OMG! It's real. Swimmable Pond Sims 2.... whispers [For Download]

So, @kashmiresims literally is a genius. The base/pre made swimmable pond was made by them. I did the DECO, because I'm a DECO girlie. I've had my sims swimming their butts off.

It's literally so much fun. I also love that you can see the fish swimming with them, like OMG!

Glow Up, part one: Glowing maxis recolors and defaults!

So, my birthday is on Saturday. I think y'all know I like glow in the dark/black light reactive things, like a lot. This extends into glow bowling. Therefore, I bring you some party gifts. This is the first part of a continuation of Night Glow. Hopefully this is the 3 part series I envision it to be. Part one is glowing and defaulted hobby objects:

Pinmaster 300: Recolored bowling alley with glowing decks, default chrome, bowling ball, and scorecard recolors:

Sidepocket pool table: Recolored felt, defaulted pool balls and a default pool cue: The default pool balls and pool table are for Sidepocket only. Lets you keep some normal pool balls if you don't plan on keeping the default pool cue.

Burled Wood Dartboard: Comes in two flavors: recolor and default recolor. The default recolor also defaults the darts your sims play the game with. For whatever reason the texture for the default dart accessory pulls the texture from the entire dartboard and not a small segment like the pool cues or bowling ball. Therefore the entire dartboard will default. If you choose the default, all darts will be replaced across your recolors. If you choose only the recolor the darts sims play with will not glow, but also your recolors won't have glowing darts for no reason:

@mortia's default bowling ball because I don't know how to add an image to the bowling ball...yet.

@pforestsims for the scorecard and chrome defaults, before I figured out how to make defaults myself. Also for answering a question I had with kindness and for their "making objects glow" tutorial.

Finally @moyokean for trying to help me figure out how to recolor those darn pins.(Spoilers y'all, they can't even be defaulted in the normal way. As far as we could tell.) Also for helping me figure out where I was going wrong in trying to make my own defaults and their feedback!

gave my downtown a makeover for the 50th time lmao 'cause I was never really satisfied with it, I really wanted to capture that 'big city chaos and randomness' and also the downtowns I created never really felt like the original one from nightlife and that's the one I love the most 🌇

what inspired me to do this is the decision not to send young adults to the uni 'hoods and instead move them to downtown (or let them stay in their hometowns) so I could play the young adult stage as a separate one (like in the later games). seemed like a fun idea, playing uni was not fun at all for me before so hopefully now it will be! they can dedicate their time to studying while being free to do whatever else they want (or not study at all) 📚 here's the mod that enables that if anyone's interested
