vox’s cameras. You almost got caught, but thanks to your amazing deception skills, you two got away with it (Angel saw you guys, and you pretended you’d lost something).

As the days passed, you seemed to get more used to the way things were. The egg boys, Sir Pentious and you loved it at the hotel.

You became friends with Angel Dust and found Niffty oddly endearing despite her psychotic tendencies. Vaggie’s protective nature made you feel safe, Alastor was good company, Husk was very interesting to talk to and Charlie was the sweetest person you’d met!

And after speaking to Charlie a couple of times on the subject of your dynamic with Sir Pentious, you realized that you were very much in love with him.

After such a revelation, your mindset completely changed. Charlie had helped you realize that truly, you didn’t just follow and care for Sir Pentious because he was the overlord you worked for, but because you genuinely cared about him. How could you live with the guilt of betraying, spying, and intruding on the privacy of such a sweet person as well as her friends? Yes, this mission meant a lot to Sir Pentious, but you… you couldn’t do it anymore.

One night, you snuck down to the lobby. You knew exactly where all the cameras were, and you began to carefully take every single one of them down. And just as you were on the last one, you were faced with the last person you wanted to see: Sir Pentious.

He stood in front of the last camera, looking at you in disbelief. “What are you doing messsssssing wissss the camerasssss?” He whisper-yelled at you. Demanding an explanation.

“Sir… I… I can’t with this anymore… They’ve treated us so well… and we’re betraying them.” You argued, trying to keep it as quiet as he was.

“What? Why would you do that? I’m not letting you back out of thissssss. You’re not acting with ssssensssse.” He hissed back.

“Sir Pentious, please… I… We are gaining nothing from this.” You argued.

“Nossssing? Y/n, we are working for Voxssss. That’ssss exsssactly where we’ve been trying to be for the passssst five decadessss. You’re not gonna throw all of that away, are you?” He frowned. He felt so offended that you would even suggest you both ditch the plan.

“No that’s not what I-, Sir… I… hand me the camera, please...”

“Absssssolutely not.” He spat back.

“Stop being so loud, we’re going to get caught.” You responded, “Please… let’s talk this over, Penty…” You mumbled. An old nickname you hadn’t called him in ages. It was more of an inside joke between the both of you, but you definitely meant it as a term of absolute endearment.

“No. I don’t care what you call me. I’m not going to fall for it. I don’t know what they told you, but I sssssee now that I’ve losssssst your pledged loyalty. Do not ssssspeak to me, ever again, you traitor.” He responded bluntly.

Normally you would find his melodramaticism funny. But this. This one he meant it. You looked at him, a tear rolling down your cheek. You couldn’t take the pain of the wound his words inflicted on your heart. You loved him, and he hated you now. He deemed you as a traitor. So you ran away in an attempt to spare yourself from him seeing you cry. Running up the stairs, you stumbled into your room. Crying in a corner as you looked at the (now deactivated) cameras that you’d taken down. You sobbed bitterly on the floor until you eventually were too tired to remain awake.

The next morning, you crawled into your bed. You didn’t want to leave it. Perhaps it was a bit dramatic of you, but you’d been around Sir Pentious for so long that you didn’t know if it even was far-fetched. But all of that aside, you couldn’t bear to show your face. You felt that if you saw him, you’d start sobbing on the spot. So you simply stayed tucked below your blankets.

Charlie came in to check why you hadn’t left your room, and you simply told her you felt sick.

She had Niffty bring you some stew.

The egg boys went to check on you. You didn’t tell them about the argument you had with Sir Pentious.

They offered to bring you the next bowl of stew. They really cared about you

(Carl has definitely accidentally called you his parent-)

After three days of moping around, you decided you would go downstairs and sit in the lobby.

Once she saw you, Charlie asked you if you felt better now and you told her you felt much better.

However, at some point, you were left alone with Sir Pentious. You knew that you had to approach him. From the very depths of your heart you knew that you loved him and that if you stopped talking to him, you would live in misery for the rest of your eternal existence.

So the second you felt ready, you walked up to him with an apologetic look.

The second he saw you in his field of view, he turned away from you. Letting out a resentful huff, he tried to ignore you. However, you were determined to fix things.

“Sir Pentious… I… I didn’t mean to upset you. I know Vox’s attention means a lot to you… but this place made me realize that… you can be happy without him. We can be happy without him. Here in the hotel! In Heaven!” You exclaimed, begging him to listen.

“We? What do you mean by we? You’ve never sssspoken to me like this before.” He asked, still a bit undignified but still turning to you, confused by your choice of words.

You paused, thinking of how to come clean to him. “The reason why I took down the cameras was… because I felt bad. Charlie and I have been talking about feelings and things of the sort… and she made me realize that… That I love you… And, I’m so thankful for the clarity she brought me that it felt like betrayal. But I guess I… I didn’t stop to think how that would make you feel…” You mumbled.

