i typically only like to write bakugou who is on-his-knees obsessed with you, but lately i've been thinking about him letting us in 🥺 and it's not that he does or doesn't have eyes for us, it's just not something he allows, because he's so caught up in his job 🥺 and you're nice and fine, but he doesn't let it go further than that 🥺
until it's after the agency christmas party and everyone is getting ready to go home. and you've had a little bit to drink, enough to give you some liquid confidence, and you happen to see dynamight in his office, finishing up on work that can—and should—wait until monday.
you pop into his doorway like, "hey, can i tell you something terrible?"
all you get is a soft grunt of acknowledgement, as he ruffles around in his draw for some odd thing, and he only looks up at you when you don't speak right away. eyebrows raised in waiting, face calm, a little tired, and he watches you shuffle slowly into his office, frowning when you sit at the edge of his desk.
"i actually really, really like you, you know?"
and—his brain shuts off. no thoughts, nothing. partially as a defense mechanism, to not allow himself to get caught up in some confession, and partially because—he can't believe it. yeah, passes are made at him semi-regularly and he's grown accustomed to ignoring them, but this is from you, his little event planner. someone that does their job well and has good work ethic, that takes what they do seriously and with great care.
someone he wouldn't expect to look at him in such a way. someone that wouldn't bullshit him.
you say that it's terrible, but you're smiling anyway, shaking your head at the look that must cross his face. "you're so—hardworking, you know? and you're funny and i like working for you. you're a good employer, bakugou."
it makes his stomach twist, then, the way you say his name. not sir or dynamight, but his real name.
"and you're super handsome, of course." you laugh, missing the pink flush on his face as you watch your twiddling fingers. "not that i—nothing—i'm not expecting anything from this, by the way, i just—" you shrug, finally looking at him. him, who is slack-jawed with wide-eyes, that is speechless. "just wanted to let you know, i guess."
and then you're gone, giving him a small, shy wave and letting out another nervous laugh before disappearing down the hallway. leaving him to sit in the silence by himself, wondering what it would feel like to accept you, finally.

Hiiii👋🏽
Idk if this is a good idea or not but I’m all about Natasha getting the love and life she deserves so could you write a fic about her and reader retiring from the Avengers and getting an apartment/house together. It’d be so cute to see Nat and Reader being domestic with each other and stuff.
Also, congratulations on starting your blog! I can’t wait to read your stories and stuff☺️
Summary: after your retirement, you just want to spend some time with your lovely girlfriend natasha.
Warnings: intended lowercase, fluff (a little bit if you squint your eyes)
A/N: omg thank you so much for this request. i hope i could somehow write what you had in your mind. also i'm sorry if this is a little bit short or not containing as much fluff as expected i'm just really bad at writing this stuff. i hope i can learn it fast tho!!
after signing the retirement papers, you were ready to go home. but first, you needed to do some things first.
picking up the last things from your desk and moving them into a box, you find a picture frame with a group photo of the avengers. all of them. seeing this your eyes are starting to fill with tears and memories of the good old days are flooding your brain. taking a napkin and wiping away the tears, you are ready to leave this part of your life behind and finally move in together with your girlfriend - natasha.
outside the avengers campis you turn around or the last time. "ahh shit, i'm gonna miss this place" and with these being your last words, your turn around and drive home to your apartment.
after a 20 minute drive you finally arrive at your destination. just being able to enter your home and knowing you won't have to fear for the love of you life is a relief.
twisting the keys and opening the door, you notice that the lights are switched off and there is no sign of life in your apartment. "honey! i'm home", after a few minutes and still no answer you start to get worried and roam around the living room looking for your girlfriend. suddenly you smell something. it smells like something is being cooked. you rush to the kitchen when you notice natasha standing at the counter. she is wearing headphones and probably listening to music so she isn't hearing you. sneaking up on her you put your hands on each side of her waist and get as close to her as you possibly can. you expected her flinching so you press a kiss on her cheek and take of her headphones.
"hey baby" you whisper in her ear. "geez, do you have to scare me like that!" she says putting the knife on the counter and turning around. now facing you, she puts her arms on your shoulders and presses light kisses onto your lips. "what have you been up to?" you ask, spying to her left and seeing a cutting board with various cut-up vegetables and a pot filled with cooked rice. "oh this, it's nothing. i thought i'd suprise my lovely girlfriend with a small dinner and to celebrate our retirement i even planed a surprise for you!" she says excited. "oh a surprise? but this is already enough" you say pointing at her and the half-way cooked meal. "and besides, i also have a gift for you" you whisper into her ear, picking her up and placing her onto the counter. you start kissing her soft, welcoming lips. you start making your way down to her neck and leaving small kisses and bites everywhere. as a response you only get a "mmmhh" from natasha, as she is too fixated on your hands on her waist slowly making their way under her shirt. "shit i missed you natty" you mutter whilst kissing her collarbone. "y/n we have to stop.. i have to finish the dinner.." she mutters whilst moving her fingers under your chin.
picking her up and moving to your newly shared bedroom, you softly lay her on your queen sized bed. "the food can wait darling. i need to spend some time with you." you mutter against her lips.

Hasan idea!!
Has been dating his girl for like a year and chat has NO idea until she is cooking in the kitchen or just doing something in the house where she gets hurt and yelps and he immediately shouts “babe!?” and he gets up and helps her. Idk how it would end thats where you can let your creativity flow haha
Love your stuff 🫶🫶
I have simultaneously had a lot of ideas for this and none, because the second I click answer all of them leave my mind. I'm so sorry. It's the mental illness 💀
Hasan hasn't introduced you to stream or chat not because he doesn't love you to bits and pieces, but his chat can be absolutely chaotic in the worst ways and at this point its been put off for so long that neither of you really care (but not in a bad way).
But last night was a lot. The get together bonfire had kept you both up far longer than it should have, not counting you falling asleep in his lap at least twice. It was safe and warm and that buzz you had from that last drink Will made? It sealed your fate.
So while you had finally gotten coffee in you, you were pretty sure that the exhaustion of half sleeping multiple times would be plaguing you for the entire rest of the day. You just wanted to do something nice - cook dinner while he was streaming instead of ordering out. It'd help wake you up and you'd get to watch his face enjoy the food from just off screen as he takes the first bite.
Maybe that exhaustion was much worse than you thought, because when you were cutting through the potatoes for the curry you were cooking, you might have been holding your hand against the potato wrong and sliced directly into your finger. Luckily, you pulled back quickly enough to have not actually done any real damage, but you YELPED and yelped LOUD.
Without a second thought, because Kaya was asleep in the room with him, he called out loudly, "babe!?" Chat went WILD.
>babe? babe? babe? babe?
>WHO????
>who tf 😭 kaya right there
He didn't spare them a 'be right back' before standing up and heading towards the kitchen to see what was going on, and there you were, washing your hand and trying to keep the tears at bay. Hasan was a godsend though because he didn't panic when stuff like this happened and helped bandage the cut on your finger (thank god it really wasn't that bad, because you didn't really want to go to the hospital).
"I-I'm sorry, I was trying to cut the potatoes and I'm so bad at holding my hand right and-"
"Shut up, it's fine," he ran a hand over your shoulder and softly grabbed the back of your neck to kiss your forehead. "Are you good though, really?" You nodded and rubbed the heel of your palm into your eye to push away a last few tear or two.
"Yeah, I'm okay, just feel dumb." He rolled his eyes, mumbling that you weren't dumb and that he was glad you were okay. Hasan pulled you into a hug, pressing soft kisses to your forehead. "You can go back to stream." You both paused and looked at each other.
"I guess they know about you now, huh. Can't really tell them the one yelping was Kaya... You don't have to join this one but, after you finish with the curry we can eat it on stream together."
"Okay. Go back to streaming. I love you, thank you." He kissed you again.
"Love you too."

