A heart to heart conversation and I am in love with you

"My gosh Sam stop calling me beautiful!!" You snapped. "Stop calling me beautiful! Stop calling me the prettiest girl you've ever seen, just stop!!" You yelled.

Sam was taken back by your angry outburst.

Chad, Tara, Quinn, Anika, and Mindy were also taken back.

You walked away still livid and angry and slammed the door to the room.

Sam sighed. She had no idea how to react.

"Sam", Tara said. "Just give her space to cool off. Okay?".

"Wow", said Mindy. "I have never seen (Y/n) yell at Sam like that ever". she said.

"Yeah". Said Anika.

"That was scary". Said Chad.

Quinn gave Sam a hug. "Just give (Y/n) some to cool down.

"Did I do something wrong guys?" Sam asked her sister and her best friends. "All I did was tell (Y/n) that shes beautiful". Sam started to tear up. She put her head on her hands as her sister and best friends went to comfort her. Sam wiped the tears from her eyes and said "That poor thing. Something must be troubling (Y/n). She must be in some kind of emotional distress. Did me calling her beautiful trigger her?". She asked.

"Its definitely possible". Said chad. "We'll stand by the door incase she wants to talk to us too. Maybe shes going through something".

After an hour Sam got up from the couch and said to Tara and her best friends "I'm gonna go talk to (Y/n)".

Sam walked to the bedroom door and knocked on the door. She opened it and saw you just sitting on the side of the bed.

"Hi". You said.

"Hi babe". Sam said. She sat on the side of the bed next to you.

Tara, Chad, Mindy, Anika, and quinn stood by the door.

You sighed. "I'm sorry I yelled at you. Its just", you said to sam. You started to cry. "Im extremely insecure! I'm nowhere the look of a model I dont even think im pretty I dont know how to feel about myself because-"

"Hey, hey, hey". Said Sam. "You're pretty. Very pretty. Have you seen you lately? You have the most beautiful long hair and the most beautiful hazel green eyes". Sam said to you.

"I don't! And I'm not!" You cried.

"(Y/n)" said Quinn. "Where's all this coming from?" She asked you.

"I was in a relationship for about 6 years way before I met you guys and Sam". You said.

Everyone looked at you and sat next to you and Sam.

"It was pure hell". You said. One minute she told me she respects me and the next minute she made my life hell. She was controlling. Manipulative. During that time I lived with her and her mom my ex girlfriend even had this look on her face and raised her hand to me". You said to everyone.

"What?" Quinn said in disbelief.

"That is awful". Said Anika.

"Do you want me, Anika, and Quinn to kick her ass? Because we will!" Said Tara.

Sam gave you the most safe and warmest hug ever. "Oh (Y/n). How did you end the relationship?" Sam asked.

"We got into a terrible argument. I walked away from her. She told not to walk away from her. I told her to never speak to me ever again and I blocked her number. My ex is very toxic to my mental health. My ex never gave me a compliment. Anything I did was never good enough for her. She made jokes about me that were hurtful and mean. She'd insult me with little verbal jabs whenever she could. And she never told me I'm beautiful. She made things so terrible that I had to block her number more than once. Even a crisis counselor had to come to the house. But once I ended that relationship I moved here. Got a great job too". You said.

"Well you know what?" Said Chad. "You're safe here with us. We've all got your back. We love having you around. And your ex blew it big time with you. Now it's our turn to show you how special you are to all of us". He said. He smiled.

You smiled. "Thank you guys for being here for me. I never told you guys about my ex because it triggers my anxiety". You said to everyone.

"You're very brave for sharing what you went through". Said Quinn.

"Its not easy to talk about past experiences but you did and I'm glad you shared it with us and told us about what you went through with your ex. Chad is right. Your ex blew it with you big time". Said Anika.

Mindy gave you a hug and said "You can count on is to always be here for you".

"Thank you guys. Can you give me and sam a minute please?" You asked.

"Yeah. Of Course". Said Tara. "And (Y/n)?"

"Yes Tara?" You said.

"You're a great friend. When you chased ghostface and had him running that was pretty bad ass". Said Tara. She smiled.

You giggled.

After Chad, Mindy, Tara, quinn, and Anika left and closed the door you sat closer to your girlfriend.

"So". You and your girlfriend Sam said at the same time.

"I'll go first". Said Sam. "If I triggered you in any way I am truly sorry. I didn't mean to trigger you baby. I just want you to know how beautiful you are". Sam said to you. "And that I am so deeply madly in love with you".

You smiled. "Oh Sam". You said lovingly to her. "Do you mean that?".

"I do". Said Sam.

"Even when my hair is wet from the shower?" You asked.

"Yes". Sam said to you.

"Even when im just in my football Jersey and sweatpants?" You asked sam.

"Yes". sam said to you.

"Sam". You said to her. "I'm not the best with words but trust me when I say that I am so in love with you. You make me feel beautiful. And safe". You said to Sam.

Sam held you tight. She looked deep in your hazel green eyes and kissed you so affectionately. You kissed her back and gave her a hug too. You've always loved her hugs.

"I love you". You said to your girlfriend.

"I love you too baby". Sam said to you. "Now let's go grab some lunch. I'm hungry".

You and sam were holding hands and everyone smiled at you and Sam. "Me and my girlfriend (Y/n) are gonna get lunch. Does anyone want anything from Jersey Mike's?" You asked.

"Bring us all back anything from there. We are hungry too". Said Mindy.

You nodded. "Okay".

"I'll be back. I'm gonna grab my purse". Sam said to you.