He gave you a look of bewilderment. He had no words; he was flattered. And suddenly, it all made sense to him as well. The reason why he’d felt so betrayed was because of how he valued you.

“The last thing I wanted was for you to detest me…” You mumbled at him, feeling tears build up in your eyes.

He gave you a look of sympathy. It clicked in his mind that you did it out of love for him. He didn’t know how to feel about your affection towards him, but he was sure he cared about you and that the feeling was at the very least partially reciprocated. But right now, the feeling of betrayal was still fresh on his mind.

“I… I forgive you, I sssssuppose… I can’t stay mad at you after such a heartfelt confessssssion…” He mumbled, blushing, turning away. This time, not out of grudge, but out of embarrassment.

It wasn’t quite long until you two decided to take all the cameras down for good (after you two were discovered by Angel Dust about a week later) and dedicate yourselves to redemption.

you sighed in relief as you unlock the door of your apartment. it was some time since you saw your boyfriend any other way than on a screen, so it was no surprise the two of you ran into each other's arms as soon as you crossed the door.

it had been some time since you went on a date because of your respective job, which both were time consuming, but it only made every encounter more unique.

"i'm home!" you sing as you enter the room. you barely had the time to close the door your boyfriend ran to hug you.

"missed ya a whole bunch sunshine, glad you're finally home" hobie said as he shoved his head into your shoulders and covered your face in soft kisses.

he stepped back a bit from the hug and cupped your face.

"aaand there!" he said as you reached a small shop. "after you!"

the buzzing sounds of what seemed tattoo machines greeted you as you entered the small building.

"is this some kind of piercing shop?" you ask in disbelief.

"yup" said your boyfriend. " i remember the time you said how much you wanted a septum piercing, so as soon as i knew you'd come back to town today i took an apointment! plus the person who makes the piercings is someone you know vey well"

hobie took you to a small room with dimmed colorful lights.

Talking about the ColorGang! because thinking about them makes me happy;3333

aaand because I have no ideas what to do lol (+ I want to do a lil' bit of character study! Even though I'm kind of bad at analyzing things.. xD)

This will also contain some headcanons that I have for them btw! ;3

1. Forgiving

They are all so forgiving it's insane.

Like- I get it. Both Purple and King had a tough childhood/was still in terrible grief which made them do the things that they do, but that doesn't justify their actions????

They are legit really forgiving towards someone who abandoned two(2) of them to die and betrayed them twice + towards someone who almost destroyed an entire dimension and almost got them all erased from existence...

(I have no hatred towards Purple or King, btw!! I love them;33 /gen i just don't really agree with their past actions ofc)

This whole "forgiving" thing makes me think that they would probably forgive The Dark Lord, too... (After some very well-deserved apologies, of course loll and if he's still alive- uh)

Actually, though; I have some doubts about that, but who knows.

Honestly, I think them being really forgiving kinda makes sense to their characters... In a way.

I mean- RYGB were all created for the sole purpose to fight. They are the 'fighting stickfigures', which means that they probably have no other choice but to forgive and move on.

What's the point of holding a grudge, after all? They are just gonna punch and kick each other repeatedly without pauses nor breaks anyway.

I think it's just.. A habit, or part of their codes, or they just feel like they don't really have a choice. (Old habits are hard to break)

Orange probably just goes along with them… Or, perhaps, his truce with Alan has made him more open to forgiving? Purple betrayed them twice and King almost destroyed an entire dimension, but I don't think any of that compares to the pain of having his friends deleted (literally killed) without any mercy nor remorse shown.

Perhaps it was the influence of his friends' forgiving nature, or it was just the truce he had made with Alan that made him more open to forgive and move on.

They are all so quick to forgive and move on.. It's a nice character trait but also pretty much a flaw.

Being able to forgive and move on it's great, but when you are so easily forgiving...

Good thing King and Purple actually genuinely changed for the better- (｡･∀･)ﾉﾞ

2. Bond!

Their bond is literally my favorite comfort thing in the whole world... ❤

Like- They are so close. So comfortable with each other. So huggy and clingy and happy and loving and caring and silly and so. sticking. casual-

They are literally the very epitome of Found Family.

And, even if I do ship PolySticks a whole bunch, I prefer much more their Found Family bond, to be honest. ❤ They give me so many siblings vibes aaa They are such a family, honestlyy.

Orange has known them since it's creation. RYGB have known each other since their creation. And, even then, they are all still together and as close as before even after so long. (And, I must say; they keep getting closer and closer as time goes by.)

They are all like a small lil' family; A family that, even after many fights, would never hold a grudge towards each other for too long.

They are like siblings who fight and compete and may be angry at each other at certain times, but who will still do anything to protect the other because they love and care and are a family.

I also like to think that the whole Animation vs Minecraft series is really what really brought them all together to have a really close and loving bond. It's already quite noticeable that, with each passing AvM season, their bond becomes stronger and they become even closer and protective than before.

