Leo was sure he was going crazy.

He always had a pretty big amount of silly crushes on girls, but with you? It was getting way too serious. Of course, you're beautiful, incredibly kind, and too generous for your own good, and you treated him well, but that isn't enough reason to make him lose sleep; at least that's what he thought.

And he was extremely wrong. Being in your presence was the equivalent of being bathed in the sunlight, and gods, he felt like a prisoner who hadn't seen the sun in years.

He's completely obsessed with you; he just needs the courage to verbalize that, but being honest, Leo felt like a coward at the moment.

While being lost in his thoughts (the thoughts being the pretty daughter of Apollo that never leaves his mind), the boy finally falls asleep.

Leo doesn't mind waking up if that means spending the day with the people he loves, so after getting ready for the day, he searches for you.

And he found you, talking with a much younger camper, helping him. You're smiling like it's the best day of your life, and Leo could swear that you're almost glowing.

The boy makes its way to you the same moment you finish talking to the kid, now having your full attention on Hephaestus' son.

"Leo! Good morning!" Your voice to him had the same effect as listening to his favorite music, it made him happy in ways he couldn't explain, even if his life depended on it.

my halloween event's masterlist

You hear the door opening and quickly dry your hands on the apron, ready to welcome Megumi. You listen to him take his shoes off, his footsteps coming to find you in the kitchen.

"No work today?" He looks surprised to see you.

"No work. It is family day!"

Megumi nods, leaving to change into more comfortable clothes. He is growing fast; you met Megumi when he was around one year old. You encountered his dad first. A widow who looked nothing but danger: Toji Fushiguro. You actually still don't know why and how you married him: maybe it was his charm to convince you he was in love with you or Megumi's chubby cheeks and fingers calling for you. Perhaps a little of both.

Megumi instantly bonded with you: you didn't know if it was over the need to have another parent (Toji has always been out of the house working), so Megumi clearly needed someone to raise and love him. As years passed, you continued to take care of each other.

Toji always arrived too late for Megumi to be awake; you didn't know what Toji worked on yet, but deep down, you never really cared. You love Toji, and Toji loves you in his own way. It was hard initially, but you learned to accept it with time. Maybe because Toji was a man who always had a hard time around love (he had shared once how he thought he would never find love after Megumi's mom), but always acted if he saw any sign of distress and sadness coming from you, keeping you and Megumi's safe.

Megumi had started to act weird a couple of months ago; you didn't know what had happened, but your little boy closed himself, not talking for a couple of weeks. He had always been a reserved child but never like this; you first thought it had to do with Toji's absence, and Megumi had been missing his dad, but it didn't seem to be about that. Then, you supposed it had to be about bullying and almost went to the school, though Megumi begged you not to. He slowly started to come out of his shelf, being his usual self, but there was something different about him, especially when you caught Megumi staring at you or his dad.

It got weird after you caught him talking with someone in his room. You were bringing laundry to his room, and before you could open his bedroom door, you heard him chatting with someone.

"…I guess."

You waited a few minutes until you heard a small sob. You knocked, worried, then entered the room, finding Megumi standing, cleaning his face.

"Everything alright?"

"Yes. I am okay."

Megumi was clearly lying, but you didn't want to push it and shut him off completely. After that, you noticed Megumi talking more and more by himself almost daily. Initially, you figured this was normal. Megumi wasn't a kid with many friends, so it was bound to happen eventually. It was customary for a kid to have an imaginary friend.

One night, you shared your worries with Toji before bed as he hid his face in the crook of your neck. You always loved the feeling of this powerful man melting in your arms as you rubbed his hair.

"Seems the kind of behavior a normal kid has."

"I know. It's just…he sounds to be actively engaging. As if he really believes this friend exists."

"He will grow over it with time." Toji simply responds, shrugging his shoulders.

You want so badly to believe in him.

Things start getting really bad during a long trip from Toji. Your kitchen utensils are in different places than they used to be, and you find tons of candies you recently purchased in the trash. When you asked Megumi about it, he shrugged his shoulders (identically to his dad), answering it had been Gojo's doing.

"Who?"

"My imaginary friend?"

"Megumi, that isn't nice! You can't blame this on your imaginary friend!"

"But he did it! He is crazy for sweets!"

