You have had a crush on your brother’s best friend, Megumi, for a while now.
Actually, scratch that. For a long time now, since you were in middle school, in fact.
In your eyes, he was really cool. He was reserved and not very talkative, which was a stark contrast to your brother Yuji, who could talk a mile a minute every day. It always baffled you why the two could be bosom friends.
And he treated you well. Megumi may have bonked Yuji’s head at any given chance, but with you, he was different. He was gentler, kinder, and overall just considerate. Sometimes he would even pick you up in your brother’s place, and your heart would beat out of your chest from sheer giddiness.
Little did you know, he too didn’t quite see you as a mere sister of his friend.
It started with head pats. You heart would flutter and he would be more conscious of his actions. Yuji had furrowed an righteous eyebrow at the sight.
“Oi, Fushiguro, that’s some favoritism there!” he whined. “I helped you with homework and what did I get—”
“Shut up, Itadori.”
And then the text messages. You didn’t know how or why you ended up texting him on daily basis. He was the one who texted you first a few months ago, having obtained your number from a mutual friend in your circle to ask about the best gift for Yuji’s birthday. And somehow up until now, you found yourselves telling him how your day went, and he the same.
you: i've just finished my class today. so tired megumi: oh? mine is still in session. quite boring you: i see. well, ganbatte!
Those little interactions made your day, and for now, you were quite satisfied with them. But when your phone buzzed once again, signaling a new text, you couldn't resist the urge to swiftly open the messaging app to expect the expected.
megumi: wanna grab lunch later?
It was so incredibly childish, but you felt like winning.
Lunch invitations were often. You spent the whole duration of lunch with him almost every day at this point. The two of you talked about many mundane things, and he would have this small smile whenever you griped about your hard tests or annoying classmates.
Head pats. Texts. Lunches.
And then there was Nobara.
Now, don't get me wrong. You adored her—she was a fun person, pretty and you even looked up to her as your role model at some point. If Yuji somehow ended up with her, you were sure to give them 200% of your blessings.
But seeing her with Megumi was another story. Sometimes you envied your brother's close knit group of three. They had been friends since middle school, and it was granted that Nobara would spend a whole load of time with both your brother and Megumi. With Yuji, she was harsher and didn't take him seriously, but you couldn't deny what your peers had been whispering and what you yourself found very plausible—she and Megumi would make a fine match.
It wasn't your intention at all, but ever since you saw him and Nobara at the toy shop together, pulling for popular merchandises in gacha box, you started losing confidence in yourself and inadvertently put this distance between you and him.
At first it was subtle, Megumi didn't even realize it. But when your replies were few and far in between, he decided it was time to address the problem.
"You don't answer my texts," he stated one day, barely catching you at campus during the lunchtime. Now that he thought about it, you kept denying his lunch invitations too. "Are you avoiding me?"
"I, um," you stuttered. You didn't anticipate running into him, to be honest, and so you were at loss of words. "It isn't like that..."
Megumi figured that he had done something to make you feel like you should avoid him, but he didn't want the two of you to be in this awkward situation any longer, so he led you away from the crowd to your usual place of hanging out after lunch—the rooftop.
"Have I done something?" he asked warily. "It's okay, you can tell me."
"No, Megumi, I—"
"I don't want us to be like—this," Megumi said, his face contorting with a deep frown. "I don't like it at all."
Typically, he regarded friendships as a pain, but not with you. Not with the girl he had been pining over for who knows how long now.
Yuji's sister. He had to remind himself of that fact so many times and yet his heart didn't seem to get it. You were his best friend's dearest sister, and yet he fell for you regardless. If Yuji knew, he would definitely had some opinions on this.
And so for the last few months, he kept it hidden under his sleeves. He approached you, befriended you, took you out on lunch dates—acting on his growing feelings for you and yet he didn't have the courage to confess still.
But enough was enough. If not confessing meant losing you altogether, then he was willing to take the risk. At the very least, if you did reject him, he would have gone down with a fight.
"Y/N, I don't know if you're already aware of this or not, but..." he gulped. Apparently this wasn't as easy as he thought, especially when you met his gaze with your cutely confused ones.
"I have feelings for you. I... like you, quite much."
His voice was clear, without any hint of doubt. You were taken aback and widened your eyes out of surprise.
"You do...?" you shyly asked him back, finding it hard to believe. Fushiguro Megumi, the boy you've been crushing on since you were 15, when you were only able to hide behind Yuji and saw him from afar. The boy who once was indifferent to you, was now confessing his feelings for you? He liked you back in the same way you liked him?
"I do," he replied with clarity, and then a smile. That small smile that always made your insides do somersaults. "I want to ask you out for a while now, but since well... you know... out of consideration for your brother, I felt like I couldn't simply whisk you away."
To his surprise, you laughed, and Megumi found himself breathless. The way you laugh was so mesmerizing in his eyes, reminding him why he could fall in love with you in the first place.
"I like you too, Megumi."
And that was all he needed. Apparently that confirmation was enough to forget that you were the sister of his long-time friend, and that it was fine even if you were. After all, since when was it a crime to romance your best friend's sister?
Still, you two decided to keep it under the wraps first. Springing this on Yuji would startle him, you reasoned, and he agreed. It was more convenient this way anyways.
Your relationship with Megumi was a happy one. He was curt, but never failed to look out for you. He remembered things you liked, and would take you out on places you wanted to go. Arguments were there—granted, sometimes he was just too stubborn, so you may have a clash of opinions—but in the end, the two of you always managed to work it out.
But there was always something melancholic in Megumi that you weren't sure you could touch at all. Perhaps it was due to his upbringing—his incomplete family. You tried to fill that gap, giving him many fun and happy memories, hoping it would replace his sad ones. He was grateful for that.
Nonetheless, the reality persisted that your brother, Yuji, remained completely oblivious to all of this. Yuji still thought that you were his innocent younger sister, and Megumi was his best bro. Sometimes you felt bad to do all this behind his back, and yet you made no move to rectify it.
“Hey, let’s ask Fushiguro to join too!” Yuji would say, and you would agree. And then, in front of him, you and Megumi would refrain from being too friendly, and he would be none the wiser.
All things have karma. You have built your karma too, for deceiving your kind and sweet brother.
Tumblr media
"Fushiguro! How could you?!"
When Yuji's fist collided with his jaw, honestly Megumi had given up on fighting back, because one, there was no chance of winning against him, and two, your scream pierced the air, filled with worry for him.
You two just had to be found out in the worst way possible—while making out. It was wrong in so many levels in the first place. Why and how did you even initiate making out in your house that you shared with your brother?
"It could've been anyone," Yuji fumed with anger, his teeth clenching. "Anyone at all! And yet it has to be Y/N—my own sister! Fushiguro, have you ever considered the magnitude of betrayal this is to me?"
"Yuji! Please stop!" you tried to intervene. "He's not at wrong—it was me who—"
"No, you don't get any say in this!" for the first time, you saw your kind brother got angry and it made you quiver in fear. Yuji had never been angry, not to you. "You too, Y/N. How could do this behind my back? The least you could do is telling me!"
"I'm an adult!" you stressed, now irritated at this display of protectiveness from him. "I can date whoever I want and you can't just punch the man who happens to be my boyfriend!"
Honestly, if asked, Yuji wasn’t like 100% against your relationship with Megumi. He and Megumi practically grew up together, he knew the best and worst parts of him, and overall he still considered him decent.
But what made it hurt was that the two of you decided to leave him out. It made him doubt everything he knew about his best friend. How could he trust his sister to someone he found hard to trust?
He turned to Megumi, who was still slumped on the floors of his garage. “No. If he really likes you that much, then he will willingly accept this.”
Megumi understood, if his own sister was dating… let’s say, someone like Gojo, whom he trusted but not at the same time, he too would definitely beat the crap out of him.
And so he willingly endured all the blows. Yuji had to let off steam, and this pain was worth everything if it meant he would give his blessing for you.
Yuji was taken aback that his friend actually let him do this. When Megumi got thrown one last time and almost passed out, Yuji finally decided that it was the end.
His best friend and his sister… it was almost laughable if he didn’t feel like the biggest fool between the two of you.
He saw how you immediately sauntered towards him with tears in your eyes, muttering several apologies. Yuji wanted to snort, but then Megumi took a hold of your hand that was on his bruised cheek, and smiled, saying that it was okay.
And despite himself, his heart felt warm. Seeing the usual gruff and cold Megumi be this… soft with you seemed to open his eyes to something more.
Looking back, he could’ve had realized it when Megumi started to get touchy with you. He completely missed that the head pats were actually his subtle way of expressing his fondness for you.
Yuji decided to leave you be. At least he had made his point across, and he hated to say it outright, but perhaps, it was okay after all for you to be with him.
Okay didn’t mean you two had obtained his full blessing, though. But another event soon changed his perspective.
“Itadori,” Megumi’s ragged breaths was what he registered first through the sudden phone call. “Please come here—Y/N—she was—”
It was Yuji’s first time to witness pure panic from Megumi. He proceeded to tell him how you had been in pain and then collapsed, and that he had brought you to the hospital.
When Yuji arrived at the hospital, he once again saw how restless his friend was over your wellbeing. He could no longer deny it—the sight moved him.
“Hey, you awake?” Megumi’s face was the first you saw when you awoke at the hospital bed. He looked so concerned, a frown creased deep in his face. “Are you not in pain anymore?”
No, not quite much anymore, you wanted to say, but your throat felt so dry and you only managed to shake your head lightly.
“That’s good,” he let out a relieved sigh, and that was when you notice your brother at the corner of the room, looking at you two with a somewhat exasperated expression, but then he smiled.
Who knew a severe case of appendicitis would lead to Yuji giving his complete approval for you to date his best friend, huh?
Tumblr media
But life is nothing if not full of obstacles. The next obstacle you faced after Yuji’s finding out was your parents.
“Look Y/N, we know. Megumi is a good guy,” you mother started. “We've known him for a long time, of course, personality-wise, we have nothing against him.”
You bit your lower lip in frustration. Beside you at the dinner table, Yuji kept his silence, but listened attentively too.
“It’s just… the matters of his family,” your father added, carefully choosing his words.
“His father is never in the picture, is he? And there are also rather unsettling news about him too.” Your mother was always the one being more straightforward.
Both you and Yuji knew it already. As of now, Megumi only had his stepsister, and last you heard, his father was gambling somewhere and then became a convict. Megumi said he had cut ties with him, but there was no such thing as an ex-father. Until forevermore, Fushiguro Toji, a criminal, was his biological father.
“Mom, I know your concern,” Yuji had finally decided to step up, and you were grateful for that. “Fushiguro won’t end up—”
“Yes, we know,” your mother emphasized, letting out a sigh. “But we are your parents, Yuji, Y/N. If there’s even the slightest chance, we worry. We want the best for you. Always.”
You were at a loss.
You were young, and yet you already saw him in your distant future. Being with Megumi felt so right and comfortable. He was your safe space as you were his.
But you also understood where your parents’ concerns came from, or at least tried to. At least until you found out how your father approached Megumi to talk him into thinking your relationship over.
"How could you, Dad?" you asked, aghast. "You're... practically intimidating him into breaking up with me!"
"Y/N, listen—I never meant it like that," your father tried to explain himself, and yet you were already too heartbroken to hear him, and so you shut the door to your room, not giving him any chance.
Why did your relationship suddenly become everyone's business? Why couldn't they just let you be an adult?
Tumblr media
Megumi could still hear your father's words rang in his ears.
"Y/N... we raised her with love and care," your father said with a forlorn expression. By all means, Megumi knew that he meant well. "She's always spoiled, my only daughter... Megumi-kun, you must understand, it's not easy for us too."
He knew that his rather colorful past would get in the way one way or another, and he had come to accept it. But it still stung, because of course, he wanted full blessings from the family of the girl he fell in love with.
You were like a ray of sunshine in his dreary life. Like Yuji, your presence had made an impact on him. Your cute smiles, pouts and vulnerability around him... he loved them all.
He would get upset when you looked sad, just as you were now.
"It's really okay... Y/N." He swiftly wiped your tears with his thumb, as you sniffled. "I didn't take it to heart. Your father is just worried about you... I can understand that."
