THE PEOPLES PRINCESS
Reader x feyd rautha smut
Summary: you get married off by your father to secure alliances. Despite you knowing your new husbands reputation, you finds yourself drawn to him.
➽─────────────────────❥
As you stepped onto the arid planet of Arrakis, the sun beat down relentlessly, casting harsh shadows across the shifting dunes. You, a princess, were escorted by your father, the ruler of your home planet, to marry the infamous Feyd Rautha. Your first encounter with Feyd was chilling. He stood tall and imposing, his eyes cold as they met yours. You couldn't help but feel a shiver run down your spine at the intensity of his gaze.
Throughout the preparations for the wedding, Feyd remained distant, barely acknowledging your presence. Amidst the bustling preparations, your father sought you out, his regal bearing softened by a look of paternal concern. He approached you with a tenderness that belied his stoic exterior, his eyes filled with a mixture of pride and sadness.
"My dear," he began, his voice gentle yet tinged with gravity, "today, you embark on a new journey, one that will shape the course of your destiny."
You met his gaze, a swirl of emotions churning within you. "Father," you replied, your voice barely above a whisper, "I know not what the future holds, but I will face it with courage and grace."
A faint smile tugged at the corners of his lips as he reached out to grasp your hand. "You are a beacon of strength and resilience, my child," he said, his voice filled with pride. "No matter what lies ahead, remember that you are never alone."
Tears welled in your eyes as you embraced him.
Your wedding gown, made from the finest silks and embellished with gorgeous lace and brilliant gems, was a vision of grandeur and elegance. Its flowing procession, glistening in the intense desert sun, followed you like a moonlit river. As you stood in the grand hall, waiting for the wedding ceremony to begin you couldn't shake the feeling of dread that gnawed at the edges of your consciousness, knowing that once the ceremony commenced, there would be no turning back.
But amidst the fear, there was a glimmer of hope. Perhaps, against all odds, this union with Feyd would bring you the happiness and fulfillment you had always longed for. But you know the man that will soon be your husband is no kind man. But as you stood before him at the altar, his eyes locked onto yours with a fierce determination. When he leaned in to kiss you, you felt a rush of lust.
On your wedding night, as the grandeur of the ceremony faded into the intimacy of the chambers, you found yourself alone with Feyd. The flickering candlelight casting shadows across the room, adding to your senses heightened.
Feyd, with his usual air of confidence, approached you. His eyes, sharp and penetrating, seemed to pierce through the facade you tried so desperately to maintain. He noticed the tremble in your hands, the uneasiness that lingered in your of your gaze.
"You're scared," he observed, his voice a low, rumbling growl that sent a shiver down your spine.
You nodded, unable to deny the truth of his words. "I am," you admitted, your voice barely above a whisper. Feyd closed the distance between you, his presence startling in its intensity, his lips twisted into a knowing smile. He said, "Fear can be a powerful motivator," with an a hint of humor in his voice. "But it can also be mastered."
With a swift yet gentle motion, he reached out to cup your face, his touch surprisingly tender against your skin. His eyes bore into yours with an unwavering gaze, as if daring you to challenge him, to defy the inevitable.
Feyd's eyes raked over your body, his gaze lingering on the curve of your hips and the swell of your breasts.
His voice was low and husky, his words a command.
"Strip." The word hung in the air like an order, leaving no room for negotiation or hesitation. You hesitated briefly before complying with Feyd's demand. You unbuttoned your dress, letting it fall to the floor in a pool of fabric. Underneath you wore nothing but lace underwear and stockings that accentuated every curve on your body.
Feyd's eyes roamed over your body, his gaze intense and unwavering. "I want you to know that I am not a man who will be gentle with you," he said in an even tone as if it were simply stating the obvious.
"I will take what I want, and you are to do as I say." The words hung in the air like a threat.
His gaze was intense, his voice commanding. You couldn't help but feel a sense of unease at the way he spoke to you. The words were harsh and demanding, leaving no room for negotiation or compromise.
You stood there, your heart pounding in your chest as you tried to process what he had just said. The weight of his words hung heavy on the air between us and for a moment | felt trapped by them.
"I understand," you said, your voice barely above a whisper.
"I will do as you say." The words were barely out of your mouth before Feyd's hand was on the back of your neck, his grip firm and unyielding.
He pulled you closer to him, his lips finding yours in a kiss that was both demanding and possessive. His tongue invaded your mouth with an almost brutal forcefulness as he claimed it for himself.
His other hand found its way to your breast, his fingers pinching and twisting the nipple until you gasped in pain.
The pain was sharp and intense, but it also sent a strange rush of pleasure through you. You found yourself responding to his touch in ways that surprised even you.
His hands roamed over your body, exploring every curve and crevice as if he were mapping out a territory. He pulled you closer to him until his hardness was pressed against the soft folds of your sex.
You could feel the heat radiating from him, his desire for you palpable. His hands moved down to your hips and he lifted you up so that only the tip of his cock was inside you.
He held you there, teasingly close to the edge of pleasure. "Do you want this?" he asked in a low voice that sent shivers down your spine.
"Do you want me to take what I need from you?" The words were a command, not a question. The words were barely out of your mouth before Feyd's grip on you tightened and he thrust into you with a force that left you gasping for air. He fucks you hard and fast, his hips slamming into you with a force that left your body trembling. The pain was intense but it only seemed to fuel the fire of desire burning within him as he continued to fuck you relentlessly.
You could feel the wetness between your legs, a testament to how turned on you were by his rough treatment.
His hands roamed over your body, leaving bruises and marks that would be a reminder of this night for days to come.
Days passed after the wedding night, and you found yourself adjusting to life as the wife of Feyd Rautha. One evening, as you sat alone in the grand hall of the palace, Feyd approached you with a quietly. His usual stoic demeanor softened slightly as he took a seat beside you, his presence commanding yet strangely comforting.
“May I join you?" he asked, his voice low and gravelly, betraying a hint of vulnerability beneath the surface.
You nodded, surprised by his sudden display of openness. "Of course," you replied, unable to hide the shyness in your voice.
For a moment, silence hung heavy between you, the only sound the soft rustle of fabric and the distant hum of activity within the palace walls. And then, with a hesitant sigh, Feyd spoke, his words measured yet tinged with emotion. "I know I am not what you expected," he began, his gaze fixed on some distant point beyond the horizon. "I am not known for my warmth or compassion, but know that I will do everything in my power to protect you, to keep you safe from harm."
"I believe you husband," you replied softly, reaching out to place a reassuring hand on his arm.