If we compare their friendship in previous seasons vs now, you can see that their friendship has developed and each of them has grown a lot since then. (so proud of them aaaa)

Their bond is just.. ❤❤❤

3. Each Different Bond!

Can we just talk for a moment about how adorable Yellow and Blue's friendship is?? They are literally so- aAAaaaAA

I fully understand why a big part of the fandom ships them, to be honest... They are so close and affectionate and literally understands each other the most. They are very often always seen together, either just doing their own lil' things, enjoying each other's presence, or going through adventures together. ❤

The thing that makes me happy the most is; Their bond is not meant to be necessarily taken as romantic. It can very well vary of each person's own perspective of their relationship and I absolutely love that.

You view them as siblings? Awesome! Their relationship could very well be from very close siblings; maybe even twins! (Gotta love some healthy sibling relationship rep. too fr fr)

You view them as romantic? Incredible! They are so loving and affectionate, that if they were dating they would be the cutest couple in the world. /vpos

You view them as best friends? Amazing! Having a best friend is like finding a long-lost part of yourself; Kinda like a sibling, maybe even a twin. The relationship of best friends is really something very special. Their relationship genuinely gives me the vibes of 2 best friends, to be honest. (Especially since my friendship with my bffs is pretty similar to those 2's relationship. ;3)

Should I also say that these two are the ones who bring the group the most comfort?? Yellow is always the one who comforts Blue, and Blue is also seen comforting others as well. (Green!!)

They are both like the parents of the group, always being there for their friends and being a shoulder to lean on.

They are so comforting and literally the cutest duo ever... I love them sm❤

Oh! And I cannot forget about Green & Orange's friendship, too!!

They are canonly confirmed to be the closest out of their group of friends, and words literally cannot tell you how happy I was once I heard about this information. xD

They vibe with each other so well; Honestly speaking, Green can vibe with literally anyone so well. lol

They are both pretty chill, and very passionate about their favorite things; (Art! Music!) They are so equally competitive, too.

Their friendship is so cute and casual. <33 They are not as affectionate with each other as much as Yellow and Blue are, but that doesn't make their friendship any less healthy or adorable.

Their friendship is, to be honest… pretty lighthearted to the soul, honestly. I love when they're both on screen doing things together, because their friendship is so…

I don't know. There are no words to properly describe how I feel about their friendship. xD

But their bond probably has to be my second favorite (Yellow&Blue being my first!) They vibe so well together, their personalities mesh so well, and they're just so casual and relaxed and so passionate-

Both are artists, it's worth remembering! Of course, they are not the same types of artists; One is an artist while the other is a musician, but it's still something in common.

And with that in mind… I like to think that when Green isn't disturbing Orange with his loud music at three(3) in the morning and/or Orange working with Alan, I like to think that they both help each other with their passions.

(Orange canonically knows how to play guitar, and Green is quite meticulous, so that's a bonus! Orange helping Green write a song and/or Green helping Orange with the art block by giving him ideas for sets, details, etc.... ❤)

Their friendship is so cute and lighthearted aaa i love them ❤❤❤

Red and Reuben... Just. Adorable. ヾ(≧▽≦*)o

Honestly, Red's friendship with all of his animals is adorable; It's like she's a big sibling to them, in a way.

There's not much to say about these two's friendship, unfortunately… Since Reuben doesn't appear as much as he used to. :'v

But their bond in previous seasons was just so heartwarming. <3

1. Trust Issues

A random thing that I thought of while listening to Bad Feeling (Oompa Loompa) - Jagwar Twin, but..

What if, after that whole AvA4 fiasco, RYGB decided not to trust Orange, Alan, or even the outside of their website because they were afraid of being deleted again.

Like- Think about this; They just met Orange; From the way they acted at first, they had certainly never left their website before (or, at least, had never entered computer territory before).

And right after they left their website - probably the only place they knew and were familiar with…

They were immediately deleted. Ended Process. Dead.

And with that… I think that's reason enough for them to be at least a little skeptical about Orange, right? (About Orange and especially Alan.)

After all.. Orange is the one who introduced them to the outside. Orange is the one who brought them out. Granted, Orange obviously didn't intend to get them deleted, but it's not like they knew that. It's not like the fact that they were killed for some reason could suddenly be forgotten just because they were revived.

And, with that thought in mind… I like to think that Green was the first to forgive and give Orange a second (heheh) chance, since they both hugged before he was deleted, and they both canonically have the closest bond. (Maybe that's why they are the closest? Because Green was the first one to see Orange's side and give them a second chance, which later led for them to have a very close bond.)

And also because Green is definitely the one most inclined to give people(sticks) a second chance, hear their side of the story and be the first to forgive them. (GrapeDuo moment!! xd)

They slowly, but carefully and certainly. started trusting Orange and leaving their website more (Until it got to the point where they literally live on their PC now, instead of their website. Probably because of flash ending in 2020-)

That's such a headcanon I will forever embrace. It's character development right there and I love it.