"But still—h-he shouldn't do that," you replied amidst your small sobs. Above all, you didn't want your father to have spooked him. "Megumi... I don't want to break up with you."
And honestly he didn't expect that. You were afraid of him... leaving you?
He, who did everything he could, just to have you to be by his side?
"Sir, I know where you are coming from. As of now, I don't have much. But I can say this with confidence—I... love your daughter very much, and I will do everything in my power to make sure that she is happy."
"Stupid," he huffed, putting a hand on your head, before messing up your hair. And gosh, you were so cute, glaring at him through your lashes.
"I won't. I've told your father that too actually."
"Just give me two years," Megumi added with unwavering voice, staring at your father earnestly. "After graduation, I'm getting my life in order. I'll secure a stable job and do my best. I'm... going to prove it to you, and you can be the judge if I can finally deserve Y/N or not."
He was 16 when he knew you, seeing you as nothing but a little girl too timid to approach him. And he was 19 when he realized that you were everything he wanted in a girl of his dreams.
At one point in his life, Megumi thought it was okay to be alone. But ever since getting to know you, he realized that loving and being loved by you were the greatest happiness of existence.
"Thank you," he muttered afterwards, as you were still starstruck that he apparently had the balls to declare something like that before your father.
"Thank you for giving me so much love. Because of you, I realized that I too deserve to be loved."
You could feel tears glassing your eyes once again. “You are. I’m glad that you finally think so.”
And that was it—your love story. Something that had started when you were 15, and ended ten years later when you were 25, with swearing your love for each other in front of the sacred altar before your closest family and friends, and Megumi by your side.

Love Troops Suitable For JJK Men Part 1.
a/n: who should I write next?
part 2
Tumblr media
gojo Satoru:
Enemies to Lovers.
Being the two strongest sorcerers always leads to heated arguments. Bickering over and over again over the slightest things and getting over the higher-ups nerves.
“Your techniques are rustle and old fashioned y/n you sure you can win?”
“Shut up Satoru or I'll beat your ass”
“Come one stop being a weakling, wait are you cryin?”
Secretly admires your techniques and strength.
But during a rough mission, you ended up getting badly injured and it revealed his true feelings towards you.
“y/n are you okay? Does it hurt? I'll take care of you I promise.. slowly..yeah lean on me princess”.
Tumblr media
Toji Fushiguro:
Arranged Marriage.
You'd be set up to marry this man. You had feelings for him from the beginning but he didn't reciprocate. It was more like a deal to strengthen the relations between the two clans. He would ignore you, and tell you that he'll never love you, or consider you as a wife.
“Not because we're married means that you can start acting like my wife. I don't love you and I'll never will”
“Know your limits and don't come near me or get into my business y/n”.
You were too heartbroken, and you had to move on. so you started going out with someone else in order to forget Toji. And here you light up the flame of jealousy in him making him realize how much he wants you for himself only.
“Whos that?”
“None of your business Toji”
“Oh it is my business, I'm your fucking husband y/n”
“Oh I thought we had a deal and you know it's not a real marriage after all”
“from now on, it will be... you're mine”.
Tumblr media
Megumi Fushiguro:
Opposites Attract
His calm demeanor met your lively spirit. You brought laugher and spontaneity and he brought quiet and peace. Like the moon and the sun.You were too expressive but he was always silent. He found your whole personality annoying at first, he wants to enjoy the tranquility but you've always had to interrupt it somehow.
“Can you lower your voice? it's annoying me!!”.
“Ugh you talk too much y/n, I can't focus”.
It was always that way untill you chose to go mute and never bother him again. Being an observer, he would notice your unusual quietness. He would miss the way you talk with passion about things you love or even stupid things. He would miss the way you try to annoy him for fun. He would miss your loud sweet laugh.
“Hey y/n, is everything okay? you'be been quiet for too long”
“mm”
“come on don't ignore me, I m-miss your l-laugh”.

AUTHOR'S NOTE: the awkward moment where this doesn't end with fluff... this fic just focuses on satoru getting sealed and megumi's relationship with oc gojo girlfriend. sorry about the ending. i was starting to word vomit and run out of ideas. there will definitely be a continuation about the 19 days satoru was sealed away though. REMINDER: if you want to imagine yourself in oc gojo girlfriend's character descriptions, please do!
Tumblr media
intro
"sweetheart, we need to talk."
you looked up from your pile of paperwork while satoru sat down in the chair in front of you. he planted his elbows on your glass desk and leaned over, a troubled look on his handsome face. you could tell from behind his black blindfold that something was really bothering him.
"what did i do, gojo-sensei? am i in trouble?" you teased.
the white haired sorcerer dramatically clutched at his chest, "you know i love it when you call me that. don't distract me."
"yes, i know babe." you giggled, "what's wrong? what's going on in that big, beautiful head of yours?"
satoru pouted at you, he was going to say 'my head isn't big!' like he always did, but he decided to save that bickering for later.
"with sukuna's vessel showing up... i just don't have a good feeling about all the things going on." satoru explained, "so... i want to create some contingency plans if anything were to happen to me."
you frowned at the statement 'if anything were to happen to me'. you didn't even want to think of a possibility of anything happening to the love of your life.
"—and why would anything to happen to my man?"
satoru leaned back into the leather chair and crossed his legs, ignoring your question. "you have to promise me that you'll tell megumi about his father. the zen'nin clan will make megumi the head if i'm deemed mentally incapacitated or if i die. some deal his dad had with naobito, i guess.”
you shut your eyes and slammed your silver pen on top of the stack of paperwork you were filling out, "fine... i promise, but none of that is going to happ—"
"i'm not finished, sweetheart." satoru interrupted, "i need you to get yuta back to japan as soon as possible."
yuta was currently training in africa with miguel. satoru always mentioned how strong yuta was becoming after each visit and how the next generation of jujutsu sorcerers could rival himself. you and satoru depended on yuta quite a bit nowadays. (read ‘the cursed child: yuta okkotsu’ here)
you glared at your blue eyed lover sitting across from you, "anything else, mr. gojo?"
"can you promise to wait for me to come home if anything happens?" satoru asked with earnesty. it almost sounded like he was begging you.
present time: oc gojo girlfriend’s office
“you’re going to be late if you want to meet everyone at shibuya station on time.” you patted satoru on the chest, pushing him away from you.
“—just one more kiss.” he begged.
satoru was so needy tonight. you thought to yourself, 'what was up with him?'
you kissed him again, but he refused to let go of your body. he held you tightly. you furrowed your eyebrows at him.
“what’s wrong?” you asked, “you have that look on your face.”
“i just have a bad feeling about tonight.” he mumbled to himself. you wished you could read what was going on in that crazy mind of his.
your heart dropped, frowning at his eery statement. “promise me you’ll be careful?”
“i’m always careful.” satoru stated confidently.
now that someone he loved was waiting for him to come home, he always took into consideration his safety so that he could make it back to you unscathed. he knew you would never forgive him if anything happened to him and if he left you alone. he promised to protect you. (read ‘the honored one’ here)
you held out your pinky as satoru intertwined his with yours. instead of kissing his thumb to seal the deal, he leaned over to kiss you again fervently, muffling whatever you were about to say.
you groaned once his lips left yours, whispering breathlessly, “do you really have to go?”
“i’m the strongest so yeah.” he sighed, “remember, if anything happens to me, you have take care of my students.”
“can you not say stuff like that?” you hit his chest as he continued to hold you. “why are you talking like you aren’t going to be coming back home to me?”
“i’m just saying, babe.” satoru sighed again as he booped you on your nose, “you have to be strong for me.”
but what if you didn’t want to be strong? what if you selfishly didn’t want satoru to go to shibuya? what if something happens to him and he doesn’t come home to you? what if he leaves you all alone?
satoru finally let go of you as you stood in the middle of your office at jujutsu high. you shook your head to steer away your selfish thoughts.
“i love you, satoru,” you called out to him before he turned to leave your office, “remember your promise.”
he gave you his signature grin before sneaking back over to you to give you one last kiss. “i know. i’ll remember. i love you, (y/n). remember your promises too.”
"yuta is on his way home..." you reported, "and i'll tell megumi about his father."
satoru frowned at you, "you're forgetting something else."
"—and yes, i'll wait for you to come home." you stated confidently.
for better or for worse, right? it’s been 10 years that you and satoru have been together. you were pretty sure you were a patient person. you could wait for him forever if that’s what it took.
"that's my girl." satoru smirked at you before leaving your office, clasping his hands to teleport to shibuya.
***************************
october 31st. shibuya. 8:31pm. satoru gojo arrives.
“good night, satoru gojo. let us meet again in the new world.” kenjaku said smugly. he had just sealed the world’s strongest sorcerer, adamant that nothing would get in his way now.
satoru scoffed at the ridiculous sight in front of him, “yeah, maybe it’s good night for me, but you need to wake up, suguru. how are you gonna let yourself get used like that?”
kenjaku felt resistance in the body that he took over. hands that belonged to the body of suguru geto attempted to grab his throat.
he laughed in amusement, “well, this is the first time that has happened.”
he suppressed that very resistance with his cursed energy again.
satoru watched and reluctantly listened as kenjaku and mahito had a conversation discussing souls and techniques. he was getting impatient.
“can you just get this over with?” satoru grumbled, “you two aren’t the most pleasing things to look at. i definitely didn't want you two being the last thing i see before getting taken by my own will.”
kenjaku laughed at the sorcerer who was on his knees, arms shackled behind his back, unable to do anything to free himself from the hold of the prison realm. he looked so weak.
“i think i’m enjoying this view, but you’re right. i can’t risk anything happening, so goodnight.” he took one last look at satoru and smirked.
“close gate.”
“we can’t use the prison realm anymore right?” mahito asked curiously.
kenjaku nodded his head, “right. unless the person who's trapped takes their own life inside the prison realm, we can only use it on one occupant at a time.”
inside the prison realm, satoru kissed his the back of his teeth, annoyed but somewhat impressed by this cursed object. “looks like time doesn’t pass here.”
he sat on top of a pile of skeleton heads, repeatedly flicking his blindfold off of his forehead, “damn it. i really messed up this time… (y/n)’s gonna kill me after i promised her i’d be careful.” satoru muttered with a grim smile.
“it’ll be okay. i have faith in everyone...”
***************************
“satoru gojo has been sealed.” nanami announced grimly.
megumi looked at the 7:3 sorcerer in disbelief. “sealed? what do you mean sealed?”
“change of plans,” nanami said as he started walking towards shibuya station, “we need to meet up with itadori. if the sealing is true, it’s over for us. we don’t stand a chance without gojo.”
megumi felt as if his world was spiraling. how could his all-knowing, crazy strong sensei get sealed? did (y/n)-sensei know about gojo-sensei’s sealing? no, (y/n)-sensei couldn’t have known. (y/n)-sensei was probably with shoko at the relief area since you two could heal injured sorcerers.
megumi knew that the school didn’t like to use you offensively because of the damage you could inflict on the city with your cursed technique. no one wanted to fill out that damages report. instead, you were their trump card, their last resort. gojo-sensei was usually the go-to special grade sorcerer if the school ever needed something to be taken care of swiftly.
“i have to tell (y/n)-sensei.” megumi mumbled out loud.
nanami pursed his lips, “if you tell her, there’s no telling what she’ll do. if she finds out that gojo was sealed, she might flood all of shibuya.”
“but she deserves to know.”
megumi took out his cell phone. his fingers were trembling as he sifted through his contacts to find your name. his heart was racing at the thought of having to tell you bad news. he hated disappointing you and he definitely didn't want to worry you. but if it had anything to do with gojo-sensei, you had to know.
this moment reminded him of the time he called you from the principal’s office when he got in trouble for fighting at school.
flashback
'i am so grounded,' 7 year old megumi fushiguro thought to himself, '(y/n) is going to take away my new books for sure. maybe i should call gojo-sensei instead.'
you were the maternal figure in megumi’s life since you and gojo-sensei had taken him and tsumiki in. gojo-sensei let you make all the important decisions regarding the kids. you were the one that always had to have the disciplinary conversations with the two fushiguros. gojo-sensei didn’t like to play the bad guy, he was the type to sneak treats to him and tsumiki after you scolded them.