The cafeteria was bustling with people, just the average, daily experience. You munch on the horrid food they serve, the food you always tried to trade with the people who were smart enough to bring their own. You were lucky to have Sanji in your friend group, he always brought a bit of his own, delicious cooking, which Luffy would often steal.
"Here dear, I brought you some of your favourite!" Sanji exclaims, handing you a small portion of your favourite food with a smile on his face.
"Thanks, you're the best!" You take it and immediately dive in, hoping that you won't feel the taste of the cafeteria's food you finished a minute ago. While talking with Sanji, you could feel someone staring, but every time you looked around to check, there was nobody looking at you.
"Okay guys, last night I was thinking." Nami speaks up, now the whole group's attention focused on her as she stands up on the table. "Robin, you already know, I'm talking about what we discussed over the phone." She smiles.
"Just spit it out." Zoro says, losing his patience with the orange haired girl.
"Since it's our last year here together, I was thinking about hosting a big halloween party! And everyone is invited! And I mean EVERYONE. If you know somebody outside this highschool, feel free to invite them! The party is going to be held on October 31st! That's a week for you to prepare your costumes and get ready for the best night of your lives!" She excitedly says.
The whole group and the people present at the cafeteria cheer for her, everyone in on the idea. You haven't attended a good halloween party in years, and when it comes to parties, you know it's in good hands with Nami.
~○~
You walk trough the girl's locker room's door, the fencing helmet held in your hand since it won't fit in your bag.
"Thanks for waiting." You high five Zoro, standing at the entrance since he changed clothes faster. Maybe because he didn't spend a good twenty minutes with gossiping, or more like overhearing converastions going on about some random girl's personal life.
"So, what did they say?" You ask.
"What?" He looks at you bluntly.
"What do you mean 'what'? Oh. So you didn't ask them about the party." You sigh as realisation hits you.
"I didn't ask them about the party." He repeats, almost sounding proud of himself.
"Nami is counting on us!"
"The whole cafeteria heard her, isn't that enough people? Is her house even that big?"
"Even if it isn't, she'll find a way to get all these people together. She's smart, you gotta give her that."
Just then, a guy trying to leave the fencing hall bumps into you by accident. He rapidly looks up, making you notice his strange shaped nose.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to!" He apologises.
"No, don't worry, it's nothing. I was the one standing in the doorway, it's not your fault." You apologise back, picking up his bag that fell from his hands after the impact. He's about to leave, but you call out for him.
"Hey, uh, I was wondering if you could come to my friend's halloween party. October 31st. You in?" You shout, hoping he still hears you. The guy turns around, and shouts back a "sure" in response. "I'll send you the address, I think I have you on Instagram. Bye!"
The guy puts his thumb up and leaves. You turn back, and you're met with Zoro's eyes piercing trough you.
"What?" You ask, seeing he was clearly bothered by something.
"Nothing. Let's go." He sighs and heads towards his car, landing in the driver's seat.
"If you say so." You shrug and follow, getting in next to Zoro. You open your phone, and type in your address into Google Maps so that you won't have to guide him and his poor navigation skills. Sometimes you wonder how he got his driving license.
He stops at your house. You gather your fencing equipment, and step out of the car.
"Are you coming to Nami's party?" You hold the door open so you can speak with him.
"You sure sound very excited about it. I thought you hated parties, the people, drinks and all." He replies.
"I still do. But Nami and the others will be there, at least I won't feel alone. I want to see how it turns out. You still didn't answer me."
"I guess it's worth a try. She will probably buy the expensive drinks, someone's gotta try those out."
"You're saying that because you are an alcoholic, Zoro."
"I know. Bye." He grabs your door's handle and closes it, starts the engine and drives off.
"Yeah... Bye." You say to yourself.
You plop down on your bed, letting your body sink into the soft mattress. Maybe Zoro was right. Maybe you shouldn't go. Parties? You never attended them, the overwhelming amount of people and the disgusting smell of alcohol that would stay on your shirt keeping you away from these events.
But for God's sake, it will be hosted by Nami this time. She was your best friend ever since you started highschool, and she was also your number one supporter from the moment you two met. And now she was going to organise a huge halloween party with everyone invited, there's just no way you wouldn't attend it! Besides, all your other friends would be there, too! Robin or Sanji would definitely let you stick to their sides, you'd be safe there. You've got a whole week to get ready, both your costume and mentally.
~○~
Nami throws another ingredient in the cart, adding to the weight of it, making it even harder for you to push it forward.
"Did you even look at the price of it? Or are you just throwing in everything you see?" You ask your friend.
"We need all these, and I have the money for it. I just can't wait for tonight! This will be the party of the year, and I bet everyone will be talking about it tomorrow!" She exclaims, throwing another bag of potato chips your way. You catch it and place it on top of the heap of other food already in the cart.
"What will be your costume, Y/N?" Nami looks at you as the two of you join the line at the cash register.
"I couldn't come up with anything, I'll probaly go dressed as myself. Not very original, I know." You say as place the groceries on the conveyor belt one by one.
"Hm, I was looking forward to see you in some costume for once, but whatever." She sounds dissapointed, but at least she respects your decision.
After paying the crazy amount of money Nami decided to spend on snacks, you get into her car, heading straight towards her house. A few days ago you agreed to help her set up the party, but didn't expect it to be such a big thing. Sure, Nami was the host, so it's natural that she would plan something huge.
Her keys dingle in the front door's keyhole, and she opens it. Both your hands full with the bags, only being freed after you manage to drop them on her kitchen counter with a sigh.
"What should I help with?" You inquire, leaning on the white marble kitchen island.
"I was only thinking of helping with the groceries and now that's done, but if you're already here, could you put these into bowls? You know where to find them." She motions at the snacks in the grocery bags.
Of course you knew, Nami invited you over more than a million times, you could swear you knew the whereabout of every small item in her house. You open a cupboard, grabbing a bunch of bowls from it.
"I've got some things to tend to, Usopp should be here in about twenty minutes." She waves before going upstairs to take care of whatever she needed to.
"Ayyy! I didn't expect you here! Only here to set things up, or staying for the party too?" Usopp hugs you upon entering.
"Weird to see me here, huh? I'll stay for the party too, though I will probably stay by somebody's side, likely Robin or Sanji, maybe you, we'll see." You hug him back.
"Only an hour before the others arrive, I'm so excited! It's gonna be fun, I promise, and if ya ever feel lonely, find me!" Usopp pulls away and the two of you share your own handshake that took days to perfect.
~○~
The loud music with the same, repetative beat keeps playing from the speakers installed by Usopp earlier today, maybe an hour ago. You didn't expect everybody from the cafeteria to actually pull up, but it seems like you weren't the only one who thought it would be nice to attend a party just this one time. Everybody was there, event those smart students whose daily routine was entirely made up of studying and the quiet kids nobody knew anything about, and they all seemed to have fun. Except you.
You stood alone in the corner of the living room, awkwardly holding the red plastic cup filled with alcohol that you won't drink anyway. Maybe coming here was a bad idea after all.
"Uh, hey." You hear voice behind you, though it was faint since the music was being blasted. You turn around to see the guy from your fencing classes, the same guy that you invited here because Zoro wouldn't do it.
"Hi." You say, your fingers fiddling with the cup as you force a smile onto your face.
"I see you're alone. Zoro didn't come with you? I was sure he would." He starts.
"Uhhh I haven't seen him yet, but the party only started not so long ago, he said some days ago that he'll show up. He's bad with directions and navigation, maybe he just got lost." You explain.
"Oh, alright, if you say so. My name's Kaku. Nice to meet you, I've been watching you during fencing classes."
Zoro's face expressed disgust. Was it worth coming here? He stands still near the doorway of the living room, silently observing the scene currently unfolding on the other side of the room. When he entered, you were the first thing he saw amidst the crowd, but his happiness quickly dissapeared after a guy approaches you. Zoro could recognise him as Kaku from fencing classes, the guy who would always be paired with Zoro (and inevitably lose to him).
He couldn't hear what your conversation was about, the other guests and the music overpowering his hearing. Oh how he hated Kaku. He annoyed Zoro so much, his voice, gestures, everything. And now this man he hated was talking to you. It was supposed to be him. Maybe if he didn't take twenty-two wrong turns, get stuck in a traffic jam AND park his car in front of the wrong house, it could be him. But that wasn't the case right now, because instead of enjoying your company, he stood still on the other side of the room.
It bothered him how you had to force a smile, he could see it across the crowded room, but Kaku standing next to you couldn't. He just kept talking and talking, not noticing the way you were looking in all directions but at Kaku, who didn't seem to care.
"Heyyy, you wanna join me on the dance floor?" An unknown girl comes up to Zoro, pointing at the middle of the living room.
"No." He coldly turned her down, not even bothering to look at this girl. He couldn't take his eyes off you and Kaku, and knew that if the guy tries to do anything, whether it be a romantic or hurtful action towards you, he's going to be there between the two of you in the blink of an eye.
Just then, he notices as Kaku takes your hand into his, the movement making you seemingly uncomfortable. Seeing this, Zoro takes rapid steps trough the living room, squishing himself trough the crowd, his katanas colliding into each other. As he gets closer, he starts to hear you voice.
"No, uh, thanks, I-" you stutter, politely turning him down, trying to pull yourself back to the corner you were standing in.
"Come on, you're supposed to have fun, right? Zoro's not coming anyway, that asshole doesn't care." Kaku chuckles. Zoro deeply inhales. It took his all not to launch at the guy and gut him right then and there.
"No, sorry. I'm not going anywhere with you." You insist, pulling back your hand in hopes of freeing it from his grasp. Your heart was beating faster, and it was definitely not because Kaku's charms. You've already considered all possible outcomes of this. Lucky for you there was a small cupboard with a vase on it next to you just in case of an emergency.
"No way, I'm a nice guy, you know me! I-"
"She said no."
"Zoro!" You smile upon hearing your friend's deep voice, one that you could recognise anywhere. Kaku seems to lose some of his self confidence after Zoro's voice hits his ears, but he still didn't let go of your hand.
"Hey, buddy!" He gives the green haired man a fake smile. This was off to a bad start. Zoro could swear that if this guy called him 'buddy' again, he'll lose it.
"Let her go." He says back, not even greeting Kaku. Instead, he stared into his soul, and if looks could kill, Kaku would be gone by now.
"Alright, fine!" Kaku gets defensive, letting go of you and raising both his hands up like he was being arrested. It looked like he was waiting for a 'thank you', but you sure weren't going to thank him for the bare minimum. Feeling the tension, the guy tries to lighten the mood before Zoro accidentally stares too strongly at him.
"Zoro, buddy, can I invite you for a drink?" He asks.
Zoro nods, knowing that Kaku had no idea of what he just got himself into.
"I'll be back soon." Zoro smiles your way, which is not a rare phenomenon with you, then leaves wirh Kaku following closely behind him, leaving you alone yet again.
~○~
Zoro pours another drink into the cup, Kaku letting out a sigh of satisfaction as he downs it again. Both of them sat at the kitchen counter, drinking up everything they could find. They both consumed the same amount of alcohol, but one of them was definitely drunker than the other. Zoro was an expert at alcohol drinks, and could still stay sober even after an insane amount of drinks. Unlike Kaku. He was deeply drunk by now, just as Zoro expected it.
"Zoro, hi! You're actually here, cool! Though I would be happier if you left your katanas at home." Nami appears, greeting her friend.
"I always take them with me everywhere."
"Yeah, that's exactly why you are banned from so many places."
"Zoro, pour me and yourself another!" Kaku chuckles, his shaky hands holding the cup towards the green haired. Zoro agrees, but when he tries to grab another drink, he notices that it's all gone.
"Strange. I thought you were prepared, Nami." He says.
"I WAS! But you two idiots drank it all!" She shouts at the two, mad that they didn't leave any for the rest of the guests.
"So no more drinks?" Zoro looks over to Nami, earning a sigh from her.
"There is. Go to the garage, I have a few crates of it stored there. Bring those up, but leave some for the others."
"Why do I have to get them? You're the host, do it yourself." Kaku whines, clearly drunk.
"MAYBE BECAUSE I WASN'T THE ONE WHO DRANK IT ALL. NOW GO." she pushes Kaku out of the room, Zoro walking behind them.
He would be lying if he said this wasn't what he was planning all along. The crates in the garage? He knew about it. And he also knew that nobody will be there, all the guests in the living room or one of the guest rooms. He felt a bit bad for leaving you alone, but there were things that had to be done. And it was for your own good.
"Man, I'm telling ya, I would be long gone with that girl if you didn't interfere. Damn bro, I even had some aphrodisiac with me, I-"
Zoro didn't need to hear the rest. His steps slowed down, mind going in multiple directions. Did he just mean you when saying 'that girl'? Did he really want to give you that shit? Kaku may be drunk, but drunk words are sober thoughts, and Zoro knew that. He hated Kaku, but now he snapped. This guy was going too far, and Zoro didn't like the way this crazy dude talked and thought about you.
He opens the garage's door, holding it open for Kaku to enter, and he does so, skipping his way down the few stairs. Unbeknownst to him, he just walked into a trap, one that Zoro has been planning ever since Kaku started making flirty comments towards you during fencing classes, not noticing how you were internally cringing and creeped out by him, but neither of you ever said a word about this. And tonight really did it for Zoro. He didn't invite Kaku for a drink because he wanted to get closer to him. He did it to get him into this drunken state, and made him drink up every drink until there was none left. He didn't need Nami to ask them to get more, he would've done it anyways.
Kaku looks trough the shelves, searching for even more drinks.
"Zoro, you helping me or nah?" He inquires, still looking at the metal shelf.
"Sure. I think I already found one of the crates." He says, carrying a crate filled with whiskey over to Kaku. He tries to hand it to him, but drops it in the process. The glasses break, the alcohol spilling on the floor and Kaku, who is now soaked from head to toe, given that he was crouching when this happened.
"Sorry." There was no remorse in Zoro's tone, but the guy believed him anyways, the drinks doing their thing.
"It's okay buddy, mistakes happen." He smiles, going back to searching the shelf again in case he missed something.
He doesn't notice as Zoro quietly locks the garage's door, trapping the two alone together. He starts searching in his pocket, until he finally gets his hands on the keys to Nami's car, the keys that he stole from the hanger in the hallway. Zoro opens the car's door, sitting down on the leather seat of it, then inserts the key and the engine comes to life with a buzzing sound.
"Ey man, be careful or you'll hit me!" Kaku shouts, still crouching just a few meters away from the car.
"Don't worry. Stay there, and you'll be safe. I just want to test something." He lies, and steps on the gas pedal. The tires of the car squealed on the concrete floor of the garage, which had just enough space for the green haired to roll the car back a bit.
"Buddy, Zoro, no, no, let me just go back, you can try the car when I'm not here." Kaku stands up, ready to leave in this instant.
"Stay put. I'm here to crush your skull, not the car." And with that, Zoro pushes the car's gear, feet forcefully pressing the gas pedal.
A loud thud echoes in the garage as Zoro crashes into the wall, the breaking of bones and coughs ringing with it. Kaku tries to take deep breaths, but now that he was squished between the wall and the car, it seemed impossible. His head was spinning, eyesight hazy, the only thing he tried to focus his eyes on was the man in the driver's seat, staring at him with an emotionless gaze.
Zoro backs up a bit with the car, Kaku falling to the floor with broken ribs. He coughs, clawing at the floor in hopes of being able to crawl away. Zoro opens the car's door, slowly stepping out. Kaku was almost at the few steps leading to the door, when he looks back over his shoulders at the sound of footsteps, the green haired man approaching him.
"No, please, I-" he crawls a bit faster, but Zoro grabs him by the collar of his shirt, pulling him back with force, then dragging him along the cold concrete floor, back towards the car.
Zoro lifts him up, then places him in the drivers seat while he stands at the car's door.
"You're gonna be in big trouble when I tell the others about this." He manages to whisper between coughs, his own blood filling his mouth.
"They won't." And with that, Zoro steps on the gas pedal, quickly pulling his leg back after doing so. A deafening scream pierces trough the air, the car running into the wall yet again, the metal shelf between the two objects breaking right trough the windshield, the end of it sliding trough Kaku's head.
The car sparks at the impact, the alcohol spilled there by Zoro previously catching fire. Was the crate drop a few minutes ago intentional? Yes. Yes, it was. Now the car was in flames, the already dead Kaku stiff in the drivers seat.
Zoro calmly grabs a crate filled with beer from the other side of the room, and makes his way towards the door like nothing happened. He doesn't look back, letting the car burn with Kaku inside it. The whole garage was made up of concrete walls, which cannot catch or spread fire, meaning that Nami's house won't burn down if he leaves the fire to be.
He leaves the room, striding back to the kitchen. Just as he was about to leave the hallway and enter the living room, Nami comes rushing to him.
"Zoro! What took you so long?! We heard loud noises, I was getting worried that something happened to you!" She scolds him.
"I didn't know you could do that." He coldly replies, earning an eyeroll from the ginger girl, who noticed something.
"Wait, where's the guy who went with you?" She asks.
"Oh, Kaku? He told me to feel free to come back, said he wanted to try something. He should be here soon." He lies straight to Nami's face.
Nami shrugs, about to go back to the middle of the party, when she suddenly stops in her tracks. Her nose picks up an unkonwn scent, or more like smell.
"Zoro, can you smell it too?" She asks worriedly, turning back to the swordsman. "Smoke." Realisation dawns on her, eyes going wide. She rushes out the room, a curious Usopp and you behind her. "You're coming too!" She shouts back, clearly meaning Zoro. So, he follows them.
The grey smoke filled the hallway as they got closer to the garage, Nami already suspecting what happened. Usopp bursts trough the garage's door, letting out a few coughs along with Nami and you. The room was filled with smoke, the orange haired girl's car still in flames, it was only a matter of time before it gets worse and the car explodes.
"SOMEBODY HELP! WE NEED WATER! CALL THE POLICE AND FIREFIGHTERS!" Usopp screams. Nami and you nod, running back to warn the others and call for help.
Now Zoro was left alone with Usopp, who was panicking, taking fast and deep breaths to calm himself down.
"You, Zoro? D-don't you feel l-like doing something about this?" He shakily asks, eyes on the green haired man.
"I already did." He answers. Usopp slightly scrunches his eyebrows, not quite understanding what he meant.
"What are y-you trying to say? You're creeping me out a bit, you know." He takes a tiny step back, Zoro looking at him with a colder, more menacing stare than usual.
Usopp swallows hard, feeling uneasy after Zoro doesn't give him an answer.
"Zoro, you... you didn't, right?" He nervously chuckles, but Zoro still doesn't move or say anything. Usopp realises that he's in grave danger here, and it's time for him to run. But just as he turns around, ready to sprint back to the living room, he hears as Zoro unsheats one of his katanas. Usopp grabs a vase, throwing it right towards Zoro, who simply cuts trough it.
"This can't be real, this can't be real, this can't be real!" Usopp murmurs to himself, shutting his eyes for a few seconds. But when he opens them again, Zoro's gone. Or at least that's what he thought, standing up, letting out a deep sigh at the fact that he won't die.
"Sorry. No witnesses." He hears the deep voice from behind, the blade making contact with his upper body. Usopp looks down, and is met with the sight of Zoro's katana going trough right his heart. He sees as Zoro pulls out the blade from his flesh, a hole left in its place. He coughs, blood spilling from his mouth before landing on the flooring beneath him with a thud.
Zoro's hands were now stained with his friend's blood, the crimson liquid staining Nami's floor and his katana's shiny blade. He had to get rid of the body quickly, before you, Nami and all the others return with the cops. So, he grabs Usopp's dead body by the legs, dragging him to the burning car in the garage a few steps away.
You panic, dialing 911 as fast as possible while Nami ushered everybody out the house before something else catches on fire too, or the flames reach the wrong spot of the car and it explodes. But Usopp was down there, trying to put it out with the buckets from the storage room. Or at least that's what you thought was happening.
"911, what's your emergency?" A female voice chimes in from the other side of the line, one that you could recognise.
"Uta, hi! Nami's car got caught on fire in her garage, and she said somebody was there too, it can explode any minute, Usopp is trying to put it out but I'm worried for him, I-" you dump all the information on her, but she calmly cuts you off.
"Alright. I'll ask my dad to go, he'll bring some of his colleagues too, so him and some firefighters will be there in a few minutes."
"Thank you. Bye." You shake, worried for Usopp and Zoro at the garage. Uta puts down the phone, and you do the same as you rush back to the garage to get the two out of the house.
You cough as you get closer, Usopp and Zoro nowhere to be seen.
"ZORO! USOPP! COME ON, WE NEED TO GET OUT!" You shout, hoping they will hear you. You slow in your track when you notice the splatters of blood on the floor and wall a few meters away from the entrance of the garage. Did something happen to them? You think for a second. Maybe the fire wasn't caused by accident. Maybe somebody set it on fire intentionally, killing the person Nami said was there. And now he maybe got one of your friends too.
"USOPP! ZOR-" you call out their names, when suddenly the green haired man appears in the garage's doorway.
"Oh god, you're alright! Look, we need to get out of here, the police, firefighters and ambulance are already on their way, there's nothing we can do about the fire now. And I might sound stupid right now, but there might be even a killer, and-"
"There is. Now come with me and get out of here." He cuts you off and grabs your hand, heading to where you just came from.
"But Usopp-" you try to stop yourself, but Zoro keeps dragging you behind him.
"He'll be fine." He replies, not even looking at you.
"You know what he's like, we can't just leave him here!" You argue back, slightly raising your voice.
"There's no time for him, we need to leave, now."
"No!" You tear your hand away from his. "He will panic that he's alone, or worse, he can die too! Don't you think about that?!"
"I do, but I don't care. I don't care if that fool dies, but if I don't get you out of here and you die because of me, I'll never forgive myself." He lifts you, throwing you over his shoulder, firm hands keeping you in place. You squirm, trying to get out of his touch, but it seems impossible.
He bursts trough the door, then places you down at the front yard. The other guests were either gone the moment they heard there was a fire, or watched in horror as the smoke flowed out the house. Just as you step on the sidewalk in front of the house, the sound of cop cars hit your ears, that same deafening sound as all the other times. Firefighters and ambulance arrive at the scene too, jumping out of the vehicles in an instant. You rush towards one firefighter, the black haired, freckled guy you were friends with.
"Ace! Ace, one of my friends is still inside, please, try to find him and get him out." You beg, tears forming in the corner of your eyes.
"That's my job, sweetheart. Don't worry!" He reassuringly winks, running toward's Nami's house.
You knew Ace since childhood, you both went to the same school and your moms were good friends, so you got to hang out with him a lot. He loved going on adventures, and was a good company. He always dreamt of being a firefighter, and it was like a dream come true for him when he got the job. You knew that he will be great at this job, and you trusted him. When he told you not to worry, you believed him, there was something about your friend saying this that calmed you down a bit.
"Hey, you alright?" Another familiar voice sounds from behind you, his hands placed on your shoulders. You turn around and see the red haired man with scars over one of his eyes, worry displaying in his eyes. You couldn't hold your tears anymore, this was it. You wrap your arms around him, face buried into his chest, sobs escaping your lips.
"It's okay, it's okay. You'll be fine." He hugs back, bringing a sense of comfort to you. Shanks was the usual friendly cop, the one who would always be there when an old lady called the police because her cat got stuck on a tree, the man who would knock into your home just because he was bored and wanted company. You knew him, his little secrets, and he knew yours.
~○~
The rest of the night you sat in Shanks' cop car, a blanket over you after a doctor checked up on you and it was all okay. You were devastated. Ace and the doctors did everything they could to save Usopp, who was found dead in the garage, stabbed. The other victim was Kaku, who died under mysterious circumstances. There was definitely a killer, but nobody knew who it was. Though you did have your suspect. And you could only wish you were wrong.
The last time you and Nami saw Kaku was when he was with Zoro, but Nami said that the two went to fetch drinks and Kaku stayed behind, so maybe that wasn't Zoro's fault. But it was also him who stayed with Usopp, he was last seen with him. And the fact that Zoro carries his katanas everywhere, including this party, and Usopp getting killed by a blade just fit together. Why would he kill Usopp? You had no idea.
Everyone got questioned one by one, and sadly all clues lead to Zoro according to Benn, who was Shanks' colleague. You didn't know him like you knew Shanks, but you would meet him often. He was smart, and knew what he was doing. And that's why you were so worried. Because he is likely right this time too, and that means Zoro, your best friend is a murderer.
You see as Shanks approaches his car where you were sitting, a serious look on his face.
"Is something wrong?" You quietly ask, worried that something happened, something wrong.
"I'm sorry. I really am." He says as he sits down in the back next to you, looking in a direction. You follow where his eyes are focused, and see what you didn't want to. Zoro in handcuffs, escorted to a police car. A tear escapes you, it hurts to think that your friend is a killer. You didn't know his motives, why he did what he did, but he probably had a good reason.
~○~
Life went smoothly. The image of that night was still vivid in your mind, but you forgot about it so often that it was almost like it's gone. You would still sometimes dream about it, but other than that, you were fine. Shanks was worried that you will be targeted after this, so he offered to take care of you and live with him if you want. You have been living alone ever since you were 15, and you knew Shanks well, so, you moved in with him. He has been acting as your father figure ever since, and you totally don't mind it.
You would sometimes still wonder: why did you do it, Zoro?

