Being asexual and possibly aromantic but also being a huge shipper and hopeless romantic is such a wild experience ngl. I'm always freaking out about my favorite ships and giggling internally reading ship fics, getting invested in characters finally kissing or reading about their pining and their love and I think "I want what they have!!"
But then sometimes you have a slamming realization that your sweet shipping scenarios you imagine in your head look totally different irl and that you are extremely aspec.
One time I went down a YouTube rabbit hole and stumbled across Vsauce's "Why Do We Kiss?" video and let me tell you. When I saw that stock video footage of two people kissing each other I was a little flabbergasted lmaooo

Thinking about Es' perception of the warden role and how it influences them again. They seem to believe that understanding people is essential to judging them and goes out of their way to accomplish that. While some of it is in part due to their natural curiosity combined with their lack of knowledge on anything die to amnesia and the prisoners being the only topic they can research on, they also assert that they will try to learn everything about them all in order to judge them properly, as if it is a necessary and straightforward aspect to their work, even though they have not been told so. They view a person's circumstances, environment and personal feelings as relevant to how they should be judged and are frequently shown to take that into account.
This also puts them into conflict with Kotoko who believes that "sympathy is useless" and wants to "hate evil for the evil that it is". Es is inherently sympathetic, for better or for worse, and feels that seeing them as the people they are will allow them to understand how best to deal with everyone individually, while Kotoko is more worried about not being able to deliver justice properly in case she gets attached.

I’ve always wondered if there was any language difference between Westalis and Ostania, like I know the show and manga are only ever written as one language as these are fictional countries so the languages would be fictional too, but from what I’m aware of, there was never been any hint to Ostanian people speaking a different language than the West. Also I know that there are plenty of reasons for two countries beside one another to speak the same language. However, I find things like this very interesting, and I think it adds more to the characters’ stories lol
So, I have a little headcanon that all the WISE spies have to learn Ostanian fluently, with a perfect accent of course, but of course there are also plenty of dialects that must be learned as well. And as thorough WISE is, it’s hard to perfect a second language if you aren’t able to spend time with native speakers, especially when they are labeled the enemy.
Anyways, what I’m trying to say is that language and dialect differences are really cool, and I feel like slip ups could lead to some interesting and likely wholesome scenarios in the SpyxFamily world.

Genuine question that has been haunting me for a while
HOW IS ZIB ALIVE???
Cuz in 'Ten Minutes to Doom' Zim said that both him and Dib would have died if Dib stayed with the PAK on
And, looking at Zib, I'm pretty sure it's still on?? And he somehow DIDN'T DIE??? He clearly has some parts of Zim's personality and looks floating around, but it's nothing too severe.
I had the theory that Zib (or, well, Dib at that moment) somehow knew what the PAK could do to him, so he worked on it, sort of like the reverse engineering he mentioned doing more than once in the comics. But he still didn't quite work it completely through since he still got some pretty nasty looking side effects. That and I'm 100% sure that's what led to him going more insane than he already was.
But Zib mentioned that he fused with it... HOW?? HOW DOES ONE DO THAT?? STEVEN UNIVERSE STYLE?? SPINNING AROUND DANCING WITH IT FOR A BIT??

Ok but, i just don't think we can really compare Gabriel/Beelzebub with Aziraphale and Crowley. Like, Gabriel and Beelzebub fall in love very quickly, and it's very cute with the "Every Day" song and the jukebox and all, but... idk, to me it feels like Earth is just a coffee shop to them. A place for them to meet and date, but the place itself doesn't matter that much. Gabriel loves "Every Day", but only that one song. The two of them don't seem to have that all encompassing love for Earth like Aziraphale and Crowley do.
Plus, a huge factor for their really quick love imo, is that they're both of high status. It's so much easier to do your "enemies to lovers" speedrun when no one is watching your every move. I'm just thinking about this, especially because back in season 1, Crowley and Aziraphale's Arrangement was found out quickly with evidence from centuries ago all along.
And idk, but thinking about the two pairs really makes me look at the whole final scene in another light. Aziraphale can't just turn down the offer easily like Gabriel accepts the sacking because of his deep love for Earth and humanity (and thinking that with new power, he could make things better for everyone). And Crowley can't just run away with his love like Beelzebub can because he doesn't have the power to protect himself. They've never been safe from Heaven and Hell, and eloping right now won't solve that.
Somehow this makes it hurt more for me. It's like Aziraphale and Crowley can't have their fairy tale happily ever after not just because of their own issues and personality, but also because of factors outside their control.

i think ill get over it but i actually never really get over it. watching hunted and literally cannot stop thinking about the way they're portraying Gordon as ruthless and Bad™ and an antagonist.
the thing about supernatural is. it will tell you what you are supposed to think about the person on screen. and you're not supposed to think beyond that. the bad guy does bad things but it's not his actions that make him a bad guy, it's the fact that we know he's a villain. many instances where the boys do the same thing the villains do, and yes, there's always certain. reprimand. there's a hollow conversation about how doing This Thing is bad actually..but then you're supposed to forgive them. because they're Good People. because they have Good Reasons. Trust Me They're Doing This For A Reason Okay My Name Is Eric Kripke And I've Never Lied A Day In My Life. it really is all about framing in supernatural. violence is violence enacted on an external party when it comes from a person who's already been judged as violent and evil. it is violence enacted on self when it's the protagonist. bc they're sympathetic. bc they told us they are..bc we love them and they can't be bad.

By the way if anyone was ever wondering why when I doodle the sheriff, she has pink eyes or pink just. Somewhere on her. It's because of the stuff with the faeeee
I like the idea of fae jimmy a lot but I feel like we never acknowledge the black and pink the fae had going on in their actual physical form.. and i think it looks cooolllll and yeah I like to think jims became part fae when they gave her wings or whatever yeah that's all bye

Just as the wind listens to Morro, Morro’s mood is consistent to the wind. If there’s a light breeze, he’s generally calm and happy. If there’s a storm, he’s angry. If there’s no wind, he’s neutral (showing any emotion he wants,) but if there’s a tornado or a hurricane, well, let’s just say things aren’t going to end well.
It’s possible to be happy during a storm, he’s just a lot more prone to anger than he would normally be. The ninja know this and try to be cautious around him when the weather gets bad.

At home after buying Tom's school supplies
MC *pulling a lot of books from the bag*: What's all this? I don't remember paying for these.
Tom *taking them from the table to his room*: Oh it's fine I just found them laying around. Looked like they were going to the trash so I took them.
Sebastian *smirking*: I wonder who he learned that from?
MC: Don't blame me. You're the one obssesed with books.
Ominis *sighing*: Both of you are a bad influence.
Sebastian: Says the one who taught him alohomora.
Ominis *confused*: I didn't.
MC: That was you, Sebastian.
Sebastian: Oh, right. Forget about it then.