“well, megumi. are you going to call (y/n) or satoru?” the vice principal of the school, mrs. akita asked him.
megumi sighed, “i guess i’ll call (y/n)…”
he knew that if he called gojo-sensei, the blindfolded idiot would just tell you what happened anyways and he would still end up having to tell you what he did himself. so he might as well spare himself the hard conversation later.
he grabbed the phone from mrs. akita’s desk and took a deep breath before dialing your phone number. his heart was racing. he knew he was going to disappoint you, and he hated that feeling.
you picked up the phone, your bright laughter gave megumi the shivers, “hello?”
“uh—(y/n)?”
your tone immediately became serious, “megumi, are you okay?”
"uh, yeah. i'm okay. i got in trouble at school today." he admitted. he closed his eyes, waiting for you to start lecturing him.
he could hear that you were walking with someone. you were probably on a mission.
"what?! megumi... what happened?" you asked, concern in your tone.
"i, uh, got in a fight. mrs. akita said that i'm getting suspended for two days." he made eye contact with the vice principal in front of him as she sat with her arms folded. this was not megumi's first rodeo.
"megumi... we had this conversation about fighting at school..." you sighed.
yes, you were disappointed, but megumi was your baby. how could you stay mad at the cute little 7 year old boy with the same green eyes as you?
"i know, i'm sorry, (y/n)."
"i'm sorry, megumi. i can't come pick you up today because i'm on a mission. satoru will be there soon, okay?" you felt guilty. you knew the last person he wanted to see was satoru after getting suspended. satoru would never let him live it down.
"okay. i'll wait for gojo-sens—wait, can you send nanami to pick me up instead?"
you laughed at his question, "nanami is actually on a mission with me right now.. sorry kiddo. i'll see you at home later, okay?"
megumi grumbled, "okay..."
megumi hung up the phone and turned around to sit back in the office chair. mrs. akita was filling out the paperwork on his suspension.
***************************
once you hung up the phone, you sighed and turned to nanami. "sorry, nanami. megumi got in trouble at school today."
the 7:3 sorcerer stopped walking and turned to you, your troubled face concerned him, "do you need to call gojo?"
"yeah, he needs to pick up megumi from school. he got suspended for fighting." you groaned.
"being a mother must be hard." nanami teased as he patted your back in reassurance.
you laughed, "having a boy is hard. tsumiki is an angel. god forbid my future children have megumi's temperament."
"you better hope your future child isn't satoru's mini-me." nanami teased.
you grinned at him and joked lightly, "who says i'm having more kids with satoru? he already gave me two to take care of."
you and nanami knew that satoru would pout all day if he heard that joke. you giggled before dialing satoru's phone number as you both took a quick break on a park bench.
"hey babe, you okay? do i need to come help?" satoru asked as he picked up your phone call on the first ring. he never let you go to voicemail in your 2 years of dating.
"no, satoru. we're fine. but i need you to pick megumi up from school. he got suspended today."
"you don't say?" satoru laughed out loud in amusement, "alright, i'll go grab the kiddo."
"i'll be home later. and don't you dare reward him with something sweet on the way home."
satoru was appalled that you would even think he was going to pick up megumi and grab ice cream on the way back. however, you already knew he was thinking about it.
"so feisty." satoru chuckled, "we'll see you at home later then, sweetheart."
***************************
satoru teleported into the front office of the elementary school. mrs. akita opened the door to her office and brought the white haired sorcerer into the room while megumi waited outside. satoru sat down on the leather seat as mrs. akita sighed.
"satoru, megumi has been getting into a lot of fights lately. is everything okay at home?"
"(y/n) and i have been talking to him about not fighting at school..." satoru started, "but he always has a good reason for fighting, so we couldn't exactly reprimand him. what happened today anyways?"
"megumi got in a scuffle with a group of bullies. there are a couple troublemaker cliques in his grade and he beat up three of them." mrs. akita reported back to him, rubbing her temples. "they have extensive injuries, satoru."
satoru started laughing, impressed that megumi took on three school bullies by himself.
"—satoru, this is serious. their parents want him expelled."
"did megumi win?" satoru asked curiously, ignoring mrs. akita's last statement.
mrs. akita glared at him in annoyance, "clearly he won if the parents are wanting him expelled, satoru."
"then that's all that matters to me. that's my kid we're talking about here. end of discussion, akita." satoru said, standing up from his chair and waving off the conversation. “megumi will take the two-day suspension and we'll pay the fines. tell the other kids' parents we're sorry, yada yada yada.”
mrs. akita rolled her eyes, "you're lucky principal kinomoto and i love you and (y/n). no other school would put up with this behavior, satoru."
satoru winked at the vice principal and opened the door to look at megumi. he had a couple of scratches on his face, a bandaid on his cheek and left knee. megumi looked like he was going to burst into tears with the way he was frowning as pouting.
"alrighty, kiddo. let's head back to jujutsu high."
satoru gave megumi a piggy back ride while the child shoved his sniffling face into the back of satoru's uniform. satoru teleported back to jujutsu high as they walked through the school corridors together. he knew that he would have to have a conversation with megumi before you got back from your mission.
"you know you're going to have to tell (y/n) what happened, right?"
megumi glared at his guardian, "i don't want to." and in a matter of seconds, megumi started to burst into tears.
"you cryin', megumi? didn't you win the fight?" satoru asked.
megumi wiped his tears with his forearm, hiccuping, "y-yes."
"then why are you cryin'?"
"i'm scared to see (y/n)." he sheepishly admitted.
satoru started laughing. megumi could feel his laugh vibrating through his back as satoru carried him. he clutched his arms tighter around satoru's shoulders.
the sorcerer grinned, "you and me both, kiddo."
"...is she going to be mad at me? what if she doesn’t love me anymore?" megumi asked satoru full of worry. he knew that satoru knew you better than anyone else in this world.
satoru thought out loud, "hmmm, she'll probably be a little disappointed. but—she’ll always love you and she cares for you a ton. at the end of the day, you’re her baby."
megumi's eyes continued to water as his grip on satoru's uniform tightened. the closer they got to the dining hall, the more nervous the child got.
"looks like you're in luck, kiddo. (y/n) isn't back from her mission yet." satoru sighed in relief, "let's go see shoko and get you all healed up."
***************************
"oh my..." shoko gasped, "what happened to you, megumi?!"
megumi looked at satoru and then back at the ground. he was too embarrassed to tell shoko what had happened at school.
"he just got in a little tussle at school." satoru told his bestfriend, waving it off.
shoko started laughing, "sounds like you when you were younger, gojo."
"yeah, but i wouldn't have gotten beat up." satoru grinned at the doctor, "i was untouchable."
the brunette rolled her eyes at him, "you're so full of yourself."
satoru scoffed and put megumi down on the exam table. "can you just make sure he's okay before my girlfriend sees his scratches and yells at me?"
shoko nodded. she healed up megumi's minor cuts and bruises so that it looked like nothing ever happened.
***************************
you and nanami were walking through the school's courtyard after your mission today. the mission ended up running later than usual.
"sorry that mission took so long," nanami mumbled. “i know you were worried about megumi.”
"it's okay, nanami. satoru’s with him." you high-fived him, "good job tonight."
as you continued the walk through the courtyard, you saw satoru leaning against the entrance to the school building with his arms folded. he cleared his throat.
"your jealously is showing, satoru." you grinned at your boyfriend.
"me?" satoru called out to you, baffled, pointing at nanami, "jealous of him?"
satoru laughed as nanami rolled his eyes at him. "megumi has been waiting for you, babe."
"what?" you asked in disbelief, "it's past his bedtime. it's almost 10pm. satoru, you're supposed to make sure the kids go to bed on time."
"he wouldn't go back to the apartment, he won't go to sleep without talking to you." satoru grinned thinking about megumi’s tenacity.
satoru walked with you back to the dining hall, holding your bag in one hand and your hand in the other.
"i'll wait in the hallway. go talk to megumi." satoru said as he blew you kiss. you caught his air kiss and threw it on the floor, making him laugh out loud. your feisty personality was one of his favorite things about you.
you entered the dining hall. megumi looked up at you with sad eyes. you sat down in front of the child.
"hey, megumi." you greetled him softly, he was quiet and a little awkward. it looked like you were going to have to break the ice. you started the conversation with the 7 year old, "so, wanna tell me what happened at school today?"
"the kids i beat up were talking about you and gojo-sensei." megumi muttered. he folded his arms, angry at the thought of those bullies and what they had said about the two guardians he cared so much about.
"well... what were they saying about us that made you so upset you had to go and beat them up?"
megumi quietly told you what happened, "they kept saying that you and gojo-sensei weren't mine and tsumiki's real parents and that we don’t look like you two. it made tsumiki cry."
your heart shattered. kids were so mean nowadays. you admit that megumi and tsumiki's situation was unique, yes, but the fact that kids bullied each other about their parents was cruel. you never wanted the kids to feel bad about their situation.
you scoffed, "how can i be mad at the fact that you were defending mine and satoru’s honor?" you ruffled megumi's hair, "why were you so scared to tell me that?"
"because i keep getting in trouble for fighting." megumi frowned, disappointed in himself.
"megumi, i want you to be able to tell me anything. i don't want you to keep things bottled up."
"—but what if you don't love me anymore after i tell you the bad things?" megumi asked quietly.
you were shocked that a 7 year old could have such thoughts. how could he think that you wouldn’t love him anymore? megumi and tsumiki were the center of your world since satoru swiped them off the streets and brought them home to you. (read 'learn to love' here)
you asked megumi a question, "how many times a day do i tell you and tsumiki that i love you two?"
"you tell us every morning before we go to school and before we go to bed. and sometimes randomly throughout the day." megumi smiled at the mental reminder.
"—just because you get into fights at school doesn't mean that i'll love you any less. if anything, i worry about you getting hurt." you lectured him, "now, if you grow up to be a horrible curse user, we might have a problem."
"does that mean you're not mad at me?" megumi asked quietly.
"i am a little disappointed," you sighed, "—but i don't love you any less."
you reached out to him for a hug. the boy jumped into your arms. you squeezed him tightly, rocking him back and forth. "now tell me... did satoru buy you ice cream after school?"
megumi froze, his eyes widened. him and gojo-sensei were caught red-handed.
"uh huh... got it." you laughed. you were going to have a word with satoru later tonight.
end flashback
the dial tone was echoing through megumi's ears as he waited for you to pick up. he felt a lump in his throat, his heart was racing, just like back then when he was 7 years old, but this took the cake for the hardest conversation he's ever had to have with you. he would rather tell you that he broke the glass coffee table in the living room trying to summon max elephant a hundred times over again.
"megumi, are you okay?" you answered, "do you need me to—"
"i'm fine, (y/n). it's gojo-sensei."
your felt sick to your stomach. it was in that moment that you knew something had happened to satoru.
"what happened to him?"
"he was sealed." megumi said grimly.
you furrowed your eyebrows, not understanding what megumi was saying, "what do you mean sealed?"
"i—i don't know all the specifics." megumi stuttered through the receiver, "—but i'm going to find out. i'll save gojo-sensei, (y/n). i promise you. so don’t worry and… don’t be mad at him."
"megumi, wait..." you said, voice barely coming out as a whisper. you heard the younger sorcerer disconnect from the other line.
you felt a lump in your throat as you fought back tears. you had to be strong for the students... and for satoru. you felt this immense pain and anger in your chest. if satoru was sealed, that meant he was still alive. there was a sliver of hope that you would see him again. satoru had to be okay... right?
"(y/n)!" shoko yelled out your name, "you're going to flood all my medical supplies!"
you snapped out of your thoughts and looked around the area. water was starting to flood the ground, surrounding the both of your feet.
"what did megumi say to upset you that much?!" shoko asked, "i haven't seen you do that since high school!"
