So hey long time no see, just popping in to say that this video by Official_TVC is bullshit.

So summary + thoughts:

Video starts off with defintions on different types of stalking & they say Vivienne has experienced all this kind of stalking. Then goes on to say its 2 individuals doing this stalking and they we the viewer doesn't need to know them, Official_TVC has done a lot of research on them and we should should trust Official & their word without evidence because apparently they retweeted something on twitter & it was a tumblr post thats supposedly exposed Vivienne's siblings, personal things ect. All this is hearsay by you, it shouldn't make the average viewer trust your word. Yes I've seen things but that was from posts I've seen.

Aside -honestly Official should be questioning the anon asks we get on here, some of the asks contain some questionable info like how do you get that info. People get asks on here containing info, people don't go out & hunt all Vivienne's private life, we receive stuff thats how things come to light, OTHER PEOPLE SEND US STUFF.

All the background of the video is helluva boss/hazbin scenes coupled with music from respective shows. No evidence, not even heavily censored evidence to protect Vivienne, just Official_TVC talking & basically saying "trust me bro I did research, believe me". This is heinous accusations, individuals you are talking about & you give nothing. It could be lies for all people know, I don't even believe & I've seen the things you're referring to.

Continued, the stalkers, the 1st one is a "troll" according to Official_TVC & the second is supposedly so bad they were quote " has been 15 ft from vivziepop", no backing on that 15ft statement, Official_TVC just states this. All this stalking, entire pages made is because of a ship. Leaking show stuff (aside again, is GIVEN TO US VIA ANONYMOUS ASKS).

They carry on to say essentially all this hate talk on Viv on YT is cos she's popular, they got nothing of meaning to say on Viv cos they hate her so much they can't talk about her positively. They then mention a person has a never ending stream that just feeds misinformation other YouTubers & quote "on the precipice of wanting to strangle a woman (Viv) who made the crime of making demons gay". Wtf does that mean, who has this never ending stream of feeding misinformation to other YouTube, who & wtf are you talking about.

Anyway, goes on to compare spindlehorse workplace allegations to Amazon (yes ironic) & how Amazon treats its workers really bad... do I need to say more. Goes on to say everyone ragged on Viv because hazbin hotel is on Amazon, Amazon is bad & quote by Official_TVC is cos "everyone looks for an excuse to hate". Ok now I'm giving evidence on why people ragged on Viv for prime since you give jackshit.

Amazon/prime is currently being boycotted, its on the bds list why people were saying to pirate hazbin. Not some bullshit reason Official gave on it being mindless hate. Here is a video explaining why people are boycotting Amazon:

Vivienne also like this post from a fan, do I need to spell out how fucking disgusting this tweet is and the fact that she liked it.

Official carrys on to say stalker 1 did 3 things, doxxed Vivienne, & in their words if you go to said person's page Official states "im pretty sure they know where vivziepop lives". That is speculation, thats your opinion cos no evidence is provided or can be for that matter cos this is what YOU think. Dropping as Official says "nuggets" of info on Viv's siblings University, their work (this info was from a sibling's linked in page, public info). Can I say aside, I know her sibling's names. Why, not from stalking but from them leaving comments on Viv's speeddraws and Viv publicly naming them on her PUBLIC socials. And if you know someone's name you can easily find out what uni they went to, if you know my name & search me up you know what uni I go to its in the public on their linked in, social posts ect.

They go on to talk about how terrible leaking Viv's shows are, which idgaf. Amazon is a zionist corporation I'm pirating anything of Vivienne. Even invincible which I love, pirated it. Fans should too (since I see a lot of fans with free palastine in bio but still pay for prime). Anyway thats on them.

TW: talks of sexual harassment. So Official doesn't want to give more info on this individual which I respect & understand. However they say stalker 1 is sexually harrassing this person, sending content of a sexual nature all because the victim in this situation didn't agree with stalker 1 on the stalker's sentiments on hazbin hotel. I understand protecting the victim but my soul you're literally protecting the perpetrator. Expose them, you keep staying stalker 1 & 2 CALL THEM OUT. Protect the victims but expose the perpetrators.

They go on to stalker 2, who know stalker 1. Stalker 2 supposedly went to the hazbin premiere. They were there to keep an eye on vivziepop Official quotes. No evidence of this quote or info just them relaying it. Again this is all your words against what. Yeah that is concerning it really is but substantiate this evidence & quotes. This is the 1st time I'm hearing about this so I would like to know more on this & this heinous person. But you don't give any evidence. Official says " these people need to be stopped", how can they be stopped. You give no names, no info or evidence, its wishful thinking you saying this. I'm harping on and on on about Official gives no evidence but its so flipping frustrating hearing them spout all this WITH NOTHING to back their words.

TW again: Mentions of suicide and Shay a fan bullied by the fandom who then took their own life. Know a lot of people are still saddened by what led to Shay's passing why I mention this.

Official says stalker 1 is using the death of Shay to entice fruther harrassed on Vivienne. Its "apparently now", huskerdust fans went after Shay with heinous harassment & Shay subsequently ended their life, may they rest in peace. Official claims stalker 1 says Vivziepop is directly responsible for Shay's death. Shay's death was worded as "apparently" but stalker 1 using Shay's death to pin it on Vivziepop is stated as a fact. How disgusting can you be someone died & its apparently so to you but your word of mouth should be considered fact, fuck off. Official then goes on to say... sighs quote "we do not hold politicians accountable when they massacre people of other countries... bloodlines don't exist but we don't blame the politicians pushing the buttons".

Ok wtf, yes we do we blame Biden & other politicians & presidents for pushing the figurative & literally buttons on massacring Palestinians & other minorities, WE DO so wtf are you talking about. I honestly hate Official at this point because wtf are they saying. I don't blame vivziepop on Shay's death, even though when there was attempts to reach Vivienne on what was happening to Shay, maybe the channels they used like email didn't get the message across unfortunately. What I absolutely hate is when fans, like official now use Shay's death as a pawn in relation to people hating on Viv. No one that I've see & I'm saying it now I know who these stalker 1 & 2 are not even they were as disgusting as Official & fans to use Shay's death as to further hate on Vivienne. What Official_TVC is saying is bullshit.

And I disregard everything Official_TVC says after they hearted this comment, fuck you Official_TVC for hearting this vile comment.

In all this video is a load of nothing, bullshit actually & just vile on the parts of Shay. They ended of once again reiterating they won't give proof because people just want names & evidence for the tea/gossip & they want to protect Vivienne, shoo shoo. Again trust me bro, I did the research so trust me.

I want to reiterate I condone no actions if provided true on stalker 1 or 2. But from what I've seen of them is all out of context, lies spread by the fandom & things just made up down the grapevine. I don't do this for likes, clout or other bullshit the fandom says. Wouldn't be of me on my nature and the work that I do. Come with substantial evidence, then we discuss & make conclusions but for now

I never do ship fanart, let alone make kids of a ship, but I was compelled. The girl is Pomme, and Ignace is the boy. They're both super cute but can be little hellions, and some time straight up creepy a la The Shining (it's a hotel so it's perfect)

I don't know how the twins came to be, like did they just pop out of thin air due to magic, or what anything is possible in hell. The twins dont have antlers. Instead, they sprout horns and claws like Lucifer and Charlie. They got their cheek markings, too, but they got some melanin from Alastor. They have shadow magic, too, but usually get around by climbing the ceiling like the hellspawn they are. Their heads can swivel 360° like Alastor, which freaked Charlie out the 1st time it happened, thinking she broke her baby sibling. Charlie was sobbing while holding the baby away from her and sleep deprived Alastor, who knew they could do that just fell into a fit of manic laughter. Lucifer then walked into the demented scene holding Pomme and walked right the fuck back out.