"Okay babe". You said to Sam. Sam gave you a kiss on the cheek and went to get her purse. She took her keys and purse with her and said "Ready".

Sam opened the door as she waited for you. "Thank you chad. Mindy. Quinn. Tara. Anika. For everything".

You walked out the door with Sam holding her hand.

And everytime you and Sam hold hands you feel comfort.

misfortune knows exactly how to inflict the most amount of misery in someone.

heres the thing. if it just kept beating its host while theyre down, the host would eventually grow a tolerance to the pain and simply become numb. that means that it cant get any more misery out of its host and it would have to find another one.

So! it allows the host some joy. In cappuccinos case, it primarily involves his vacations :]c before she actually knows what causes all of the bad things in his life she just knew that Everything was always bad and miserable unless she was relaxing. while she was working, things would constantly injure her, nothing would stay organized, and bad things just kept happening one after another, but on vacation everything seemed to be just fine!! Great even! shes just able to surf or relax or nap and just ENJOY things instead of being hit by falling lights and bookshelves. even though every car shes ever been in has crashed hes always been safe on planes. of course its not all sunshine and rainbows because she can hardly even enjoy the break when he cant stop thinking about how AWFUL its going to be to go back to work

BUT!! the point is that her days off are like the ONLY times that he finds peace. Which is partially why hes so eager to catch another break!!! misfortune lets her have these lovely days but also uses it as an opportunity to make bad things happen during/right before her breaks so that theyre cancelled or cut short and shes filled with disappointment<3

this is also why it let langue into cappuccinos life ! of course it could EASILY just kill them but cappuccino was already getting a little too miserable and was far too adjusted to all of the bad luck in his life already so langue was the perfect solution to that problem. And also created misery all on their own like the longing cappuccino feels before they actually get together. And now that cappuccino has langue in her life and theyre someone who makes her so happy misfortune is able to cause harm to them/mess with cappuccino's plans of meeting them and just cause more distress :]c

of course that plan backfired when langue managed to weaken it and make cappuccino's life decent enough to the point it was forced to leave OOPS!!!!

but yeah ,,, i dont know i just love messing with this thang. too much misfortune is bad because then the host will adapt so it has to be a little lenient so the person doesnt feel completely and utterly hopeless >:] and in the event that the host does become useless to it then it simply posesses them to commit crimes and just cause misery to other people than the host before exiting the body and leaving it to bleed out and die

OKAY WHOOPEEE thats all i have to talk about right now i hope this is at least somewhat cohesive im kindof tired right now . BUT WOO RAVEN TIME!!!! hi tuna hi hi 👋 I gotta quick one for ya. I was staring at one of dazais mayoi cards, the one where elise gives him a little stuffed bunny (can't send pictures over anon unfortunately but its called lamplit winter if you wanna look it up), and then i reread ur softzai piece and it made me brainrot really really bad so imagine. giving yan dazai a little stuffed animal...

like, look, I feel like dazai, even the crueller versions of him like subordinate darling dazai, is something of a sentimentalist. everything and anything darling gives him is a present and he wants to take good care of it. like, even something as innocuous as a pencil you dropped is something hell keep in a little shoebox beneath his bed. its all part of his delusion, his secret hopeless romanticism. touching (or heaven forbid, breaking) something he got from darling is enough to get people sent to the hospital, or even killed. so imagine ACTUALLY giving him a gift of some kind. youre at the arcade, you win a little stuffed animal, you give it to dazai cuz you have no use for it. you dont really think much of it, really, but HE sure does. mafia/subordinate darling dazai would be a special case. hed probably pretend he doesnt care for the toy at first, both to you and to himself (especially since subordinate darling would probably give it to him sarcastically), but he doesnt have it in him to get rid of it. hes always had a bit of a soft spot for cute things.... and the cramped storage compartment he lives in is so dreary...... no, nevermind that, he'll just. throw it over in the corner. whatever. no need to even go through the effort of disposing of it, thats how little he cares!

of course, he finds his eyes drifting to it more often than not, thinks about what you giving him something like that might Mean, etc. he still refuses to admit he appreciates it, or you, but then maybe one night... he finds himself having another nightmare... and as he sits there, cold, lonely, distressed... his eyes catch the little stuffed toy you gave him. before he can really think about it, he grabs it and drags it into bed with him. he was never given things like this, as a child, so holding it feels... nice. comforting in a way he hasn't experienced. it even still smells just like you; and if he closes his eyes, he can PRETEND its you... he can imagine himself holding you tightly, burying his nose in your hair, laying on your chest and listening to your heart... his little fantasies get him back to sleep very quickly, and it becomes routine. sometimes, if hes particularly lonely or the delusion has completely overtaken him for the day, he'll even talk to the toy like its you. I could also imagine this leading to him stealing some clothes from you, once your scent starts to be replaced with his own on the toy, nothing you'll miss, just a shirt or two he can use to supplement your presence while he sleeps!