How do you think jhutch characters would handle a baby?
I'm not quite sure if you're asking "what would they do if you handed them a baby" or "what would they do if you told them you're pregnant" but I'm gonna assume you meant the latter. (feel free to send another request if I got it wrong)
Ranking Jhutch characters from worst to best fathers:
Billy
☆ Would play dumb when you hand him the pregnancy test.
☆ "What's this? Oh, you're pregnant? Can't be mine. My pull-out game is too strong." (literally has NO pull-out game, refuses to use condoms because he "can't feel" with them on)
☆ Basically ghosts you until the paternity test proves it's his. Then he actually ghosts you.
☆ Drops off the face of the fucking Earth for years. Doesn't pay a dime in child support.
☆ Maybe he comes back like 3 years later drunk and demanding to see "his" kid idk. Literally the worst.
Derek
☆ Honestly I headcannon he had a vasectomy at like 24-25.
☆ His mom hit him up once she heard about his prostitute scandals and chewed him out. Gave him "the talk" even though he's a grown ass man... finally got him to get snipped when she brought up the possibility of paying income-based child support for 18 years.
☆ Assuming he doesn't have one, though...
☆ He'd initially be mad and blame you. "I thought you were on the pill!!"
☆ Then he'd be like "Is it too late to... you know... get rid of it?" (and kind of dance around the subject because he's too much of a wimp to just say the word abortion)
☆ Wallace and his mom would both force him to get his shit together and apologize. Eventually he'd come to terms with the fact he's gonna be a dad.
☆ He'd be the kind of bastard to throw an over-the-top gender reveal party. The kind that burns down half of California or pollutes a major water channel.
☆ I think he'd be a really good girl dad. He'd let her paint his nails and stuff. Spoil her. <3
☆ He would treat a son completely differently. Teach him to "be a man" or whatever when he's still learning to walk. Force him into random ass sports.
☆ He'd have them mostly taken care of by a nanny. That's probably how he was raised, anyways. Derek Danforth is NOT changing a diaper.
Futturman
☆ Whether we're talking pre-show or post-show, he'd freak the fuck out if you handed him a positive pregnancy test. I'm talking full-on pass out.
☆ Pre-show Josh would be like "Babe we can NOT afford a baby I literally live at home with my parents and work as a janitor."
☆ His parents would be so crazy supportive though. They've been hinting that they want grandkids for YEARS.
☆ They literally clear out a room IMMIDEATELY after hearing the news and offer it to you to use as a nursery.
☆ His mom buys you more baby clothes than you could possibly need. His dad builds a crib from scratch.
☆ Overall Josh is stressed asf but he does his best to be there for you, and his parents are OVERWHELMIGLY supportive.
☆ Post-show Josh, on the other hand, doesn't have that support. But he's survived unspeakable horrors across multiple dimensions, how hard could a baby be?
☆ Extremely hard, apparently. One day he just loses it and makes a huge decision without asking you.
☆ "Josh WTF happened to our savings??"
☆ "TRUST ME BABE we need to invest in Apple!!"
☆ You're pissed but it pays off in a few years and you're both able to live comfortably.
☆ Then in 2015-ish he did the same thing again, pouring all your savings into bitcoin. This time you SWEAR you're going to leave him, but it all pays out in the end. He gets your kid through college with that money.
☆ Overall he's a really good father, too. He had great parents, and even if he's not experienced with kids, he's naturally a very caring and attentive person.
Mike
☆ Cries when he sees the pregnancy test. He's not even sure if it's happy or sad tears.
☆ Gets sick to his stomach overthinking about how he's going to be a terrible father. His dad walked out on him, so he has literally no idea how to act.
☆ Abby, on the other hand, is absolutely delighted. She's always wanted a "little sister". Mike has to remind her that technically it's her niece. Or nephew. There's no guarantee on the gender yet.
☆ Eventually he comes to terms with it all. He's taken care of Abby for ten years, he isn't completely clueless.
☆ Takes you to all of your Dr.'s appointments, checkups, etc. Holds your hand. Makes all of your weird pregnancy cravings and doesn't judge.
☆ After the birth, he lets you rest. Nearly works himself to death trying to take care of the baby all on his own because he wants you to recover.
☆ I'm talking getting up bleary-eyed at 2am every night to microwave some formula and feed the baby. After working a 10 hour shift.
☆ Pulls the "I have a baby on the way" card at work in an attempt to get a raise. It works, thankfully. (In the novel version of the movie; it says he gets a job as a contractor at the end. So hopefully he can afford a kid...)
----------♡----------
[Remember: these are just MY headcannons. If you think differently that's fine. I didn't include Clapton because he's literally in highschool... and we all know Peeta is an amazing father.]

Ok, based on this post about a bunch of college dudes putting up a craigslist ad for a "BBQ Dad" to attend their backyard barbecue:
A No-Upside-Down AU where the Party is in college, freshly of legal drinking age, and they decide to throw an end-end-of-year backyard barbecue bash. However, as a group composed primarily of hardcore nerds (many of them lacking in paternal figures), they're not exactly the most qualified when it comes to top-tier grilling. More than that, they need someone who can bring the 'it-factor,' someone who can work a crowd and really get the party going. So naturally, Dustin claims, the logical move is to put an ad out in the paper.
Robin is the one who finds it — she buys a paper every day, reads Nancy's articles, then skips to the funnies and the advice column and finally the classifieds. Obviously she has to show Steve — c'mon, he'd be perfect! Steve can work a mean grill, he listens to dad music, he yells at sports on TV and wears khakis... He may only be pushing 30, but Steve has the energy of a middle-aged father-of-three.
Steve is embarrassed, but he's never one to turn down one of Robin's dares, so he writes a reply. It's not like those kids are actually going to respond to him anyway, they're probably looking for someone older, a real dad. Right?
The Party proves him wrong (for the first time but not the last) — they call him almost immediately and officially invite him to the barbecue. And Steve is a sucker who can't turn down such a nice group of kids, so the next thing he knows, he and Robin are loading his grill into the back of Eddie's van and headed across town to the shabby little house shared by Dustin, Mike, Lucas, and Max.
(Eddie, by the way, is a grad student and friend of the Party's. He may be a 'real adult,' but he has no BBQ Dad vibes whatsoever and he downright refuses to be caught dead manning a grill.)
As far as the Party is concerned, Steve is the 'prophesied-hero' of paternal figures. He's the stuff of legends, the kind of father (in spirit) that all dads aspire to be. He shows up wearing khaki shorts and a polo shirt. He brings not only his own grill and grilling tools, but also a sun-powered radio already tuned to the local baseball broadcast. He calls the Party members 'kiddo' without a hint of irony on his face, and has the lamest but most contagious sense of humor they've ever heard. Just standing next to Steve (and what name is more dad-like than 'Steve'?) feels like shooting hoops on your driveway until the sun goes down, or washing the car as an excuse to hose off on a 90-degree day, or getting picked up after soccer practice, dirt-stained and weary, but happy down to the bone. And yes, his burgers and brats really are that good.
Naturally, Dustin immediately takes credit for finding him and doesn't hesitate to crow about it.
By the end of the evening, they've already made plans to throw another barbecue in a few weeks. Steve quickly becomes the official Party Dad, an inseparable member of the group. He doesn't just do barbecues either — whether they need a reliable ride, some sage advice, or a necktie tied, Steve is there for his kids.