so basically florence & reader have been dating for a 2 years and a half now and theyre convinced theyre soulmates.
readers already met flos family and they ADORE her, shes really close friends with both raffie and toby, arabella also loves her, and her parents arent anything different, they absolutely love her too and reader even cooks a lot with clint because she loves cooking and shes really good at it so they share tips & cook together for the family. her mother, deb, admires reader a lot and wants her to marry florence (and the whole family wants it too)
florences been thinking about proposing for a really long time, so she took the perfect opportunity and planned on doing so in their family vacacion in greece.
on one of the days the whole family had different plans, toby went to mykonos for the day with her girlfriend, deb and clint also went but they went different ways and raffie went with arabella to milos. so there was only florence and reader left, so florence decided this was the perfect chance for proposing, she took reader to a gorgeous restaurant in santorini called 'amente restaurant' where they saw the most breathtaking sunset youd ever seen.
when they finished dinner, she took reader to a gorgeous spot where you could see the views and proposed.

The weather was almost a little too perfect in Greece, not that you or anybody else were complaining. The sun kissed your skin just right, the breeze was refreshing and of course, the views were breath-taking. Florence, yourself, and her family decided to take a family trip to the family’s go-to place for some must needed family time. Florence was about to start going some press tours for her soon to be released movie as well as doing other things her job required so you were going to soak up this time as much as you could.
Since the Pugh family visit here often it was no surprise that they ended up buy a holiday house. When you first started dating Florence 2 and a half years ago, she kept saying how much she wanted to take you to Greece with the family and show you around, show you all her favourite restaurants and cafés, show you the beautiful beaches and her favourite places to watch the sun set. You still remember the first time you joined the loud and loving family on their visit, Raffie was just as excited as Florence was, maybe even an inch more.
You’ve always gotten along extremely well with Florence’s family. At Christmas when you’d join Flo in Oxford, she’d find you in the kitchen with Clint giving him an extra pair of hands with dinner. This was no surprise to her, even though she also loved help her father, she also loved enjoying a few naughty cocktails with Raffie and Arabella. Toby would also join them with his favourite drink. You learnt a lot from Clint whenever you were both in the kitchen together, you loved to cook and often would be cooking alongside Flo back in LA. Clint would show you different things that you didn’t know as well as giving you a few tips, some you’d already knew because of Florence but you didn’t tell him that. He was always so happy to show you new things and always joked about kicking Flo out of the kitchen just to let you cook by yourself so he could see what you’ve learnt.
It was safe to say the family loved you just as much as you loved them. They always welcomed you with open arms, Gran holding you extra tight just to show you her appreciation for making her granddaughter the happiest she’s been. Deb ways always open about calling you her future daughter in law and would introduce you to other family members and family friends as “This is Y/n, my daughter in law” or “This is Y/n, Florence’s wife” even though the two of you weren’t engaged or married, although it was usually spoken about late at night.
The family vacation to Greece was booked for two weeks, the first week was mostly window shopping, trips to the beaches, cafés for lunch and hanging out at different restaurants for dinner along with plenty of social drinking. Florence wasn’t shy when showing you off, she’d always be seen having her arms wrapped around you, placing kisses anywhere she could, one of your favourites was when she’d leave soft kisses on the back of your shoulder of neck when she’d hold you from behind.
You were currently relaxed on the shared bed reading a book you had brought along. It was a little after 4pm when Florence threw herself next to you, “So Tobs and Scar are going to Mykonos tomorrow with mum and dad. Raffie and Bells are taking Grans to Milos so that just leaves us” Florence looked up at you, resting her chin on the palm of her right hand. You marked the page in your book and placed it on your lap, “and what would you like to do my love?” you asked with a smile. “Well, there’s this restaurant in Santorini that I want to take you too” she battered her green eyes are you, “you can dine outside, they have this big open view of the ocean and the sunsetting it just beautiful” she adds.
“Sounds like a plan” you give her another smile. “We can do some shopping and stuff throughout the day but wear that dress I packed for you” she sat up. “Wh-what dress?” you looked at her with a confused look. “Oh, you didn’t notice? I brought you a little something” she smirks and walks over to her suitcase and pulling out a Farm Rio shopping bag.
“I saw you saved this on my phone the other week when you were looking through the website” she says placing the bag in your lap. “Flo, you didn’t have to get me anything” you expressed. “Just open it” she sat at your feet. Carefully, you pulled out the white dress that was covered in a blue pattern, you’d been eyeing it off for a few weeks, but you forgot all about it since being on vacation. “Baby, thank you” you looked at Flo who was already smiling at you. “No need to thank me, darling” she leant over and kissed your soft lips.
The following day, Florence took you to Santorini where the two of you enjoy some sunbathing on the beach, Florence made sure you were covered in sunblock before even getting comfortable with a book. Once it got a little warmer the two of you took a dip in the ocean, the water cooling your hot skin instantly. “Do we really have to leave next week?” you asked, clinging onto Florence as the two of you stayed afloat. “I’m sure I could squeeze and extra few days if you really want” she smiled, placing a kiss on the tip of your nose. “I’ve just having a blast here, no stress, completely relaxed and we finally got to spend time together without work. Am I wrong for not wanting this to end?” you pouted. “Of course not, darling.  Why don’t you take some more time off work and come with on the press tour?” Florence suggested.
You’d been thinking about doing that, just because she can be gone for months at a time and when she gets back, she’s only going to go back to readings and shooting scenes, but you also didn’t want her to pay for everything. It was an understanding between the two of you that you enjoyed making your own money and never wanted Florence to feel like she had to pay for everything just because she was able too.
“I want too but I’m not sure if I could go for the whole tour” you replied, Florence looked into your eyes, “let me cover it, just this once. I want you there baby, I want you by my side, I don’t want to be in hotels thinking about you while you’re at home. Please and if it’ll make you feel better you can just pay it back” she suggested, knowing money was the one thing stopping you. You thought about it, “just this once?” you said with slight hesitancy, “baby, I’d buy the world for you, I don’t care how much. I just want you by my side”
How could you say no to her now? “Okay, but let me put some of my own money towards it”
Florence’s face lit up with a smile “of course darling” she replied before pulling you closer in the water, kissing you passionately.
After a few hours at the beach the two of you moved on to a small café not far from the beach for a light lunch as Flo hinted that dinner would be bigger. You couldn’t keep your eyes off Florence whenever she was taking mental images of the sights around her, you found yourself falling more in love with her by the minute. After lunch it was a little widow shopping which always led to you buying things that you didn’t exactly need but you loved the design or thought it would look cute displayed at home.
Dinner time quickly came around and the two of you were starting!
“Welcome to Amente, do you have a reservation?” the waiter greeted with a warm smile.
“I do, it should be under Pugh” Florence returned the smile. “Oh yes! My apologies Miss Pugh, this way” he takes two menus from the counter and leads you both outside to a table by the water. “Woah!” you gasped, Flo looked back at you and chuckled at your facial expression, “this place is beautiful” you said.
“Please, take your time looking at our menu and I’ll come back shortly to take your order. Would you like a bottle of water to start off?”  the gentleman asks as Flo pulls your chair out for you, “thank you” you take your seat. “Water would great, thank you” Florence replied to the waiter then took her seat. “I can’t believe you’ve never taken me here before!” you looked to Florence, “I was saving it for something special” she smiled.
The two of you opened the menu, humming and haring at the many choices. “Everything sounds so good!” you boosted. “Get whatever you like darling, it’s on me tonight. No excuses” Florence looked up at you, “babe” you titled your head slightly, “I said no excuses baby” she smiled once more. After looking over the menu multiple times you both decided on a seafood dish and desert to come out after, you even tried your luck on ordering a cocktail you’ve never had before.
The night was full of small talk, laughs and reminisces of the past 2 and a half years and the food hit all the right places. “I’m so lucky to be able to share this part of my life with you” Florence spoke, looking into your eyes. “I’d say I’m the lucky one” you replied sipping on your third cocktail. “I have one more surprise for you”
“Baby, you’ve done more than enough, I’ve had the perfect day! What else could you possibly have for me now?”
“You’ll have to wait and see” she winked playfully, “but I do want to leave shortly because the sunset here is absolutely beautiful, but I know a place where it’s magical” she adds. “It is really beautiful here, I honestly can’t believe you’ve kept this place a secret for this long!” your eyes travelled to the sun starting to set, filling the sky with different shades of yellow and oranges. “You deserve the best” Florence said as she took in the moment with you.
You and Florence had one last cocktail before she took you to Caldera, a popular place to capture the setting sun. Little did you know, Florence had asked around and made a request that the popular viewpoint would be closed off for just a little while, it took a lot of convincing, but she managed to pull it off.
“Flo! Look at that view!” you gasped, “it’s beautiful oh my god!” you added, the sunset completely making you speechless. “it’s so clear, open and peaceful” you managed to explain as you felt Florence’s arms wrap around your waist. “It’s truly beautiful” she said softly near your left ear. You slightly lent back into her hold, resting your head in the crook of her next. “Thank you for such a beautiful day” you said as the two of you kept your eyes on the sunsetting over the ocean. The two of you stayed like this for a moment longer, Florence wanting to time this perfectly. You pouted when you felt her release her hold and move away from you.
“Darling, turn around, I want a photo of you and the sun set” you heard her voice speak. You couldn’t help but smile, turning on the heels of your feet you saw her, on one knee, holding a valet red box. “Florence?” your heart skipped a beat or two. She had a soft smile on her lips, “I’ve thought about this day since the first time you came to Greece with me” she starts.
“I remember how over the moon you were to join us, you were so excited, like a kid at Christmas. Everything amazed you, even the birds managed to sweep you off your feet. I knew then, you were going to the only person I’d bring back here” Florence smiles at the memory, “I’ve had this planned for weeks, I was just waiting for the perfect time for us to be along so I could do this” she goes on, “Y/n, darling, when I look into your eyes I only see the future, I see a happiness that I only want to share with you. You’re the only person I’ve loved so deeply, and I will continue to love you deeper and deeper, to hold you tighter, to kiss you longer and to laugh with you louder. You’re the one I want to come home too, you’re the one I want the world to know is mine, you’re the one I want to spend Christmas with when we get snowed in, you’re the one I want to drink my morning tea with every day. Baby you’re the one, you’re the only one”
Tears of happiness filled your eyes; your hand covered your mouth as you listened to her words. “Y/n, darling” she tried to hide the smile tugging at her lips, “will you marry me?” she finally asks.
“Like that is even a question” you smiled, tears slowly streaming down your cheek, “get up here and kiss me” you added. Florence chuckled, slowly getting back on her feet, “so is that a, yes?”
You nodded, pulling her closer to you, “Yes, yes I’ll marry you” you whispered with a wide smile. Florence’s looked down and pulled the lid back on the box and carefully placed the ring on your finger. “I cannot wait to call you my wife” she looks back into your eyes, stroking your cheek with her free hand, “I love you so much” she says before crashing her lips onto yours. You wrap your arms around the back of her neck and deepen the kiss.

sorry ive been dead for the past week+ a LOT has happened again so complaining under the cut i suppose.
2024 keeps giving me whiplash and it's like I cannot get a break. I finished my TMS therapy finally and like. I have no idea if I am doing better or not but at least its over with. I'm dreaming again which is nice. And I finally got my sleeping pills back but I've been off them for so long that I now have to readjust to them and its been kinda difficult. Pair that with all the sleep debt I've accumulated and it's been a bit rough. At the very least this is the first weekend I've had in over a month where I have not been taking 3 hour long naps every day so that's good.
What's not good is the fact my estranged aunt on my dad's side of the family died in what looks to be an OD. Horrible way to go. I was not close to her at all as my dad's side of the family is certifiably nuts and I want nothing to do with them, but now there's an issue with inheritance regarding my aunt. Her older sister, and my other aunt, is supposed to contact me regarding said inheritance as its supposed to be 50/50 but she has not yet. Which is no surprise really as she is a very greedy person and will try and cut me out of whatever I am owed. So I may have to get a lawyer or something. Idk. My mom is going to help me out with this but this is just another headache I will have to deal with. Luckily, due to the TMS therapy, my anxiety is managed so I'm not panicking about this yet but. Still. I just want this to be over with.
My patients at work have also been difficult. Not personality wise but they've just been so complicated. They come to us half-dead on their last legs and it's heartbreaking but with all the comorbidities I can only do so much to help them. I ain't jesus and I cannot perform miracles. I get home from work and just pass out in bed since I'm so emotionally and mentally drained. It doesn't help that I've found out that some of my previous patients have died not long after seeing them and I really do not need to know that. I do not need existential dread at 2:00 AM while staring at brain waves.
Aaand I've just. Been trying to rest I think. I've been so stressed out these past few months that the little brain power I have left over has been going to video games, cooking, and managing my kitten. Writing has been pushed out of the way which is sad as I do have ideas and think about my blorbos often. But I cannot seem to put any of that mental energy into like. Actually fleshing out their stories. Instead I think about stupid shit or smut which is lovely but unhelpful.
Hopefully I'll come back from this mini hiatus soon. Sometimes an epiphany will hit me like a train and I'll jump in feet-first back into writing and interacting here. But it may take a while, as I am an extreme introvert and it's hard for me to interact with more than one or two people at a time.
I'll just. Continue to work on it through therapy and hopefully that will help me along.

