What I wore and what I actually had underneath tehehe 🤭
So far been keeping up with meal preps and getting g enough calories since I’ve been lifting heavier weights. I haven’t even had leg day just yet only upper body movement and yoga. Thursday will be a split day between upper and lower. Anyone have any legs, hammy, and or glute workouts they like? I’m all for trying something new and getting out of my comfort program.