It’s A New Beginning: Lewis Hamilton X Black! Reader X Max Verstappen
TW: Cheating, Harsh tones
Y/n had been with her boyfriend Max for the past four years and they have a daughter named Tai Verstappen. Over the course of the last three weeks, Y/n had been facing problems from Max’s dad, Jose, who kept telling her that she was a distraction and that he didn’t know what Max saw in her, going to the extent of questioning Tai’s paternity. Throughout this entire time, not once had Max defended her since he decided to just sit back and laugh; agreeing with his father. This made Y/n doubt the standing of their relationship with the final straw being pulled after Y/n saw circulating photos of Max and Kelly Piquet paired up with her daughter as they looked more like a family than with his own child.
Tumblr media
Max had arrived home in Monaco very late to his girlfriend sitting on the coach. “Don’t touch me, I don’t know where your hands and lips have been” Y/n retracted harshly as she got up from the couch. “I waited for you to make the inform of the fact that I’ll be leaving and taking my daughter with me. You now have enough space for Kelly and Penelope.” She spoke as she took up a sleeping Tai and walked out the door, out of his life.
She drove off driving around Monaco with nowhere to go and so she just parked on the side and sat there crying not knowing what to do since she doesn’t own a house in Maonaco and was unable to afford the fees to go back home.
Lewis was coming back from a midnight run when he spotted the beauty crying in the car so he decided to approach. “Hi Y/n why are you out here, shouldn’t you and the little one be at home out of the cold?” He asked confused. “He cheated with Nelson Piquet’s daughter. We aren’t together anymore so I don’t have anywhere to go” Y/n sobbed, stirring the sleeping toddler. “She’s about 8 months old yeah?” Lewis took notice before he opened the door, taking Tai out of her car seat and helping Y/n out the car and into the house. “You two will stay here with me and you’ll work at the hospitality while I look after little Tai” Lewis offered making Y/n tear up at his kindness towards a rival’s ex.
Truth be told, Lewis was always in love with Y/n since he had seen her at Abu Dhabi; however Max had gotten to her first which left him to admire her from afar. Throughout the months, Lewis and Y/n grew closer until feelings were shared and a relationship was formed.
Over the passing years, Jose seemed to have regret his actions towards his former daughter-in-law and granddaughter as he saw how sad his son had become whenever Lewis would appear with Tai on his hip playing with Roscoe and her new grandpa Anthony.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
“Daddy, I know that Max is my real father so I have a question” Tai hinted to her stepfather who now gave her his full attention. “Sure princes, what’s up?” He asked attentively “Would you be upset if I went into the Redbull Grage to say hi to my daddy and grandpa?” She asked shyly. “Of course not sweetheart, you have all right and permission to go if you want to. Is that what you want?” He asked making the child nod cutely.
Lewis too Tai by the hand and led her to the garage where he showed her to Max and allowed her to go off. He watched as the interacted and after they were finished she ran back over with a pretty smile on her face as they left.

SOME YANDERE FLUFF TO BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY.
// fantasy creature cruelty. yandere themes. heteronormative society (sort of?? both your paternal and maternal grandparents come in hetero pairs)
I don’t know if you guys read my yan! father fic yet but do go check out @yoru-no-seiiki for it (Unless you’re a minor cause that acc doesn’t allow those) as it happens in the same universe(ish) as this one.
So by now you’ve already met yan! father.
BUT WHAT ABOUT CUTE HIGH FANTASY YAN! GRANDPARENTS AND OLD MENTOR.
(honestly would love to see my moot’s takes on yan! grandparents so if ya’ll see this. it’s not only a sign but a call to aid plez)
mostly based off of mairimashita iruma kun’s sullivan, your YAN! PATERNAL GRANDPA and GRANDMA spoil you a shit ton.
YAN! P! GRANDPA is more on the type to spoil you physically/monetarily. If you have a need or even the slightest hint of desire for something, consider it received. He has saved so much of your drawings and if you happen to be the kid who drew monsters/weird abominations as a child then ya boi definitely has frankensteined some into being. His creations happened to net him a ton of money which he spent all on you as ‘thanks’ but everyone knows it’s just cause he’s infatuated with his cute grandchild.
YAN! P! GRANDMA leans heavily on the ‘unhealthily allowing this kid(you and yan!dad) to do whatever you want and even encouraging it’ sort of parenting. She taught how to kill and do it efficiently as a young child. Uncaring of whatever prophecies schmofeces oracles have of your future. She will make you into an indestructible machine and is hell-bent on it. … You have probably ingested a lot of poison from her cookies as a way to built immunity to the stuff.
Now your maternal grandparents are a lot let on the damaging side but are still pretty over the top.
Your YAN! MATERNAL GRANDPA loves showing off. He’s probably like a war general with many wives and sees love as ‘you worship/admire me’ which he sorta maybe passed unto you. He’s kind of like a caveman and believes a show of strength is in order to be successful. So there’s a lot of him flexing and challenging YAN! PATERNAL GRANDPARENTS to a duel.
Only for YAN! PATERNAL GRANDMA to swiftly have his ass wipe the floor.
YAN! MATERNAL GRANDMA is a jaded woman. She never loved her husband and had always wanted to flee the family and high society until you came along. I see her as the old version of those Manhwa female protags that have rebirthed multiple times and is just tired of the shitty life they’ve been dealt with. She’s incredibly knowledgeable on fashion, trends and the industry as a whole. She’ll make sure you look good at every turn. Maybe even start trends of your own. It doesn’t matter your body type and if isn’t what’s in at the moment, she’ll make it the moment. Unlike the paternal grandma and her husband, she would never put you in harms way. Even extending your time with her so you don’t have to do those barbaric acts with the others.
And then there’s YAN! MENTOR who swore to never have another child under him ever again. The last time he did that, said child (your father) destroyed his precious astrology tower and had him imprisoned for 5 years for a thing he never even did. Sure, 5 years is nothing for thousand or so year old man but boy was he pissed off.
YAN! MATERNAL GRANDPA had to threaten him to have you and YAN! MENTOR is almost thankful that he did.
YAN! MENTOR believes you to be his best student. It definitely did not start off that way. He thought that a prissy, spoiled brat like you would leave the moment he gave you a difficult task but you surprised him with your tenacity. Throughout all his trials for you, you always came out at top, if not persevered until your body couldn’t handle it anymore.
He definitely wants you to kill your dad as compensation though, and I wouldn’t be surprised if I end up writing him as the reason why you plotted to end the dude’s life.
To keep things fluffy, let’s say in this timeline, he saves you from your dad’s entourage and adopts you.
Your YAN! GRANDPARENTS definitely riot but all are mature enough to understand the situation in the end.
will write more on this on the future but for now, i gotta go! byeeee!!