Ok i have an idea based on personal experience:
Can i have a oneshot of gojo x reader where gojo's girlfriend is a really good cook and her foods are amazing but she always end up burning herself bad or sometimes even cut her fingers but she doesnt reach cause she has a high pain tolerance because of being a grade one sorcerer?
Like, when satoru sees his gf burn herself and doesnt react,he wants to hit his head to the wall and he has to treat her himself?
- 🌊 anon
I’ll add in a little personal experience myself where I witnessed someone spill boiling water on themselves and they didn’t even flinch 😵‍💫😵‍💫
TW: reader spills boiling water on their hand idk if this counts as a tw but I’ll add it just in case since it is mentions of physical hurt
── ・ 。゚☆: *.☽ .* :☆゚.───
You were boiling some noodles for a dish you were preparing for yourself and Satoru. He was still stuck in a meeting at Jujutsu High and was go into be arriving home soon and you wanted to have dinner ready before he came home.
You heard the door click open and turn your head over your shoulder, “Satoru, welcome back!”
“Hi, Y/N. Smells good in here.” Satoru smiled as he removed his blindfold and shoes and made his way towards you. He wrapped his arms around your waist and placed a quick kiss on your cheek.
“Need help with anything?” He asks as his eyes watch your hands work on the food.
“No, it’s almost done I can handle it. I wanted to finish before you came back home but it’s fine, it’ll be ready like five minutes anyways.”
Satoru hummed and placed another kiss on your cheek, “Sounds good to me. I’m still going to watch though, you look cute when you cook.” You couldn’t help but laugh a little at his compliment as you shyly looked away. You grabbed the colander and started to pour the boiling water out to free the tender noodles. You misjudged how far the water would splash and ended up spilling almost half of the water on your hand. You let out a monotone “ow” and continue to pour the water and give the colander a little shake to remove anymore excess water hidden in the noodles.
Satoru gasped loudly and grabbed your hand, taking the colander with his other and moving it to the side.
“Y/N!! You just burnt your hand with boiling water!!”
“Yeah, I’m fine. It didn’t hurt that much.”
“Y/N!!” Satoru scolded. “Don’t be so reckless, you could hurt yourself.”
“Satoru, it’s fine I barely even felt it. I’m a grade one sorcerer, this basically nothing.” You scoffed a little.
Satoru looked you sternly in the eyes. “Y/N, you make me want to bash my head into the wall, be more careful! Let me help you. I’ll get the aloe vera, that helps with burns, right?”
Satoru sits you down to keep you away from cooking as he searched the cupboards to find the bottle of aloe vera all while muttering to you.
“Honestly, Y/N. Even if you don’t feel it, it’s still damaging. You shouldn’t ignore it like that. Your skin could get all messed up from that. And don’t get me started on you in battle. Do you realize how much you worry me sometimes?? It’s cool you have a high pain tolerance and all, but for the sake of my heart, please just be careful and let me help you when I can. I’ll tend to all your wounds for the rest of my life. That’s a promise I’ll forever keep. And I expect you to hold up your side of this promise too.” He slammed the cupboard door shut with the aloe vera in hand. He pouts at you when he kneels down to hold your injured hand in his.
You laugh a little at his pout, “Okay, Satoru. I’m sorry. I promise to be more careful and let you know when I’m hurt so that you can help.” You place a small kiss on his forehead as he rubs the soothing gel over your hand.
Satoru sighs gently, “Alright. Feeling better?” He looks up at you, your hand now covered in the gel you couldn’t deny felt really good. It instantly cooled your hand and relieved a lot of pain you didn’t even register was there.
“Yeah, feels good.” You smile back down at him.
Satoru stands, “Good,” he gives you a quick hug, “Now you stay there and I’ll finish preparing dinner. Your hand is out of commission right now. I’ll kiss it better later when the gel is gone so I’m not kissing plant goop.”
You laugh at Satoru once more as he made his way back to the food to finish prepping it.

Hi, I've never been in your inbox before but I felt like this idea is more up your alley than the blog I usually dump my ideas on lol
I am encouraging you to think about Law x bigger male reader 🙏
I lean towards modern au's when it comes this kind of shipping (idk I've never been huge into x reader’s but please let me cook) so I'm thinking of Law, coming home to your shared apartment after a long shift at the hospital, eager to have the day of tomorrow, and looking for his boyfriend. Said boyfriend knows he's gonna have a very tired and whiny Law on his hands as soon as he gets home so you're already making dinner or have some good take-out ready on the table because you'll be damned if you let Law go to bed before eating a proper meal.
Law gets home, and as expected, he immediately tries dragging you to your guy's room, saying that he just wants to relax, his feet are sore, he's been waiting to see you all day, anything he thinks that'll get him in bed quicker. Boyfriend ain't having none of it though, and they come to a compromise, Law stays out of bed long enough to finish his plate, and he can sit in your lap while he eats. Law ends up straddling your thigh, and at some point, you have to finish feeding him because he's refusing to move more than he has to. By the time you both have finished your plates, Law doesn't have much energy left to even whine, only clinging to you while you're carrying him to bed. Oh so carefully, you strip Law out of his clothes, leaving him in his boxers, before climbing into bed and laying Law on top of you, a habit you've always had out of fear of crushing Law in his sleep.
My horny ass can't stop there though, and in the morning of Law's day off, you tease him for being so needy. Law denies it for a while, then he tells you off (half-heartedly) for making fun of him, and finally he decides to ‘show you needy’ by not letting you touch him while he plays with himself in bed next to you. It goes on for a while until you start teasing him again, this time for being dramatic and bratty, saying some downright perverted things that drives Law wild and makes him break first. Suddenly, Law's all over you, apologizing and begging you take over. And who are you to refuse?
Sorry if this is longer than you like or not your style, I've literally never requested a character x reader. I couldn't find your rules if you've posted anything like that, but I think I stayed within the basic rules for requests that I've seen. If not then I'm sorry and feel free to ignore this!

I’ll write a story for ya about this bae I’ll see when I post it🥰😘😭<33

@oobbbear I've finished it after like half an hour- how I image the sb gang is in your au thingy :D I'm kinda proud of this. This is just a jumble of my different thoughts, and it's prolly not accurate to some parts of the story (if there is one, which I'm not actually sure of now that i think about it-)
(Im sorry if this is a big mess, i am not the best at writing, and im generally messy with this kinda stuff)
Freddy:
He's a farmer, living with only his son, Gregory. Freddy is best friends with monty, roxy and chica, and they spend most of their nights hanging out together. He helps chica by providing crops and food for her diner. He doesn't let her pay him for this, as he sees no reason, and chica is always confused. He is very supportive of roxys business and tries to help in any way possible. Nobody actually knows where monty works, and the only guess they have is possibly a place with a lot of physical work, as he often comes to meeting spots tired. Freddy is the first to meet y/n, and they become fast friends. He eventually introduces y/n to the rest, chica is generally a easier person to talk to than monty and roxy. (idk really how any of these interactions would go, my brain can only do so much)
Chica:
Lives with roxy (may or may not be lesbians, who knows) and she works at her diner. She occasionally works at Roxys salon, but only when Roxy's understaffed, snd business is slow for chica. She met freddy and roxy in high-school, and met roxy by pure accident in chica's diner. Maybe something like Monty bumped into chica and made a mess, and he offered to help clean up, and they started talking and all of them just sorta drifted together. Chica babysits Gregory from time to time, and Gregory has called her "mom" on several occasions. (She will not let it go). Also, she has a chicken coop. I felt that was important to mention.
Roxy:
She lives with chica, and she owns and runs the town salon. She is a professional hair designer and is quite famous in the little town where they all live. She meets y/n after a incident with y/n chasing Gregory off the property. She is the scary mom friend. She is the one who babysits the most, and she's accepted being called the mom friend. She is surprising a really bad cook, and it has taken years of living with chica to safely be able to make basic foods. It always gets a laugh out of Freddy and chica. It would take a long time for y/n to grow on her, but eventually it does happen. (I honestly don't have much for her, it's hard to write)
Monty:
He lives alone, with his pet lizard (idk the type, I just find this idea cute. I love reptiles.) He works several jobs, and it is hard for him to make a living. Freddy had offered monty to live with him, but monty refuses, as in his eyes, he'd just be a burden. He works at a bar as a bouncer, he works as a security guard at some shops out of town. He isn't very happy with his jobs, but he does it to make ends meet. When he first meets y/n, it would be Freddy and chica introducing him to them. I feel like he'd be nice enough, and yet threatening enough where y/n feels unsettled around them. (It is hard to write for angy alligator man)
Gregory:
He's a little b*tch. He is essentially the exact same as the Gregory in-game, minus the orphan part. He often steals from stores, and he is just generally a very hard to deal, with child. Before y/n showed up, he'd wander the property that y/n took over. After y/n showed up though, he wasn't allowed to do that anymore, and properly got upset. He has a grudge against y/n, and freddy apologizes a lot for Gregory and the damage he causes. At some point, Gregory stopped going on the property cause for some reason, every time he showed up, a weird crow and a scarecrow would seem to follow him around and freak him out. The crow even pecked at him a few times. Monty is basically a irresponsible uncle to Greg, and takes him for joyrides sometimes. Just general fun stuff.
My hand hurts, but this was good creative practice
I hope you enjoy reading this, whoever reads this

Thanks so much for clarifying! I very much didn't want to push any boundaries 💜
- My choice of ship is for sure Baldur's Gate 3. (Only request: plz NOT Raphael, Mizora, or Minthara - one is legit a trauma trigger, the other two are... Reasons.)
- Gender: any and all, I'm too bi for choices
- Personality: I'm autistic, and my mood is consistently more changeable than I think it is... dunno if Sag/Leo/Cap means anything to you (it's cool if it doesn't), but it does to me in the sense that I can see what it means in myself. I'm thoroughly Chaotic Good according to every alignment description I've seen (and all my friends lol). Still a dingus who frequently courts red flags for reasons I can only identify as Traumas lmao.) I'm very mentally scattered. Burnt-out gifted kid who immediately chose to gradually swap my waning INT for WIS, inasmuch as I could. A soul who intensely wants to help everyone I care about, but can't for all sorts of reasons, but dammit do I try anyway. Fiery, feisty, but still learning to actually be assertive. Cuddly with anyone and everyone who is interested. I love radically with all my heart, be ye friend or partner, but breaking it means I'm either a sobbing broken mess, planning a murder, or both. Please don't let these taint the results bc they're still options: I honestly believe and have been told by others that I'm a perfect mix between Karlach and Astarion, personality-wise. I'm down bad for just about all the tieflings in the game/in general (I relate to them a lot), and almost always play one, but all races are welcome in my heart. I don't really draw lines between close friend and partner; I believe closeness and intimacy aren't things that should be constricted at all between one or the other (there is literally a group chat saved in my phone called "Platonicule," if that gives you an idea 😂). Generally amiable to, but wary of, strangers. Hobbies: I make homemade skincare and balms for the homies, cooking, and everything about music and linguistics. I'd also love to try my hand at ceramics/pottery someday. (Also I don't know where to put this, but definitely high sex drive, kinky, and switch/vers but usually end up sub/bottom? Which I'm not conflating, just that's usually how it plays out. Sorry that all was... A Lot lmao, I'm also overly specific/dunno when to shut up. 😅)
- I ship you with Aziraphale from Good Omens! He seems like he'd be absolutely elated to help you finish your writings, and even go out of his way to find a good publisher for your book (and maaaaaybe do a teensy little miracle to tip the scales in favor of them accepting it, if the situation called for it). Fastidious, fashionable, would be as sweet to you as you to him, and would be quite happy with letting you have your alone time (he needs it too lbr.) Also if he's not at least on the ace spectrum himself (he totally is tho), he certainly would never make unwanted advances. Plus, I mean, living in a cozy bookshop that your partner keeps clean, organized, and cute as fuck? Idk that sounds like a dream. You could chat for hours and hours about history if you so chose (and his hilariously unique perspective on it since he's seen most/all of it.) Honestly I also now can't stop thinking of a Movie Night with you two and Crowley that goes a little chaotic because Crowley has a very different and probably intentionally contrarian analysis and keeps getting half-jokingly offended when either or both of you have different opinions. There may be thrown popcorn. 😂
I ship you with Gale
Tumblr media
Your relationship can bested be summed up in burnt out autistic "gifted" kid solidarity, in the best way possible.
You and Gale are in a constant loop of affirming your love for each other it makes the pair of you nearly impossible to be around. You info dump, you cuddle, you cook, you are just able to be, together.
Gale is also very deceptive in his chaotic good tendencies. While it may look like you're the one doing something crazy, Gale only makes a meager attempt at protest before following after and justifying your actions later. He does, however, bring some of your ideas and scattered thoughts into a sure focus, allowing you to accomplish what you actually set out to do instead of leaving it all in your head. You, meanwhile, help remind him that wisdom is sometimes more important than intelligence.
He's fully supportive of all your areas of study, even putting aside space in the tower for you to practice pottery. Just make sure to save a few pieces for him to admire and he'll be happy.
And as for the sex, let's just say for all Astarion can talk the talk, Gale walks the walk with avid enthusiasm. (He's the horniest mother fucker in the squad, fight me)
Tumblr media
I'd honestly be nervous about making Crowley jealous somehow, but if all three of us can be besties, I'm down. Lol