I'll cut myself off here cuz I am going NUTSO but yeah. thats where my head is at rn <33

im so sorry for how long it took me to get to this omg these weeks have been hectic :( i dont know if i uslaly write dazai this gloomy but i like it

dazai treasures anything you give him leave behind, but instead of dedicating a corner of his room to your items and presence, dazai likes to spread things out in his place like how you might leave it if the two of you were together. he leaves a used tube of chapstick in the drawer beside his bandages, he places a half-empty tube of toothpaste beside his own in the bathroom (making a note to buy the same one as you from now on so it feels more real, this fantasy), he keeps your shirts stacked up beside his, trying to make it feel natural. somehow, the possibility of you living with him seems so far-fetched so instead, he turns to building the future he'd like with your missing items, playing into his little fantasy. of course, the obvious lack of furniture in his room is inadequate for you, too miserable to be called a house, unlike your own apartment with the wallpaper and the trinkets you have placed everywhere.

if anyone messes with anything lying around (unlikely, since nobody really visits him anyway), dazai would fly into a rage. every item has been meticulously placed in its appropriate place, and slightly nudging it away or putting it elsewhere would cause the fragile facade to crumble and demolish the delicate atmosphere. when he gets back at night, he makes sure to check that everything is in its place—the chapstick he so desperately wants to use (a pathetic attempt at getting close to you) but doesn't want to taint with his touch, the shirts he cradles so delicately, pretending you were there, when the loneliness feels more crushing than usual and he can't bear to accept his reality.

if you happened to give him anything, regardless of the reason, dazai would be over the moon. sure, when you casually ask him if he wants the stuffed toy you won, he scoffs and pretends like he's not interested, but ultimately takes it anyway. its soft texture and blank eyes don't mean much to him as it is, but knowing you were just holding it in your arms, experimentally squeezing it a few times before telling dazai you couldn't keep it, makes the toy the most valuable thing in the world for dazai. no matter how out of place the cute, round thing looked in his bandaged arms, surrounded by his coat, dazai found himself holding it tighter. with this, he can fool himself into believing this was a date and not just a detour from your usual work. he can lie to himself and think that you wanted to impress him by winning the toy, no matter how far it was from the truth.

the toy is painfully out of place in his dark room, not really looking right on the dresser or inside the closet. so he throws it onto his bed instead, thinking about how desolate it looked still. he doesn't think much of it until he goes to rest, observing the round toy sitting beside him. outside, the sky rumbled, and he felt his hand squeeze the soft belly of the toy. despite himself, he found himself smiling a little. it was sort of cute, with the blank eyes and stuffing. he'd never had something like this, and now that he did, he didn't know what to do with it.

while he was thinking about it, he realized the toy might have your scent, seeing as it was held by you for a while first. awkwardly, his arms wrapped around it and he pulled it closer, feeling like a child who had just received his first toy. it was soft; lacking the warmth humans had, but he wasn't about to be picky when this was already something he never had.

for a minute, he thought back to that pleased expression you had when squeezing the round stuffed toy in your arms, and he thinks you'd like to have it when you moved in. with his eyes closed, it's easier to pretend the inanimate object is more human and more loving. it's easy to imagine it was you in his arms, asleep, except for the lack of warmth.

dazai sighs and his eyes open, still holding the toy. it was nice while it lasted.

Affection: How do they show their love and affection? How intense would it get?

misty 100% shows intense affection (only once shes completely sure its reciprocated, but even then this would not stop her) if you were neighbours shed always show up with baked goods, gifts, or something you mentioned to her in passing that you liked. you are completely knee weak for it everytime, bc its incredibly sweet and thoughtful (even when it borderlines on confusing and concerning, some things she knows abt you are...hyper specific, and you dont remember telling them to her)

Blood: How messy are they willing to get when it comes to their darling?

oh death, murder, kidnapping, poisoning. you NAME it. misty is ride or die, when you have her affection, you HAVE it. she is willingly to go to the ends of the earth for you, that includes getting very messy. even if it didnt warrant going that far. covered in blood for you? sure! lying to police? no problem!

Cruelty: How would they treat their darling once abducted? Would they mock them?

misty would be very understanding and tender to you when she does, she would pout when you're initially scared and very confused at being in her basement on that bed. she would think; 'why are you upset?? she did it in the most gentle, caring way, there's no reason for you to cry, you don't even have one mark on you, besides the handcuffs'. and if you keep up the fear and uncertainty even after explaining the situation, then misty would mock. she would hands on knees duck down to you saying "aw, if you're so scared, you shouldnt have made it so easy, sweetie!"

Darling: Aside from abduction, would they do anything against their darling’s will?

i dont see misty doing anything against their will besides that, she loves you, it would hurt her seeing you in distress for too long. shed do her best to calm you down, and be very doting to your every need when you're in her care.

Exposed: How much of their heart do they bare to their darling? How vulnerable are they when it comes to their darling?

lots! misty would act similarly to how she acted with jessica with you, portraying intense bouts of sadness and hurt to garner your sympathy. she knows this works, bc you DO eventually end up softening to her and making sure shes okay if she cries/confides in you after a hard day. you always feel awful when those sad brown eyes blink back to you </3

Fight: How would they feel if their darling fought back?

very upset! but misty would not fully understand why you're acting the way you are. she cooks you 3 meals a day! and always makes sure you're safe! so at first, shed be head tilted blinking blankly behind her glasses when you call her names, or dodge her palm at your cheek. she would be VERY dejected, and guilt trip you at how youre treating her (which inevitably ends up working)

Game: Is this a game to them? How much would they enjoy watching their darling try to escape?

not much, this is a forever thing for misty. you trying to escape would be seen as an act of betrayal </3. but! she does find it amusing and very cute when you try and guilt trip her back to let you go, because it will never work

Hell: What would be their darling’s worst experience with them?

when you found out she was tracking your phone, you were understandably upset and explained to misty this is not normal. misty does not get your outrage, and would put her foot down in believing its for your own safety, and confused why you arent agreeing. (this ended in a 2 day fight where misty begrudgingly decided to take it out, instead agreeing to keep your location on)

Ideals: What kind of future do they have in mind for/with their darling?

misty wants a co-dependent, homoerotic best friend ship that slowly develops into you being irrevocably in love with her. and honestly, who doesnt?