I'M SO GLAD PEOPLE ARE APPRECIATING CULT! MIGUEL!!!
Dude- it's like so smexy but like with a hint of spook I love it so much.
Cryptic reader would probably cradle their young so gently and it shows to Miguel that even the same lanky claws that were soaked in blood one moment can embrace their child in another. It's so poetic omg. And I just imagine thenlittle being softly reaching out and grasping their sharp claw or face, not afraid but enthralled just like their other father at cryptic's features.
i never expected it to blow up but here we are
and cryptid!mreader is only ever kind to miguel, or at least miguel's the only person to get close to you like this. usually though, he has to leave his community for a couple of weeks at time bc you absolutely refuse to let them see you like this, which miguel understands but finds amusing.
honestly, im not sure how cryptid!mreader actually looks like, so it's generally free for you to explore how you look like lol. but i do think you have at least some horns and claws, and you're probably big as hell you fat fucking bitch.
and you're so gentle with miguel and gabriella. you'll press your cheek to his, let him kiss you on the cheek, let him rub at you and nuzzle into you, and gabriella is so tiny in your hand. you don't have the same fierce paternal instincts miguel has, but you're well aware of how to hold your own offspring, and well, she's the only other person you'll never attack.
you'll bend your head and gently chitter at her, slipping into the native language of your species, clicking and chittering. gabriella will coo and reach out, hand oh so tiny, tiny little weak claws touching at your teeth, ones that could easily crush her, but merely part to let her fingers graze over. one day she'll have teeth as big as yours.
you let her wrap a tiny claw around one of your own, and miguel chooses this time to coo over the two of you. you're the only creature he'll ever trust to not hurt gabriella - and isn't that funny? he'll trust a monster, but not his own community? ha. it's hard not to when you hold your offspring so tenderly, gazing down at her with relaxed eyes, perhaps not exactly loving, but not harsh ones, and let her explore your body, let her tap against you, wrap her tiny fingers are your claws that dwarf her, let her get a glimpse into the body she'll grow into one day.

And how do AU prison boys act with pregnant MC?
I'm assuming you mean the Nurse Mc au, but I'd be happy to do this one again with prisoner Mc <3
Sans: He's worried. About her, sure, he doesn’t like that she’s pregnant and still working in the prison. But he’s also worried about him... namely, the fact that he’s starting to get a lot more emotional than he’s accustomed to.
Mc’s presence already flustered him, shaking his control over himself and turning him into (from his perspective) a total mess. But a pregnant Mc? Paternal instinct is suddenly throwing reactions at him faster than he can catch them. His claws and smile are clenching when she gets visibly upset recounting how people have just randomly touched her belly without permission, anger is flickering in his eyelights when other staff go too near her. She lets him touch her stomach and he feels the tiny Soul inside her and he audibly purrs- he’s a fucking mess. He feels like any control he once had over himself is slipping through his phalanges.
He even not-so-subtly hints that if she wants a break from work, she should just let him know and he’ll have a ‘medical emergency’ only she can solve. He’s revealing his lies to someone- he’s falling to fucking pieces.
Red: ... Red’s learning things about himself. He had no idea that was a kink he had, for starters.
... But... he’s also learning that he’s got a lot of very soft, very domestic wants and feelings bundled up in that battered & bruised Soul of his. Domesticity never really appealed to him before, it seemed so boring compared to a life filled with danger, drugs, sex and power... and yet, suddenly, he’s awake at night in his cell imagining the kind of house the three of them could live in together once he’s out. He’s startling himself out of a daydream at lunch and realising he was thinking of baby names. He’s having very nice dreams where he’s using his magic to handle all the chores while she naps on the couch, tired after a long day of caring for a fussy baby.
No one would dare fuck around with ‘Red’s nurse’ anyway. But now it’s pretty much prison law that, unless you don’t mind losing your arms, you don’t even look at her funny.
Skull: Everyone thought Skull finding out Mc is pregnant would be a disaster. What kind of kidnapping is he going to try and launch? What restraints are going to hold him? He reacts badly enough when she’s on her period, what kind of fit is he going to have now? They’re prepared for the worst. Even Mc is nervous.
... But on the complete contrary, Skull is delighted. He probably knew before she did; he’s extremely keyed into her scent, and likely immediately picked up on the change in her hormones. Skull gets more and more lucid, better behaved, he starts dealing with her absences with far more stability. He’s stringing together more sentences, he’s never been doing better.
And... it’s because his dream is to be a father. He’s always wanted nothing more than a mate and children. He wants to be the best dad ever. What kind of example is he setting his future kid if he’s giving into his violent urges and brutalising staff? How can he be a helpful, providing mate to Mc if he’s strapped to a gurney because he bit someone again? How can he read his baby bedtime stories if he can’t hold his sanity long enough to finish a sentence?
He’s going to be a good dad. The best. No one will stop him- not even himself.

ace as a christ-like figure in one piece
Tumblr media
SPOILERS FOR MARINEFORD AHEAD!
So, I finished Marineford today, and I wanted to share some similarities I noticed Ace has with Christ-like figures in fiction. These are just my own thoughts (from a very American perspective) as someone who loves to overthink about media. Not trying to evangelize or anything, lol.
He was a miracle child the government tried to kill: Besides being the son of the King of the Pirates, Ace was a bit of a miracle because his mother Portgas D. Rouge held him in for 20 months so that he had a chance of surviving. The Marines terrorized (and likely killed) many expectant parents and their babies in their efforts to kill Ace because he was a symbol of resistance and a threat to the tenuous power they held.
He was betrayed by a former follower: Blackbeard acted as a bit of a Judas in this case because he handed Ace over to the Marines. Since he was in the Second Division, he served directly under Ace and was even like a brother in some ways when you consider the very strong familial component of the Whitebeard pirates.
Tumblr media
He has a literal cross on his back: The Whitebeard pirates’ jolly roger is different from most other crews I’ve encountered so far. When a jolly roger has a skull and crossbones, it usually forms an X. In their case, it forms a cross. This is especially apparent in Ace’s tattoo following the fatal wound he receives from Akainu.
To take things further, this could even represent how being the Second Division Commander of the Whitebeard pirates (and one of Whitebeard’s adopted sons) is a cross for Ace to bear. Not necessarily in a bad way; it’s just that Ace takes those titles very seriously. He makes it his mission to hunt down Blackbeard, even when Whitebeard himself warns against it, because Blackbeard disgraced Whitebeard’s name by killing a fellow crew member and fleeing. And even worse, he did it as someone Ace considered to be his responsibility. Ace turns back in the middle of escaping Marineford because Akainu insults Whitebeard and mocks his name. And Ace, understandably, cannot let that slide. I would even go as far as to say that his paternity as a whole is a cross to bear, exemplified by the question he has asked himself since childhood: “Did I deserve to be born?”
There's probably also a point to be made about Ace being resurrected through Luffy in a way and Whitebeard kinda hinting at some kind of apocalypse down the line before he dies, but that's for another day.
His death was a sacrifice and symbol of a new era: When Blackbeard was looking for someone to trade for Warlord status and when Akainu decided to take out one of the two brothers, it is made clear that Luffy was the original target. So, Ace's life was sacrificed for his little brother’s. And similar to his biological father’s execution, Ace’s death was meant to snuff out the old guard as well as new, up-and-coming pirates. I can’t speak much to the long-term effects of this because I just finished the arc, but I’m fairly certain all it did was fan the flames of resistance and further motivate them to oppose the World Government and usher in this new era.

