A big gripe with the gym community

I am so sick of the extremely male-oriented direction the whole fitness/gym world is heading. Yes, this has been going on for a fairly long time but the stuff you see now? Genuinely ludicrous.

How is it that pretty much every single female fitness content creator has to show their ass? And have multiple posts where it is front and centre? How is it that gym sets are as revealing as possible? Why is it the standard for gym clothes to be 'sexy'? Why do women feel the need to sexualise themselves at the gym? I sometimes browse the big gymwear companies and every single time I see a 'best-seller' that is a) either nude-coloured or a literally just a little piece of fabric or b) as unfunctional as possible?

Anyways, that's it for me. Can we please go back to the time when I could look at fitness content in public and not have it look like I am watching porn? Thanks.

Last week gym fits.

Half Marathon, gym session, and some party was very much needed for the 29th of February as it comes only once in four years time 8-| !!! - I tried my best to keep the average BPM low, so it was an easy aerobic run, and the body felt so relaxed and easy 8-| !!! - Did shoulders workout at the gym after 21km of running 8-| !!! The workouts felt a lot easier after this much aerobic exercise 8-| !!! - I am always looking for excuses to party and I got a strong reason for the leap year, so I went for some outing and ate chocolates, zinger, and drank citrus juices 8-| !!!