You ended up grounding Megumi for a week, forbidding him to speak with his so-called imaginary friend "Gojo." Megumi gave you an angry stare (again, reminding you of his dad) before going to his room. Before you could follow him, a chair suddenly moved before you, blocking your way. You blinked, thinking it was all a trick of your eyes, placing the chair back into place.

You were probably just imagining things.

It just gets worse and worse after that. Objects were constantly disappearing from your house now, the TV turned it on by itself, and Megumi was more distracted, sometimes ignoring your presence. That should all scare you, but it didn't. It sounded like a stupid prank from someone, and you constantly told yourself you were imagining stuff, or it simply didn't happen. You were primarily worried about Megumi now: he seemed to be having a hard time at school, and when you insisted you would go to school, he begged you with tears in his eyes to not go.

"Why son? If people are bullying you, I want to help!"

"Please, don't!" Megumi looked up at you with big, teary eyes. And it didn't stop there, which shocked you. Megumi almost never cried. Not with his sobs getting louder, and he crying more and more, grabbing your clothes so you couldn't move. You held onto him until he fell asleep, exhausted from crying. You called Toji that night, asking him to come home, and Toji agreed. So you prepared the perfect day as a family. Maybe that's exactly what Megumi needed.

Megumi comes downstairs dressed more comfortably. You had been preparing for the shogayaki you would be doing it later, one of Megumi's favorite dishes. He sits by the table, looking down, not saying anything.

"Your father should be home soon. It will be a fun night. We could watch your favorite movie if you want to!"

"I don't really want to watch any movie today."

Your heart hurts to see your son like that. You sit at his side, bringing him close to you.

"Megumi, what is wrong? You know you can tell me everything. What happened?" Your son's green eyes look for you, open-hearted. For a second, he seems he will speak, but the door opens and closes, and Toji's form appears in the kitchen's entrance, making Megumi shut off.

"What's with the long face?" Toji clearly asks his son, who goes silent, shutting off completely. You shake your head, the disapproval clear in your eyes. At least Megumi's imaginary friend seems to have cooled down. You enjoy the rest of the day as a family: Megumi eats your food, taking his time but happy. Later, you let Toji wash the dishes ("You didn't cook, big guy, so you clean!") as you and Megumi cuddle in the living room, waiting to start his favorite movie.

After Toji joins you and falls asleep in a few minutes, you feel Megumi touch your face, startling you a little.

"What is wrong?"

"Thank you for today."

"You welcome, 'Gumi." Megumi gives you a sad smile before looking back at the TV. You end up falling asleep as well.

When you wake up, the TV is off. Toji is still sleeping in the living room, snoring softly, and you roll your eyes, finding him adorable. Let your man have his rest. You call Megumi's name, hearing his voice from upstairs. Another voice answers him: a male one. You don't even think about waking Toji, running upstairs, and opening Megumi's door.

Your son is sitting on the floor, clearly talking to someone. He seems startled quickly getting up, but you don't see the source of the voice.

"Are you talking with him again? Your imaginary friend?" Megumi doesn't answer, simply looking hopeless. He looks to his side as if asking for help, and you grab his face to look at you. "Megumi, Gojo doesn't exist! He is just your imaginary friend!"

Megumi can't look you in the eyes as he whispers, "No. It is you that doesn't exist anymore."

Your breath stops in your throat. Megumi must be misbehaving, he has to. But his green eyes tell you this isn't a bad joke or a little boy acting badly due to his parent's reprimand. This is serious. You notice your hands aren't touching your son's face. They are just there: you can't feel his warmth, you can't clean the tears coming from his face, you can't touch him. Your hands just pass over him.

You look around your house, your house, and it looks different from before: you usually helped him organize his room and put some color, but it's much darker now. It can't be. You try to touch your arms and the rest of your body, but your hands go straight through it. You don't panic, not yet. You don't want to scare Megumi. There must be a reasonable reason for all of this; you must be dreaming, and soon, you will wake up. You look at Megumi, and he simply motions for you to follow him.

As you follow behind Megumi, you notice how your house looks: different by each corner, as if it hasn't been touched and organized by you in a long time. When you arrive in the living room, Toji isn't sleeping on the sofa anymore. Megumi stands before a small butsudan (shrine) you have never noticed before. It has some kumotsu (offerings) around, and as you get closer, your legs fall to the floor.

It is yours and Toji's picture. You look at Megumi, unable to speak, and he places his hand in front of his chest, palm with palm. Praying.