Alastor was freaked out at first, but they look so much like his mom that he couldn't help but fall in love. I see Alastor as the more "mom" of the pair since he actually had a mom, can cook, seems to have a more 'get things done' type of personality. While Lucifer is getting better at being a dad. Hes terrified hes going to let them down like he feels he did to Charlie. But when your partner(could be platonic could be romantic although I a demiromantic personally lean towards romantic after getting to know each other and bonding) doesn't up and leave, support makes all the difference. I also feel like they're first words were calling Alastor Mama because Lucifer had been training them as revenge for the whole "It's a little funny, you could almost call me dad" line he'd be like "nuh uh not even these ones are going to"

Alastor and Lucifer argue a lot about their clothes. Alasto will not have his children dressed like members of a circus. Lucifer doesn't want them dressed like little old people. Youd think since theres two they could compromise but the one thing they wordlessly agree on is that theyre cutest when they match. Charlie or Nifty usually step in the middle of the argument and dress them during the argument and take them to the kitchen. They're low key aware of this but still argue because fighting is low key a love language.

Other than their parents, their favorite people are Charlie(sister), Rosie(auntie), and Nifty(pseudo sister.) They like cuddling with Angel and Husk, for naps because they're soft, but for awake time, absolutely no respect for those two! It's like the scene with Jack Jack and the babysitter in the Incredibles. They don't like Vaggie at first since Alastor has a bit of a tiff with her, and she takes Charlie away from them. She eventually wins them over. They like her singing and that she talks to them like big people(she's not capable of baby talk.) They hate the Vox and Val much to Alastor and Angel Dusts delight. They're awed by Zestiel, though no one is quite sure why. Zestiel is greatly amused by this.

Plagiarism in the ACOTAR Fandom

If you write Nessian, Nezriel, or Cazriel and ACOSF fics, take note.

On Thursday, June 29, I learned that my fic, viciousness & intelligence, was plagiarized by A03 user amaliea25 in her story titled Fall from Grace. Since alerting her that I was aware of her plagiarism, she edited the scenes she stole from my fic, but she has not removed them entirely from her story.

This plagiarism came to my attention when amaliea25 commented on my short V&I outtake, promises & punishments. This was the first time she contacted me on AO3, and I was curious about what drew someone to such a minor fic. I clicked onto her page and found that she was also a Nesta/Azriel/Cassian writer. Previously, I ignored Fall from Grace because, as a canon-divergent ACOSF story in which Nesta has an unexpected dual mating bond with Cassian and Azriel, the premise was similar enough to V&I that I did not want to step on her toes by accident.

However, I shouldn't have worried about that. Because when I decided to check out a random page in her fic anyway to decide whether or not I should bookmark it to read after I finish V&I, I discovered she was already plagiarizing my work.

The Plagiarized Content

To my knowledge, three scenes from V&I were stolen from Chapters 2, 3, and 6. However, amaliea25 is in the habit of paraphrasing the scenes she steals, and I haven't read V&I in over 6 months, so I have suspicions about at least half a dozen more passages and plot points. I will highlight the two most obvious offenses here.

The Reddit Tip-off

I have since read the entirety of Fall from Grace to check for more plagiarism, and while doing so I realized that the title of Fall from Grace and the sentiment in the comment on promises & punishments sounded familiar to me. I used to advertise my fics on r/ACOTAR, and in May I received email notifications about several comments on my old post about V&I... the most recent of which advertised another Nessriel story entirely.

I was appalled that someone promoted another fic on my post, but ignored it at the time and muted the user - I thought it was just a fan of the Nesta/Cassian/Azriel ship being unknowingly rude.

But when I went back and confirmed that the story in this comment was the one that plagiarized my fic, I did get a little heated and jump the gun. I replied, "Considering that fic has plagiarized mine, do not do that." The next morning, the comment advertising Fall from Grace on my post was gone.

But even though that one instance of this user promoting Fall from Grace was deleted, it is strange that it is the only fic u/Embarrassed_Room1347 promotes, isn’t it?

So I suspect that u/Embarrassed_Room1347 and AO3 user amaliea25 are the same person, and that my comment about plagiarism on June 29th tipped her off that I was aware and that she needed to cover up her tracks...

The Alteration

...which she tried to do. Poorly. Here is a screenshot of the same portion of Chapter 22 of Fall from Grace taken today, July 1st, proving that amaliea25 is aware that she committed plagiarism, that it is not okay, and that I am unhappy that she did. This is the only edit she has made to my knowledge, since as of this post, Chapter 23 remains untouched.

Despite amaliea25's attempts to edit away her plagiarism, I also downloaded a copy of Fall from Grace as an EPUB from AO3 on June 29th before she had the chance. This fic was first published on May 8, 2023, and the extreme length and patchwork quality of the writing and plot indicates to me that much of it was taken from outside sources.

If you are a fellow ACOTAR author and you are concerned amaliea25 may have plagiarized your work and is now attempting to cover it up, please DM me. I'll send you the file so you can check for yourself.

She may have altered what she stole from your work even further since June 29th, but it is likely still in her fic.

I only check AO3 for fics. If you are aware of Fall from Grace on any other platforms, I would appreciate it if you told me so I can report it.

i just want to add some observation about the zoro subplot with hi/yori during wano and what does it means for my fave ship zorobin.

in relation to this amazing analysis by @kathitah

in a surface level this side story many would say is to introduce hi/yori as possible love interest for zoro which i beg to differ bcos all throughout the arc, zoro was never written or shown that he is interested with her.

the zoro-hi/yori here was like zoro-ta/shigi. almost like they were there just to annoy zoro then have him save them in the process. remember punk hazard where zoro still finds tashigi bothersome for her attitude towards him but he still carried her when she got injured.

the only thing i could think of why there's this side story with hi/yori is because it's actually for otoko.

how can this child meet zoro (since they are distant relatives and would be an important but tragic plotline for yasui).

oda have hi/yori to be used as an instrument/medium to have her carry otoko then they were pursued by killer and for zoro to save them. also cos she's momo's sister (kozuki clan, oden's kid, you know for the enma sword in replacement of ryuma's)

zoro met otoko (somewhat tying a loose end of meeting your long lost relative - unknowingly by both parties) then the heartbreaking scene of finding out the truth about the rotten smile fruits and seeing yasui be tortured and died. zoro of course clearly got enraged about it.

after the sh saved otoko, the person that always took care of otoko afterwards is robin.

robin here showing that she cared for otoko and was fond of her and almost shown like a mother to her through these shots.

see robin's kimono for the progression of time, 1st checkered white+purple combo when sh saved toko before the onigashima raid. 2nd the one in the circle window that kimono she wore during the celebration when she also sneaked to see the poneglyph. 3rd kimono the pink one when they were discussing about what she discovered at the end of wano.

before they raided onigashima, all the sh reunited in the forest and zoro was given with enma. you can see robin in the background always carrying toko, sleeping in her arms.

during and post celebration, robin's always with toko. watching her sleep, holding her hand, being with her all the time like she's her daughter.

if you are not familiar with this anime you can bet if you ask nonwatcher to show the pics above that robin acts like a mother to toko.

also robin saved toko previously as well.