Jealousy: Do they get jealous? Do they lash out or find a way to cope?

VERY much so. mistys jealously is something both endearing and slightly terrifying to you (its nice to know you are so loved that misty would literally kill someone if they so much as flirted with you) but she has to control it if she gets jealous while you're out in public, when you're home tho, this would escalate into showing you who you truly belong to

Kisses: How do they act around or with their darling?

at first, misty would be very hesitant in RECEIVING affection. she is very okay in giving it, loves to in fact, but being given it is something else entirely. shes used to rejection and scorn all her life, so having you, who would love to just be spooned by her and kiss her entire face all day, is something she has to get used to. but when she does, misty is very okay and content in you cuddling up to her while watching movies, or kissing her randomly while you're in public. holding hands too <3

Love letters: How would they go about courting or approaching their darling?

misty knows what she wants, and knows exactly how to act for someone to like her (see s1 date scene, and how she moulds to the personalities of others to gain their attention) so courting you would be very the same! shed find out what you're into, and talk abt it as much as she can with you. if you like corny jokes, she will tell you puns whenever she can! if you like someone whos more quiet and reserved, she will tone down her exuberance until you like her back. it sounds sad, but this is how misty has navigated her relationships. once you're together for a while, she'll drop the act once she knows you love her

Mask: Are their true colors drastically different from the way they act around everyone else?

yep! like i said above, in my head misty masks ALOT. and will chameleon her way through her relationships. once shes comfy around you though, she will be her normal insane goofy, dorky, self <3

Naughty: How would they punish their darling?

definitely a heavy amount of guilt tripping, manipulation, and dumbification. youd be very content in taking it too, after all, she said you deserve it for being so rude and misunderstanding her intentions

Oppression: How many rights would they take away from their darling?

not many! shes not a fan of depriving you of what you need, she will still coddle you and lather you in affection, esp after a punishment

Patience: How patient are they with their darling?

surprisingly very! but it can waver on the thin side in certain circumstances. if you'd flirt with other people to get her attention? zero patience. none. immediately she's grabbing you by the bicep and hauling you away

Quit: If their darling dies, leaves, or successfully escapes, would they ever be able to move on?

misty would be irreversibly crushed and changed if any of the above happened. she loves DEEPLY and without boundaries, completely emerses herself in the person she loves. so no, i dont think so </3

Regret: Would they ever feel guilty about abducting their darling? Would they ever let their darling go?

yes! misty isn't some unfeeling psychopath, she has intense and overwhelming emotions. if she abducted you, it would have been out of need to have you to herself, or wanting something from you. she would feel bad at your constant pleading, but in her head this is whats best for you, so the guilt would turn to knowing she's doing what you need

Stigma: What brought about this side of them (childhood, curiosity, etc)?

lets just say crash landing in the canadian wilderness, eating her teammates, chopping off her coaches leg, doing cannibalistic hunts/rituals, starving for 18 months, and generally going through trauma worth a life time, made her....transition into a 'normal' socially adapted women a little hard. although, its in my heart of hearts misty would have turned out like this regardless <3 ksdksdk

Tears: How do they feel about seeing their darling scream, cry, and/or isolate themselves?

terrible! awful! misty does not like it when she sees you hurt. shed want to know WHO or what made you like this, and protect you. if you didnt want to talk to her, shed beg for you to tell her whats wrong. "are you okay? what can i do? ill do anything you need, just ask" and her concern would be too loving to ignore. her love language is definitely acts of service and gift giving

Unique: Would they do anything different from the classic yandere?

i dont think she'd control who you see/talk to/be friends with. misty is very okay with you having a life outside of her, but she WOULD want to meet these people and get to know them bc she wants to suss them out and maybe stalk them to know they arent going to hurt you

Vice: What weakness can their darling exploit in order to escape?

caligula. 100%. OR threaten to hurt themselves. misty would first shrug and say "fine, do it" but panic instantly at you being serious and intentionally harming yourself

Wit’s end: Would they ever hurt their darling?

hm, i think so, but only in a lapse of control/passion during sex. maybe misty holding you too tight to her, nails digging, or biting your neck too hard and drawing blood.

Xoanon: How much would they revere or worship their darling? To what length would they go to win their darling over?

any length! as far as misty can possibly go, she will. shes nothing if not determined and head strong

Yearn: How long do they pine after their darling before they snap?

in my head, a couple of months of intense day dreaming and stalking is enough. misty needs you and wants you, and she can get very impatient

Zenith: Would they ever break their darling?

yes! as in, break them in? definitely yes. misty is persuasive, cunning, and manipulative, you wouldn't last long in denying her affections. esp when she is so sweet and caring and devoted to you. it wouldnt take long for you to be completely enraptured around her finger, voice, touch and words <3

I read finally going water (i waited to be in the headspace and mood ) and it didn’t disappoint it was so good it made my cry at least once for chapters sometimes more you have a way with writing the emotions so tangible really I love it , you mentioned follow up stories and I’m excited I can see the all possibilities to explore , both buck and Eddie and the trauma , Chris trauma when they both come back to work , what about the Diaz siblings reconnecting and maybe another family Diaz meet up where Eddie brings buck and having to navigate the dynamic with buck officially being his boyfriend so many stuff ! I might have become obsessed with the universe lol sorry for the ramble the main thing is a love it

Ooh I didn’t really have anything with Chris or the Diaz siblings planned but maybe I could work them into my existing ideas… so far I have a little 4 part series of follow ups that I’ve written uh very little of. The general ideas:

- Buck gets hurt at work for the first time post cruise sinking. Eddie’s still off work and is struggling pretty badly with having survived something that should have killed him (again). Buck is really upset at being hurt because he knows it’s going to upset Eddie further. Told from Bobby’s pov going from the station to the call to taking Buck home to Eddie.