Was Gendry jealous of Edric Dayne in ASOS?
Not in a romantic sense, that's not the nature of their relationship at this point, with Arya ten years old and absolutely uninterested in that kind of stuff, and Gendry 14 or older. But he's irritated along the same lines that there has been tension between them since ACOK, which centers around class boundaries.
Arya occupies a contradictory role, being both a plucky, clever survivor, "the only one who's good for anything" out of their original ragtag bunch of kids who survived past Yoren's death, and the only one still around once Hot Pie left. At the same time, and this comes to the fore in ACOK, she is of the highest nobility, a home and protection waiting for her (in theory), and it informs how she treats him and the others, with an occasional sense of entitlement.
Gendry goes through an arc of finding his feet politically, from "what does it matter who I smith for?" to offering his skills and his loyalty to the Brotherhood Without Banners specifically because of the values they stand for then: justice for the smallfolk. Meanwhile, they come across evidence of vicious cruelty by Arya's people same as the Lannister army and it causes tension under the surface. When Gendry calls her his sister at the Peach and Arya objects, he assumes it's down to class differences even though Arya gave no indication of it then, while later playing up how he could have smithed for her family instead of the Brotherhood from atop her high horse when her feelings are hurt. When she is put into a pretty dress by Lady Smallwood, Gendry feels compelled to tease her and comment on her "proper" look. It brothers him. He likes when she wrestles with him and messes up her dress and behavior. It means something to him that this highborn girl fits in his world better than hers.
Arya and Ned have an equal social status and Arya immediately adjusts her behavior to something more formal. Gendry is bothered again. Not because of romantic jealousy but because it's a blatant reminder that while Arya and Ned can enter his world, while he and Ned can belong to the same Brotherhood, he is locked out of their world.
The conversation about fathers and bastards (while primarily about Jon and hinting at RLJ) once again plays with the unknown fact of Gendry's royal paternity. Which changes nothing about his status. Bella at the brothel was openly rumored to be Robert's daughter and still only a prostitute. Even if Gendry knew, he would not be part of their world. Even less so, now. He admires Arya personally but he also hates part of what she stands for. In that moment, she and Ned are the only target he has for addressing these conflicting emotions about his unknown father, about the social and political injustice in their world.
When Arya disappears, Gendry ends up at the forge at the Crossroads Inn, helping the Heddle girls care for war orphans. Quite a turn from the guy who had wanted to abandon Lommy, Hot Pie and Weasel in the woods way back. This guy can't be pleased with what the Brotherhood has turned into. Reconnecting with him is going to open up some fascinating political self-reflection for Arya, and I really mourn the dropped five-year-gap for specifically this plotline, which can no longer play out in all its potentially romantic complexity because Arya remains a pre-teen child.

I ship them idc... But just imagine this.. hear, hear me out... (I know the character of Ferdinand in this case isn't psychiatrist or something like that but remember, this is kind of an alternative universe)
Due to the rain at the last moment, the direction of the shotgun deviated, hitting Nigel in the neck and part of the jaw, who is hospitalized after Álex, in a moment of empathy, called the ambulance. While spending a month in hospital Alex is questioned and Nigel's paternal uncles come to see him.
When Nigel manages to recover for the most part, he is prosecuted due to Alex's testimony, however he escapes a sentence and instead the judge admits him to the Bethlem psychiatric center for 16 months since his lawyer alleged a psychotic break and hints of schizophrenia due to his mother's constant abuse and his father's neglect. This treatment is due to the fact that in the psychiatric hospital they want to overcome his "mental" disorder and also the fact of his possible reintegration into society and university studies.
His doctor in charge is Robert H. Gadling, who is in charge of the boy's background check and verifying that his process is on the right track.