"This…this is all my fault. After you died, I wished for you to come back. So badly. For you and Dad to come back. And to my surprise, you both did. As if you never left. But I understand now, with some help, this isn't right. This isn't the place you should be." Megumi takes a deep breath, looking at your eyes as he speaks, "I thank you for all the time together. I thank you for loving me. I thank you for taking care of me. I wish we had more time together."

You throw your arms around Megumi, not even caring that they go right through his body, slowly remembering the events of that night. The car accident in the roadway; waking up to Megumi's cries in the back as he shook your body and Toji's, begging you not to leave him. And you didn't. You woke up the other day in the house, thinking it all had been just a bad dream, Toji snoring at your side, and went to live another day.

"There is nothing to apologize for, Megumi. Nothing. I will love you forever and always. Me and your daddy always will."

Megumi doesn't answer, just simply holding you back. When he opens his eyes, you are gone. Gojo stands by the stairs, watching Megumi turn around, praying again. Maybe now Megumi could find some peace.

Hi, I just want to clarify that I don't mean this as an accusation but as an honest question; but when you and others on your posts are talking about narrative bigotry in Worm you talk about the racism and homophobia (which I agree with) but you also talk about fatphobia/fat characters being universally handled poorly, and I would love a breakdown as to why this is. With regards to Piggot when she was initially introduced I was thinking from how the heroes thought about her in their POV chapters that she was going to be the fatphobic stereotype of "soft and uncool but mean/unpleasant, disgusting fat civilian who doesn't know real courage and heroism like the thin, attractive heroes", and was pleasantly surprised when she got a lot more nuance than that, and also turned out to be very courageous and militaristic in contrast to the stereotype of "fat = cowardly and doesn't know real survival", with her flaws more lying in how she goes too far in that direction. In general the problem I typically see with how I see fat characters represented isn't just that they have flaws, but that they are never allowed to be "cool". They might be laughably dumb or they might be smart, but in a "loser nerd" way, never in a "clever scheming competent leader" kind of way. If they are negative/mean/evil characters, the emphasis is always on their venal, base qualities like gluttony, greed, and just being a jerk, they are never an "evil is cool" character with flaws like pride or a philosophy that is thoughtful and intended well but goes too far. So in that respect I thought Piggot was well-written, well besides. being literally named Piggot which is cringe but I could excuse as setting up the expectation of a stereotype to later support. And the only other character I remember being described as fat, Gregor the Snail, I have no memory of being any kind of problematic stereotype, though I don't remember him and his chapter that well either. So could you explain why Worm writes fat people badly/fatphobically?

this took way too long to answer because it's like. Well it's a simple answer but also this is a very long ask. so there's more to unpack. the short answer is just that literally, like, virtually 99.99% of the times a fat character or someone being fat is mentioned in literally any wildbow novel it's with palpable disgust. regardless of who the narrator is. it's obvious even with taylor but pact really hammers this home because blake is characterized in a way that indicates he should never be randomly judging someone's weight or appearance and he's still constantly written as observing whether or not someone is "fat." and it's in italics, like it's a slur or some grievous insult. like we're not even at the point of being able to analyze how wildbow writes specific fat characters here due to there are almost none of them and anytime fatness is mentioned it's in the context of it being stated in the same tone as if the narrator was observing someone picking their nose and eating it. like the loathing is Palpable. pay attention to how the phrases "fat" or "obese" or "morbidly obese" are used the next time you're reading a wildbow novel. you'll see what i mean.

as for the specific characters it's like. i think this post has everything icould think to say about gregor already in it, which as you will see is not very strongly opinionated. i mention piggot in it also. i don't remember enough abt either to just wax abt them at length but fundamentally it's that there's nothing particularly Strongly Good about either of them--not doing the "soft lazy uncool glutton" schtick is, like, bare minimum, and neither of them are very far above the bare minimum, and they're in a story that consistently does infinitely less than the bare minimum. there's gonna need to be more than a fat character Having Characterization before we can say that worm isn't wildly fatphobic

Hello! I have this idea/request for sagau loosely based off of me and my friend’s dynamic where there are two separate creators. Like, not two reader clones or smth just two separate people, either of them can be reader, or both??? Idk, just do whatever you want with this idea :)

They both play genshin, and both of their accs r self aware. One of them is a whale who has all the characters and plays everyday. However, they dont know much about building characters because their fav part of the game is the lore and knows a lot abt it and always talks while playing. The other is a f2p that plays for several weeks straight before taking along break, and only has their fav characters (COUGH wanderer COUGH) and they are the type to never speak AT ALL while gaming. They also have more of a meta player mindset while building their fav characters and doesnt care for much for the lore.

