• 4 links Pork breakfast sausage, rounds

• 1 Arugula, Fresh
• 3 cups Golden potatoes

Quick lil garden peek

Transplanted some (bush)bean starts this morning. Just want to see if they'll do any good with transplanting. If so I may do this again for sucession planting and fill in planting.
With them I direct seeded sunflower mix I've been collecting from prior grows.
At the end is a pumpkin volunteer. I likely won't be keeping it, but I'm gonna let it grow for now and likely pull it to feed the chickens.

Breakfast this morning
Creamy Oats with Fresh Fruit
On medium heat, mix 1/2 cup of oats with 1 cup milk. Add half a banana (mashed) and a scoop of peanut butter, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup. Keep stirring until creamy. Serve topped with peaches, the other half of the banana, a scoop of peanut butter, and a square of dark chocolate.

Homemade Sweet Potato Chips: A Healthy Snack Option
Ingredients:
2 medium sweet potatoes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Leave the skin on for added nutrients and texture.
Using a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife, thinly slice the sweet potatoes into uniform rounds.
In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato slices with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
Arrange the seasoned sweet potato slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, making sure they do not overlap.
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the sweet potato chips are golden brown and crisp.
Keep an eye on the chips towards the end of the baking time to prevent them from burning.
Once done, remove the sweet potato chips from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
Enjoy your homemade sweet potato chips as a healthy snack or accompaniment to your favorite dips!

Fancy restaurants are okay once in a while, but nothing beats a home cooked meal prepared with love from mom or dad. And you certainly don’t need complicated steps that take hours for it to taste delicious, only fresh ingredients and some effort.