and id like to point out that among the kiddos in this arc with an exception with momo. luffy and nami is shown to be fond of otama (ace connection right there) then zoro + robin is shown to be more with otoko (yasui's kid whom he befriends with and they were distant relatives).

we saw zoro by the end of wano arc visited yasui's grave paying respect to him as someone who he'd met early on this arc and probably treat him as a friend (indirectly as relatives).

he asked otoko and she replied they were laying flowers which sparked an interest in him.

who's that nakama that is associated with flowers??? he is thinking about robin. the only person he knows that loves laying flowers to dead characters (flashback to ryunosuke during zou arc)

and when hi/yori came to this scene he is not reacting (is it bcos he is not interested or maybe he's a bit disappointed it was not the real big sis here - aka robin).

zoro also has a soft spot for toko, in this scene he's smiling about her prayers and her laugh. then whenever hi/yori is saying something his response was short and stern. you can even tell that he only perks up talking to her in this episode when he is talking about enma (obligatory interaction as it was her dad's sword).

in my opinion, the whole thing with hi/yori is just surface level cos if you watched closely it's really about zoro's connection to otoko/yasui (distant relations) and enma (cos you know its important that zoro will have 3 swords).

hi/yori is there to serve that damsel in distress trope. after being saved the damsel will develop a crush/interest with the savior. a common trope in stories that can indicate romance. this trope was also shown during other arcs but these instances are used by oda not for romance but only for plot and for our main characters to gain something. to have his mc saved someone then the plot A will go to plot B and for oda to used later on as he's nearing ending OP soon enough.

1. in dressrosa with sanji/viola. sanji always simps with beautiful women. saving women is his act of chivalry. after sanji saved viola, she manipulated him bcos she was working under doffy at that time but viola joined the bad guys to save her family. sanji is very perceptive of women still saves her knowing her connection with doffy. then after this viola eventually warms up to him and always blush whenever sanji holds her hands, hugs her etc... can be inferred that she starts crushing on him.

we learned she has clairvoyance and bcos of this when sanji learned from her that the ships in trouble with nami/chopper/brooke in it decided to go and save them. resulting for the SH to be separated. in relation to the whole cake island arc where sanji got a 2nd back story.

2. in fishmen island shirahoshi/luffy. the mermaid princess being targeted and luffy took responsibility in protecting/saving her. shirahoshi is very timid and shy and a cry baby.

and shirahoshi was revealed as one of the ancient weapons that can control sea kings. she will have a big role in the last big battle/war as we are now entering the last leg of OP. she will have a role in it. oda will revisit this one soon.

3. luffy/hancock - im not saying boa cannot defend herself but luffy protected her secret then she developed her deep love for him, so it counts under this trope. we can see all throughout that luffy do not reciprocate boa's feelings for him.

luffy is grateful to her for letting him sneaked into impel down, letting him on her island to trained for 2 yrs but other than that our main MC is not falling into the love thingy. though i can see why people might think that oda is setting up boa as luffy's love interest.

i think luffy will only settle down for a girl that can keep up with his adventurous spirit. and the only character that can keep up with him is nami. boa is just too much into pampering him.

4. zoro carrying tashigi in punk hazard. they already headbutted before. zoro always finds her troublesome as she has the same face with kuina. her strong opinion about him as a swordman and her saying zoro does not deserve to use all those famous swords etc...

in this arc, he lets Tashigi fight Monet but eventually he's the one that finishes monet off. showing us the audience how he'd become stronger as a swordsman. the arc before this is fishman and zoro was not able to showoff that much for his swordsman skill.

so here we have at punk hazard 2 strong swordsman fighting a devil fruit user. tashigi fought monet showing her swordsman skill but not enough to defeat her. then zoro took over giving us a very cool panel of slicing monet in half. letting us know that zoro's training with mihawk for 2 yrs is not for nothing.

he couldn't just let tashigi stay in the lab as the poison gas is reaching the whole lab that would make him as an AS and bad guy. so as a good person he took responsibility for carrying her. once he was reunited with the SH, we even didnt see how he dropped her. we just saw him running besides robin.

in these examples the damsel in distress is used but not in the romantic sense but for the mc to gain something and for the plot to move forward.

now let's go back to where zoro saved hi/yori.

the 1st time he saved her is more for otoko/yasui connection as i already discussed on top.

now the 2nd time he saved her, is for sanji to be jealous of zoro saving a beautiful woman usually his forte. since zoro and her already got acquainted he saved her knowing that she is momo's sister. and to give us a comedy with sanji of course their endless rivalry.

i'd like to point out some cool details in this cover story. this is me over analysing everything of course ahahah

everyone got a map indicating that the sh will be on their seperate missions.

but if you look closely with this in part right here, you have zoro and brook sitting together

brook with a telescope as he's the one that discovered that zoro has a woman sleeping on top of him.

robin at the back of zoro with chopper, interesting placement. zoro facing the other way indicating he'll get lost all the time. even with a map he always lost lol 😂 (lost with another woman) but there's an anchor between him and robin. the string under the butt of zoro connecting to the main anchor below robin. indicating that robin will always anchor him back to the right direction towards her.

chopper so cute looking like a baby. everyone would agree that in the sh crew chopper is the zorobin child/son.

mama/robin teaching son/chopper about the globe. the sun print of zoro's tshirt sun sounds like son.

sun = son

if you look at zoro, he got those father pose or daddy vibes looking at something that interests them like looking at a magazine/news paper with a hand on their chin.

robin's ass directly in front of the sun/son. mmm... interesting. might hint that zorobin will have an actual son in the future.

now in this chapter toko is the child zoro met. so here chopper represents otoko. and as i discussed above as well robin treats toko like her child.

cool details there's a moss at the bottom of the anchor (moss head 😆).

the dagger on top the globe, zoro losing one sword then gaining a new one.

sanji's shirt purple (enma's color as well as robin's). flower pattern at the back of franky (enma's design are embedded with flowers also robin's motif is flower, hana hana no mi, she loves flowers literally got a flowerbed in the sunny, and her powers - sprouting like flowers, flower petals when it disappeared).

nami's bird with a king's crown. - enma is oden's sword, the late shogun/king of wano.

also can be King and he has wings like a bird the one zoro fought in onigashima.

oda likes to draw from fan requests for cover page. and it is worth noting that he receives tons of requests and he smartly selected a request from a sender name: PURPLE panda.

purple - robin's color.

why crocodile? if you watch alabasta zoro only met him when they were at the casino. they did not fight even once.

crocodile - connected to luffy as he helped him during impel down/marine ford.

and who's other character heavily connected to crocoboy? nico robin, his vice president from baroque works.

and the 6 birds looking very similar to a robin as in the literal bird with the same name as our robin.

quick side analysis for this, as we learned during alabasta as vice president robin almost handled a big chunk for that organization. though crocoboy is the head she is still the one implementing things as croco hiding his identity as the head of baroque works.

and if u remembered when she 1st joined SH she's very inquisitive about zoro asking him directly what's the meaning of his title and him not trusting her that time. and her knowing look while she sat down.

so when they were recruiting for assassins/strong fighters for the organization id like to think that robin also is very on hand who's going to join. and while searching for possible candidates she heard about a pirate hunter from the east blue whose infamous with his demon aura who is very skilled with swords and so called by many as a monster/devil in fighting.

and if you have watched the live action during zoro's introduction a baroque agent tried to persuade him. and the showrunners confirmed that it was a very old concept from oda story to have baroque works recruit zoro. in anime/manga during whiskey peak were zoro killed the baroque works assassins in that whole island he mentioned that the organization tried to recruit him.

so this cover page is really something not just a cool nod to crocoboy but also a zorobin connection. 😉

this is a very long post but even if zoro has this side story including another woman it still always circles back to robin.

wano is a hard watch cos it's very very long just like the whole cake island. the stretch between episodes is almost unbearable.

of course at first as a zorobin shipper my heart deflated seeing episodes for zoro with another woman that could easily be seen as a potential love interest.

but now after reading many theories and analysis and now that i break it down a bit im quite happy that even if some chapters or episodes is him with another woman at the end all clues and subtle hints and symbolism still points to zorobin.

