A Note From The Editor
There's a chill in the air, the leaves are in gorgeous firey hues, and there's cute little mushrooms growing in the forrest. Oh, and the spiders have arrived! Yup, autumn is here all right, and the Hollyhead Herald is back to bring you the freshest gossip and news from our little town!
The Spooky Season suits us magical folks well - these overcast days are the perfect chance for vampires like yours truly to get out and about! It's a great time for witchcraft too, and our resident Margot has been brewing up all kinds of potions you can pick up for a nifty price at the Falling Feather. Of course it's also harvest season, so you can purchase all the freshest fruits and root vegetables at Moonfall market. Don't forget to pick up a pumpkin for the carving competition at Celebration Park!
So make yourself a hot drink (or buy one of Raye's special brews), get cosy under a nice warm blanket, and read all about what the season has in store…

Object Relocator - Hood View Update
Object Relocator V5.1
Added a right-click context menu item to make an object (in)visible in hood view.
Only works for objects that have their CRES and SHPE resources in the same .package file, so you can't create Maxis overrides.
From the Options menu, select Show Hood View. The resource grid will now have an additional "Hood View" column.
Select your object's folder as usual, the Hood View column will display one of four values - Yes: object is visible in hood view, No: object is not visible in hood view, n/a: not an object, unknown: you enabled the Show Hood View option AFTER selecting the object's folder, re-select the folder to refresh the grid.
Select the object(s) you want to alter, right-click and from the context menu select either "Make Visible In Hood" or "Remove Visible In Hood".
Save your changes.
Make Visible In Hood
Edits the CRES and adds a GameData cDataListExtension block if missing, then edits the GameData block and adds a string name/value entry of LODs=90
Edits the SHPE and changes the Level Of Detail value to 90
Remove Visible In Hood
Edits the GameData block in the CRES and removes the LODs=90 name/value entry
Edits the SHPE and changes the Level Of Detail value to 0
Enhanced Backup
The auto-backup mechanism of my apps has been improved, with support for multiple backup files. For a file called "WH_Something.package" the first backup will still be "WH_Something.package.bak" but subsequent backups will be "WH_Something.package.V2.bak", "WH_Something.package.V3.bak", "WH_Something.package.V4.bak", etc. This prevents overwriting the .bak file, the first of which was probably the only working copy of the mod you had!

Divine Signal
After Danny became king his level of meanness towards Vlad only increased. In his defense, the vampire ghost had been a nuisance for too many years to pass up, and now that he could command him the situation was hilarious.
However, at some point Vlad got tired. When Danny commented that he wanted to take some vacations, he decided to took that literally and threw him straight into a black hole, yelling "Have a good trip!", Vlad wasn't sure if the black hole was really a portal to another dimension like the rumors said but it was worth the try, is not like the King could die twice. And the stars would calm him down if it fails.
At the same time, Desiree had sneaked into Clockwork's lair to observe his time windows (something the time master was fully aware of), and heard Jason sigh in resignation and say, "I wish I had someone to love, someone similar to me" with a sad voice; Although he was good at hiding it, Jason had always wanted a romance like the one described in his books.
So of course, she fulfilled his wish. Which ended with Danny being transported to the DC universe via a wormhole and falling straight into Jason's arms, who just stared up at the sky in amazement.

i can not imagine being proud of a set up like this. and yet it is Depressingly common. You have three Incredibly expensive fish that also happen to be extraordinarily aggressive in a tank that's on the small side for one of them. with an additional aggressive predator that's half the size of them and so likely to get mauled. and at least one ray that will outgrow that tank quickly.
and then on top of it all you have no substrate layer, and thus no where for the microbiome to set up and keep the tank stable following water changes, no enrichment, no line of sight breaks nowhere for any one of your incredibly aggressive fish to hide from eachother.
This is a tank that only looks stable because all the fish inside it are too stressed to risk attacking each other. but the Moment one of them starts showing weakness from the cortisol poisoning happening here the others will turn on them and the tank will collapse.
these are animals. They're not just decorations. If you want that aesthetic ™ just spend the money this nightmare cost you on a resin mount.

Added support for changing hood view for non-local objects - see here for full details.
Removes the "only works for objects that have their CRES and SHPE resources in the same .package file, so you can’t create Maxis overrides" restriction of version 5.1
Note: This feature requires SimPe correctly configured to locate the Maxis scenegraph files so is subject to this caveat.