2. Genders & Pronouns!

Hmm! Not really that important, but I like to headcanon them with some genders & pronouns... It's just- really fun and makes them a lil' more relatable, I think..? xD

3. PolySticks

Is it just me or shipping PolySticks just hits different than shipping other ships...?

Like. They are all so canonly affectionate and loving and caring towards each other that it's just so- casual. Inconsequential. The love is there.. It's there and it's not a big deal.

Shipping PolySticks just hits different because there is no things being changed nor removed, they all love each other and shipping them would just make that type of love different, but the love is still there and it's inconsequential and it just. hits so much different.

They are just a small group of friends who is really casually affectionate and loving towards each other, shipping them feels like it didn't change anything, it's just that it's all romantic now. Shipping them hits different, but It didn't make anything different at the same time.

They are just a small group of friends who definitely kiss each other's foreheads and cheeks and proceeds to act casual about it because they've always been like that and there is nothing wrong with it. It's casual, it's inconsequential, it's love.

Other ships hits different because there is development there, slowburn, falling in love; PolySticks hits different because the only thing that actually changes it's the type of love.

They all already have developed, they already have a very close relationship, they already are honest, have mutual respect and care and trust. Communication is slowly being built, but it is there. Their relationship is already pretty developed, shipping PolySticks just means that the type of love they have towards each other it's romantic.

The love they feel for each other canonically neither diminished nor increased when switching to a romantic one. They continue to love each other as they always have, the only difference is that it is a different type of love, but other than that, nothing else has changed.

The love is still there, as inconsequential and casual as it always was. PolySticks' relationship isn't any different from canon, it's just a different type of love now. ❤

I talked way too much about my feelings about this ship and now I felt like most of you probably won't understand my rambling.. My bad- (っ °Д °;)っ My feelings are quite difficult to understand even for me. lol

4. Unusual Bonds

Unusual as in like. We wasn't shown much about certain interactions on-screen, you know..? So we aren't much sure how exactly certain duos are like when only the two of them.

And it's- Kinda frustrating- lol (/opinion)

Orange has so much admiration for Yellow aaa and Yellow seems to respect him a lot and when they are both together- it's like they are just enjoying each other's presence and I find that so satisfying and touching and aaaaAAaaa /vpos (they seems to be very close, too!! Not as close as Green&Orange, or Blue&Yellow, but still close! ;3)

Red and Green give me so many sibling vibes- dwklswakljdswa They are both often seen together and they just get along so well and are so cheery and bubbly and determined and- sssighsssssssss /vpos (Their bond is so lighthearted aaa they are just teens being teens arghds /pos)

The whole arc with Blue and Green was sooo- aaAAAAAAaaA(/vpos) They don't have much in common but they still?? Can get along so well?? They are so different from each other and they just. embrace these differences and are able to have mutual respect and affection for each other and I just- ❤ (Never forgetting when they hugged as they were literally ready to die together aND aAAAAA/vpos)

Yellow has a certain rivalry with Green but still cares deeply for him and Green cares deeply about Yellow too aaaa- Unfortunately, we weren't shown much of their interactions together, which is sad. :'v Their bond remains adorable, though. xdd

When I said that Green could vibe with just about anyone, I wasn't lying. lol (They are so different but they still care deeply about each other aaa/vpos)

Man.. How I wish Orange&Blue's bond was more focused.. The latter's abilities always manage to surprise Orange and I think it's so cute- aaaldawsdlçadsw (Orange dreaming so much about Blue being so helpful and proactive tells us a lot about Orange's perspective on Blue. <;3)

They both may not be the closest of the group, but they still care deeply for each other and still manage to have fun together!1 yayyayy /vpos (I feel like this season will focus a little more on their bond and I love it yayyyay (*^▽^*))

In the very few.. Very few for sure.. Rare even… Interactions between Red&Yellow and Red&Blue… Both interactions are adorable, although we haven't seen much of them. ＞︿＜

Red and Blue are very similar when it comes to their love of nature; Blue has a love for the nature world, while Red has a love for animals. I feel like this could be explored more which could strengthen their friendship. ;o (They both also give me vibes of being the youngest ones in the group, so that's a bonus. xd)

They're both also the most emotional of the group… Man, they have so much in common, now that I think about it. xD

Their personalities are so different, but they still manage to have some things in common, which I find pretty nice. ;3

Red and Yellow are practically opposites; One is reckless, the other is rational. But they still manage to care deeply for each other even though they don't have many interactions… Which makes me really curious as to what their bond really is like. (Texture Pack showed that they can still have equally fun together despite their differences, so I'm quite curious to see more about their bonding! (o゜▽゜)o☆)

Red and Orange… The best for last of course (/lh) ♪(´▽｀)

Their bond… It's a complicated thing. Or, at least, it was a complicated thing; Orange loved all his friends, that's for sure, but if we compare his bond with the others vs his bond with Red… I feel like he had a certain… I don't know. Bitterness? Towards Red.