I just like to imagine how the genshin cast would react to them in coop, especially for the first time. Just seeing one of them rant to the other about the lore or seeing one of them one shot all the enemies. And imagine two if the same characters from the different accs meeting each other.

"Uh.. Yeah, I totally knew that.. I just was.. testing it.. out..?" Your friend mumbled into their mic, obviously lying.

Meanwhile, in one of your worlds, two Albedos were silently watching the other.

'Why is there another me? I could've swore I killed Dorian.. but he also has a star mark. It looks exactly like mine.' They both thought to themselves.

Eventually, one of them spoke out.

"Who are you?" Albedo said, staring at the other blankly, the smallest bit of confusion and fascination only seen if you truly tried to look for it hard within his eyes.

"I am Albedo."

"I am also Albedo. Are you sure you're really 'Albedo'?"

"Are you sure you're Albedo?"

This went on for a while.. neither of them were like this usually, but the other just wouldn't give up. Both were persistent when curiosity had peaked, and this just got very interesting.

"...well, that was one hell of a boss fight.." You mumbled under your breath.. you had barely managed to make it out of Scaramouche's boss fight alive-- half of your characters were dead, and the others were barely hanging on by a thread-- you truly need to thank the ancient Genshin cooks for Sweet Madames and Chicken Mushroom Skewers..

"It sucks that Scara really thinks that about himself. I mean, sure, he was abandoned by Raiden, but not because he was weak or anything. It's really because she just didn't want to control every aspect of his life, but there are of course, better ways she could've done that. You do have to understand that both made mistakes that lead them to where they are now, and..." You went off on a ramble, and unbeknownst to you, a certain purple-haired boy was listening to everything that spilled from your lips.

Everything he's ever known and believed in-- it was all just.. just a misunderstanding? He felt hopeless all of a sudden, he felt like falling.. and he did.

That's when you looked back at the screen, suddenly knocked out of your rambling state and (semi)yelled out, "Oh shit, ain't nobody gonna catch him?!" ...and nobody did. You silently flinched at the sound of the impact-- even through a screen, you could tell that hurt horribly.

"Oh no, poor darling.." You mumbled sympathetically as you read each and every word stated and said during the 'quest,' just like you did with each and every other one. You knew all of this yet you still felt so sad for the poor puppet Scaramouche. He really didn't deserve any of that, you thought to yourself as you wished you could've done something, or that you could do something.. if only it weren't through a screen.

Scaramouche hated being pitied, but maybe.. maybe if it was you, he didn't mind, and maybe he felt a small sense of pride because it meant in some way, and at some point, you cared for him.. and that filled him with more joy than either of you realized, and much more joy than you ever will even think.

Zukaang Moments In Episode One: The Boy In The Iceberg

(There's A Lot)

"Head a course for the light." The first episode and it is already foreshadowed that Zuko needs Aang and that Aang is his pathway to true happiness and peace. It's a literal angelic light that calls to Zuko that can be seen for miles around.

What does that sound like? A lighthouse and Zuko is literally in a boat trying to find a way home. Aang casts a light that calls Zuko home and represents finally finding the shore, an end to the perilous journey at sea for the sailor lost in the night.

Like, symbolic much? Zuko could've been clued into the idea that that was the avatar by a whole slew of ways, but it is a literal becon of light, almost like Aang is less an enemy/something to catch and more a savior/home.

Also, Yin and Yang #1: Zuko knows exactly where he's going and what he's doing, Aang has no idea where he's going or what he's doing.

Zuko angstily staring in the direction of Aang, being unable to sleep.

Iroh going on abt how there's no way Zuko could find Aang bc his ancestors weren't able to. Well. You see Uncle Iroh. Zuko's ancestors weren't soulmates with the avatar.

Yin and Yang #2: Zuko is talking about how he needs his honor, you know, in order to go home and be the prince he's supposed to be. Immediately after we see Aang lying and dying he's the avatar. Zuko is chasing his destiny. Aang is running away from his destiny. (And continues to do so even after accepting his role as avatar bc his destiny is Zuko ;) )

One of their obvious Yin and Yangs but since the scene focuses on Aang's tattoos I'll say it here. Aang has blue markings he accepted willingly as a sign of mastery and honor, granted to him by people who raised him and love him. Zuko has a red marking he had no say in as a sign of 'weakness and dishonor', granted to him by someone who raised him and hates him. Yin and Yang #3

Yin and Yang #4: Zuko is stressed and training, Aang is carefree and having fun. Zuko is stressing out the people around him, Aang is bringing fun to the people around him.