Canon-compliant Green family vacation

Daeron is going to Oldtown to be fostered there. Alicent insists on escorting him there herself, and makes a family vacation out of it. Sickly Viserys isn’t up to such travel, so they get to leave him behind.

Here’s the list of events I’ve got so far. I’m looking for more, so if you have ideas, chime in! I want this to be a collaboration post! Please collaborate with me! In particular, the going-there journey is a bit sparse and I could use some help. I also need Daeron anecdotes.

1st leg of the trip: King’s Landing to Tumbleton

They travel by land to Tumbleton, the highest navigable point on the Mander. Horses, carriages, a whole royal procession. They’re traveling on the Roseroad at first, and then take a dirt road that cuts across to Tumbleton.

Aemond, having no dragon yet, is going through a horse girl phase. Until he can get a dragon, he’s going to be the best horse rider anyone’s ever seen.

Alicent isn’t the best rider, but she does have a real fondness for horses. She identifies with them — their big dark gentle eyes; when they sigh and go “brbrbr” and sound so exhausted and put upon.

Alicent rides in a carriage at the start of the trip. The kids are like, “Come out and ride with us!” Criston’s on their side too. Eventually she does.

2nd leg of the trip: Tumbleton to Oldtown:

They travel downriver by boat, and then through the Sunset Sea to Oldtown.

Aegon falls overboard into the river and has to get rescued. This provides an opportunity to make fun of him, and also an opportunity to fuss over him, cuddle him, say, “We’re so glad we didn’t loose you.”

Stopping at every castle along the Mander — Bitterbridge, Longtable, Cider Hall, Highgarden — to spend a night or two and do diplomacy.

When the river turns into the sea, Helaena gets seasick. Alicent and Criston trade off sitting with her at the prow of the ship, and keeping an eye on the other kids.

Alicent pulling Daeron into her lap for cuddles at every opportunity.

Oldtown!

They arrange for baby nerds Helaena and Aemond to get a tour of the Citadel. They love it. Helaena is gifted a bug in amber.

Some Hightower kin shows Aemond the fused stone base of the Hightower and tells him about the competing theories of its history. Aemond is enthralled.

Alicent takes Criston to the Starry Sept. Maybe they redo their vows there?

Otto and Criston meet formally for the first time. Lean into all the meet-the-in-laws tropes for this scene, Otto really grills him. But later in private, Otto tells Alicent that he likes and approves of Criston — he’s been a fan of his since the day he beat Daemon.

Otto meeting Helaena for the first time since infancy, and her becoming his favorite grandchild.

Trip to the Arbor

They make a trip from Oldtown to the Arbor to visit Alicent’s maternal Redwyne kin.

The red tint in Alicent’s hair comes from the Redwyne side. Maybe she hennas her hair before they go to really bring it out? Her Redwyne family like seeing her mother’s traits in her.

Grandma Redwyne is still living. She fusses over Alicent and does the whole, “Oh, you look so much like your mother!” thing and Otto’s like, “I know, doesn’t she?”

Helaena is indirectly named after Alicent’s mother, who was named Elaine (Helene?)

Otto and Grandma Redwyne are mostly on good terms, but Alicent does overhear, once, Grandma Redwyne crying and berating Otto, “Why did you have to take your family with you to the capital? Why couldn’t you have left Elaine and the kids here with me? I would’ve taken care of them, and Elaine wouldn’t have caught the summer fever from that fetid city and she’d still be alive!”

Grandma Redwyne: Where in Dorne is your family from? Criston: *getting really uncomfortable* My mother was born on the coast of the Sea of Dorne. Grandma Redwyne: Ah. I don't know much about the northern coast, only the southern coast. My grandfather was a sailor out of Planky Town. He ran Arbor Gold all over, from Bear Island to Volantis. He never went to the north coast of Dorne, though, never went through the Stepstones. The pirates and all. Grandpa used to say that braving pirates' waters was for men without families waiting for them back home. Criston: *relaxes, smiles*

Return journy: Oldtown to King’s Landing

They travel by ship along the Dornish coast, through the Stepstones, and back to King’s Landing.

If the previous first two segments were the "let's talk about Alicent's family" section, this is "let's talk about Criston's family."

Aemond is sad about loosing his favorite brother. Criston assures him that Daeron will always be his brother. As he’s saying it, Criston realizes that while Aemond’s not loosing Daeron, he is. Daeron will always be their son and brother because blood, but Criston doesn’t have that to fall back on. Being the man that raised them is the only claim he has to these kids. If he’s not that to Daeron, then that’s it — Daeron won’t be his in the future. Criston has just lost him. He calls Alicent over, pushes Aemond off onto her, and then goes and cries in private.

Aegon learns sea shanties from the sailors, and sings them as loudly as he can. Aemond is super annoyed. Helaena surprises the parents by singing to.

Criston spends a lot of time looking at the Dornish coast, off the port side of the ship. At night he has a dream that they’re caught in a storm and shipwrecked on the shore. When people arrive on the beach to help them, he presents himself as a Dornishman and Alicent as his wife.

Sentimentality about Criston’s family as they pass by the Sea of Dorne. “My mother was born somewhere along there. A little village on the northern coast of Dorne.” “Blackhaven is somewhere that way. That’s where my family are.” Getting emotional and praying for his family, who he can only hope are still living since they’re illiterate smallfolk so he can’t write letters to them. The kids saying, “Let’s go to Blackhaven!” and Criston sadly having to explain that it’s an arduous trek through the mountains to get there, it’s not a coastal place they can easily tack onto their trip, people are expecting them back in King’s Landing, etc. Aemond saying, “Ok, fine, we’ll do that trip when Aegon’s king then.”

You grabbed the lipstick (I do not care where the heck you grab it from, heck. You can even grab it from *Raiden shogun's famous scene)

He saw your lipstick and he felt danger, he tried to scoot back but got cornered to a wall. "HAHAHA, you can't get away now can you~ it's time." You smiled so evilly. You kissed him all over his face, and he blushed softly looking away.

Well, you might think. "Oh, everyone is gonna ask him. 'Why is there a smudge on your face?'" But everyone knows. (At least Beidou's crew) Beidou is teasing him every moment she gets, trying to hold back a laugh...."BAHAAHAHAH-" she failed miserably.

Was thinking how we get confirmation of some of the things years later. Like in today's ep jm said him, jk (confirmed) and either one of jin and yg (jm was a bit confused who but it could also be that yoonjin both left later like jikook) were the last ones to leave their dorm and remember how we used to think jikook "might" live together cause they used to share car alot during 2019-2021. Now idk exactly when they left their dorms but i do know the news of RM and jm buying house in nine one hit the media around june 1st 2021. Also that one BTS video where the boys were interviewing e/o and jk asked jm what was the most enjoyable thing these days and jm replied "The most enjoyable thing these days is waking up and seeing jungkook" idr but wasn't it around 2019-2020 when he said that? And jikook and yoonjin used to share car, jikook the most of times so i think yup jikook used to live in the shared apartment be it dorm or whatever that is. So we were basically right.