- 5 or 6 months after the sinking. Eddie pov. Buck and Eddie are getting married! Except Buck is running himself ragged and compromising on any nice ideas for the wedding he might have because he wants it to happen as fast as possible. Eddie knows its because he’s afraid about what could happen if Eddie were to die again and he wants some more paperwork tying them together and tying him to Chris, but Eddie confides in Bobby that half the time it feels like Buck is planning his funeral. Ends with Eddie actually buying them rings to propose for real (that barely happened, it was almost a business discussion when they decided to go for it), and beyond that asks if Buck wants to go to city hall and get married the next day. Eddie insists it wont actually count, it will be a marriage on paper only, they’re going to have a long engagement and plan their real wedding as big and extravagant as they want it, but he understands Buck’s fear and wants to soothe that in whatever way he can. Buck apologizes for kind of forgetting the being in love part of wanting a wedding, and says he’d love to go not get married to Eddie.

Marisol is doing electrical work on her house and would love a firefighter’s guidance to make sure she doesn’t accidentally catch anything on fire or electrocute herself. But she doesn’t really want to talk to Eddie still! She’s still kind of mad at him! So she calls Buck instead (she’s also still a little mad at him but they went through it sort of together for those few awful days so this seemed the better option). Buck looks SO nervous being there like she’s going to suddenly attack or something. She kind of rolls her eyes about it. As they work he tells her they’re starting to do better, and he and Eddie are getting married. He actually admits they are already technically married and swears her to secrecy because literally no one knows except Bobby because they had to update station paperwork. Not really sure where I want this one to go i just wanted Marisol to have a chance to work through things! That all really sucked for her! I think she and buck end up as weird kind of friends.

- Around a year and a half after the sinking. A kind of bachelor party/group vacation to a lake somewhere. Everybody piled in a big rented house. Just a bunch of snippets of everyone finally doing actually okay and Buck and Eddie excited to get married for real.

Trying to work out if it would be funnier for Alastor to do a weird bodyswap with Angel Dust or Vox

On the one hand, vox waking up in an old timey body and accidentally blasting everyone with a dozen stations and on the ither side of town alastor wakes up next to valentino and accidentally blacks out the town, while trying to strangle the moth that touched him...

The CHAOS... can you IMAGINE

"VOX!!!" the door blows off its hinges as all the phones in the room explode.

"Uh, is he... is he announcing himself, or.like what?" Angel whispers to Husk, as charlie freezes mid stride and vaggie whips out a concealed weapon from the nearby coatrack.

The mist horrifically distorted static garbles a statement as a very dishevelled and distressed looking Alastor falls out if a neeby shadow.

"How in the everloving FUCK do you control these fucking shadows you old timey prick?!" The overlord snarls at a vix whose screen is flickering between his face and an array of u pleasantly gorey murder scenes.

"H000w doyou get this damn internet to st##00pp making such a RaCk3t all the time? I have seen far too many portraits of nude sinners whizzing past this last hour alone to last a lifeTiiim3." Glitches the other, furious and maing e lights flicker.

"Well if you ever listened when i told you about it, you anachronistic fucker, you'd know what a spam filter was. And, wait is that... did you fucking kill Valentino?"

"He tr13333d to put his tongue in my mouth fiiiiir5t thing in the mo000rni11ng, how uncouth."

"Yeah, cause he thought it was mine you dick, how could you?! Ugh he's going to be such a fucking pain when he regenerates."

'Vox' is narrowing his eyes at the half coporeal half shadow flicker of Alastor, the dials chittering on and off unevenly. "What. Did. You. Do. To. Me?!" He growls.

"Oh fucking sue me. As if the first thing you did wasnt to check out the competition... and how many decades were you waiting to tell me you had a tail, You smug bastard?! Its fucking adorable!"

"You WHAT?!"

And then lucifer and half th hotel has to drag the pair of badly transformed overlords apart as they try to kill each other. Freaky friday in hell.

Also it could be interesting to see if angel would transfer to another overlord on vals death.

On the other hand, the innuendos. And the banter... of those two would be killer.

"I knew you wanted in my pants, smiles but this is a bit too kinky even for me..."

"speaking of pants, would you mind ceasing your explorations in mine?"

Angel automatically making flirty statements in alastors body and absentmindedly flirting with husk. The catwould need the stiffest of drinks.

Would the radio filter work or would it flicker in and out? Could he accidentally turn on a naughty radio station and not know how to turn it off?

Could it be stuck on his emotional bandwidth and play songs matching his emotions? Even if hes pretending to be fun and flirty when crumbling inside?

Accidentslly changing into iverlord form and needing to be talked down from the sudden rush, the pain and rage and fear of having Such Power.

Not realising how to use the shadows and falling through some accidentally.

Being caught by vox because he doesnt know how to use the scramble filter properly. Being targeted as an overlord for his power due to perceived weakness.

Oooh, what if he was still i jured post fight with adam and the angelic.light caused the switch somehow, which is immediately discovered by Angel.

