Food Is Fuel
I am what I eat. Therefore, I choose to eat wisely. I break my fast with a bowl of exotic fruit, paired with either water or hot tea.
For lunch, I keep it light. A sandwich with soup or something else on the side. Some days I’m just so busy I have to opt for a protein shake instead.
I use dinner to relax and reflect. I cook meals that take a bit more time and preparation. I buy fresh fish from the market, along with choosing vegan substitutes whenever taste and time allows. Sometimes, I follow elaborate recipes I found on Pinterest. I mainly try to stick to meals that align with my weight gain goals.