Red is the one who inspired and motivated him to really want to fight with them, to really break the wall of their website and join their little group.

And yet.. Red is the one Orange gets along with the least compared to the others.

This is why Lush Caves was so needed; That's why the fight between them felt so much deeper and different than the others. They were letting it all out, all the emotions, all the bitterness.. Everything was finally being taken out in this fight.

The development of their friendship is so beautiful and precise. If we were to compare their friendship Pre-Lush Caves vs Post-Lush Caves, you can see how much their friendship has evolved. How much their bond has been strengthened and how much they seem to understand each other a little more. (While their characters have changed considerably since that episode too!)

The lack of communication between Orange and Red was exactly what led them to Lush Caves… And Lush Caves is exactly what led them to have a better communication and an even stronger bond.

I love every single bond of this group.. But SecRed is probably one of my favorite friendship (and character) developments, honestly. ❤

There were originally another (draft) post like this.. One that it's pretty old, indeed (probably made in either pre-2024 or the start of the 2024.. I don't remember. welp) But certain things happened so I just ended up deleting it. lol (I copypasta'd everything, though!)

(And I just recently noticed that tumblr removed the color Yellow... welppp- Time to use this site then!1! xD)

And, yet; My opinion about these dorks stays the same. ;3 (Made some changes during all of these, though! (～￣▽￣)～)

EDT3 Headcanons because this throuple needs to be popular

Confession: Eddy and Double D always knew when they started to develop feelings for each other, but something else inside them made them feel like it was wrong to leave Ed out. Then one day Ed randomly went up to them and said “I love you guys!!” and kissed them on their cheeks completely out of the blue. Leaving Eddy and Double D flustered. Later Double D asked Ed if he knew what he was saying. Ed replied with “You guys sometimes feel like more than friends ☺️“ Double D was pretty accepting but didn’t really confess yet. While Eddy was in totally denial like “Uh… is this legal…?” Soon Double D taught the two what a throuple was after gaining more confidence. He and Ed were more than happy to be committed this way, while Eddy was a little shy about it. As he was pulled into a group hug he was all like “… heh heh… yeah… this is awesome… 🥴” Not much changed in there relationship after they realized it was just that, a relationship. as far as canons go, they are my lil glorbo's. i have a thing for main characters, especially underrated main characters. naruto and atsushi are just my lil guys that i heavily relate to in one aspect or another. i'm writing an alt verse of atsushi but i love atsushi's character in general ( i've considered adding his canon self ) john has been a recent add to this blog and just...i really love FAITH, the game hits all the good religious trauma / horror notes for me. i love a priest who is dabbling with his faith and loyaltys. as for my oc's well, some of them i've had for years ( dom and mia ) but a lot of them are new since i made this blog and i love each of them differently but deeply.

My first impression

Typical overpowered goofball that steals the protag's spotlight and who's likely to be interesting once his past gets revealed. Probably has a large part of the fandom having him as their or one of their favorite characters. Don't think he'll be mine tho (I always end up with favorite characters who are (mostly) the ones without a huge fanbase behind them 🥲)

My impression now

He needs a hug. He needs therapy. He needs to cry. He needs Takemichi.

More seriously, he's more complex and important to the story than what I've anticipated. He's just so detrimental to the story. From start to end he's tangled with it. He deserves that happy ending. If I think too long about his dynamic with Shinichiro I sob uncontrollably and ugly.

I love how trauma is depicted with him. It can get so much ugly despite one's unwillingness to be and one's best effort. He's a great character.

Favorite thing about that character

He has no power over his own fate. His life wasn't meant to last as long as it did and so when it continued even though it should've ended, it got set in stone as counterweight. He got cursed by the person he loved immensely and who loved him back immensely as well. He came back wrong and he wasn't aware of it. He's an antagonist despite himself. He was meant to be since the start and Kisaki helped to speedrun it but even without him Mikey would've sunk in darkness. There were clues about that since the start and I love that for him. He's literally cursed to ruin his own life (and lose his loved-ones). Talk about doomed lol gotta love a lil tragic man.

(I'm very happy he got his happy ending tho, don't get me wrong)

Also: he's got a blanket-plushie <33 he's irritable when he wakes up and that's relatable

Least favorite thing

Idk... I don't think there is one? Perhaps when he refuses to apologize because he doesn't see the point to it (in the hospital when visiting Pah's friend's girlfriend with Draken, when meeting Kazutora's father after drop-kicking him, ...) but that's just because it makes me anxious lol I can apologize a bit much

Favorite line/scene

obligatory 'save me' moment mention

It might be a bit cliché, but the whole Manila Mikey scene. It's when Mikey actually started to pique my interest. The whole 'I killed them' bit *chef's kiss* - I needed to know more asap and I knew I wouldn't and it was awesome.