Alastor trying to manage the extra height and limbs. Trying to be menacing and succeeding in some ways but not how he intended.

The pig co stantly following him around.

Learning to see through 8 eyes would also be a challenge, and the terrifying sneer smile he wears would come off a little odd onagels lovely face.

Accidentally being unable to let things go until angel tells him how to relax 3nough to, spiderman style.

Would he need to consume substances like angel does, given the dependence?

Discovering angel has venom could be fun. Accidental fun that could go very wrong

Would they try to put their regular attire on or go with the others clothes? Because opening closets in either room could be horrifying.

"Whyve you got a fuckin head in ya dressor?"

"My deer fellow, given the alarming size and shape and indeed angry vibrating some of the items i your own boudouir made as i searched for actual pants, i would hasten to request you cease judging my own rooms. Besides, the majority is in the fridge, so simply avoid looking i there too long and it will all work out in the wash."

"Fine but uh... didja see anythin you liked in my room? Im always happy ta share, smiles..."

"Angel i already died once and several of those items seemed designed to shatter your bones from the inside. So i must decline your courteous offer. You may of course snack on anysinner meat i the fridge as you see fit. But leave the portion of angel wing... rosie and i intend to cook it properly whe this is resolved."he gestures to all of him.

"Pfft, sure okay. But i got a few beginner items that you might like to tr-"

"Not now, thank you."

"S'not a no..." he mumbles, witha lavicious wink that is wildly out of place on alastors face.

He laughs as all 8 of his own eyes roll in exasperation.

Also, to upset angel enough to transform properly into overlord form, alastor looks him dead in the eyes and snaps spaghetti in half. The hotel varely survives the ensuing explosion.

Angel hearing the background radiation of the universe (static) qould be weird and maybe soothing. Also i have wondered if alastor and vox can sense one another given they both work on the same wavelengths, that could make a fun and weird diversion.

It also raises questions on... the contract.

Would alsstors body or consciousness retain his souls and their links?

What about angel? Does his contract remain locked to his body, or would valentino drag the chain to find alastors body on the end to his sadistic delight?

Oooh, what about the secret chains? The one we think is from lillith or eve... do you think angel would notice? Hes worn a chain for a while.

Actually isnt there a poledancing clause in his contract?

This could be a disaster until its fixed.

I have. Many thoughts. And just one little phone to share them on.

i think everyone on the sparklecare staff needs to realize that people can and will do anything with the franchise they like. this includes the more gross or uncomfortable side of fadoms. thats kind of how the internet works. i understand where kitty is coming from and why kit doesnt want fans to do whatever they want cause theyre ocs, but you have to accept that you cant control a fanbase. your best option is to not interact with that side of the fanbase. dont call them out personally or get your team to go after them cause youre just adding more fuel to the fire. just let them be. soon you realize that they really dont matter in the long run and you can still find enjoyment in creating what you love. going against the creators wishes sucks but that will happen anyways no matter what you do. its just how the internet works. if having people do their own thing is enough to cause this much distress then maybe making your creation so public is a bad idea.

"but its an indie creation!" so? look at any other indie creations either made by one person or made by a small team. im pretty sure toby fox didnt want fans harming each other with needle cookies but as far as i know he didnt make a huge post detailing what you can or cant to in the fanbase. i know sparklecare was created as a vent so its a bit different but the rules of the interenet still apply here. you cant control a fanbase to do whatever (and you especially cant use the but its a vent excuse to shield any possible criticism)

THIS EXACTLY!!!!!!!! i listen to a lot of obscure indie blackgaze bands & i frequently watch reviews of their albums on youtube. the music is about really dark subject matter, yet i dont throw bricks through peoples houses if they rate it lower than a perfect 10. i actually really admire hearing well intended analyses of things i like. i also cannot deny that some fucked up people will also listen to the music i do. none of my business

after having so many ppl on twitter come and try to explain anasui's character to me, then watching eps with him in it and talking to a friend im watching through jojos with iv decided

im still not very into him, i dont hate him i dont, i think he has some character treats i find endearing but between his overall character and the way some of his hyper serious fans act, its hate to truly like him

but uh, i think all the interpretations iv seen of him are a lil bunk and off the mark for me

i think for me the way i think he is best seen is how he is! I think some deep grime can be glanced from his backstory that could make him complex. i think he ultimately isnt a good person. He knows it.

I think a huge issue for Anasui is that, he is delusional, in the way he talks about himself and the people around him and the relationships people have to themselves and him is like this whole ideal world he's built in his head and a lot of his fans fall for it.

Anasui to me feels SO much like he vaguely heard about Jolyne and built up this image of her in his head. Then held on to it so tightly and decided to make it this thing that will change who he is, a part of his plans to put things in the right place to make it a how he wants.

but the biggest issue is that i dont think he actually likes Jolyne. like

i think he likes her, admires her and maybe loves her in a way. But i dont think he's in love with her like he tries to be. Because it feels like an act, it feels like he's trying to be in love with her and convincing himself that he's head over heels.

Because unless he's playing up this romantic gesture of how in love he is with her and using flowery words over his feelings about her, he doesn't seem to like her o rhow she behaves or her personality traits and quirks. I think he only likes the general idea of the kind of person she is and in a way, somewhat wants to be her and has made himself think he wants her.