"satoru was sealed, shoko. and i don't know what that means!" you yelled in frustration, throwing your ice shards against the concrete wall.
the street lamps started to flicker as ice started to form around the streets, fire hydrants started to explode due to high water pressure, water started to fill the streets of shibuya. your cursed energy was starting to become uncontrollable.
you wondered how megumi was feeling at this moment and how horrible he must have felt telling you that satoru was sealed. it couldn't have been easy for him, nor could it be easy for the rest of the jujutsu sorcerers and satoru’s students knowing that the strongest was sealed away. the team morale was probably destroyed.
shoko distracted you out of your thoughts again, "you should go to shibuya. the students need you. you're second in command if anything happens to gojo."
you looked at shoko with determination in your eyes, she nodded at you as you made your way out the door to head straight for shibuya station.
the students needed you right now more than ever since satoru was gone. they needed the support from you, the support that you always gave to them no matter what the situation was. you were their go-to person for comfort. whether they got a bad grade on their mission, if they lost a spar, or when they needed an ear to listen to them, you were there.
you thought back to the conversation that you and satoru had. promise number one would have to wait. promise number two was on a flight back to japan and would be landing in a couple hours. promise number three...
'don't worry, satoru.' you thought to yourself, 'i'll wait for you to come home. i don't care how long it takes. we'll find a way to get you back.'
little did you know, the nineteen days that satoru gojo was sealed away was the most excruciating pain you've ever experienced in your life, not even an injury from a curse could compare.
it was as if something was missing from your life and you never wanted to experience the pain of losing someone so important to you ever again.

someone requested a part 2 to skaterboy.
and all i can think about is virgin megumi who almost cums when he bottoms out inside of you. who is so loud and pussy drunk off of this new feeling. who cant believe he waited this long to fuck you. and oh, don’t get him started on those faces you make as your crumble underneath his dick. your so fucked out and he’s barely started, but that’s because he made you cum before he slid in. your begging him to slow down, to take some out. but how can he when your basically sucking him in on your own, how warm and tight you are around him. and the sound that you make after each time he slams his hips back into yours. but he’s also seeking approval with every move. “baby, does that feel good,”, “do you want me to speed up?”, “am i hurting you.”, “are you sure you want me to go deeper?” who knew your shy, nerdy, skater boyfriend had it in him to make your legs shake this much. and he’s so gentle, kissing you anywhere his lips can touch, and making sure you’re okay. he hates that he has to pull out of you knowing you two can’t be teen parents but the way your face and chest look painted with him cum makes him want to fuck you all over again.
interact to be tagged when i post the actual fic!

welcome to my page !!☆
hiiiii & welcome to my melanatedeuph0ria!! for ab a yr or 2 now, i’ve been mainly reading fics on tumblr on characters like rick grimes, spencer reid, toji, etc. (nonblk characters mostly let’s be fr..) and throughout those yrs, i’ve been noticing a complete lack of..
BLACK POVS.
“well, if the fic just says ‘reader x (character)’, couldn’t you just use your imagination to insert ur race?? 🤔”
while this IS true, i feel like us as black & poc readers should have the opportunity to read some fanfics that makes us feel SPECIAL & RECOGNIZED, in aspects such as our skin, hair, & realness without it being stereotypical or just having us feel defaulted to a white pov. (also without it being just SMUT cmon y’all)
also, we all know rick grimes luvs some MELANINNNN ‼️🗣️
so, with that being said, i am here to bring justice to my fellow blk readers who needed a lil spice in their reading, so the imagination part could be a bit easier 🫶🏽
SOME of the fics i make will be poc x reader, others will be just x reader & up for interpretation !!
NOTE: this is NOT me saying black readers ONLY want black-centered fics, nor is this me placing black readers in a box, NOR is this me putting down “x reader” fics!! this is me saying that, although i do enjoy fics without a specified race most of the time, sometimes i feel like having fics catered to poc are special as well because there aren’t many on this app to call our own!!💗
ty for sticking around until the end, and im hoping to start writing fics soon !! 🌷🌸

This was much more evident with each passing day that you were around him. Nothing felt right without you. Yuji is shaken by the fact that he cannot live without seeing you wave at him in the morning. He could not go without you greeting him at the training ground. He didn’t feel content without you seeing him off in each and every mission. Every time he saw you, whether it was in the classroom, the training grounds, or simply passing by in the hallway, his heart would skip a beat. A rush of warmth and happiness would wash over him, leaving him breathless and longing for more.

ITADORI YUJI WAS HE NEVER REALLY FELT LIKE THIS BEFORE. In the bustling corridors of Jujutsu High, amidst the chaos of students in the training ground, there was one person who stood out from the crowd – Yuji Itadori. With his infectious grin and boundless energy, Yuji seemed to light up the room wherever he went. But behind that charismatic facade lay a secret that weighed heavily on his heart.
Yuji Itadori had fallen deeply, irrevocably in love. And the object of his affection? None other than you, his classmate. From the moment he first laid eyes on you around Jujutsu High, Yuji was sure that he was never gonna forget about you. Immediately, when you introduced yourself – he was just completely captivated by your presence, your laughter, your every movement. Everything about you just screamed life. And he needed that.
But as the days turned into weeks and the weeks into months, Itadori Yuji found himself consumed with all these overwhelming feelings. Yuji was unable to shake off the want of you, everything of you and it just burns him. It seemed that every waking moment was filled with thoughts of how he could keep this secret any longer, how he could continue to hide the depths of his emotions from you.
As he navigated the halls of Jujutsu High, Yuji grappled with his feelings, torn between the fear of rejection and the longing for something more. He didn’t know what to do. He wanted to tell you. To make it clear that there was no one else that had made his heart bigger. Nothing that had become his roman empire more than the thought of you loving him back. And as each day passed, the weight of his secret grew heavier, threatening to crush him under its unbearable burden.
But despite the turmoil raging within him, Yuji couldn't deny the undeniable truth – his love grows for you every day. And he couldn’t be happier about it. His heart skips a beat at the thought of you. He was consumed by you, and he could never fight it. He didn’t want to. Because he wanted you. He wanted to be happy together with you.
Yuji stood there, weighing his options. He lets out a deep breath, huffing out frustration in a groan soon after. He knew that he could no longer keep this secret hidden away. It was time to muster up the courage to confess his feelings, to lay his heart bare and hope for the best. He wanted to be brave and put his heart out there. But there was a problem weighing heavily on his mind.
He didn’t want to lose you this way. He had thought about it before. He didn’t have the courage to fan the flames for fear of scorching the delicate fabric of your friendship. For a long time, he had kept telling himself that he was already content having you in his life as a friend. The thought of confessing his feelings to you filled Yuji with a potent mixture of excitement and dread. Megumi had told him that it was time to do it, Kugisaki had told him to stop being a coward.
As days turned into nights, and the sun dipped below the horizon, casting long shadows across the Tokyo Jujutsu High campus, Yuji found himself locked in an internal struggle. The words lingered on the tip of his tongue, a confession waiting to be set free into the world, yet the weight of uncertainty held him captive.
His friends, blissfully unaware of the emotional tempest brewing within him, teased and joked about matters of the heart. But they couldn't fathom the depth of the turmoil Yuji was enduring. Nights turned into sleepless introspections, as he replayed the scenario endlessly in his mind, a perpetual loop of 'what ifs.'
He found himself in a ceaseless cycle of self-reflection, meticulously analyzing every possible outcome of the impending confession. A relentless parade of scenarios, each one more daunting than the last, paraded through his thoughts. Would you reciprocate his feelings, or would his declaration become the catalyst for a chasm that would forever alter the dynamics of their friendship?
Yuji, a prisoner of his own overactive mind, navigated the labyrinth of his emotions. A to Z, he scrutinized every conceivable permutation of events, contemplating the consequences of baring his soul to you. What if the words he longed to speak shattered the delicate equilibrium they had cultivated over time?
The fear of breaking the fragile harmony between them haunted him like a ghost, whispering doubts into the recesses of his consciousness. He envisioned a landscape of awkwardness and regret, where the warmth of your friendship would be replaced by a chilling awkwardness, a ghostly reminder of what once was.
The mere prospect of losing you, not just as a confidant but as the anchor of his daily existence, sent shivers down his spine. The shadow of potential regret loomed over him, casting a pall over his every waking moment. It was a paralyzing fear, one that gripped his heart and refused to let go.
As the clock ticked away, each second echoing in the chambers of his hesitation, Yuji grappled with the decision to finally unburden himself of this emotional weight or continue to navigate the labyrinth of uncertainty that lay before him. The battleground was set within his own mind, and the war between desire and fear raged on, leaving him standing on the precipice of a choice that could reshape the course of their relationship forever.
Faced with the daunting prospect of baring his soul to you, Yuji sought solace in the wisdom of one man – Gojo Satoru, the enigmatic and all-knowing sorcerer who seemed to possess an answer to every problem under the sun. With a heavy heart and a stomach full of butterflies, Yuji embarked on a quest to seek Gojo's guidance, determined to navigate the treacherous waters of love with the help of his eccentric sensei.
As Yuji approached Gojo's office, he couldn't help but feel a surge of nervous energy coursing through his veins. He knocked on the door, his knuckles rapping against the wood in a rhythm that mirrored the erratic beat of his heart.
"Come in," Gojo's voice echoed from within, a playful lilt dancing in his words.
Yuji pushed open the door and stepped into the room, his eyes widening at the sight before him. Gojo, adorned in his trademark flashy attire and sporting his signature blindfold, lounged on a throne-like chair, surrounded by a myriad of colorful plush toys and bizarre trinkets.
"Ah, Yuji my boy!" Gojo exclaimed, a grin stretching across his face. "What brings you to my humble abode?"
Yuji cleared his throat, his cheeks flushing with embarrassment. "Um, Sensei, I... I need your help with something."
Gojo leaned forward, his eyes twinkling with mischief. "Ah, let me guess…..is it about young love?" he mused, tapping his chin thoughtfully. Gojo Satoru grins.
"I've been expecting this moment. Fear not, Yuji! Sensei is here to assist you on your quest for romance!"
Yuji blinked in surprise, unsure of what to make of Gojo's theatrical display. "Um, thank you, Sensei. It's just that... I'm in love with them, but I don't know how to tell them."
Gojo's grin widened, his eyes sparkling with excitement as he listened to Yuji's confession. "Ah, a classic tale of unrequited love! But fear not, Yuji, for I have just the solution to your conundrum. Consider me your personal cupid!"
As Gojo reveled in his grand plan, the door swung open, and Fushiguro Megumi entered the room with his signature deadpan expression. "This is the worst idea you could have ever had," he deadpanned, his gaze fixed firmly on Gojo.
Nobara Kugisaki followed closely behind, her laughter echoing through the room as she glanced at Yuji. "Gojo-sensei is gonna sink your love life," she teased, her tone laced with playful sarcasm. "Just tell them how you feel!"
Gojo faked a gasp of offense, feigning shock at Fushiguro and Nobara teasing remarks. "You two are so rude! I romanced my own wife, thank you very much," he protested, his tone laced with mock indignation.
But Fushiguro wasn't about to let Gojo off the hook so easily. "Genmei-san didn’t choose you in the first place," he pointed out with a hint of skepticism, his gaze unwavering as he met Gojo's eyes.
Nobara, ever the mischievous one, added fuel to the fire with a knowing smirk. "Yeah, didn’t she tell us that she would have chosen Nanami-san instead of you?" she teased, settling comfortably onto Gojo's black sofa.
A genuine frown crossed Gojo's face, his playful facade crumbling as he defended his honor. "Nu-uh! She didn’t! I’m the one she actually likes!" he insisted, a note of desperation creeping into his voice.
Fushiguro rolled his eyes, unimpressed by Gojo's protests. "Can you just tell us the mission and be done with this mess?" he demanded, crossing his arms over his chest in a display of impatience.
Gojo's pride stung as he awaited Yuji's affirmation, his confidence momentarily shaken by Fushiguro and Nobara's teasing. "I can’t believe this, my own son!" he exclaimed dramatically, feigning betrayal at Fushiguro's casual dismissal.
Fushiguro merely raised an eyebrow, unimpressed by Gojo's theatrics. "I'm not your son," he deadpanned, his tone laced with dry sarcasm as he met Gojo's gaze with an unyielding stare.