Yin and Yang #5: Zuko is seen practicing firebending and still working on the basics and the only purpose to his learning is to fight. Meanwhile we see Aang, a literal master, use his bending as second nature and for anything BUT fighting.

Aang finds a scary fire nation ship and shows no fear, despite it's obvious danger, only a desire to reach in and find what's inside it. A unique approach to it. Which already foreshadows his relationship with Zuko (and technically the fire nation but shut up this is abt Zukaang), specifically the Blue Spirit, where he shows no fear of Zuko, who's proven dangerous, and only wants to understand him and be friends. Reach in and find what's inside him. A unique approach to Zuko.

Zuko is once again called to Aang by a light, and this time it's a flare, something sent up when someone needs rescue. And like the last light he followed, this one is also foreshadowing the future.

Where the first light shows how Aang is important/needed by Zuko, this one shows how Zuko is important/needed by Aang. It foreshadows how Aang needs help and Zuko is often called to his rescue. (both with the blue spirit and him joining them in book three, and also that fight with azula, as examples off the top of my head, oh also the freeing appa thing, there's a lot.) Zuko is Aang's hero. @the ember island players were right

"Quite agile for his old age." Not Zuko already praising Aang and being Extra Aware of everything Aang does and everything Aang can do.

Also, 'his'. The avatar could be male or female, the world doesn't actually know. And yes, we could attribute Zuko automatically saying 'his' as him assuming based on internal sexism OR we could say Zuko inherently knows due to his cosmic connection with Aang. >:) There is more on this later, I swear this isn't as much of a reach as it seems.

Okay so, Basically, the reason I did this was bc I saw someone list out the moments in the series for their ship and I started thinking about the zukaang moments from the series but like. They're all over the place. The series is about Zukaang, so I thought it'd be fun to list out all the Zukaang moments from just the first episode. (Thematic ones and relationship ones.)

I'm about to do The Avatar Returns, but honestly, I could keep going. I'm heavily thinking about it. The first (two parter) episode is heavily Zukaang, but even the second one, though they don't interact at all, has Zukaang moments. I might go through each episode and point out over-analyzed zukaang. Idk.

I love how we get madara's story from 3 drastically different perspectives based on their personal relationship with him. Really helps solidify where he stands in the Narutoverse.

Itachi, as a distant clan member, described Madara as this cold, pure evil man who relentlessly sought power at any cost, even if it meant stealing izuna's eyes. Even though we all know that rumor isn't true, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that Itachi wasn't deliberately lying to Sasuke during their battle and was just telling him genuinely what he thought had happened (considering Itachi didn't even know that tobito wasn't actually Madara, he probably didn't know much abt Madara beyond standard clan rumors and the mangekyou)

Obito tells madara's story in a very.... disconnected(?) way. It feels like he's reading it from a history textbook. He summarizes the events in madara's life without ever going into specific detail (he talks abt the Uchiha and senju signing the ceasefire agreement but doesn't seem to be aware of the whole ultimatum situation that Madara had with hashirama) I would consider this perspective the most neutral.

Hashirama, while telling the story, not only covered the events told by Obito, but also the emotional element and details of what had happened (and also other additional scenes pertaining to their relationship). He emphasizes constantly that Madara is a kind, loving person who had spiraled down toward a path of evil after the most important person in his life (izuna) died. He focuses on the positive parts of Madara and is obviously biased towards him. He's probably both the most biased and accurate out of all three of madara's "storytellers".

What i REALLY want is madara's perspective. Unlike a lot of the villains in Naruto, he doesn't dwell on the things that happened in his past, not monologue Abt them. The closest we ever got was hims stabbing tobirama a bunch as petty revenge for izuna. I would give anything for a oneshot or lightnovel of the events of madara's life from his own perspective especially with his relationship with izuna. I want to know the exact conversation he and izuna had abt the promise he made him to use izuna's eyes to protect their clan. I want to see Madara reunited with izuna after he dies in that weird blue sparkly in-between death place.