Trick or treat!
It's not done, but here's part 1 of this year's spooky Midge story.
“You know you don’t have to go.”
Rose Maisel huffs out a sigh as she packs her bags. She’s well aware that she doesn’t have to go. Not only has her father been reminding her for a month, but her mother and grandfather as well.
“I’ll be dead soon, you know,” Zeyde Joel had complained to her the last time they spoke on the phone. “Wouldn’t you rather spend the summer with me?”
Rose hadn’t said no, exactly, but it was relatively clear that she wasn’t terribly interested in spending the summer after her senior year of high school in Chinatown, doing the same old things she always did with her grandfather.
Her paternal grandmother is rarely around long enough for a visit, but to Rose, the woman is fascinating. Famous and glamorous, and funny, but lonely, too. Her father and aunt don’t have much to do with their mother, and Rose’s own mother thinks the older woman is a monster.
To Rose, Grandma Miriam just seems lonely. Even with a slew of famous friends and a schedule so packed she hasn’t made it to a Passover Seder since Rose was little, there is something solitary about the woman, and Rose feels like maybe she can help with that.
“I know I don’t have to go,” she tells her father. “But I want to. I want to get to know her before it’s too late.”
Her father sighs, a hint of sadness washing over his strong features. “There’s not much to get to know. If you’ve seen one of her comedy specials, you kind of know all there is to know about her. That’s just who she is now.”
“But maybe it’s not,” Rose offers.
“That’s very sweet of you to think so,” he says, before letting out a deep sigh. “Okay. But if she drives you crazy, you call and your mother and I can come and get you.”
She huffs out a soft laugh. “Okay, Dad.”
*****
Midge Maisel’s house is enormous, and beautiful. Right on the Long Island Sound. You can smell the salty on the air from the water, and off in the distance, Rose can see ducks heading for the beach.
Her mother takes her hand as they stand in front of the house. “Call regularly,” she orders. “And don’t let that woman push you around.”
“I won’t,” Rose promises. “She really lives here all by herself?”
“Her and her ghosts,” Chava Maisel responds.
It’s an odd sentence and Rose tilts her head, ready to ask about it, but before she can, the front door swings open and her grandmother rushes out.
“You’re here!” the older woman cries, rushing up and hugging Rose tightly. “Let me look at you,” she says, pulling back to take account of her granddaughter. “Ugh. You’re gorgeous. Look at this curly hair, and those cheekbones. To die for.”
Rose hears her mother grumble something that sounds suspiciously like ‘go right ahead,’ and grins at her grandmother. “Hi! How are you, Grandma?”
“I’m fine,” Grandma Miriam tells her. “Just taking a little time off, and I’m so glad I get to spend it with you! I have so many plans for us. We’ll get our hair done, and our nails, and we can go shopping.”
Chava clears her throat loudly before Midge can keep talking, and the older woman whirls to look at her daughter-in-law.
“Chava! You’re here, too!”
“Hello, Mrs. Maisel,” Chava responds with a tight smile.
Grandma Miriam nods slowly, her lips pursed. “Still haven’t discovered conditioner, I see. I’ll have my hair stylist send you an email with some recommendations. Don’t you worry.”
“Okay!” Rose cries, trying for a big smile. “Thanks for driving me, Mom. I will definitely call.” she hugs her mother tightly, before tugging on her rolling suitcase. “Bye!”
“Is that all you brought?” Grandma Miriam marvels. “How do you pack so light?”
Chava sighs heavily, watching them go, before getting back into her car to drive away.
*****
The inside of the house, like the outside, is beautiful. Decorated in warm tones, with imported marble floors in the front hall. The living room holds a grand piano with a slew of framed photos settled atop.
Oddly, there are very few family photos that Rose can spot. Her father’s baby photo in a small frame. Her aunt’s wedding day photo. Rose’s own school photo from the first grade, and a few older photos of her sister and cousin, but nothing recent.
“Wow, Grandma, your house is really something,” she comments as she’s given a tour through the first floor.
“Thank you,” Grandma Miriam beams. “I love this place. I loved it when I first saw it, and I love it even more now that I’ve spent so many years making it my own.”
Rose smiles as she’s showing the beautiful dining room, and the enormous kitchen, which she wanders around, inspecting ovens and stoves, refrigerators.
“You like kitchens?” Grandma Miriam asks.
“I do!” Rose enthuses with a grin. “I’ve been accepted to culinary school.”
“That’s wonderful!” Grandma Miriam crows. “I used to love to cook, you know.”
“You don’t anymore?” Rose asks.
The older woman shrugs and gives her a sheepish grin. “There’s not really anyone but me to cook for, so I don’t really have a reason to. And I have a cook who makes most of my meals now. It’s just easier that way.”
“Well, maybe we can cook together while I’m here,” Rose suggests.
“Maybe,” Grandma Miriam tells her. “It might be fun.”
Rose is about to respond, but gets extremely distracted with the pink Kitchenaid stand mixer in the corner. “Ohmygod.”
Grandma Miriam laughs. “Note to self: leave Rosie the stand mixer in the will.”
“It’s so pretty,” Rose breathes.
“I never really had a chance to use it,” Grandma Miriam shrugs again. “Come on. I’ll show you the upstairs.”
Rose nods and follows her up the back staircase to the second floor, where, presumably, the bedrooms are. “Do you have a lot of staff here?”
“Not really,” Grandma Miriam tells her. “A cook or two. A couple of housekeepers. Nothing too extravagant.”
Rose purses her lips, mulling that over. “Her family doesn’t have any of that. It’s just the four of them in the brownstone in Brooklyn. Rose, Mom, Dad and Shira. They do all the housework and cooking. It feels strange to have people do those things for you, but Rose supposes that with Grandma Miriam being so much older, and living by herself in such a big place, it only makes sense.
“This is going to be your room,” Grandma Miriam tells her, opening up a door at the end of the hall.
It’s another lavish room; the canopy bed is enormous, and soft-looking and there are bay windows with a perfect view of the Sound. There’s even a little TV sitting on top of the dresser.
Rose looks around, stunned, as she takes it all in. “Whoa…”
Grandma Miriam beams. “I’m glad you like it. My room is just around the corner, near the stairs to the basement.”
“What’s in the basement?” Rose asks.
“Nothing, really,” Grandma Midge responds, waving a hand. “Just some old things. I use it for storage.” She beams at the young woman, reaching out to brush her curls away from her face. “You get settled. I am going to talk to the cook about what we’re having for dinner.”
“I could cook,” Rose offers, watching her.
Her grandmother waves a hand. “You just got here. Relax.”
Rose watches her grandmother bustle away, before looking back at her new room.
“Right,” she breathes out. “Relax.”

