Moving Chronicles
Early Sunday, how difficult it was. But... my friend needed me, so... into battle.
When I arrived at @therealharrywatson's address, her brother was already loading some things into the van. I can say that @consultjohnwatson is a very handsome man, of very few words, with a very good temper, and very kind (... and patient 🤭).
A while later @topsyturvy-turtely arrived, and we went upstairs with John to help him with the boxes. Harry had mentioned last month that there were only a couple of boxes... "couple of boxes" my ass! Damn, so many things for one person! 😂 But the van was more than enough to carry all the stuff.
As we left, Harry waved goodbye to her old flat through the window like a princess, which was both sweet and funny. Harry's new flat is a WOW: super bright and spacious!
...
Once we finished, I asked John (once again) if I could stop by his place for a moment (no beating around the bush: I wanted to meet @consult-sherlockholmes). He agreed with the condition that I'd accompany him to return the van (which I did).
From there, we took a taxi to 221 Baker St.
We went up the stairs and oh-my-God, there he was!! This is the only photo I could take before he vanished
(Pppfff 😂 clearly he didn't really enjoy seeing me, he wasn't expecting visitors). He's incredibly handsome in person omggg 😱, strange and unfriendly... but incredibly handsome. And I took a souvenir from the flat (I'm sorry, but the need was greater. I won't tell you what it was, nor will they notice its absence)

hey Molly, how are you? i... um... i wanted to ask you something. you know Sherlock for quite a while, i think? and because he and John are together now, i wanted to get to know him a bit better. i just don't know how? he is... i usually know how to get people to warm up to me... but with Sherlock i have no clue! any ideas?
Harry! Hi I’m doing great, though I have been swamped with work lately. The usual stuff blood and bodies and the likes.
Sherlock is a very talented man but to such a high level it can be hard for some of us to understand. I think some of the best ways to bond with him is to ask him about things you are genuinely curious about. Majority of the time he knows more about a topic than you do 😅, but! You can play that in your favor by talking about it with him.
There’s many types of attraction that I could talk about (I love that kind of thing). I think Sherlock is the kind of person to admire curiosity because curiosity leads to intelligence!
And of course, compliments. He loves those, just ask John 😉.

Here, have my courage. 🖕🏻It's so obvious that you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about! John was never abusive or told other characters what to do or how to do play their characters. Your intuition is useless. He was and is always encouraging (which was also obvious in the screenshots Lestrade mod shared (such a shit move to share private messages btw.)- "just join in and do your thing, you'll be fine"- that's all that was asked. You could not be more wrong, even if you tried to.
The issue was between Sherlock and John and you are creating drama where there is none. It's great that you tagged your post with #mental abuse and #emotional abuse because that is EXACTLY what you are doing right now.
Let me ask you something? What are you trying to achieve? Bashing the rp because we are not organised? Because we are trying to have fun? Wow, the entitlement. 🙄 We are doing this for fun and nothing else and you are draining the fun out of it with insane accusations and the most ridiculous 'investigation'.
None of us is scared to speak out, certainly not of John because he couldn't be nicer.

She doesn't want any money. An idiot could see that, and if you can't, I suggest checking the other reblogs. Just because you're miserable and only capable of considering your own benefit doesn't mean everyone is.
No, only idiots would believe that she doesn't want money, falling for her schemes and façade. So congratulations, you are an idiot.
Someone who is interested in your money won't just ask you for it, especially if they are addicted to alcohol or anything else, because then it would be obvious what they want and they wouldn't get it. No, they do it subtle, manipulating you first, gaining your trust and not asking for anything at the beginning.
Until they slowly start to probe, trying to arouse pity in someone by stating how miserable their situation is, but not asking for it directly waiting until people offer something by themselves out of sympathy. At first they will act all shy and decline the first times, but now the other person takes pity on them and will insist so then they will finally take it but act as if they didn't even want it but if you insist they won't be so ungrateful and decline it. And there then they got exactly what they wanted, but you think you did something good and helped them and that they didn't even want it so of course they could have never exploited you because you gave it to them voluntarily out of the own goodness of your heart.
See how it goes? Manipulation basics, abusing people's compassion.
And everything Harriet did is exactly like this, first approaching a person acting innocent not revealing their true motive, then trying to gain their sympathy and pity by stating their problems repeatedly, and then stating what they need but not asking for it directly, waiting until the person offers it themselves freely.
And John just completely fell for it. So gullible. I thought I had taught him better.