Intersting thing is even after RM and jm buying house we still saw jikook sharing cars now idk why that. Yes when minimoni brought their houses they shared car but it was like only few times but jikook still has shared cars few times here nd there so i wonder why is that maybe they love sharing cars or their houses are near or etc etc.

Maybe as the besties they're when it comes to car sharing they just simply put these two together knowing they have shared it before too. Remember how they shared car 4 days of concerts in LV? There's another thing who's confirmation we got way later but i don't remember that now but yeah.

Also the way tkkrs be like "but jungkook don't cook for jm he doesn't even have jm's number" both got denied in this ep....i know it's only them who believed their shit theories but they're sooo many in number and they spread it everywhere so it's like thousands of them i think like 99% of them belive that shit. "Jungkook doens't have jm's number why is it a problem it happens people don't have e/o's numbers why are you blaming tkkrs for it" i remember mfkr dionysustkk tweeting this. The way i wanna bitch slap that identity crisis human. Like bitch not only he has jm's number (sounds so fking silly to say even) he literally knows jm's House password and walks like he knows the place and even cook for the two of them so you can sit in a corner and cry me some river

I found it interesting that jimin knew for sure that jk was still with him at the dorms but couldn't confirm whether yoonjin were there too. Seems like a detail you'd recall I feel, unless you were spending a majority of your time with one person. And if we are to go by your timeline it does seem that even after moving out jikook seemed to have made a deliberate choice to take the same car on multiple occasions. I do think there was a period in mid 2021 and early 2023 where jkk were maybe not seeing each that frequently based on some of their conversations, but this docu has really made me re evaluate a lot of these assumptions.

Since 2020, we have gotten almost 1/3 the amount of behind the scenes ot7 content and that definitely had an impact on many peoples assumptions on the members relationships. It's why certain "groups" felt more confident in proclaiming that jikook were never close or only fanservice.

Tkkrs and their cult leaders will never stop in their attempts at undermining jikooks relationship with false narratives. It's something I didn't understand the need of when I first entered shipping spaces because if you believe tkk are real and in a healthy relationship, then why would assuming jikook are close friends, in any way would come in the way of that? Why did jimin need to be the villain in their theories so bad? It's only now that I kinda get that as a tkkr, they can't possibility perceive that tkk are in a 'genuine and healthy' relationship if they have to take jikook at face value. Cause the way those two interact and prioritise one another, does really throw tkkrs off gaurd. Which is why so much of their belief and foundation hinges on all of jkks interactions being fake and forced and jk secretly hating jm. Because the alternative cannot be that they're 'close friends" for them, once they start 'really seeing' jikook for the way they are around one another, it disturbs their perfect ideal.

Not saying that there's no possibility that jikook are in fact just close friends after all, but I think once you do see that underlying spark that makes one go "?" ,it's kind of hard to unsee it.

Favorite Childhood Book

A Fada Oriana (The Fairy Oriana) by Sophia de Mello Breyner Andresen.

It's about a fairy named Oriana that has to take care of a forest but one day, while looking at the river, meets a fish who talks her into neglecting the forest, which causes a lot of trouble. Then, Oriana, has to learn how to repair the damage she made.

It's a book about responsibility, consequeses, the importance of individual action and learning from one's mistakes.

Património Cultural: Realidade Viva (Cultural Patrimony: Live Reality) by Guilherme d'Oliveira Martins.

It's a book about the preservation of patrimony in Portugal under the context of belonging in the European Union in the 21st century.

It's not a very interesting book nor scientific, just a summary of Portuguese and European laws for people who don't wanna read the laws (?). I wouldn't read it on my own but it's a mandatory read for one of my classes in my Master's so I gotta ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

It had been sitting on my watchlist for a while but I never gotten around to it for some reason... Nevertheless, my latest Wheel Decide™ for what to watch next landed on it, so... I'm watching it now!

I'm gonna opt to mention the game I'm currently playing (besides Bloons TD 6, but I'm always playing Bloons, so... not news), which is Heaven's Vault by Inkle!

It's an extremely niche game, focused on figuring out an ancient language and, with it, the history of the world it's set in. It envolves robots, space travelling, discussions on xenophobia and religious intolerence and a lot more. I haven't finished yet but I'm loving the experience so far!

I understand it's not for everyone but I'm loving it!! <3 (not a Mickey D's reference, fuck Mickey D's)

RWBY kill count

Soooo we all know a lot of people have died over the span of the series. So i took it upon myself to count them up. All of them. Yes, the nameless grunts and dead bodies in the background. Yes, the ones that no way in hell would survive something like what happened to them. Every single death in this series.

This originally was a doc, but tumblr doesn't allow those, so i'll put all the research under the cut. And it's long, so buckle up.

Rules: 1. Dead person has to be shown on screen (off-screen deaths counted in rare circumstances - heard them, heard about them and details of their death enough to count). En-mass kills are counted up depending on previous scenes of this group and logic. I only count what i see and can logically assume from what's on screen and told by dialog.

2. Aura exists, so most fighters are assumed to survive unless the person doesn’t have active aura or there’s no way in hell someone survives that.

3. Salem «deaths» will be counted, but with an asterisk*, since immortal. Same for Ozes, we see an Oz - we count him, since we know all of them are dead by nature of reincarnation - an exception to «death off screen» rule. 4. Book information included as much as possible since i haven’t read them lol

5. Ascension is counted with an asterisk*, as it is death of self and rebirth into a new form (same as Oz, in a way). +intention of the characters ascending will be counted.

Now it's time for our most important topic (in my opinion). Gay pirates.

Our Flag Means Death first graced our TV screens in 2022 with a second season following shortly after in 2023 (this blog will only cover the 1st season so please don't spoil anything!). This series is rich with people who we would recognise in the time when pirates roamed the earth such as Israel "Izzy" Hands, Calico Jack, Jim (who is based on multiple real-life pirates) and so on. The actual title of the show could also be a reference to this time due to the dangers and risks associated with piracy, where engaging in pirate activities often led to a perilous fate depending on who you ran (or sailed) into. But the two main pirates of the show are the real reason I'm writing our blog, so let's get on with it!

'Gentleman Pirate', Stede Bonnet, is an inexperienced pirate who used to be an Englishman during the 18th century. He lacked experience yet somehow managed to find himself as the Captain of his own ship known as 'The Revenger'. 'Blackbeard', Edward Teach, is a notorious pirate who also sailed the seas during the 18th century. He was known for his fearsome appearance, long black beard, having multiple weapons strapped to his body as well as being in command of a fleet of ships. The odds of these two meetings seem pretty slim right? WRONG! The two do meet. And have a hell of an adventure that sends them both (and the audience) on an emotional rollercoaster.

Although I would love to dissect every single scene that could have led audiences shipping these two, I have limited it to several to save time for myself and for those of you who are reading.