Favorite interaction that character has with another

Mikey stealing Takemichi away for Christmas from Hinata made me chuckle and still do.

I don't think about the trust he puts in Takemichi that much but it does linger on the back of my mind at all times. It's very dear to me.

A character that I wish that character would interact with more

I wish we would've seen more of him with Izana and him with Senju. There are a bunch of others, but ultimately I wish his relation with Izana and Senju would've have more elements to it, more dwell on. Also where are the scenes with Kazutora and Mikey being content and happy, Wakui. Wakui. Wakui, I need them.

Another character from another fandom that reminds me of that character

Loosely, I'd say Ace from One Piece. Damn character smiling to hide their clinical depression

🤔What’s a story you’d love to write but haven’t even started yet?

AU where Shinichiro (19, living in 1999) and Takemichi (18-19, living in 2010) swap bodies between May 22nd and July 30th. They're both from their original timeline and so the connection cut when their timeline stops having the same course of event. And while Shinichiro lives through original timeline the same way he lived it in canon, Takemichi kinda forcefully got his life together (it's tucked together with tuck tape but he's making it work) because of when Shinichiro was living his life and is now way too attached to the Sano family (&Co) not to try to meet with Mikey from his time period (very bad idea). What could possibly go wrong with Takemichi from the start of canon trying to reconnect with Hinata, Mizo Five, Kakucho at some point bc I want him and S62 here, and saving Mikey when... When it's first canon timeline and they've never met?

It's a fix-it somehow; the time leaping powers plotline remains the same as in canon too, when it concerns Shinichiro (Takemichi's part of the story obviously gets changed)

I haven't written a single word yet but I did brainstrom it xd. Got a handful of other long-fics I want to write first before starting a new one

Close up and rambles below the cut!

So a long while ago someone posted a sketch that made me think of a bunch of different body types other than the one i typically headcanon and draw him as, so i decided to put that into an actual drawing! It was pretty fun to make!

Since the typical body type for My Caelum (right) is kinda androgynous, i wanted to make two that were more typically masculine and typically feminine. I kept his base features (color and texture of his hair, eye color and shape, nose shape, skin tone, etc etc) cause those stuck out to me and just wouldn’t feel like Caelum to me if i changed them.

Left is 6’2” (hes squatting down a lil lol), middle is 5’0”, and My Caelum is 5’7” (hes on his tippy toes!! Which is hard to show in boots btw)

The outfits were fun to design as well. I was lazy and gave left Caelum my Caelum’s usual outfit (with an additional VERY cute boob window which ill probably end up adopting), but middle and my Caelum’s clothing designs were brand spanking new. Middle i was just going for something kinda hyperfeminine, bows, corset, fluffy petticoat, pom poms, you get it! Ive always wanted to put him in skirts and i hadn’t drawn that yet so i did it lol. Femboy Cae for the win. My Caelum’s outfit was inspired by Japanese ouji lolita fashion. If you don’t know, its basically the masculine version of lolita fashion. If i remember correctly its referred to as little prince fashion sometimes??? Idk, i could be wrong! I used so many reference photos for that outfit, but i still don’t know if its necessarily ouji-compliant. If any oujis come by this post some how and its not: im sorry T-T. Anyways! Im gonna draw him in more lolita fashion in the future, next time a classic lolita style, like one of the over the top kinda ones tho. I want my pretty pretty boy to be in more pretty pretty clothes!!!

Also left Caelum got a beard along with some chest hair! Which is dont give my Caelum, but i had friends mention it a while back and they were right! Its fucking hot!!!

Yes yes yes and I have... A few YAH adjacent playlists, but this is my main one for writing! The songs vary, but rn Banquet by Bloc Party is The Vibe.

🦅 Do you outline fics or fly by the seat of your pants?

Vague outline, but a lot of pants flying. Mostly I know what plot points I want to hit, but I awkwardly shepherd the lads towards them and hope they don't get too sticky in the process.

Ru! RUFUS

My boy my son my lil pal- instead of a Solid Headcanon let's do just a bunch of lil factoids because our lad is a classic middle child.

Under the cut for spoilers 💕

Rufus has always been a little in Harry's shadow. She's very outgoing, and he's always preferred animals to people for the most part, so he's always been vaguely content to just let her be in the spotlight.

He's very loyal and dependable, and values those traits in others. He had seen his parents as kind of whole person in that aspect... Well, Dad's loyal and Mum's dependable, so he can overlook Dad being a bit scatty and Mum being a bit detached. The whole Lucia situation absolutely shook him very hard, and it takes a long while for his relationship with Lucia to recover.

He will be going to Oxford. He wants to be a Large Animal Vet, especially for animal rescues who may have trouble with affording care for their animals. He is mostly vegetarian, but he isn't strict about it.