“Wakey-wakey, sleepyhead…” a feminine voice whispered from above.
You twitched at the sudden interruption to your sleep, blinking your eyes open once, then twice, and then snapping them fully shut before tucking under your blankets and turning the other direction.
“No…” you groaned, pressing your face into the pillow. “Five more minutes…”
“This isn’t a TV show, get up!” a different voice barked, yanking your blankets off.
Jumping up, sleep still plaguing your body, you lunged towards the blanket-thief, attempting to take your blanket back from their thieving hands.
“Give it back,” you whined, unable to pull it away from her.
“Nope! It’s time for class, no more sleeping!” she cooed.
You sat back in your bed, watching the figure as you slowly began to focus on objects, realizing it was Nami you were fighting.
“God damnit, Nami!” you hissed, stretching your tired body.
“I’m sorry,” Vivi pleaded, looking incredibly guilty. “Nami told me that we could wake you up, I didn’t know you would be so…unreceptive to the idea.”
“It’s fine, Vivi. I guess it’s good that I’m awake now. Do we have plans or something this morning?” you said, sluggishly getting out of bed and walking to your closet.
“Just breakfast,” Nami replied, sitting down on Vivi’s bed.
“With the boys?”
“With the boys,” she said, checking her phone. “They should be there already, want us to wait?”
“Nah.” You grabbed your shower-bag, towel, and fresh pair of clothes. “I’ll shower and be down in a little bit.”
“You sure?” Vivi asked, watching you walk into the small bathroom.
“Yeah, go ahead,” you called from inside, “I’m not leaving this room till I’m clean, you get me?”
“For sure,” you heard Nami sigh in understanding, “well, we’ll see you in a bit, ‘kay?”
“Got it!” You heard the door open and then shut, proceeding to then turn on the shower and hop in.
Once you finished and dried off, you changed into your clean clothes. After carefully brushing your wet hair, you quickly washed your face and headed out towards the dining hall. On your way there you checked your phone for the time, noticing a couple different texts from about half an hour ago.
| Straw Hat: Want brekfast with us? | Straw Hat: Hello | Straw Hat: Hello | Straw Hat: Hello | Straw Hat: Hello | Straw Hat: Hello
Oh, shit. Maybe this is why Vivi and Nami woke you up. You continued scrolling through your phone, seeing another text.
| Zoro: hey i took luffys phone away | Zoro: idk if youre awake so ill text nami  | Zoro: see you soon | Zoro: maybe Read 9:31 AM | You: yea shit my bad i was asleep | You: be up there soon!! | You: tell luffy that i’m nervous he’ll think i’m dead lol Read 9:32 AM | Zoro: lol
It took another minute of walking before you reached the dining hall, climbing the small flight of stairs to reach the top. Your appearance was immediately noted by your table of friends as you spotted Luffy waving excitedly at your entrance. Before he could scream your name—or whatever he planned on yelling—his mouth was quickly covered by Usopp who was then assisted by Sanji in dragging him back down to his chair.
You quickly grabbed a tray of food and made your way over to the table, sitting next to Vivi.
“Good morning, Sleeping Beauty!” Sanji cooed, giving you a teasing finger wave.
“She’s not a fairy tale character, you half-rate cook,” Zoro scoffed.
“The hell’s that supposed to mean, huh?” Sanji hissed, easily enraged by the words of his nemesis. “You tellin’ me she doesn’t look like a princess? What kind of gentlemen do you think you are?”
“I didn’t say she was ugly, I just think she’s not defined by the time she wakes up,” Zoro retorted, finishing his third bowl of rice.
“It’s alright, Zoro,” you reassured, “I mean, doesn’t every girl dream of being a princess? It’s kind of nice to hear it, I guess.”
“Not me!” Nami cheerily answered, peeling away at an orange. “I wanted to be rich, like that Rumplestiltskin guy!”
Sanji swooned, “I’ll be your Rumplestiltskin, my orange blossom!”
“I said I wanna be him, not owe anyone favors,” she scoffed. “But if you’re offering to spin straw into gold for me, go ahead!”
You listened into their three-way conversation for a little longer before turning to Vivi in hopes of a less fiery conversation.
“So, Vi, what classes have you got today?” you asked politely.
Vivi looked excited as she began her explanation, “Well, I have a civics class in about an hour, and then I’ll have a philosophy class after that, and then an economy class…I think that wraps up my day!”
“Wow, pretty wide area of studies,” you remarked. “You’re a political science major, right?”
“Yep!” Vivi clasped her hands together. “It’s good to have an open mind in this field, so I’m trying to gain more perspectives while studying here, so I think these kinds of classes suit me best.”
“Luffy could take a page out of your book,” you sighed.
“What? I don’t need any books! I already have mine!” Luffy hollered from across the table, mouth stuffed with meat. It was a miracle you could even tell what he was saying.
“Nothing, Luffy!” you called back, hoping the food flying from Luffy’s mouth wouldn’t land on anyone nearby.
Vivi politely cleared her throat, “What kind of classes do you have today?”
“Ugh,” you groaned, slouching in your seat.
“Well, that doesn’t appear to be a good sign,” Vivi observed.
“I just don’t want to go to chemistry,” you made a quick vomiting gesture. “I have two psychology classes after that, but I’d rather go to those first and chemistry last, ya feel me?”
Vivi nodded astutely, “Yes, but if you have chemistry now, then you can end your day off on a high note!”
“Always seeing the glass half-full, huh?” you asked, smiling at her enthusiasm.
“I certainly try to. I think it helps me view the world more brightly.”
“Not a bad reason to,” you sighed.
The eight of you ate breakfast together, constantly switching conversations as you all learned new bits and pieces from one another. Sanji was studying culinary arts, Usopp was studying engineering, Vivi had a personal butler back home, and Zoro grew up in a dojo. All in all, your friends' lives were far more interesting than your own. Growing up in a well-maintained orphanage didn’t do much for character growth, after all.
“Well,” you stood up, “my class is starting soon, so I should head out now,”
“Ah, leaving so soon, just like last time!” Sanji cried. “I’ll miss you, my sweet princess!”
“Have fun,” Zoro murmured, drinking from a flask of booze.
“Where the hell’d you get that?!” Usopp gaped.
You decided to make your exit before the situation got out of hand.
Tumblr media
“I hate chemistry,” you groaned, trekking over to the science building.
It wasn’t that chemistry was particularly hard, but it was a lot of work. Concepts could be explained, equations could be understood, and values could be memorized. But it was just so damn boring at times. Sitting still during lecture was insufferable, but you could keep up for a little bit, at least until the next new thing was introduced. Then you’d be lost. But that’s what office hours and tutors were for, you supposed.
You climbed the stairs up to your class, dreading the pit of boredom that awaited you within. Reaching the classroom, you carefully turned the handle and stepped inside. Immediately upon entering, you immediately noticed a familiar face.
Sitting at a lone table off to the side was your lab assistant, Law, if you remembered correctly. Was he really assisting two chemistry classes? What kind of psychotic lunatic would subject themselves to that kind of pain?
His mental state wasn’t something you particularly cared about, especially considering your somewhat embarrassing encounter with him. You decided to just claim a seat and ignore him until further notice, most likely until you needed help with something.
The class itself was cut and dry; Avogrado’s number is important and we’re all made of molecules. Once the lesson was over and the hour was up, you began to pack up your things, particularly slower than your fellow students, who were racing to exit the building.
Once you had your laptop (and pens, pencils, notebook, and calculator) all stored within your bag, you stood from your chair to leave.
“Last one to leave again, huh?” Law’s voice rang out as he stood from his table.
You took a deep breath in, “I guess so, yeah. Last one to wake up, last one to leave.”
“Bad habits can be hard to break,” he advised, walking to the door.
“And that’s why we have alarm clocks,” you muttered, following behind him.
Law snickered at your comment, “That’s what I thought when I was a freshman. They’re pretty effective until you pull three all-nighters in a row.”
“Well, I guess I won’t be pulling any all-nighters, then,” you asserted. “I’ll just have to study before I have a test.”
“Keep telling yourself that,” he smirked, turning into a different hallway than you, leaving you behind.
“Maybe I will,” you murmured to yourself, walking out of the building.
You strolled through campus, intent on heading back to your dorm and studying a little, maybe getting lunch with Vi and Nami later.
“____!” a voice shrilled from across your path.
Turning to your left, you saw Usopp and Zoro making their way towards you, the former waving.
“Hey, ____,” Usopp began, “me and Zoro were gonna go to the library and study, wanna come?”
You thought for a moment, “Yeah sure, sounds like fun. I’ve got some work I need to finish up on.”
“Sweet!” Usopp cheered, charging towards the direction of the library. “Follow me, Usoppites!”
You and Zoro gave each other a knowing before the latter shrugged his shoulders, stomping after the young man.
Tumblr media
The three of you gathered together at a table, pulling up chairs and setting your notebooks and laptops up on top.
“So,” you began, opening up your computer, “anyone have exciting stories from their first week?”
“It’s only Tuesday,” Zoro groaned, rubbing his forehead and leaning back in his chair.
You rolled your eyes, “That doesn’t mean cool stuff can’t have happened, mossy .”
“Only annoying if it’s from Sanji,” he scoffed, crossing his arms with a tiny smirk on his face. What, was it the curly eyebrows that ruined the name for him?
“I have a story, kind of,” Usopp interjected sheepishly. “It’s about a guy in one of my engineering classes…”
“Well, spit it out,” Zoro grunted.
“Look who’s interested now,” you teased, poking him in the shoulder.
“Never said I wasn’t,” he fired back.
Usopp cleared his throat, “Well, there’s a huge guy in my mechanical engineering class, and I mean massive guy. Everything about him his huge—shoulders, thighs, calves, neck,”
“Dick?” Zoro chuckled, earning a playful shove from you.
“I can only assume so,” Usopp answered honestly. “But anyways, I don’t know why he’s in the class, he’s a junior .”
‘I know a thing or two about juniors,’ you thought to yourself, flipping through your notebook.
“I’ve heard some rumors from other students. A few say that the school’s making him retake the class because he beat up the teacher, but I’ve also heard that he beat up his entire class,” Usopp whispered, looking around as if the student would appear behind him. “But most importantly, people have said that he’s a G-A-N-G leader!”
You and Zoro shared a brief look before turning to Usopp.
“I know that Grand Line isn’t exactly known for its prim and properness, Usopp,” you reasoned, “however, if this guy really beat the shit out of his teacher or class or whatever he did, the school would probably expel him, not make him retake the class.”
“____ has a point,” Zoro yawned, “but there’s probably a reason he has those rumors around him. I’d keep an eye out.”
“No problemo!” Usopp straightened his papers, “I’m keeping a close eye on him, just in case he tries something dastardly. I won’t end up like my predecessors!”
All you could do was hesitantly accept Usopp’s resolution, slightly fearing for his safety if he were to be caught.
“Am I really the only one with a problem student in my classes?” Usopp grumbled, “I thought bad boys would be more widespread at Grand Line…”
“Well, I don’t have a problem student per se,” you lightly coughed, “but I have an assistant in two of my classes, and I think he’s gonna be a pain in my ass.”
Zoro quirked an eyebrow, “You think he’s gonna fail you or somethin’?”
“Well, no,” you admitted, “I just think he’s gonna be a pain in my ass.”
“Repeating what you said doesn’t make your meaning any clearer…” Usopp pointed out, chewing on the back of his pencil.
“Ok, well, it doesn’t matter,” you sighed, glaring down at your papers.
“I have a class with Luffy,” Zoro said coolly.
“What makes you think he counts as a bad boy?!” you and Usopp snarled.
After your little discussion, the three of you began working separately on your assignments. You focused on studying in advance of your next chemistry class, hoping to prove Law wrong in his assumptions. By keeping ahead of your work, you could easily sleep in far longer than intended. At least until you had a morning class. But you could worry about that next semester, or whenever the universe decided to sprinkle a little misfortune in your idealistic college experience. Damned universe.
The silence persisted for an hour, only interrupted by an occasional cough or hurried knee-bouncing beneath the table. Your phone was the first real disturbance, buzzing on the table and causing a light shiver to course through it. You hurriedly removed it and checked to see what caused the notification, spotting a text from Nami.
| Nami: hiiiiiiiii Read 6:53 PM | You: hey namiiiiiiiiiiiii | Nami: hey | Nami: so vi was wondering if u wanted to have a slumber party? | Nami: idk if u have anything going on rn but that’s on the table if u wanna join! | You: omg i’d love to | You: need me to bring anything up to the dorm? | Nami: no lol | Nami: vi already brought everything and is currently decorating the room | Nami: Attachment (1) Image
You looked at Nami’s picture, seeing a selfie of her sitting in the middle of a small tile floor, a sink and shower in the background.
| You: why are you in the bathroom? | Nami: i’ve been exiled while vi sets everything up | Nami: i’ll see if she can guide me out into the hallway so i can wait with u | You: ok i’ll be over soon | Nami: ♡
“Alright guys,” you breathed, standing up and gathering your things. “I have been cordially invited to attend a slumber party and must take my leave.”
“Will you be okay walking back alone?” Usopp asked.
You swung your bag over your shoulder, “Don’t worry, I’ll call you guys if I need anything.”
“Stay safe,” Zoro muttered, hunched over a stack of papers.
“Yeah, good luck with all that,” you laughed quietly, leaving the library.
Tumblr media
“Nami?” you called out, stepping into the hallway of your dorm floor.
“Right here!” Nami’s voice echoed back, spotting you and offering a small wave.
She was sitting up against the wall right next to your dorm room’s door and wearing her pajamas, peeling a small tangerine with her left hand and scrolling on her phone with her right.
“I’m so glad you’re here,” she groaned, pointing to a pile of tangerine peels, “I’ve been bored out of my mind waiting for Vi to finish setting up.”
“I assume a picturesque site awaits us behind the door,” you joked, sliding down beside her.
“Ugh, you and your big fancy-pants lingo,” she pouted, popping a tangerine slice into her mouth.
“What, is picturesque too big a word for your shiny golden brain?” you teased. “I’ll rephrase—It’s gonna be real purty in that room! How’d I do?”
Nami jabbed you with her elbow, earning a yelp from you.
“I’ll have you know, Little Miss Knows-a-Lot, that I won my elementary school’s spelling bee when I was—”
Before Nami could finish her retort, the door beside her flew open, revealing a very chipper Vivi dressed in her matching silk pajamas, holding another matching pair and a blindfold.
“Oh, good afternoon, ____! Thank you very much for agreeing to attend my slumber party. I have prepared a pair of pajamas for you to wear, but you’ll have to put on this blindfold to go get changed, I do not want my surprise ruined!”
You nodded, giving Nami a salute before allowing Vivi to lead you blindfolded into the bathroom to get changed. And, after changing, you patiently waited for Vivi to give you the go ahead to leave.
“You done yet, Vi?” you tapped on the bathroom door while reading the labels on everyone's skin care products.
“Almost, I promise!” she hollered back, “I just need to put on the finishing touches to make sure nothing falls down!”
“Falls down?” Nami shouted through the door. “Just what are you doing to our room?”
“Nothing permanent!” Vivi sang, clearly rushing back and forth in the room judging by her voice.
“I’ve had to start reading the backs of shampoo bottles now, Vi! If I run out of labels to read I think I’ll die,” you pleaded.
“Hey, be careful touching my stuff! Break it and you pay for it!” Nami barked, knocking viciously on her door.
“How am I gonna break a shampoo bottle?” you scoffed, placing it back down and reciprocating her violent knocks.
Just as you were about to send another knock Nami’s way, the bathroom door flew open, causing you to stumble forward and onto the floor.
“Oops! I’m so sorry!” Vivi cried, helping you up and opening the door to the dorm.
“Well, let’s see this awesome slumber party room…” Nami started, the words quickly dying on her tongue as she took in the room.
Beautiful was too dull a word to describe how absolutely stunning the room was. The blankets had been rearranged to form a tent structure between the two beds, using a tall stick that had come from who knows where with a base that allowed it to remain firmly planted without fear of toppling over. Little fairy lights decorated the ceiling of the fort, both large and tiny pillows decorated the sides of the fort, and soft, fluffy blankets were scattered about for snuggling purposes. Snacks were stacked within the fort along the bed frames, easily within reach of anyone who wanted anything, bowls sitting underneath a bed. On the other side of the fort was Vivi’s laptop with about fifteen tabs of different streaming services open for your viewing pleasure during this slumber party.
Nami gaped at the sight, “Vi, it’s…”
“...Picturesque?” you breathed, staring in amazement.
“Welcome!” Vivi clasped her hands in excitement before spreading them out, “to my very first slumber party!”