Broken-Style Remix: Platonic Yandere Bruce Wayne + Bat-Family & Dakota Blake (Part 6 - 2)
SUBTITLE: JASON MEETS THE BLAKES
Summary: Jason Todd spends the day with Dakota Blake - Bruce's Daughter & First Born - and the Blake Family. What happens when he feels attached to a family that acts like a family?
[Blake Bakery - About 30 Minutes After Meeting At Amira's Armory]
Jason looked around the bakery - the same bakery Damian has been scouting to find out more about Dakota - but this time, he was a welcomed guest; invited by the one that Bruce and Damian have been obsessing over for the past few weeks. His green eyes watched as Dakota talked with her Aunt Rani as the woman held out a small silver platter with 4 plates on it: 2 holding muffins and the remaining 2 holding cups of coffee. Dakota smiled at her aunt before turning away with the platter in her hands and walking back to the table where Jason was sitting. Dakota placed the platter on the table before sliding into her tall chair beside Jason, who was looking at his phone for a while before pocketing it to give Dakota his full attention.
"I could have paid for my own muffin and coffee, ya know." Jason said as he reached for his coffee, looping two fingers through the loop and bringing it to his lips to take a sip - it was delicious. There was a hint of vanilla that hit Jason's tongue and it made him lowly moan in pleasure.
"Trust me, I'm sure you can pay for your muffin and coffee but my aunt Rani refuses to charge any company of mine with any kind of purchase. Says it's her Family and Friends' Discount." Dakota says as she breaks a piece of her muffin off and plops it in her mouth before chewing slowly. Dakota was going to break off another piece when her phone began vibrating and she pulled it out of her pocket - she looked at the screen and groaned before typing something on the phone's screen and pocketing the phone again before exhaling in exhaustion.
"Everything alright, Dakota?" Jason asked as he raised an eyebrow at the girl, who looked at him with her tired blue eyes - The Eyes of Bruce Wayne.
"My Mother just texted me that Bruce came to our house and demanded that my mother signs her paternal rights over to him by offering her a lot of money, but she told me to fuck off." Dakota said, this caused Jason to widen his eyes as he heard what she said - Bruce would go that far to separate a daughter from her mother?
"Damn, Wayne is going that far to get you under his wing? That must be stressful." Jason said.
"You have not the slightest clue, Jason. I sometimes wish that I didn't go do that Blood Work, but I needed to make sure I didn't have any blood diseases or complications." Dakota said as she ran her hand through her hair, exhaling with a sigh. Jason looked at the girl with sadness in his eyes - for someone so normal to suddenly find out their Bruce Wayne's Kid and wants nothing to do with him or his son but is being forced to deal with them was too much. He may have been one of the Wayne Family Members, but he didn't have the blood or the name to himself so he didn't understand what Dakota was going through - Poor Girl.
"'Kota!" The sound of a rather deep-voiced man caused Jason to look up from his daydreaming at the man that was coming toward them - Jason has seen this man before, Damian had a whole War Wall dedicated to him as a target: Tobias Blake, Dakota's Uncle, and her Father Figure, along with her other uncle, Ivan Blake.
"Hey, Uncle Tobias! What can I do for you today?" Dakota asked with a smile, something about this male made her happier than she was before; well, Jason kinda expected that considering this man along with Ivan raised her into the young girl she was today. Jason watched their lips move as the conversation went on until Tobias looked in Jason's Direction and asked Dakota who he was.
"Oh. Uncle Tobias, meet Jason Todd. A new friend of mine. We met at Auntie Amira's Shooting Range and he agreed to hang out with me today." Dakota explained as she looked at Jason with a smile but Jason was looking at her with wide eyes, A Friend? Dakota thought of him as a friend?
"Well, any friends of 'Kota are welcomed here and at my shop." Tobias said with a smile.
"Your Shop, sir?" Jason asked with a raised eyebrow.
"My uncles run a hunting shop - well, the shop mainly belongs to Uncle Tobias, Uncle Ivan is a Lawyer but he co-owns the shop with Uncle Tobias. They've owned the shop since before I was even a thought, then Uncle Ivan ran the shop when Uncle Tobias went into the service." Dakota explained in detail. Jason looked at Tobias' nodding head as Dakota explained the story - a Military Man who worked in a Hunting Shop… Why does that seem familiar somehow?
"Tell me, son, your late name is Todd, right? Where are your parents?" Tobias asked but Jason looked at the table with sadness in his eyes,
"My Parents are no longer with me. I…I live alone but I have a decent job and survive. I went to the shooting range today because I had a rough day at work yesterday and needed to blow off some steam." Jason said - it wasn't completely a lie but he knew that if he told Dakota that he was part of the family that was trying to take her away from her family, she would never talk to him again. And why did it feel good when Tobias called him 'son'?
"Damn. That sucks, Jason. Sorry to hear that but I'm sure that you will find a family that gives you what you need and want." Dakota said with a smile as she placed a hand on his shoulder, making him look at Dakota, then Tobias, and lastly at Rani before he remembered Amira's smiling face.
'I think I already have, Dakota. I think I already have.' Jason thought with a smile on his face. He made up his mind at that moment, he was going to keep Bruce and Damian away from Dakota and the Blake Family and if he played his cards right - he was going to be Jason Blake.

Below is the view which made me aware of the silly book above.
Gavroche: The Gamin of Paris. From “Les Miserables” of Victor Hugo. Translated and adapted by M. C. Pyle. Philadelphia: Porter & Coates. Chicago: W. B. Keen & Cooke. Such a book, among the inanities that flood the reviewer, comes to him like a fresh flower or some rare rosebud tossed up out of driftwood. Poor little Gavroche! Noble Jean Valjean! What heart has not grown tender in reading this beautiful episode of their lives in that garden of episodes, “Les Miserables.” Who but loves that wretched little Gavroche, always ragged, sometimes starving, but always bright, ready with a song, a laugh, or a jest, who, when he shivers, shivers gayly, and, when he steals, makes us glad he steals successfully; who drifts forlornly through his guttered career, without father, or mother, or any love that he knows, and yet feels within his unloved little heart a spark of the Divine love, a feeling for his race, restless, helpful, budding out in kind deeds, and little self sacrifices; wonderful in his vagabond-life as a lily blooming in filth and slime! One feels his own humanity inspired by the paternal solicitude of the little fellow, stealing, begging, filching, working hard and honestly when the chance is given to provide for his little family, — two little waifs whom he finds helpless in the maze of Paris, and shelters under his own unsheltered wing, to find them afterwards to be his own brothers. The little hero becomes a tiny soldier of the barricades, “a fly on the wheel of the Revolution,” a Napoleon in rags, giving a hint here, lending a hand there; a spy now, and a savior of the barricade anon; handling a musket much larger than himself; and when the Republicans were failing for want of ammunition, is out in the street, between the barricade and its assailants, exposed to their bullets, filling a hamper with the cartridges of the soldiers dead in the street, crawling from one body to another, writhing, gliding hither and thither, emptying the cartridge-boxes as a monkey opens nuts, and, while doing it, is shot! Whose heart does not fall with him? As Jean Valjean carries the dear, little wounded fellow in his arms, through the sewers, to his home, he carries us with him; and when, at the end, we find Gavroche and Jean Valjean, and the family— his two waif brothers — all united, happy, and secure, in Clairvue, on the shores of the great, blue, bloodless sea, far from perils, we are glad, and thank God for the humanity of the story, which is true, and for the poetry of it, which is true and, more than all, for the truth that we have streets of our own with little Gavroches in them, to whom it is not too late for us to play Jean Valjean.

This fandom sure is a roller coaster. Reading the start of waypoints, I’m both curious about how Sam could alter facts so much to remove any hint of caitriona being at his home and part of his life, and also reassured that he’s a sensitive, kind, thoughtful person. It doesn’t jive at all with the image others try to sell. How lucky caitriona must be to know the real him, and I hope they’re so happy. And I don’t care if this makes me sound like a crazy obsessed old lady. I thought I had a question somewhere here, but I guess I forgot it! 🥴
Hehe. You're so sweet Anon. Sam has that impact on many. He has a graciousness and gentleness to his nature that makes people like him and empathise with his situation and forgive all lies told. He knows it too. Regarding Sam leaving all accounts of a shared wholesome family life out of Waypoints, did anyone here actually think he was going to do a grand reveal? SC Have implemented so many falsities to date pertaining to their personal lives that have broad reaching and serious implications for them. Most recently Cait had Tbag listed as the son in law on her fathers death notice.
They are in soooooo deep I question if there will be an out for them. No way have they gone to such incriminating lengths including an MC and a babies paternity incorrectly assigned, to just go ahead and reveal all truth in Sam's memoir. Sexy Single bachelor Sam is what he is sticking to especially for the purposes of selling his book to all those horny grannies.
Problem is, his contrived public image of a chronically single cigar smoking, whisky chugging sleaze that has a bi annual fuck with some desperado young enough to be his daughter, is at total odds with the way he represents himself; his other public persona of a single, fit, health concious, mountain climbing business entrepreneur, who munches on veggies and tucks himself into his rustic earthy linens at night while dreaming of finding love. This is the persona that evokes empathy. Sam is basically like that imo except has a wife and children. There was literally no need for them to hide and lie like this. People/fans/ the industry would have loved them together.