Absolutely a beast at video games. He could probably make it as a streamer, but he doesn't like the idea of being a public figure and he also prefers to keep gaming as a hobby. He has a horse to look after, he cannot spend hours speedrunning Minecraft.

Major, major fan of monster movies. Godzilla? He has a collection. Jurassic Park? His comfort film. Pacific Rim? He wants to be Newt. If a film has a giant creature in it, Ru will be watching it.

He is also into Anime, but he keeps it low key. He and Felix watch it together, and it is tradition for Felix to be very confused and for Ru to explain what's going on. Felix does not have the attention span for subtitles. Jojo's Bizarre Adventure was a tricky watch but they made it through. Absolutely wants to cosplay, but probably as masked characters.

Ru is my little metalhead representative, okay, someone had to be. He wears a lot of band merch when he isn't at home because Felix is kind of embarrassing when he tries to read the logos and can't. Felix takes him to gigs but tends to be a little confused by it- Ru makes sure he has earplugs and wears black so he doesn't stand out too much.

Peepa roach goes against my usual headcanon for elders being the strongest, but I have to say I love him! Grandpa being a lil shit <3 get em gramps! He's gonna outlive a bunch of others just out of spite

Peepa's clan actually has no clue how old he really is and he's not going to tell anyone anytime soon, lol. For all they know, he's seen evolution happen. Man's so old though that he's shriveled up lmao. When he was in his prime age, he actually used to be very muscular and an Elite hunter.

And yes, he will outlive others out of spite 😂

Since he was originally a comedy relief/joke oc (aka, an oc to not be taken seriously. I literally made him because of a voice impression of an old man one of my friends did over a Discord vc), he's not in my canon oc lore. So he doesn't exist canonically with all my other yautja ocs. That goes the same with Kahn'shu (the caretaker). They are in their separate universe.

*whispers* It's also a joke that Peepa is immortal since the yautja god of death doesn't want him to come to the afterlife.

an ungodly amount of grusha x maki rambles (+ maki x rika rambles) cuz its 12am in the morning (bear with me this post is chaotic and so many things are in brackets)

their ship name is poisonpear (maki specialises is poison type pokemon and grusha's name is pear in russian)

the two live in this cabin thingy??i forgot the name...chalet or something>?? (pls correct me) and their house is like at the peak of glaseado mountain

honestly i have no idea how the two met

there's a frozen lake behind their house and every now and then, the two would ice skate ther

grusha knits lil sweaters for maki and their pokemon

maki has this habit of pulling down grusha's scarf and kissing him

they also doodle on grusha's arm/hands a lot

grusha teaches maki swear words from his native language and maki does the same

the two throw snowballs at skiers (i love the headcanon that grusha throws snowballs at skiers)

I REMEMBER HOW THEY MET NOW

ok, so this is gonna take a while to explain but basically...

it was during a party, Maki was dragged along by Ryme and Iono saying that they need to interact with people more

sometime during the party (when everybody was drunk), Maki was getting ready to leave when they saw Grusha

They thought that this was the perfect opportunity to make a new friend and there, thats how they met

ok so, my homosexual ass can't choose who maki should be shipped with so here's maki x rika content:

their ship name is spiceprincess (apparently rika's JP name is chili and thats a spice idk and maki - despite being mistreated in their childhood, was often called a princess. rika may or may not call maki princess as a form of endearment)

rika sometimes uses maki as an arm rest (she's like 5'10?? idk and maki's 5'5 ish)

honestly, this ship is angstier than poisonpear

rika is well aware that she has competition w grusha and she knows damn well she doesnt stand a chance

she knows that maki will always choose grusha over her and she tries to express her love for maki as much as she can via "platonic" flirting and whatnot

maki on the other hand, thinks that rika is just flirting with them for the hell of it and there's nothing deep behind it.

ENOUGH ANGST, TIME FOR FLUFF

maki crochets a bunch of clodsire/wooper plushies for rika and her room has an entire corner dedicated to all the clodsire + wooper plushies maki made for her

during that one party where maki met grusha, they also met rika there

after performing a short song on stage with Ryme, Maki's personality ig sparked rika's curiosity and she basically went up to maki and just started complimenting them

maki and rika often swap their glasses around with eachothers

they also have this habit of grabbing rika by the tie and pulling her in for a kiss

everytime maki does this however, they always end up getting kabedoned by rika :3

So~

Before I forget, this is a simple headcanon I wanted to include but

When Shinya was first year, Tsunagu was part of that year’s “big three” and was the top student.

Shinya made a promise to Tsunagu that he’d become the top student when he was a third year, and well- he definitely kept his promise!

Anyway- onto the main ones:

For context, I have lil backstory headcanons for the two of them - both of which are very angsty bc <3

But thats for another time, I'll just include the main thing for these hcs-

Both Tsunagu and Shinya have accidentally killed a person/people, with their quirks, Tsunagu was around 12, Shinya was 10- (separately)

Being quirk accidents, it was brushed off as just them 'needing quirk counselling' so that happened-

Tsunagu got bullied A LOT growing up, for multiple reasons, but when he got to UA it became more of a different type.