Apartment 3C

warnings: brief mentions of injuries
A/N: does the dog die.com.....yes, i am sorry. enemies to lovers kinda?? idk she’s mean to you until she’s not. i try to keep it gender neutral, but if you see something that isn’t please let me know! i hope you enjoy!

The first time you ever saw her enter apartment 3C was when she was moving boxes from the hall into the room. She had the most beautiful red hair and green eyes that made you lose your breath the instant she made eye contact with you.
The woman looks down at your hand then back up at your face, confused and suspicious. She simply nods before picking up one last box and entering her apartment. You stand there in the hallway for another minute before shaking yourself off and going back to your own home, your thoughts on the green eyes of the woman whose name you don’t know for the rest of the night.
You walk over to introduce yourself to her, sticking your hand out for her to shake.
“Hi! I’m Y/N, your neighbor in 3D,” you say, gesturing to the apartment across the hall with a shake of your head.
- - -
The next time you saw the mysterious woman of apartment 3C was on your way to the laundry room in the basement of the building. She was just locking her own door when she looked up and made eye contact with you. You gave her a small smile and she simply rolled her eyes at you.
As you both climb down the stairs, the woman trying hard to ignore your presence, you try to come up with a topic of conversation.
“So, nice day we’re having. Good weather,” is what you finally come up with. You mentally smack yourself for being so dull.
She looks at you with an annoyed look in her eyes and a smirk on her face.
“Really? You’re resorting to weather talk?”
“Well, you’re not that easy to approach. I’m not sure what to talk to you about,” you finally manage to get out after a minute.
“You ever think maybe I don’t want to talk to you?” she asks.
“Oh.”
She leaves you standing alone in the stairwell, wondering what you did to offend her so badly.

It’s about eight at night when your dog starts barking from the living room. You look up from your book to the smell of smoke. The lasagna you were making was currently in the oven, but you were sure you set the timer.
As you walk out of your room, the smell of smoke only gets stronger. It takes you checking your oven and the sight of your dog barking at the door to realize the smell is coming from outside your apartment.
You open the door and struggle to keep Smokey, your dog, in the room as you peek your head into the hallway. The smoke is coming from 3C. You’ve managed to avoid the woman inside since the stairway fiasco a week ago. As embarrassed as you are, you figure you should probably go check on her.
She opens the door a minute after your knocks sound, looking out of her element. Instantly you notice the smoke coming out of her own oven. She is definitely not a chef by any means, you realize with a smirk.
“Are you okay in here?” you ask her softly.
“Does it look like it?” she responds with an edge to her voice.
“Do you need some help?”
She simply rolls her eyes and shakes her head. You’re about to respond when her phone rings. She picks it up with a firm “Natasha” before closing her door on you. At least now you know her name.
When you get back into your own home, you come up with an idea. You take half of your now-cooked lasagna and put it in a tupperware container. You attach a little note before running it over to Natasha’s doorstep. You knock and try to hurry back to your apartment before being detected.
Smokey, however, has other plans for you. He manages to sneak out into the hallway and over to the container of food.
"Smokey, no!" you exclaim as Natasha opens her door, no longer on the phone.
You quickly run over to grab his collar and usher him back to your home, muttering apologies the whole way. You quickly sneak inside your apartment before Natasha can say something about the food.
What you don’t see is the small smile Natasha gives as she reads the note.
- - -
The next time you see Natasha leave apartment 3C is drastically different. The rainy weather is reflective of your current mood. You're on your way up the stairs having just come back from the veterinarian, empty collar in your hand.
Natasha notices you from her doorway and lets a small smile go before it drops into a frown. There's a somber air about you and she'd be lying to herself if she said she weren't concerned. She has to keep up her mean girl act, though, because she doesn't want you to know you're growing on her.
"Well don't you look like shit. Who peed in your cheerios this morning?" she asks you snidely.
You stumble a bit, not expecting Natasha to even speak to you. You don't even look up at her before mumbling a quiet "Not today, Natasha".
Her heart breaks at the sadness in your expression and it breaks even more at the sight of the collar in your grasp. She's seen you walking around the city with Smokey a few times and knows how much you love him.
"Wait, hey, are you alright?"
You look up, surprised at the fact that Natasha is speaking to you in a kind manner. You don't fail to notice the concerned look in her eyes. Still, you're convinced she doesn't like you.
"Yeah, yeah, I'm fine," you sigh, not wanting to get into it with her.
"Where's Smokey?" she asks softly.
You break out into sobs. Natasha reaches a hand out to you, but you're across the hall and into your apartment before she can come up with something to say.
This time it's you who is receiving a knock on the door with no one around to claim it. There's a mug of steaming tea and a note at your feet.
In neat, loopy writing you see:
I'm really sorry about Smokey. This will help with your throat <3
You crack a slight smile for the first time that day.
- - -
It's dark when you're startled out of your sleep. You could have sworn you heard something, but there is nothing but silence now. The clock jarringly flashes 3:35 at you.
Then you hear it again. There's someone knocking at your door, you realize.
Rushing out of bed, you trip on the sheets before regaining your footing. You enter the living room and turn on the lamp in the corner, covering the room in a soft glow. You inch the door open slowly, before throwing it open the rest of the way upon realizing the late night visitor is Natasha.
She's covered in cuts and bruises, and she's nursing her right wrist. Your eyes widen at the stain of blood on her shirt.
"Natasha, oh my god," you gasp, as you usher her into your apartment. You guide her to the couch and she groans as she plops down.
You rush to the bathroom to get some medical supplies and hurry back to her. She has her eyes closed, and if the blood and dirt weren't there, you'd think she looked almost at peace.
"What happened to you?" you ask softly, as you start wetting a washcloth with rubbing alcohol.
"Ah, this is nothing. You should see the other guy," Natasha says with a smirk. You can see just how tired she is, though. "I'd do it myself, but I think I’ve sprained my wrist.
You simply nod and get to work cleaning up her cuts. Both of you are silent, minus her small hisses of pain, until you finished taping up the last bandage.
"So, are you going to tell me why you came over at three A.M. looking like you just got mugged?"
Natasha sighs and plays with her hands. "I couldn't patch it up myself, as I already mentioned, and I trust you," she utters softly.
"I thought you hated me," you blurt out.
"What? No!" she exclaims, her eyes widening. "Okay, I can see why you'd think that."
"Why are you so mean to me, then?" you ask quietly, without looking in her direction.
"I’m scared," she says bluntly.
You look at her in complete confusion.
"You're so sweet all the time, and I was scared to talk to you in fear of you seeing just how opposite I am," she finally mutters.
You look at her softly. "Nat, you're not as bad as you think you are."
She scoffs. "I treated you like shit when all you've ever been is nice. I'm not just bad, I'm cruel."
"As you said, you were scared. You just need to stop being so hard on yourself all the time," you say, grabbing her hands in yours.
"Can you ever forgive me?" she asks hopefully.
"Take me out to get coffee and we can start over," you say.
She smiles and says, "Deal."
- - -
You knock on the door, just under the rusted 3C. You subconsciously smooth down your shirt, hoping to get rid of the nonexistent wrinkles.
You've been dating Natasha for four months now, but she still makes you just as nervous.
You're taken out of your thoughts by the sound of her door opening. Standing in front of you is the most stunning woman you've ever seen. She's in simple jeans and a shirt, but she still takes your breath away.
"Hi, love," she chuckles, as you struggle to find words.
"Hi, you're absolutely gorgeous," you finally stutter out.
"Shut up," she says through a smile, a light blush coating her cheeks.
"You ready for our date?"
"Absolutely." She turns around to lock her door.
You take her hand and interlock your fingers as you both start down the stairs. You've never been happier, you think.
- - -
The last time you see Natasha exit apartment 3C is a hot day in July.
The apartment has been cleared out, nothing but a box at the doorway left.
"It's sort of bittersweet, isn't it?" you ask, wiping the sweat from your brow.
"Sort of. I have better memories in your apartment, though," Natasha says.
"Our apartment," you correct her with a gleaming smile on your face.
"You just had to ask me in the middle of July, didn't you?" she teases. "I'm sweating bullets over here."
"I just couldn't wait any longer, sorry babe," you respond, leaning your head on her shoulder.
"C'mon, one more box then we officially live together."
Natasha bends down to pick up the box.
"Last one there's a rotten egg," you yell as you sprint across the hall.
"It's funny you think you can outrun me, baby," Natasha yells, hot on your heels.

you groan, rolling over only to find that you couldn't actually do that. had it always been like this? maybe not, you think to yourself. you groan once again and try to force your body to roll onto the right side of your bed but a firm hand kept you in place. already this early in the morning you couldn't have what you want.
"you're gonna wake him up," someone whispers softly. you peel open your eyes which are heavy with sleep and are lowkey protesting for you not to do that. you wonder for a moment if rolling over was worth slightly waking up for, however whoever was awake knew you were awake too now. maybe next time, you suppose. it would've been nice to sleep comfortably last night but it felt like you hadn't slept in ages and you can only guess why that is. the bed was cramped, and hot, and goddamn, someone had turned off the aircon in the middle of the night!
when you look up, one out of two of your boyfriends, taehyun, is already sitting up against the headboard, completely awake. his head is perched up against the headboard and in his hands is his phone. "were you awake this whole time?" you ask him. your voice is raspy and sounds gross as you prefer to not speak as soon as you wake up but you're curious. though it's true that he was the early bird among you three it was still fairly early for him to be awake.
"i woke up an hour ago plus the bed is too stuffy," he says looking down at you staring up at him. so he had felt it as well, nice to know you weren't the only one who slept uncomfortably. "well.." you let your words drift off into the air as you turn to the other boy who is completely unconscious on the bed. his mouth is slightly open and you swear you can see drool threatening to slip out of his mouth. his curly hair is messily strewn all over the place and in his clutches is a plushie you or taehyun had once gifted him for a birthday, you don't remember.
what a sight, you think to yourself. huening kai, ever the dreamy sleeper. he looks peaceful despite the contrast of how absolutely petrified he was at the sight of the haunted doll, annabelle, in the movie you all watched last night.
taehyun shakes his head with a smile on his face, "it's not like i suggested watching literally anything else." you make a movement that you think could pass off as a shrug but you don't think taehyun can tell. "he said he could handle it and you know i can't say no to our baby."
you move around on the bed for a moment to find a comfortable position to speak to him in without disturbing kai. "plus we all got to cuddle for once, even though it was hot as hell last night," you mumble.
"sacrifices were made," taehyun mumbles. he sets his phone down on the bed beside you and rubs your head in what you think is an affectionate way but he's been working out and it hurts. "ouch," you grumble, deciding to stick by hueningkais still asleep frame.
the moment you cuddle up to kai who is facing away from you, he turns over so that you're both face to face. you don't think he realizes so you just kiss the tip of his nose lightly. "breakfast?" taehyun suddenly asks. you think to yourself for a moment. it sounds tempting to go help taehyun with whatever he plans on making for the three of you to consume however, the bed is just too comfortable. despite it being hot, kai's body heat is a type of hot that doesn't make you uncomfortable.
"can you go make it? i wanna be here when he wakes up so he doesn't think we abandoned him after the movie." kai can be a bit tender after scary movies. the whole reason why you and taehyun hadn't slept well was that, for no other underlying reason at all, kai suddenly wanted all three of you to cuddle on the bed.
it was a cute idea that you agreed to and although taehyun was reluctant, he too agreed to the proposal.
you move your boyfriends hair away from his peaceful looking face and you watch as his nose scrunches up but soon goes back to normal after a couple of seconds.
"we also need a bigger bed," you mumble randomly. you hear taehyun snort a laugh behind you, "when we first moved in, the first thing i pointed out was how tiny the bed was." he crosses his arms over his chest and decides to watch you play with kai's hair.
you turn over with a playful frown on your face, "im not the one who had a growth spurt! the bed was fine back then." you feel hueningkai stir beside you and suddenly his gravelly morning voice is rumbling through your ear.
"bunk beds?" he mumbles with his eyes still closed and a lopsided smile on his face. you tug on a piece on his hair when he situates his body to lounge over both yours and taehyun's like free real estate. "hell no," you both say in unison, protesting the idea.
"im going back to sleep," kai grumbles with a slight roll of his eyes. taehyun pats the other boys hair, soothing out the stray bed hairs that are sticking out. "what do you want to eat?" taehyun asks, getting up from the bed and stretching out his limbs. "make pancakes," you suggest. thankfully, hueningkai is fast asleep once again so he can't protest to the food choice.
taehyun nods, walking away to the kitchen. you decide to stay and run your hands lightly up and down your boyfriend's back. his slow breaths are lulling you back to sleep too but you fight to stay awake. if you fall back asleep you know you both won't wake up until late in the afternoon and that just won't do because kai has to finish the errands he didn't finish yesterday.
you get up from the bed, making sure not to wake kai up, which somehow you manage to do successfully. you make a mental note that he sleeps like a baby after scary movies.
you walk into the kitchen and see taehyun preparing the ingredients for pancakes. he lets you watch him for a while until you go up to him and insist on clinging to him, something he can't and won't protest against.
about 15 minutes into making pancakes, hueningkai straggles into the kitchen. you snort out a laugh at his appearance. his tall frame is leaning forward, the first indication that he's still half asleep. the second is his pouty lips and closed eyes. his hair is sticking up in all different directions as he messes with it because he sees you staring at it.
"you left me," he scolds. "you were sleeping," you defend quickly. "i got hungry," you smile.
"whatever, they smell good," he yawns. "wanna taste?" taehyun asks, holding up a piece of a previously cooked pancake. "yes, me first!" you detach yourself from his back and stand in front of him so he can feed you. hueningkai sleepily walks over for his bite of food to taste after you.
"they're good," you both say. "of course they are, i made them," taehyun says proudly. you fight the urge to flick his head, "i helped." you mumble. "i don't doubt it at all," hueningkai pipes up. "they have a bit of your flavor."
"what the hell does that even mean?" you give him a weird look, waiting for him to elaborate. out of the corner of hit eye you see taehyun smile lazily at overhearing the early morning conversation. "god wait, i didn't mean it like that! im still half asleep for fucks sake," he raised his hands up and waves them.  "im going back to sleep," he announces.
as he starts sauntering off back to the room you detach from taehyun who seems to be almost done. "im still kind of tired too... come join when you're done," you give him a chaste kiss as you walk away from him.
taehyun sighs to himself as he finishes up the rest of the food.
just another day.

