this post is living rent free in my head + young! bi-han, kuai liang & tomas headcanons

When Bi-Han and Tomas were younger, the animosity wasn't as thick as it was in mk1. That being said, these two dinguses had a long standing rivalry in...Super Smash Bros.

*note i'm using the smash bros brawl roster because the lin kuei boys using a wii is absolute my favorite thing rn

Bi-Han

filthy fox mccloud main

constantly dash dashing on tomas and kuai liang

never plays with items and will call out tomas if he tries to turn them on

favorite stages are summit and final destination

literally a tournament level player but only plays to destroy his brothers

taunts constantly

has broken several controllers, manages to always have a spare ready

has tried playing with a wiimote, never again

also a pro at smash for gamecube and considers himself the wavedash king™

got banned from playing the game for several weeks after tomas called him scrub-zero and they got into a huge fight (which kuai broke up because of course he did)

Kuai Liang

loves ness but also play falco for funsies

has had a controller thrown at him by bi-han

favorite stage is norfair but secretly he likes yoshi's island too

isn't as good as bi-han but has beaten him on multiple occasions

prefers playing the game with others in a non competitive way

taught tomas how to play and what characters counter fox so he could have a better shot at beating bi-han

uses a gamecube controller and hides it from bi-han so he doesn't break it

usually the mediator when bi-han loses a match

Tomas

originally played marth but switched to zero suit samus after she was unlocked

favorite stage is luigi's mansion

didn't know how to play and got destroyed by bi-han constantly in the beginning (until kuai helped)

literally would spend hours learning how to play a character so that he could keep up with his brothers

he once got so mad at bi-han he called him scrub-zero after bi-han used an underhanded method to win the match

only got good at the game as it started losing popularity and less people were playing it

wishes he could play it again with his brothers as an adult

keeps the wii in his room till this day

what I want to know is, now that the villain can create a portal into camp whenever, are we planning on just skipping books 2 and 4 entirely, Richard?

Ik it's an easy thing to forget (esp if you haven't read the books in a while, cause why would you? you're just writing a whole show based on them who cares abt knowing what happens), but the entire plot of those books is finding a way into camp. They poison the tree to weaken the barrier and they use the labyrinth door to get in regardless of the barrier, so ??

I honestly get a little annoyed that people will act like Penelope wouldn't be in the Fields of Punishment alongside Odysseus :P

Because she'd either go with him or literally be there because of her own things. I mean...She's not that nice either. They're literally "likeminded", all the war crimes he would tell her, she'd be thinking "Oh!!! Good thinking!!!" The only thing is, she just didn't GET to do those war crimes because she wasn't in the war. She would scold him for the stupid things he did acting like she's never done the same or wouldn't do the same.

Also as if she wouldn't also tell Polyphemus her name? Maybe not exactly, but she'd do something JUST as prideful/dumb eventually. BECAUSE THEY'RE SIMILAR. SAME MIND!!!

one thing i wont ever get is people being attracted to fictional characters. and before youre all "yellow are you aro/ace???"