The first scene I would like to introduce comes from the first season where Edward (Blackbeard) had been staying on the Revenge, teaching Stede how to become a more fearsome pirate while in return Stede taught him about higher society. Already the two represent being people the other person dreamt of being, already creating a connection of respect in some cases. After being insulted by the captain of a ship they had just raided, we are given a glimpse into Edward's backstory after he pulls out some red handkerchief his mother had given him. Attached to this handkerchief is a memory that has followed Edward for years of his mother telling him when he was a child that 'they were not the kinds of people that got to have fine things'. Additionally, on the captured ship an invitation to a high-society party is found, and we see Edward desperately wanting to attend. While at this party he takes on the identity of 'Jeff the Accountant' and entertains the aristocracy. But things turn sour when he fails to remember the correct utensils to use at dinner, causing the aristocracy to start laughing at him and no longer with him. Stede handles the situation by starting a brawl amongst the aristocrats, leading to the boat catching on fire. Now we get to the main bit of this section, as Edward removes the red handkerchief from his shirt and reminisces about what his mother had said to him we see Stede come up to him. He takes the red handkerchief, folds it into a rose and places it into Edward's breast pocket, telling him that 'he wore fine things well', leading to a moment of silence before the two walked away from each other (not without a glimpse back though). To some of the fanbase, the red handkerchief could be a personification of Edward's heart. He views it as a 'tatty old thing' that he should hide since he doesn't think it suits him to have a heart. He might think it's weak to have one since it could lead to him being hurt in a place he cannot heal. We first see him hiding the fabric, embarrassed to show Stede. This could also be because he views Stede as the 'fine thing' that he cannot have. That his heart will not suit Stede due to their different upbringings. But as the two grew closer that evening he shows his heart to Stede, who folds it into a beautiful rose showing him how beautiful his heart could be. This could also mean that Stede is the amplifier that Edward needs in order to see himself for who he truly is and to see how he can wear his heart well. This showed progress of their relationship for many fans due to how he was showing a part of him (that he normally kept hidden) to Stede. A desire he always wanted but did not think he deserved. And how Stede reassured him he did deserve it. This is only one of the scenes that proves how important the two are to not only each other for things such as teaching each other how to be a better pirate or teaching the other about the finer things in life, but also to each other's growth as individuals.

We again see their relationship change when Edward tries to kill Stede Bonnet (it sounds worse than it is, trust me). As we learn how the only time Edward felt fear was when his father was killed by the 'Kraken' and how he was there to witness it, he decided it was time to teach Stede about the 'art of fuckery' and how it could be used as a great way to install fear in their enemies. However, some of Edwards crew (Izzy,Ivan and Fang) had had enough of Edward acting like Stede's 'pet' (someone that Blackbeard would never let on his ship) and said it was time for Bonnet to die. Edward agreed. As he went on to do the deed ,unaware that Stede was planning to do an 'art of fuckery', the special effects resembling a Kraken attack cause Edward to go into a panic and hide in Stede's bathroom. Alarmed at this reaction, Stede follows and Edward reveals that he was the 'Kraken' who killed his abusive father. With this, he also tells Stede that he was planning to kill him but couldn't as he broke down in tears saying how he 'wasn't a good person' and that this was why he 'didn't have any friends'. Stede rebukes this claim and says how he views him as a friend and how he will forget about the planned killing, comforting Edward. This showed how much comfort Stede provides Edward. When Edward felt unsafe or needed somewhere he felt safe he went to STEDE'S bathroom. This showed that when he feels vulnerable, when all of the emotions he's kept hidden for so long come to surface his one confidant is Stede. And again, he shares something he has never shared with anyone else showing how much he trusts him. The way he can't kill Stede or keep his emotions in check around him could also highlight the fact that he cannot bring himself to be Blackbeard around Stede. He can only be Ed. The better self that Stede had helped him find. And how Stede straight away went after Edward, comforted him even when he revealed he was going to kill him and reminded him of his frienship showed that he could see the real Edward. And that was the version he wanted to see. Not the Blackbeard the others demanded came back to surface. The one that suited fine things. Edward. And with this interaction how could we not want a happy ending for these two?

Sadly, we do not get to see a happy end as of season one.

As soon as Edward learns that Calico Jack (his former crewmate) was sent by Izzy to make sure that he was away from the Revenge before the English arrived and captured Stede and his crew, he abandons the dinghy to return to the revenge. Once he arrives him, Stede and the rest of the crew are captured. But, as their hands are tied and they're thrown onto the floor, we see a moment between the two that had cemented for many fans that they did indeed have feelings for each other. They look at each other, content that they were together again. And as the camera slowly zooms out, we see Edwards boot reach for Stede's ankle, and in response Stede rubs his ankle against Edwards boot. Despite the chaos happening outside, their only concern is comforting the other. And if they have the means to do it, they will not hesitate. As long as they each have that little bit of comfort the world could burn and they would still be okay. Since they have the other as company. Nothing would hurt them more than being separated. If they could have even the tiniest bit of contact, nothing be bad. Even when death faces them and comes for their 'flags', they are just happy they would go through it together. There's no 'Mine' in 'Our Flag Means Death' after all.

The next episode we see as they both try and defend each other over Stede's crime (killing Nigel Badminton) showing how they wanted to make sure the other one was safe, even if it meant death for themselves. They just wanted the other one to be safe. In the end they both get put on trial. It was decided that Edward would go with Izzy Hands while Stede would be sentenced to death by firing squad. Not wanting Stede to go to a place he wouldn't be able to follow him to, Edward declared Act of Grace to save 'The Gentleman Pirates' life. This was agreed to and Stede would be pardoned if the both of them signed a document which would mean they would need to give up their life of piracy and serve the king. They both signed. As they spend some time in the Royal Privateering Academy, Stede questions how Edward was able to handle the situation so well to which Edward says he wanted to do 'what makes Ed happy'. He confessed that it was Stede that made 'Ed' happy. To make a sweet moment so much sweeter, he ends the confession with a kiss. As Stede accepts Edwards feelings they both decide to run away together. However, Stede never turned up. Just before the two planned to meet, he was awoken up at gunpoint by Chauncey Badminton who told him that he 'defiles beautiful things'. He reminded him of his crime of killing Nigel, of his family and how he had brought 'histories greatest pirate to ruin'. Stede finds himself agreeing to this and makes the decision to go to back to his former home. Edward is left heartbroken as he finds his way back to the Revenge, alone. He reverts to his old ways as 'Blackbeard', throwing away his old red handkerchief. Throwing away his heart and everything that reminded him of Stede. While Blackbeard began getting rid of his old life as 'Edward', Stede realsied how much he really loved Edward. As his wife (Mary Bonnet) revealed what it was like to be in love with Doug, he started thinking about his time with Edward and how much it meant to him. This was love. The two then used the 'art of fuckery' to fake Stede's death (which worked), but it was too late. Edward and the Ship were gone from the location where it had been last. In this scene we might as well have seen the death of 'Ed' as without Stede, he was just Blackbeard. Afterall, the pair of them are only their best selves when they are together.

Type of ship: Queer Canon

The 'Our Flags Mean Death' franchise is one of the best series I have personally watched regarding representation and in the way it rejects toxic masculinity. The LGBTQ+ community have suffered at the hands of what is known as 'queer baiting' for so long. This is when through advertisements and interviews with casts ect the TV producers sort of lure the community into watching and promoting their show with a false promise that their will be non-heteronormative couples involved in their franchise. But they don't follow through with this and get our hopes up making us feel lead on (see shark emoji post on BeChloe). This is why Our Flags Means Death was such a breath of fresh air. Actually FOLLOWING THROUGH with what was promised just raised our hopes a little more and allowed more people (who do not get near enough representation through TV shows and movies ect) to feel a bit more seen and also helped people discover who they are when they see people going through the same issues they're going through.