Meanwhile, Yuji squirmed uncomfortably under their scrutiny, a blush creeping up his cheeks as he attempted to defend Gojo's plan. "Come on, guys, Gojo-sensei knows what he's doing," he insisted, his voice tinged with uncertainty. "I’m pretty sure he’s romanced Gen-san before! I mean, they’ve been married for a while!"
Gojo's expression softened at Yuji's earnest defense, touched by his student's unwavering trust in him. "Yes, exactly! I am Cupid himself. Tell them that, Yuji!" he urged, a glimmer of hope shining in his eyes as he awaited Yuji's affirmation.
With a hesitant nod, Yuji turned to Fushiguro and Nobara, his gaze wavering but determined. "Guys, Gojo-sensei really does have a plan. I think we should trust him," he implored, his voice tinged with uncertainty but genuine belief.
Fushiguro and Nobara exchanged skeptical glances, clearly unconvinced by Gojo's grand claims. But as they watched Yuji's earnest expression and sensed his unwavering faith in their sensei, they couldn't help but soften slightly, begrudgingly giving in to his plea.
With a resigned sigh, Fushiguro relented. "Fine, we'll hear out Gojo-sensei's plan," he conceded, his tone begrudging but willing to entertain the possibility.
Nobara nodded in agreement, a playful smirk dancing on her lips. "But if this ends in disaster, Gojo-sensei, you're gonna owe us big time," she warned, her eyes twinkling with mischief as she glanced at the flustered sorcerer.
Gojo lifted a thumb up, an all-mighty grin on his lips. “I won’t fail, don’t worry! Leave it to your great, handsome teacher and Cupid, Satoru Gojo!”
And so, with a tentative truce in place and Gojo's grand plan hanging in the balance, the unlikely quartet prepared to embark on a wild and unpredictable journey of love, laughter, and perhaps a touch of chaos, all under the guidance of the self-proclaimed Cupid himself.
But Fushiguro and Nobara remained unconvinced, exchanging skeptical glances as they watched Gojo eagerly lay out his elaborate scheme. With a resigned sigh, Fushiguro shook his head. "Fine, do whatever you want," he muttered, already bracing himself for the chaos that was sure to follow.
Gojo's heart swelled with pride and excitement as Fushiguro and Nobara reluctantly agreed to hear out his plan. Their skepticism was evident, but the glimmer of hope in Yuji's eyes fueled Gojo's determination to make this grand scheme a success. With a triumphant grin, he turned to Yuji, a glint of mischief dancing in his eyes, ready to embark on this adventure of love and laughter.
"Well then, shall we get started?" Gojo exclaimed, his enthusiasm infectious as he eagerly laid out the intricate details of his grand scheme. His voice crackled with energy, each word infused with palpable excitement. "First things first, we need to set the stage for the perfect confession!"
“And what would that be?” Megumi raises a brow.
Satoru Gojo looked at all his students and grinned at Yuji, “You’ll see!”

IT WAS QUITE A SURPRISED WHEN GOJO SATORU GAVE YOU A MISSION ON YOUR OWN. You sat there, perched on the edge of your seat, your eyes narrowed with suspicion as you stared at Gojo-sensei. His trademark smirk stretched across his face, a mischievous glint dancing in his eyes as he regarded you with amusement. Something about his demeanor set off alarm bells in your mind, and you couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to this meeting than met the eye.
Under the pretense of a routine mission, Gojo-sensei had summoned you to his office, claiming that there was a task at hand that required your immediate attention. But as he began to explain the details of the mission, a sense of unease settled in the pit of your stomach. There was an air of secrecy surrounding Gojo-sensei's words, and you couldn't help but wonder what he was hiding.
You raised a brow at him. “Maki–senpai would be more suited for something like this, maybe Inumaki–senpai too–”
"You’re the one I can trust with this mission, it’s why I called for you.” Gojo-sensei says, his voice smooth and casual as he leaned back in his chair, his fingers steepled together in front of him. "We have a special mission that requires your unique skills.”
You narrowed your eyes at his cryptic words, your instincts telling you that there was more to this mission than Gojo-sensei was letting on. He was being weird again, you think to yourself. But then again, he's always weird. That's not something that you really can do anything about. You shrugged at him.
"What kind of mission?" you asked, your voice laced with suspicion as you studied him intently.
Gojo-sensei's smirk widened, his eyes sparkling with mischief as he leaned forward, his voice dropping to a conspiratorial whisper. "Let's just say it involves something that we highly value." he replied cryptically, a playful glint in his eyes.
Your suspicions only grew stronger at his vague response, and you couldn't help but shoot him a skeptical glare. "And you're not going to tell me what these we highly value, anyway?" you asked, your tone tinged with frustration as you pressed him for answers.
But Gojo-sensei merely chuckled in response, his smirk never faltering as he leaned back in his chair once more. "You'll just have to find out for yourself," he teased, his eyes twinkling with mischief as he watched your reaction.
You sighed at what Gojo-sensei said and nodded. Soon enough you were out into the narrow streets of Tokyo, following the map Gojo-sensei gave you. Much of what you’re going off on was guided by the cryptic instructions he provided. The details were vague, leaving you to navigate the darkened streets and winding alleyways with a sense of uncertainty. An irritated sigh releases from your lips. You should text Megumi about your plot to take revenge on Gojo-sensei. As you ventured deeper into the heart of the city, a palpable anticipation filled the air, mingling with the thick tension that seemed to surround the mission like a heavy cloak.
With each step forward, the sense of unease intensified, as if the very fabric of reality itself was undergoing a disquieting metamorphosis around you. The familiar surroundings of a Jujutsu sorcerer's job began to take on an uncanny and shifting quality. A subtle but perceptible alteration in the atmosphere left you questioning whether this unsettling phenomenon was an intentional part of Gojo's mission, or if it heralded something more enigmatic.
You instinctively reached for your saber, the cool metal providing a reassuring weight against the growing tension. The surroundings, once familiar and predictable, now took on an increasingly foreboding nature. Long shadows twisted and contorted, casting menacing shapes that danced malevolently along the walls. The labyrinthine streets seemed to stretch and coil, as if the city itself was a living, breathing entity responding to an unseen force.
As you continued your journey, hunting down the curses that lurked in the shadows, the palpable feeling of unease persisted. The air crackled with an otherworldly energy, and the tension became a palpable entity, wrapping around you like a suffocating shroud. Was this a side effect of the mission, or had Gojo intentionally woven this disconcerting atmosphere into the fabric of your quest?
Yet, even amidst the swirling chaos and uncertainty, a fierce determination burned within you. Each curse encountered, each challenge faced, only fueled your relentless pursuit of the truth behind Gojo's enigmatic mission. The glimmer of determination within you shone like a beacon, cutting through the ominous ambiance that sought to engulf you.
You rush toward the gurgling curse with fierce determination before you feel the curse burst into pieces. You halt and blink at the dead curse in front of you. As you turned the corner, your eyes widened in surprise at the unexpected sight before you. There, amidst the swirling chaos of curses, stood Yuji Itadori, his expression resolute as he engaged in a fierce battle against the malevolent entities threatening to overwhelm him.
"Yuji? What are you doing here?" you called out, both surprised and relieved to see him amidst the turmoil.
Yuji's head snapped up at the sound of your voice, his eyes widening in recognition and relief. "Hey! I'm, uh, just taking care of some curses," he replied, a nervous laugh bubbling up as he fought to maintain his composure.
"You? Taking care of curses? Shouldn't you be in class or something? Gojo-sensei assigned this mission to me." you teased, unable to suppress a smirk at the sight of Yuji valiantly battling the supernatural creatures.
"Hey, I can handle myself, you know," Yuji protested, a playful glint in his eyes as he deflected your teasing with good-natured banter. “Besides, shouldn’t it be the merrier?”
"That’s quite a lot to ask of me," you chuckled, shaking your head in amusement as you watched Yuji continue to fend off the curses with surprising skill and determination. “I like doing my job to satisfy my ego, you know? It's not always fun to be the more the merrier!"
Yuji grinned at you. “So do I!”
Amidst the chaos and uncertainty, a sense of camaraderie blossomed between you and Yuji. Despite the gravity of the situation, there was an undeniable bond of trust and understanding that united you both in the face of adversity.
"You better pull your punches," you quipped, a playful smirk dancing on your lips as you exchanged knowing glances with Yuji.
"Don’t fall asleep with your saber," he retorted with a grin, his eyes sparkling with mischief as he teased you in return.
As the banter flowed between you and Yuji, a surge of adrenaline fueled your movements as you joined him in the battle against the curses once more. Standing side by side, shoulder to shoulder, you fought with a renewed vigor, each strike and parry a testament to your growing bond and unyielding determination.
With every swing of your saber and every burst of cursed energy, you could feel the rhythm of your heartbeat quicken, the exhilaration of battle coursing through your veins. Having Yuji by your side, fighting alongside you, it made you feel alive in a way you hadn't experienced before. Even amidst the chaos and danger, there was a sense of exhilaration that came from facing the unknown together.
As the mission drew to a close and the last of the curses were vanquished, you found yourself feeling a sense of exhaustion settling over you. Sweat dripped from your brow as you lowered your head to catch your breath, the rush of battle leaving you both physically and emotionally drained.
In that moment of respite, amidst the falling cherry blossoms, Yuji Itadori appeared with a grin on his face, a can of cold drink in each hand. His flushed cheeks and bright smile were a stark contrast to the intensity of the battle you had just faced together. With a warm greeting, he handed you one of the cans, his gesture a silent acknowledgment of the bond that had formed between you during the mission.
Accepting the can with a grateful smile, you couldn't help but feel a surge of affection for Yuji. Despite the chaos and uncertainty that surrounded you, his presence brought a sense of calm and reassurance. And as you stood together amidst the falling cherry blossoms, sharing a moment of quiet companionship, you knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, you would face them together, united in strength and love.
With the falling cherry blossoms creating a picturesque backdrop, you and Yuji stood in a moment of quiet serenity, the soft petals swirling around you like a gentle snowfall. The air was filled with a sense of warmth and camaraderie as you shared a silent exchange, the unspoken bond between you growing stronger with each passing moment.
Feeling a surge of courage, you took a deep breath and turned to face Yuji, your heart pounding in your chest as you prepared to bare your feelings to him. But as you opened your mouth to speak, the words caught in your throat, and you found yourself suddenly tongue-tied.
Yuji's eyes softened as he watched you, a gentle smile playing on his lips as he waited patiently for you to gather your thoughts. Sensing your hesitation, he reached out and gently squeezed your hand, his touch offering a silent reassurance.
"Hey, it's okay," Yuji murmured, his voice soft and comforting. "You don't have to say anything if you're not ready."
But the warmth of his hand in yours and the sincerity in his eyes emboldened you, and with a shy smile, you took a deep breath and spoke from the heart.
"Yuji, I...I wanted to tell you that...I care about you," you began, your voice barely above a whisper as you struggled to put your feelings into words. "More than just as a friend. I...I think I might be in love with you. I felt like this for a while now. But I was…I was waiting for the right time to say something.”
A blush crept across your cheeks as you uttered the words, your heart pounding in your chest as you awaited Yuji's response. But instead of laughter or rejection, you were met with a soft smile and a warmth in his eyes that mirrored your own feelings.
"Hey, I...I feel the same way," Yuji confessed, his voice filled with sincerity as he gazed at you with affection. "I've been wanting to tell you for so long, but I didn't know how to say it. I’ve just been so scared that you’d….you’d reject me, you know? I just, I really wanted to keep it to myself because there was just–”
“Yuji,” You lovingly call out to him, making him look towards you with a flustered look. “You’re rambling.”
As Yuji's cheeks flushed with embarrassment, he stumbled over his words in a flustered attempt to apologize. "Oh, I'm so sorry–"
But you simply laughed, the sound light and full of warmth as you leaned closer to him. "It's okay," you reassured him, a fond smile playing on your lips. "I love that about you."
A shy smile graced Yuji's lips as he looked at you, his heart overflowing with affection. "You do?" he asked softly, his eyes searching yours for confirmation.
Nodding gently, you reached out to gently brush a stray strand of hair from his forehead, your touch sending a shiver of electricity down his spine. "Of course I do," you replied, your voice barely above a whisper as you leaned in closer to him. "I love everything about you, Yuji."