[Asmo ♡]: Where are you? Your food is getting cold
[Asmo ♡]: Hello?
[Asmo ♡]: Are you ignoring me?
[Asmo ♡]: Is everything okay?
[Asmo ♡]: You’d better be in your room, I’m checking on you once dinner is done
You awoke to the sound of your D.D.D buzzing next to your ear, messages blowing up on the bright screen and making you squint. When you saw it was your boyfriend Asmodeus, you decided to give him a quick call back to let him know you’re okay. It was finals week and just before dinner, you’d finished taking your last exam. After pulling multiple all nighters, you ended up crashing as soon as you’d gotten back to your room.
“Oh my gosh, you’re alive!” Asmo exclaimed, answering after only a few rings.
“Yeah sorry, babe, I was exhausted after my exams so I took a nap. Are you still coming to my room?”
“Mhm! Just give me a few minutes.”
“Okay, I’ll see you soon.”
Ending the call, you placed your phone back on your nightstand before making yourself presentable, and just as he’d said, within a few minutes there was a knock at your door and when you opened it, you were met with a smiling Asmodeus.
“I packed up your dinner for you,” he said as you let him in, “I warmed it up too!”
“Thanks, babe,” you smiled, pressing a kiss to his cheek as you took the food from him, “You’re the best!”
“Oh stop, you are,” he giggled, pressing a kiss to your lips.
The two of you became official a few weeks before finals, but with both of you so busy preparing for the semester's end, you hadn’t gotten the chance to spend much quality time together. This would be the first time you were hanging out together without having to worry about school.
“You should eat,” Asmo spoke as the two of you made yourselves comfortable on your bed, “Skipping meals isn’t good for your beautiful body.”
“But I just woke up… Let’s just cuddle for a bit first, I missed you.”
“Well, I can’t say no to cuddles. I missed you too.”
As he pulled you closer, you slung your legs over his thigh and wrapped your arms around his torso, your head resting against his shoulder.
“Wow, we’ve never cuddled like this before,” Asmo beamed as he ran his fingers through your hair, “It’s been almost a month now and our intimacy has hardly progressed!”
“We were busy, it couldn’t be helped.”
“It can be helped now,” he suggested, his lips forming into a smirk as he stared at you pleadingly.
“I… can’t disagree with that,” you replied, returning him a smirk as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
He didn’t even hesitate for a second before pressing his lips against yours, gently laying you down on the bed as he made himself comfortable between your legs, his hips flush against yours.
“Asmo…” you started, face flushed feeling his bulge pressing against you, “You’re um…”
“Excited? Can you blame me? I’ve been waiting to do this for so long! Just relax, I’ll take good care of you.”

It’d been a while since Beel and you had last planned a date, both of you being backed up with school work and other responsibilities. Finally though, you guys were able to find an opening in your schedules, so you decided to have a picnic together in the RAD garden.
The two of you had woken up early to prepare, knowing that cooking and packing the food would take a while, given Beel would always eat some of the food during the preparation. It took you a few hours, but finally, you were able to finish making the food and packing everything, so the two of you headed off to the RAD garden to relax and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
“Here, Beel,” you offered, holding a rice ball up to his mouth to feed him, cupping your hand beneath it to catch any droppings.
“Mm,” Beel hummed happily as he took out half of the rice in a single bite, and then quickly finished it with another. It always made you so happy to see Beel enjoying your cooking, so you continued to pick at the various dishes you’d created and feed them to him. It didn’t take long at all for the two of you to finish all the food, but you did have one more thing up your sleeve.
“Hey Beel,” you announced, a cheeky grin on your face as your hand dug through your purse to pull out a small tupperware, “It’s not much, but I made these last night and hid them as a surprise dessert for today.”
Carefully opening the lid, you revealed that what you’d prepared was some chocolate covered strawberries. You were about to grab one and feed it to him, but somehow, he managed to beat you at snatching the fruit and to your surprise, he held it up to you to eat first. Despite your shock, you couldn’t turn down his offer so you took your first bite into the strawberry, some of the chocolate breaking off and falling into Beel’s free hand.
“Mm, sorry,” you replied bashfully, before licking up the remaining chocolate bits from his hand. When you looked back up, you could see the bright pink tint brushed over Beel’s cheeks, a rather flustered expression on his face. While you were initially puzzled by his strange reaction, it didn’t take long for you to at least get an idea of what may have caused it. Focusing back on the strawberry, you took another bite to finish what was left of the fruit, but this time, you let your lips linger on his fingers for a bit longer than you normally would… and you were right.
You didn’t think it was possible, but his cheeks flushed an even deeper shade of red as you finally withdrew from him, a cheeky grin forming on your lips.
“Um…” Beel started, breaking eye contact as he rubbed the back of his neck, “You always feed me… so I wanted to try feeding you… I think I like it more than expected.”
“Hm, I see,” you teased, noticing the tent in his pants, “Wanna feed me more then?”

It was just a normal day for you at RAD; your classes had just finished and you were on your way back to your room… that is, until you were startled by the sound of your D.D.D ringing loudly in the hall. It was Belphegor.
“Hello?”
“Hi… are your classes done?”
“Yeah.”
“Come to my room then.”
“Why?”
“Just come...”
“Alright, I’m on my way.”
“Great. See you soon.”
Stopping in your tracks, you made a 180 and started making your way to Belphegor's room instead. It didn’t take long to get there, and upon your arrival you knocked firmly on the door. You were greeted almost immediately, followed by Belphegor pulling you into the room and pressing a soft kiss to your lips.
“I missed you,” he giggled as he led you to his bed, “Come take a nap with me.”
Lifting the covers, he gestured for you to climb into the bed first, and then he joined shortly after.
“I love napping with you,” he smiled as he took your hand in his own and scooted closer to you.
“I love it too, Belphie… but you should really give me more notice when you wanna nap together, you always tell me so last minute.”
“But that’s so much work… Besides, I don’t choose when I feel like napping with you, it just happens.”
“Alright, fine…” you caved, given that he did have a valid point.
Snuggling up against his side, your hand rested comfortably on his stomach as you let your legs entwine with his. He hummed in contentment at the intimacy, his body relaxing as he prepared for his nice, soothing nap.
Unfortunately, he was only able to sleep for a short while before being suddenly awakened by you stirring in his hold. As you shifted around on the bed, your legs began to rub against his thighs, occasionally riding up higher and approaching his crotch. He tried to close his eyes again and ignore it, but there was no way he could simply stop feeling what you were doing to him… even if it was unintentional.
“Are you okay?” you asked groggily, feeling that his body had become abnormally tense.
“Mhm,” he hummed quietly as he took a deep breath, attempting to calm himself down before you could discover what was really going on.
Unlucky for him, as you squirmed around even more, trying to make yourself comfortable, your leg slipped just a little too high and brushed over his bulge, eliciting a soft moan from him.
“Oops, sorry,” you giggled at the realization, “Didn’t realize you were all… excited.”
“Well if it weren’t for you feeling me up in your sleep…” he grumbled, a tinge of pink forming on his pale cheeks as he turned his head away from you.
“I didn’t do it on purpose!” you argued, cupping his face in your hand and forcing him to look back at you, “I’ll tell you what, since I caused this ‘problem,’ would you forgive me if I took care of it for you?”
“Hmm… sounds like a fair trade,” he grinned, knowing exactly what you meant.

well.... you know that I have read your OT3 fic with Ren- Hachi and Nana and fell in love with it. so if you have ANY um literally anything you want to share about their relationship? spare me some headcanons please? ANYONE WHO HASN'T READ IT MUST READ IT BTW also: what kind of gay am i? 😈 okay byee
:3c
Nothing in life more satisfying than dragging someone down into a rare pair. Ngl that series of one-shots in which I get to come up with a bunch of ridiculous ships has been really fun to write, but this one is chapter 6 for anyone wondering.
ANYWAY, headcanons. I can do headcanons. Especially since you returned the favor for the other great OT3 (Nana/Ren/Yasu) here... Cause ngl, our OT3 combined into the best OT4. (also rip sorry I am finally posting this like a month later flsjdfksdfjsldj)
- Hachi has the softest, smoothest skin ever and Ren and Nana both love touching it, always touching her cheeks, stomach, underarm, boobs, etc.  When Hachi overhears them talking about it she thinks they are calling her fat (idk, maybe true) but really it’s thanks to her skin care routine and all her nice lotions.
- Ren and Hachi both have their own shampoos and bodywash, but Nana never bothers getting her own and just grabs one of theirs at random.
- Hachi buys Ren’s clothes for him, because a closet of 10 identical leather jackets and pants just isn’t necessary.  It’s still his aesthetic, but he doesn’t look like a Sid Vicious cosplay everyday... but he’s still got to at least occasionally because that’s what Nana’s into him for.
- Both Ren and Nana are absolute hot for Hachi wearing either of their clothes.  She doesn’t do it often, cause Hachi’s got a bigger wardrobe than her rock star combined so why would she need to??? But sometimes... she does it anyway. Nana pretends to be mad.
- Ren and Nana get Hachi her dream house - with a garden, fencing, veranda, walk-in closet, and a kitchen fit for a professional cook.  They’d have been content living in a shitty apartment or any generic nice suite their agents set them up in and decorated for them but living in a cozy home is like... the stuff of their childhood dreams. At first Ren and Nana are content to let Hachi decorate it all to her heart’s desires but she keeps asking them their opinion and they all kinda get into it and Nana even builds some of their furniture at Hachi’s request.  They make it into a real home and Ren and Nana make sure to never smoke inside the house because they love it too much.
- After they get that house, they host so many parties with their friends. Hachi is a perfect hostess and Ren gets really into it too. Meanwhile Nana is making half the mess as she gets too drunk.
- Hachi and Ren make most of their meals, but Nana almost always makes their miso soup at Ren’s request and Hachi’s dismay. Nana’s taste remain very salty and Nana tends to add more salt to Hachi’s food to an insulting degree.
- At first they have Hachi sleep in the middle of the bed but she’s like this is too fucking hot here (and also she’s 100% the type to pee a couple times in the middle of the night) so Ren takes the middle and he loves it, especially when both Hachi and Nana cuddle him on either side.
- idk if we’re in my AU or just general canon, but either way when Ren retires he becomes a stay-at-home dad to all 3 of their kids and he loves it.  He teaches them all instruments and everything and they can make their own little band.
- Biologically the children are Hachi & Ren’s, and for Nana’s comfort they call her the kid’s aunt (even if she is as equally their partner) and Nana’s a better guardian to the kids than if she’d call herself their mom.  She’s the best auntie, but she’s also the strictest.
- Shin still plays house with Hachi as his mommy and Ren as dad but Nana will end his life if he includes her in any of these games but that doesn’t stop Hachi and Ren from doing so anyway but only Hachi gets away with it.
- Ren and Nana alone aren’t very publicly affectionate with each other unless the situation demands it, but the moment it’s either of them with Hachi (or all 3 of them together) it’s PDA time. Nobu claims he’s in hell watching them all flirt constantly and be lovey dovey but he’s honestly just happy to see Ren and Nana so happy.  Yasu’s kinda into watching the 3 of them... ot4 for the win
- Ren and Nana love being part of the Komatsu family. Sometimes the Komatsu’s threaten to disown Hachi and Nami and replace them for Ren and Nana cause they love them back it’s what Ren and Nana always dreamed of their like, dream family dynamic. It’s so wholesome.
all head canons that are even a little sexy below the cut
- Even tho Hachi makes her own money and has a successful career doing whatever she wants to be doing, Ren and Nana both give her credit cards in each of their names and she they give her no limits which might be a bad idea but Hachi is a spoiled little princess.  Ren and Nana also compete to see who’s credit card Hachi uses more, sugar daddy kinks awoken.
- Hachi tapes dramas for Ren and Nana to watch. Nana mostly watches them casually and nap to but Ren’s like INTO them and makes references to them constantly and remembers all the character’s names and all the juicy drama. Sometimes Ren will remember a drama is on and stop in the middle of even sex to go watch. Hachi will go join him while Nana will be like wtf and finish herself off before also joining him to watch.
- We all know Ren and Nana's favorite way of spending time together is sex, and you'd think Hachi would dial that back a little cause she likes romance but of course she's also a sex kitten. Also she's hot in the sack, as established, and she's generally the one who’s like “3rd round?” and Nana and Ren are like passed out.
- Sometimes Nana and Ren call Hachi mommy in bed and that’s all that needs to be said.