Question! regarding vil and perhaps, leona as a s/o, i'd like to ask if you have any angst thoughts abt them?? do you think vil would be controlling or leona being too 'i-dont-give-a-fuck' type of person? TRUTHFULLY, i feel like vil being too controlling would be because he wants to bring out the best in someone he loves which Yuu/Reader would understand while Leona is someone who is more 'subtle' or shows his affection or care thru words or actions.

ANOTHER QUESTION I'M SORRY IF YOU'RE OVERWHELMED but, if you ever continue your Heroes Vs. Villains stories.. would you make a Mufasa-like character to be the 'Hero' in the story? (i've been wondering for a while if you ever did think of one! cuz i assumed that Heartslabyul would be Alice, Scarabia = Aladdin, Ignihyde = Hercules)

LASTLY IN MONSTER MAYHEM, what 'monster' do you think Vil or Riddle would be? 👁👁

Oh my I have so many thoughts on these poor bois and they would have So Many Issues.

Which of their habits would be more 'angsty' I think would depend on the individual and their own preferences--because they basically sit at opposite ends of the same sliding scale (Vil caring objectively far too much, and Leona not enough. All based around the same fear of themselves not being worth it). Personally, Leona's apathy would sting far more for me than Vil's obsessiveness, but everyone vibes differently.

For Leona, I feel like he's so ingrained into the 'why try when I'll never get anywhere' mentality that it would cause a lot of issues. Because it's one thing already to not be putting effort into a relationship. It is another entirely to very openly and actively show that that's your intent. Like I know for me, I would absolutely break if I went to talk to someone about how I feel like they don't actually care, and they just scoffed and were like 'yeah no why would I? What makes you worth it?' Whether they mean it or not (and surely Leona wouldn't actually mean it. He's just lying to save his own sorry skin), feeling like you're not worth anything when you care so much in return is a genuinely miserable experience, and in my opinion, it's very very hard to come back from that unless said reciprocating person is super chill and understanding. For someone who had, say, already pre-existing self-worth issues, that would just be the end of it. So I think in turn to counteract that, Leona would need someone who was very sure in themselves. Not like egotistical, but someone with a very strong sense of self and independence that could handle that weaponized apathy of his. Because that is just a recipe for absolute disaster--a perpetual spiral of being ignored, feeling upset about being ignored, being ignored harder out of making a point that he really doesn't give a shit, and just ack. An absolute nightmare.

As for Vil, I see a lot of his inevitably controlling behavior being born of that same sort of 'I'm not good enough' fear Leona has, just... being terribly misdirected. Like, he would certainly push you in a good way! Doing his best to keep you healthy, and happy, and moving towards being the best you that you want to be. I just think with him one of the big things is that when you have so many of your own confidence issues, cruelty starts to feel like white noise. When your own head is constantly spewing all kinds of vitriol at yourself, you start to think it's normal. So I'm sure he'd accidentally casually say something absolutely bitingly mean. And maybe it'd only really hit when you were already having a bad day. But it would, and it would suck. And he would feel terrible about it. Which would unfortunately just feed into the rest of it. Because he has to be better, to make up for it. And that means taking his role as your guardian and self-proclaimed instructor up to the nth degree, because he has to be the best for you to also be the best. Which might only exacerbate the unpleasant comments or controlling behavior. The big difference with Vil I think though, or at least what makes the difference for me, is that I don't think there would ever be any doubt there that he does care. It's that he cares too much and too hard that's the problem. While Leona pushes away, Vil claws in as close as he possibly can. And depending on how you deal with that sort of codependence, it could definitely cause a lot of strife. If you're someone who isn't particularly independent or strongwilled, someone who likes being given direction and purpose (*cough* like I may or may not be *Cough*) then you're going to probably be able to handle that a lot better than someone who was already very strong in their own sense of self and where they stand in life.

But ahh!! Sorry for the absolute SLOG of a ramble. I just love both their Problematic Personalities SO MUCH, and Vil in particular is my favorite.

For the rest of the ask!

The thought with Leona for a Heroes vs Villains was to have it be a Him vs His Family sort of situation majoritively, with a surprise guest in the form of a Twist-ififed character I shant say. In case I do ever get around to writing it. (but I will go hint hint and say there's only so many villainous animal characters in disney movies. so like. do with that what you will. And also like, lions vs tigers--always a vibe 😉 anywho!)