Stede and Ed's relationship was a pleasure to watch. To see two men have such comfort in each other and to see characters talking about their feelings and having breakdowns without feeling any shame or embarrassment was needed in order to challenge the toxic masculinity we see too much in this world and in the media. And to have such positive representations of Queer relationships being healthy was also amazing.

The journey we followed with Stede and Ed (although it ended on a cliffhanger) showed us what love was all about. Trust. Being your true self with each other. Sacrifice. Loving each other when we're at our worst. Loving the parts of the other that they couldn't love themselves. And so much more. And to find out what we hoped would happen, did happen is such a win for the LGBTQ+ community. We can only hope that shows will take a few lessons from this show and that we don't need to fear queer baiting happening as frequently as it does.

Even the show director (David Jenkins) admitted 'that Stede and Blackbeard’s romance was always part of his initial pitch for the series — and one of the things he and the writers found most creatively fulfilling". The opposites attract troupe which lead to the both of them just finding out what each of them actually wanted, fixed with the slow burn and not just the both of them automatically liking each other and showing the development of their relationship felt like a reward and made it feel natural and not forced.

It's safe to say I cannot wait to watch season 2. The only complaint I have for this show is how lonely it makes me feel. We all deserve a relationship like Stede and Ed.

Haven't seen anyone talk about this, but it's very likely we'll be getting a flashback montage from Mike's perspective in Vol. 2, similar to Max's in Vol. 1.

In season 1-2, Mike was arguably the main character of the show. He was at the center of most scenes, which allowed the audience to get a lot of insight into what he was thinking/feeling during that time. Whereas lately, but especially in season 4, we are almost entirely in the dark.

We've been forced to read the subtext, because the text itself is refusing to give anything away.

I think it's funny when people say Byler fans read too much into things, when it's very likely they are the only ones ready for what's to come precisely because of their knack for reading too much into things.

For example, the three notable hints in 4x01 alone, out of only a handful of scenes we got from Mike that episode: (1) the one way sign pointing into Mike's closet, (2) his dreamy eyes at Eddie w Fever in the background, and (3) the wrestling room w Mike's POV zooming out of two boys doing... idk what they're doing feat. some bowl-cuts.

Even though it's subtle, it's intentional when considering the fact that we got so little else from him in Vol. 1. And I think the appeal of leaving us in the dark in Vol. 1 is to inevitably bring us into the light in Vol. 2.

And Mike getting Vecna'd is the most logical way to do that.

There's a bunch of things I can imagine going down in terms of what he hallucinates and stuff as a result of his shame/fears, which is why I don't want to go down that rabbit hole, since the possibilities are sort of endless.

I'm not sure how it would go down exactly, but I think it's safe to assume that if Mike makes it, we would see something along the lines of what Max saw, which was memories of all the people she cared about most, but with Lucas at the center of it.

It's not a stretch to assume Mike's montage would be Will centric, especially when we're talking season 1-2.

Byler Flashback Montage: Wish-List - "You said he was alive!" - "Crazy Together" - "Maybe all of this is happening for a reason..." - Mike's arm around Will's shoulder (2) - Mike on Will's bedside (2) - "We won't let him" feat. handhold - "It was the best thing I've ever done." - The Snowball... - Every single "You okay?" + season 3-4 moments. You get the gist!

And I just think it will be interesting for casual viewers to get this refresher of not only how it all began, but also how for Mike, Will has always been one of, if not the most important person in his life.

A lot of scenes between them are just going to feel different than they did the first time for most casual viewers. Especially now after having Will's feelings for Mike out in the open, and most likely after seeing Mike maybe looking at Will differently. Those flashbacks are going to make a lot of people wake up.

What I'm most excited for is that ST was arguably at its peak during those Mike/Will moments, and I think a lot of fans forgot that. We're also likely going to see pieces of Mike we haven't seen in a while, the sides of him we only really see when he's in a good place with Will, which is going to have a lot of people going, " now, wait a damn minute... I love this Mike?? I missed him??".

While there are a lot of people that won't be too happy about Mike reciprocating Will's feelings, I know there are just as many, if not more that don't really care about ships. Most people watching shows will go with whatever pairing is presented to them, especially if it feels right and true to the story. And Byler is as true to ST as it gets.

So heres to all of us out there who read too much into things. I look forward to educating the masses with you on and after July 1st!

Hi there, so if you're reading this, it is likely you agree that I am quite terrible at maintaining a consistent taglist, so I'm going to scratch it off and start all over again. And I'm also terribly disorganised, so yes, but that's a story for another day.

All fics. I don't do moodboards or HCs, so it is just all fics, series, one-shots, whatnot.

Crimes of Passion only.

It contains all characters and all pairings, though I mostly write for Nora and Trystan and that's pretty much it. I might also dabble in some platonic pairings in the future, so if you're interested in that as well -- look out for them, I suppose?

Open Heart only.

Jane, Ethan, the whole gang. It's OH but everything. All pairings, even though I only ever write Jane and Ethan but I might have some Aurora x OC fics planned (you'll never know).

Wake the Dead only

WTD started off strong and was propelled further with the likes of zombie/apocalypse media that I watched during the time of the book's release (Last of Us, A Quiet Place, etc) but right now, I doubt I'd work on it as vigorously as I would spend writing Crimes fics. If you are interested in this, let me know!

Guinevere only

I haven't like worked on a lot of Guinevere fics, because I actually.. haven't finished Guinevere yet. I know, I know. I'm a terrible person. I still have 4-5 chapters to go and I'm collecting a lot of diamonds to pay for all the scenes, so apologies lmao. I mostly would write for MC x Artura because Artura is the GOAT. I also haven't prepared a masterlist for that, so maybe I'll do that in the coming days. Either way, let me know if you'd like to be tagged for Guinevere!

Onwards to the future works that I've planned!

Blades of Light and Shadow only

Aroace MC, adventure, song, dance - it's got everything and more. I have already planned my character and I can't wait for you to learn more about her. And also it's almost Bolas season, all the more reason to write Blades fics. I haven't started to work on any Blades-specific fics yet, but if you'd like to be tagged for them, let me know!

However, I will be putting out this one-off one shots from other books like MoTY, MaH and other books that have interested me. They're just like.. extra stuff, not exactly strictly restricted to a masterlist but sort of there to diversify my book palette so to speak. The problem with selecting books to write fics for is that, I don't know where to even start. Sometimes I'm sort of in a fix and that's just terrible. So if you want me to write a specific pairing from a specific book or if you'd like me to just explore my MC's story in a book that you enjoy, send me some requests, my asks are always open!

Queer book recommendations/new books

Although it is sad Chain of Thorns was initially supposed to come out this week but didn't, there are plenty new books to read that I think many of you would enjoy to pass the time. Two of which actually came out November 1st, the same day ChoT was originally supposed to release.

Here they are!

I'll start with a Taste of Gold and Iron, which came out this August. It's an adult m/m fantasy romance featuring prince Kadou and his body guard Evemer. After an incident with a powerful ambassador, Kadou has to prove his loyalty to his sister, the queen, and investigate a conspiracy involving counterfeit coins in a world where certain people have the ability to touch-taste precious metals with their finger. It's a slow burn type of romance between a prince and his body guard. I really liked how Kadou's chronic anxiety was depicted. Evemer, on the other hand, is very stoic and duty driven. He tends to be quiet. He can go entire days only saying "yes, my prince" and "no, my prince". The book has both their POVs and includes discussions about ethics and a very intimate (not necessarily sexual) bathhouse scene which may have inspired a similar scene in my Trojan war AU from Alastember.