His relationship to Jolyne is one he made up in his head, he built her up in his mind on the things he's seen and heard of her from afar and put her on this pedestal. Then when he gets close to jolyne and she isnt how he see's her, he seems upset and usually does things she doesnt like or want because he's assuming things about her and her wants, and trying to put together this specific image of himself for her even if its not the one she's seeing because it doesnt really exist. He wants to be a knight in shining armor to her while she literally isnt a damsel in distress, shes just a person! a strong person to! who has formed a network of friends and loved ones who are supporting her and anasui is just this late addition trying to force a place for himself in this relationship in an inorganic way.

Then under the flowery way he talks about Jolyne, he speaks so possessive and strange about her. And not even always in the 'creepy possesive boyfriend way' sometimes its in the way like a kid who doesnt want other people to change the story in the game he's playing.

The way he talks about her, AND A LOT (if not every character) he is around for an extended time he talks about them like tools and pieces he is using to put the world he wants together. Its especially easy to see in the way he treated Foo Fighters. To Anasui Foo is someone he can easily use as a tool to get what he wants, to him they are not a person and when foo does something he doesnt like he is much meaner and obvious about disliking people disobeying him or calling him out in comparison to when he is behaving in front of jolytne. Anasui is possessive and controlling of his environment and doesnt treat people like people.

(also may i add that if Jolyne knew the way anasui was treating Foof i think she would have been mucH meaner to him)

I think anasui just isnt a good person, and thats great. i can love a character like him who is flawed and kind of a bad person! Anasui could so easily have nuance and maybe some deeper level to his character, but ultimately not be a very good person. Because it wouldn't just be him! this applies to different degrees on the other Stone Ocean characters, in fact just a lot of Arakis characters in general. a lot of them are kinda not great people who in their choices and connections to others make themselves flawed but good hearted people or flawed and wicked. For Anasui i think he thinks he's knows he's a bad person, but thinks if he can put the right people in the right places around him then he can be a logically good person. If someone like jolyne could look at him with love and trust, then he could be a good person. But Anasui isnt in love and doesnt know how to love jolyne and Jolyne was never going to be able to fall in love with HIM.

IDK, again this is just kinda mushy half ass thoughts i was having while talking to daisy about anasui, she was much better spoken about these feelings on anasui

Ana just driVES me CRAZY between how much i dont really like him but still end up thinking about him because i feel like theres something there to analyze but its not all the points ppl brought to me. BUT MAINLY its because so many of anasui fans (not all of them, and tbh its nearly only twitter anasui stan fans) are so crazy and they see Anasuis delusional ass self and hear what he's saying and fall for it too! they fall for him and his words hook line and sinker! idk man idk! i feel crazy

anyway i cannot believe there are some people out there who are saying that sungho's a bad guy and think that he's just stringing junsung along when all along sungho has kept his heart open towards all of junsung's affections and moves on him and has reciprocated his feelings towards junsung back way more than once and has been in a state of constant distress and confusion for the last 2 episodes and is sorting out what he is feeling vs what reality is presenting to him and even in all of that he has remained so so kind and calm and measured and never once made junsung feel like he has no chance with him but instead he cherishes this bond and connection that he has with him, genuinely cherishes every little thing junsung has given him or done for him, lets him tie his wrist with a ribbon so that they're "binded". sungho's such a sweet and simple guy that didn't ask for this mess of a situation to happen and yet he's trying to navigate it in the best way possible and feels so guilty about hurting junsung and/or seunwoo but he also knows he has to decide and in and amongst that he's just gone and heard seunwoo say "oh today (the drama of today) has been fun!" and "oh there's a guy who's been calling me since day 1 and i need to go out on a date with him and give him a chance and if that means i miss out on sungho then so be it," .... he has to deal with THAT too, on top of all of seunwoo's other antics that have really started to rub off on him in the wrong way (poor boy literally had a nosebleed bc he was so stressed!!!), but never treating junsung as his "second safe option", bc he has never done that!

in my mind, honestly speaking, i dont think sungho has ever really deeply connected to seunwoo at all, in anyway, like he has with junsung. which is why junsung says "this has never really been a love triangle at all". junsung knows it, i know it. seunwoo may seem like a rival on the face of it, and id say sungho is attracted to seunwoo's aura, but beyond that? nope. theres just nothing there and there never has been. and its taken a WHILE for sungho to realise and ~compare~ (even tho he HATES doing it bc it makes him feel selfish) the two very different kinda bonds he has with seunwoo and junsung, and which one goes deeper than which, and in which one he finds peace and comfort and enjoyment and everything he is looking for in.

but that doesnt make sungho a bad guy. in ep 6 and 7 he saw seunwoo in a way he hasnt before and hes learning to deal with that and is realising that "no, i dont like this. i dont like what this is making me feel and i wanna make some distance away from him," and realising after spending the whole day with junsung "i wanted to get away from all this drama bc of how distressed and upset and negative this all made me feel and so did he and in that we both just gravitated once again towards one another and came out of it by the end of the day feeling so much better and lighter and happier and closer."

here is sungho! trying to sort out his feelings and be proactive! rather than passive!

Being favored by Ahin Grace publically was a great feat, everyone knew how much he cared for you. Sending you luxury goods, having guards to protect you- caring for you himself when you were sick. Only a blind fool wouldn’t know how he held his dear sister closely.

So when people heard you had a crush, an abundance of variety of theories on how Ahin was gonna react arose and somewhat dominated the newspaper, theories about his reaction almost always rose up to the gossip talks of the ladies.

Some ideas was that he was gonna accept your crush without a care in mind, another was that he was gonna wipe said crush from the face of the planet and last but not least was that he was gonna not wipe your crush from the planet but he was instead going to humiliate them and the crushes family.