People avoided him a lot in his first years, because "hey, isn't that the kid who killed a guy before?" "yeah- don't get too close- he might get angry"

It mellowed out after he became a third year, and he had gained a reputation for being very strong and stern and, well, our typical "jeanist-y" and though he still got bullied/avoided quite a bit, he did have a group of classmates and friends who were there for him.

His whole demeanour was made up from him simply putting walls around himself to ignore everything that others said about him, while also becoming insanely observant.

He made the arts and crafts club, because it was "important to be able to find hobbies, and also hone skills that could still be important to heroics, such as precision and focus."

But deep down, he had also hoped to maybe find someone who was like him. Who either had a quirk that everyone believed to be "unfit for heroics" or an outcast who needed to know that they weren't alone....

And well, of course, along came Shinya.

A first year, who miraculously seemed to fit that exact description.

Shinya was also bullied a lot, however it came more verbally.

Not many knew about his true backstory, or where he was from, but they did know two things. "he has no family" and "thats the kid who killed a bunch of guys, isn't it?"

And you can assume that most people grouped these two statements together, and that led to some even more awful rumours. But he was mostly just ignored and majorly avoided out of fear.

Going into UA, he masked everything he had with a smile and an energetic personality, trying to earn people's trust so maybe- just maybe- he could be seen as more than just the rumours that were told about him.

He stumbles into this empty clubroom, looking around and calling for the chairman to the handicraft club.

"If you're here to make fun of me or the club, please go away- I'm not in the mood today" a voice answered him from the closet.

When he got nearer the closet, he found a very lanky blond boy kinda....stuck....under a pile of stationary that seemed to have fallen over. He looked miserable as hell but insisted that he didn't need help.

Shinya simply responded with a "oh...no- I was actually looking to....join?" and was met with Tsunagu laughing like "haha very funny- tease the tired third year about their empty club."

And Shinya was like "what? no- I'm being serious..." and that was met with silence before Tsunagu jumping up with an insane amount of energy suddenly entering his speech as he very happily accepted this new first year into the club.

It was tense at first, as they both had never really spoken to other people before.....properly.....but after introductions and explaining why the club was always empty, they realised that they were a lot more similar than they thought.

Neither of them pried into the other’s personal life, however over the year of knowing each other they did end up sharing and learning bits and pieces. (this is also bc they re connect later on in life and share the bits that they never did in their UA years, finally knowing the full truth about each other and their stories)

Shenanigans ensue, just like in my other hc list, and they become really close good friends.

Now. Tsunagu struggled with his emotions. He was very easily upset and angered, and this made him believe a lot of things about himself - one of them being that he’d never be able to be a hero because he cant control his emotions.

Shinya was who helped him with this.

He reassured him that it was normal and okay to feel these emotions, and he told him that he believed in him. He told him that no matter what everyone else says, he knows he’ll be able to face his emotions and that they do not make him a bad person or a “villain”

(I’m sure you can imagine how this hc ties into bakugou’s internship with Jeanist)

In turn, Jeanist proved that he trusted Shinya. And that he didn’t believe he was a bad person, or any of the things the others had said.

Despite wearing his “happy mask” Shinya had never felt proper happiness, or felt what it was like to truly be his age and have fun.

And Tsunagu was who helped him with this.

He taught him that it was okay to show when he wasn’t truly happy, allowing Shinya to reveal his truer self around him.

And he taught him how to let himself have fun. Even for a few minutes. And he was the first person to ever hear him laugh, properly.

And they both helped each other learn to control their quirks and understand them properly.

There were some instances where one had to save the other from various stuff- often from bullying at first- but as the year passed, people learnt better than to mess with either of them, because they had each other.

Also they almost died during a school trip that involved the third years taking supervision over the first years.....during a villain attack that ended really badly-

Wound up in hospital a couple of times due to internship stuff/villain encounters, and spent the time making crafts together.

But also, they made each other lil charms of them in their original hero outfits that they have kept to this day.

After Tsunagu graduated, Shinya took care of the handicrafts club and managed to get quite a few members, however he missed the days of it being just the two of them.

I actually headcanon that they lost touch about a year or so after Tsunagu graduated, because Tsunagu moved abroad to study fashion stuff and further heroic experience, and Shinya went to study medical stuff- and though they really wanted to try and contact each other again, they both felt too scared and nervous to try.

Until they meet again one day and reconnect almost immediately- realising that they didn’t have anything to fear.

(Also this may or may not be bc my initial hc for these two was that they met in their adulthood -specifically in my fic “when it rains”- but canon came along so I’m fitting that into this)

(With the potential of added angst bc <3)

But yeah!!!! those are those!!! i think I’ll leave it at that for now so i hope you enjoy them !! :D