For Monster Mayhem, I've decided Vil 100% is a siren. Have the outline for it ready to go and everything. Riddle I picture as a Sphynx sort of creature, with a massive penchant for trapping people with his strange, archaic, laws

GENSHIN MEN — hcs. their fave past time

ft. scara, kazuha, albedo, thoma, al haitham, xiao, kaeya, heizou, venti

notes. i go into detail, might be ooc, but i am confident in kaeya. i don't know shit abt calligraphy, composing, or playing violin. and i'm too lazy 2 research lawl. also this is my personal opinion! not proofread.

scaramouche — journaling

he keeps things to himself, and he doesn't like to open up. though he's been through hell and back, he still wouldn't dare to talk about his feelings. that's why, he writes them. i don't think he'll stay consistent, halfway through writing he'd go— what the hell am i even doing? but he'll still write, he doesn't realize it himself but he's grown attached to journaling. it's made his handwriting a lot more elegant as well. it's also helped him to analyze things a lot more easily, journaling keeps his thoughts organized. it stops his mind from going to chaos— and slowly believing he does have a heart.

kazuha — calligraphy

a descendant of the kaedehara clan, a samurai and a poet. he'll often find himself participating or doing things such as calligraphy. he'll be in a cold room, sitting on the floor doing calligraphy on a table. and god, is it the most beautiful. the strokes he makes with his brush always have the right amount of pressure, and there's barely any smudges or mistakes. his calligraphy is clean and neat.

albedo — composing / sketching

we all know he sketches. around dragonspire, he'd probably sit on a rock and sketch the surroundings. he'd have messy lines, but the picture he creates ties it all together. he dabbles in realism, and he definitely puts all the intricate little details.

composing? think about it. he'd have a small book full of music snippets. he understands music theory like the back of his hand, and he hears it all playing in his head. real question is if he's ever going to play them. the songs would be like classical music, mainly piano and violin. the songs are based off his discoveries, and his environment.

thoma — knitting / crocheting

he's so considerate, and he loves handmade things. when he has breaks or free time, or if he can while running errands, he'll be crocheting. trust me, crocheting is addictive. using thin yarn and a small hook, he'll crochet the center pieces of the tables for the kamisato estate. for gifts, he'd make beanies or gloves for winter. and taroumaru? he makes little accessories for him too. he mostly crochets bags and plushies because— bags for gifts for visitors. plushies for children! (and itto when he stops by.)

al haitham — playing piano

usually, all he wants is a moment's peace. he has his headphones– yes. but playing piano just brings him so much more comfort, and he doesn't understand why. he'll try playing at first, and he wouldn't get it. that's why he'd be set on mastering piano. he loses himself when he plays piano. he'll learn lots of songs and make it his goal to master all of them. he's almost got a perfect pitch. kaveh would be shocked at how al haitham looks when he plays. and yes, he's the reason why al haitham knows so many songs. it's because kaveh requests him to play them.

xiao — cloudspotting / stargazing

he doesn't like to slack off. he likes to do things that he believes have purpose. so, it's not often that he takes breaks. he denies the fact that he actually does. after accomplishing his duties as liyue's yaksha, he'll find himself staring up at the sky, lying down on the soft grass. day, afternoon, night. he finds peace and solace during moments like those— like all of his pain didn't exist anymore. he listens to the sounds of nature, the birds chirping, the ait whistling. he'll find himself in a creative state of mind. he sees clouds and he'll picture them as something else, once he saw one that looked like guoba. under the starry night sky, he'll trace the stars with his finger, for ming constellations.

kaeya — baking

the grandmas in mondstadt definitely gift him homemade baked goods. they'll go up to him personally too, and he'd walk them home, gift in hand. he would eat it with them and say how delicious it is, (let's not lie because when grandmas cook, fuck it's good.) then they'd offer him the recipe. he'll go do paperwork and see the handwritten recipe lying on the same desk, and he'll think of attempting it. after a few tries, he's gotten the hang of it. once he believes it's good enough, he shares it with the knights at favonius and the lady who gave him the recipe!

heizou — playing violin

sherlock holmes of teyvat. when he's hit a wall in his cases, or just needs a quick session of brainstorming, he'll go play violin. his playing is magnificent, it reels you in. he plays difficult songs, and he's talented. watching him play is like getting hypnotized, the way he plays the violin has such a captivating aura to it. he'll definitely be able to play a song after hearing it once, and i believe that he has perfect pitch.

venti — planting / gardening

it started off when he got so drunk one night, he saw a plant in mondstadt bending down, and he made it his rightly duty to cure them! ever since, it's become a habit. he takes care of plants and having so much freedom, he goes wherever he wants and takes care of the plants as much as he likes. he'll also help by using his powers as the anemo archon to spread the seeds of the flowers and make sure every plant gets properly watered. also since he's too scared to touch them, he'll just make the insects fly away.