What Ahin did was a mixture of the first most popular theories, accept your crush and wipe him from the face of the planet.

He accepted your crush without hesitation to the public eye, but behind the scenes was a completely different thing. He looked at how your crush was, if he found a devastating fault he would surely inform you.

But he didn’t, with a sigh of relief that escaped his throat. But he knew if your crush weeks before you even informed him, he is an observer after all.

“Have you seen that brooch? It’s spectacular!” You murmured, and not even a second later Ahin snapped his hands it seemed that at that moment vendors of all sorts of places came and offered brooch’s for you to look at.

You stood there wide-eyes, although this has happened a few times it never failed to surprise you. He always cared for you even throwing a few teasing remarks your way. Whether you were sick or the healthiest person in the world, he always protected you not sparing even a single worry for his dear sister.

Ahin and you are a bit strange to the naked eye, constantly belittling each other but when someone else belittles either of you. Things start to go downhill for however insulted you or Ahin.

You were sitting down as one of your maids did your hair, Ahin and you bickering like always. “Get out, I have to get my hair done!” You held a brooch by your drawer with a death grip, as Ahin kept doing Ahin things. “That poor maid will have a lot to do if you want that hair to be somewhat decent.” You swore you could feel a vein pop out of your head.

You and Ahin heard the new maid snicker, “I agree, I thought the young mistress was supposed to be pretty as the rumors say.” Long story short, the maid disappeared. :D

back on the grief train woo woo (day recap) (most serious skip warning yet)

i have a predilectiction to not wanting to record or remember when (like the specific when in time) bad things happen. but in the last couple years of blogging, and i guess the year and change of drawing ive found a lot more appeal of recall. so i wonder if its not so bad to. record the bad. at any rate i dont think. not recording it makes it less real. which i think is the fear. and. my head is doing it anyway.

im doing this coping method questionable activity here instead of a journal becauseeee??? natural format my brains prefers i suppose.

to recap. the bad horrible no good very bad day

- i went to sleep late, as usual. i wake late. same. i prelong getting out of bed. also same. scrolling idly (or 'pre scrolling' the dash. i dont know why i do it)

- screams. screams and distress and misery and comforting a screaming distressed person. various talking down of hysterical lines of thought. (thats not an insult. 1. circumstances 2. understood behavioural trends) the joint and mouth gear i sleep in dont even come off until the screaming is done. have u every pet someones head in a wrist brace?

- lots and lots of crying. more comforting. the gear comes off. i brush my teeth. exhausted sitting and hovering around the. scene of the incident.

- migration to kitchen as food needs win out. all doors shut and all living beings collect. toast is eaten. water drank. etc.

- backup arrives. infomation is gathered. places are looked up and called. plans are formed. actions are taken. i mentally catalogue setimental, soothing, but give upable fabrics.

- i rip up threadbare torn bed sheets. i have to figure out how to get my dead cat into a box.

-he was around 12-15 pounds. we called him toddler sized and shaped. he had a mean punch and strong grasp. i taught him to sit on my shoulders, sometimes.

- realise how much heavier he is now. i cry. i cover him with the sheet. i somehow get it under him. hes stiff. even the tail. i cry. i pet his fur. i sob getting him into the box.

- backup apologizes. im on my knees. wailing. i think. definetly louder than anything ive done yet. backup gestures the dog at me. knowing my situation. distressee entered at some point. gets a hug from back up. i think i am gestured into the hug. i gesture down. im on the floor.

- i wail and am hugged.

- i am invited on the trip to the place. i gestures to my face. my sleep clothes. i dont see it happening. im told i dont need to be strong all the time. i reiterate. i really just wouldnt be able to get my glasses and a mask on.

- i dont see the box. i dont see much. at i dont remember if i have tea now or earlier. i soon as i hear the car go. im crying again. the sister cat meowing didnt help. i dont actually know or belief if that. i have no idea what she experiences. shes a cat. but. yeah.

- eventually i come down. i get food. we watch a movie. its a good movie. i have a nice exchange with a friend during too.

- i watch some dishes and realise. bizarrely. my old manager might find out about this. the vet was near to my job. the guy was friends with the techs. this was the kind of infomation he would share with me at times.

- youtube videos until the group disbands.

- i start recounting this my head

- i am wearing pjs i dont like. whatever the level for snotty sleeves where u chuck a set in the hamper has surely been met.

- typing this. using a spare pillow case as a hanky

- im gonna go and try and find the horse traqulizer of pleasant youtube videos.

happy pride mont

Well I guess I could share some drawings since usually I just dogpile everything I want to say into 1 post and don’t necessarily have room for the art which is sad.

So I decided for pride month I’ll just dogpile some of my art that I haven’t shown here relating to my favorites from hxh kind of being like those 60 color packs of crayons.

I draw kind of like a crazy guy and I have a fair bit of art so I’ll make a cut off line to not clog...

Btw so I dont jumpscare you the art is of Izunavi and Giuliano, Shalnark and Chrollo, & Muherr and hehe a not canon character (In that order)

I have it as my background screen on my computer rn i didn’t intend for this drawing to bang so hard but also I kind of drew it intending for it to be like the only house that’s not on fire yet because that’s a song that’s perfect for these guys hear me out

I made that one at like 2 am and yes it was to this song and to me it is objectively about these guys

I guess it could be a projection bc i just wanted to squeeze that guy bc hes just so funny and silly and I love these guys and giuliano is just like me for real so it’s fine