Next up is a Marvellous Light and a Restless Truth. These are the first two books in a historic fantasy romance trilogy set in the Edwardian era. Book 2 came out this tuesday and I just finished it. The first focuses on Robin Blyth, a young non magical man who is accidently given a government post to do with magic, which leads to him finding out magic is real. The magic society would just erase his memory and replace him with someone who knows magic, except that he gets cursed by the same people who killed his predecessor, and now he and his grumpy magical coworker Edwin Courcey have to get to the bottom of the conspiracy and also undo the curse. The second book continues the investigation in the same conspiracy, but instead stars Robin's sister Maud, who accompanies an old lady on a journey from New York to England on a ship. Except the old lady dies on the first day and now Maud has to investigate who killed her with the help of a scandalous magician called Violet. These books are a lot of fun, especially book 2 had me laughing a lot. Be warned there's a lot of sexual content in this series, more so than the other books. Book 2 has a lot of emphasis on sexual self discovery and involves Maud buying a suitcase of what is essentially the Edwardian era version of very explicit fic.

I cannot tell you a lot about Ocean's Echo by Everina Maxwell because it just arrived and I haven't read it yet. Like a Restless Truth, it came out November 1st. But it's very pretty and I wanted to show it anyway. I don't know if it's good yet. I did read Everina Maxwell's first book, which is Winter's Orbit, the book the Stars Collide draws a lot of inspiration from. As far as I know Ocean's Echo is not connected to Winter's Orbit, but is set in a completely different part of the same universe, where some people have developed mind control abilities. I'll tell you more about this book once I've read it, but as of right now I'd definitely recommend Winter's Orbit and have high hopes for this one.

Finally, I have Prince of the Sorrows and Lord of Silver Ashes by Kellen Graves. I put them on top of each other on the picture because the cover of the first book won't fall flat and otherwise it'd look stupid. The first book came out in March, while the second just came out last week. It's an indie published m/m fantasy romance series. Right now there are two books out, the second one came out just last week and arrived today. There's going to be more of them, but it's currently not set how many, though I did read the author might make it an eight book series. I guess that depends on if people buy it? I haven't read book 2 yet, since it just arrived, but I did read book 1 and really liked it. Saffron is a human changeling living in a fae world, and he will be sent back to the human world once he gets too old, unless he can get an academic endorsement to keep studying there. He accidently learns the true name of prince Cylvan, a brooding fae prince, and makes a deal with him to help him remove the power from his true name in exchange for an edorsement. At the same time, other human servants are getting killed and Saffron has to find out what's going on before he's next. I'll probably have to reread book 1 before starting book 2 because I don't remember enough, but I'm excited where this is going.

I just started one piece last month and I'm currently STILL ON ENNIES LOBBY...since I'm busy on school works and etc.

And here I am reacting to one piece Men I have been spoiled nor encountered in spoilers and mostly Tiktok and twitter. ( Part 01 )

1st up OF COURSE IT'S LUFFY

- THIS BISH RIGHT HERE REALLY MADE ME WATCH ONE PIECE AND SIMP FOR HIM LIKE HOW BOA AND BARTOLOMEO DO IT😭 like bro how can you not...(except the pre-timeskip 'cause I don't the FBI banging up at my door)

- Plus the way he never kills his enemies and him being dense asf funny to me, not to mention him having ADHD IS WAY TO FUCKING ACCURATE...

- AND HE'S TOO FUCKING INNOCENT ASF SKRKGKSNSNAAAAAAAA I just wanna keep him in my pocket and watch him smile at me like how he do 24/7

- Would 100% marry him (don't worry I'll fix him to go bath everyday even if I got to fight him using gear 5 nor fighting his simps and ships)

- I also love how he don't kill his enemies and just downgrade them like how what he did to bellamy.

2nd the cook and the swordsman

- Man...this two..well...I would not wamt to meddle into their banters like an old married couple...

- STRONG ASF

- To be honest I kinda like the pre time skip sanji but he grew up more fine after 2 years, plus I understand why he got unbearable during fishman island arc since he got isolate to an island full of homosexual people and even got into one LMAO but he slayed those heels and dress tho...

- As same as his captain THIS FUCKING SWORDSMAN ONLY BATHES ONCE A WEEK...SKRKGODJAJRJFJ I CAN'T WITH THE TWO OF THEM 😭. Also don't get me wrong..but I kinda find zoro more cool than simp cause I don't know what's wrong to my brain that I can't find him attractive...yet the way he handles women as equal to him is good to me...I find him funny and cool asf yet I find his captain attractive asf HOW 😭?!

- And the fact that I knew then as a ship first and their fanarts are just insanely good too 😭.

3rd Ace and Sabo

- To be honest the ever 1st one piece episode I had watch on TV when I was on 5th grade was the Amazon Lily episode where Boa simped for luffy and I got intrigued watching it because I kinda thought luffy would accept boa's confession LMAO, and by 6th grade I again catched a glimpse of Ace's death on marineford arc and I was confused at first why he got killed not until today wjen I saw some spoilers (By the way Those episode that I watch is a tagalog dub from a TV Channel in our country) So that's why back in the years that I still haven't watch one piece all I knew was Ace's Death and Boa having a crush on luffy.

- It's funny I learnt sabo from my friend who reads One piece manga where she was ranting to me about sabo and there I got curious and ask her what happened, and there she explained to me that Luffy has another brother which I got surprised cause all I know back then was Ace and there she was crying how handsome sabo was and was also crying because of luffy meeting sabo again. Back then I always thought that these three is brothers by blood and not by alcohol 😭.

- To be honest Ace's visuals back then was hella majestic but funny at the same time but after the re-animation he got babygirly-fied LIKE BRO HIS ANIMATION ON THAT SCENE IN WANO HIS TIDDIES GOT BIG ASF HELL IT BIGGER THAN MINE.

- Sabo on the other hand well I saw him in the movie Film Gold and Stampede First and also I took a little research about The Revolutionary army BUT WHAT CAUGHT MY EYE WAS KOALA...SHE'S SO CUTE AND GORG MAN...HELL I WOULD FIGH–ehem anyways back to sabo, yeah he's intelligence and strength got me shook cause how can he divide those fingers like that sjrkgks I wanna learn their karate too 😭.

4th Law and Kid

- Well knowing the social media the wano episodes are all over my tiktok fyo page and these two caught my eye since they are always beside luffy in wano.

- Except for Law I knew him on that edit of kamiya hiroshi's voice characters and yes I quickly went to the comment section to know his name.

- I got exposed to knowing him when my friend who stopped watching one piece told me that he often got shipped with luffy and boi after I typed the "LawLu DJ" there I got bombarded with some of their popular comic strips and fanarts that is sometimes questionable and sometimes sweet and fluffy and sweet and some others are traumatizing LMAO SPECIALLY THAT ONE WHERE HE USED HIS DEVIL FRUIT TO CUT HIM AND F HIM 😭. Plus the fact he kinda resemble my boyfriend that's why I found his visual quite appealing...EVEN THE HUMOR AND BRAIN IS ACCURATE LIKE ITS SCARY ASF 😭.

- To kid I kinda find him resemble to bakugo LMAO I DON'T EVEN WATCH MHA YET yet I find him cute and quite funny too.

- Not to mention the manga chapter 1063 and 1079 💀 got me thinking dark humor about then LMAO HELP.