I know the clan probably doesn’t hang out as a unit as often as like the Shaw Pack does but I really wanna see more of them together.

Like Porter said Alexis is a delightful blend of self assured and insecure. Do you really think if she held regret for what she did she would let other people see that?? Sam actively says that the shit she has gone through has made her hardened but there is still a person underneath all of it.

I’m not even an Alexis fan but it baffles me that you guys don’t still see the possibility for her to have depth, even just within headcanon if it’s never talked about again.

I hope that after hearing each other’s perspectives that this can bring Porter and Vincent closer together. Or at least make them hate each other less. I’m pretty sure it will, and I’m excited to see it.

Okay I genuinely don’t have too much to say about this video but one thing I will say is that it hits very close to home, in a very odd way. I could just be projecting and taking this the wrong way. However, I was the youngest child in my family, and I was too young to understand some of the stuff that happened around me or people tried to shelter me from it. Then when I was outright told the truth it kind of broke the way I viewed my life and the people in it, in a way that can’t really be fixed. So I feel that a lot through Vincent’s situation. Obviously not the same thing because my family isn’t centuries old vampires who have killed before and will kill again lmao. But that feeling of not knowing what to trust anymore, or what was real or what you just made up to make things fit the narrative that you were told. It hits pretty fucking deep.

(Am I over sharing on the internet? Possibly. But also it’s my blog so I can do whatever I want!)

Overall my thoughts areeee… While the summit wasn’t what I was expecting it was going to be I enjoyed it! It was refreshing to get some… possible moves on other storylines, some foreshadowing for ones that are going, and new information on characters!

YAYY OKAY LOTS OF STUFF UNDER THE CUT <3

so basically I've just made a bunch of shit up bc we don't get a lot in the movie and I like to have fun and be myself. none of it is based off like the weird semi-canon myspace stuff I've heard abt?? if there are similarities they are pure coincidence bc I'm not reading all that god bless.

so for the moms they unfortunately still don't have names so I'm just gonna call them by their colours love and light. I've talked abt them before here but the short version of the story is they, along with marni and mag, were in an opera troupe and caught rotti's interest. they sort of just formed a social circle which nathan was also part of bc like idk college besties or something idk. rotti married red and had luigi, after which red was like you know what I'm kinda craving some nathan and left him. during one of her visits luigi killed her not like with ill intent or whatever bc he was like 5 but still he did fully murder her. rotti, not knowing a warning when he saw one, married blue and they had amber, and then blue was like you know what red was absolutely right I also want some nathan in my life and also left rotti. blue was the least well off of the opera troupe, though, and had some unpaid geneco bill lying around so she got repoed. rotti was still determined to have an opera wife so he married ourple and they had pavi and once again one of rotti's wives left him for nathan at which point he was like you know what if this ever fucking happens again that is IT I am DONE. also ourple died badly from a parasite bc me and my friend had just watched venom when we came up with this. at this point rotti married marni and we all know the rest

AS FOR THE KIDS I think luigi would basically always have been pretty unstable so he wouldn't have been put in the spotlight as much as a kid. also if you've seen a lot of my repo art you might have noticed I draw him with this big scar over his forehead which is bc in my brainverse at some point rotti would have had him undergo some sort of brain surgery in an attempt to calm him down a bit tho I can't imagine it worked at all. also think that basically from that point rotti was basically set on at the very least not letting luigi inherit and probably a bit doubtful of his other kids already

I picture amber and pavi being closer in age and like somewhat closer at least for the first few years of their lives. also I feel so strongly that rotti would have given them like ALL the spotlight just to balance off how little the public would have gotten to see of luigi, so I always picture them as basically child stars. when the novelty of being talented kids started wearing off and the public got a little less interested in them I think amber took it the hardest which is why she's so insistent on returning to the opera when mag quits

also with the kids I wanna stress I don't imagine any of this in my head to make them more sympathetic I think in the present they are all horrid bitches and deserve the guillotine but I am also a fan of succession so I was kind of primed to make up a lot of rich person lore sorry :(