His breath caught in his throat as he looked at you, his heart pounding in his chest as he realized the depth of your feelings for him. And in that moment, surrounded by the falling cherry blossoms and the soft glow of moonlight, you and Yuji shared a tender and intimate connection that transcended words. Without another word, he closed the distance between you, capturing your lips in a sweet and gentle kiss that spoke volumes of the love and affection that flowed between you.
As you melted into each other's embrace, the world around you faded away, leaving only the two of you and the overwhelming warmth of your love. And as you stood there, lost in the sweet embrace of your newfound love, you knew that this was just the beginning of a beautiful journey together.

the end credits at gojo-manor:
Gojo Genmei raised an amused eyebrow as she watched Gojo Satoru pace back and forth in their shared living room, a self-satisfied grin plastered on his face. "What's got you so worked up, Satoru?" she asked, a knowing glint in her eyes. Gojo turned to face her, his expression positively gleeful. "Oh, you know, just saving the day as usual," he boasted, his chest puffing out with pride. Genmei chuckled, shaking her head in amusement. "And what heroic deed have you performed this time?" she inquired, her tone teasing. Gojo's grin widened as he launched into an animated retelling of his latest escapade. "Well, you see, there was this little misunderstanding between two of my students," he began, his voice brimming with excitement. "They were head over heels for each other but too scared to admit it. So, naturally, I had to step in and play Mr. Cupid." Genmei arched an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued. "And how, pray tell, did you manage to accomplish that?" Gojo's grin turned mischievous as he recounted the elaborate scheme he had orchestrated to bring the two students together. He left nothing out. From how he had been noticing Yuji's pining, how you were suffering from 'i'm in love but i won't say anything' sickness. Genmei certainly found it amusing that people let her husband have his way. But well, it seemed to have worked out in the end. That's all that matters, really. "And in the end," Gojo concluded, a satisfied smirk on his face, "they finally confessed their love for each other. All thanks to yours truly, Mr. Cupid himself!" Genmei couldn't help but laugh at her husband's antics, shaking her head in amusement. "You never cease to surprise me, Satoru," she remarked, a fond smile playing on her lips. "But I must say, playing Cupid suits you." Gojo beamed at her praise, his chest puffing out with pride once more. "Well, you know me," he replied with a wink. "Always happy to lend a helping hand when it comes to matters of the heart." And as they sat together, basking in the warmth of their shared laughter, Gojo Satoru couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that he had played a small part in bringing two young hearts together. After all, what could be more rewarding than helping love blossom?

Queen of Chaos (Gojo x oc Part One)
This is the first chapter of what MIGHT be a series bc idk if i really am gonna finish this but I love the concept. Enjoy-----
The clock clicked softly in the background, I tapped my fingers on the desk, the man in front of me was looking around my office in an attempt to avoid my eyes.
“So you want me too…” I thought for a moment. “What? Use my influence to postpone his execution?”
Nanami nodded. “The boy is young and I see potential.”
I crossed my arms and leaned back, he met my gaze and did his best to hold it. After a few seconds I felt him start to twitch and fidget from across the desk, but he had lasted more than most so I smiled.
“I’ll do what I can,” I told him. “Good to see you Kento.”
He left my office with a ‘You too’ and a nod.
I pursed my lips, deep in thought.  Yuuji Itadori was a vessel, I of all people should know how difficult it is to bear that weight. And like Nanami said he’s a highschooler.
After much consideration, I grabbed my phone. “Hello? This is Megara Ren, I’d like to speak about the vessel of Ryomen Sukuna.”
My heels clicked against the tiles as I stalked down the hall, the letter was crumpled into a ball in my hand. Yaga and Nanami were trailing behind quickly, the door was just up ahead.
“Mrs. Ren,” the principal tried again. “If you would just-”
I felt around for the handle then swung open the door and all of the kids jumped in alarm, a tall man in front of the white paused to look at me through his blindfold.
“I’m here to speak with the vessel of Sukuna,” I told him as softly as I could as he moved in front of me, while behind me I heard Yaga’s sharp intake of breath.
The tall man gave me a cold look, I crossed my arms and returned a blank stare. “On whose orders?” He asked.
I tossed him the crumpled ball and pinned a boy with my gaze, his energy was overflowing with curses– marking him as my target. “I was sent by the higher-ups, to evaluate the boy and decide how to move forward.”
He turned around and gave a wide smile to his unsure students. “Yuuji.”
The boy with pink hair stood up and hesitantly walked toward me, I gave him a glance up and down before spinning on my heel and gesturing to him to follow. We stood in an empty office, he wasn’t sure where to look, but eventually he was drawn to my unsettling gaze.
“Why so tense?” I asked calmly, loosening up my posture and sitting on the dusty desk.
He swallowed thickly. “Gojo-sensei told me someone would be coming for me; he said they’d try and kill me.”
I nodded grimly. “That was what I was sent to do,” he didn’t react– instead he took a deep breath and looked me dead in the eyes.
“I understand,” He said. I raised an eyebrow. “I’m the vessel on Sukuna, and it makes me dangerous. But I won’t let you until I eat all of his fingers.”
He was startled to hear me let out a loud laugh, throwing my head back and squeezing my knee. “I’m not gonna kill you, kiddo.”
“You not?” He asked.
I shook my head, still chuckling. “I’m here to watch and train you, I could never hurt a child.”
He sighed in relief, but still managed to maintain eye contact, it piqued my curiosity. “Are you not scared?”
He shook his head and shrugged. “You’re just a person, I have nothing to fear. “
I hummed in intrigue and grinned. “I’m not utterly terrifying to you?”
He looked confused. “Nothing is threatening about you.”
“We’ll see about that.”
I listened to the noises of the city from my spot on the roof, laying on a thin blanket with takeout beside me. In the distance a siren went off, the black cat on my chest was purring like an engine, a child had started crying for its mother. A very light gust of wind brushed my bare arm, I smiled and turned my head slightly behind me.
“Hello there, Gojo,” I called.
He walked over to me and crossed his arms. “I won’t let you hurt him.”
I chuckled. “I won’t. The higher-ups just think he needs more than your little games to train him for what’s to come.”
He frowned and laid on the blanket beside me. “He’s doing just fine.”
“I believe you, but I’ll tell you now Sukuna will not let him rest once he starts,” Gojo tensed at my words.
“Starts what?”
I looked him straight in the face, or as close to it as I could get, my pearly white eyes reflected his face back at him. He had never been afraid under my eyes, no matter how much I told him I was dangerous, no matter how many people she killed, no matter what I did he never listened.
“I think we both know the answer to that.”
It took all 15 of my alarms to wake me up, and only an hour later did I actually get out of bed. Yawning, I made breakfast and sat on my couch, Dex twirled around my ankles and begged with wide eyes for a second breakfast, the small cat was three years old and is still a total attention seeker.
“Wanna explain why you’re in my living room?” I ask, feeling his presence warp through the window.
He turned on the lights and sat beside me. “Wanna explain how the blind woman can cook?”
I hummed and chewed my eggs. “Practice.”
“Yaga wants you to meet my class and I on the field for defense training,” He told me while crunching on a piece of bacon.
I raised an eyebrow and turned to him. “Yaga or Gojo?”
“Bit of both,” He replied, and I felt the truth.
“Okay.”
We walked into the school a few moments later traveling with the help of Gojo. I had exchanged my pajamas for a white crew neck and black leggings. Gojo was skipping down the paths as we walked along the grass. I rolled my eyes as I felt his glee seep through the air.
“Oi,” I groaned, massaging my temples. “Stop being so happy,” but hissed when I felt more coming from the first years.
“SENSEI!!!”
Yuuji jumped in joy and bounded over, I scowled and screwed my eyes shut. Silence filled the air when I felt the eyes of all the students fall on me. “My lovely students! This is-”
I elbowed him in the gut only to get blocked by infinity. “Allow me to properly introduce myself without dipshit jr. interrupting,” he sputtered and I smirked. “My name is Megara Ren, I’m a special grade sorcerer and I’ve been sent to watch Sukuna’s vessel,” at the end I bow politely. “I sincerely apologize for my rude arrival the other day, orders or not I had no right to disrupt your learning.”
They stare at me with wide eyes as I stand straight with a kind smile, one that quickly turns into an annoyed sneer as Gojo buts in. “Isn’t she the most boring person you’ve ever met!”
“Oi!” I snap attempting to kick his kneecaps but failing.
He continues to mumble on watching as I kick his legs, the teens sweatdrop at the sight. Putting a stop to Ren’s attacks, the girl steps forward and clears her throat.
“Excuse me, Ren-Sensei?”
I turn to her with a hum. “Yes…”
“Kugisaki Nobara,” She supplies and I nod. “I was under the impression that there were only four special grades?”
“That’s what most people say,” I admit. “Not many know me because my family is small and old and I’m usually out of the country for business.”
Gojo scoffed. “And all the higher ups fucking hate you.”
I pointed at him. “And there’s that.”
Yuuji’s eyes widened. “Why do they hate you?”
My face twisted into a sad smile. “I was unfortunately born with a curse, like yours.”
“Is there a way to get Sukuna out of Yuuji?” Fushiguro asked.
I winced. “Nothing that won’t bring him tremendous pain.”
“Still on that Ren?”
Yaga appeared behind me with a chuckle, I turned around and beamed. “Sensei!” A finger pushed my head to the right. “Oh shit- Sensei!”
“Nice to see you as well Mrs. Ren.”
Gojo rolled his eyes. “Still the teachers pet Megara?”
“It’s Ren to you Gojo,” I hissed.
Yaga watched us in amusement, the students watched as we argued like five year olds over nothing of relevance. Finally I grabbed Gojo’s arm through his infinity and warped him to America.
“Now that he’s taken care of,” I dusted off my hands and smiled. “Why was I called here again?”
“Because Gojo is too childish to train these three for what needs to happen today,” Yaga told me.
Speaking of which, Gojo rematerialized beside us with a glare. “Senseiiiiiiii,” He whined pointing at me. “She sent me to Ohio.”
I grinned smugly, Yaga ignored him. “While it is wonderful to see you again Ren, it seems that our students aren’t as adept at defending themselves against attackers as we’d thought.”
“Did something happen?” I ask curiously.
Kugisaki whirled on Yuuji. “Oh I’ll tell you what happened!” He winced and Megumi sighed and rolled his eyes. “This dumbass let Sukuna out and he nearly died!”
I snickered and elbowed Gojo. “They sound like us when we were they’re age.”
He giggled. “Who are we kidding? We were much worse.”
Nodding solemnly, we miss Yaga’s light smile and shake of his head.
Standing straight beside Gojo I clear my throat, Yuuji makes eye contact with me and I feel his fear, it makes my lips curl up. “Now I understand the burden of having a curse attached to your soul, but if you allow it to control you it will hurt the people you care about,” I tilted my head to where Gojo is. “That burden is worse than what you already carry.”
Chills went up everyone’s spine, except Gojo who rolled his eyes and punched her shoulder. “Debby Downer.”
I chuckled. “Alright alright, what am I doing today?” I rubbed my hands together in anticipation.
“Knives,” I began, twirling one around my fingers while listening to Gojo try and fail to replicate the motion. “Rule number one: Don’t stab yourself, getting cut is different, it’s a part of the learning process and teaches beginners how to avoid such mistakes.”
Gojo leaned down to pick up a fallen blade. “She means it builds character.”
I flicked the knife into the air with my thumb and kicked it straight at the general direction of Gojo’s cursed energy. I heard him yelp and then the chime of metal falling to the ground. “Don’t listen to him, I’d prefer if you’d not get hurt, Ieri would end me then and there.”
The students each grabbed a wooden dagger and stood five feet apart. Gojo talked them through the first exercise while I pouted at my inability to watch.
“You can use me you know,” He reminded me, I felt his sincerity. “I don’t mind.”
I shrugged and pushed back my hair. “I’ll manage.”
“Sensei!” Itadori shouted excitedly. “Watch me!”
Gojo watched and I huffed, he elbowed me and said softly. “Meg, c'mon watch your students,” He teased.