Looking forward to whatever you`ve been writing on! I always wondered what Judy`s reaction would have been in `on the hunt (for who I’ve not yet become)` when they eventually told her. Like how did that go down. Or something to do with their story after the fic finished idk I just really loved that story.
“I can’t do this.”
Dani glances over her shoulder, frowning. They had been, until this moment, walking in more or less perfect tandem--Dani trying to whittle down her usual stride, Jamie moving at twice her natural clip--a steady flow of forward until just now. Now, with Jamie pulling up fast, her hand in Dani’s performing a sort of rubber-band-snap trick to keep them both on the pavement.
“What do you mean, you can’t do this?”
“This.” Jamie, grim-faced, gestures down the block. The house is still just out of sight, the car parked a truly ridiculous distance away. Jamie’s idea; If she sees us, she’d muttered, we won’t get a moment’s peace to figure it all out.
“We have to tell her sometime,” Dani points out. “I mean--we do, don’t we?”
“Yes. No. Doesn’t have to be now, does it? Why don’t we just--just wait until we’re sending out wedding invitations. Or invitations to my funeral. Or never.”
Dani, despite herself, grins. It’s not that Jamie doesn’t get nervous--it’s just that Jamie doesn’t tend to show it. Not like she does, all sharp intake of breath and tight-clenched fists. Jamie’s nerves are quiet, smoothed over, tucked into the motion of hands which are never left idle. Jamie’s nerves are an unexpected kiss, a fumble of motion, the constant urge to put those feelings somewhere productive.
Now, she’s standing stock-still on this too-familiar street, one hand loose in Dani’s. Stock-still, looking for the first time in years like the child who had gazed balefully around a foreign living room.
“Christ, she’s gonna fuckin’ disown me.”
She looks like she believes it, the only thing that keeps Dani from laughing outright at the idea. She believes it, and there’s a small, simple hurt on her face at the idea--her jaw held tight, her shoulders hunched. Dani presses a hand to her cheek, leaning in until their foreheads meet.
“She won’t. You know she won’t. You’re her kid.”
“He’s her kid,” Jamie corrects, breath skidding across Dani’s lips in a way that--even at this inopportune moment--makes her pulse race. They’ve been building this beautiful thing together for a few months, and the heat of it never quite seems to fade. “I’m just the baggage.”
“Stop.” Dani kisses her once, softly. “Stop doing that. No falling back on bad habits, Jamie. She’ll be happy for us.”
She says it, and she means it, as if there isn’t a tiny spark of absolute terror kindled in her own heart at the idea of telling Judy O’Mara the truth. That Dani has not moved all the way to Vermont to share Jamie’s little apartment out of friendly camaraderie. That Dani has spent the last few months shaping a life around not only school and new friends, as she’s told Judy over the phone, but around learning just how well she and Jamie fit together.
They do. They fit so well. Jamie’s bed--their bed--has become the kind of safe haven she hadn’t known she could find anywhere. Jamie’s fingers toying with the braid of a worn old bracelet is like coming home.
“Come on.” She squeezes Jamie’s hand, kisses her again, lets the warmth of Jamie’s body steer her toward courage. “Like a band-aid, Jamie. Just rip it off.”
“Better idea,” Jamie says, though her legs are moving reluctantly forward again. “We go back to the hotel, I rip other things off instead, we forget this whole stupid idea.”
Tempting. “After. Come on, you haven’t seen her in how long?”
Jamie doesn’t answer. Hand in hand, they walk, and with every house they pass, a few more years seem to cycle back. They are twenty-three, newly bound, and they are seventeen, unaware of one another, and they are twelve, camped out under too-few stars.
They are on the front step, Jamie’s hand falling away, tucking restlessly into the pocket of her jacket like she’s terrified to be seen gripping Dani’s. Dani presses the tips of her fingers lightly to Jamie’s back for a moment.
“Deep breath. She loves you.”
“Gonna fuckin’ find out,” Jamie mutters.
The door swinging open feels like a portal to the past, Judy O’Mara’s small frame somehow seeming as expansive as it had when Dani had been eight years old. Her face wears a few more lines these days, but wears them well--the pride of a woman who has loved hard, raised good kids, made a place for herself in the world that feels warm and right. Her eyes are wide, her mouth falling open in a delighted grin, even as Dani raises a hand in a small wave.
“Surprise?”
“You didn’t tell me you were coming to town!” She pushes through the storm door, hugging them both in a single sweeping motion that nearly knocks Jamie off the porch. “Oh my god, you should have called, I’d have made a feast!”
“It’s eleven in the morning,” Jamie mumbles, but Dani can see her smiling. The Judy O’Mara of her anxious mind can’t withstand, even for a second, the truth of the woman.
“A feast for lunch, then,” Judy says without missing a beat. She leans back, takes Jamie by the chin, turns her head gently from side to side as though looking for new scars. “You look good. Healthy. You finally learn to cook?”
“She did,” Jamie replies, tilting her head toward Dani. “Sort of.”
“I make an excellent roasted salmon,” Dani proclaims, “and...very little else.”
“Well, come in! Come in, tell me--I mean, you have to tell me everything, right? Oh, I wish I’d known, I would have moved some things around, told Mike the game could wait.”
“Game?” Jamie seems frozen on the porch, her face unreadable. Judy is moving deeper into the living room, her back to them, and Dani takes the opportunity to slip an arm around Jamie’s waist to guide her over the threshold.
“Baseball. You know how the boys are.”
Never interested in baseball, Dani thinks wryly, remembering all the times Eddie had complained that nothing ever happened in a sport that slow.
“They won’t be back until tomorrow, they drove all the way to Indiana for the thing. Silly,” Judy is saying. “Come on, into the kitchen, I can at least get you girls something to drink.”
“That’s, uh. That’s all right, actually,” Dani says, following the familiar path back to the big kitchen table. It feels a little less expansive now, a little more worn; the wood is pocked in places, scuffed and weathered by decades of plate and fork and cups laid down without coaster. “We really just came to see you.”
“Oh, that’s sweet to say.” Judy makes a flapping gesture without looking, busy at the kettle. Jamie, grimacing, sinks slowly down in her old seat as if pulled by magnetic force. “But I know how much you must miss Edmund. Even after it all...you know. He still loves you so much, Danielle.”
"I’ll bet,” Jamie says in a low voice. Dani kicks her very gently under the table, amused when Jamie arches a brow that says oh, there will be consequences for that later.
Can’t wait, she thinks with a dizzy, rather inappropriate burst of desire, her hand creeping over to rest on Jamie’s knee. There’s a stabilizing sensation to the act, reminding her in no uncertain terms: this is who she is now. This, not Eddie’s long-lost girl, but someone lucky enough to be so in love with Jamie, it sometimes puts an ache into her chest.
“Not to say you should be getting back together,” Judy says, running steel straight up Dani’s spine.
“You--you aren’t?”
“Oh, Danielle, it’s been such a long time. I’d be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed, you know, when it happened--but I always thought, in the back of my mind, how many childhood sweethearts really work out? You grow up. You grow apart. It’s natural.”
Jamie is grinning, biting the inside of her cheek, her knee beginning to shudder under Dani’s palm as her boot rocks against the tile floor. Dani squeezes harder.
“Well, that’s--that’s sort of the thing,” she says. “The reason we wanted to visit. We, um. We’ve--well--”
Judy is doing that mom thing she’s always admired, carrying three steaming mugs to the table without spilling a drop. She takes a seat across from them, beaming with every inch of her face, and Dani thinks, Love. This is what love looks like. This will be okay.
“Judy, I--I wanted you to be the first to--I mean...”
There are words here, she knows with frustration. Words, not even so big or so complicated, if only she can pluck them from the air. Just say it, Dani. Just say--
“I never thanked you properly,” Jamie says. Her voice is impossibly steady, her face passive. Beneath the table, her leg has stopped its jittering dance at last. Judy looks surprised, Dani’s teeth clacking shut on her own stammering.
“Why do you say that, dear?”
“’Cause it’s true,” Jamie says simply. “Never did. All those years of feedin’ me, keeping clothes on my back, never once making me feel...unwanted. Didn’t have to do that, Judy. No one was making you.”
Judy’s surprise is inching toward some emotion Dani can’t quite pinpoint--pleasure, that Jamie is saying this now, or pain, that Jamie thinks for a second she wasn’t worth it. “Sweetheart, of course I--I mean, you’re my kid. You know that.”
“Wasn’t, though,” Jamie says, almost earnestly. She’s leaning across the table, her hand moving to press Judy’s. “Was just some wee mess stumbling into your life, wasn’t I? And not always grateful, besides. I was--I don’t know what I was, half the time, but I was always lucky. So fucking--sorry, sorry, so utterly lucky. Was smart enough, at least, to figure that out.”
Judy’s cheeks are bright, her eyes brimming. She seems quite unable to speak, which Jamie seems to take as a relief. Her voice is rolling with surprising emotion, pushing a little faster than is normal, save for her most vulnerable moments.
“I was lucky you took me in, and lucky your family was willing to open up for one more. And I was...really lucky for this one.” Her eyes cut to Dani, her foot curling beneath the table around Dani’s ankle. “You brought me to her. Don’t think I can ever be grateful enough for that.”
Judy looks almost puzzled, though she’s smiling. “I’m glad to hear it. I always had a feeling, you know. That...you were a good match, somehow. You balance out. It’s important, having a friend like that.”
Friend, thinks Dani with a mouth gone dry. Best friend, sure. Best friend I can’t imagine ever being without again.
“You brought me to her,” Jamie repeats, almost stubborn, though she’s smiling. “I’ve never loved anyone more. Don’t think I could, given all the time in the world.”
The air seems to go still, the kitchen suddenly rife with small noises Dani’s never noticed before. The hum of the refrigerator. The trickle of water down the drain through a leaky faucet. The tap of Judy’s slipper against the floor.
“Please say something,” Jamie says. “I don’t honestly know how to--”
“Eddie had an idea,” Judy says quietly. “When you were all still, gosh, back in high school. Long time ago, it seems now.”
Dani is nodding reflexively. Jamie isn’t moving at all.
“There was...a party? I think. Almost didn’t let you all go, it was against my best judgement, but--I figured, if you were together, what harm could come of it? And then Eddie came home early. Tried to pretend he wasn’t drunk, like he’s ever been good at lying, and wasn’t angry.”
Her voice is almost dreamy with memory, her back leaning against the chair as she raises the mug to her lips. She isn’t quite looking at either of them.
“I asked him where you two were. I remember being furious that he’d leave you alone. And I remember, very clearly, him saying something strange. Danielle doesn’t need me when she’s got her. I remember that so well. Danielle doesn’t need me when she’s got her.”
Jamie swallows audibly. Her hand is still resting on the table, inches from where Judy’s was not so long ago. She looks as though she’d very much like to give in to the oldest Jamie-urge in the book, to push up and bolt from the house without looking back. Dani traces her kneecap through her jeans, fingers pressing firmly until Jamie draws a deep breath.
“I thought it was so odd,” Judy goes on. “That he’d say something like that. But he wasn’t in his right mind, and by the time I heard you sneak in--yes, Jamie, you were never as subtle as you thought, dear--he was fast asleep. No one said anything else about it, and I thought maybe you’d just gotten into a fight. Young love is like that. It can be so jealous.”
Not always, Dani thinks. If Jamie was jealous--and she’s sure she was, to a point; there are some feelings too big and too natural to ward off completely--she tried not to let it show. Jamie’s love has always been sunlight, reassuring and steady and there even when clouds roll in.
“This is why,” Judy says, looking Dani in the eye. “Isn’t it?”
“Why he was mad?”
“Why you broke it off.” Her eyes never blink, never stray, her gaze as solid as the table. “You said it was because you didn’t love him the right way. I didn’t understand what that meant, but I knew you knew. Always knew your own mind, Danielle. It’s one of the things I’m most proud of.”
Dani breathes, trying hard to quell the dizzy rush in her head. “Judy, I--”
“She doesn’t think she needs anyone taking care of her,” Judy goes on, like she hasn’t spoken. “Never did, even when she barely came up to my hip. Always thought she had it handled.” Her gaze slides to Jamie’s face, her lips curving. “Isn’t that right?”
“Right,” Jamie says, sounding breathless.
“But you took care of her anyway. Every step of the way. Wouldn’t listen to me or anyone else, but she always listened to you, didn’t she?”
“Right,” Dani says, a helpless grin working onto her face. This feels like a dream. This feels like a story not quite within her own control. Judy sighs, sips her tea.
“Well. There’s nothing more to it, then, is there?”
“There isn’t?” Dani asks. Judy pushes up from the table, shaking her head.
“I only have one question.”
The silence is too loud, punctuated by hum and drip and tap. The silence is going to drive her crazy, Dani believes, and drive Jamie to run, and this is all going to fall apart because she so desperately needed for Judy O’Mara to know them--
“Will you be staying the night?”
“What?” Jamie says, in the same moment Dani blurts, “Sorry?”
“Staying the night,” Judy repeats. “Jamie, we’ve converted your room into a sort of hodgepodge storage-guest combination, but you can just throw all those boxes into the hall. I don’t suppose you’ll be needing the sleeping bag.”
“I--” Jamie is shaking her head very slowly, as though trying to clear water from her ears. “I--no, we’ve got...a hotel...”
“Oh, that’s just silly.” Judy waves a dismissive hand. “You’ll take the room. No sense spending money, you already came home.”
Home, Dani thinks, her heart pounding. Home, here, in the O’Mara house--an address she’d never quite claimed, but the place where all her fondest memories live all the same. The place she grew up. The place that brought her to Jamie.
“Have you stopped in to see your mother yet?” Judy asks. “I can invite her to dinner, if you like, I haven’t caught up with her in...months, now, probably--”
“You’re not,” Jamie begins, the words drying up before they can truly escape. Judy pauses at the sink, her hand tipping the remnants of her tea toward the drain.
“Not what, sweetheart?”
That word, more than anything, seems to unbind Jamie’s calm. That word, a simple endearment spread back through their lives like so much love in two syllables, belonging to Judy and Judy alone. Jamie swallows again, presses a hand to her jaw, closes her eyes.
“Upset,” she croaks at last. Judy raises an eyebrow.
“My kids are happy. What on earth would I be upset about?”
It’s not a good time, Dani thinks as Jamie slumps against the table in mingled relief and exhaustion, to say I told you so. Later, she thinks--when they’re nestled in a bed just a little too small for their adult frames, when Jamie is looking up at her with glazed delight, when they’re trying their best to make a kiss sound like silence. Maybe she’ll do it then. I told you she loved you. I told you.
Now, watching Jamie slide from the table, move across the kitchen in a daze, slip her arms around Judy in a firm hug, Dani thinks--not for the first time--that family is as much a choice as it is a gift. That Judy has always chosen well. That Jamie has learned from the best.
Told you, she thinks, feeling perfectly at peace.