I know I've mentioned it before and it's a total crack theory (don’t take this too seriously). But the possible hints that lonnie may be El's bio dad are kind of crazy.
ps: last point explains why I don’t believe Andrew is El’s dad. Long story short- i read all the novels and comics (they contradict the canon show in various plot-significant ways and are probably not canon). And if they wanted to surprise people- Andrew would certainly be a good misdirect. Let’s begin...
background: in s1 We see Hopper with his daughter (who is holding a tiger plushie). And in s3 we see Hopper attack a soviet in a carnival ride which has tiger decor. The ride warns the soviet of a tiger. Then the tiger growls as Hopper yells(aka Hopper is symbolically the ‘tiger’). So like tigers connect to him and his daughter. we even see Hopper’s hairband in the shot (another connection of father and child).
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ok... so what’s my point?
1.well lonnie has many name meanings.one is "lion". We see in s1 el and Will have lion plushies (similar to Sara's tiger plushie). Hopper sees Will's lion plushie and has a flashback of his daughter with her tiger. So... like... cat plushies maybe hint at paternity??!!!
Tumblr media
Also Lonnie is lowkey the embodiment of lion-fathers lol...
Tumblr media Tumblr media
2. A witness sees el, hopper asks "could it be lonnie's kid?". Witness: "it could have been . yeah that’s (pauses). I mean, yeah could’ve been". Suspish. But maybe nothing...  I know the literal reason for this scene is for Hopper to think El is Will. But it’s still weird verbiage...and also makes you wonder WHY they look so alike.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
3. Jane is the feminine form of the name jonathan. But also... Lonnie and Elenor ( they called El this in  s1) have the same name meaning . Coincidence...maybe???
Tumblr media
4. Lonnie is known for being a hunter. Teresa/terry (El’s mom) also means “huntress”. El is compared to princess Dianna (wonder woman): Diana is the roman goddess of hunting. Lonnie is also dating cynthia ( Cynthia means “the hunt”and  cynthia is another name for DIANA). So maybe he has a type (woman who have names associated with hunting)- and he had a kid associated with “hunting” too-via the Dianna parallel. I joke. But it’s another weird name parallel.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
5. El's storyline is heavily based on star wars and she's directly paralleled to Luke. Again luke has an estranged opposite-s*x sibling. The duffers are twins - so they prob loved that star wars plot twist that luke and Leia were separated siblings all along. Also them being related could explain their resemblance (and past parallels) . Thor ragnarock was also on the s4 inspo list- thor realizes he had a secret 1/2 sister.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
6. Why is Lonnie always associated with yellow flowers?? talked about all the examples here, and the possible symbolism. But... bro in s1 even has a sunflower blanket (Which is also linked to Terry and her daughter El in s2). Also why was a car that looked like the Byers car in the Terry flashback... I want answers XD
Tumblr media
7.Lonnie started flirting with joyce despite having a live-in gf (in her 20s) , that was half his age. Would I be surprised if , when younger,  he had an affa*r with a college student while married. Not really. He's at the very least... a d0uche.
8. Lonnie made jonathan hunt a rabbit. Jane/el is associated with rabbits. In s1 when she first escapes Benny's: the song "white rabbit " plays as she runs from her papa. And her room at Terry's is covered in the white rabbit decor (from the alice in Wonderland story).could just be a parallel of lonnie/Brenner being horrible dads. I mean both Brenner and Lonnie tried to make their kids k*ll animals.
9. Also no I don't think Andrew from the prequel novel is her dad. I read all the novels and comics fyi. The novels and comics constantly contradict the cannon show. Max novel says she met billy a year before s2 and that's when they became stepsiblings : s3 shows they met as little little kids (when billy is like ... 12 at most). And not saying how, but i saw the S4 opening clip- it proves in very plot-significant ways that " 6 & into the fire" st comics are 100% NOT canon. So why do people blindly believe Andrew is her dad, cause the novel? Literally Andrew would be a perfect idea to get people to stop wondering about El's bio dad.
And if there's foreshadowing for later seasons in the comics/books- it's probably little eastereggs they were told to incorporate . But , regardless, how convenient a random-normal, de*d guy, with no plot relevance (who is never mentioned in the show) is supposed to be her bio dad. And make everyone stop wondering about El's dad. It certainly stopped people from asking questions about el's paternity- i'll give them that. I wouldn't even be surprised if adding Andrew was an intentional misdirect. EVEN I DON’T 100% BELIEVE IN THIS THEORY, but please stop using the st novel as proof against it cause ... like I said it’s the books/ comics don’t really seem canon at all. XD

"The comet was red, but Joffrey was Baratheon as much as Lannister, and their sigil was a black stag on a golden field. Shouldn't the gods have sent Joff a golden comet?"- Sansa(ACOK I).
"The girl(Bella) did have hair like the old king's, Arya thought; a great thick mop of it, as black as coal. That doesn't mean anything, though. Gendry has the same kind of hair too."- Arya(ASOS V).
Both girls have unknowingly gave hints of Joffery and Gendry parentage. Sansa telling how Joffery not look like his father gave hint to Ned. Could it be foreshadowing for them finding about Jon's parentage?
It does read as a pretty fun trick on the audience to focus so much how kids do or don't look like their father to determine paternity, all the while Martin has been assuring us over and over that Jon has Ned's look only to reveal to us much later that he isn't actually Ned's but Lyanna's!
In a general sense, yeah, having the topic of uncertain parentage and bastards looking like a parent could be considered foreshadowing, I suppose, but unless it's Howland before he drops the bombshell, I'm not sure if we will get someone commenting that Jon looks like Lyanna as a clue before R+L=J is confirmed. It is related to how we figure it out that Jon is Lyanna’s since we get the same kind of info right off the bat indirectly in Arya’s chapters:
Jon had their father's face, as she did. They were the only ones. Robb and Sansa and Bran and even little Rickon all took after the Tullys, with easy smiles and fire in their hair. (AGOT, Arya I)
"It has a name, does it?" Her father sighed. "Ah, Arya. You have a wildness in you, child. 'The wolf blood,' my father used to call it. Lyanna had a touch of it, and my brother Brandon more than a touch. It brought them both to an early grave." Arya heard sadness in his voice; he did not often speak of his father, or of the brother and sister who had died before she was born. "Lyanna might have carried a sword, if my lord father had allowed it. You remind me of her sometimes. You even look like her." (AGOT, Arya II)
That isn't exactly the same thing, but it's a bit similar!