I stepped on his foot. “Fine.”
With a deep breath I closed my eyes and whispered ‘Let me borrow his vision’; with one blink I was looking at the boy trying and failing to flip the wooden knife through brilliant blue eyes.
“Ow!” He shouted as the dull blade fell on his head.
I chuckled and strode forward. “Here,” I picked up the dagger and repositioned his hands. “The trick, in my opinion anyway, is to move your wrist up and flicker your thumb like this at the same time. Watch me,” I took a much sharper knife from my thigh sheath and did the motion smoothly. “Gets easier with practice of course, you try.”
He stuck his tongue out and bounced the knife around for a moment before making an attempt, for a first try it wasn’t half bad. “Ren-sensei did you…see me,” He whirled around in excitement but stopped and looked at my eyes, recognition flashed in his eyes. “Whoa Sensei your eyes! I thought you were…blind, but are you like,” He hesitated. “Gojo-sensei’s sister?”
I threw my head back and laughed while Gojo chuckled as well. “That’s th-the best thing I’ve been told about my eyes!” I pitched forward and clutched my stomach in laughter.
“Sensei?” Fushiguro sweatdropped. “Are you-”
“She’s fine Megumi,” Gojo told him with a giggle.
When I had finally turned my bellowing laugh into a few giggles, I stood straight and wiped the tears from my eyes. “Oh god no, it’s my technique. You’re right I am blind, so I look through other people’s eyes to see.”
Kugisaki squinted at my eyes. “Are you seeing everything from Gojo’s point of view?”
I nodded, then switched to Megumi’s black eyes. “I can move to anyone as long as they have a nervous system.”
Itadori frowned. “Only eyes?”
“No,” I said slowly. “There’s more, but it’s not-”
“Yasha,” A gravelly voice said from Yuuji’s neck. “You’re Yasha.”
I raised an eyebrow. “I was the vessel of Yasha, yes.”
Sukuna laughed. “You fools! Put me within the same room with the Queen of Chaos, I’ll destroy you all-”
“Was,” I repeated, glaring distastefully at the mouth. “Yasha was exorcized 9 years ago.”
It closed slowly, Gojo gave it a smug look and gave me an approving one. “Yasha was a bitch.”
“Damn right she was,” I muttered glaring at the closed mouth. “So is the so-called ‘King of Curses,’” I reached for Yuuji’s forehead, resting my pointer and middle finger just below the fringe of with hair; and felt around his mind until I reached the familiar blackened point. “There you are,” Just as the little mouth opened to protest I had wrapped the darkness in a blanket of light and stepped back.
Yuuji looked around in confusion, tapping his head then looking at me. “What did you do?”
“He should leave you alone for a while,” I told him, bending down and grabbing a fallen dagger. “Let’s try the flip again without him, shall we?”

UNHOLY MATRIMONY — 10
Tumblr media Tumblr media
✩°。 ⋆ a death wish
- fushiguro megumi x oc/reader - oc/reader's character name is hara sena, pronouns still refer to “you” and i won’t mention it often—just for the sake of aesthetic rather than repeatedly writing "y/n"
in another life, in which fate is still screwing his life over, Fushiguro Megumi finds himself in an arranged marriage―with you.
genre/warnings: arranged marriage au, drama, angst, angst, angst, another gojo cameo (but he is being kinda insufferable?), naoya <- a warning in and of itself
notes: soon, guys, soon. not now... but naoya will meet his end soon and yeah, the end is a timeskip. next chapter would explain how :)
listen to: monster - big bang
Tumblr media
✩°。 ⋆ unholy matrimony (masterlist) | chapter nine : all done <- previous ✩ next -> chapter eleven : transcendent truth
Tumblr media
A week later, true to what Naoya said, Megumi still felt like he was the biggest fool out there.
To say that he was simply heartbroken would be an understatement, because it went beyond that. Is there even a word that could adequately explain extent of this betrayal? He was utterly deceived, maneuvered like a chess pawn.
If that day hadn't unfolded as it did, how long would he have remained oblivious to this deception?
And yet, despite that, no matter how searing the pain was, Megumi apparently wasn't heartless enough to drive you out. So he chose to go instead, renting a room at the nearest motel to the headquarters.
He made a conscious effort to avoid you whenever possible—drowning himself in missions so he didn't have to see you in the workplace. And it worked, he hadn't crossed paths with you since last week. The love tucked away in the deepest corner of his heart tugged at him, urging him to at least check on how you were doing, but his wounded pride made him focus on another task at hand.
"Megumi?"
This. Kurusu Hana was calling for him.
"What is it?" he turned to her, who was standing by Tsumiki's bedside, having just finished her enchantments on her. The very least he could get after being dragged into this deceitful marriage with you was Tsumiki being released from her curse.
Hana looked at him curiously. "Are you alright? You seem out of sorts, somehow..."
The past week, all Megumi did outside his workhours was tending to Tsumiki and interacting with Hana in the hospital. After getting to know her a little more, he noticed she was a bit scatterbrained. However, she seemed like a genuinely good person and was pleasant to have around, and before he knew it, he was much more comfortable around her and not exactly holding back his words as he used to.
"Ah, no," he brushed her off. "Just thinking of some things."
"Oh..."
On her side, Hana couldn't help but notice that something seemed different about him. "Is... uh, your wife not coming?"
Megumi almost jerked in his seat. Oh, right. He realized he hadn't mentioned to her that you two weren't on speaking terms anymore. He hadn't felt the need to bring it up.
“No.”
“Uh… I don’t mean to pry, but… did you two have a fight or something?”
“I think that’s what you’d call prying, personally.”
Hana felt like her face would burst into flames out of sheer embarrassment. Come on, you like him but don’t make it that obvious.
"Sometimes talking about it helps, you know," she braved herself. No, she reasoned. She was here as a friend. Not that she was curious.
Or maybe just a bit?
Megumi eyed her sharply. "About what?"
He didn't mean to get snappy. But when you were on the brink of divorce with your wife, you were entitled to, right?
"Your problems," she asserted. "I'm saying, talking to someone can make you feel better."
"To you?"
Hana gulped. "Yeah."
It had been daunting enough to know that he was married. Nothing could be worse than that―certainly not saying that he could rant to her.
Megumi didn't want to have his problem out in the open, much less to someone who was more like a stranger like Hana was. But he had no one to turn to... and truth to be told, he was still in an internal debate with himself regarding everything―what his life had come to.
He scoffed. "Highly doubt it."
"It does! Look, I'm going to start first―"
She then proceeded to ramble about how her landlady was an annoying woman who kept adding extra charges. Her expressions shifted so frequently that it became almost comical.
She was kind of like you, in a way―the expressiveness.
Then again, maybe not really. Evidently, you managed to fool him completely and fully, you were hiding something behind that crafted cheerfulness you showed to him.
"―and haaah! Now I feel much better!" she remarked with a wide smile and twinkling eyes. "See? It's harmless! I won't divulge it to anyone, I promise!"
"Are you an idiot?" Megumi deadpanned, and Hana merely chuckled, abashed at how much she'd gotten worked up over it.
Megumi didn't have much to say, however. He was just grappling with numerous thoughts, and now he started wondering if having someone to listen might offer some relief, even a little. "How would you feel if someone very close to you lied to you?"
"Huh? Someone... close?" Hana was clearly caught off guard. And when he nodded, she tilted her head to the side, seemingly choosing her words carefully. "I'd be upset, of course."
"Would you forgive them?"
"That's a tricky question... I think it depends?"
"On what?"
Hana blinked in confusion. What had happened to Megumi that he pulled this... sad―almost desperate―expression? Who exactly did he want to forgive?
"I'm not an expert on this but..."
At that moment, she had an epiphany―could it be... you?
"If it's truly something that's so unforgivable, then I suppose... no," she decided then, albeit warily, gauging Megumi's reaction. "There's just a limit to what someone can forgive."
"Hmm... A limit, huh?"
Certainly, she wasn't expecting any reaction that would give him away, and Hana wasn't someone who would take an advantage out of someone who was fighting with his wife, anyway. But still, if it was you that he had in mind, then she was... genuinely curious.
Meanwhile, Megumi was left with even more thoughts than before. Thoughts about the whole shit of the ordeal, and you, among everything else. And he thought, he had his answer then.
He still didn't find it in himself to.
Tumblr media
You hadn't seen Megumi ever since that day.
You knew he was intentionally avoiding you, given that his work desk in headquarters was always empty whenever you clocked in. And you weren't actively seeking him out either―seeing him would only make you feel shame all over, so no, you were fine with how it was.
It still hurt, but it was more bearable these days.
"Sena-san, are you sure you're alright?" Nobara asked you after both of you finished your mission. You two weren't exactly close, but from a handful of times you were paired with her for missions, you got the gist that she was a fun person.
Glancing at your bandaged arm―an aftermath from your mission earlier, you casually shrugged and remarked, "Oh, this? It's just a scratch, nothing serious."
"Really, Fushiguro should take better care of you," she grumbled. "Why is he still letting his wife taking missions? If I were him, I'd forbid you from this line of work altogether."
Thump!
Your heart squeezed at the mention of Megumi's name, realizing that no one here knew your recent unfortunate circumstances yet. Megumi hadn't told anyone―he was not the type to, to be exact.
"How is he? Is he doing okay?" you looked down, deliberately not meeting Nobara's eyes, because you weren't sure if you would be able to keep this "I'm fine" facade if you look at her in the face while talking about Megumi.
"Hmm? In missions, you mean? Yeah, as always," she blurted nonchalantly. "He's skillful. His talent is enough to bail him out of anything."
Talent. Ha. Now you understand a fraction of what Megumi must have felt, being reduced to just his gift from the so-called Zen'in bloodline.
You let out a sigh, blinking the mist in your eyes away. "Does he get hurt often?"
"Bah. Getting hurt is nothing new. If you ask me, I think he and Itadori just love to race each other to rack up the most bruises, actually."
A frown etched itself across your forehead. "That's not good..."
"Boys will be boys, I suppose. Don't worry too much!" Nobara said with a light chuckle. "I hate to admit it, but Fushiguro knows how to take care of himself far better than anyone here does. You have nothing to worry about."
That gave you some relief. He was fine. And he will be.
"Nobara-san, please keep an eye out for him, yeah?" you muttered with a repressed smile. Keeping tears at bay was tough, but you were determined to stay cool. "I can't always be around for him. He may not seem like it, but someone has to watch over him so he won't overdo himself."
Nobara blinked, obviously taken aback by your simple, heartfelt plea, but she quickly collected herself and barked a laugh. "Leave it to me, Sena-san! I know how to keep those troublemakers by the leash!"
With everything taken care of, you parted ways. Just before heading back to Megumi's apartment―really, one of these days, you were going to move out too because how could you still hog his place?―you found a mail on your desk. A brown, neat envelope.
Driven by curiosity, you swiftly tore it open, only to feel your heart sink to the lowest abyss as you read heading of the pristine paper.
Notice of Divorce by Agreement.
Suddenly, your vision blurred, and you grasped onto the desk, causing the papers to scatter to the floor. A choked whimper escaped your lips, and then it turned into a fit of sobs.
Of course. Of course. Why didn't you expect this? Both of you had to come to a resolution eventually. You couldn't be in a stalemate with Megumi forever―not quite willing to end the marriage but also not entirely wanting to continue it.
And this is how it ends.
A part of you died when you scanned Megumi's formal name and signature, as well as the witness―Kurusu Hana. For fuck's sake. Who was that again? How did the witness to your divorce be someone you never knew?
Suddenly you felt anger coursing through your veins. How was this your life? You never wanted to be embroiled in this shit in the first place. You never wanted to be born in Hara clan in the first place. You never wanted to drag a stranger to your mess in the first place.
And yet you did. And yet you lost everything all the same. You poor mother, how was it fair that she had to pay the price first and now, you too?
...okay, who were you kidding? You had to pay the price because you instigated everything. But still, you couldn't help the pain tearing your chest, the fervent hope that Megumi might understand, the longing that he wouldn't abandon you just like that. Because if the positions were reversed, you would definitely hear him out first.
Alas, fate just didn't favor you. When did it ever, really?
. . .
Oh, the curse breaker.
You finally remembered, right after you furiously scrawled your name and signature on that scrap of paper.
Tumblr media
"I'm just saying, if you're going to make her even more miserable, then you should just get a divorce."
It was what Gojo Satoru told him when he somehow got a hold of him and forced his way inside his hostel yesterday.
In a daze, Megumi managed to get hold of the divorce papers and left them on your desk. He knew it wasn't the best move—just as forging someone else's signature wasn't either. But his conversation with Gojo had stirred up a storm of emotions, especially a sense of righteous anger.
"How could you, Gojo-sensei?" he demanded as soon as his mentor stepped into his space, feeling a surge of betrayal coursing through his veins. "What more do you want from me? Is toying with me not enough for you?"
"Megumi," the Six Eyes user began, and unlike all other instances in which he was trying to be funny, now he looked as serious as he could be. "First of all, I apologize for—"
"That means nothing," he bitterly spat. "You have scarred me for life. You and Sena both."
Gojo let out a resigned sigh. "Fair point, but now that we have come to this, you deserve the truth."
And then Megumi heard it all. About how you had no one to turn to, how you came to him to stage everything, how he agreed, and how you dragged Zen'in Ogi into your plans too.
By the end of it all, he was furious. Even more than before.
"You... absolute bastard," Megumi hissed through gritted teeth, glaring squarely at Gojo.
"Yeah, I might be, but you know what, Megumi?" Gojo dauntingly challenged, his eyes gleaming and unwavering with intensity. "For the record, I really thought you could do it."
"Do what?" At this point, he just wanted to rage and not think of anything else, because for the life of him, he couldn't fathom what Gojo Satoru might expect from him or what he himself was capable of doing.
"Taking the Zen'ins to your hands. You have the capability to do so. And with Sena too, she knows what she is doing."
"Is—" Megumi couldn't believe it one bit, the very shit coming from his mouth just now. "Is that kind of reasoning supposed to make me able to forgive you? If you really think so, then get the fuck off!"
He hated it. He hated how he made it sound as if you were just as complicit in this as he was. Even when that was the truth.
"No. Your anger is justified," Gojo stated sharply. "But if you look at it differently, it's actually my acknowledgement of you. Of your strength. All the terrible things you've faced, they hold significance, and reclaiming what's yours from the Zen'in would be the ultimate embodiment of it."
"Don't patronize me! You don't get to fucking choose what I should do! And what's more—I don't need your fucking acknowledgement!"
How arrogant could someone possibly be? Megumi recognized Gojo Satoru as an unparalleled individual, but who did he think he was that he could play with another's fates? A god?
"You may take it however way you wish," Gojo blurted indifferently, seemingly having enough of this too, as he also knew better than anyone that changing Megumi's mind would be a tall order. "And now, what happens?" he scoffed, changing the subject, throwing a glance at the shabby room of his current place to stay. "What do you plant to do now? What about Sena?"
"That's not your business whatsoever—"
"I'm just saying, if you're going to make her even more miserable, then you should just get a divorce."
That was what drove him to do just that. First, the very mention that you might be miserable did something to him, and then second, the feeling of utter betrayal. Maybe cutting you off would make all of this better, somehow.
But now, as Megumi sank on his uncomfortable bed in this cramped space, he had the time to think over Gojo's words in a calmer state of mind. True, what you did was beyond appalling—but it wasn't as if you truly wanted to manipulate him either. You weren't in an ideal situation either, and now, you were just as miserable as he was.
How are you? Have you been eating well? You tend to skip meals when you're upset, and that could take a toll on your health. It reminded him of the time you went on an eating strike before.
"Haah," he grounded out, pulling an arm over his eyes, willing his headache away. How was it that even though you had betrayed him this bad, he was still worried about you?

Two weeks later October 31 Zen'in estate
It is only a matter of time, really.
Naoya could scarcely believe that it had come to this. How his home had shattered in the most grotesque way possible. Brought by his own hands, no less.
But Ogi should have expected it when he insisted on that Fushiguro bastard to keep being in the next line of succession. He should have known that Naoya, the true heir, would have his head.
He had left his daughter with a pretty sound message too. For whoever in his accursed clan still wanted to defy his claim, they were welcome to do so... but only if they were ready to face him and settle it in blood.
As he dawdled inside the barrier that had been pulled down for his supposed duel with Fushiguro Megumi, Naoya mused to himself.
What was taking him so long?
(It just didn't register in his deluded mind that Megumi might have deserted him altogether. He thought everyone and anyone, without a doubt, coveted the position like he was)
Still grumbling to himself, Naoya suddenly noticed a silhouette slipping through the dark curtain, which promptly sealed shut. The curtain was specifically designed for this deadly showdown—it wouldn't dissolve until only one victor remained standing.
Naoya barked a scoff, whirling to face his fated match. "You surely took your sweet time—"
But then his eyes widened as he recognized who stood before him, and then he doubled over in maniacal laughter.
"Hah—ah—what sort of joke is this?" he managed to utter between wheezes, shaking his head in disbelief. "Are you out of your mind? Have you completely lost it?!"
A level-headed gaze met his, and Naoya was convinced, this was indeed his day to win.
"Hara Sena— do you really wish to die?!"

Tumblr media
SYNOPSIS: oc gojo girlfriend has always been megumi's emergency phone call. AUTHOR'S NOTE: taken and inspired by the manga chapter where the kiddos spill coffee on satoru's shirt. please let me know if my tag makes sense for megumi and reader, i don't want people thinking this is is an inappropriate relationship! REMINDER: if you want to imagine yourself in oc gojo girlfriend's character descriptions instead, please do!
Tumblr media
“we are so dead”, megumi thought to himself as he stared at the coffee that was spilled on the white dress shirt in front of him. ijichi had left gojo-sensei’s brand new and freshly dry cleaned button-up shirt with them for a moment and nobara just had to spill coffee all over it.
“you’ve done it now, kugisaki.” megumi chastised her.
“this is gojo-sensei’s, right?” nobara asked her two partners, “okay, who’s really at fault here? ijichi, who entrusted us children to keep a freshly dry cleaned shirt safe… or me, who spilled a little tinsy winsy bit of coffee?”
yuji and megumi shouted in unison, “you are at fault!”
the students started to panic while trying to dab at the stain with napkins. “you gotta dab it like this… this is how my grandpa taught me to treat stains.” yuji told megumi and nobara. his tongue was sticking out, eyes concentrated while dabbing at the shirt. megumi looked defeated. it was like he was working with tweedle dee and tweedle dum.
yuji picked up the shirt and laid it out on the table. the coffee stains almost looked like a design. maybe they would be able to get away with it. gojo-sensei wore some interesting things, he wouldn’t question it.
“it could pass for marimekko.” yuji said. nobara agreed while looking at the shirt, “if you look at it in this light and angle…”
“that’s so insulting to the fashion industry.” megumi stated. he was raised by the satoru gojo and (y/n) (l/n), so he was aware of the fashion trends due to both of his guardians having a shopping problem.
“why don’t we just get him a new shirt? i bet it’s replaceable!” nobara suggested to the two, “fushiguro, look up how much this shirt costs!”
megumi took out his phone and started googling. his eyes widened in shock, gulping as he realized it was a prada shirt, “uh, guys… this shirt is $1800…” he showed yuji and nobara his phone. they looked at the price with disgust and despair.
yuji, asking in fear, “is that before or after tax?”
“does it matter?! we don’t have that kind of money! we’re high schoolers!” megumi shouted at them. he could feel the anger boiling in him.
“well, i’ll put in $900 since i was the one that spilled the coffee and you guys put in $450 each, does that sound good?” nobara suggested as she did the math begrudgingly. she definitely did not want to spend her play money on replacing her rich sensei's shirt.
the kids heard the dining hall screen slide open, eyes full of terror. megumi shoved gojo-sensei’s shirt into his jujutsu high uniform as he greeted his students, “mornin’! ijichi should’ve left you guys with something for me… uh, megumi, you good?”
“oh yeah,” he said with a nervous chuckle, “ijichi said he was going to give it to (y/n) instead!”
the way megumi stuffed the shirt into his uniform made it look like he had boobs. nobara and yuji held in their laughs behind their hands, megumi’s lie was the nail in the coffin for them. he wanted to punch both of them in their faces, he was so annoyed. he stormed out of the room and retreated to a hidden faculty closet to make an emergency phone call.
“so, to what do i owe the pleasure of my adopted son calling me?” you teased megumi. he would've just gone to your office if today wasn't your day off.
“i need a favor…” he mumbled.
“what happened, kiddo? are you in trouble?” you asked him with all teasing aside, concern in your tone.
“not exactly. nobara spilled coffee on one of gojo-sensei’s expensive shirts. can you help me get it dry cleaned before he finds out?” he explained the story to you. mama-(y/n) instincts picked up right away.
“bring it home, i’ll take a look at it. satoru doesn’t come home until 6:30 today.”
you had a very soft spot for megumi and tsumiki. if they needed anything, you were there for them in a heartbeat. realistically, you knew that satoru wouldn’t be upset about his shirt since he could just buy a new one anyway, but it was cute to see megumi all worked up about it. you chuckled to yourself in the kitchen as megumi hung up the phone. he'd be home in a flash.
later that day: the gojo/(l/n) household
“(y/n)-sensei, i’m home!” megumi called out to you from the foyer as he took off his shoes and grabbed his slippers.
the familiar scent of the apartment he grew up in brought him back to his childhood, it was nostalgic for him. it was a mix of your nectarine and honey blossom perfume and gojo-sensei’s spicy and woodsy cologne.
he reminisced about when you and gojo-sensei first got this apartment. he would watch tv with tsumiki after school while you and gojo-sensei hung out in the kitchen making dinner. mainly gojo-sensei would watch and bother you, but to megumi's surprise, both of you were decent cooks at 18. he missed when you would read bedtime stories to him and tsumiki, he liked to think you were the reason why he loved reading so much.
he walked over to the wall next to the bathroom where gojo-sensei measured his and tsumiki’s height every month until he turned 12. a soft smile formed on his face when he thought about how his sensei would include his spikey dark blue hair into his height to make him feel better about not being 6'3" like him. oh what he would do to be 12 again...
after living in the dorms for a year now and only coming home on the weekends, he sure missed you and the blindfolded idiot. he would never admit it, but he actually liked living with you two. he was grateful to have guardians like you and satoru.
“welcome home, kiddo. we missed ya'. and what did i say about not calling me sensei? it makes me sound old.” you smiled and hugged him tightly.
he grumbled as you ruffled his hair, “ugh. you just saw me yesterday...” megumi shook his head and fixed a couple pieces of his hair that your slender fingers displaced. he hated when you and gojo-sensei would do that, but he always let it slide because well… it was you and gojo. and believe it or not, he had a soft spot deep down for you two.
“where’s the shirt?” you asked as megumi took out the soiled shirt from his backpack.
“yikes, not the prada shirt…” you tried to hold back a laugh.
“can it be saved?” he asked eagerly.
“i don’t know, megumi. you might have to do chores for a whole year to pay this one off.” you joked with him.
you sighed, there was definitely no fixing this. you retreated to your bedroom to find your purse, megumi curiously wondering what you were doing. you rummaged through your purse to find your wallet, taking out your black credit card and handing it to megumi. megumi eyes widened, he knew what the black cards meant, he grew up with you and gojo-sensei after all.
“take my card. go buy a new one exactly like this. he’ll never know.” you whispered to him.
“are you sure? this is expensive. nobara suggested we all pitch in to buy a new shir—”
you hit megumi upside the head with a spray of water from your cursed technique, “go now. the idiot comes home soon!” you grabbed his arm and dragged him from the kitchen table to the foyer.
he smiled at you and turned to open the door, but before he left, he stopped.
“(y/n)?” he said quietly.
“yes, megumi?” you watched him as he looked over at you.
his hand left the doorknob as he ran to hug you quickly, “you’re the best.”
his embrace surprised you. you wrapped your arms around your adopted teenaged son and laughed. everyone knew megumi loved you more than he loved satoru. there was only one person that he would call in case of emergency, and it was you.
